(AN) Hello and welcome to the final chapter of Dark Obsession; hope you all enjoy.

Chapter Five
Several ambulances arrived to take away Christina and her thugs; Christina and the deceased thugs were placed in body bags. The Dalys were taken to Washington General to be checked over. Kevin was treated for his cuts and bruises, while Audrey and Emma were found to have only minor bruising.
Before heading back to update Vance and fill in the paperwork, McGee, Parker and Torres checked in on the Dalys. Kevin was sitting up in a hospital bed, while Audrey and Emma were sat next to the bed.
"I'm glad that's over with," Audrey was saying to McGee, "It's a shame Christina couldn't live to face up to her actions."
"The main thing is that you're all safe and well," pointed out McGee, smiling, "Emma's growing up to be a smart young woman."
"Thanks, Uncle Tim." replied Emma, who was blushing slightly.
"So, peanut, do you still think you're ready to spend time at home on your own?" asked Kevin in concern.
"Yeah," replied the blonde confidently, "It's like Mom's always saying, we can't let traumatic experiences stop us from living our lives."
"That's my baby girl." said Audrey proudly, ruffling her precious daughter's hair and making the young teen blush furiously. "Mom!" she cried in embarrassment.
The NCIS trio just chuckled.
"Right, we'll leave you in peace now." said Parker as he, McGee and Torres got to their feet.
The three agents then left.
A couple of days later, McGee, Torres, Parker, Palmer, Kasie, Vance, Kevin, Audrey and Emma gathered in Rock Creek Park for the charity race. The NCIS agents were currently talking to Knight over Facetime. Knight was making a slow but good recovery and was already starting to suffer from cabin fever.
"Ugggh, I just want to get out of this stupid apartment and back to work," groaned Knight, "Wish I could be there for that charity race."
"We all do," remarked Palmer, "Vance will have to clear you first though."
Knight gave a small smile.
After the call, the race began, and in the end, it was Kevin who came first place. Afterwards, everybody had a nice victory dinner at Tim and Delilah's.
