If you had told Adrian a few weeks ago that he would be helping his cousin prepare for a date he probably would have laughed in your face, to compound the weirdness of the situation the person his cousin was dating was his ex girlfriend, so naturally he didn't want to navigate this minefield as Adrian Agreste times like this he was happy to have an alter-ego.

Felix and Kagami were not a couple he had expected, but the love master would take any case. Even if he found the fact his ex was dating his cousin a little weird.

He had overheard Felix mention it out in public, so it wasn't outside of the realm of possibility that Chat Noir could have heard about it. He was playing pretty fast and loose with his identity, but he doubted Felix would figure him out; he'd already met Chat Noir a bunch of times, and he hadn't so far.

He usually wouldn't interfere, but it was Felix. The guy wasn't the most considerate of other people's feelings he needed all the help he could get. So the day before the date, Chat had decided to approach him.

"Hello there Felix, nice afternoon, isn't it?" Chat spoke up, seemingly taking his cousin by complete surprise.

"Chat Noir? Is there something you need?" He eyed the superhero with confusion and indifference, unable to fathom why he was speaking to him.

"Nope but I'm sure there's something I can help you with, I've heard you've got a date and I thought as Paris's very own love Guru it's only right I offer my advice." Adrien knew he was being a little self-indulgent, but it was just a bit of harmless fun.

"Love Guru? You?" Felix eyed with scepticism. Was this guy serious?

"Doubt me if you like, but so far, I'm three for three." Chat boasted, but Felix thought he sounded a little too proud of himself.

"I don't get you, but you're offering to help so fine. What's your advice?"

"Well first, when is this date?"

"I'm meeting up with Kagami at 11 am."

"The meet up with me at 10. I'll help you prepare."

The two of them discussed a time and a place to meet up before Chat Noir bid Felix goodbye, still leaving his cousin thoroughly confused.

This is so stupid Felix thought as he arrived in front of a shopping Mall Chat had told him to meet in front of. It didn't take long for the superhero to show up, who immediately looked disappointed.

"That's what you're wearing? where do you think you're going to store?" He let out a sigh of disbelief as if lamenting his decision to help.

"I sort of am," Felix deadpanned, gesturing to the Mall

"No, you're going on a date! Put more effort into your appearance. "

Felix didn't get it. What was wrong with what he was wearing? He'd done what he always did on his free days: opened his drawers and pulled out the first things he saw.

"Well, I can't say I'm too surprised that you're that kinda guy," Chat shrugged as he shook his head with a sigh.

"What kind of guy?" Felix responded through gritted teeth.

"The kind of guy who doesn't change anything up even on a date, Girls normally swipe left on guys like you."

How rude! I've never once received a complaint about what I wear! Felix fumed internally but didn't say anything.

"We don't have much time. We need to get you changed into a real outfit." Chat concluded, already dragging him into the store

"What I'm wearing is fine," Felix protested but didn't bother fighting it.

"Don't you have ears? I just told you it isn't."

Chat Noir dragged him through a few different stores looking through clothes to find something that suited Felix,as well as instructing him on how to act on dates, if there was one thing his years as a model had taught him it was style. Once he had paid for an outfit he was happy with, and one he was sure Felix wouldn't object to, he pushed Felix into a changing room and ushered him to try them on.

A light-coloured vest, shirt, and jeans it was a simple but clean look that Adrian felt suited Felix well, he was kind of going for the intellectual look as it fit with the eloquent way Felix spoke. He was confident Kagami would like it.

Felix wasn't convinced he was sure what he was wearing was fine and why did this guy care so much anyway it wasn't like this was his date, He stepped out of the changing room and Chat Noir spread some Gel across his head to flatten a few hairs that were sticking up.

"You could be a bit more appreciative. I'm trying to do you a favour here." Chat remarked as he fixed his hair

"I never asked for your help. Why do I need to try this hard? We're just going to the park, " Felix protested, but Chat Noir wouldn't hear it. Once he was done, he stepped back. And was quiet for a moment.

Felix felt like he was being judged here, he was sure it was over the top and Chat Noir being so quiet didn't help he didn't get nervous easily but he actually cared about Kagami's opinion of him. "I knew it wouldn't look good, so why dress me up anyway?" Felix snapped in annoyance as he turned to head back into the changing room, though Chat didn't let him.

"Just go as you are now, trust me. You'll understand when you meet up with her." Felix sighed before leaving the store he only had a few minutes to get to the park anyway for Kagami on time, which was 5 minutes early.

Better make that 10, Kagami was stood by the entrance to the park nervously fixing her hair while using her phone as a mirror. To the average person, she probably looked just fine, but she kept noticing tiny little things out of place, and it bothered her more than it should.

Marinette and Alya had helped her get ready for her date even helping her pick out her outfit it was a little difficult from her usual clothes but it was still distinctively her she was dressed in a summer-coloured blouse a knee length skirt and blueish tights. Marinette and Alya had taken some time to decide on the combination.

"Sorry, did you wait long?" Kagami looked in the direction of Felix and was quiet for a moment.

Who was this intellectual, handsome young man who looked like he'd jumped right out of dating sim?

Felix was still not entirely convinced he looked good like this. "Is something wrong?" Dumb Cat, why did I ever

"N-no, nothing is wrong. You look great." Kagami's words seemed to relax Felix a little. At least she didn't think he looked strange.

"Thanks, you look nice as well,"

Nice isn't much to go on! Marinette thought to herself unbeknownst to the pair she had been tailing them she still didn't really like or trust Felix all that much and she wanted to ensure he didn't hurt her friend though even she had to admit he looked quite good in that outfit.

Unbeknownst to her, there was another person trailing the couple one Chat Noir, though he hadn't seemed to notice Marinette either.

Felix and Kagami walked through the park side by side, and Felix couldn't think of anything to say.

Remember, there is a correct way to hold a girls hand. Chat Noir's words rang in his head. You can't be too forceful it takes a gentle touch it annoyed Felix to no end that he was following that idiots advice, and as he took hold of Kagami's hand, he heard a beep.

Kagami was wearing a bracelet that monitors her heart rate, and that sound indicated it was faster than normal. Was she really that nervous? She was struggling not to show it.

Marinette and Chat Noir were both following the couple from a distance, but they would just miss each other.

Marinette ducked behind a bush?

Chat was in a tree

Marinette hid behind the trash can?

Chat was behind a streetlight, and so on and so forth

Until both of those idiots had the idea to hide behind a bench, both looking off to the side until they actually turned and faced each other, causing the pair of them to practically jump out of their skin.

"What are you doing here!? Me? I asked you!" They spoke in unison before covering their mounts. That was weird.

"I'm keeping an eye on Kagami on her date," Marinette answered first.

"Isn't that kind of an invasion of privacy?" Chat asked flatly.

"No, I don't trust Felix. What are you doing here?"

"Keeping an eye on Felix on his date," Chat replied in a quiet voice

"You hypocrite! Isn't that an invasion of privacy!?"

"Nuh-uh, I'm the love master I have a license."

"LIKE HELL YOU DO!"

"You just wish you were as romant- oof." Chat was cut off by Marinette tackling him they struggled for a moment before looking back over to Felix and Kagami.

Kagami was sat on a bench by the pond sketching the scenery, the ducks and Felix who was sat by the waters edge reading there was a comfortable silence between the two so Marinette and Chat noir thought it best not too interrupt when things were going well.

"...You wanna get ice cream?" Chat Noir posed as the pair headed away from the couple.

"Sure sounds good. So am I assume you helped Felix with that outfit? I didn't know you had such a sense of style." Marinette was a little impressed. The outfit he'd picked was arguably better than what she and Alya picked for Kagami.

"It shouldn't be too surprising. I mean, look at me. Not everyone can pull off the black leather."

"Whatever you say kitty,"
