Aruji-sama = It means Lord, Chief, and Master.
*Touken Danshi = AKA Sword Warriors, gods of swords created from ancient spirit and techniques that are given human form. They are the summons under Saniwa. (Touken Ranbu)
-Sword Types : Wakizashi, Uchigatana, Tachi, Ootachi, Yari, Nagitana, and Tsurugi. (Touken Ranbu)
*Sage = The power used by Saniwa to assist and summon new Touken Danshi (Touken Ranbu)
*Jikan sokōgun = AKA Time Retrograde Army and Historical Revisionists, antagonists and responsible of traveling back in time to alter historical events. (Touken Ranbu)br /
*Honmaru = Also known as Citadel, a Japanese-castle-like establishment where Saniwa and the Touken Danshi lives. (Touken Ranbu)
*Heroic Spirits = AKA Legendary Souls, are spirits of heroes who achieved great deeds in life, having become objects of worship after their deaths. (FATE)
*Servants = are Heroic Spirits that the Master of Chaldea commands. (FATE)
-Classes of Servants : Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider, Assassins, Caster, Berserker, Ruler, Avenger, Moon Cancer, Alter Ego, Foreigner, Pretender and Shielder. (FATE)
*Majutsu = AKA Magecraft, is the artificial reenactment of Mystery, which is ordinarily possible only by inhuman beings. It is the ability to bring about what is possible through science with supernatural means. (FATE)
Chapter 1 : Encounter
"Master."
"What is it?"
"I felt an unknown presence coming to this time period."
"Are they enemies?"
"I'm not sure but what I know about is that they have almost a same feeling as those large number of dark warriors that's getting in our way."
"I see… Thank you for telling me this report and also for the hard work Izumo-chan. I know this is not your specialty but I'm glad for your assistance."
The person identified as Caster Servant, Izumo no Okuni smiled in delight as she bows her head to the person she addressed as Master. "You give me too much kind words Master. I will do my best to continue assisting you no matter what."
"Again, thank you." The person being called Master was silent for a moment before flicking his finger.
Out of nowhere, on the side where the large balcony was located, a young man with red hair suddenly appeared, kneeling and head bowing to the person identified as Master. "You called Master."
"Kotaro I want you to report this to Ryouma-san and as much as I do not wish to add his workload, I will need him to start collecting information about the newcomers and identify if they are enemies or possible allies."
"It will be done." Just as he suddenly appeared, he also disappeared without a sound.
The Master turn to his side and gave an order, "Have everyone know about this information and in case they met one, I want them to prioritize capture. If they felt their life is in danger, I permit them to be destroyed."
"Sure Master, I'll have those Mini Nobu relay the information to everyone." The female with wild eyes, wearing a military uniform and long red cloak said with glee before asking, "But I got to say Master, I'm so eager to conquer another castle and destroy the one who's responsible for this Singularity. When can we attack?"
"Once we collect enough ration and military number, we'll be ready to have another attack." The Master said with a smile toward her, "I'm counting on you when the time comes Nobu."
The female who's identified as Nobunaga laugh in glee before giving a bloodlust smile towards her Master. "I assure you Master, I, the Demon King Oda Nobunaga, Archer Class Servant will give you victory without fail."
Somewhere in the foreign forest, Kashuu Kiyomitsu regained his consciousness. He had his right hand held his own head while he slowly stands up, still feeling the headache from the force that had him endure before looking around.
All he saw was tress everywhere, no sign on anyone around.
"Hey… anyone there? Yasusada? Hasebe? Aruji-sama!?" Kiyomitsu shouted but no answer was received. He could not help but sign in disappointment, "Great, I got separated from them… not only that, I don't even know where I am."
It took a minute before he got his bearing before observing his surroundings again and just as his first remark, he does not know where he was, more like he does not recognize the surroundings at all.
"This can't be helped, I have to find a way to reach the nearest village and find where I am… worst case, what year within the Edo period am I…?" Kiyomitsu mumbled before heading off, sword ready to draw out in case any enemy ambush him.
Another location, in the river side, Yamatonokami Yasusada was looking around in worry. He has no idea where he was at the same time, some of his comrades are missing. Their starting point for this mission seems become bleak in the blink of an eye.
"I know you are worried, especially towards Aruji-sama and Kiyomitsu but remember they are strong and capable to protect themselves so don't worry too much." Yamatonokami Yasusada's only companion who he successfully rejoined with, Izuminokami Kanesada assured toward his fellow comrade.
Yamatonokami Yasusada gave a sigh before responding, "I know they are strong Izuminokami-san but I just can't help but be worried for them, especially Aruji-sama if he actually joined us."
"Understandable… still thankfully we met each other and even reach the river but… do you recognize any of the landscape?" Izuminokami Kanesada asked as he looked around in serious worry. Yamatonokami Yasusada shook his head, "I don't think this place is where the Shinsengumi had ever set their foot with."
"Thought so… now this is a problem. The situation is that we transported in the beginning of Edo period, all of us got separated and we have no way of knowing where to begin the investigation. We can either look for the nearest village to get information from the locals or search our comrades as a priority." Izuminokami Kanesada said as he crossed his arms, deep in thought before gazing his comrade. "What action would you choose?"
"Well…" Yamatonokami Yasusada thought for a moment before replying, "We can do to the nearest village and get information, if we also get information about our comrades that would be helpful as well."
Izuminokami Kanesada grin, "Good answer, now let's head off and find some locals Yasusada."
As if he realized that it's his way of encouraging him, Yamatonokami Yasusada smiled brightly and nodded, "Yes Izuminokami-san."
The two head off.
Unknown location border, there's a large army on standby, guarding the large tent that clearly says it's the headquarters and to some men proudly holding a flag which clearly does not belong to any Japanese history force, a mini Nobu was making a report to the head commander who was listening while their eyes study the map on the table and to the vice commander who's tending their sword.
After the Mini Nobu's report, the female, most likely the vice commander, spoke. "Let the Master know that the order is understood and in case he needs our assistance, never hesitate to call."
"Nob nobu!" The Mini Nobu said, meaning 'Understood' before leaving the tent. The teen girl turned to the head commander and commented, "I'm really proud that Master was now able to act as an actual Lord."
"Indeed, despite how much he denies the idea, we are in the time period that discipline and ethics are requirements for our Master who represent as a Lord of Chaldea Army." The Head Commander agreed.
Without permission, a samurai entered the tent and gave a quick salute before giving their report, "Commander Hijikata, Demons Army's henchmen had come to attack us!"
The head commander who was identified as Berserker Servant, Hijikata Toshizo glared toward the entrance, anger clear to his posture and voice. "Those bastards had come to attack us again huh, very well, we will show them how much they should never underestimate us! Okita Alter we're moving!"
The vice commander who was identified as Alter Ego Servant, Okita Souji Alter grin as she inserts her sword back to the scabbard before yelling back in joy, "Yes Hijikata -san!"
Within the forest where Kashuu Kiyomitsu was wondering around, the weather had suddenly change from sunny to cloudy then to rainy. Despite the heavy rain, Kashuu continue to walk in caution while sometime shouting his comrade's names in hope any of them would hear him and either answer back or meet up with him.
Feeling like he had walked for hours, he could not help but sigh in disappointment, "You got to be kidding me, why does it feel like I'm just walking in circle?" He complained loudly. He admits himself, he's tired and the fact that he hasn't met with anyone is making him really worried.
Kashuu Kiyomitsu sigh loudly as he kept walking until he heard a sound of sword clashing from a far. Immediately he went for the run to follow the sound. As he gets closer, he started noticing a lot of dead bodies smoking in dark flame around the area. He immediately realized those were the Jikan Sokōgun, all were defeated that would soon disappear as if they never exist.
Internally, Kashuu Kiyomitsu could not help but be amaze about they were killed so quickly to the point the Jikan Sokōgun may have failed to immediately realize that they're dead before disappearing. Finally, the sound was getting louder and louder and he felt calm as he's about to shout when his instinct immediately reacts about the wrongness and went on guard.
Quietly, he approached the source to witness a girl wearing a very familiar Shinsengumi haori easily kill the stronger version of Jikan Sokōgun without problem. From the bodies lying on the ground, it's a lot of them and Kashuu Kiyomitsu could not help but be amaze to her prowess.
While contemplating about what to do, he noticed the sword the girl from Shinsengumi was holding and he could not help but react badly.
'The sword she's holding…! Why does she carry the Yamatonokami Yasusada!? AH!' His strong reaction must have alerted the girl and without waiting any further the girl attacked Kashuu Kiyomitsu. Thankfully despite still in shock was able to block it with his own sword. The first clash between the two also gave the sign for all the bodies to disappear like they were never there.
Getting a chance to get a closer look on the girl who carries the sword name Yamatonokami Yasusada, the girl had a short blond hair and eyes cold staring him.
'No way! Why does it feel like I know her!?' Kashuu Kiyomitsu thought as he pushed the girl away to get some space and it succeed but the girl was quick to make a follow up attack.
The dance continues between the two, Kashuu Kiyomitsu blocking while the girl attacks until the girl back away and started doing a very familiar stance that shook Kashuu Kiyomitsu's core. 'No way… that stance… that form…!'
"Mumyou…" The girl whispered and all the sudden she took few steps forward before disappearing. Kashuu Kiyomitsu who was familiar of this technique more than anyone was able to barely dodge it when the girl appeared in front of him and give a three quick thrust. "Sandanzuki!"
"UGHH!" Kashuu Kiyomitsu luckily was able to block the first but he was unable to do so on the second and third thrust, making him feel a tremendous pain to the point he has to sit to bear the pain. 'Too familiar yet something is amiss…!'
"Hmm… for you to be able to block my first thrust despite the fact that I'm not targeting your vitals, you are indeed different from those completely weird army." The girl commented as she faced him. Kashuu Kiyomitsu tried to keep his groaning pain upon himself as he glared the girl. The girl pointed the familiar sword towards him and asked, "Do tell, are you one of those samurai freaks?"
Kashuu Kiyomitsu grunted as he forced himself to stand up, gripping tightly around his sword as he glared toward her despite the confusion, shock and anger twirling inside him. "Samurai freak? Heh, if you think I'm part of Jikan Sokōgun then let's be clear, I'm far too beautiful to be compared with them."
"Jikan Sokōgun, so that's what they're called." The girl murmured before speaking firmly, "If you're not part of the Jikan Sokōgun as you call, who and what are you?"
"Kashuu Kiyomitsu, a Touken Danshi." He introduced himself, "And you?"
"Saber Class Servant, Okita Souji." The girl introduced back towards her enemy. The revelation shocked him so much that he was unable to hold his mouth from speaking the words he presently thought, "WHAT!? THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE! MASTER OKITA IS A MAN!"
Okita blinked in surprise before narrowing her eyes, "I don't know what made you mistake me as a man but…" she went on the fighting stance which immediately he did the same. She continued, "I was given a report about newcomers coming here. If I'm correct you are one of those newcomers, as such by my Master's order I will prioritize capturing you alive."
Without waiting for her enemies respond, she immediately dashed forward and attack.
In a different location and in one of the village's inns, there's a boy, looked like twenties and who's wearing a white military uniform, was reading a report when a girl dress in black and could float so freely turn to the man and grumble.
"Hey Ryouma, Oryou-san is so bored! Let's go somewhere fun like finding some frogs and eat them!" The girl complained, it's quite obvious that she's acting that way because she wanted attention.
The man identified as Ryouma tried to appease his precious companion, "Come now Oryou-san, I don't eat frogs and I understand you are bored but Master gave a new mission to us. It arrived a while ago from Fuuma-san."
"From Master?" The girl identified as Oryou questioned before floating near him to see the report that he was busy staring with. After reading the report, she asked toward him. "Do you think they are Servants like us?"
"But Izumo-san says otherwise so most likely not." Ryouma immediately rejected the idea, "Still whoever these newcomers are, they may help us know the nature of those Sword Freak as Nobunaga-san and Okita-san call them."
"Hmm… Master also said he wanted us to prioritize capturing them, if felt in danger destroy them. Are we going out to hunt them too?" Oryou asked. Ryouma shook his head, "Oryou-san, Master may have ordered that but only if we met them and besides, Master knew more than anyone that each of us has different ways of doing this job. We do it our way and as long as we get information from them then it's all good for both of us and Master."
"I see… so how do we start?"
"For that, I already made preparation… oh someone's coming. Oryou-san would you please."
Oryou pouted but did his silent plea. She had her feet landed to the ground when a knock was heard.
"Enter." Ryouma called.
The door open and it was a civilian boy who came in.
"Umm excuse me, Sakamoto-san there's a group of strangers that arrived the village. I'm not sure if they're part of the enemy's army but clearly they're not Chaldea." The boy reported.
Ryouma's full name, Sakamoto Ryouma with Oryou, together as Rider Class Servant of the unidentified Master, looked interest on the boy's report.
"Please let me hear more about the details, including their appearance over with some tea, Yuki-kun." Ryouma offered as he stood up from his sit to prepare the tea for all of them.
The boy identified as Yuki nodded with a big smile, "Yes sir! Thank you."

This is inspired by a mobile game Fate Grand Order GudaGuda 4 event. For the flow of story, please note that this author had not played the Touken Ranbu game so the author's only knowledge base was from the anime series.
