Several nights, one voice haunts insides of his green head. He gotten use to calling Splinter telepathically, not this stranger.
"Our rabbit friend? Well, if you think the dude in trouble-" Michelangelo voiced his worries with actions as usual.
"No, I don't." Leonardo gently touched his shell. "Don't tell the other turtles, it might just be my telepathic power out of wack again."
A week later, after finishing his movie, Leonardo decided to give his rabbit friend a visit since his brothers have their own things to do. He brought with him leftover pizza hopping Usagi haven't already ate.
Honestly, he wished his brothers would've joined him to make this less awkward, considering they neglected to check up on Usagi.
He walked into Obento's museum to find Usagi mopping the place, while sporting a green bandanna tucked back those big white fluffy ears. Sometimes, he wonders how soft they are to touch.
Usagi took notice of the turtle in disguise and stopped his movements. He beamed up at his green friend. "Leonardo San, what an unexpected surprise. Did you need Master Obento for something?"
Leonardo shook his head, which made Usagi tilts his smaller one in confusion. "Do you wanna hang out after you're finished?"
Usagi replied as he goes back to mopping. "I don't mind that, but it'll be awhile." He blinks at Leonardo's turtle con buzzing on his side which made the leader groan.
Leonardo picks up the call from April something about Casey needed help, the real vigilante. "Do you wanna ditch chores now, to help a turtle out?"
Later on, after the three fought the bank robbers Leonardo tied up the criminals beore they both bid Casey farewell.
Currently, Leonardo spoke outside the sewers on turtle con while Usagi watches tv from Planet of Cows cable.
Obento suggests Usagi to spend the evening much to Leonardo's worry.
"Oh, but I'm sure he's more comfortable on his own bed and sewers reeks-"
"Master Splinter already informed me your connection, take this opportunity to tell him, or don't. We're going on vacation in two days to visit my mother in Japan."
Connection to someone who isn't family?
Leonardo swallowed thickly before finishing the call once he spotted his brothers loud voices and footsteps.
"Oh, hey Leonardo wacha doing out here?" Donatello questioned.
"Yeah, dude it's not like we have ninja training today-" Michaelanglo tried getting a word in until Ralph went inside getting the answer.
