Janela was pretty much left up in his room alone for most of the night. He could hear the others walking past his room. Janela sits up when he hears the door open. In walks, MVP and Martini.

"He did whatever he could to get me away from Dad," Janela says.
"I notice that you still call Lex Dad, why is that?" MVP asks.

Brandon sighs but puts his hand around Janela's shoulder pulling him up. Janela blinks, looking at Brandon and he starts sobbing. "I know. I know, Joey. Can you step out?"
"Yeah," Janela says his voice shaky. Just as Janela is stepping out the door opens, Janela clings onto Brandon.
"This better be the last fucking time I have to change these sheets," Silas says. "I am getting real fucking tired of it, Scotty."
"Eh, you know Montel," Scotty says. "His and Brandon's relationship is strictly oral and hands. Besides, Joey is going with Martini the rest of the time. He'll be in charge of changing his own sheets."
"Put this on, for right now," Brandon says. Janela nods, putting the robe on. Brandon maneuvers to see behind Janela. "You stopped bleeding, that's good."
"It hurts," Janela says. Brandon sighs, he imagines it does, he didn't know much about Kip's and Janela's relationship. But Kip didn't look like he'd be one to top Janela.
"You got advil in the cabinet, I'll go bring you something to drink," Silas says. Scotty just rolls his eyes, starting to put the new sheets on the bed.
"You gonna come out?" Scotty asks. "I'm not going to hurt you."
"We'll wait," Brandon says.
"You got new clean sheets," Scotty says.
"Thanks," Brandon replies. Silas enters the room again, being pushed back by Scotty. He puts the drinks on the dresser.
"Drinks are on the dresser," Silas says. The door shuts and Brandon leads Janela out of the bathroom.
"Fuck, your neck and shoulders," Brandon says, the hickeys now evident on Janela.
"He's gonna do it again," Janela says. "I don't know if I can do this, Brandon. This is…it is worse than anything I've ever experienced. He's taking me away from you."
"Hey, look at me," Brandon says. Janela looks at him with tears in his eyes. "You are stronger than you think. You survived that fall from the building, you've survived the abuse by your dad, you CAN and WILL survive this. Remember who you are fighting for?"
"Kip, Penelope, my Pop, Sonny," Janela answers.
"If you have to fake it until we are rescued, then fake it," Brandon says. "But you have to stay strong."
"How long is that going to be, Brandon?" Janela asks.
"I don't know," Brandon says. "Hopefully soon."
Silas slams his door. What the hell was he doing? He thought this is what he needed, but this is the opposite of that. This is barbaric and stupid. He stands up, going over to the locked drawer in his dresser pulling out a notebook. He had to be careful about this. He starts by writing down everything he knows the others have done to the men being kept against their will. He ponders which person would be the easiest to let go, his mind kept going to Phillips. He could get Nash and Hall to go do something and tell Phillips exactly how to get to the road. He'd also have to get the others to start turning on each other. If he told Luger what the others did by getting Dolph involved, on top of what just happened with Janela then maybe he'll be on his side.
He had to be strategic though. If he could just get the other two, Roderick and Donovan to go along with it, he'd have more people on his side. He can't keep this notebook in the locked drawer because he knew that DeMott had the key. He'd have to search the room later, but the drawer would have to do for now. He is hoping that by the end of next week they'd all be saved.
