And now we go to Twilight Town… and the crossover begins…

Sorry this took so long. I had to work and you all saw how long Chapter 52 of Army of Light was. Plus my sister turned 19 on the 8th.

I'm just glad to get this one done.

Enjoy!

The Lanes In Between, the next day:

The train puffed down the Lanes in Between.

The 12 kids sat in the same coach with Donald, Daisy, Scrooge, Della, Beakley, and Launchpad.

"This is so exciting!" Webby said excitedly. "I haven't been to Traverse Town in SO LONG!"

"And I can't wait to get started on this project!" said Huey. "So many ideas for homes…"

"Remind me why the rest of us are coming on this trip." grumbled Louie, on his phone.

"Yeah only 5 of us are Woodchucks." said Lena, on her phone

"And we could be doing other stuff at home like schemes and sports…" grunted June, playing Fashion Safari on her tablet.

"Come on kids, this'll be a good opportunity for you all to help the community!" said Della.

"Not just in our world, but many others too!" added Daisy.

"And make new friends." added Donald.

"And gets you out of the house and exercise those muscles." added Beakley.

"That is fair." shrugged April.

"Making new friends is good for your health and self-esteem." said B.O.Y.D.

"I guess so…" June sighed.

"Station in sight everyone!" Honker called.

The train came to a stop.

Everyone soon got of and the train left.

"Ah Traverse Town…" Launchpad said mysteriously as they walked into the First District. "One of the most unique worlds across the Lanes-In-Between… home to the lost, the departed, the-Oh boy burritos 30% off!"

Launchpad ran into the cafe.

"I'll take 5! Extra cheese on one!" he said to the man.

"You want beans on any of them?" he asked.

"Yes please!" Launchpad grinned.

Everyone rolled their eyes when they heard footsteps.

Coming down the stairs past the Istem Shop was Leon, Yuffie, and Aerith, all wearing their Kingdom Hearts II attires.

"Ah the Duck/McDuck family." Leon greeted.

"Leon! Yuffie! Aerith!" Webby said excitedly.

"Hey guys!" Yuffie waved. "So you guys excited to be making homes for the needy?"

"We're more than happy to do it." said Huey. "And not just because it will make me, Violet, and April Senior Woodchucks."

"Indeed. It is about helping the community from more than just our world." said April.

"The rest of us are here kinda against our will." said Lena.

"Meh, would be cool to meet some new faces." shrugged Gosalyn. "See if any of them like hockey, archery, or being a superhero like me and Dad."

"Where is your dad anyway?" asked Yuffie.

"On a mission in St. Canard. Quackerjack's robbing the Toy Store." Gosalyn replied. "Morgana's helping him since LP and I are here. He'll come by maybe later."

"Well either way we're happy to see you." said Aerith. "Come with us, we'll take you to where all the action is happening."

"Alright. Come along Launchpad!" Scrooge called.

Launchpad came up with an armful of wrapped burritos. "Here Mr. McD! I got lunch!" Launchpad said.

"I-nevermind." Scrooge muttered.

"Hit me with one with cheese and beans." said Della.

Launchpad tossed one to Della and she unwrapped and began to eat it as they walked off.

After a while they made it to the Second District. The group spotted building frames and foundations for several houses.

"This area is in the further parts of the Second District, but it is also the perfect spot for the new homes for worlds that have suffered," said Leon.

"We can tell, you guys have already started the framework for several houses." Webby commented.

"One stories, really?" Louie asked.

"The bigger houses are in the back for bigger families or more than one family acting as roommates." explained Aerith.

"Ooh clever combinations." commented Honker.

"There doesn't seem to be any construction going on." said Violet.

"Everyone is on break for right now." said Leon. "But the kids are looking forward to your arrival."

"So there are more kids here?" asked Dewey.

"There are."

Everyone looked and walking up to them was Tifa. She too wore her Kingdom Hearts II outfit.

"Hey Tifa! You involved in this too?" asked May.

"Of course I am." Tifa smiled. "I'm always happy to help out when needed."

"So if you're here, does that mean Cloud's here?" asked Huey.

"Zack too?" added April.

"They're back at Midgar."

Everyone looked over and saw Cid walk up. He wore his regular Kingdom Hearts clothes, but lacked the toothpick.

"Both are helping our old pal Barret Wallace with somethin'." Cid said. "They'll be back later. Also, 'bout time you showed up. The heads of this operation were expecting you."

"So you guys aren't in charge either?" asked Louie.

"No but we are kinda like seconds-in-command in a way." replied Yuffie.

"You kids wait here by this district's main cafe, your fellow kids will be out soon." said Leon.

"We'll show you adults to the bar." said Tifa.

"Oh good! I could use a pint of whiskey to get me goin'." Scrooge said relief.

With that, the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee led the adults away.

"I'm gonna practice my ninja throwing since I'm not old enough." said Yuffie. "Have fun!"

And the ninja backflipped away.

"I picked up some of my backflips from her!" said Webby.

"Come on guys, our peers await us!" said Dewey.

And the 12 kids walked off.

Inside the cafe, various kids, a few animals, and more were having food when one girl spotted the Duckburg and St. Canard kids heading their way.

She was a 13-year-old girl with long brown hair that reached her hips and curled towards the bottom, a little tuft of hair on the back of her head, and brown eyes, silver-colored braces and round blushing cheeks. She wore a short-sleeved pink undershirt underneath a slightly darker fuschia sweater with a shooting star, accompanied by a purple, teal and orange-striped tail falling toward the left, a matching fuschia headband, a loose purple pencil skirt, coupled with black ballerina flats and white socks.

"Guys! They're here! They're here!" the girl said excitedly.

"Mabel calm yourself! We don't wanna come on too strong!" said a boy that looked just like Mabel, but a boy.

He was 13 as well, had somewhat messy brown hair and relatively pale skin, and his nose was a bit darker than the rest of his face. His eyes were brown, like Mabel's, with noticeable bags underneath. He wore a navy blue vest, a reddish-orange t-shirt, gray shorts, white knee-high socks with a red stripe, black sneakers with white soles, gray digital wristwatch, and a dark moderate blue and white hat with a dark moderate blue brim and a dark moderate blue pine tree on the front.

"Sorry Dipper I'm just so excited!" Mabel said with a cute grin.

"Take it easy on your twin Dipper, it's normal to be excited to meet new friends." said a teenage girl.

She was a Thai-American teenage girl with a slender build, and light brown skin and messy auburn hair and dark brown eyes. She wore a white t-shirt with pink sleeves and an orange flame symbol on the front, light blue jean shorts, a yellow jacket with pockets and a dark frog symbol at the back that she tied around her waist, a pair of white socks with pink colors at the toe areas and a pair of purple and white sneakers.

"Anne's right, I'm always happy to make new friends wherever I go myself." said another teenage girl.

She was a Dominican-American girl with tan skin, dark brown short curly hair sort of styled in a pixie cut, and brown eyes. She also had a scar above her left eyebrow. She wore a pair of ebony earrings, a short-sleeved half-white and half-indigo hoodie with cat ears attached to the hood, high-waisted jean shorts, dark gray capris leggings, and a pair of white loafers.

"Couldn't have said it better myself Luz." said Anne.

"Well now that they're here we can meet and greet them." said a young boy, walking up to the group.

He had short, spiky deep red hair, a triangle shaped head with a large pointy nose, and large, dark blue eyes. He had three freckles near his temple. He wore an orange and off-light yellow striped t-shirt, blue cargo shorts with large pockets, and blue high-top sneakers with no noticeable socks.

Next to him was a boy around his age. His hair was thick, scruffy and short. His head was tall and rectangle-shaped, with a large cubical nose, and also shaped like an "F". He had dark blue eyes, one of which was larger than the other. He wore a collared cream-colored shirt with a button, very high-waisted dark purple pants with a light purple belt, white socks and black tennis shoes.

"Do you and Ferb wanna take the lead on this meet and greet Phineas?" asked Dipper.

"Why do they get to take the lead?!" Mabel pouted.

"Probably because they're usually the calmest around the unknown." said another teenage girl.

She was of tall height with a slender build. She had blonde hair tied in a ponytail with a long bang parted to the right side of her head, a beauty mark underneath her left eye, and almond-shaped blue eyes. Her arms had noticeable muscle mass from intense training. She also had a scar on her right cheek. She wore a schoolgirl uniform consisting of a light grey shirt with a pink collar and an "SJMS" crest with a dark blue jean jacket, a short pink skirt, white socks, and a pair of black Mary Jane shoes with small heels. She wore a purple scrunchie in her ponytail.

"Sasha does raise a good point." shrugged Luz.

"Ferb and I are usually open-minded until we know who we're dealing with." Phineas replied.

"And that's what makes you two such kind cute little boys." giggled another teenage girl.

She was a slim Taiwanese-American teenage girl who had olive skin, short but grown out messy, shiny black hair, and dark brown oval eyes. She wore a grey-blue colored hoodie with a small "SJMS" emblem stitched across the chest as well as a bigger one on her back, a short green skirt, and a pair of brown school shoes. She also wore a green barrette in her hair.

"Thanks Marcy!" smiled Phineas.

"How about we go in groups of two to greet them? Two each from our friend groups." suggested Ferb in a British accent.

"Neat idea Ferb!" said Luz.

"Well I obviously want to greet them!" said Mabel.

"And I will go with you so you don't scare them into running after their train if you try flirting with any of the guys." said Dipper.

"I make no promises!" Mabel declared.

"Well Ferb and I will go together." said Phineas.

"Either of you wanna join me?" Anne asked Sasha and Marcy.

"Sorry Boonchuy but this rice is killer." said Sasha, having some.

"Yeah and I'm still wanting to talk to Willow and Gus about their witch characteristics. You as well Amity." added Marcy.

She held up a blue journal that read "WITCH INFORMATION by Marcy Wu" with a drawing of her in a classic black witch cloak and hat with an anime-like winky smile.

"Like Camilla I will never understand anime." said Amity, a teenage witch girl sitting next to Luz.

She had pale skin, bright golden eyes, and pointed ears. Her hair was chin-lengthed and two-toned, lavender with brown hair visible on the undercut at her temples. She wore a black mid-sleeved dress with a gray belt fastened around her waist, dark red tights and black heeled boots with golden crescent moon buckles. Around her neck, she wore a circular gold necklace inset with a round purple gem.

"All the same for more bonding experiences with my Sweet Potato." Luz said with a cute smirk, making Amity smile and blush.

"Thanks Luz… and I'll join you in the greeting." Amity said, moving her hair around.

"Then I guess I'll ask Sprig." said Anne, getting up.

Over at a smaller table sat a platypus, three frogs, a tadpole, and a bipedal titan.

The platypus was a small cubic platypus with teal fur, a yellow beak and webbed hind feet. He had a thick beaver-like tail of a dark teal shade. He had dark brown eyes. He also wore a brown fedora with a black stripe on his head.

One frog was had hot pink skin, with a paler pink shaded underbelly. He had slightly yellow eyeballs with black pupils and blue irises, a light green tongue, and four short limbs with four-digit hands and two-digit feet. He wore a dark forest green hat, with golden buttons, with light green goggles and a sleeveless jacket paired with black shorts.

The tadpole was purple and global in appearance with tiny arms and legs. She had a blue tongue and sported dark purple irises. She wore a large yellow bow with lighter white/yellow polka dots.

Another frog was yellow with a pale patch under her mouth and dark spots on her cheeks and her two visible tufts of hair were orange. She wore a turquoise hat with ragged patches, frayed overalls, and light green farming clothes.

The last frog was a light blue frog with a lighter shaded underbelly and had a red tongue. She had four fingers per hand and two toes per foot. Her hair was a light pink with dark pink spots and bulbous in appearance with a small knot on her head, making it look like a mushroom cap. It covered one of her eyes, but the one that was visible was big and yellow with black, slit pupils similar to that of a snake. She wore a black sack dress with a brown rope for a belt.

The bipedal titan had slightly purplish dark gray fur, save for his stomach and the tip of his tail, which were mauve in color. He had short limbs, a round body and stomach, and a bushy, fox-like tail. Each of his hands possessed two triangular, bone-like claws with flat inner sides, acting as his fingers, as well as short, pointed thumbs. His feet were somewhat stumpy and had mauve metatarsal pads, with two more claws on the front of either foot acting as his toes. He had large, protruding eyes with orchid irises and yellow sclera, as well as black, yellow-rimmed eyelids. He had slightly longer and shaggier fur around his cheeks, neck and nape. His inner mouth was light purple, with a long, darker purple tongue, as well as two lower canine teeth, which were the only visible teeth inside his mouth as he ate his food. His upper head past his lower jaw and neck regions was a horned skull looking canine-esque, which was embedded over his eyes and eyelids, also acting as his upper jaw. His horns were tall and point backward, curving slightly inward, the left one once broken off but glued back on, appearing effectively identical to the other except for its slightly darker shade. A thin line from where it was joined remained visible. The muzzle of his skull had two large outward-pointing canine teeth, and he had two molars on either side near the base of it. He had an upside-down triangle-shaped nasal cavity covered by a protrusive, pointed upper nasal bone, giving the hole a pointed heart-shaped appearance when viewed head on. The skull itself was entirely stationary, save for his brow ridges, changing position with his expression like normal brows. He also had a crack on the left side of his skull, running from his horn to the top of his eye socket. He wore a dark red collar with a circular tag with a carved symbol on it.

"So Ivy and I were wandering through the forest and then out of nowhere, this super tall mantis jumped at us from right out of the trees!" said the pink frog. The yellow frog nodded in agreement.

"Was it really that tall Sprig?" the titan asked.

"Oh you bet it was King!" said Sprig.

"It's eyes were so big and bulgy and it's arms were so sharp that it cut you right down the middle!" Ivy said, jumping up next to Sprig.

"So how did you take down?!" King eagerly asked.

"I gave it a side kick right into the eye!" Ivy replied.

"Then I slingshot a rock into the other!" said Sprig.

"And then we kicked it in the legs!" said Ivy, demonstrating a side-kick.

"Tied it's arms with vines!" said Sprig, making a tying motion with his hands.

"And then as we tripped it over, we caused an avalanche of girant boulders to crush it like a regular bug!" finished Ivy.

"And that's why you don't mess with Sprivy!" Sprig grinned as he and Ivy fistbumped.

"Wow! So what did you do with the body?" asked King.

"Thankfully the avalanche killed it so we had ourselves a mantis feast. IN OUR HONOR!" Sprig replied. "Am I right Polly?"

"I got to eat part of the head!" the tadpole replied with a grin.

"And I got to cook a leg in my special magic stew." said the blue frog.

"At first it tasted weird, but when Maddie added more woem guts, it was pretty tasty." said Ivy, rubbing her stomach.

"Special magic recipe from being a level 3 witch." Maddie smirked proudly.

"Hey Perry you ever fought a giant monster like that?" asked Polly.

Perry chattered.

"Yeah if I had a nemisis made too many monster-themed inventions, I'd lose count too." said King.

"Andrias did that with his robots." said Polly. "Well, except for Frobo."

"Isn't Frobo gonna help us with the project?" asked Ivy.

"When it comes down to the wiring." said Polly. "That way Phineas and Ferb and Soos won't have to go at it alone."

"Welp, I'm full from this." said Sprig, tossing his leftovers near towards a pig who ate it up. "Good boy Waddles!" Sprig beamed.

Anne walked up.

"Hey Sprig! The new guys are here!" she said. "You wanna be part of the welcoming committee with me?" she asked.

Sprig gasped in delight and surprise, his eyes wide with excitement. "I WOULD LOVE TO!" he said happily.

"Somone's excited." quipped King.

Sprig hopped on top of Anne's hair. "Come Anne! Let us great our new friends!" he said lordly.

"Yes oh fearless Plantar frog!" Anne playfully saluted as she walked away.

"He's gone! Let's talk about!" King suggested.

Perry rolled his eyes, remembering similar words of his owner's bully-turned-tough but good-hearted friend.

Outside, the kids walked up.

"Welp, this is the place!" said Huey.

"So what kind of kids you think we'll meet?" asked Dewey. "Ducks or other bird species like us? Humans? Other mammals?"

"Why don't we open the door and find out?" asked Gosalyn.

"No need. Door handle's jiggling." said June.

The group of a dozen kids looked and saw the handle jiggling.

"Come on why isn't the door opening?!"

"It's a push, not a pull Mabel."

"Thanks Dipping-Sauce!"

At that moment, the door burst open and Mabel jumped out, landed on her feet, and slid against the ground on her knees, tossing confetti into the air.

"Ta-da! Epic entrance!" Mabel cheered.

The kids were taken aback.

"Ooh neat entrance!" Webby clapped.

"Why thank you!" said Mabel, bowing.

"Ok Mabel, neat entrance." said Dipper as he helped her up.

Phineas, Ferb, Anne, Sprig, Luz, and Amity joined them.

"Hey there! You musy but the members of the Duck and McDuck family!" said Phineas, stepping up. "We wanna be the first members of the volunteer committee to welcome you to this amazing gang."

"The pleasure is all our my good friend." said Huey.

"I'm Phineas Flynn." Phineas said as he gestured to Ferb. "This is my stepbrother Ferb Fletcher."

Ferb waved.

"Not much a talker?" asked Lena.

"He's more of a man with tools and expertise." the redhead replied.

"I'm Dipper Pines." said Dipper. "This is my twin sister."

"Mabel Pines! Sweater, fashion, singing, fantasy-loving girl and major enthusiast!" said Mabel, punching her arms into the air. "Pazow pazow pazow!"

"Ooh I like this girl!" grinned Webby.

"I'm Anne Boonchuy." said Anne. "And this is my best friend from an amphibian-themed world."

"'Sup? Sprig Plantar! Walking talking frog!" Sprig said, doing some cool poses. "All the way from Amphibia!"

"Waling talking frog?! That's awesome!" Dewey exclaimed in amazement.

"We're walking talking ducks dude." Louie deadpanned.

"And hummingbird." added Violet.

"And robot!" said B.O.Y.D.

"My name's Luz. Luz Noceda. Human and witch of both the human realm and the Boiling Isles!" said Luz.

"And I am Amity Blight. Resident witch of the Boling Isles." said Amity. She gazed lovingly at Luz. "And Luz's awesome girlfriend."

"Aw Sweet Potato!" Luz cooed, kissing Amity's cheek as she blushed.

"Aww so sweet!" gushed Webby.

"You two seem like a nice couple." said May.

"Aw thank you!" Luz giggled.

"So you're a witch huh?" Lena asked, walking forward.

"Sure am." said Amity.

"I'm also a witch too!" said Luz. "I don't have witch powers, but I studied and trained hard to become one on the Boiling Isles where Amity's from."

"Studying to become a witch!?" exclaimed June.

"That's so cool!" Webby said giddily.

"I'm surprised you didn't guess that given my ears." Amity said, moving her hair back a bit.

"Oh we wouldn't have guessed you were a witch." Honker said. "I-I mean, we wouldn't have said it right away in case it came across as, well, d-disrespectful…"

"But I do sense an aura within you." said Lena.

Amity was taken aback. "Oh? How's that?" she asked.

Lena held out her hand and summoned a blue orb of energy. Those not from Duckburg were amazed.

"Whoa." Ferb commented.

"Nifty magic!" Mabel gasped.

"That's so cool!" said Sprig.

Amity chuckled. "Always nice meeting a fellow magic user." she said, shaking Lena's hand.

"Pleasure's all mine Blight." Lena replied.

"So who are you guys?" asked Anne.

"Huey Duck! And these are my triplet brothers." said Huey.

"Dewey Duck! But you may know me as… DJ DAFT DUCK!" said Dewey, suddenly dressed in said costume playing the keyboard.

Everyone blinked.

"When did he change into… that?" asked Dipper.

"He's always ready to show off." Louie deadpanned.

"DJ huh? Soos would like you!" said Mabel.

Dewey smirked as he played a YAY-YA! note.

"Anyways… I'm Louie Duck. Scheme planner and future legitimate businessman." said Louie, handing out a Louie Inc. card.

"Schemer ey? Eda and King are gonna love you." said Luz.

"I'm April! Like Huey, I'm the smartest of me and my triplets." said April.

"Name's May. Like Dewey, kinda the cool daredevil of the three." said May.

"And I'm June. Fellow schemer like Louie." smirked June.

"April, May, and June? Like the months in the human realm?" asked Sprig.

"Pretty much yeah." said June. "And no we don't have any siblings named March, July, or August."

Webby suddenly popped up in front of Mabel. "HI! I'm Webby! I'm their honorary sister and Dewey's girlfriend! I love spying, and juice, and sparring and MAKING NEW FRIENDS!" she said enthusiastically.

"Whoa mama! I like you already small girl duck!" Mabel grinned. "And can I just say that the bow really brings out your hairstyle?"

"Aww! Thank you!" Webby smiled.

"I think Marcy's gonna like this girl." said Anne.

"So is Ivy!" Sprig chimed in.

"I know I already do!" said Luz.

"Name's Lena. Magic duck." Lena said.

"Violet Sabrewing." said Violet.

"Oh so you share the same name as your species?" asked Phineas.

"Why yes I do! You seem to be pretty intelligent Phineas." commented Violet, impressed.

"Well Ferb and I are geniuses who like to build things." Phineas replied. "We'll show you our blueprints if you'd like."

"I would very much enjoy that." Violet grinned.

"I'm Gosalyn. Gosalyn Waddlemeyer-Mallard." said Gosalyn. "I'm a sports girl, especially with archery."

"Our friend Isabella likes archery as it's a part of her Fireside Girl Scout Troop's patch earning." said Ferb.

"I'll be happy to take her on any day!" Gosalyn smirked.

"Uh hi! I'm Honker. Honker Muddlefoot. I'm G-Gosalyn's best friend." said Honker. "I'm also a genius kid…"

"Hey don't worry Honker. There's nothing wrong with being smart." Dipper said with a smile.

"Even if you do come off as a nerd." teased Mabel.

"I dunno, I think nerds are cool." said Amity, holding Luz' hand.

"And I'm B.O.Y.D.! A very real boy!" said B.O.Y.D. "It's short for Be Only Yourself Dude."

The volunteer members blinked.

"Why do you go by… all of that?" asked Anne.

"Because I'm a robot." B.O.Y.D. replied, suddenly launching himself into the air with his robot feet.

The volunteer members were surprised as B.O.Y.D. flew around them in circles.

"Whoa!" Phineas and Dipper said in unison.

"Madre de dios!" gasped Luz.

"Whoa look at him go!" said Anne.

"He's just like Frobo!" said Sprig.

B.O.Y.D. landed on the ground.

"So you're friends with a robot?" asked Mabel. "THAT'S SO COOL!"

"It sure is!" said Louie.

"B.O.Y.D.'s more than just a robot. He's our friend through and through." said Huey.

"And he's pretty lovable." added May.

"So are you guys the only ones part of the volunteer committee?" asked Louie.

The eight kids laughed.

"Actually no we're not." said Dipper. "There are a lot more in the cafe."

"It's lunchtime." Mabel added.

"Come on in! You guys gotta meet our friends!" said Phineas.

"Sure! I really wanna make more friends today!" said Webby.

"As long as anyone has fancy out-of-this-world money, I'm all for it." shrugged Louie.

"You're not conning anyone out of their money Louie." Huey said sternly.

Louie held his hands up in defense.

The bird kids followed the humans, frog, and witch into the cafe where they saw everyone eating around.

"Whoa!" said in awe.

"Hey does anyone have anything good? My almond milk leaked over my cookies!" said Marcy.

"Don't worry fellow genius! I got a healthy whole-grain sandwich!" came a voice.

It was a short Indian boy with curly black hair and brown eyes, wearing a pale-blue t-shirt underneath short blue overalls, light blue socks, and blue shoes with white soles.

"Thanks Baljeet!" Marcy beamed as he tossed the sandwich to her.

"Of course!" Baljeet said with a grin. "Us geniuses keep healthy minds and diets!"

"Is that an insult to us who aren't considered geniuses, nerd?!"

Baljeet flinched from the yelling from the person next to him. It was a somewhat overweight kids with deep blue eyes, wearing a black shirt with a skull on the front, set up in a "Punisher" style, large, red hiking boots, with green-tan khaki shorts, and his hair was brown and cut in a buzzcut style.

"Uh no Buford what I mean is we all have our unique diets and minds when compared to… each other?" Baljeet said nervously.

"I'm satisfied with that answer." Buford said contently, munching a hoagie.

Baljeet sighed in relief.

"Sheesh and I thought Boscha was much until after the Day of Unity." said a teenage witch.

She was a plus-sized and stocky girl who had light skin, pointed ears, olive green eyes, and short, neat, dark navy-blue hair with a few loose strands, along with twin braids that went past her shoulders with a few pale green streaks dyed into it. She sported a sleeveless yellowish-tan vest over a mid-length sleeved pale green shirt with a gold button, white collar and cuffs, blue shorts, silver and slate-gray leggings, a blue tie with a gold gem, and maroon heeled boots with light blue socks underneath.

"I think after all of that she toned down some more Willow. Just like Amity." said a younger witch kid sitting next to Willow.

He had brown skin and dark brown hair with lighter shades. His upper lip was curved, similar to Luz's. He had pointy ears and his eyes were dark blue. He had on a light cyan tunic with white baggy sleeves, and a black belt, a fuchsia belt, steel blue tights, red-violet boots, and a magic amplifier strung around his neck.

"Hmm yeah good theory Gus. Guess either exciting or traumatizing events can bring out something in you no one's ever seen before." nodded Willow.

"Or just send you down a slope of despair until you know who your true friends are." said the older kid sitting on the other side of Willow.

He was about 16 years old with a fair complexion, a slightly hooked nose, brown eyes, thick black eyebrows, a gap between his front teeth, bags under his eyes, and long ash-blond hair with a long, jagged forelock. He had a notch on his left ear and scars on his right cheek, upper left arm, and tissue scarings on his face, neck, left ear, arms, and legs. He wore a custom black wolf t-shirt, a utility belt, black pants with cuffs and yellow edges, white socks, black and dark yellow shoes.

"Hey you have us Hunter." smiled Willow. "And now so much more." she added as she wrapped an arm around him.

Hunter blushed but smiled thankfully.

"Wow look at all these kids!" exclaimed Huey.

"I see lots of humans, witches like Amity, frogs in the corner, a pig, a platypus in a fedora, a gray furry dog or wolf with a skull for a head, I mean just look at them all!" exclaimed Webby.

"These all seem like interesting people." said April.

"I think these guys are gonna be some of the most interesting people we've ever met." said Dewey.

"Most interesting people we've ever met so far." said May.

"What about all our human friends and everyone who was in the Army of Light?" asked April.

"Who says we can't make more?" June pointed out.

"Hey everyone!" Phineas called.

All eyes went on the boy with the triangle-shaped head.

"Allow us to introduce to you… the members of the Duck/McDuck family! All the way from Duckburg and St. Canard!" said Phineas.

The 12 kids waved hello.

"How's it going, our fellow volunteer members!" Dewey greeted with finger guns.

"Wow! They really are walking talking ducks!" said Ivy, awed.

"And a hummingbird." said Maddie.

Amity retook her seat. "We're very glad that you guys could come-"

PPPPPPPPPFFFFFFFFFFFTTTTTT!

Several kids held their snickers as a fart noise rang out. Amity went bright red in the cheeks with embarrassment until she felt something under her butt. She pulled out a whoopee cushion and snarled in frustration.

"Sheesh sis lay of the human realm's broccoli!" came a female voice.

"Edric! Emira!" Amity yelled.

Two kids laughed.

One had pale skin like Amity, pointed ears, golden eyes, thick black eyebrows, a mole under her left eye, and long, emerald, green hair tied in a braided ponytail. Her face shape was also rounded off to a point. She wore a long-sleeved dark gray shirt under a burgundy tunic with a green, diamond-shaped stone in the center of her chest and a belt around the waist, gray shorts with burgundy cuffs, and black flat shoes.

The other had a similar appearance to that of his sister; pale skin, pointed ears, golden eyes, thick black eyebrows, short, emerald-green hair, and a mole under his right eye. He wore a dark gray long-sleeved tunic tucked in his gray pants, a sleeveless burgundy shirt with a belt around the waist, and gray boots with burgundy cuffs.

"Come on Mittens we're just having some fun!" said Edric.

"Yeah learn to take a joke in more than one world." said Emira.

"They have a point, your empty seat was asking for it." said Louie.

Amity rolled her eyes and tossed the whoopie cushion away.

"So these are the 12 kids we were told about huh?" asked Willow.

"Hey Leon was right, they are around our ages." said Sprig.

"The blue one, pink one, orange one and redheaded gray one are supposed to be tougher than the toughies?" Buford asked, skeptical.

"Come on Buford, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Or did you forget a similar lesson from the F-Games?" said a girl who was sitting next to where Phineas was sitting earlier.

She was a young girl with straight black long hair with thin blue highlights, curtain-like bangs and a round bottom, an oval-shaped head with a flat top, and navy blue eyes. She wore a white T-shirt underneath a pink jumper pleated-hem dress with a purple belt around it, medium-length white socks, and pink shoes with white laces. She wears a pink bow on her head.

"Yeah yeah I remember it all too well Isabella." Buford begrudgingly grunted.

Huey stepped up.

"People here in the Traverse Town Cafe! May I be the first to say what an honor it is to be amongst you all in the Volunteer Committee!" he announced before pulling out some flashcards. "First off, in the wise words of Winston Churchill-"

"BOOO!" Dewey booed as he ran up, snatched the cards, and ripped them up. "We don't need quotes from a dead guy! Try living in the moment more often Hue!"

"So the middle triplet clad in blue takes up his un initiative? I like it." mused Sasha.

"Same here, pretty bold and daring." said Ivy.

"People all around us, we are honored to be amongst you all! We're not just building homes for the homeless across different worlds… we're all here… to save them like the heroes we are!" Dewey said proudly, doing a dramatic pose.

"Yeah that's great Dewey, ham it up why don't'cha?" Louie deadpanned.

"I've only seen these guys for like 30 seconds and I like them already." said Gus.

"Anyways…" Huey said as he gave a deathglare to Dewey for ripping up his flashcards, "I'm Huey Duck. These are my triplet brothers Dewey and Louie, our honorary sisters Webby Vanderquack, Lena De Sp-I'm gonna stop right there…, Violet Sabrewing, fellow triplets April, May, and June Duck, and our friends from St. Canard, Gosalyn Mallard and Honker Muddlefoot."

They all waved hello.

"Well we're glad to finally meet you guys!" said a girl sitting across from Luz and Amity.

Her skin color was light, almost similar to Luz's, her hair was green with blue tips, and her legs had muscle mass. She also retains her basilisk eyes, but the sclera is now white. She wore a yellow and orange striped sweater with a pumpkin on the chest, blue torn pants and brown boots.

"Glad you're not so shy about meeting new people, Vee." Luz smiled.

Vee giggled a little. "Well time in the human realm helps a basilisk out." she said.

"A what now?" asked May.

"Later." said Luz.

"So any questions for your newest members?" asked April. "We're all ears!"

"And feathers. Literal birds." snorted a teenage witch.

She was a slender girl with light pink skin, grayish-blue eyes, and mid-back length violet hair tied back in a bun, pointy ears, and an extra third eye on her forehead. She wore a dark gray tunic with a dark gray cowl, dark gray, heeled boots with a light gray top, her sleeves and leggings are yellow.

"Boscha be nice! You're making better progress since Belos was destroyed, to ruin it." hissed a dark-skinned witch sitting next to her.

She was a teenage girl with eyes that had gray irises, pointy ears, and hair that came in tones of pinkish-gray and deep mauve held up in a ponytail. She wore a dark grey tunic with a dark gray cowl red leggings and sleeves, dark gray heeled boots, gold studded earrings, and a red accessory keeping her hair back.

Boscha sighed. "I know Skara. I know. Not easy to shut it off sometimes."

"Hey it's a lot easier to do it the more you do so. Amity did, Sasha did, Buford's progressing in more ways than one, and I know I have." said a girl sitting across from them.

She was about Dipper and Mabel's age, had long blonde hair with bell-shaped bangs and dark blue eyes, wearing a purple jacket with a short lavender dress, a periwinkle belt, and black leggings with cream-colored boots, along with heavy purple eyeshadow and lavender hoop earrings.

"She'll get there Pacifica. She'll get there." said Skara.

Pacifica nodded as she raised her hand. "Is it true you all are rich?" she asked.

"Oh they are, Honkman and I aren't." said Gosalyn. "But in a way, the life I live is pretty rich enough."

"That sounds cliche." quipped Lena.

"Hey, don't know who I can trust with my superhero identity out of this large group yet." Gosayln hissed.

Gus raised his hand. "Is it true you guys once faced off against aliens that came from the moon?"

"Oh it's true alright!" said Lena.

"Thankfully they're now our friends." said Huey.

"Except for Lunaris. But that bastard is trapped in his rocket as our world's second moon for all his crimes." said Louie.

"Serves him right if you ask me!" said King.

Polly raised her flipper. "So you guys go on adventures a lot? Fight monsters, take treasure, SAVE THE WHOLE FREAKING WORLD?!"

"You got that right!" said June before pausing. "What kind of animal are you?"

"I'm a pollywog." Polly replied, kicking her feet up. "With legs baby!"

"A what wog?" asked Louie.

"A pollywog is a baby frog." said Violet. "Also commonly known as a tadpole."

"That's right! She's my little sister!" said Sprig.

"Aww that's so cute!" gushed Webby.

"I gotta say, you guys don't seem to be freaking out since there are talking frogs in the room." commented Maddie.

"And witches." saud Gus.

"And a Titan!" King said as he stood up on a table.

"You're a titan?!" exclaimed Dewey. "You don't look like one…"

"Dewey!" April hissed, elbowing him.

"I'm actually, in a sense, a baby titan." said King. "But don't let my cute looks fool you, I am an all powerful titan and my power influences the lives of everyone in the BOILING ISLES!" he said dramatically as lightning flashed outside.

"Whoa… that was intense…" commented Gosalyn.

"Where did that lightning even come from?" asked Honker.

Luz walked up to King. "And yet you are adorable as can be!" she cooed, giving King a hug.

"That's me! An adorable titan!" King said giddily as Luz hugged him.

At that moment, a young boy came up on the other side of King and hugged him as well. He was a short humanoid being with childlike features with tan-yellow skin, bushy white hair and eyebrows, an upward-pointing nose and a large pale blue blotch that eclipsed the left side of his face, giving the right side the appearance of a crescent moon shape. His eyes were yellow and had narrow pupils with scarlet irises. His left leg also appeared to be pale blue. He also had three small, dark blue stars on his left cheek. He wore full-body clothing resembling pajamas with an oversized collar and sleeves. His clothes were split between dark blue on the right and periwinkle-gray on the left. The sleeves had these colors switched, with the right sleeve being periwinkle with blue suns and the left sleeve being blue with periwinkle crescent moons, as well as a magenta border on the rims of the cuffs. He wore a dark purple nightcap with magenta trim and light star-esque spots. He also wore dark blue shoes with light gray poms on them. Additionally, he wore a light pink pendant with a purple crescent moon face around his neck.

"And one of the bestest friends a child from the stars could ask for!" the boy said.

"Glad you still feel that way Collector!" King chuckled.

"The kid with the moon pajamas is called 'Collector?'" whispered Louie.

"Uncle Donald said that Thor, Loki, and the Guardians of the Galaxy call Taneleer Tivan that, given what he does." Huey pointed out.

"So!" Webby called as she stood up. "How come you guys volunteered to be a part of the volunteer committee?"

Everyone went silent. Dapper stood up.

"Well… our worlds were kind of affected by the Keyblade War." Dipper replied, rubbing the back of his head.

"As you were probably told, a lot of ours and our friends' and neighbors' homes were wrecked thanks to the effects of it all." said Ferb.

"A lot of us decided to volunteer to help out in building these homes." said Willow.

"Yeah that way we and many others have a place to stay." said Marcy. "A warm roof over our heads…"

"Plenty of food!" said Sprig.

"Nice comfy beds to sleep in at night!" said Vee.

"Which is why we volunteered to help out!" said Phineas. "Plus it's a good chance to make new friends from beyond our homes!"

"That's one of the reasons why some of us joined!" said May.

"Hey welcome to the club!" grinned Luz.

"Well some of us were more of dragged into it." muttered Louie.

"Yeah no big." said Lena.

"Where's that lesson in humility gone?" April asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Oh it's still there!" said Louie.

"You know, the ones in charge of this whole thing told us a lot about you guys." said Gus. "Not just the adventuring part."

"Yeah a good chunk of you are lucky to live in a mansion. Or at least have free access to a mansion." said Ivy.

"Or at least one that wasn't wrecked thanks to both the Day of Unity and the Keyblade War…" Amity muttered.

"Not all of us can afford something so cool like that!" said Mabel.

"Yeah many of our homes were wrecked like we said. Building and land…" murmured Hunter.

"And money can be considered tight given a lot of things…" muttered Baljeet.

"But we're happy you guys are helping us with these temporary homes for us and many others out there!" said Isabella.

The kids traded surprised glances.

"Wow… that cut deep for a moment." said Gosalyn.

"This is more than just something to do to become Senior Woodchucks…" reminded Huey.

"To help people in need… and making friends with them is a sweet bonus." added Webby.

Louie, Lena, and June bit their beaks, feeling a bit bad for not wanting to do this at first. Then they smiled.

"Well… we're happy to help out too." said Louie.

"And we promise these homes are gonna be the best temp homes you guys and many others can live in!" said June.

"We'll have your backs as long as you have ours!" said Lena.

The kids all cheered and clapped.

"Awesome!" said Phineas.

"The McDuck family kids are actually helping us!" exclaimed Gus.

"This is gonna be fun!" said Anne.

"Come on have a bite with us!" said Phineas. "Then when we start working, we can talk more about well… everything!"

Perry chattered in agreement.

"Uh… what did the beaver duck agent say?" asked Collector.

"Platypus." Phineas, Ferb, Dipper, and Marcy replied in unison.

"He said it would help gain more trust between us all." Maddie replied.

"Well we'd be happy to join you for some grub." said Dewey as the kids began to join them around the tables.

"You know what? I think I'm gonna like this whole thing." Gosalyn smiled.

And the McDuck family joined all the volunteer kids at the tables to chat and eat.

To be continued…

Finally done again!

These aren't ALL the members here… or at least the kid ones. They will be introduced more over the course of the story. The adults and chaperones too. I just gave certain ones speaking roles for the time being.

Next chapter is when we meet the leaders and the building begins; the homes and friendships.

Rate, review, and I'll see you all soon!
