You know pretty much all the DC heroes you can basically think of are seemingly killed (but not really) in a battle and it up to a new generation of heroes to rise up.
One of those new heroes is:
Matt Ford a.k.a The Scarlet Flash
Age:16-17
Origin:taking a month after the disappearance of the heroes the world went to hell real quick. Matt was at his father's lab visiting with his mom on a night storming night. Accident happened at the lab which caused Matt to be stuck in the lab and well you know exposure to to gas chemicals similar to Jay Garrick and stuck by lightning into shelves that contains every chemicals known to science. After waking up from an week coma. Well you can guess he obtained superspeed and connection to the speed force. He became the scarlet flash rocking an scarlet version of the flash season 4 costume which silver instead of gold and having the godspeed cowl with white lens.
Appearance:half American causican,half irish teenage with dirty blonde hair and black eyes. Usually wear red hoodie and black jeans and sneakers
Powers:
Superspeed(obviously):can move at hypersonic very easily,hell he can run faster than light light
Speedforce conduit,superhuman strength, agility, reflexes, stamina, durability, acceleration healing,toxic immunity,aerokinesis, dimensional travel,electrokinesis,electro blast, electromagnetic, energy construct creation, energy transference, energy transformation, healing, speedforce absorption,speed force negation, enhance mental prowess, enhanced senses,cosmic awareness,molecular acceleration, phasing, intangible, sharing the force,speed steal,time travel.
