Previously...
"Prince Solaris, we came as fast as we could!" Dusk says as he and his friends run in to meet the Prince.
"I need you to wield the Elements of Harmony once again and stop Discord." Prince Solaris tells the group of friends.
"The Elements! They're gone!" Dusk says as he and his friends look at the empty case.
"The second rule is everypony has to play or the game is over, and I win." Discord says as he lays on the hedge behind Rainbow Blitz. "Good luck, everypony!" Discord says as he laughs then disappears in a flash.
"Our friendship...over?" AppleJack says in disbelief.
"Who were you talking to?" Dusk asked AppleJack. "I was talkin' to... uh... nopony! Nopony whatsoever!" AppleJack said and he bit his lip and looked around nervously. "What?" Dusk questioned confused.
"Bubble Berry! Are we glad to see you!" Dusk says as he heads towards the curly maned stallion. "Oh you are, huh? Why? Need a good laugh?" Bubble says in an upset tone in his voice.
"What is happening to my friends?" Dusk asks as he sees how his friends are acting.
"Looks like we might be due for a big old storm of chaos." Discord says as he laughs at the looks of the ponies faces.
Now...
Discord continues to laugh maniacally at all the ponies faces then he falls onto his back with all of his laughter. "And what are you laughing at!?" Bubble yell at Discord for laughing at him. "Oh, you ponies are just the most fun I've had in eons." Discord said to the stallions.
"Well, quit it! You'd better think before you laugh at the Bubb...le Berry!" Bubble says as he gets into Discords face. "Oh, yeah? Well ha, ha." Butterscotch mock laughs at Bubble.
"Quit it!" Bubble demands Butterscotch.
"No. Ha, ha." Butterscotch says and he continues to laugh at him mockingly
"Quit it!" Bubble yells at Butterscotch covering his ears and he glares at the pegasus.
"No. Ha ha-ha ha ha." Butterscotch says and he continues to laugh at Bubble.
"Uh... Elusive? This here diamond of yours? Dusk said we should split it six ways since we, uh, found it together." AppleJack lies as he puts his hoof on the boulder that Elusive thinks is a diamond. "HI-YAH! Try it, punk. He's mine. All mine! Ya! Ya! Ya!" Elusive says as he karate kicks AppleJack away from his 'diamond' protecting it.
"Guys, why are you all acting like this?" Dusk says as he tries to get his friends to stop fighting. "We need to stick together." Dusk tells his friends. "[laughter] It's just too entertaining." Discord says as he lounges on a movie theater styled couch with a bag of popcorn that he munches on.
"Stop it, Discord. You're not playing fair." Dusk tells the spirit of chaos angry at him. "I'm not playing fair? Perhaps we haven't met. I'm Discord, spirit of chaos and disharmony. Hello?" Discord says to Dusk to remind him who he's talking to.
"How are we supposed to find the Elements of Harmony when you took away the labyrinth before we could get to the end?" Dusk says to Discord. "Oh, wait, did you...?" Discord says as he hears the unicorn's words. "[laughter] How funny! You thought the Elements were in the labyrinth?" Discord says to Dusk as he takes the unicorn back in his memory.
"Twists and turns are my master plan. Then find the Elements back where you began." The flashback of Discord says to the group of ponies and Discord brings them back to the present.
"I never said they were in the labyrinth." Discord says to Dusk with a smug look on his face. "But...but..." Dusk says confused and he looks at Discord.
"Keep trying, Dusk Shine. Maybe the magic of friendship can help you. Discord says to the Purple Unicorn mockingly. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have some chaos to wreak." Discord says as he snaps his fingers to leave causing a thunderstorm of chocolate milk to fall.
"Chocolate milk? I hate chocolate milk!" Bubble Berry says as he glares at the clouds above him. "[grunt] Think, Dusk, think! 'Find the Elements back where you began.' Back where you began." Dusk says as he tries to think about Discords riddle.
Elusive is carrying his gem and AppleJack jumps on top of it. "Don't touch my gem!" Elusive yells at the farm pony. "I'm touching your gem, Elusive. Ha, ha." Butterscotch says as he laughs mockingly. "What 'chu laughin' at?" Bubble yells at the Pegasus.
"Dusk!" Cupid yells out for her friend. "Cupid!" Dusk says surprised to see her. "What are you doing out here?" Dusk asks the pink unicorn. "I saw the labyrinth disappear and I was so worried about you all so I just had to see what happened." Cupid says to him.
"I'm so glad to see a familiar friendly face ever since we entered the labyrinth all of our friends personalities just changed I have a feeling I know who caused it but I don't know what to do and I'm stuck on his riddle." Dusk says to her.
"What do you mean they've changed?" Cupid says confused and then she looks at her friends. "You know now that I'm looking at them actually they do look different Butterscotch looks mean. Why is Elusive carrying a boulder? Bubble Berry is a total grouch, and AppleJack just doesn't look like himself. And where is Rainbow Blitz?" Cupid says as she looks at all of her friends.
"Just what happened when you were gone." Cupid says and then she shakes her head not wanting to know. "Alright tell me what you need help with." Cupid tells Dusk making him smile for the first time in a while.
"Twists and turns are my master plan. Then find the Elements back where you began." Dusk says repeating Discord's riddle. "Well I definitely didn't think they were in the labyrinth and I was thinking about it the entire time me and Prince Solaris were just talking and catching up I think I know where we need to go." Cupid says to Dusk.
"Think about the end of the riddle that's the part you need to focus on I know you can do it Dusky." Cupid tells Dusk giving him the hint that he needed. "Ugh. I just want to go home..." Dusk says and groans as he just want this to end. "Wait a minute... Home! "Back where you began!" The Elements must be in..." Dusk says as he finally understands Discord's riddle thanks to Cupid's help.
"Ponyville! Come on, guys. I'm certain this is what Discord's riddle really meant. If we get back to the library, I have a book that I just know can give us a clue. Ah!" Dusk says as he and his friends make it back home but then he gets trampled by a bunch of rabbits with giraffe like legs.
"Ohh my gosh Dusk are you OK!" cupid says as she goes to run over to her friend to check on him and help him up. "Good girl, Angel. Papa's so proud." Butterscotch says as he is happy about Dusk getting trampled.
Just then it suddenly turned nighttime. "Wow, I can see so much better now." AppleJack says sarcastically then the roads changed "Whoa!" He said and he slipped and slid on the road knocking over his friends. "I meant to do that." AppleJack lies as he slides on the road ending up next to Dusk and Cupid.
"Wah! Ahh! Whoa!" Dusk exclaimed as he fell don on his front jut then it turned daytime. "Discord's turned our dirt roads into soap!" Dusk says as he sees the change to the roads. "Beautiful, isn't it?" Discord says as he slides on by the 2 unicorns and the earth pony that are laying on the now soap roads.
"This is the new and improved Ponyville, and these are only my first of changes." Discord says as he shows Dusk and Cupid, the changes that he had done to their home.
Bubble Berry is seen skating on the soapy roads next to Dusk and Cupid. "This may look like fun, but it's not." Bubble Berry says as he skates on past them making Dusk sigh exasperated and Cupid shaking her head in frustration.
A lion paw wraps around Dusk, while a eagle wraps around Cupid, Discord is now lifting the two unicorns in his arms. "Picture it. The chaos capital of the world." Discord says, and he brings Cupid over right next to dusk in his lion paw arm squishing the two unicorns together.
And he holds both of the unicorns in his both of his appendages and shows them the future chaos capital of the world. But unfortunately, it had just turned night time.
"I can't picture anything. It's too dark." Dusk says upset and Discord drops both of the unicorns onto the ground. "Well, wait a few minutes and you'll see it in the beautiful light of day. Or not." Discord says casually, and then he disappears in a flash.
"Ponyville, the chaos capital of the world? Not if I have anything to say about it." Dusk says determined to try to fix this mess. "Don't worry, you won't." Butterscotch says and he gives up mean spirit laughter as he slides past the two unicorns making Dusk sigh upset and Cupid goes to comfort him, giving him a small smile on her face making him smile.
The group of friends make their way to the Golden Oak Library. "Okay, we're here. Everyone please, please, please just go inside, please?" Dusk bags exasperated by his friends making it tough on him to bring them back to the library.
"I absolutely refuse." AppleJack lies and his colors actually get more monochrome as he walks into the library. "With pleasure." Butterscotch says, but before he goes in, the library he stomps on the flowers that are just outside of the door and his colors turn even more monochromatic as he does this and he head in.
"I hate libraries!" Bubble Berry says with a grouchy tone in his voice. and his colors are also dulling to be more grey scale. Dusk groans at the behavior of his friends in Cupid is not far behind him she is also exasperated by her friend's behavior.
The two unicorns look at the last unicorn in their friend group trying to push the 'diamond' into the library. "Pleeeease, we gotta hurry!" Dusk begs his fellow unicorn friend. "Come on, Elusive. You've been pushing this 'diamond' for hours. We need to hurry." Cupid says to the white unicorn stallion very much frustrated with everything that's been going on.
"Forget it, you two. I know what you're up to. The second I go in, you'll have your little minion Barbara come and take Tina!" Elusive exclaims as his main is not as tidy as it once was due to him pushing the 'diamond'.
"Tina?" Dusk and Cupid both ask confused on the sudden name. "Well, it's not going to work." Elusive says as he loses even more of his color clinging on the the 'diamond'.
"You're not going in without her, are you?" Dusk asks his fellow unicorn. "Mm-mm." Elusive Hums in agreement. "[grunting] Fine!" Dusk says and he lifts Tina off of the ground and carrying her inside while the other unicorns follow him one happy and the other looking at the make in awe of his strength.
Inside the Golden Oak Library, Barbara is seen taking a nap on the ground holding a mop in her claw and a bucket off to her side. A pair of hoofs lifted up the bucket and dumps the water onto the sleeping dragon startling her and making her wake up. Barbara shakes off the water like a dog and looks to see who dumped the water onto her.
"What did you do that for, Butterscotch?" Barbara asks the pegasus who would never normally do something like that. "'Cause you just looked so peaceful." Butterscotch says to the dragon with a mean look on his face.
"I, uh... Huh?" Barbara says ringing out the water in her tail with a confused look on her face. Just then, a loud crash sounded out through the library. "Careful, Dusk! You'll ruin her beautiful finish." Elusive scolds, Dusk. "Oh, for the love of..." Dusk says not having it. "Dusk Cupid, what's going on? Why does everybody look so...gray?" Barbara asks the only two ponies who aren't acting differently as he gesture to the other stallions in the room.
"Don't ask. I need you to help me find something." Dusk says as he puts Barbara on his back. "Hey, Dusk, what's soaking wet and clueless?" Butterscotch asks the purple unicorn. "Fluttershy, I've had just about enough—" Dusk gets cut off by the mean spirted pegasus by him dumping a bucket of water onto Dusk. "Your face!" Butterscotch says to the soaking wet unicorn stallion and he slams the bucket on to Dusk's head.
"What's happened to everypony?" Barbara asks as she sees her friends not acting like themselves. "I guess you just bring out the worst in us, Barbara." AppleJack lies to the baby dragon walking past her.
"Ugh. No time to explain. We've got to find the reference guide to the Elements of Harmony before somepony does something he'll regret!" Dusk says as he is starting to lose his temper as he glares at his friends.
"The Elements of Harmony? Oh, I know exactly where that book is." Barbara says and she goes to grab the said book that Dusk needs. "Found it!" She says as she grabs the book, but then a scroll hits her in the face, causing her to drop the book, allowing Butterscotch to grab the falling book.
"Hah!" Butterscotch says in victory. "Butterscotch, you'd better give me that book!" Dusk says as he glares at his friend with a very angered tone in his voice. "Keep away!" Butterscotch sings as he tosses the book over to AppleJack who balances the book on his nose.
"Hey! AppleJack, give me that book!" Dusk demands AppleJack to give him his book back. "I don't have any book." AppleJack lies to Dusk as he balances the book on his nose and he tosses it over to Bubble Berry who bounces the book off of his rear. "Bubble!" Cupid shouts as she ties to help Dusk get the book back but only failing. "You guys! Stop it right now!" Dusk says to his friends as he tries to catch the book that bounces from Butterscotch to AppleJack to Bubble Berry.
"Ugh!" Barbara grunts as she tackles Butterscotch out of the air causing him to drop the book. Just as dusk was going to pick up the book. and light blue covers the book. "Mine!" Elusive says as he steals the book from Dusk.
"Hey, do you even know what you just stole?" Dusk asks the now gray unicorn stallion. "Hey, do you even know what you just stole?" Dusk asks Elusive as he goes to chase him for the book. "No, but if you want it, I want it!" Elusive says as he runs away with the book in his grasp. "GIVE ME THAT BOOK!" Dusk yells as he goes to chase Elusive.
As Elusive was running away from Dusk Butterscotch comes in and lifts the unicorn away from Dusk, causing Dusk to smash face first into the 'diamond'. "Where is he? Where's Elusive?" Dusk says as he recovers from smashing head first into the 'diamond'.
"Beats me." Applejack lies once again and this sets off Dusk and he is infuriated with this. "Lies!" Dusk says as he pounces onto his friends all of the stallions fighting in a giant dust cloud till Dusk slides out holding the book he was trying so hard to get.
"Get back! All of you! This is my book, and I'm going to READ IT!" Dusk yells as both Cupid and Barbara goes to protect him while he has the book. Dusk opens the book with his magic and turns couple pages only to see. "[gasp] The Elements!" Dusk exclaims shocked to see them.
"The Elements! They were here all along!" Dusk says happily seeing the elements of harmony completely unharmed. "This is great! Now you guys can defeat Discord and put everything back to normal!" Barbara says equally as happy as dusk. "This nightmare is going to be over soon. Thank Solaris." Cupid sighs extremely relieved.
"See, guys? We did it! We found the Elements of Harmony! Together!" Dusk says happy to have retrieved the elements of harmony but his friends do not seem to share the same sentiment As they all look bored beyond their minds, Butterscotch playing with Bubble Berry's mane. Elusive polishing his 'diamond' and AppleJack just sitting there yawning.
"You don't even care, do you?" Dusk asks his friends. "No!" The four stallions say in unison not really caring about what is going on. "[sigh] I never thought it would happen. My friends..." Dusk looks downcast. Have turned into complete JERKS!" Dusk says angrily as he grabs all of the elements and forces them onto his friends.
"Necklace! Necklace! Necklace! Necklace! And... big crown thingy! Come on, everypony, let's go!" Dusk says as he finishes putting his crown on his head. "But Dusk, aren't you missing somepony?" Cupid asks him. "Nope. We've got the liar, the grump, the hoarder, and the brute. That just about covers it." Dusk says to her. "But what about Rainbow Blitz?" Cupid says to Dusk.
Dusk pauses but then grabs Rainbow Blitz's, necklace and puts it on to the mare. "Congratulations, Cupid, you're the new Rainbow Blitz. Now let's go!" Dusk says to her. "What! Me! But this isn't a good idea Dusk! Hey come back here!" Cupid tries to tell Dusk, but he ignores her and she has to run off after him causing Barbra to chase after the two.
"Too bad, you're Rainbow Blitz. Now let's go defeat Discord so we don't ever have to talk to each other again!" Dusk says and he runs off to face Discord. "Yeah! Woo-hoo!" AppleJack, Butterscotch and Bubble Berry all cheer and they run over Barbara on their way out.
Elusive grunts as he tries to get Tina out but then light orchid magic covers over the Tina and lifts it up. "Move! Look out, here comes Tina!" Dusk yells and he brings Tina out through their balcony door having it crash to the ground as soon as he got it out of the library.
"Well, well, well, I see you've found the Elements of Harmony. How terrifying!" Discord says as he is not even worried about the elements of harmony being found. "Discord! I've figured out your lame riddle. You're in for it now!" Dusk says to the chaos being.
"I certainly am. You've clearly out-dueled me, and now it's time to meet my fate. I'm prepared to be defeated now, gentlemen. Fire when ready." Discord says as he puts a target onto his stomach area.
"Formation, now!" Dusk tells his friends and they give out a non-committal sound. ""Rainbow Blitz", get over here." Dusk tells Cupid who is wearing the element of loyalty to get over to them. "All right, let's get this over with." Dusk says he starts using his element. All of the elements glow as the ponies that wear them are lifted into the air, except for Cupid who is wearing the element of loyalty.
"What's going on?" Dusk asks as the elements don't seem to have worked. "Mine's workin'. There must be somethin' wrong with yours." AppleJack says trying to blame Dusk.
"I HATE the Elements of Harmony!" Bubble Berry says in a grouchy tone. "Hmph! Garbage." Butterscotch says as he takes off his element and throws it on the ground. "MINE!" Elusive screams as he grabs the element that Butterscotch had thrown on the ground.
"I'm sorry this didn't work Dusk I was trying to tell you this won't work without Rainbow Blitz. He is the element of loyalty, not me." Cupid says as she takes off Rainbow Blitz's element and hands it over to him with her magic.
"Sorry, Dusk. I guess I'd better get back upstairs and clean up the library. Good luck with all this— whoa!" Barbara says as she tries to leave, but gets tripped over by Butterscotch's tail. "Oops, sorry, Klutzra." Butterscotch says in a mocking way not really sorry for what he had done.
"Bravo, ponies, bravo!" Discord says as he claps and he walks over towards the ponies who once wielded the elements of harmony. "Harmony in Equestria is officially dead. Discord rules, Solaris drools." Discord says as he pokes Dusk's nose and he slide's away on the soapy road laughing maniacally.
"It's your fault it didn't work." Bubble Berry says. "Who are you talking to?" Dusk asks him. "Any of you! ALL OF YOU! I'm outta here!" Bubble Berry says as he hops away from his 'friends'.
"I better go, too. I've got new better friends waiting for me at the farm." AppleJack lies once again and he leaves. "Yeah! I'm sick of you losers." Butterscotch says and he leaves.
"FINE! Leave! See if I care! I don't need you guys either! With friends like you, who needs...enemies...?" Dusk says and his color starts to fade just like his friends and a tear drop rolls down his face and lands on the ground in the shape of a broken heart.
Cupid sees this and is determined to fix this. She can't stand the thought of her friends not being friends any more. So she starts planning to take matters into her own hoofs.
~ {Cupid POV} ~
"All right, Barbara, I have a plan to fix everything, but it's. going to come at a great cost for you. Are you prepared to help?" Cupid asks the baby dragon for her assistance. "I'll do whatever it takes to help out, to fix everything." Barbara says determined to fix this mess.
Cupid smiles at the baby dragons determination. "All right, then, Barbara, I'm going to need you to take a note and send it to Prince Solaris." Cupid tells her and she gets out a parchment with a quill.
Dear Prince Solaris.
This is cupid and I'm certain that you are aware of what's going on. Dusk and our friends are. losing the essence of who they are. I need you to send me every single friendship lesson that dusk has learned over the course of his stay here in Ponyville. This will help Dusk realize the importance of his friendship with these ponies. This will work I know it will.
Sincerely, your student Cupid.
"All right, Barbara, time to send the letter. and I am really sorry for the amount of pain that you are going to be going through. I know it's not much, but I will make it up to you, I promise." Cupid says to Barbara and she sends the letter to Prince Solaris.
~ {Cupid POV Over} ~
"Pack your things, Cupid, Barbra we're leaving." Dusk says as he enters the Golden Oak Library to pack up and leave. "Don't ask where we're going, 'cause I don't know yet. Just not here." Dusk says. as he starts to pack his suitcase. "Can't...move. The prince...has been sending these...since I sent the letter. [belch]" Barbara says as she barfs up another letter and Cupid is seen trying to comfort the baby dragon through her pain.
"These are all the letters I've written to the prince since I've lived in Ponyville. But why would he send them back?" Dusk asks confused as Barbara is continuing to belch out the letters from the prince.
"Real friends don't care what your cover is."
"Friendship is a wondrous and powerful thing."
"And like the path cut through the orchard, there will always be a way through."
"The best thing to do is stay true to yourself."
"Everypony has a special magical connection with her friends. Maybe even before she's met them."
As Dusk is reading the letters that he had wrote and sent to the prince. The color in his coat is coming back Cupid sees this and smiles wide, know her plan is working.
"Cupid! Barbara, it's all so clear! Can't you see? Discord's trying to distract us from what's important. He knows how powerful our friendships are, and he's trying to keep us from seeing it. Do you remember what I said the first day we arrived in Ponyville? I told you that the future of Equestria didn't rest on me making friends. But the opposite is true! The friendships I've made since I've been here are what saved Equestria from Darkhorse Knight. And now they need to save it from Discord!" Dusk says as he finally returns to his usual self.
As the Dusk was saying to Barbara as he was spinning her around and round making her more queasy he finally puts her down gently onto her bed. "You're right, Barbara. I've got to fight for my friendships. For them. For me. For Equestria!" Dusk says determined to save Equestria.
"It's about time! Come on now let's do this!" Cupid says to Dusk as she takes the crown out from the trash and puts it back onto his head where it belongs. Both of the unicorns stopped when they hear a groan from Barbara. "Oh...uh...why don't you just stay here and rest? We'll take care of the whole fighting for friendship thing ourselves." Dusk says to Barbara and they both leave to fix their friendships.
At Sweet Apple Acres we see flying pigs and Macareina is seen digging in the corn fields like a dog. Granny Smith is doing a tap dancing jig. outside of the family's barn and AppleJack is eating a green apple in reverse. "And so I tried to defeat Discord, but none of my so-called "friends" would lift a hoof to help me." AppleJack says to Granny Smith.
"AppleJack, we're here to fight for our friendship." Dusk says to AppleJack as he and Cupid arrive but then Macareina pops out of the ground and licks Dusk on the face making Cupid glare at her.
"Oh, now you want to fight. Where were you when I was battlin' Discord?" AppleJack lies pretending to fight and then Dusk tackles the stallion on the ground. "Snap out of it. This isn't you! You're not a liar." Dusk activates his magic and uses it on AppleJack making him remember who he is.
After AppleJack remembers who he is his color comes back to him returning him to his honest self. "Wh-what happened?" AppleJack says shaking his head and regained his senses. "Dusk! Cupid!" [sigh] I saw a vision of us feudin' and fightin'. I couldn't face the truth, so I started tellin' lies. Can you ever forgive me?" AppleJack says as he cover his hat over his mouth in embarrassment for his actions.
"I already have. Come on!" Dusk and Cupid tell him and they head over to Butterscotch to bring him back. Applejack had to use his lasso on Butterscotch's legs to get him to stay still in order for Dusk to use his spell. "Oh no! Dusk, Cupid, AppleJack, I just had the worst dream!" Butterscotch says as he returns to normal. the other three ponies. Just look at each other at his words.
At the Carousel Boutique, they are trying to bring Elusive back to normal. "What do you think you're doing? Get away from my gem! Get away-!" Elusive says and a bright flash of orchid magic shines from the boutique.
Elusive is now seen pushing the giant bolder out of his shop. "Let us never speak of this again." Elusive says to his friends as he is embarrassed by his actions.
Dusk Shine, Cupid, Butterscotch, Elusive and AppleJack are walking across Ponyville after fixing Bubble Berry who was laughing his tail off in the wagon that AppleJack was pulling. "[laughter] And I-I turned gray! [giggle] Can you believe it?!" Bubble says as he continues to laugh.
"Uh? He's not here." Butterscotch says as he looks in Rainbow Blitz's house looking for said pony. "Without Rainbow Blitz, we can't use the Elements." Dusk says as Butterscotch lands on the ground. "He could be anywhere by now! We're never gonna find him." AppleJack says concerned.
"Yeah, we will, 'cause he's right there!" Bubble says and he points out the former rainbow maned pegasus. "Rainbow Blitz!" Dusk calls out to the grey pegasus. "Hey, guys!" Rainbow greets back casually while lying on a cloud. "We've been looking everywhere for you!" Dusk says to him. "That's nice." Rainbow Blitz says in an unbothered tone of voice.
"Discord's still on the loose! We need you to help us defeat him with your element, Loyalty!" Dusk tells him with a concerned tone of voice. "Pfft. Loyalty, schmoyalty! Have you guys seen Ponyville? It's a disaster! I'm staying here in Cloudsdale where everything's awesome." Rainbow Blitz says as he lays back on his cloud.
"How in Equestria can he think that tiny patch of clouds is Cloudsdale?" Elusive asks as he sees this. "The same way he got you to think that cheap rock was a bona fide diamond." AppleJack retorts with a smug look on his face. "I thought we agreed never to speak of that again." Elusive says to AppleJack annoyed he brought that back up. "Time for Plan B." Dusk says and they start with their plan.
The group waited till Rainbow Blitz to fall asleep and used their pink to purple gradient hot air balloon with AppleJack on top of the balloon and the rest minus Butterscotch in the basket,
"Okay, Butterscotch, you grab Rainbow Blitz and hold him down. AppleJack will lower me down from this rope so I can cast the memory spell on him." Dusk whispers to the yellow pegasus. "Got it!" Butterscotch says and he goes over to the sleeping Rainbow Blitz.
However, as he was just about to put hold Rainbow Blitz down, he decided to poke the sleeping males back, waking him up. "Um...I'm just wondering if it's okay if I hold you down against your will for a little bit?" Butterscotch asks the grey pegasus. "Ugh..." Dusk groans at his actions.
Rainbow Blitz flies up in front of Butterscotch. "Nice try! Ponyville's your problem, not mine." Rainbow Blitz says as he grabs his cloud and flies away.
Dusk throws a rope in front of Butterscotch making the yellow pegasus look at him. "Come on, Butterscotch, we've got to catch him." Dusk tells Butterscotch and he grabs the rope and starts pulling the balloon. "Hyah!" Dusk yells out and Butterscotch continues to pull the hot air balloon.
Rainbow Blitz sees his friends and decides to fly all around them avoiding to get caught. "AppleJack!" Dusk yells and he tosses the rope to the earth pony on top of the hot air balloon AppleJack catches it and makes a lasso out of it and catches Rainbow Blitz with it.
As the rope had caught onto the flying pegasus, the left over rope wrapped around the legs of Elusive and Bubble Berry causing them to get pulled out of the hot air balloon and into the sky only being dragged by Rainbow Blitz. "WHOA!" The white unicorn and the pink earth pony yelled as they got out of the hot air balloon. "BUBBLE! You were supposed to secure the ROPE!" Elusive tells Bubble Berry. "Oops." Bubble says sheepishly.
"Elusive, Bubble, hold on! Y'all are slowing him down!" AppleJack yells at the two ponies being dragged by Rainbow Blitz. "Oh, Butterscotch, would you be a dear and FLY FASTER, please?" Elusive yells at Butterscotch for him to fly a little bit faster. "I can't!" Butterscotch whimpers as he is crying, trying to keep up.
"If you can't catch him, Discord wins!" Cupid yells at Butterscotch, telling him what's at stake this seems to work as his eyes light up with anger at the mention of Discord. "That big... dumb... MEANIE!" Butterscotch registers Cupid's words and flies faster than he's ever flown before.
They managed to catch up to Rainbow Blitz, who is struggling to fly with his unwanted passengers. "Okay, AppleJack, last rope! Make it count!" Cupid says to the orange earth pony and tosses up the last rope. AppleJack manages to catch Rainbow Blitz, who is struggling to fly with all of the weight that he is carrying and they all manage bring him down to the ground.
Elusive, Bubble Berry, Cupid, Butterscotch and AppleJack are all holding onto a rope, keeping Rainbow Blitz still while he tries to get the ropes off of him. "Lemme go! I don't need you guys! Leave me alone!" Rainbow Blitz says as he tries to buck off the ropes that his friends are pulling.
Dusk uses his memory spell to remind Rainbow Blitz who he is. The spell seems to have worked like it did with the others and his color had returned to his body. "Wh-what happened? [gasp] How's Ponyville? Where are the Elements?! Did we stop Discord?" Rainbow Blitz asks his friends as he gets his bearings.
They all surround each other in a group hug when they got Rainbow Blitz back as they all cheer happily. However, a group of tutu wearing buffalo snap them out of their moment. "Maybe it's a little early for a group hug." Dusk says, as they see this.
Back in Ponyville Discord's chaos is continuing to affect the area with the giraffe licked rabbits and the Tutu wearing Buffalo just roaming around with large playing card building and houses floating in the air.
Discord laughs as pies rain from the sky he is enjoying the chaos that is in front of him. A cotton candy cloud raining chocolate milk is right next to him. Discord brings a glass into existence and fills the glass up from top to bottom instead of bottom to top. "Chaos is a wonderful, wonderful thing." Discord says as he was just about to drink his chocolate milk, a voice interrupted him.
"Not as wonderful as friendship." Dusk says as he and his friends confront Discord. "Oh, this again?" Discord says and he drinks the glass surrounding the chocolate milk. He looks at the solid chocolate milk in his hand and throws it behind him, causing an explosion.
"That's right. You couldn't break apart our friendship for long." AppleJack tells Discord. Discord's lion paw finger lights up with magic and grabs AppleJack's element and brings the stallion to him. "Oh, AppleJack. Don't lie to me. I'm the one who made you a liar." Discord says and he uses his eagle claw to drag the other elements minus Dusk's over to him "Will you ever learn?" Discord says to the other stallions that he dragged over to him.
Dusk sees this and with the desire to save his friends, he uses his magic to create a shield over them, protecting them and bringing them to the ground. As the bubble reaches the ground Dusk's magic reverses Discord's and a patch of grass is seen underneath their hooves.
Discord sees this and he's amused by this not taking the stallions seriously. "I'll tell you what we've learned, Discord: we've learned that friendship isn't always easy, but there's no doubt it's worth fighting for!" Dusk tells Discord what he had learned.
"Ugh, gag. Fine, go ahead. Try and use your little Elements. Frenemies. Just make it quick. I'm missing some excellent chaos here." Discord says as he does not believe that they could reverse him into stone again.
"All right, gentlemen, let's show him what friendship can do!" Dusk says, as they all get ready to use their elements of harmony. "Wait-wait-wait!" Bubble Berry stops their friend from using their elements in order to drink some chocolate milk from a cotton candy cloud before they end this. They all looked at him not really amused but once he finishes, Bubble Berry is to defeat Discord.
They all light up their elements and start to use their magic that they contain. Elusive's element is seen glowing up and diamond shapes are of magic are coming out of it. The same could be said for AppleJack and Butterscotch's as their elements light up with magic, the shapes of what the elements are in the magic is coming out.
Rainbow Blitz's Element lights up as well However, a red lighting bolt Of magic is seen shooting out and gets close to Discord's head making him look at what is going on. "Huh. What's this?" Discord says as he finally sees what is going on. The elements of harmony that the stallions are wearing are lighting up and actually working this time.
"No." Discord says in complete horror to what is going to happen to him. As the elements of harmony are charging up the spell and when it is finally ready Dusk's eyes glow white filled with magic and the rainbow that once defeated Darkhorse Knight returned and turned Discord back to stone. "Nooooo!" Discord yells as his body turns back into stone.
Once Discord was turned back into stone the rainbow magic reversed all of Discord's magic and turned Ponyville back to normal. Once every pony was back in the ground, minus Butterscotch and Rainbow Blitz who were flying The group of friends looked at each other with smiles on their faces as Discord's, stone body fell on to the ground.
Later at the palace in Canterlot a ceremony was being held for the. the defeat of discord. As fanfare played in the Grand Hall of the castle the six stallions were walking down the red carpet towards Prince Solaris. The six friends stood in front of the prince as he was going to begin his speech.
"We are gathered here today to once again honor the heroism of these six friends who stood up to the villain Discord and saved Equestria from eternal chaos." Prince Solaris finished his speech And the crowds of ponies who stood there all cheered for the six friends.
Prince Solaris used his magic to unveil a new stained glass window in the Canterlot castle This stained glass window depicts the defeat of discord with the six friends using the elements of harmony. The crowd cheers as confetti falls from the ceiling and This concludes the end of the ceremony.
