Donut Friendship – Chapter 16: Beach Vacation
For quite some time now, both Tanjiro and Nezuko were helping their mother in the bakery and as a show of gratitude, their mother told them to take some time off and go on a little vacation. Both of them had fun working in the bakery, so they were reluctant at first, but agreed immediately when their mother mentioned a trip to the beach.
So the two agreed and took a few days off, looking forward to their well deserved vacation.
IN A TRAIN WAGON
"AH! The beach! The sand! The sun! The water! The fun! AHH! I can't wait!" Nezuko squeaked as she thought about all the fun
"Yeah! Me too!" Tanjiro replied with a smile as he sat next to her
Nezuko giggled and leaned back.
"Well, It's just a bit sad that our friends couldn't come with us…" said Nezuko
"Yea… All of them had plans already… and Zenitsu couldn't come, or else he would have been murdered by Tomioka for ditching his duties... haha" Tanjiro replied with an awkward laugh
"But at least we can meet new people and make new friends!" Nezuko replied
"Yes! Definitely! We just need to…" as Tanjiro was responding, he noticed someone sitting in the same train wagon as them, and his smile left him
"Hm? What is it, Tanjiro?" Nezuko asked as she noticed his expression
"N-Nothing! Please wait here! I will be right back!" Tanjiro replied and got up
"S-Sure…" Nezuko replied confused
Tanjiro walked a few steps and sat down next to the person he noticed.
"Hello." said Tanjiro
"Hmmm? Oh!" replied the guy
The person Tanjiro sat down next to was Enmu Tamio. The two knew each other and had a bit of a history together…
"Hello… why… did you sit down next to me?" Enmu asked
"I am going on vacation with my sister, and if you take your clothes of again, then the train is going to get delayed!" said Tanjiro
"Oh…" replied Enmu with a smile
"So I am here to make sure you don't take your clothes off!" said Tanjiro
Both were staring at each other now.
"…"
"…"
"…try to stop me…" Enmu whispered and started undressing, but thanks to Tanjiro's fast reflexes, he managed to grab Enmu's pants and hold them tight
"YOU WILL NOT RUIN OUR VACATION!" Tanjiro yelled as he held his pants
"NO! I NEED TO TAKE MY CLOTHES OFF! I NEED TO WEAR THE TRAIN! I NEED TO WEAR THE TRAAAAIN!" Enmu yelled as he tried to put his pants down, but failed

Meanwhile, in another train wagon.
"…"
"…"
"…sister?" said a male voice
"Yes… Rui?" a female voice replied
"I said that I wanted to go on vacation…" said Rui
"Yes…" the sister replied
"And that you could come along if you manage to find a nice place..." Rui continued
"Yes…" the sister replied again
"…so can you please tell me…" said Rui and faced his sister
"Why did you take HER along?" Rui asked as he pointed to the person sitting next to him
"Come on! It's going to be fun!" replied the mother with a big smile
Both Rui and his sister were staring at her with an annoyed expression. Both of them wanted to go on vacation, but somehow, the mother managed to tag along with them.
"Ugh… I am sorry…" the sister replied annoyed
"Well… you wanted her to come with us, so you will make sure she doesn't do anything stupid." said Rui
"I didn't want her to come with us! She just cried and begged me to take her with us! What should I have done?!" the sister replied angrily
"Tell her to screw off and ignore her?" Rui replied
"Yeah… I will do that next time." the sister replied and glanced at their mother, who was pressing her face and body against the window, enjoying the scenery… whilst the people outside enjoyed seeing her and her big boobs pressed against the window…
"This is going to suck…" said Rui and leaned back
"Yeah…" the sister agreed and leaned back too, closing her eyes

Reaching their destination, the train stopped and people were slowly exiting.
"Were here!" Nezuko yelled happily as she got out
"Finally…" said Rui as he got out
"…" Nezuko glanced at the person next to her
"…" Rui glanced at the person next to him
"AH! Rui!" said Nezuko with a big smile
"Nezuko…" replied Rui
As the two stared at each other, Tanjiro also left the train.
"Ah! Rui! You're here too!" Tanjiro said
"Yes. I am here with my sister and mother…" replied Rui
As he was speaking, his sister and mother also got out of the train.
"AH! It's so beautiful!" said the mother
"Were at the train station… what's so beautiful here?" asked the sister and followed her out the train
As the two left the train, they noticed Tanjiro and Nezuko.
"Oh! You're that boy from the bakery!" said the mother and pointed at Tanjiro
"Yes! It's good to see you again, lady Ayaki!" replied Tanjiro with a big smile
"Hey." said the sister, as she was standing next to the mother
The mother looked at Nezuko, who was standing next to Tanjiro, and Tanjiro noticed it.
"Oh, by the way! This is Nezuko, my sister!" said Tanjiro
"H-Hello! You're Rui's mother, right? Rui often buys donuts at our bakery for you!" said Nezuko
"Yes! I love your donuts! They are so good!" the mother replied with a smile, to which Nezuko laughed
"Oh, we brought some with us! We can share them if you want!" Tanjiro offered
"Really?! I would love that!" the mother replied with a big smile
As the mother was talking with Nezuko and Tanjiro, Rui spoke up.
"Anyway… we need to go." said Rui
"Where are you going?" Nezuko asked
"First to the hotel… then to the beach." Rui replied
"Huh! We too! How about we go together?" Nezuko asked
"Sure…" Rui replied
"And after we check in at the hotel, we can go to the beach together!" said the mother
"NO!" both Rui and the sister yelled at the same time
"Hm? Why not?" the mother asked in a sad tone
"They don't need to see YOU in your bikini." Rui replied
"Don't I look good in my bikini?" the mother asked and faced the sister
"Well… You do, but that's not the point! The point is that it is embarrassing if people stare at our mothe-…" the sister replied, but was cut off by the mother
"Then it's settled! Let's go!" said the mother with a big smile
"Ugh…" murmured both Rui and his sister
Tanjiro laughed and looked at Nezuko.
"Come on, Nezuko!" he said
"…"
"Hm? What is it?" he asked as he saw her looking inside her backpack
"Tanjiro… While they were talking about the bikini, I realized something…" she said with a sad voice
She looked at Tanjiro.
"I forgot my swimsuit…wah…" she said with watery eyes and a sad tone
Tanjiro just stared at her.
"You went to the beach and forgot your swimsuit?" Rui asked
"wah… wah…" Nezuko was on the verge of crying
"N-Nezuko! Hahaha!" Tanjiro smiled and laughed
"Don't worry! We will just buy you a new swimsuit! Hahaha!" Tanjiro replied and laughed
"Wah… why are you laughing…?" Nezuko asked
"Because it's funny! I am sorry! But don't worry, everything is going to be fine!" Tanjiro smiled and reassured her
"Ok." Nezuko replied and smiled
While Tanjiro tried to lift Nezuko's mood, Rui looked at his sister.
"If this had happened to you, I would have laughed my ass off…" he said with a mocking smile
"Shut up…" the sister replied annoyed

After buying a new swimsuit and checking in at the hotel, Tanjiro and Nezuko finally went to the beach.
"How is your new swimsuit?" Tanjiro asked
"It's great! I love it!" Nezuko replied and smiled as she enjoyed walking in her new swimsuit
It was a full body swimsuit. It was light blue, and it was really easy to walk in. Nezuko was happy.
"Good to hear!" Tanjiro replied
"Heeey! We're over here!" could be heard from a distance
Both Nezuko and Tanjiro looked at the direction the sound was coming from and they saw the mother, waving at them and smiling.
"I think they saw us…" said Rui, as he stood next to his mother
"You can stop waving at them and... DON'T JUMP! DON'T JUMP! STOP!" yelled the sister as she noticed that the mother was waving and jumping, in her bikini…
"STOP JUMPING!" yelled Rui, to which the mother stopped and looked at him confused
Tanjiro and Nezuko walked over to them.
"Hello!" said Tanjiro
"Hello!" said Nezuko
"Hey." said both Rui and his sister, as they were staring at their mother, making sure she doesn't embarrass them anymore
"Oh! You look really cute in your new swimsuit!" said the mother as she looked at Nezuko
"Thank you!" Nezuko replied and looked the bathing suits of the three
Rui had a simple boy bathing suit, and his sister and mother both had bikinis.
"You also look good!" replied Nezuko
"Thanks." said Rui
Looking around, Tanjiro though about what to do.
"So, what do you want to do?" he asked
"I want to go into the water and build a sand castle!" Nezuko replied, and looked at Rui
"Rui! Come with me!" she said and grabbed Rui´s hand
"What…? I don't want to." he replied
"Nonsense! It will be fun! Come on!" said Nezuko and pulled Rui away
Tanjiro laughed as he saw that and looked at the sister and the mother.
"What are you going to do?" he asked
"I will go sunbathing." said the sister and was about to walk away
"Hey, I will join you!" said the mother
"But first, can you please come with us?" the mother turned around and looked at Tanjiro
"Huh?" the sister mumbled as she turned around too
"Hm? Why? Do you need help with something?" Tanjiro asked
"Well… no, but I wanted to ask you something." the mother replied and smiled
"Ok… sure." Tanjiro replied and followed the mother
"I don't like this…" mumbled the sister and followed her mother

"Isn't this fun, Rui? Hahaha!" Laughed Nezuko as she was building a sand castle
"…" Rui didn't say anything, he just stared at his side of the castle that was destroyed by the waves
"…yes. It is a lot of fun." he said annoyed
Meanwhile, the mother, the sister and Tanjiro were lying at the beach, enjoying the sun.
"So, what is it that you wanted to ask me?" Tanjiro asked
The mother got up and faced Tanjiro. Seeing that, the sister looked confused at her mother.
"Do you… have them here?" the mother asked
"Them…?" Tanjiro asked confused
"The… donuts…" the mother asked while blushing
"Oh! Yes! Do you want some?" Tanjrio asked
"Yes! Yes!" the mother replied happily
Tanjiro nodded and started going through his bag. Seeing this, the sister relaxed and laid down again.
"Phew… For a second I thought that my mother was going to ask something stupid…" she thought to herself as she closed her eyes and relaxed
"Oh, by the way! Do you have a girlfriend?" the mother asked
"WHAT THE HELL!" the sister yelled as her eyes shot open, and she got up
"I am sorry?" Tanjiro replied with a smile as he stared at her
"You look like a handsome young boy! So I was wondering if you had a girlfriend!" the mother asked
"Oh, thank you, but no, I don't have one!" Tanjiro replied
"WHERE THE HELL IS THIS GOING." said the sister
"Ha! Ha! Ha! Did you hear that? He has no girlfriend!" the mother said with a smug smile as she glanced at the sister
The sister just blushed and was speechless.
"Hey, what do you think of her? Isn't she pretty cute? Sadly, her chest area could still use some improvements, but she's still cute!" said the mother as she looked at Tanjiro and pointed at the sister
"Yes! She is a very pretty girl, but I am not looking for a girlfriend at the moment. I am sorry!" said Tanjiro and handed the mother the donuts
"Oh… that's too bad… Anyway, if you ever start looking for a girlfriend, please think about my girl! I would love to have you and your donuts at home!" said the mother and smiled
"Right?" added the mother and glanced at the sister, who's eye just twitched
"IF YOU… DON'T SHUT UP… THIS INSTANT… THEN I AM GOING TO BEAT YOU DEAD WITH THOSE DONUTS…" she said in a serious tone

"Alright, that's it." said Rui as he got up from the sand
"Hm? What's wrong Rui?" Nezuko asked as she was finishing the sand castle
"I have sand everywhere… the water is cold… and I am not enjoying myself." he replied and walked away
"W-Wait!" she tried to stop him, but it was too late
"Huh…" Nezuko mumbled as she saw him leave
As he was walking away, Tanjiro walked up to him.
"Hey Rui! Let's see who can swim faster!" he said
"No. I am not in the mood… If you want a race, ask my sister." he replied
"Oh, she and your mother already went back to your hotel room. Your sister said that she needs to have a talk with your mother about something…" Tanjiro replied
"…" Rui just stared at him
"Come on! It's going to be fun!" said Tanjiro
"…"
"Really, come on!" said Tanjiro
"…if I race you… will you leave me alone after that?" Rui asked
"Yes!" Tanjiro replied
"Ugh… one race." replied Rui, as he thought about the cold water he was about to experience
"Hey, can I join you!" Nezuko asked
"Sure! Let's go!" said Tanjiro
"Yeah!" added Nezuko
"… you two are both annoying…" added Rui, as he was dragged into the water by the two

Meanwhile, at the hotel…
"NOOOO… PLEASE NO…"
"…"
"I AM SOWWYY…"
"…"
"I WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN! I PROMISE!"
"…I think you deserve some punishment for earlier… wouldn't you agree?" said the sister
"PLEASE! DON'T DO IT!" begged the mother
The sister was standing next to a garbage bin, with a donut in her hand, ready to throw it in the bin…
