Peaceful Night for the Savage Hero and Others

"Oh yeah, I am so rocking this dress!" Yang smirked, looking at herself in the dress she got herself for the dance.

Yang's dress is a short, white, halter neck dress with a pale gray hem and white pumps.

"Hey Wolvy, are you finish changing in there? We need to get going." Yang asked knocking on the bathroom door.

"I'm still adjusting myself with this monkey suit you got me, it feels tight, and I look stupid." Wolverine responded groaning.

"Come on, the suit I got is the best color I can find, and it has some black mix into it. Just come out and let me see it." Yang said, hoping to see how handsome he is.

Wolverine didn't respond for ten seconds as he remind in the bathroom until he finally decided to come out showing the yellow and black tuxedo as his fancy wear for the dance, and Yang smiles and licks her tongue.

"Oh, don't you look like a sexy banana." Yang complimented.

"I feel like a stupid one… I've seen these kinds of clothes on some people and in store windows, but I never understand why these things are important in fashion or whatever." Wolverine looked at his suit getting an odd feeling from this.

"Don't worry, babe, you only have to wear this on special occasions like the dance then you can go back to wearing your normal clothes." Yang explained.

"I hope it's not for a long time." Wolverine complained a little.

"Oh, just enjoy the night because you're going to be with friends and mostly with me." Yang smirked.

She pulls Wolverine's face in for a kissing moment that cheers him with soft moaning sounds then they separate with a little saliva trail between them.

"Damn, you sure know how to make a guy feel better." Wolverine chuckled.

"Only to the one I really love." Yang smiled and walked to the door.

"Besides, I'm looking forward to our Professor Goodwitch looks in a sexy dress just for you." Yang excited, she heard about her and Wolverine becoming lovers from him.

"I don't think she is the kind of woman to go for that kind of thing. It'll probably just a normal dress or her normal clothing." Wolverine stated.

"Well, I bet it's going to something that will make your jaw drop from shock and pleasure from the sight." Yang proclaimed.

"How much are you willing to bet because I'm going for 60 liens." Wolverine smirked.

"60, I'm pretty sure you don't have that much money by now?" Yang laughed a little.

"It was provided with some money from your uncle and a friend of his, just enough to help me get by for a while until I become a full Huntsman." Wolverine explained.

"Cool, then I'm willing to bet 200 liens." Yang decided on her bet.

"Please, no way your dad would give you that much of an allowance." Wolverine pointed out, knowing how some parents give their kids some money.

"That's because you're the one who's going to give that money once I win the bet." Yang smirked.

"Careful, being cocky can lead you to your downfall." Wolverine warned.

"That's what I've been trying to tell her most of the time." Blake said entering the sence.

"Damn Blake, you are looking good for the night." Yang complimented.

"You don't think it's a little too much for the dance?" Blake asked blushing from the compliment.

Blake is now wearing a short, purple, asymmetrical, halter neck dress that is split up the right side and has a black collar. Translucent black mesh covers her shoulders, decolletage and back, and decorative black swirls cover the left side of the dress and continue up the left strap. The outfit is completed with black pumps, and she wears a teal bow on her head as opposed to her usual black one.

"I think a certain monkey will love the idea of seeing you in a dress." Wolverine grinned.

"Well then, I better go see him right now." Blake nodded before walking away.

"It was great that you were able to convince her to take a fucking break now." Wolverine said.

"I gave her a little story and some deep talking to convince, and the girl was able to see things differently now." Yang bragged.

"I knew there was something else about you that I love than the other things I do." Wolverine hugged Yang into his arms making her giggles.

(Ballroom)

Wolverine and Yang entered the ballroom seeing all the decorations team RWWBY have made for the past days now seeing them light up for the dance, the DJ is getting ready to play the next music and seeing some students and staff members are also there enjoying themselves.

"Wow, you really did great in this place." Wolverine complimented.

"Don't sell yourself short. You helped out too." Yang pointed out.

"Only with some lifting and those stupid curtains." Wolverine said.

"You still help us with the dance, so try to take in some of the credits." Weiss stated walking up to them.

Weiss's dance is a short, white, sleeveless dress with cutouts on both sides of her waist. The yoke of the dress is translucent mesh, and she also wears white pumps.

"I guess I can, let just hope this dance will be fun enough for me to enjoy." Wolverine said with one arm wrap around Yang's neck.

"Hey, I hope you don't mind that I already gave Blake the first dance." Yang mentioned.

"That's fine, maybe I can fine Glynda to see if she wants to dance." Wolverine said.

"You're making it sound like you have seduce our teacher's heart." Weiss said with a scolding look.

"Uh, maybe, but all I can tell you that we've just gotten along very well." Wolverine said nervously as he does not want to deal with this right now.

"Very well, but you better not do something weird, dangerous, or anything else that would ruin the people's night that we worked so hard to make or else there will be hell to pay." Weiss warned.

"I got it; I'll be on my best behavior." Wolverine promised.

"Good." Weiss accepted this and looked around for a bit.

"Well, I'm going to the podium to greet some more of the students that are coming here." Yang said walking to the podium.

Wolverine decided to look around to see if Glynda is here yet to have that first dance with her while seeing some people are enjoying themselves even though the dance hasn't begun yet, the chatting among friends and teammates and lovers.

"Wolverine?" A familiar said getting his attention and his nose also picked up the scent.

"Glynda, I was getting worried that I may have been able to find you here." Wolverine smiled as he turns around and his eyes widen of shock.

Right in front of the savage young hero is the beautiful Glynda Goodwitch wearing a sparkly purple dress with a V-shape view of her cleavage and her right thights expose, her hair is down being smooth, and white high heels.

"Whoa, you look… whoa!" Wolverine surprised with his heart racing from the sight.

"Well, I thought about just coming here with my normal clothes, but Professor Peach convinced me to wear something like this." Glynda explained.

"I'm glad you listen because that makes you look like a billion lien." Wolverine complimented making her blush.

"Happy to hear that, there was another dress that she wanted me to wear but it was too inappropriate and not a dress for a dance like this." Glynda mentioned looking embarrassed.

"Well, the important thing is we're here together and we can have our first dance." Wolverine offered his hand to Glynda.

"But I thought Yang was gonna be your first dance?" Glynda confused.

"I already made plans with someone else, which means you have the honor of taking me to my first dancefloor." Wolverine smiled.

"When you put it like that, then I would be happy to dance with you." Glynda smiled taking his hand just in time when the DJ started playing.

Wolverine look at the door where Yang is and spotted Ruby entering the ballroom.

"Oh, you look so cute!" Yang complimented of the dress she little sister is wearing.

"Can we have a serious talk about how Weiss fights in these?" Ruby asked struggling to keep herself up with the kind of shoes she is wearing.

Ruby's dress is a short, red, sleeveless dress with a thick black sash around the waist and black trim along the bottom. The bodice of the dress is split vertically to the sash and laced with black lacing. The yoke of the dress is transparent mesh with an opaque collar and hem, as well as opaque lines connecting the collar to her shoulders. She also wears black stockings and pumps.

"Come on, the dance is the best way to show a girl her stuff." Yang said with both hands on her hips.

Blake and Sun enter the ballroom with the latter wearing a black shirt with a red tie.

"I take it you're to be Blake's first dance?" Sun asked Yang.

"You bet I am." Yang nodded and look to Blake.

"Ready to have a good time?" Yang asked holding out her hand to Blake.

"Indeed, I am." Blake nodded and taking the hand as Sun lets her go telling them to have a good time.

Wolverine and Glynda entered the dancefloor getting on with their peaceful fun forcing on each other while getting some eyes from some around them, shock to see a teacher and a student dancing together like they're a couple even though they already knew that he and Yang were already one.

But Wolverine didn't care about what the others are thinking as of right now that he wants to focus on himself and Glynda dancing together, and glad that he doesn't seems to be messing up a single step even though he has never really done anything like dancing at all.

"I'm impress, you have graceful steps." Glynda complimented.

"I never dance like this before, but I'm glad we're taking this slowly." Wolverine chuckled.

"Well, perhaps if you like, I might give you some private lessons on dancing and other things." Glynda offered whisper to his ear.

"Oh, I think it would be fun." Wolverine smirked and they kiss on the lips.

During their dance, Blake and Yang have move their way towards them while also enjoying their own moments in the dance.

"Damn, Professor Goodwitch, I didn't take you as the type to go out wearing such dress like that." Yang smirked at Glynda's dress.

"Thank you, and you two look lovely as well." Glynda responded with a compliment.

"Better pay up that 200, Wolverine." Yang reminded him of the bet with a smirk.

"Whatever, should have known better than to make a bet you can't win." Wolverine exclaimed.

"What bet?" Glynda asked.

"We bet on whether or not you would wear a beautiful dress to the dance, but to be honest I think it's worth every penny to see you like this." Wolverine explained.

"Such sweet things you are saying." Glynda smiled.

Minutes later, the first dance has ended with Blake staying on the dancefloor to have one with Sun as her team and Glynda are looking on to see her being happy and cheerful this evening.

"I told you she would come." Yang said.

"That you did, Sun Dragon. That you did." Wolverine nodded.

"Mission accomplished." Weiss declared.

"I am glad to see Miss Belladonna has finally come around from what's been bothering her, and I'm glad the team she is with is very kind to help her." Glynda relieved to see Blake's spirit being lifted of joy.

Blake is laughing upon hearing a joke Sun just made as he laughs with her.

"Soooo, what do we do now?" Ruby asked.

"Just have fun." Yang smiled as she took Wolverine's hand to go have that second dance together.

"I'll be taking over the podium for Yang." Weiss walked away to the podium.

"Does that mean I can change out of these stupid things and into my hood now?" Ruby asked, really wants to get out of this dress.

But no answer came to her and realize that she is stuck wearing this for the rest of the night while Glynda feels a little sorry for the girl of not being interested in these sorts of events.

"Not enjoying yourself, Miss Rose?" Ozpin asked walking up to her and Glynda.

"Oh, no, everything's fine! I'm just not much of a fancy pantsy... dancey girl." Ruby answered nervously.

"Miss Rose, while I can understand that you prefer to do more of tinkering with weapons and battling monsters more than this, but you must understand that life isn't about all those things and can't spent the rest of your life with just those." Glynda stated.

"Yeah, that lesson's been floating around a lot lately." Ruby crossed her arms, feeling annoyed of hearing about this.

"Because it's to help ease the soul of strong people like us, to be reminded that we're still humans deep down." Glynda pointed out.

"She is right, even the strongest Huntress would like some down time from fighting monsters all day like your mother." Ozpin mentioned.

"Really?" Ruby surprised.

"Yes." Ozpin nodded and looked towards the people on and off the dancefloor.

"If you think about it, fighting and dancing aren't so different. Two partners interlocked, although one wrong move on the ballroom merely leads to a swollen foot." Ozpin said.

"Or a twisted ankle." Ruby commented as she looks down at her own feet.

"It's not every day that friends are able to come together like this. Time has a way of testing our bonds, but it's nights like these that can help keep them stronger than ever. Nights like these are ones we'll never forget." Ozpin believed before walking away.

"Wise words as always, sir." Glynda nodded.

"Even though this may not be one of the things you like to do, you should consider doing it for your friends and loved ones because in the line of work you signed for, you may never know when it may be your last." Glynda stated.

"But that's why we work hard and get stronger so that we will come back to enjoy times like this." Ruby said with strong flames in her eyes.

"(Just like her mother.)" Glynda thought giggled, seeing Summer so much in Ruby.

Weiss is seen at the podium as she looks at the ballroom to see that most of every student is here until she heard the door opens, she turns to see Mercury and Emerald stepping in.

"Welcome, glad you two can make it." Weiss welcomed openly.

"Wouldn't miss it for the world." Mercury smirked.

Sometime later, Wolverine finish his dance with Yang and the two decided to hang out with Ruby who is still hanging by the punch bowl and Glynda went off to hang out with some of the staff members for a while.

"I see you're hiding at the punch bowl too." Jaune stepped in next to Ruby.

"Yep." Ruby nodded.

"To the socially awkward." Jaune said as they clap their cups together.

"Hey, we're right here." Wolverine gestured to himself and Yang.

"Sorry, just having a lousy time, I guess." Jaune apologized.

"Didn't you ask Pyrrha out?" Yang asked.

"Not really, I couldn't find the courage to even talk to her if she really does have feelings for me." Jaune exclaimed.

"Well, lucky for you, she came to the dance alone." Wolverine informed shocking Jaune.

"Yeah, the girl came here with you and the rest of your team though it didn't look like you two are together and no one else is with her." Wolverine pointed at Pyrrha who is walking up the steps to the balcony.

"Bub, I think it's best that you go to her right now and see how she feels about you." Wolverine advised.

"R-Right now?" Jaune stuttered.

"Better late than never, now get going!" Wolverine shoved Jaune in the direction.

Jaune looks back at Wolverine and thought about what he said and decided to really go for it, he turns around with a new determine look on his face and went up to the balcony.

"Way to 'push' things in the right direction." Yang punnded.

"I think things are going to be fine between them." Wolverine believed.
