Alex wasn't sure how long she laid on the roof, waiting for the feeling in her legs to return but as she watched the sun start to rise over on the East side of the Isle she knew she had to move. She'd never come so close to death as she had last night and she was still finding it difficult to come to terms with.
Her legs shook as she stood and the first couple of steps were shaky, it would be no use if she tried to travel by rooftop tonight she would fall and she really didn't fancy a second near death experience so close to her first. Luckily this one particular rooftop actually had a large metal fire exit that was only an 8 foot drop from the roof. Lowering into a seated position Alex pushed her body off the roof and landed with a loud bang, she quickly scaled down the fire exit until she was safely on the ground.
"Now to get home," Alex mumbled as she looked around. On the roof tops she knew every corner of the Isle, every short cut and what directions to avoid but now on the ground she was at a severe disadvantage. She had no weapon to protect her and her petit frame made her an easy target. Cursing her craving for seafood she quickly removed her rucksack from her back and her jacket. Slipping the straps over her shoulder so the bag was now resting against her torso instead of her back making it ten times more difficult for someone to rob her loot. Slipping back into her jacket she fastened the front so her bag was covered and she lifted her hood on to her head hiding most of her hair.
Checking the area was clear she slipped out of the alley heading in the direction she normally would go. She was still in pirate territory and until she made it back to the Inner isle she was still very much in danger. Just because she'd lost the son of Hook several hours ago didn't mean he wouldn't find her by chance. For all Alex knew he was still searching for her and this thought made her increase her speed.
Other Pirates were starting to emerge and Alex had to admit their style was fascinating, they wore multiple types of fabrics from leather and metal to rags and fur, rips in almost all their layers. While those in the Inner Isle made sure not to expose jewellery so openly Pirates it seemed were the opposite, multiple rings and bracelets decorated their hands, chains with keys, coloured stones jewellery were hung around their necks, and those that didn't had scarves or ties. Practically everyone around her had a pirate hat fitted snuggly on their heads. Alex slid into a side alley as she watched two middle aged men walk past her, their bodies covered in tattoos and their swords swinging from their hips. One was completely hairless but had almost ten piercings in his ears and he walked with a limp, as she looked closer she realised she could only see one shoe on the other side was a peg.
She was definitely not safe here, she slipped past a large ships sail that was being used as a wall and paused suddenly. There was a reason there was a temporary wall there, she was inches away from stepping over board and landing in the ocean. She felt the cold spray of the morning sea and shuddered. She hated water, it was however the first time she had ever gotten this close to the sea usually only witnessing it from above. From her spot behind the sail she could see several ships parked dock side and for that one brief moment her mind fluttered back to the pirate in Ursula's. She recalled her Mother telling her that Captain Hooks ship was called the Jolly Roger. Was one of those ships the Jolly Roger. Was the Son of Hook asleep somewhere his face swelling from her fist. As she thought about her punch a small smile split on to her face. It really was a good punch.
Slipping back behind the sail Alex kept her head down and continued to head out of pirate territory, it didn't take long for the scenery to start changing, the sounds of waves on shore had faded away and the smell of the salty sea no longer assaulted her senses. Shanty houses and ship changed to large imposing buildings the sandy shore and wooden planks altered to cobbled stones and solid concrete. As she stepped into the inner Isle she let out a sigh of relief. Home wasn't too far from here, her shabby little hidey hole was only a ten minute walk from the divide between Inner Isle and Pirate territory, she was at the very end of the market stalls good old Bertha was three stalls to the end of the market. She was ten minutes away from being able to dive in to her fur coat eat her stolen goodies and sleep the rest of the day away, forgetting all about her terrifying encounter. Ten more minutes until home comforts ten more minutes until she was safe and her... "ugh."
Looking up from her new spot on the floor Alex froze. The last 24 hours were truly the worst twenty four since her parents had died. In her rush to get home she had allowed her vigilance to drop and had some how walked straight into the one other person on the Isle she had hoped to avoid.
"The day has only just begun and I've already got a pretty girl at my feet." Alex's heart was racing in her chest as she stared silently at the attractive teenager in front of her. In the corner of her eye she saw the signage to the Queen of Hearts Salon and internally groaned at her stupidity, she knew the Salon was this side of town she had spent years avoiding it she could describe it in excruciating detail. What she hadn't known however that the only son of the Mad Queen would be up so early on a morning.
Cursing her distracted mind Alex pushed herself off the ground and stared at the boy in front of her, a small faint blush spreading across her cheeks the cause clearly due to her embarrassment and her sudden attraction. If only her mother could see her now she'd be swooning that her introverted daughter was so close to attractive teenage boys.
With that thought in her mind Alex lowered her head pretending to dust off the muck from her clothes while she attempted to persuade her tongue to leave the top of her mouth and her stomach to keep the vomit within. She knew her hands were shaking and when she glanced up again a frown spread across her features as he stared at her with a grin pulling across his lips. Damn he was even more gorgeous when he smiled.
"You know how to speak or you one of those silent angels that appear out of no where and disappear just as quickly?" He cocked a brow and Alex rolled her eyes at his teasing, the urge to remain mute was strong but his grin was far too enchanting and she knew her hold was weak.
"Do you get many angels visiting you?" she asked quirking a single brow allowing a grin to form on her face.
"Not nearly enough as I'd like," he chuckled before extending his arm and taking her hand. He brought her hand to his lips placing a gentle kiss on to the back before dipping into a perfect mini bow. "Hugo Heart at your service."
She nearly swooned. Hand on her heart her knees nearly buckled. Damn him!
"Alexandra," her name was out of her mouth before her brain had even registered the importance of keeping her name closely guarded to her chest. She had managed to resit the charms of the devilishly attractive pirate a few hours ago and now here she was blurting out her name without a second thought. Damn him again.
"Pretty name, can't say I've seen you around here much Alexandra where have you been hiding all my life?"
"Like you said, hiding." Alex replied her lips twisting in to a smirk as he chuckled.
"Well I must say I'm very happy that you've come out of hiding, a girl as beautiful as you in a place as horrible as this is a blessing to any man unless you're already taken?" Hugo's eyes shifted to her chest and her freshly covered initials before capturing her face in his eyes.
Her stomach tightened in knots at his words, was she taken? She, hand on heart didn't know the answer. She was after all standing in front of the one man she believed her initials were linked too, if he truly was the one they would now be golden but she had no desire to remove her clothes in front of him to find out.
Alex chose to remain mute only shaking her head in response though she was intrigued why Hearts grin grew larger, biting the bullet she asked, "What about you, do you have your Isle princess or Prince?"
Chuckling Hugo shook his head, "neither I'm afraid though do ask me in a couple of weeks when I go 16 my answer may be different," Alex's eyebrows shot up to her hair line, he wasn't 16 yet? She could have sworn he was turning 17 soon, he seemed so much older than her and yet to hear he was younger was surprising even a little disappointing, it was a silly really irrelevant desire but she had always wanted to be the youngest out of her and her soul mate. She knew she was weak and her ability to protect herself was slim but she had always imagined that her soul mate would be older, stronger, someone who would be able to protect her. "Do you have yours yet, you look to be around my age though I've never seen you in Dragon Hall before, unless you go to either Serpent Prep or Witch School?"
"I was home schooled, my parents believed I was safer that way."
"Sounds lonely," Alex's heart ached as he said the word, lonely. She had always been lonely she could remember many occasions as a child where she would watch other kids play from a distance, she had always been a nervous child her father had once described her as a clingy kind of child, she never ventured far from her parents she was sensitive and quiet and had been horribly shy as a young girl. Due to who her father was it was safer to keep her at home instead of school and in doing so she had never truly made friends, it wasn't something that had bothered her greatly until her Father had passed, she had lost count over how many days she had gone without a single conversation with another person. Her father had told her it was perfectly acceptable to talk to oneself, you were only going mad when you started to reply.
"A little, but lonely can mean safe,"
"Can also mean a life not lived,"
"Better a life not lived Heart then no life at all," replied Alex sadly and Hugo frowned.
"You don't have any friends do you," he said after a few minutes of silence, "Maybe, if you aren't too afraid of living a little you could come down to Gaston's duals without rules this Friday? I've an unsettled debt I need sorting and it would please me immensely for a bit of company afterwards?"
"I don't know..."
"Gastons' Duels without Rules at 8pm just knock on the black door 5 times and they'll let you in, don't give me your answer now just tell me you'll think about it Alexandra."
Alex bit her lip, there was a huge part of her screaming yes, yes to just live a little, yes to discover more about her potential soul mate, yes because she had never been asked anywhere by such a handsome boy before and it made her stomach flutter at the thought, yes for so many reasons and she was so close to saying she would meet him, but the sign of above his head caught her eye and the fluttering from before stopped and the feeling of lead took over. Queen of Hearts Salon, his mother was the Queen of bloody Hearts and Alex knew if she was to ever find out about her she'd have her head. Was it all too much to risk, too much danger for just one boy.
"I'll think about it," she said after a few moments of silence. She had time, it was after all only the early hours of Wednesday morning, she had two and a half days to decide. The butterflies returned to their fluttering as he flashed her a huge grin.
A loud noise from within the salon startled them both and they quickly turned to the noise, Alex slowly started to back away at the sound of a female voice, the feeling as though someone had just poured a bucket of ice water engulfed her again as the voice started to get closer.
"My mum," he said with a sigh, her shrill voice punctured the air around them. "I better go, 8pm on Friday at Gastons yeah?" Alex wanted to speak but her mouth was sealed shut from fear, he was staring at her a frown marring his face. He stepped closer his frown deepening as he took hold of her hand in his gloved one. His dark brown eyes locked on to her green ones as he brought her hand to his mouth pressing a soft kiss on to the back before dropping into a bow, just like a Prince would say farewell to a Princess. He let go of her hand and with a final look at her he turned and disappeared back into the Salon, the Queen's screeching voice stopping mid word.
She needed to move, but her feet were stuck in place but not from fear. Her heart was thumping in her chest, her cheeks were warm and she would swear on her parents souls that her hand was tingling from his kiss. She bit her lip to hide the goofy grin that was threatening to spread across her face.
"Get a grip Alex," she said with a small laugh before shaking her head. With one last look at the Salon Alex turned and headed back home.
Luckily there were no more disruptions and as she climbed through the window and dropped on to her bed she let out a sigh. "What a night," she said as she rubbed her face with her hands. For months she had managed nightly trips out, stealing food and trinkets without any complications but tonight, tonight she had come close to the real dangers of the Isle. Pushing herself up she grabbed her bag of food and a pan, throwing the crustations in to the pan she allowed them to cook, the crabs legs in front of her had almost cost her her life, but no matter how much she tried to forget what had happened she couldn't get those blue eyes out of her mind. There was something addictive about him, something that Alex couldn't quite put her finger on. The son of Hook had terrified her but she had also felt drawn towards him, like he was a pint of water on a hot day. And, unless she'd been reading the signs wrong in Ursula's she would have said he appeared drawn to her as well, he was clearly flirting with her, she may be lacking in experience with the opposite sex but she wasn't completely clueless, he was definitely going to kiss her before she had punched him in the face.
Her thoughts drifted to Hugo and she frowned, what was she going to do? Her father had taught her the values of keeping safe and staying hidden from the inhabitants of the Isle; a land of cut throats, criminals and lunatics really didn't make for the best play mates and she was no match against them. She had a neat left hook but that wouldn't protect her from knives and swords. By leaving the safety of her bubble she would be betraying her father's dying wish for her to stay safe, but then was she betraying her mother's desires to live her life. Heart had hit home when he accused her of being lonely. Ever since her Father's passing the loneliness in her heart ate at her, maybe it was time to step out from the shadows after all if he was who she thought he was her life was going to get so much trickier.
Glancing down at her breast she sighed, would the initials still be black or would they now be gold in colour. Checking on her seafood to make sure it wasn't burning she stood and walked towards the mirror. It was only twenty four hours since she had last done this, shaking her head Alex gripped her t shirt and pulled it over her head. She felt nothing for a few seconds before laughter erupted out of her. Staring right back at her were two gold initials. She had met her soul mate. She could hear her Mother's squeal inside her head and she shook her head, running her fingers over them they felt exactly the same as they had yesterday.
Her soul mate was Hugo Heart, the irony wasn't lost on her and as she sat back on her bed wrapping herself in Cruella's coat she wondered how exactly it would work. How would it be possible for the two of them to be together when she knew his Mother would kill her on sight. Unless she just didn't tell them who her Father was. She would just say her mother was the Enchantress, she looked like her mother the only feature she had of her Father was his lips. And seeing as he had had spent countless years in the body of a cat the Queen wouldn't recognise his mouth.
Nibbling on her lips she tore into one of the crab sticks and started to chew, moaning in delight as the taste exploded upon touching her tastebuds. Facing Hook had been worth it to get these... Hook. Alex frowned as she glanced down at her chest, Hook, Hook started with a H, she had never asked him what his first name was. She paused mid chew, what if... it couldn't be... but what if... what was the son of Hooks first name. Alex tried to think if she had ever heard it mentioned before... when she had left home her initials were black, she had spoken to only two people Hugo Heart and Hook Jr. Both had surnames starting with a H and though she knew Hearts first name she didn't know Hooks, but the he could quite easily start with a H if that was the case they were both H.H.
"Fuck," Alex groaned, things had possibly just become ten times more complicated, glancing back at the crabs leg in the house she scowled. It was all their fault she was now in this mess!

Sprawled across the thin mattress of his bed, Harry watched her transfixed. She was stunning even from behind he had decided and his palms itched with the urge to touch her. She was sat on a stool using his hair brush to comb through her tangled locks. Amused at her mutterings as she came across knots. A smirk spread across his face with the knowledge that he'd had a hand to play in making her hair more tangled than normal. With a stretch Harry pushed himself off the bed and padded softly over to her. He was dressed in only his boxer shorts so his steps were quiet but she still must have heard him approaching as she turned to face him. Her green eyes soft her smile welcoming as he approached. He said nothing but took the brush from her hands before he proceeded to brush her hair. It was so soft in his hands. He loved her hair loved how it looked on her, loved how it would sprawl across the pillow as he looked down upon her. He loved how it felt in his hands whether he was running his fingers through it as they kissed or simply brushing out the tangles in a morning.
A sigh escaped her as he continued to brush her hair and from this angle he was able to see her face in the mirror. Her eyes were closed a look of peace engulfing her features, her lips were gently parted from her sigh. He continued to watch her face as he brushed her hair, he was truly enchanted by her beauty. Placing the brush down on the table he ran his fingers through her hair, applying pressure to her head as he massaged her scalp. A soft moan escaped her and Harry closed his eyes burying his face in to her hair.
"Ya shun' make those noises around me luv ya know tha'" He was greeted with a chuckle and he pulled his face away as she turned to face him.
She was dressed in his red leather jacket and one of his shredded tops both were too long for her and she wore the top as a short dress it stopping just above her mid thigh, the jacket was longer hanging down to her calves, both her legs and feet were bare.
"What you going to do about it Hook?" She teased pressing her lips to his in a soft kiss. He shook his head grinning down at her as she smirked cheekily back up at him. Her arms wrapped around his neck and her fingers played with the small tufts of hair at the base as she laid her head against his chest. Almost on instinct his arms wrapped around her waist before dropping to cup her bum in his hands.
"Harry." she warned with a hint of laughter in her voice.
"Hmmm," he responded as he squeezed her bum.
"Behave, we've to go and have breakfast with your family soon." she said amused before laughing as in one swift move Harry had lifted her from the ground, she wrapped her legs around his waist her fingers now gripping the back of his neck and her green eyes staring into his blue ones. He captured her lips with his own allowing her to take the lead.
She squealed as he dropped her on to the bed, "ya bloody gorgeous," he said as he lent down over her and kissed her again. He kissed her lips and chin, his mouth heading south down her neck and into the dip beside her collar bone. A deep moan escaped her, and she dug her fingers deeper into his locks pulling on them as his mouth continued exploring over her body as she pressed up against him. "Harry... Harry...
"Harry!" A heavy bang on the door of his room startled Harry awake. The first thing he registered was the pain in his face, his breathing was heavy as the dream replayed in his mind. "Harry! You're late for breakfast." He could hear CJ's voice through the door and he groaned.
"I'm not hungry, go away!" he shouted in response. He'd take the telling off from his father later about not attending breakfast, right now all he wanted to do was Hook someone and relieve the pressure between his legs. The dream had felt so real, his entire body was a buzz with all kinds of sensations. Her scent was beginning to fade from around him, the feeling of her hands in his hair was dispersing, but he could still see her. It was the girl from last night, he could finally see her face but he didn't know if her appearing fully in his dreams was a dream come true or the worst torture to man. With another groan he covered his face with his arm. How had he not realised until it was too late how close he had been last night to fulfilling his hearts desire? He could hook himself for being so bloody stupid, she'd been right there and he had screwed it up. He had lost control of the meeting the second he had walked into the chip shoppe, she had played him at his own game. She'd been warming up to him that he was sure of, she had teased him regarding her shoes and his comment had caused her to blush. The small blush to her cheeks had been his undoing, something inside of him had swelled and he'd gotten too confident, he wasn't sure what it was that had possessed him to try and kiss her, though thinking about it now it was probably their shared bond coming into play though neither of them knew it.
Did she know it? Harry shook his head, the only thing he was certain of was that she didn't know he was her soul mate. She had looked familiar to him, her hair and her shoes were too much of a coincidence but when she looked at him she was looking at him for the first time. She was either not yet 16 or had just turned 16 and the dreams had yet to appear. Last nights dream had been different to any others he'd experienced in the past had always been silent, with casual touches and quick glimpses but last night it felt... real. He could see her face, hear her voice, feel her touch on him. It felt like a vision of the future, a future where they were together, he was gentler than he imagined himself being, and who knew he was even a little romantic. Harry chuckled, "she's gonna turn me soft," and to his surprise he didn't mind it.
Glancing to his hook on the table he frowned, last night he had both his hook and sword on him but he didn't see a weapon on her. Surly she didn't leave her safe place with no weapon, being empty handed on the Isle was a death sentence. Harry's frown deepened at the thought, she sure knew how to hide, so was that her game? She was unable to protect herself so snuck around in the dark and used her wits to stay safe. Was she in danger? A sudden wave of protectiveness surged through him. He had to find her. Whoever she was.
That was the biggest issue in all of this, he had seen her, he knew she was real, the initials on his chest proved it but who was she? He had no idea how he was going to find her. What was even her name? Alice, Amy, Amber, Ashleigh...
Groaning in frustration Harry threw back the covers and got out of bed his earlier problem having settled down now the dream was fading from his memory. Stomping to the mirror he glanced at his appearance and winced, two black eyes stared back at him and his nose was slightly swollen at the bridge but thankfully not broken. Pride swelled in him, his girl wasn't entirely defenceless after all. He was definitely going to need a good cover up story though, saying he got hit in the face by a girl as tall as his shoulder who was also his soul mate who then deserted him wasn't a good look.
First thing first he needed to do was get dressed, then he needed to speak to Uma and Gill, the dream from the other day had involved his mystery girl with Gill and though Uma had tried to dismiss it as his mind creating a scenario he now needed to know if Gill did know her. If she went by nickname there was a chance Gill did know her but didn't know her full name hence why they had missed her. Hope surging through him Harry quickly dressed and reached for his jacket. Pausing as the memory of her wearing it came to flashing back to him. Shaking his head he slipped it on trying to ignore the ghost feeling of her hands touching his neck where his collar reached.
He grabbed his sword and hook slipping his pirate hat on his head. Getting off the ship without his family noticing should be easy. It wasn't the first time he had snuck out.
In a matter of minutes Harry was walking the exact same path he had done no more than 10 hours ago, but now he felt like a different man. Half way into his journey he had picked a young girl and with a silver coin had paid her to hurry to the Inner Isle with a message for Gaston's youngest son to meet him at the chip shoppe. Jogging up over the board work he pushed open the door to Ursula's and then he dumped his sword into the sword bin before taking a seat in what would now be known to him as her spot.
He perched himself in one of the booths with his eyes glued on to the entrance, it wouldn't take Gill too long to get here even though he was coming from the other side of the Isle. For someone so large the boy was swift on his feet. Escaping Gaston and the twins made one speedy Harry mused. If Gaston had been his father he imagined life would be very different. Being the son of Hook had its benefits though it did come with high expectations in the pirate world, he had taken a long time and a lot of training to become the pirate he was now. His father had made sure he was a craftsman in swordsman ship and his muscles could remember every ache and bruise from his years of training.
The doors to the chip shoppe opened and Gill barrelled in. Harry watched the blonde male glance around the room before their eyes locked on to one another. Gill bounced over to him, the image of an over excited Labrador puppy came to his mind.
"Hey Harry!" Gill greeted as he slipped into the seat opposite him and Harry nodded in return. "Got your message, what's so urgent?"
"Need to wait for Uma, I dun't wanna be repeatin' mysen."Gill groaned but nodded, he knew it was pointless trying to persuade the dark haired pirate.
"What happened to your face?" Gill asked a few minutes later, Harry turned to him ready to repeat what he had just said minutes earlier when a voice to his left bet him to it.
"Yes Harry what did happen to your face?"
"Uma!" exclaimed Gill his grin reappearing broadly across his face once more. Uma smiled softly in return taking a seat next to the blonde so they were both facing Harry.
"I need to show ya sens somet fi'st," He stood and walked towards the kitchen pushing the door open and stopping short as he surveyed the room. Had it really only been last night that he was stood in here so close to the girl of his dreams and had foolishly let her slip through his fingers. Now wasn't time to reminisce on what had happened.
"What's this about Harry." Uma asked impatient for the information Harry wanted to share.
"I met 'er last night," he said and both Uma and Gill looked at each other with confusion written over their faces.
"You met who last night Harry?"
Groaning, Harry dropped his hook on to the counter top and quickly removed his coat and proceeded to remove his top. He missed the exchange between Gill and Uma as he proceeded to strip as realisation suddenly hit both of them.
"How?" Gill gasped as he stared at Harry's chest, there in front of them were two letters now gold in colour. Gill looked at Uma who was staring at Harry. Uma carefully stepped forwards and reached out her hand to his chest, her fingertips millimetres away from the initials before she dropped her hand to her side.
"Who is she?" Harry scratched the back of his neck with his hand and Uma frowned at her first mates behaviour. It was a move she knew he did when he was hesitant about something, she swallowed the hurt that resided in her stomach at the thought he didn't trust her enough to come out and say it straight away.
"I dunno. Well I know wha' she looks like I jus' din't get 'er name. I din't realise until we went 'r' separate ways who she wa, but Uma it wa' the girl from ma dream the day before."
"So she is on the Isle then, where abouts did you see her." Uma asked as she hopped on to the counter tops. She frowned as Harry rubbed the back of his neck again and refused to make eye contact with her. "Harry?"
"Let's jus say don't go doin' a stock count yeah."
"She was stealing from the Chippe Shoppe?" Gill blurted out and Harry let out a sigh at Gill's bluntness but he nodded.
"Lovely. Let's start from the beginning yeah?" Uma said as she kept the annoyance she was feeling hidden. Harry nodded and started to retell last nights events, with both Gill and Uma listening intently to his tale, he skipped over the part where she had somehow tricked him into swapping sides, they listened carefully as he described her appearance, stopping as Uma grabbed a pencil and some paper to note down his description. He avoided eye contact as he explained the reason for his bust up face, though in his peripheral vision he could see both of them smirking and he felt his cheeks start to redden.
"So she just disappeared into thin air?" Uma asked as he explained how he lost her. Harry nodded and the two of them frowned both deep in thought.
"Did you look up?" Gill asked after a few moments of silence settled.
"Did I look up?" Harry repeated glancing to Uma to see if she understand the blonde sudden statement, her frown told him she didn't.
"Yeah did you look on the roof tops? Once she hit you in the face she probably fled and if she's on ground level you're likely going to find her but if she's gone up on the roof tops she can hide up there, Dad always said you have an advantage if you're on the top of the hill compared to the bottom."
Harry groaned and pressed his fists into his eyes. Of course the roof tops! Why didn't he think of that!
"So lets say for now she went by roof tops where would she have gone," asked Uma her eyes focused entirely on Harry.
"Inner Isle, her clothes weren't tailored to fit in down in pirate territory." Uma nodded before turning her gaze to Gill.
"Does she sound familiar to you at all." Gill shook his head.
"Nope but I'll ask around in my dads place we get a lot of people in there." Harry offered Gill a small smile and Gill returned it with a bright grin.
That was boy was far too happy in a morning Harry thought as he slipped the torn fabric back over his body. There was a warm feeling in his stomach as the trio continued to discuss the steps on finding his soulmate and a flicker of hope grew in his chest. They may not have a name, he may never live down the look they keep giving him when they look at his black eyes but now he had Uma and Gill and soon the crew of the Lost Revenge would be searching for her.
"Once we find her then what?" Gill asked from his spot against the wall.
"We recruit her as the newest member of the Lost Revenge and I get to be named godmother to their first child." Said Uma a large grin spreading across her face as Harry spluttered.
"W...what!" he choked. "I don't even know her name and you're discussing children." He exclaimed the pitch in his voice an octave higher than normal.
"I'm sure it'll happen eventually, I'm just getting my foot in the door for that accolade before any of her friends beat me too it," said Uma with a shrug. "So we search the inner Isle and we check the roof tops for a girl around five foot three long blond hair thigh high boots and green eyes and if any of us come across any information we report back?"
Gill nodded and they looked at Harry was was stood stiff staring into space. "Harry?" Gill asked glancing to Uma with a frown which deepened when he saw Uma grinning. "Harry?"
"A child... god parent, a baby..." He groaned loudly as Gill and Uma's laughter echoed off the walls of the mangy kitchen. He was screwed royally screwed there was nothing more he could say.
