High Heels. by JoJo
Day 46
Ever since that night she felt like she was living. For the first time she felt like she had moved on from Keigo. If she looked for the hurt she could find it. But it wasn't debilitating anymore. When getting dressed for work there were subtle changes but they made all the difference.
Instead of her rounded flats she wore sharp pointed heels. The heels were thin and she'd probably regret the choice later but right now the fire burning inside her didn't care. It didn't care that the suit she wore was fitting all of her curves in all the right places.
She was sure to have heads turning at work with the swap from her blouse to a button up. A button up that had two more buttons undone then what should have been. But again, she was fueling a flame.
Of course when she was getting her coffee before leaving Digit notices the wardrobe change.
"Someones feeling hot today." Her roommate spoke while cuddling her coffee mug close to her chest, "You're even wearing makeup."
Ali wasn't going to point out that she usually does it was just done in a more obvious, and probably not work appropriate, way. Opting for black liner that made the small cat eyes versus her usual 'natural' mke up look.
"I guess I want to get noticed today." She shrugs as she walks out of the apartment.
And it wasn't a lie. She did want to be noticed. Ali was already feeling the excitement of Digit noticing her. Most likely a side effect from having making out with her the other day. Deep down though she knew that it was about more than just being noticed though.
It was about WHO she wanted to notice her. Even making sure her underwear was always matching, fitting her new attitude. Thoughts of Dabi and his opinion on them when she put them on. What he would think if he saw them.
Ali's mind went to his lips again. The way the texture of his two tone lips met with the wet fold of her core. She wanted to see his staples strain against his smile as his piercing turquoise eyes undress her from the lace.
She wanted more from the guy.
Ali's thoughts of the stimulating experiences with Dabi encased her all the way to work but just before entering she looked across the street to a tower that overlooked her office building. Not that long ago Hawks would be there and would watch over her.
There was a part of her that while she wanted to get noticed by Dabi she equally hoped that Hawks would see her from high up and realize that he had messed up.
