SomebodyIdk: You are correct in the assumption that Noah is merely using the alliance with Heather for his own gains; gains that will be revealed in this chapter...

SuperKitty4789, HyperPixel357, HotPink Tigeress: I'm glad you are all still enjoying the story!

We open up on the mess hall of Camp Wawanawkwa once again. On the Gophers' side of the dining area, Heather is writing feverishly in a notebook.

She looks pretty frazzled, not at all her usual confident, pretty appearance. Her hair is messed up, and she had forgotten to put makeup on this morning.

Gwen and Trent soon walk by, carrying platters of food. They glare in the queen bee's direction, with Gwen even whispering something no doubt negative in Trent's ear.

Heather glares back at them, then looks down the table. Cody is minding his own business, eating his slop, while Beth is glaring even harder at Heather than even Gwen was.

Heather attempted to intimidate Beth with a glare of her own, only for it to completely fail.

"So, how's it hanging?", said Noah, suddenly appearing on the other side of the table.

"I've finally figured out who it is that's sabotaging us on the other team.", answered Heather, continuing to write feverishly on the notepad.

"Oh, yeah?", said Noah, checking his nails as if he was bored.

Heather held up the notepad, revealing a list of the six remaining Bass team members.

"Geoff and Sadie are out, as they're too brainless to think of this plan. DJ and Harold are also out, as they are just too nice to do something like this. That just leaves Duncan or Ezekiel."

They both look over at the Bass table, where Ezekiel is ineffectually wiping slop off his shirt, while Duncan is tracing a skull into the table with his knife.

"Duncan.", they both said at the same time.

Heather glared at the punk. "Soon, I will reveal him to Chris as the cheater he always was."

Meanwhile, Ezekiel is still trying to wipe his food of his shirt, when Sadie walks by, clearing her throat.

Ezekiel looks around for a moment, then follows Sadie. He didn't look hard enough, however, as Duncan and Harold see him leave.

Outside, behind the mess hall, Ezekiel carefully walks with Sadie, all the while looking back to see if they're being followed.

"Oh, would you stop worrying; no one's going to find us.", said Sadie.

"I just can't get it out of my head that someone's going to find us.", said Ezekiel, nervous.

"Well, let me help you get it out of your mind.", said Sadie, kissing Ezekiel on the cheek.

Ezekiel immediately blushes red, and begins to lovingly stare into Sadie's eyes.

(Ezekiel): Oh, the last few days on the island have been incredible. I just hope Duncan doesn't find out about our relationship. He might see it as a threat to me and Harold's alliance with him.

(Sadie): I know, right, Ezekiel?! I never thought in a million years that I'd end up with him. But he's just so sweet and kind, I can't think of another guy I'd rather be with.

"Attention, maggots!!!", came Chef's voice over the loudspeaker, interrupting Ezekiel and Sadie's stare.

"Report to the dock of shame in 15 minutes! And be prepared to be pushed past the point of breaking!!!", Chef continued.

Ezekiel and Sadie gave each other nervous glances.

Cut to all the campers lined up on the dock once again. Chef Hatchet is there as well, dressed in a military drill sergeant's outfit.

"You will refer to me at all times by Master Chief!", yelled out Chef. "Anyone who fails to do so or does not do something the moment I say to do something will be punished..."

He leaned into Duncan's unamused face. "... Severely..."

"Um, what the heck is going on?", said Gwen.

"Shut your face hole, maggot!", yelled Chef, getting in Gwen's face. "You only speak when I tell you to speak!"

At that moment, Chris walked up as well, wearing a green army helmet. "Today, you will all be completing Chef's rigorous army boot camp. His job is to make sure you quit the challenge or mess up enough to be 'dishonorably discharged'."

"That's right, your butts now belong to me, you ungrateful maggots! Now, head down to the beach for your first course.", continued Chef.

(Cody): Boot camp? Boot camp?! As if this camp can't get any worse, Chris gives Chef a get out of jail free card.

Cut to all the campers lined up on the beach. Chef motions to two canoes, one red and the other green. "Pick up these canoes, and hold them in the air."

The Bass immediately picked theirs up, and held it steady above their heads.

The Gophers did so as well... All except Beth, who jumped as high as she could, but still couldn't quite reach the height her fellow teammates held the canoe.

Chris suddenly appeared, pushing a wooden stool in front of Beth. "Thank you.", said Beth, hopping up on it.

"So, now what, eh?", said Ezekiel.

"You wait for me to tell you to put it down.", said Chef, getting out a yogurt for himself.

"That's it?", asked an incredulous Harold.

"Oh, yes, that is it.", said Chef, a darkly ominous tone in his voice.

Cut to much later in the day, where Chef and Chris are sitting on top of the canoes being held up.

"Looks like lunch has come and gone.", said Chris, casually.

"Yeah, I guess they weren't hungry.", said Chef, finishing a yogurt cup. He threw the empty cup behind him, where it landed on a large pile of similar cups.

Geoff's stomach grumbled at the mere sight of the trash.

At the front of the Bass' canoe, Duncan leaned into Ezekiel's ear. "So, I've noticed you've got the hots for tubby back there.", he said, nodding his head discreetly to Sadie.

"Don't call her that!", hissed Ezekiel.

"So, it's true; you do like one of the clones.", said Duncan.

Ezekiel sighed. "So, what if I do?"

"Just don't let it get in the way of our alliance, got it?"

Ezekiel mutely nodded his head. In front of him, Harold whispered, "Does she know you were the one who got Katie eliminated instead of her?"

"No! And she's never going to find out!"

"But... like, this is recorded TV. She's going to watch the show and learn what you did eventually."

A blank look crossed Ezekiel's face. "Oh, I... I hadn't thought of that."

Meanwhile, Heather was staring at Duncan, her left eye twitching.

(Heather): I've got the perfect plan to expose that cheating punk. (Pause) I'm not going to tell you what it is. I'm sure Duncan has one of his cronies spying on this confessional right now.

"I can't do it anymore.", came two voices simultaneously.

As one, Sadie and Beth dropped their shaking hands to their sides, and walked off. Soon, they were at the bell on the dock, and were ringing it.

"All right, drop the canoes.", yelled Chef.

"Finally!", came Geoff and DJ's simultaneous reply.

The two teams dropped the canoes, while Chris said, "It looks like it's now five against five this challenge."

Meanwhile, Chef walked up to Sadie and Beth. "Listen here, you two have nothing to be ashamed of... except being a little crybaby and letting your teams down!", he finished into a megaphone.

He then turned to the remaining campers. "Everyone head to the mess hall. Dinner is served."

The campers all cheered, and made their way to the cafeteria... not noticing Chef's wicked grin.

In the cafeteria, the campers are confused by the arrival of ten trash cans set up at the kitchen counter.

"So, where's dinner?", said Trent.

"I think this is it.", said Noah, looking in disgust at the trash cans.

"Yeah, and I would eat what you can, maggots.", came Chef's voice over the loudspeaker. "We've got a long night ahead of us!"

Heather sighed, before walking up to one of the trash cans. Once she had salvaged as much food as she could, she walked up to Noah.

Noah was in the midst of a conversation with Cody, who walked away when Heather approached.

"If I finally manage to expose Duncan, then we will surely win this challenge.", said Heather to Noah. "But, if we still don't, I want to get rid of weird, goth girl."

"Just finished talking to Cody about voting off Gwen next challenge we lose.", said Noah, holding up his hands in a placating gesture.

"Good.", said Heather, somewhat surprised. "I thought he had a massive crush on Gwen."

"Eh, he was reluctant at first, but he seems to have decided she belonged with Trent.", said Noah, walking away.

Heather looked thoughtful for a moment, before Duncan passed by. She glared at him, who only looked confused in response.

(Duncan): I'm used to Heather glaring at... well, everyone, but there was something different about this glare. (He rubbed his chin in thought)

Cut to back outside, where everyone (minus Beth and Sadie) are suddenly dancing to a ripoff of the song Thriller.

Cut again to Master Chief Hatchet leading the dance, and the viewer realizes that this is part of the boot camp.

Most of the campers are showing signs of exhaustion from having to do the dance most of the night.

It was during a particularly humiliating dance move involving thrusting out their pelvis's when someone cut the power to the boom box.

Chef looked up as everyone gasped, and saw Duncan holding the chord.

"Boy, you are in for a world of hurt once you explain to me why you did that.", said Chef, marching up to the punk.

"Simple.", said Duncan with a snort. "I didn't want to humiliate myself any longer."

Chef looked about to burst a gasket, when he suddenly gave another wicked smile. "Since Duncan has decided to chicken out of the dancing, I've got something a lot harder in mind."

Back in the mess hall, Chef is handing out pieces of paper to each contestant. "It is currently 12:00 at night. You will all write a 1000 word essay on why you love having me as a drill sergeant. Fall asleep, and I'm kicking you out of boot camp."

"Time's up!" An hour later at 1:00, Chef begins jerking the essays out of everyone's hands. Comically, Harold still tried to write more of his while Chef is taking it away.

Trent and DJ were asleep by their sheets of paper, so Chef shook his head in disgust.

"Trent and DJ are out. That leaves four players still in the boot camp on each team." Chef then grabbed a stool, and prepared to read the essays.

"First up is Duncan's." Chef flashed a wicked grin at the punk, only for Duncan to smile nonchalantly at the cook.

"I love Grand Master Chief very, very, very... very, very... very..." Chef shuffled through Duncan's pages, muttering 'very' under his breath.

"This is just one sentence with a whole bunch of 'very's' in between!", he yelled.

"Count it up. It's a 1000 words.", replied Duncan.

Later, at 1:30 in the morning, an obstacle course filled with mud had been set up in the woods. The campers were covered in the mud as they tried their best to perform the course.

"We will stay here all night if we have to, until each one of you performs this course perfectly.", demanded Chef.

Sadie was crawling under razor wire, when she began to sink in the mud. She tried desperately to free herself, only to sink further in.

"You're out!", said Chef, just as Harold toppled over the climbing wall and landed face first in the mud.

Harold stood up, and immediately began upchucking mud. "You're done for the day, son.", said Chef, materializing behind him. "Head to the infirmary."

Duncan, who was at another obstacle with Ezekiel, chuckled darkly. Ezekiel glared at him.

"What, it was funny wasn't it?", said Duncan, defensively. As Zeke went on, Duncan picked up a handful of mud and threw it at Chef's neck.

"That's it, boy!", said an irate Chef, turning to Duncan. "Drop and give me fifty!"

"Yes! Thank you so much, Master Chief!" He then kissed Chef lightly on the nose.

Chef looked apoplectic.

"One night... solitary confinement... in... the boat house..."

The rest of the campers all gasped.

Duncan however scoffed. "How bad could it be?"

Cut to Duncan inside the boat house, which was filled with sharp fishing equipment, fish skulls taken as trophies, and disgusting bails of bait.

Later that night, Chef finally relented, and let the campers sleep off their sore muscles.

Most of the campers nestled into a fitful sleep... except Heather. Once she was sure Gwen and Beth were asleep in her cabin, she got up, tiptoed to the screen door, and left.

She made her way through the camp, into the woods, and finally to a large tent situated in a large clearing.

She heard voices filtering from inside the tent, and she dove behind a nearby bush.

She peeked her head out, then crawled into the tent.

Chris McLean and Chef Hatchet were sitting at a table, eating delicious food; food that made Heather's taste buds water as she crawled further into the tent.

"25 of us went into the jungle, only five came out.", said Chef, seemingly close to tears.

"Yeah, sure...", said Chris, unconvinced.

Heather continued to crawl until she reached a small alcove. She went inside to find several large television screens and stacks of DVD's.

She stood up, and began to rummage through the DVD's. "I've got you know, Duncan."

A few minutes later, Chris perked up at the dinner table. "Hey, do you hear something?"

Chef listened, and heard the sounds of Heather grunting in agitation.

Chef soon pulled back the curtain separating the main room from the filming room, revealing Heather.

Cut to all the campers in their pajamas outside Chris' tent.

Geoff yawned. "Does anyone know why we're out here, dudes?"

"Chris said it was important.", said Beth.

Speaking of the devil, Chris appeared from inside the tent, closely followed by Chef. The latter was carrying a struggling Heather by the arms.

"The reason why I have called all of you here is that Heather was caught cheating!", announced Chris, to everyone's gasp.

"I wasn't cheating, I was trying to catch Duncan cheating!", said Heather.

"That's what they all say.", said Chris, unimpressed.

"It's true! That wicked little punk has been sabotaging the Gopher's chances at winning. He cut the rope in the trapeze act, he oiled up the rope that I was holding last challenge, he..."

Heather looked around at her fellow campers, and saw that they actually looked worried. "Why are you all looking at me like I'm crazy?!"

"Hey, what's going on?", said Duncan, who walked up to the tent.

"You're supposed to be in solitary confinement!", said Chef, angrily.

Duncan rolled his eyes. "No duh; I just cut myself on one of those giant fishing hooks, so I came to get bandaged up. Why are you all out here anyway?"

Heather then kicked Chef in the groin, causing him to release her. She marched up to Duncan, and said, "We are here to prove that you've been cheating us out of our wins!!!"

"What?", scoffed Duncan. "That's ridiculous. I don't roll that way."

"A likely story! We can still find the recording from last weeks' challenge if we look hard..."

"Enough!", yelled out Chris. "This little psychotic episode on Heather's part leaves me no choice but to disqualify her from this week's challenge."

Cody scratched his chin. "So, it's just me, Gwen, and Noah still in boot camp for our team?"

Heather didn't give time for Chris to explain. She screamed towards the heavens, shocking everyone present.

Cut to early next morning, where Chef is marching up and down in front of a very large tree.

"What you are experiencing is an ancient form of torture.", said Chef, as the camera panned up to show Duncan, Geoff, Gwen, Noah, and Cody dangling upside down from the branches.

"Whoever is the last one hanging will win invincibility for their team."

Geoff and Cody were both looking pretty bad, with a red face and unfocused eyes. "Hey, dude, you OK?", asked a concerned Duncan to Geoff.

"Never better, dude.", said Geoff, badly slurring his words. "I'm all for the head... rush..."

Geoff then slipped completely off the branch, falling to the ground.

Cody wasn't doing any better. "Hey, Gwen.", he said, waving at the nearby goth. "When did you get here. Man, you're just so... pretty..."

He leaned in closer to Gwen a bit too far, then fell to the ground.

Gwen sighed. "Looks like it's just you and me, Noah."

Noah, however, had his eyes closed intensely. Finally, he opened his mouth, only to puke up his breakfast.

"Oh, gross!", said Gwen.

"Sorry, Gwen, I can't do this.", said Noah, jumping off the branch.

Gwen looked worried about her chances, then grabbed the branch with her free hands and glared at Duncan.

Duncan did like wise. The stare-off went on for about fifteen minutes, until Gwen started to get red in the face.

"OK, that's it, I quit.", relented Gwen, jumping down from the branch.

"Yeah, all right!", said Duncan, jumping down to the ground.

Chef walked up to the punk. "Maybe I was wrong about you, boy.", said Chef. "You'd make a fine soldier some day."

"Uh, thanks?", said Duncan, doubtfully. He ran off, as Chef sat down in his lawn chair. He suddenly bolted up, yelping in pain, and looked back to find several tacks in his chair.

"Duncan!!!!!!", yelled Chef to the sky.

(Duncan): Man, I waited all morning for the old geezer to sit in that chair, but his scream was worth every minute.

Cut to late in the evening, where the campfire ceremony is taking place. Chris glances at Beth, Noah, Cody, and Trent who have all received marshmallows.

He then glanced at a worried Gwen and Heather.

"The final marshmallow of the evening goes to...

... Gwen!", yelled out Chris, throwing the marshmallow to the goth girl.

"What!?", said Heather, standing up. "This... this has to be a mistake! Recount the votes!"

"Sorry, already counted them three times.", said Chris, giving a phony smile and a wink to the camera. "I always do."

"But... but, but... but...", stammered Heather, before Noah laid a hand on her shoulder.

"Just let it go, sister.", he said. "Everyone's already gone." He gestured to the know empty pit, as the remaining Gophers hadn't bothered to see her off.

Cut to the boat of losers, still docked at the dock of shame. Heather is currently on the boat, while Noah is on the dock.

"Well, I'd say nice knowing you, but that would be a lie.", said Heather, haughtily.

Noah snapped his fingers at her. "Right back at ya."

"Just so you know, I was just using you to get farther in the game. I had no real interest in keeping our alliance around after the teams inevitably merged."

"Oh, I know.", said Noah, with a shrug.

"You do?", said Heather, with a raised eyebrow.

"Yep, just like I know Duncan wasn't the one sabotaging us last challenge."

"What... what do you mean?"

Noah smirked a devious grin, then pulled out a set of hedge-clippers.

A flashback occurred, showing Noah cutting the ropes of the trapeze challenge.

As Heather reeled, more flashbacks occurred, showing Noah smashing Lindsay's sushi and him waxing the rope in the cliff climbing challenge.

"Wait, stop the boat!", said Heather to Chef.

But Chef had already started the boat, and soon, Heather's screams of fury, shock, and sadness were gone into the night.

As Noah walked back to the camp, his voiceover appeared. "Was it easy getting Heather to basically eliminate herself..."

(Noah): Yeah! First, I had to get rid of Heather's only remaining ally in Lindsay; second, I had to gently nudge in the direction of the other team, so she became a paranoid wreck; third, I had to steal the tapes of last week's challenge; and, finally, I just had to convince everyone to vote Heather off tonight. Basically, I only used about 10% of my brain cells to do it.

Since the canon episode ended on a huge twist ending, I thought this chapter should as well.

Hope you all enjoyed it, and tell me in the reviews whether or not you liked this particular twist.
