Hawks and Ali break up. Tragic story where Hawks doesn't know which way to turn. After him and Ali break up they both separate and seem to both fall deeper into dark paths. A story based on my Spotify Shuffle. So how their paths go and the choices they make are up to debat and who they meet on the way. Not canon and not linear canon if any canon. It's what works for the music.

Day 44

He was zoning out of the meeting happening in front of him. The commission was mad at him and he was pretty sure that they knew he was getting lost undercover. They were telling him again that he wasn't getting anywhere.

This meeting was starting to sound like all of the others that he had been to.

"They don't seem to be moving further with plans." He spoke lazily and hoped that he'd leave this meeting with them telling him that he was done. That he didn't need to be undercover.

But that's not what happened. They told him that he needed to stay longer.

Later that evening he thought of the meeting as he joined Dabi on the couch to play video games with him. When Dabi offered him a joint he accepts it for the first time. Everything was starting to blend and bleed together.

Every meeting with the commission was rinse and repeat. Do better Hawks. You're doing great, Hawks. Try harder. Do this. Do that. Don't do this.

The inhale instantly relaxes him. He feels as his spine starts to decompress. He wasn't even aware of how tense he was till he felt the release. He turns to see if there are any reactions or judgment from Dabi. Of course there was none.

Because of course the villains of the story were the least of his worries. Hawks tries to shake that thought. Dabi seemed chipper and perhaps that meant there was new intel he could get.

"One could say that you actually look happy." He snickers the comment and passes the joint.

Dabi chuckles and clicks his tongue, "I had a very good satisfying meal last night." He likes his lips before bringing the joint to his lips and inhaling. When he blows the smoke out he does it in a display of circles.

He blew his smoke out like the Alice caterpillar but had the smirk of the cat.

Hawks took in Dabi's glee and understood the innuendo. Not a lead. Just another lay for Dabi. Someone new to fill the guys' vices.

Hawks plays along with it and inwards is disappointed that he didn't get any useful information.

Information that will help him move on from this act and be able to get her back and they could just run away from all of this.
