Aruji-sama = It means Lord, Chief, and Master.
Banzai = Japanese's battle cry.
*Touken Danshi = AKA Sword Warriors, gods of swords created from ancient spirit and techniques that are given human form. They are the summons under Saniwa. (Touken Ranbu)
-Sword Types : Wakizashi, Uchigatana, Tachi, Ootachi, Yari, Nagitana, and Tsurugi. (Touken Ranbu)
*Sage = The power used by Saniwa to assist and summon new Touken Danshi (Touken Ranbu)

Chapter 10 : Summon of Touken Danshi
At early morning, Konnosuke woke up early to witness Saniwa sleeping soundly in his bed. Not wanting to disturb his rest, Konnosuke went out to find a free room to use and began contacting the Honmaru. The contact was successful and those who were awake in the Honmaru gave their word of relief to finally be contacted. Konnosuke gave them assurance they're alright and started giving them an update about their current situation.
Hearing Konnosuke's report truly made them all start flabbergasting to the point everyone started asking different kind of questions. Konnosuke tried to calm them down and answer their questions but the more they know the more questions arrive and he's truly not sure if he could keep it up when someone knocked the door to see the curious Ryouma, Oryou and Murasaki peeking out the door.
"Hey, Oryou-san heard a lot of commotions, you okay there foxy?" Oryou questioned as she floats around like always.
"We heard from Fuuma-san that you started contacting your comrades and having a hard time, do you need assistance?" Murasaki shyly asked. Konnosuke unknowingly started to have tears of joy knowing there's some people who will ask to assist him, "Please do."
That's how the Touken Danshi in Citadel met Murasaki Shikibu, Oryou and a surprising version of Sakamoto Ryouma. They, Murasaki and Ryouma, helped Konnosuke to answer their questions until they reach to the point about the real reason of Konnosuke reaching out now. That's how they learned that those who are asked to be prepared will be able to time travel and to add additional force for their Aruji and Chaldea Army, then another concerning issue related to Kikkou Sadamune.
Honmaru, Kikkou Sadamune was speechless when he heard about his previous owner, Akechi Mitsuhide, will be their enemy as such they're asking him if he still wish to join the mission or remain in Honmaru. For the other Touken Danshi they have mix emotion, everyone will never deny the fact that they adore their previous owner/master but to be asked to point their own blade against them is a different issue so they could not help but gaze at him in worry.
"Kikkou-kun if you tell me that you wish to sit this mission out, I will not blame you." A familiar voice from the other side said to see it was Saniwa who arrived and sat on the open spot. Everyone greeted him and he return them with a smile before turning back to Kikkou Sadamune in concern.
Kikkou Sadamune was silence for a moment before giving a serious question, "Konnosuke said about conquering Matsumoto Castle, will Lord Akechi be present there?"
"For that, we don't know." It was Ryouma who answered him, "But the possibility is high, especially that we have a history of him trying to bring down the world all for the sake of his own ambition."
"I see…" Kikkou Sadamune finally made up his mind and gave his answer with firmness and resolve, "Aruji-sama I wish to join this mission. I maybe once owned by Lord Akechi but now you are my master as such you are my priority… Besides…" His eyes darkened, "I have something to settle with him if chance of us meeting again."
Saniwa gazed him intently, as if judging if he will be able to do the mission. Same with Ryouma and Murasaki but never said anything as they both know it's their master who will give the final call.
Making the decision, Saniwa nodded. "Very well, I will have you join the mission."
"Thank you very much Aruji-sama, I promise you that I will never fail your expectation." Kikkou Sadamune said with a bow and full of conviction towards his master. Saniwa smiled for him then turned to Murasaki, "What time can we do the summoning?"
"The preparation is complete. We can start the summoning in the courtyard Saniwa." Murasaki answered with a smile of confidence.
With that confirmation, Saniwa turned back to the screen and gave his order. "Everyone be prepared and be on standby in our time machine within an hour, we will start the summoning by that time.
"Yes Aruji-sama!" The Touken Danshi in Honmaru answered in union.
That's when Konnosuke decided cut off their communication to have them focus on preparing.
"Heh, Touken Danshi sure are bunch of rowdies!" Oryou commented with glee and Ryouma sweat drop, "Hey now Oryou-san, that's rude."
"But I will agree." Saniwa said with a smile then Konnosuke turned to him in worried look, "Saniwa you did not have to wake up early, you still need to rest."
"Don't worry Konnosuke I got enough sleep, besides before coming here I met up with Gudao who's already awake and discussing stuff with Izumo no Okumi-san. Knowing that I can't have myself be seen irresponsible." Saniwa said with glee which made Murasaki sigh as she shook her head, "I hope Master is not pushing himself again, unlike us he needs sleep while we Servants don't. We can take care of things for him."
"Knowing Master, he wanted to prove to us that he's not a weak and fragile Master to be pampered about." Ryouma said with a sigh. Murasaki nodded in agreement to his statement before turning to the two and smiled, "Now let's refocus ourselves to the real issue here, let's go Saniwa and Konnosuke, we better prepare ourselves for their transport."
"Yes, thank you Murasaki-san." Saniwa and Konnosuke answered in union that made her laugh as the three went off the room while Ryouma and Oryou talked about some staff before heading off to find their Master and report the coming summon.
At the courtyard, Konnosuke and Murasaki were busy the preparation while Saniwa was stood on the sideline watching them until a familiar voice greeted him.
"Aruji-sama good morning!" Turning to the side, he met Yamatonokami Yasusada, Kashuu Kiyomitsu, and Horikawa Kunihiro approaching him. Saniwa returned the greetings, "Good morning Yamatonokami-kun, Kashuu-kun, Horikawa-kun, did you get yourselves a good night sleep?"
"Yes, we did Aruji-sama." Horikawa Kunihiro answered him with a smile, followed by Kashuu Kiyomitsu. "We already heard the plan from Hijikata-san and informed us about our training which will start after dinner since he still have lots to do after breakfast."
Saniwa nodded, "Take your training seriously, this is a one-time chance for us so don't waste it."
"We will Aruji-sama, don't worry." Yamatonokami Yasusada said with glee while the other two nod.
"Aruji-sama good morning!" Turning around, they saw Heshikiri Hasebe, Izuminokami Kanesada and Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki approaching them.
They return the greetings before watching the preparation taking place. While waiting, the group decided to chat about their experience with their respective owners, how Okita spar and taught Yamatonokami Yasusada the proper stance of her famous technique called Mumyou Sandan-Zuki, how Alter's fingernail been painted in red thanks to Kashuu Kiyomitsu's polish skills, how Hijitaka was brutal the sparring session with Izuminokami Kanesada and Horikawa Kunihiro reasoning their poor performance and demand them to stand up and redo again, how Ryouma, Oryou and the forcibly joined Izo talked about their old days with Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki and even provided some pointers about how to properly use guns by Ryouma, and how Nobunaga bad mouth Heshikiri Hasebe about his weakness and demands him to stand up and attack again. Everyone else think its Nobunaga's way of training him but he still thought otherwise and definitely show his displeasure towards her while they could only shrug from his naiveness.
"The preparation is done. Everyone please stand back and be prepared." Murasaki announced and immediately they went to the side and watch as Konnosuke stood in front of Murasaki.
"I'm ready Murasaki-san." Konnosuke announced and she nodded as she began to close her eyes and concentrate.
Slowly there's a strange power surrounding both Murasaki and Konnosuke, his bell started glowing.
'I can feel it, this power she called majutsu is affecting the time machine on the other side through my bell…' Konnosuke thought as he watched both Murasaki's work and his bell, 'It's time…!'
The glow around the bell brighten to the point it created a strong and large pillar of light above. Saniwa immediately sensed each of his Touken Danshi arriving one by one. When the pillar of light disappeared, it showed the people who were all summoned.
Those Touken Danshi were Iwatooshi, Imanotsurugi, Namazuo Toushirou, Gokotai, Kikkou Sadamune, Souza Samonji, Higekiri, Hizamaru, Fudou Yukimitsu, Azuki Nagamitsu, Hizen Tadahiro, Sanchoumou, Yagen Toushirou, Shokudaikiri Mitsutada, and Tsurumaru Kuninaga.
"Welcome everyone!" Konnosuke greeted them first and everyone smiled towards the fox while some returned his greetings.
Turning to his companion who looked weak and tired, they immediately recognized her as Murasaki who was talking with them a while ago.
"H-hey are you alright?" It was Shokudaikiri Mitsutada who asked first. Despite how drain she felt, she was still able to smile and gave a weak bow, "Please to finally meet you all in person… I'm sorry that… I have greeted you in this state."
"Please, its thanks to you that the summon is success. Don't push yourself." Konnosuke said in worry and was agreed by Izuminokami Kanesada, "That's right, please rest Murasaki-san."
Turning around, they were surprise to see the first team with Saniwa approaching them. Izuminokami Kanesada gave a quick greeting as he immediately approached and helped her. Murasaki gave his gratitude and surprise for the newcomers, a boy appeared out of nowhere with a chair just behind Murasaki and Izuminokami Kanesada.
"Have her sit here." It was Fuuma Kotaro carrying an armchair for her. Izuminokami Kanesada helped her sit there which again thank to both of them.
"Who are you?" Azuki Nagamitsu questioned in serious tone, hand already in his sword. Saniwa immediately reprehend him, "Stop Azuki-kun, that person is an ally."
"Assassin Servant Class, Fuuma Kotaro. I'm the fifth leader of the Fuuma Clan and shinobi, please to meet you all." Kotaro answered him as if he was not threatened.
"Hoho, so they the rest of your Touken Danshi, Saniwa." A female voice, recognized as Nobunaga bellowed.
Turning behind them, a lot of people were coming and for the group who were here first, there are three new figures they have not met yet.
"Gudao great timing." Saniwa greeted then run to them to face all the new arrival as he does the first introduction, "Everyone, this is Gudao, a fellow Master I talked about."
"Hi everyone, I'm the Lord of Chaldea Army and Master of the Chaldea Servants, call me Gudao. Please to meet you." Gudao said with a bow before turning to his Servants, signing them to introduce themselves one by one.
The introduction happened for each of them until they reached the last new three the first group have not met yet.
A beautiful mature female introduced, "Hehe hello my dear Touken Danshi, Servant… umm Berserker… I am Minamoto-no-Raikou. Although I still have a long way to go, I will be counting on you from now on, okay?" She smiled sweetly in the end.
"Saber, Watanabe no Tsuna. I have nothing to say in particular. If you're looking to slay oni and demons, then you're looking at the right person. I'm not very good at cutting down people, so please forgive me on that front." A man in monotone expression greeted.
The last man sigh before giving his introduction, "Saber, Senji Muramasa. Although I'm only a blacksmith, as a Pseudo-Servant I should be capable enough by imitating samurai's. I heard from Master that all of you are former swords provided a human body so you are called Touken Danshi. I don't know what assistance I could provide you as a blacksmith but rest assured, I can fix any broken swords that's come to me." He said confidently with a grin.
The new arrival Touken Danshi were pretty much shocked. They were given a heads up about this from Konnosuke but to still meet them in person much less those who were supposed male were female version… It's hard to swallow. For the first group, they could not help but nod, truly understanding what everyone felt right now.
Saniwa scratched his cheek for a bit before taking his turn, "Please to meet you Minamoto-san, Watanabe-san, Senji-san, I am called Saniwa, the master of the Touken Danshi." He turned to the rest and immediately the first group gave their introduction to the new arrival Servants, next were the new arrivals. Thanks to Heshikiri Hasebe's suggestion, those who are owned by Nagao Kagetora soon known as Uesugi Kenshin introduced themselves first.
"Umm… I… I'm Gokotai, Tantou and ummm… I'm used to be owned by Uesugi Kenshin... I was obtained from Emperor Oogimachi when he received a request from Ashikaga Yoshiteru on 2nd year of Eiroku era. P-please to meet you."
"Tachi, Azuki Nagamitsu. I'm the beloved sword of Uesugi Kenshin. Please to meet you."
"Tachi, Sanchoumou, I'm the sword bestowed to Nagao Kagetora soon to be known as Uesugi Kenshin."
"Ehhh… so you are swords that belongs to me before." Kagetora said with a tilt head, amused. When they heard her introduction, they were beyond shock for three reasons. One she's female, two they don't see any swords with her and three the way her eyes stared at them, it's like she's trying to cover the madness that's surrounding her.
Gudao turned to her, "Do you have their swords?"
"Yup! I may be a Lancer and wield a long spear but I still have them Master." To prove her point, Kagetora materialized two Tachi in both hands and everyone immediately recognized them as Azuki Nagamitsu and Sanchoumou. After that, she dematerialized them and another appeared and this time it's a familiar tantou, its Gokotai. "See?" She said with glee.
Gudao looked amaze as he nods. The three were still in shock with a mix of relief, despite this person was very different from the person they originally knew, she was still the Nagao Kagetora or Uesugi Kenshin and the fact that she confirmed that she still holds them really made them happy.
"Now to Oda Nobunaga's side." Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki immediately suggest before Heshikiri Hasebe could say a word. Before he could react, Oda Nobunaga made a loud reaction, "Hoho, so it's not only Heshikiri you have with you? Who are the others?"
"ME!" The Touken Danshi who looked drunk a while ago suddenly became sober and energetic as he introduced himself first, "Tantou, Fudou Yukimitsu. I hope you still remember me Nobunaga-sama but I am the sword you used to slam on your knees when you drink in joy."
"Sigh… Uchigatana, Souza Samonji. I'm more of a decorated sword than a fighter sword by Oda Nobunaga. Please to meet you."
"I'm the first sword owned by Oda Nobunaga, Tachi, Shokudaikiri Mitsutada. Nice to meet you."
"Hahaha this is really a BIG surprise! I don't really know if I could keep this up you know. Ah! Right, I need to introduce myself. Tachi, Tsurumaru Kuninaga. I was given to Oda Nobunaga after the extermination of the Hojo Clan then I was passed to his most valued retainers, Mori Yoshinari."
"Huh? You're the sword of my old man? Well, well, I did not expect that." Mori Nagayoshi commented with a loud laugh.
"Like Tsurumaru, I am also given to Oda Nobunaga. Tantou, Yagen Toushirou. Please to meet you."
Nobunaga hummed in interest as she stared at them with glee but eyes burning with intensity and passion that seems to make them twitched in fear until she started doing what Kagetora did a while ago. She first started materializing two swords which they recognized as Shokudaikiri Mitsutada sword and Tsurumaru Kuninaga sword, then the two swords disappeared and new two swords appeared, recognizing them as Fudou Yukimitsu and Yagen Toushirou.
"This brings back memories." Nobunaga commented as she stared the tantou which was Fudou Yukimitsu, making the said person smile in delight in hearing those words.
Nobunaga dematerialized them and another sword appeared which they recognized as Souza Samonji sword.
"I remember this sword. I had this blade shortened and engrave it with a saying… On the 19th day of the fifth month of Eiroku three through the killing of Yoshimoto this sword came into the possession of Oda Owari-no-kami Nobunaga…" Nobunaga laughed in glee, "Hahahaha to think meeting this Touken Danshi brings back a lot of memories."
In a way, they were speechless. This person is the female version of the male Oda Nobunaga they know and, in a way, something about her felt different from the one they originally know which was confusing. Heshikiri Hasebe on the other hand could not help but feel a forbearing calamity coming to all wielders of Oda Nobunaga and it's all her fault.
"Let's have Minamoto's side next." Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki announced.
"Oh, our turn? Okay. Please to meet you and good to see you again Minamoto, you too Watanabe. I got a lot of names and the current name I used is Higekiri, Tachi. My name was earned when my blade was used to behead criminals. My younger brother's name is… what is it again?"
"It's Hizamaru, Anija! HI! ZA! MA! RU! I know our names had been change a lot of times BUT PLEASE! Remember my name Anija."
"Haha I'm sorry."
"Sigh… Umm sorry, let me reintroduced myself. Tachi, I am called Hizamaru. My name was from the time when my blade was used to test my quality and I was able to cut the criminal's neck down to the knee of the victim. Nice to meet you."
"My! This is a surprise. Glad to meet you both Higekiri and Hizamaru. Hey Watanabe, this is amazing!" Raikou was truly excited to get a chance to meet the human version of her swords. Watanabe on the other hand mutely nodded, expression still in monotone.
"I guess it's my turn now, my name is Imanotsurugi, a tantou. I am once owned by Lord Minamoto no Yushitsune, he was known as Ushiwakamaru in his childhood. Please to meet you."
"Ahh! So, you are this tantou?" Ushiwakamaru asked as she showed the tantou she wields ever since her childhood and seeing it made him overjoyed. "Yes! Male or female I'm so happy you still wield me, Lord Yushitsune."
"Just call me Ushiwakamaru, I'm known in that name and I prefer that." Ushiwakamaru said with glee which he returned, "Okay Lord Ushiwakamaru!"
"Haha this is really surprising. My name is Iwatooshi, Naginata once owned by Musashibou Benkei. Glad to finally meet you."
"Oh, so you are my naginata? Hoho, indeed this is a surprise. Glad to meet you too Iwatooshi, just call me Benkei." Benkei said with delight and Iwatooshi did the same, "Okay, Lord Benkei."
"Hmm… Wakizashi, Hizen Tadahiro. I'm once owned by Sakamoto Ryouma but soon was given to Okada Izo. Good to meet both of you together."
"Oh, good to meet you too Hizen-san." Ryouma answered before turning to Izo, "Look, looks like I'm not the only one now."
Izo gave a loud humph, not agreeing or disagreeing. Despite the lack of answer from Izo, Hizen Tadahiro doesn't mind since he can see the Hizen Tadahiro sword still being wield by Izo and he was happy with that fact.
"Heh, my name is Namazou Toushirou, Wakizashi. I was originally owned by Oda Nobukatsu, younger brother of Oda Nobunaga then I was later given to Toyotomi Hideyoshi, then handed down to Toyotomi Hideyori. Please to meet you."
"Wait… your… my sword?" Nobukatsu could not believe it and Namazou Toushirou nodded with a smile.
As if by instinct, Nobukatsu materialized the sword he had not wielded for years and seeing the Namazou Toushirou sword in his hand had his eyes widen for a moment before giving a brighter smile than before.
The last Touken Danshi stepped forward and bowed a bit, "Nice to meet you, from what I heard I became one of the hot topics from your meeting and now here I am. As you all may guess, I am Kikkou Sadamune, Uchigatana. I am once owned by Akechi Mitsuhide, once trusted retainer of Oda Nobunaga but turned traitor and assassinated him. I think some of you may look at me with suspicious that I might betray you like he did but I give you my assurance now, with my pride as a sword I will never betray Aruji-sama and will not hesitate to point my sword and kill that man if necessary."
"Don't worry, if Saniwa allowed you to come then on behalf of everyone here we have no complain." Gudao answered him with sincerity. To give a proper point, he added. "Besides, this is not our first time working with people who have history of betraying people. Best example was Lu Bu Fengxian the famous betrayer general in the three kingdoms of China's history."
Every Touken Danshi have no idea about who Lu Bu Fengxian was but Konnosuke's eyes widen when he heard the name, clearly, he already heard about him from history in China.
Saniwa could not help but asked, "So, even they are accepted?"
"The Throne of Heroes accepts different kind of people that they deem worth it. To give you one example, the famous serial killer known as Jack the Ripper. She's cute and a good child despite that history and the most memorable about her was her insistent to call me Mommy when clearly, I'm male." Gudao said with a shrug.
His words had made the Touken Danshi gone short circuit. This time they are aware who Jack the Ripper was due to some movies that Saniwa had once brought for them to watch for their passing in Honmaru. To hear the famous Serial Killer to be called cute and a good child… hey, why's no one rebutting their Master's words? Why is she who introduced herself as Okita Souji agreed with pride there? What the heck is going on!?
Gudao clapped his hands loudly, returning back to reality and made an announcement. "Now that introduction is finished, let's go get in and get our breakfast. After that those who needs training, go train!"
