Sorry for the long hiatus.
It seems quite a few of you like the MKX Mileena more than her MK11 version. I don't blame you. I also prefer MKX Mileena. Her voice in MKX was much more sinister and seductive. Her MK11 version sounds a little too cartoonish for my taste.

The Outworld generals gather in the throne room and discuss who should take the throne. Unfortunately, they only consist of Kotal, Reiko, and a few others who survived Earthrealm's invasion.
"Shao Kahn is dead, and so is his daughter, Mileena!" Reiko said and continued, "I think we all know what that means."
"Only one of us will become the next emperor." One of the generals said.
"No," Reiko asserted, "I have served Shao Kahn as his general and representative. Therefore I am next in line for the throne."
None of the other generals dared to argue with him and remained silent. Kotal, however, stepped forward.
"I challenge your right to the throne."
Reiko crossed his arms with a smug look. "Alright. It is by law that the challenge ends in death!"
"Only if we choose it!"
Reiko emitted a dark chuckle, "Then it is settled! I accept your challenge!"
The other generals back away and make room for Kotal and Reiko's battle for the throne.
They get into position, and Reiko immediately attacks.
Kotal blocked his attacks and rushed forward and counterattacked. Reiko was put on defense and pushed further back, almost into the wall. He counterattacked with a kick to Kotal's chest. Kotal stumbled back but recovered and attacked.
The other generals watched eagerly and secretly hoped that Kotal will be the victorious one.
Reiko was never favored among the other generals. They knew he sought the throne for many years, but he only proved to them that he'd just be another power-hungry tyrant like Shao Kahn.
Kotal finally defeated him.
The other generals gathered around Kotal and bowed down.
"All hail our new emperor, Kotal Kahn!"
Reiko struggled to get up and managed to stand.
He glared at Kotal. "This fight is not over!"
He approached closer, but one of the generals stood in his way. "You've already been defeated! Kotal is the new emperor!"
"The fight ends in death!" He shouted and tried to attack Kotal, but the other generals stood in his way.
"You fools!"
Kotal stepped forward and approached Reiko. "Shao Kahn is dead! His rules no longer apply to me. This fight is over!"
Reiko clenched his fists as if he was going to attack, but he held back. "I will never serve you!"
He turned and stormed out of the throne room.
"Good riddance!" One of the generals said with delight.
Somewhere in the depths of the lair, Reptile stood by and stared at the clone's corpse. He had managed to reach the Soul Chamber with the help of an ally.
Ermac approached from behind. "We have a new emperor!"
Reptile turned to look at him. "Who is it?"
"Kotal Kahn."
He shifted his gaze back to the corpse.
Ermac approached beside him and also looked at the corpse. "Mileena could not succeed Shao Kahn! She is dead now!"
Reptile turned to him, "Is she?"
Ermac only gazed at him questionably as he watched him walk away.
6 months later…
Mileena had agreed to go with Zareta to an unspecified location. She did not know Earthrealm's locations, so she had no idea where Zareta had taken her.
All she knew was that Zareta had taken her to some desert, where they took a long walk deep into a canyon. By this time, Mileena's belly had grown significantly, and she was due any day now. She held the teddy bear in her arms.
They came upon what looked like a dead-end to Mileena, but Zareta continued to move forward until she stood in front of a rock wall.
She curiously watched as Zareta chanted something and the strange, glowing symbols appeared in an arch on the rock wall. Zareta said another chant, revealing an open doorway, and she walked inside.
Mileena followed her through the doorway and into the dark hallway. She heard Zareta chant something else, and the entrance closed behind them.
Zareta lit up a torch and continued into the dark hallway.
"How far do we have to walk?" Mileena asked in annoyance. At this point, her feet were killing her.
"Not too far, my dear," Zareta responded casually.
They reached an opening where their footsteps echoed in the darkness. Zareta set the torch on a podium. She said another chant, and the whole place lit up with torches. It looked as if they were inside a cathedral of some sort.
"What is this place?" Mileena curiously asked.
"This is an ancient Matokan temple. They used to live an advanced life until the war with other tribes caused them to keep this place hidden from them."
Zareta led her into another hallway and a room. Mileena stepped into the room and was shocked to see that it had almost looked like her own room, except with no windows and no balcony. A few candles lighted the room. It reminded her of the first time Scorpion spent the night with her.
"It looks just like my room."
Zareta chuckled, "I wanted to make you feel more at home."
Mileena approached the bedside and sat down. She lay down on her back and released a content sigh. She lifted the teddy bear and held it in front of her.
"We made it, my love! Finally, we can rest!" She held it close and embraced it. The teddy bear gave her a sense of comfort. She felt so lonely without Scorpion and missed him dearly. She would often speak to her son when she was alone. He, too, in a sense, would give her comfort and respond by emitting a warm sensation that would spread throughout her body.
Zareta left her alone to rest.
Later that night, Mileena dreamed that she was back at the Courtyard. The moon had shown brightly, and the stars glistened beautifully in the night sky.
She saw an outline of a figure approaching from the darkness. Her heart raced in anticipation as she watched him step into the moonlight. She could see his features much more clearly.
Scorpion has come to her once again in this recurring dream.
She smiled as he approached closer.
"My love!" Mileena embraced him, and he held her close, his body emitting intense warmth that engulfed her.
She held his embrace, not wanting to let him go. He slightly pulled away, only to gaze into her eyes. Her Tarkatan eyes gleamed beautifully in the moonlight. She gazed into his eyes. They held a slight orange glow, making him look demonic.
Mileena had always found that strangely attractive about him.
Scorpion's hell-spawned eyes grew brighter, burning with intense desire.
Mileena had anticipated this moment.
He tackled her to the ground and pinned down her wrists.
She giggled girlishly and said in a sultry tone, "I love it when you play rough with me."
He chuckled, "You're a bad girl."
He ripped off her veil and caressed her cheek. "I shall punish you!"
She giggled and taunted, "Do it!"
He whipped out his kunai and held it to her throat.
Her breath hitched as he caressed her with the kunai, moving downward, and he began tearing away at her clothes and tossed them aside. She didn't try to move.
He kept her wrists pinned down in one hand and used his other hand to caress her body. Finally, he trailed his hand to her groin and caressed her.
She blissfully moaned while arching her back.
He stopped and pulled his hand away.
"Please, don't stop!" She pleaded.
He let out a dark chuckle and leaned in closer. She could feel his hot breath by her ear as he mumbled, "I love hearing you beg!"
He began kissing her neck. A soft moan escaped her lips.
Before she knew it, he had lifted her off the ground and hoisted her over his shoulder. He carried her over to one of the columns and used his spear rope to tie her up. Her wrists bound behind the column, and she stood there, completely naked and powerless. She was at his mercy.
He stood there and gazed at the sight of her. She begged him to hurry up and fuck her already.
He smirked and roughly claimed her hips.
He lifted her, and she gasped as he forcefully seated her onto his engorged cock. She wrapped her legs around his hips and enjoyed the ride. He fucked her roughly and vigorously, causing her to whimper and buckle.
Her channel tightened around him, and her body spasmed.
He slowed his pace.
She rested her head on his shoulder while releasing soft moans along with his thrusts.
He suddenly brought one of her legs over his shoulder and hammered into her. Her moans grew louder as her body buckled with each wave of pure ecstasy.
Soon, he brought her other leg over his shoulder and continued thrusting hard. She could feel him heating up inside her, and she was thrown into overdrive. He fucked her until they came at the same time, and she cried out in absolute bliss.
He pulled out, and she nearly collapsed to the ground. Her legs had turned to jelly.
He untied her and helped her to stand up. She leaned into him as he held her by the waist.
He whispered in her ear, "Take care of our son!"
She giggled and looked into his eyes, "You tell me that every time we meet like this!"
He chuckled, "I know, but this will be the last time."
She slightly pulled away from him to meet his gaze. "What do you mean?"
Scorpion laughed and replied, "Our son will be born soon!"
Mileena suddenly felt an ache from her lower abdomen. The pain had spread to her back, and she suddenly collapsed in his arms.
Scorpion smiled and responded calmly, "He is coming! Prepare yourself!"
Mileena suddenly awakened to find herself soaked as if she had urinated herself, only it didn't smell like urine. Instead, her contractions were becoming more intense.
"Zareta!" She cried out.
Zareta was brought out of her deep meditation, and a grin formed on her face.
She whispered to herself, "He's coming!"
Zareta rushed over to Mileena's room and tended to her side. She helped Mileena through the labor process.
Mileena felt like she was being ripped in two.
"Come on, push, my dear! Push!" Zareta told her.
Mileena screamed, "Just pull him out!"
"I can't, my dear. You need to push!" She said calmly.
Mileena cried out while she pushed.
"His head is coming through, my dear!"
Mileena screamed out again, "Pull him out!"
"You need to keep breathing and push, as I said before."
She pushed while screaming out.
"You're doing it. His head is almost through, my dear!"
She screamed and pushed again.
Mileena could hear a small cry, and she peeked over to find Zareta holding her baby son in her arms.
"You did it, my dear!"
Zareta cut the umbilical cord and cleaned him up. Then, she carefully wrapped him in a soft cloth and brought him to Mileena.
Mileena held him in her arms. She was overwhelmed with joy and couldn't help but shed a few tears at the sight of him.
"He's perfect! He has his father's eyes."
Her son opened his eyes and revealed a glow of hellfire.
Another year and six months have passed, and the Special Forces were able to stop Shinnok from corrupting Earthrealm's jinsei just as Scorpion hoped they would. So now they infiltrate Quan Chi's Fortress.
He arrived with Quan Chi and the revenants, Jax, Sub Zero and Stryker.
Liu Kang, Sonya, and Johnny Cage were there with three soldiers. The soldiers immediately opened fire on them.
Quan Chi quickly puts up a barrier to shield them from the bullets while Sub Zero froze the three soldiers.
"I could use more revenants to serve me!"
"No, you won't!" Sonya said. "Not after we kill you first!"
Liu Kang, Johnny, and Sonya noticed Scorpion secretly signaling them.
"Kill them!" Quan Chi ordered the revenants.
The revenants attacked. Sonya took on Stryker while Liu Kang and Johnny took on Jax and Sub Zero.
Scorpion immediately turned and caught Quan Chi with a flaming right hook.
The bastard necromancer staggered back and turned to Scorpion with the look of shock. "What are you doing?"
Scorpion didn't respond and continued to attack. He hit him with another flaming punch and sent him flying into a corner.
Quan Chi quickly recovered and narrowed his eyes at him. "You betray me for them!"
"I'm done serving you!"
Scorpion kept attacking him. Quan Chi did his best to evade most of his attacks, but Scorpion caught him with a flaming kick to the chest and knocked him to the ground.
The bastard necromancer gazed up at him, his eyes now filled with rage. "This is how you repay me! After I gave you a second chance!"
"Yes." Scorpion casually responded.
"Very well," Quan Chi retorted, "I hope you put up a better fight than your wife!"
Scorpion furrowed his brows and whipped out his kunai. "You've just given me a better reason to kill you."
Quan Chi tilted his head and gave him a confused look, "You were plotting to kill me all along!"
Sonya was able to take down Stryker. Then, she turned her attention to Sub Zero and helped Liu Kang take him down.
Then they heard Johnny Cage cry out in pain. Jax had stabbed him in the abdomen.
"No!" Sonya shouted and ran to Johnny's side.
Liu Kang began attacking Jax and keeping him at bay while Sonya tended to Johnny's wound.
"Hang in there!" She said, putting pressure on the wound to stop the bleeding.
Liu Kang took down Jax and turned to Sonya. "Is he okay?"
Before Sonya could respond, they noticed something slowly emerging from the pool of blood. It appeared to be a revenant version of Johnny Cage.
Raiden appeared next to them in a flash of lightning.
"What's happening to him?" Sonya shouted.
"His soul will be bound to that revenant. I must reverse the spell!"
"Hurry! He's losing a lot of blood!"
Raiden began reversing the spell.
He turned to Liu Kang. "The link to Quan Chi must be severed!"
Liu Kang turned toward Quan Chi and Scorpion. "Don't worry! We'll handle this!"
Scorpion blocked Quan Chi's attacks and prepared to counterattack.
Liu Kang leaped forward and kicked Quan Chi, knocking him over. He glanced at Scorpion and gave him a nod. Scorpion returned to the nod, and they both turned to Quan Chi, who was now cornered. They took turns beating him relentlessly.
"It's working!" Raiden said.
Liu Kang and Scorpion continued their attack until Quan Chi fell to his knees, coughing up blood.
"The link is not quite severed!" Raiden shouted to them.
Sonya huffed, "I'll be right back!"
She stood up and briskly approached them. "Bring him up!"
Liu Kang and Scorpion each grab hold of his arms and force him to stand up. Sonya came closer and began punching him in the face. She took her time and made sure each punch connected.
Scorpion could hear Quan Chi's nose crack under the last punch, and he couldn't help but grin with sadistic pleasure.
Sonya took a step back and rushed forward, and gave him a swift kick in the nuts. Quan Chi cried out in pain, and they let him drop to the ground, holding his precious marbles.
Raiden was able to reverse the spell.
The moment it was complete, a wave of dark magic dispelled throughout the fortress, causing Scorpion to lose consciousness and collapse.
Liu Kang rushed over to check on him.
Sonya turned and rushed over to Johnny's side. Raiden used some of his magic to help heal his wound.
"What just happened?" Sonya asked.
"I helped restore their souls. They are no longer bound to Quan Chi's magic."
Liu Kang noticed the change happening as the dark magic dissipated. He turned and noticed Quan Chi had escaped.
"Damn! He escaped!"
Sonya turned and looked at him. "Let the coward run! Right now, we need to get everyone back to Earthrealm."
MK's timeline has always been confusing for me, but according to the beginning of MKX, two years have passed after MK9.
