Tracy tells Mike she'll meet him at the cafe once her clothes dry. Mike kisses her on the cheek and then leaves. Once her outfit dried off, she returned to her car and drove to Trent's house. She goes to the front door and sees Trent standing on the front porch.
"Tracy, you want to head to the Mesogog's fortress to break the spell on Amber, don't you?" Trent asks.
"Yes, are you going to try to stop me?" Tracy replies.
'No, I'm going to the fortress to rescue my dad," Trent says.
"Mesogog, is your dad?" Tracy gasps.
"I'll explain once we're there. Let's go," Trent says.
Tracy and Trent go through the portal in the office and sneak around Mesogog's fortress till they reach the lab. Trent tells Tracy about the experiment his dad was working on that caused him to turn into Mesogog.
"Wait, how come the others aren't mad at you for not telling them about it, and how come they never mentioned it to me or Mike once we joined the team or Amber for that matter," Tracy asks.
'I already earned their trust back after I saved Conner from a monster. Conner can be scatted-brained. He could have forgotten to mention it," Trent says.
Tracy nods, and they hide behind some equipment in the lab.
'Trent, I'm going to free your dad," Tracy whispers.
"Don't. You'll get caught," Trent whispers, grabbing her wrist
"Relax, I won't, I may not have chameleon powers, but I'm great at sneaking around," Tracy whispers, pulling her hand away.
Trent turns back around in time to hear Mesogog and Elsa talking about powering up a ray to transform the earth back to the time of the dinosaurs. He says he'll use the power of the dino gems to fully power it up, but before he gets the gems, he'll drain Elsa of her powers in the meantime. Tracy finds Dr. Mercer. She uses her dino gem power to break the outer circle of the contraption by pulling it apart; it slows down enough for her to untie his hands then she karate chops the restraint around his waist.
"Come on, stupid thing, just break,'' tracy says as she hits it for the fifth time, as it fails to split in half.
"Tracy, stop, you're exhausted. That's why your dino gem powers are working," Dr. Mercer says.
"I'm not tired, and I told Trent I was going to rescue you; I can't go back without you," Tracy says, hitting it for the seventh time.
"Grief can be exhausting, and while Mesogog and I were still together, we watched you talk about your Anut to the other rangers," Dr. Mercer says.
"Talking about my aunt was hard, but I'm not tired. I need to focus, that's all," Tracy says
She brings her hand down, but another hand grabs her wrist and pulls her back; Tracy spins around and quickly covers her mouth to stop herself from screaming to avoid giving away her position when she sees her aunt Mary standing behind her.
"Little warrior, Dr. Mercer is right; you have to stop, you could hurt yourself, and then you wouldn't be able to help your friends," Mary says.
"Aunt Mary, how are you even here? You weren't a ninja in your past life, were you?" Tracy says.
"No, Little Warrior, I wasn't, but your new friends being friends with some sure came in handy," Mary Jokes.
"Did you come here to tell me your disappointment in me?" Tracy says.
Mary walks closer and brushes some of her niece's hair away from her eyes before kissing her on the forehead, "little warrior, I am so proud of the strong, confident young woman you've become,"
"Still not so sure about the confident part and the strength. I'm not strong. I only got that from the dino gem," Tracy says.
"Not true, sweetheart. You've always been confident and strong. You've just displayed it in other ways, that's all, not go back to Trent so you can make it back to Reefside to help your new friends," Mary says as she begins to fade away.
"Aunt Mary, I need to know if Mike and I will be okay after graduation," Tracy asks.
"I know you will, Little warrior, you and I are just like your uncle Rudy and I when we were your age. Everything will be just fine," Mary says.
"But I wanted to hug you one last time," Tracy says.
"I know, little warrior, but I'm always in your heart," Mary says as her voice echoes off the walls.
Tracy wipes the tears from her eyes. She drops to her knees just as some tdrones come in and take her back to the lab. Back in the lab, Mesogog drained Elsa of her power and Amber, and the two got transported somewhere in the city. The tDrons wall into the lab and toss Tracy in front of Trent. He helps her to her feet.
"Trent, your dad is alive, but I'm sorry I couldn't save him," Tracy says.
"I'll let you take him back to Reefside. All I want is the Dino gems." Mesogog says.
"I'll give you the gems," Trent says.
Meanwhile, Amber and Elsa find themselves on a rooftop, confused about how they arrived there. Zeltrax shows up and drags the two into the building. Meanwhile, at the cafe, Tracy meets up with Mike, and they head to her house to get the sketches. As they pull into the driveway, their communicators go off.
"You got Mike, Dr. O," Mike says.
"Wow, Mike, when did I become chop liver," Tracy says.
"Tracy, Mike, we've got a problem," Dr. Oilver says.
"What's up?" Mike asks.
"Zeltrax is back. Meet the team at the steel plant on Spring Street," Dr. Oliver says.
The group runs up to Zeltrax.
"Where is the woman and Amber, Zeltrax?" Dr. Oliver asks.
Zeltraz says they are safe and sound inside, and they can check if they like. After fighting him in Civilian form, they decided to morph. After they finish, Tracy spots Devin and goes over to him.
'Devin, you promise not to tell Cassidy,' tracy says.
"i know, but if i don't turn in this tape, we're getting fired,' Devin says.
'Devin, you'll have to decide what's more important, a job or your friendship with the group," Tracy says, returning to rejoin the group. She sees Dr. Oliver run into the building, so she follows him, and they find Elsa and Amber tied to support beams. Outside the building, the rest of the team is dealing with Zeltrax. Conner enters his Triassic Ranger form, activates the Battlizer and takes down Zeltrax but escapes before the blast. Tracy and come out, and the others run up to them. After Elsa and Amber faint, they rush back to the lab. Zeltrax follows them and discovers their secret location. Trent informs the other Rangers of Mesogog's plan and says giving him the Dino Gems is the only chance that they have of getting in to stop him. A few seconds later, Madge comes down the stairs holding a Michigan State bag in her hands.
"Madge, what are you doing here?" Tracy asks.
"Sorry, sweetheart, your mom and I split up babysitting duty, and I'm watching Madge while your mom has Eli," Benjamin says, coming down the stairs.
"Dad, I haven't even gone to orientation yet, and you've already bought a sweatshirt," Tracy says.
"Yeah, I wanted to support my daughter," Benjamin says.
Madge hands the bag to her cousin, and Tracy tries on the sweatshirt her dad bought.
"Dad, please tell me you kept the receipt," Tracy says, realizing it was three sizes too big.
"Why, angel, it's perfect," Benjamin says.
"Dad, if I put the hood up, I'll get mistaken for a boy when I walk around campus,' tracy says.
"That's why it is perfect," Benjamin says.
"Speaking of Michigan state, I wanted to major in Kinesiology and become a Sports medicine physician," Mike says.
"Mike, I know that; I did some reach, too; the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor is a much better school. They are ranked #4 in the country," Tracy says.
"I don't care about a college's rank; what matters to me is that we'll still be together," Mike says.
"Mike, I appreciate what you're doing, really I am, but..' Tracy says, going over to Mike and kissing him on the cheek, "You think anything below 72 degrees is cold? You won't last five minutes in the Midwest in the fall, let alone in the winter,"
"I so can handle it," Mike says.
An alert goes off, telling everyone that Hayley's new device is ready.
"Look, Dad, you and Madge need to get going. We still have work to do," Tracy says.
"Go kick butt, Tracy," Madge says.
"We will, Madge," Tracy says.
"Just come back safe," Elsa says.
"We always do," Dr. Oliver says.
"Amber, you should stay here. I have a strange feeling that Zeltrax followed us," Tracy says.
"Yeah, plus that bad guy destroying the good guys base is how most superhero comics end," Mike adds.
"You got it," Amber says.
As Trent goes to open an Invisiportal, Hayley presents the Tricermax Command Center - an armed vehicle designed to take down Mesogog's Island Fortress.
Trent confronts Mesogog and demands that he release his father, but Mesogog can't be trusted and sends him to the floor with his mind attack. Trent can open the Invisiportal just in time for the other Rangers to make it through.
The Rangers and Hayley arrive on the island and are confronted by the Tyrannodrones. The Rangers take them on as Hayley goes after the cannon. As the Triceramax heads to take down the cannon with its laser, the Tyrannodrones interfere with the beam, but Conner comes to the rescue. Hayley uses the Triceramax Command Center's laser to destroy the cannon and inflict heavy damage upon the Island Fortress.
Mesogog gets caught in the collapse of the Island Fortress as his machine overloads. Trent retrieves the Dino Gems and rescues his father.
The Rangers have no time to wait for Trent and hope he finds his way out. With the Dino Gems intact, Trent and Anton make it out just in time. Meanwhile, Zeltrax invades the Dino Lab. Amber, Wes and Eric try to fend him off. Tracy's Dad and Madge were waiting outside in his car. Madge realizes she forgot to give Tracy her present, gets out of the car, and runs into the house. She goes down into the lab to see the group fighting Zeltrax.
"Madge, stay back," Amber shouts.
"perfect, now I have two insurance policies," Zeltrax says.
Zeltrax fights Wes, Eric and Amber off till they fainted after hitting different walls in the lab. Then hits Circuit with a laser blast when he flies over to protect the kindergartener from harm.
"Zeltrax, revenge won't solve anything, and leave the girl alone. She has nothing to do with this," Elsa says.
"Sorry, but both of you are coming with me," Zeltrax says.
A small box falls out of Madge's hand as she and Elsa are dragged out of the lab. The Rangers return to find the Dino Lab demolished and Elsa missing. They check the black box to find out that Zeltrax is responsible.
"Why was Madge here? I thought she and my dad left," Tracy says, trying not to cry, watching the fiend drag her cousin along with Elsa out of the lab.
"Madge probably wanted to give this to you," Wes says, handing the box to her.
"What is it?" Ethan asks.
Tracy opens the box. Inside is a bracelet made with letter beads; it reads, "conraduations, Tracy,"
"Conraduations,' Conner says.
"Conner, she's five. Congratulations is a hard word to spell,' Tracy says as she puts the bracelet on her wrist.
"Tracy, I'm sorry. This is my fault. I should have stopped him," Dr. Mercer says.
"It's okay. It would be best if you didn't blame yourself for Zeltrax's actions. He chose to do what he did," Tracy says.
"You can't blame yourself for what you did as him," Trent adds.
"Tracy and Trent are right, Anton. This is about me and Smitty. It had nothing to do with you," Dr. Oliver says.
"If Mesosgog never existed," Dr. Mercer says.
"The past can't be changed," Wes says.
"All you can do is work towards a brighter future," Jen adds.
"Mesogog is gone. We should be thankful for that," Dr. Oliver says.
"Zeltrax better not lay a mettle digit on my cousin," Tracy says, clenched her fists.
"So, I guess we don't hang up our morphers just yet," Conner says.
Meanwhile. back at the steel plant, Zeltrack tosses his two hostages to the ground. Elsa gets up first, and Madge stands up to then holds onto Elsa's right leg.
"Mr. Zeltrax, please let me go," Madge says.
"No, kid, you are the bait," Zeltrax says.
"Zeltrax, Smitty, please. Mesogog is gone," Elsa says.
"If Mesogog is gone, why did you capture us, Mr. Zeltrax," Madge asks.
"To use you and Elsa as passengers in my new Zelzord," Zeltrax says.
"But Miss Elsa already said that revenge is wrong. How come you aren't listening to her?" Madge asks.
"I want revenge on Dr. Oliver, and after my banishment, I've had plenty of time to think about it," Zeltrax says.
"Why do you want Revenge on Dr. Oliver?" Madge asks.
"I was human before, and during that time, Dr. Oliver and I were up for the same job at Anton Mercer Industries, but Mercer chose him over me," Zeltrax says.
"Grown-ups are confusing. It wasn't Dr. Oliver's fault he got picked instead of you. The person in changer just made a choice. That happened with my daddy and his best friend, and they didn't get revenge on the other after daddy's best friend got the job instead of him." Madge says.
"I'm not your father, kid," Zeltraxx says.
'Why did you spend all the time building this instead of forgetting about revenge," Madge says.
"Look, kid, I'm not going to play twenty questions with you," Zeltrax says.
"You can't defeat the power rangers," Elsa says.
"Didn't you see what Miss Hayley's machine did?" Madge says.
"I have something Mesogog didn't, two innocent bystanders," Zeltrax says.
At the Cybercafe, Cassidy walks in. Her hair is messy as she walks over to a table and sits down. Tracy's words echo in Devin's brain as he shakes the videotape.
"You don't have to stress over the power rangers anymore," Devin says.
"What do you mean," Cassidy asks.
'I'll explain later, but there is something else I want to ask you," Devin says.
Ethan returns to the movie theater to get in line to wait for the movie. The girl who saved his spot is shocked when she sees a massive green portal open up in the sky. Zeltrax unleashes his powerful Zelzord to attack Reefside. Ethan leaves the line again and goes to contact the others. Dr. Oliver tells him to ranger up, and the rest of the team will be there soon.
"Woah, that zord is massive," Ethen says
"Wow, good observation, caption obvious,' Tracy says.
"Surender Power Rangers or my precious cargo will be destroyed," Zeltrax says.
"I bet he has Elsa in there," Conner says.
'yeah, and my cousin too,' Tracy adds.
"Correct, i want them to see your demise," Zeltrax says.
"Demise, I thought you wanted to destroy the power rangers, not demise them," Madge says.
"I'm not playing thesaurus with you, kid, Triptoids," Zeltrax says.
After zapping the rangers, Tommy and Tracy invade the Zelzord to save Elsa and Madge. Also, to stop Zeltrax once and for all, but they run into the Triptoids. They reach the bridge while the others fight with the Thundersaurus and Mezodon Megazords outside.
"Tommy," Elsa shouts.
"Tracy," Madge says.
"Don't worry, Madge, we'll be right there," Tracy says.
"I don't think so," Zeltrax says, shooting a laser beam at them,
Mike runs up and blocks it with his sword. Then the three fight off Zeltrax. After he knocks Tracy and Mike away. Zeltrax powers up to his ultimate form.
"Tracy, Mike, get Elsa and Mage out of here," Dr. Oliver says.
"You got it," The duo says.
They free Elsa and Madge, and the group tries to escape, but Zeltrax blasts them back. After they get to their feet, Zeltrax runs up to them, but the drill from the Thundersaurus megazord makes a huge hole in the zord, causing Zeltrax to stumble backward. The group jumps out of the zord.
"You didn't think I'd let you go that easy," Zeltrax says, walking up to them.
After Trent and Mike lead Madge and Elsa to safety, Tommy and Tracy finally destroy Zeltrax. Zelzord, however, remains too powerful for the Thundersaurus and Mezodon Megazords to stop on their own. Tommy instructs them to summon all of them to stop Zelzord, but they must ultimately sacrifice the Dinozords before they are all destroyed. Everyone runs back to the steel plant.
"Tracy, Ethan and Conner are okay right," Madge asks.
'I'm sure they are, sweetie. They've got to be around here somewhere," Tracy says.
"I see them," Madge shouts, seeing Ethan and Conner walking up.
The group runs over to them.
"Wow, the zords exploding was cool looking, and I'm glad you are okay," Madge says.
"Thanks, Madge," Conner says.
"The zords, they're destroyed," Ethan adds.
"Why did you have to destroy them?" Madge asks.
"It was the only thing we could do to stop Zeltrax's zord from destroying the city," Trent says.
"Does that mean the battle is over, and aren't power Rangers anymore?" Madge asks.
"The battle isn't over, my dear," Mesogog says.
The group turns around in shock to see Mesogog standing behind them.
"I thought Mesogog was gone," Madge says.
"I hate when the bad guys come back for more," Dr. Oliver says.
Mesogog explains that he absorbed enough energy from the Dino Gems to become a powerful dinosaur-like monster called Mesomonster.
"Elsa, take Madge somewhere safe," Tracy says.
"Tracy, can we do a lucky fist bump first," Madge says.
Tracy nodded, and they did a quick first bump; then Tracy said, "Ater this, I'll show you how to spell Congratulations correctly so you can make me an awesome graduation card to give me at the ceremony,"
Madge smiles, then Elsa and her take cover behind where Devin and Cassidy happen to be hiding, and Devin is recording the entire ordeal.
"Dino Thunder, Power Up!" the Rangers call out as they morph into action one last time to take down Mesomonster. Mesomonster is too powerful for even the Battlizer, and his DNA copies itself to make clones and four times the trouble. The Power Rangers must summon all their power from their Dino Gems to unleash an unstoppable force. The Dino Gem power becomes a giant T-Rex of golden energy that devours Mesomonster and all his clones. The Power Rangers Dino Thunder pose victoriously as Mesogog is destroyed once and for all.
The Rangers used all of their Dino Gem power to destroy Mesogog, and they have returned to their normal selves with their Gems as no more than artifacts. Madge runs over to them, and Tracy can keep her balance after catching her cousin in mid-air.
"Easy, Madge, I don't have super strength anymore," Tracy groans.
"Let me take her," Mike says.
"Tracy, can I be the flower girl at your and MIke's wedding?" Madge says.
"Woah, someone's jumping the gun, considering Mike has to propose to you first before a wedding can happen," Elsa says.
"Guns are dangerous; why would I jump over one," Jade asks.
"No, sweetie, jumping the gun is an expression. It means to start something before you should." Tracy says.
Cassidy and Devin walk up, and Tracy starts to get mad.
"Devin, I thought I could trust you," Tracy says.
"Sorry, Tracy, but Cassidy was pulling her hair. i had to show her the tape," Devin says.
"This is like the greatest thing ever," Cassidy says, giving Devin a bear hug.
"Cassidy, you already embarrassed me and Mike after that video of our first date got shown to the entire school," Tracy says.
"I know, but we got the entire fight on tape. A reporter can make an entire career out of this," Cassidy says.
"Are you going to show that tape to everyone and hurt my cousin and her friends?" Madge asks.
"Good question Madge. Cassidy, do you know what will happen to us if you show that tape?" Dr. Oliver says.
"I do," Cassidy says, handing the tape to Dr. Oliver.
"Cassidy, why did you give Dr. O the tape," Madge asks.
"Because Madge, Tracy and the others are my friends. It wouldn't be right to ruin their lives to improve mine." Cassidy says.
"Yeah, My cousin and her friends did save the city from evil," Madge says.
"Well, we better get going," Devin says.
'Where are you and Cassidy going?" Madge asks.
"To the prom," Devin says as Cassidy takes hold of his arm, and they walk away.
"Finally, I thought those two would never hook up," Kira adds.
"Tracy, when can I go to the prom," Madge asks.
"Not for another thirteen years," Tracy says.
"Aww, I can't wait that long," Madge says.
"Maybe I can help you out, Madge," Elsa says.
"what do you mean," Tracy asks.
"I am going to be the principal next year. I can pull a few strings to let Tracy bring you as a plus one," Elsa says.
"Thank you, Miss Elsa. This is going to be the best night ever. Come on, Tracy, let's go dress shopping," Madge says.
"Slow down, Madge. Mike will ask his aunt if she can design my dress. Plus, we don't even know what the theme for prom is yet," Tracy says.
"Yeah, I wanted to make Tracy and her aunt Mary's dream come true," Mike adds.
'Wow, Tracy, you have the bestest boyfriend ever," Madge says.
"I know, sweetie, so let's head back to my house to get the designs," Tracy says.
"Just like that, our lives return to normal," Conner says.
"Trust me, Conner, our lives may be back to normal," Dr. Oliver says.
"But, they'll never be the same again," Tracy adds.
