konan woke up at noon, still trying to comprehend what was going on around her, she moved to her side and sat on the bed yawning, somehow she didn't realise that it wasn't her room , Konan then got up and stubbed her toe by accident she didn't feel it for some reason Konan didn't bother and walked to the bathroom to wash her face, after washing her face she was pretty conscious of her surroundings now she knew something was off that wasn't her room. she got out of the bathroom quickly, panicking on whose room is it the group was filled with boys who liked her so it would be scary if it was someone out of the guys she didn't know well, she took a little glance at the room and was relieved that it was only Yahiko's and he was already too busy to do it while she was unconscious he wouldn't without permission of course. Konan froze in her place for seconds when she heard the door open she heard that calm voice exactly after the door was fully open "You finally awake sleepyhead it's already noon" it was Yahiko of course, she was still stuck to her place not moving a muscle , he approached the girl and stopped infront of her putting his right hand on the table next to him "what? not even a greeting? It seems like someone is in a bad mood. " he rolled his eyes, and she thought of a thing or two to say, and to her luck, she couldn't even think of anything at all he huffed impatiently, waiting for something to come out of her mouth, but he didn't hear anything, so he got tired of waiting and held her chin getting more closer and said "If you have nothing to say I wouldn't be patient enough for a kiss" his breath was hitting her lips they were so close for their lips to touch but a voice interrupted konan was the only one who heard it."konan, you have been laying here for a lot more than alot it is time to get up." she opened her eyes slowly, seeing nagato's reniganns staring at her with a wide smile on his face she got up rubbing her eyes asking "did you really have to end a perfectly good dream" nagato chuckled and said "sorry , I know how annoying it is ,but you know the leader's order and he wants you." she rolled her eyes and replied,"Ugh... fine then."Konan left the field against her will, and she hated it, but she couldn't disobey Yahiko in any way, and he liked it. Yahiko likes the feeling of being the leader and everyone just following his orders but not in an evil villainy way, but still he hated paperwork so much he can't even bear it, She finally reached his office after a long trip from between the two places , and she bowed respectfully. "I heard you wanted me." she looked at him patiently, waiting for his orders,he cleared his throat and organised his papers "well there is a probable sign of a guy who lives in a cave outside the borders of Amegaküre , exactly between the country of fire and the country of wind where it is possibly really dangerous because that place is mostly used for transportation" he took a moment to regain his breath closed his eyes and opened them and continued "alot of people reported that he has Amegaküre's headband , his hair is spiky,has a beard , two scars on his face and he goes around shirtless,I don't care if he is conscious or unconscious I want him alive and tied" she nodded and turned facing the door to open it an leave but he said something in between, "and I want you to be careful because I can't even stand the thought of losing you."Konan blushed at his words and replied ,"y-yes o-o-of course I am not going to fail you and will never let my guard down."and then left silently .Nagato was minding his business in his room reading his favourite novel with a cup of coffee while the fireplace was lighted ,It was softly raining outside and nagato loved the sounds of rain falling he is now in his comfort zone and when he enters it he can't leave it until atleast three hours and every member knows about it or he would be a human bag filled with organs, flesh, bones and anxiety , he puts a sign on the door saying 'In comfort time please don't interrupt' he mostly went to libraries to read and relax , nagato smiled at his book it was focused on adventures mostly with a little hint of fantasy and romance and there was these two characters called Mita and Aroshi that reminded him of his two best friends and their awkward flirting and interactions, Aroshi was kind of overprotective with Mita he didn't want her to get atleast one small scratch and he knew that she could defend herself and that reminded nagato of what happened today he remembers when he heard Yahiko telling konan not to get in harm's way , Nagato closed his novel and went to clean his cup after he was finished he already passed his three hour rest , nagato got out to remove the sign and saw that his friend Yahiko was standing outside waiting for him "are you finished nags? if yes, I need your help. " Nagato removed the sign and replied,"I am done, so how can I help you exactly?"Yahiko put his hand on nagato's shoulder and asked,"Do...you uhhhh..." Yahiko blushed and scratched the back of his neck."Do you have any advice to get a girl to like you? " Nagato smiled mischievously and said,"Who is it, huh? oh wait, it is Konan, right?" Yahiko gulped and replied hesitantly." Fine, fine,I will admit it. Yes, it is Konan, but just lower your voice for now." Nagato stood there and put his hand on his own chin thinking and said,"i don't know maybe try giving her compliments spend some alone time with each other, bring her flowers maybe, how the hell do you think i am supposed to know" Nagato was already panicking and those words slipped out of his mouth "i am also in love with another girl but i also don't know how to confess" he stopped for a second and realised he had revealed alot about himself Yahiko says "i will try that" immediate silence happened and Yahiko was shocked "wait you like someone?" Nagato looked at the floor embarrassed "Yes" nagato whimpered saying "please don't tell anyone. " Yahiko chuckled."Don't even worry, nobody is going to know, your secret is safe with me" nagato sighed in relief "thanks, anyway, see you later?" Yahiko gave a nod of agreement and went back to his office feeling a little more motivated than before.Konan has reached the place it was empty really empty the silence was deafining but she still had that feeling of someone or something following or maybe watching her every step, that feeling made her breath shake , konan was scared but hated showing it even if she knew that showing feelings are better she hated showing fear or sadness as of what everyone says they mean weakness , she kept jumping onto different trees it was midnight not alot of ninjas roam around in the night they are probably with their families or asleep but some of them would be in night missions and it contains stealth and focus, she heard a sound of growling between the trees Konan suspected a wolf but thought twice and remembered that wolves can't climb trees she then heard a sound of some projectile it turned to be a trap a huge net she got away from this one not knowing there were more traps a bunch of kunais were launched she managed to escape most of them but one stabbed her in the ankle making her lose balance and fall of the tree Konan started to look for a safe place to hide and try to deal with the wound safety was nowhere to be seen she sat in a bunch of bushes not really the most comfortable place but it was the best place she could find Konan removed the heel that was worn on the injured leg she knew how to deal with these situations but the worst part was that she had to remove the kunai from her ankle which will worsen the bleeding on the other hand she will stop any infection from occurring to her ankle and that would take much more time to heal than the bleeding itself Konan started pulling the kunai out and it was painful she tried her best not to make any noise tears started to form in her eyes after many tries she started to lose hope she gave it one more time Konan started pulling and grunting a tear fell from her eye the kunai finally got out she opened her bag got some type of spray but it was for protecting against infections she added some of it , it stung a little she searched her bag for bandages to control the bleeding she found that she was stuck she forgot to bring bandages with her the only thing that could help her now are the leaves and her powers she got papers from her hand and wrapped it around the wound she got up slowly and started walking but she was limping and tired Konan was in really bad condition to her luck she found a cave and it seemed to be completely empty she put a barrier of papers on the entrance to help her become in a more safe area Konan got a match and lit it up for better vision she layed down and let her eyes rest the sun rose again sharing its warmth and light she woke up hearing footsteps "You sure there is someone's there it is just a wall of made by mother nature"
