A/N: I look pretty good for a dead bitch

.o0o.

The next day or two was somewhat boring, kind of uneventful. Then came day three of fourteen that would bring lots of, uh...adventures.

Aila's depression was having ups and down, but her mood was trending upward overall. I was glad. As far as I knew, however, she was building up the courage to confront Naomasa-San. But she didn't say anything about it.

So, I didn't actually know. So...Did I just lie?

You decide.

Either way, from what I could tell, Aila was doing better. That's all that really mattered to me at the moment.

There wasn't really anything to do right now, for either of us.

So, being the idiot I can be sometimes, I suggested that I take her on a tour of U.A. They had built some new additions since she went to school and had never seen them before. I was going to change that.

Little did I know, that was going to be a bad idea.

She was trying to figure out what to wear, since her wardrobe was a bit more limited then why she was used to, but she's still very classy and stylish. She wouldn't believe me when I told her that, though.

Even though I can't physically tell a lie. You know, details.

I don't know what possessed me to take her to the main building, because it wasn't all that different from when she'd attended school here, and she'd already been in it this year too. But I took her in there.

We were walking down the hallways on the second to lowest level, just talking and laughing and overall pretending like life was okay. Pretending was fine with me. It was when you lied to yourself by saying life is fine. That's the problem.

Either way, I heard someone speaking in front of us. I wasn't sure who it was or what they were talking about, so I paid them no mind.

Then we saw who it was.

Aila stopped dead in her tracks.

My heart dropped.

Naomasa looked shocked to see her.

"A...Aila?" His voice was hardly a whisper.

She was still.

I saw a glimpse of All Might in his deflated form (as I delighted in calling it) hiding in the office where they had been talking.

Everything was just falling to hell.

Naomasa-San took a step towards us. He looked...hopeful, confused, excited, saddened.

I heard Aila's heel click. I looked at her and she took a step backward.

Well, if this isn't just the worst thing in the world.

"Aila-Chan," I said quietly, "Don't-"

"Aila, wait!"

She grabbed my arm and turned in the opposite direction. "Let's go."

"No," I protested firmly, taking my arm out of her hold.

She hesitated just a second, looking at me. I gave her a pointed look. Then, she walked on without me.

I sighed, shaking my head as I heard Naomasa run up to me, standing next to me.

He sighed defeatedly. "What happened to her?" He asked me.

I slowly turned to look up at him, a look of incredulity and disbelief on my face.

We made eye contact. "Don't ask me! Ask her yourself!"

"She's not letting me approach her, if you haven't noticed," he said.

"She's not allowed to leave campus, if you haven't noticed," I retorted. "Go get her."

He glared at me, and I merely looked at him. He sighed again and started his run again.

I thought about leaving them be, but knowing Aila...She would need backup, probably. There was a reason she ran.

I faced the direction they went, and ignored the soreness from the workout that I did yesterday, i started up in a jog.

Third Person POV

Aila couldn't believe her luck.

This had to be some kind of setup that Samiko schemed. There was no way.

But when he touched Samiko, she didn't sense any sign of a plan that she knew about. In fact it seemed like the complete opposite. She seemed just as mortified as Aila was.

Either way, there was still no way that she could face him. Not after what she did, not after all the pain she endured and all the things she didn't tell him…

Someone like him didn't deserve someone as evil as her.

She swiped her tears away as she kept walking, heading down the stairs to the exit.

"Aila!"

Naomasa… No.

I can't take it.

She felt a hand on her shoulder and she gasped, turning around and facing the one thing she feared in this world.

She couldn't stand to say his name.

She shrugged out of his hold, holding her hands by her head as if she were going to cover it. "Naomasa…" she strangled out.

"Aila what happened?" He pleaded. "I was worried sick. I thought you were hurt or dead...Why didn't you respond to me?"

"Naomasa-"

"I love you, Aila," He said desperately. "Talk to me. We can figure this out. If you're willing to."

She only shook her head, crossing her arms over her stomach. She couldn't force her legs to move.

"Is it what we did that night?" he asked carefully. "I...I'm so sorry. I know I can't make it right now, but we can try to move on from it, make it better...Just...Tell me what's going on."

"I can't," she emphasized. "I can't tell you. It...It hurts…" She felt so choked up, so desperate. She wanted terribly to run into his arms and beg him to never let go. But he deserved so much more. He was so good, so noble. She was just...scum.

"I can help you," He said. It took everything in her not to flinch away when he touched her hand. "If you'll let me. I'll never hate you. I don't care. You...you're my everything. You aren't evil. You aren't malicious. I...I don't care what happened, what you did to make your mother kick you out." Aila gasped. "I don't care. It's you I want….You're worth it."

She felt so terrible. This just proved that she didn't deserve someone as amazing as him.

He turned her around by her shoulders to look at him. He didn't pull her in for a hug, and she didn't look up at him.

Being here, right now, with him again...Maybe they were right. Samiko, Shota.

And even if he did hate her now, at least she would know.

At least she would know.

It was another several minutes of silence. Of them just standing there in silence. Of naomasa just being with her.

She swallowed thickly. "I….I was pregnant."

She heard him gasp quietly. She cut him off before his thoughts could even begin to form. "And...I...mother...I aborted it."

He was silent.

"I...i feel so guilty for doing it, and...a-and not telling you about it, and, and..-" she sniffed deeply, letting out a quiet sob. "I couldn't face you. I….I can't look at you. because...You deserve someone better."

"No," he said adamantly, but gently, touching her face with the gentleness he had all the other times before. "No," he repeated, bending down to make her look at him. A sad smile was on his handsome face.

"I...I won't say anything about it," he swore. "And...I am upset, but...Aila why didn't you just tell me?"

She shook her head.

"This doesn't change a word I said," He said gently. "I'll still have you, if you'll have me."

She covered her mouth as she sobbed loudly, falling to her knees with him and throwing herself into his arms. She buried her neck into his shoulder, crying into his jacket.

Oh, how she missed him…

He held her tightly, petting her rich brown hair, kissing the crown of her head.

"We are in this together," he said. "From now on."

She nodded, grasping him tightly. "From now on."

She finally pulled back from him, touching his face.

"I'm so sorry," she whispered.

He brushed a piece of hair behind her ear. "I forgive you."

She smiled and pressed her lips to his.

She hadn't lost him.

Samiko POV

I saw their reunion-as lowkey disgusting as I thought it was-and I smiled. Aila had finally come clean. Now she could carry on with her life however she decided. I expected for this issue to come up in her future as is normal for grief to come in waves, but now that she had her biggest security now secured, things would be much better.

But, knowing my luck, something had to go wrong.

THis time, it wasn't something too bad (at least on my end, as you will soon see), like the school crumbling down upon us, but it was probably more embarrassing.

My phone started ringing.

I didn't jump, but now my presence was realized.

I looked at the couple now looking at me, kind of awkwardly, and i scrambled to grab my phone.

"Sorry," I said awkwardly. I couldn't believe that just happened…

I answered the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hello, is Eraserhead available?"

"Uhm, not at the moment...can I take a message for him? This is his daughter."

"Yes, I suppose you can. This is the Hosu Chief of Police speaking, woof."

I blinked. He continued. "And there has been an accident involving three of U.A. 's first year interning students in the city here. Eraserhead's presence is requested as soon as possible..."
