DPOV-
Everyone made there way towards the big dining table.
I was starving!
Rose and I walked next to each other. I suddenly spotted a little water puddle in roza's way.
She wasn't even looking at it.
Before I could alert her, she yelped in surprise.
From the corner of my eye I saw Andre rushing towards her… my dhamphir reflexes kicked in and instantly my arm was draped around her waist, catching her from falling.
I was hovering over rose, her eyes were tightly shut.
RPOV-
When you arent looking where you are going… or whats in the way. You fall!
And I was about to fall on the marble floor…. Maybe ill break my hip bone.
I braced myself for the pain…. But it never came.
My eyes were shut.
It felt like I was hanging on something strong…
I slowly opened my eyes and met with a pair of dreamy chocolate brown eyes….
The eyes that I could get lost in…. forever…
Dimitri was hovering over me…. his arm behind my waist, breaking my fall.
His brown shoulder length hair was framing her gorgeous face.
From the corner of my eye I could see that I was just a feet above the ground.
I really wanted to kiss those perfect lips….
They looked so delicious right now…. Oh vlad! Save me…
I bit my lip, trying to control myself.
In no time, Dimitri's lips were on mine!
Holy fuck! They were so soft….
I wasted no more time and kissed him back with equal force. He licked my lower lip begging for entrance which I gladly granted. He tasted heaven. His mint aftershave smelled delicious.
He thrusted his tongue inside my mouth kissed me like there was no tomorrow.
It was so wrong… but it felt so right!
I wasn't kissing my student… I was kissing Dimitri…. my comrade.

I heard someone clear there throat behind us, which snapped me back from my 'wonder-land'.
Dimitri was still hovering over me but his eyes were not on me.
and we still had distance between us… we didn't kiss…
he abruptly lifted me up a bit so that I could stand on my feet.
My face was probably tomato red at that time… I couldn't even look at him after what I just imagined!
I muttered a thank you to him and went over to lissa, rhea and mom.
"Rose, are you okay?" lissa asked. Everyone had concern in their eyes.
"yeah liss… im fine." I said absentmindedly.
I was literally thinking about Dimitri kissing me! what the hell is going on with me!
Im thinking about my student kissing me…
Im going crazy!
Without another word I went and sat on a chair on the table.
Eric and baba sat at the head seats of the dining table.
Lissa, rhea and mom sat on side across me.
Christian sat next to lissa.
Mason and eddie sat on my side but a bit far from me.
I sat right next to eric.
Ivan sat 1 chair away from me.
I saw guardian bonville making his way towards me.
Oh no! pleaseeee don't sit next to me!
DPOV-
I was praying to god for guardian bonville not to sit next to roza…
Suddenly I saw christian and ivan sharing a look. I was confused…
"erm- guardian bonville" Christian spoke up "please come sit with us." He patted on the seat next to him.
Guardian bonville didn't look happy at all but still went to sit on the other side… far far away from my roza…
Andre and his fiancé sat right across rose…
She couldn't even look at andre… I really need to find out what the hell is going on between these two.
But right now… ill just enjoy my dinner, with rose.
Ivan winked at me.
Im pretty sure theirs something Christian and ivan are planning.
I went over and sat next to rose, and couldn't help but see her smiling to herself.

Soon then the drinks and soups were served.
I had a bowl of clear soup infront of me, meanwhile rose had a glass of 'whiskey on the rocks' for herself.
Most of the ladies at the tables ordered soup or wine…
Ivan and I were just happily drinking our soup.
"so Vasilisa!" rhea spoke up, sipping her red wine "have you and Christian planned out the wedding dates yet?"
"well… not the dates in particular. We are still stuck in what season we wanna get married" lissa said and shrugged.
"well I think a June wedding will be amazing." Princess Shelzy spoke up.
"I can agree with Arianna on this one, Vasilisa. June's a perfect time to get married in montana" rhea said.
"wait… why are you two getting married in montana?" ivan asked politely "you don't want a destination wedding?"
Lissa and Christian chuckled "well… I always had a dream of getting married in italy or something, but I guess it's the person and the company that matters. Not the place." lissa answered "and I think I would love to get married here in St. Vladimir's, where I first met Christian"
Christian just smiled and they laced there fingers together. They are a very adorable couple.
"how long have you been dating, by the way?" Princess Shelzy asked lissa.
This time rose answered her question "I think 8 years" she chuckled "they went 'on' and 'off' a lot. But I guess they finallyyyy grew up now!"
Everyone at the table started laughing.
"very funny rose" lissa said sarcastically "anyways… me, rose and Christian were thinking a winter wedding! Its more elegant and snowy"
Rhea didn't look so pleased with the 'winter wedding' option but everyone else were happy with it.
"a winter wedding wedding is also a great option" eric said.
They all started discussing about the wedding and other court stuff. Ivan participated in some of it which im more than happy for, cuz he got his mind off from all the tension in our lives… for a while.
Rose didn't participate much, just kept nodding her head and taking small sips from her whiskey.
"so rose" rhea said looking in our direction "what about your marriage?"
Rose choked on her drink and started coughing vigorously.
I almost spit out my drink at rhea's question.
Marriage?
Rose's marriage?!
I gently patted her back trying to stop her coughs as andre hastily handed her a glass of water which she reluctantly took and drank.
After she was all okay, rhea spoke up again "well, im sorry rose. I didn't mean to do that to you… Its just we really think you should really start thinking about your future…."
"who's we?" rose asked rhea in a low voice
"well… me, eric, abe, Janine, lissa-"
"wait- why are you all discussing about me?" rose demanded. She looked very mad.
"there's no need to get all hyper, rosemarie" Janine said in a curt voice "and rhea is right, you should start thinking about your future."
"my future?" rose asked her sarcastically "what about my future? What should I plan for my future, exactly?"
Before anyone could say anything she huffed and continued "I have a job. And it is to protect lissa. What should I add in it? A wedlock?"
"well… considering how much name and fame you have earned in our world, it wouldn't be bad to start a life of your own, a family." Abe said to rose.
Well he was actually right.
I knew it 101% that rose didn't wanted to "start a family" because of her duty and responsibilities towards lissa, but still… rose deserved a family…
Somewhere the thought of rose being married and having kids…. Starting her own life with someone… was stinging.
"I don't need anyone baba. i just need you all and my doughnuts." Rose said eating the appetizers which were just served to us "and seriously! Im never going to get married, so you guys better get that thought out of your head and pleaseeeee stop talking about my already- expired love life"
"I told you she wouldn't even budge mom" lissa said "she wouldn't even go on casual dates I set up for her! This girl hasn't dated anyone since highschool!"
This time Andre choked on his food. Everyone at the table turned silent.
They shared a look. Andre's eyes were sad… but rose seemed normal, but also a bit bothered.
Did rose and Andre date each other in high school? And if so… then rose hasn't dated anyone after him, as per lissa.
She hasn't moved on from him?
Does she still lo- like him?
My heart ache at those thoughts…
"well! I never asked you to do that liss" rose said in a calm voice "I don't want to date anyone, especially not the guardians you always set up for me!"
"well maybe we can get you a human, rosie" Christian joked "how will the sultan of Saudi Arabia be for you, miss mazur?"
Mason and eddie burst out laughing
"shut up, pyro" rose grumbled.
"oh! This is just like 2014's thanksgiving! All of you, bickering!" rhea exclaimed.
Everyone was chatting a enjoying themselves… everyone except Andre.
He hasn't spoke a word at the dinner table.
Just kept eating his food and stealing glances at rose.
"well, rose always liked someone younger than her." Mason started which grabbed all my attention "remember Malcolm from junior year?"
I felt rose's eyes on me for a moment.
"I just said he was cute." Rose muttered.
"no im pretty sure you said 'malcolm looks like hot chocolate glazed doughnuts tonight', and in your language it means 'sexy' " Christian teased her. Lissa clamped her hand over her mouth trying to stifle her laugh, while eddie, mason and Christian burst out laughing.
Rose was tomato red, she looked so cute.
The elders at the table laughed too. Ivan and I chuckled too
"okay! Lets not team up to harass, rose!" rhea exclaimed, everyone was still laughing
"thank you, rhea!" she smiled at her.
"Im assuming you like doughnuts very much, rose" Princess Shelzy started "isnt that kind of food restricted in you people's diets? Can make you fat… you know"
Everyone at the table looked unpleased with Princess Shelzy's rude remark.
Rose dropped down her fork next to her plate and looked up at her
She had a smirk on her face.
"thank you for your concern Miss shelzy" rose said in a snarky tone "but I go to gym, like everyday so its not a problem. Im a guardian, I know my limits. And anyways… I'm not a princess, who always follows the rules."
Rose's words were like a slap on Princess Shelzy's face!
"bro your girl's on fire!" ivan whispered to me. and im pretty sure I just turned tomato red.
I glared at him.
"what about your wedding, Andre?" lissa asked his brother.
He snapped his neck up at her. Lissa's tone wasn't curious or the one with concern, more like witty, for the way Princess Shelzy talked with rose…
"have you two finalised the wedding date?" she said pointing her fingers back and forth at the couple "or should I say, has Her Majesty finalized the wedding date for you?"
Andre kept looking back and forth between lissa and rose, while rose gave her a 'don't say anything' look.
"the dates havent been finalised, yet" andre answered her sister "you still are mad at me for that, arent you"
Lissa just shrugged.
it somewhat gave me the feels that they weren't talking about his engagement to Princess Shelzy.
"after all these years, liss?"
"andre… I don't really care about your stupid relationships" lissa said in a bold voice "but what you did all those years ago was very very wrong!"
No one tried to stop them from fighting.
Rose looked very upset.
"Lissa I-"
"she was my bestfriend, you dumbass!" lissa screamed at him.
Bestfriend?
Rose?
"vasilisa!" rhea scolded her.
"no mom! all these years we've just been going like nothing wrong happened with her!" lissa said to her mother.
I looked at rose, she was more than just upset. "liss please don't" she pleaded her to stop.
"lissa I had my reasons!" andre defended himself
"oh yeah? And what was that?" lissa asked him "just for some filthy money!?"
I felt rose shivering beside me….
They really cant be talking about rose, right?
"liss don't!" rose said in a low voice but no one heard her.
"not just some money!" andre shot back "I never meant to do that to Rose okay!"
So they are talking about rose….
"oh just shut up! Andre! You knew what you were getting yourself into!" lissa exclaimed. Their parents, Christian, mason… everyone tried stopping them but they didn't.
"stop it! BOTH OF YOU!" Rose yelled, springing up from her chair.
Everyone in the room went silent, even the waiters standing behind us.
Her breath was shaky "enough…" she said in a low voice.
"rose but-"
"NO! lissa!" rose interrupted her and threw the handkerchief, from her lap onto the chair and picked up her black clutch.
"thank you for the dinner, rhea and eric. Im sorry" rose said to the couple.
She snatched her white parka coat from the lady and storm off from the ball room.
"that" eric pointed towards the door, where rose had just exited from "was not expected from you two!" eric said to lissa and andre.
"that was an un-excusable behaviour!" rhea scolded them "both of you wont visit her until tomorrow"
"but mom-"
"No Vasilisa!" rhea said in a stern voice
"rhea's right" abe spoke "rosemarie needs to be alone, right now."
Soon after that, I and ivan said our 'thank you's' and 'bye's' to them and exited the ballroom.
It took me all my strength not to punch Andre Dragomir.
Whatever he did, hurted rose… he hurt my Roza.
"go to her dimka!" ivan said "go to her now."
I need to go see her…
I should be with her, just like how she was with me the other night…
She needs someone…
Without any further thinking…
I said goodnight to ivan,
And rushed towards the guardian building…

it was the third time I knocked on her door
"Roza its me!" I shouted "please open!"
After a lot of pleading she finally opened the door.
She wasn't wearing that red dress.
She wore plaided pjs and a plain white crop top.
Her hair were tied up in a messy bun. She had no makeup on, and no jwellery.
She was truly beautiful…
"what are you doing here?" she demanded
"I just came to see you…" I answered " you shouldn't be alone right now."
She huffed chuckling "being alone is all I need, comrade."
I stepped inside her living room and closed the door behind us
"no you don't" I spoke gently "you are not alone, rose…"
Her eyes softened
She was in pain… I could see it…
"you have me" my voice was down to a whisper "ill always be there for you."
I don't even know where all these romantic cheesy lines were coming from…
This is not at all like me…
Im not a romantic or a cheesy person… rose brings out something different in me…
"I said that to you" rose said smiling.
I remembered our conversation last night… she said I will always have her by my side.
"well now im returning the promise" I replied smiling
She chuckled softly.
My gaze shifted down to her lips….
They still had a little tint of of the red lipstick.
Suddenly she bit her lip… that was hot as fuck!
I had no control over myself then!
I wanted her!
I needed her! More than anything…
I need to feel those lips… those perfect plump lips….
She was still biting her lip. Her gaze was fixed at me.
I looked up at her dark brown eyes… they didn't had sadness or anger… they had love…
She was perfect, in every-fucking way.
"don't bite your lip" I whispered and gently pulled her chin so that her she couldn't bite her bottom lip.
She went to say something but I interrupted her…
By placing my lip on her.
I felt her legs weakening so I draped my arm around her waist and held her.
She insantly started kissing me back!
I pulled her closer to me and started licking her bottom lip, begging for entrance.
Her hand gently cupped my face, and the other one was in my hair, gently scratching my scalp which sent chills down my back, which was sexy as hell!
This was the best feeling ever!
It was magical… the best thing ever.
Roza tasted heaven!
I locked my fingers into hair tie and pulled it out, setting her beautiful hair free.
Her hair felt like silk between my fingers.
She finally granted me entrance and I thrusted my tongue inside her mouth, she followed my lead and in no time we began exploring each other's dominance.
She moaned in my mouth which was sexy was hell…
She was beautiful… I don't deserve it… she is perfect…
Then some crazy thoughts started invading my mind…
She's my mentor…

Rose's hair was a sexy mess, her plump lips were swollen. It took me all my strength to not kiss her back.

"I- I'm so sorry" I mumbled and hastily opened her door and ran to my room as fast as my feet can take me.
I shouldn't have done that!
I shouldn't have kissed her…
Do I regret it? NO. and that's what makes it worse.
I just kissed my mentor and Im not even sorry…
But I should maintain my distance from her. It's the best for both of us…
But I have to keep my distance… she doesn't deserve me, not a 17 year old guy…
I don't deserve her…
Her sweet taste still clinged in my mouth…
