Druids OoTP 2
Part 2 of the battle of the summer! Sorry about missing that for part one was too excited typing this out. And yes this is where Harry really grows into his own. Enjoy

Chapter start
As they ran down the hall to the floo Harry and the DA found Bellatrix, Lucius, and Barty crouch Jr. about to walk into the floo. Harry was farther ahead.
The three turned and smiled evily
"Oh look who caught up to us." Barty crouch said
"You will pay for making a fool of us potter!" Malfoy said
"No pesky battle meditation to save you now."
"I say we kill him now…take him…and…well I've hadn't had a good fuck in a while… Bellatrix hissed
Harry gulped
However a green flame hit up in the fireplace behind the three and a cold air swept the room. As a hiss echoed
"Leave potter to me My most loyal…you however will deal with the mud bloods…and as a personal pet…you get Weasley." Voldemort said as he strode out.
Harry frowned fear forgotten hate emanating from him as he could also feel Ginny shudder In Fear from the bond
"You won't touch Ginny!" He said
Bellatrix laughed
"Ginny?! Beautiful name…it will be more beautiful to hear her scream." She said as she stepped towards Ginny.
Harry reached his arm out as black tentacles reached out like snakes and tangled around her limbs one wrapping around her neck and the rest pulling her spread Eagle. Choking her
"H-harder daddy!" Bellatrix taunted
Harry smiled
"Very well~." He said his help tightened his grip harder making Bellatrix lose air
Finally realizing that Harry wasn't playing around she started to struggle in earnest.
Harry was so focused on killing Bellatrix he missed Voldemort cast the killing curse to free her.
However Harry's magic didn't as it saved him sending him flying and skidding across the ground laying on his side
A dark laughter started to fill the hallway as Voldemort stepped into the ministry.
The laugh gathered everyone at the ministry and looked towards the sound
Harry shot up and laughed slapping the floor like it was funniest thing.
Suddenly Ginny started to crack to following Harry and joined him
The rest of the DA followed
"W-what's so funny?!" Barty Crouch jr asked unnerved at the kids howling at them
Still they kept laughing
Barty Crouch was about to cast a spell of Voldemort stopped him holding his wand at bay making Barty gulp as he looked at his master and noticed the seriousness in his face.
And the slight akin to fear.
Voldemort was afraid
"And what Potter…is so…amusing?" He asked
Harry laughed still "y-you believe you can actually win this fight?! Just because it's you there?" Harry asked
Voldemort smiled
"Bold words Potter, after all I'm onto your tricks you pulled at the graveyard. They won't save you this time." Voldemort said
Harry stood up still chortling
"Oh Tom Tom…your so slow… I'm going to defeat you once and for all." Harry said
This time Voldemort smiled
"Oh, your a bunch of 15 year olds are going to kill 4 trained killers? You and what army?"
This time the DA outright laughed making a crowd gather in the hallway.
Harry looked back and smiled and looked back at Voldemort with a head tilt holding out his arms.
"Why Tom…this army!" He snapped his fingers
And suddenly all the fireplaces lit up and out stepped.
The Defense Association. On guard… ready to fight.
Harry fucking Potter raised an army under the Ministry's very nose!
The DA wore pure white robes and covered themselves in hoods hiding their identity.
"MEMBERS OF THE MINISTRY OF MAGIC WE ARE THE DEFENSE ASSOCIATION! YOU BELIEVED YOU WERE READY FOR WAR AND YOU WERE WRONG! WE HOWEVER WERE NOT! We will fight this war for you until you are ready!" Harry said
"How can we tell your trustworthy when you hide your identities?!" A voice of a pink toad asked
Harry turned towards the women but was blocked by other members of the Ministry.
"Our identities are hidden because of people like you who refuse to believe the proof right in front of you." Harry said
"You will die here Potter!" Voldemort said
However before Voldemort could shoot a spell Another Fireplace lit up green
And out stepped
Albus
Dumbledore.
"Dumbledore…" Voldemort said
"It was foolish of you to come here Tom…the world knows of your existence again and we are ready." He said
"You like to believe that…but by tonight… your only hope of defeating me…Shall be dead…in your arms." Voldemort said as he saluted Albus with his wand and snap casted a spell at Dumbledore,
Albus wiped his wand around pushing Harry to the side of a fireplace as Harry looked up to Bellatrix. Lucius. And Barty Crouch Jr. getting away
"No!" Harry yelled as he stood up
"After them!" He yelled
It's to late Harry!" A voice said as a man in a white robe said as he approached he took his hood off to reveal Remus Lupin.
"They are gone." He said sadly
Harry took a deep breath in anger. He had been so close to dealing a killing blow to Voldemort tonight! But because Dumbledore interfered the moment was lost.
Harry looked at Remus
"Put the hood back on, I don't want you persecuted. Dumbledore drew us out too quickly have the others pull back."
Harry said
Remus nodded and put the hood back up as he looked back he noticed Sirius and the others rush out they froze as they saw the white robes
"Shit was that tonight?" Tonks asked
"Doesn't matter we were needed elsewhere." Serius said
"What are you two talking about?" Another Aurora asked
The man with the white hood spun around
"WE FIGHT THE WAR SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WE ROOT OUT THE DARKNESS INTO THE LIGHT!" We will be waiting!" Remus said as he and the rest of the White hoods vanished
Harry noticed that the other kids aside from Ginny also left.
Harry nodded "let's go love." He said
"Right behind you." Ginny said
As Dumbledore and Voldemort fought Tom snapped his wand allowing stray bolts of lightning hit near Harry.
Dumbledore was about to redirect the dangerous bolts away from Harry he noticed they were doing so already as Harry stood next to Dumbledore.
"Harry get out of here!" He yelled
"No! It's time you recognize me as a combatant in this war!" Harry yelled
Tom smiled as he broke the Spell tug of war with Dumbledore and held it in his hand as a bolt turned into a Ball of fire that Voldemort changed into a dragon that rose above both Dumbledore and Harry
Dumbledore stood frozen in awe and near fear
However Harry wasn't
Dumbledore jumped as suddenly Spikes of ice formed on the dragon made of fire.
He looked and noticed Harry and Ginny Flinging spells freezing the fire still making the dragon collapse in on itself as there wasn't enough fire to control it.
Voldemort swiped down and cut the spell off to prevent it backfiring on him. As well as strike at them, as Dumbledore pushing him away from harry.
Voldemort wasn't afraid of Dumbledore… he was of harry.
Dumbledore seeing harry unprotected swiped up and summoned a ball of water which split into two, one engulfed Voldemort and was trying to drown him
As Dumbledore lifted him up
Harry tried to get closer to Dumbledore not to stick close to him but more for a clearer opening to Tom himself.
Dumbledore noticed Harry getting closer and swiped behind him before he lost his chance to take Harry out of the action and the other bubble engulfed Harry and Ginny!
The bubble promptly exploded. Freezing in air.
Dumbledore looked over in awe. As Harry and Ginny stepped out unharmed
Voldemort was able to break out of the Water trap and Dumbledore had to watch as Voldemort target Harry with a spell of dark color.
Dumbledore went to block the spell with his own. Pointing at Harry
'Stay back I can't protect you and do this at the same time.' Harry warned Ginny who nodded and stepped back
Harry threw out his arms
In his left hard he held back Voldemort's darkness spell
And in his right he held back Dumbledore's Slight shield
Two powerful spells that any wizard would be amazing to be able to block
And Harry was doing it barehanded
Ginny looked down and noticed his holly wand was by his feet with a massive crack in the wood
It's tip scorched by the amount of power that was flowing through it.
He was literally blowing up his wand from the inside by fighting in this duel.
Both old men looked at Harry in Awe as the crowd looked at him like the next Merlin.
Slowly Harry's breaths started to get more rugged as he brought his hands together.
With one mighty push he clapped his hands together and pushed
And both Dumbledore and Tom were fighting each other again
There wands snapping out to face there targets both faces in awe.
Voldemort. Let go of Dumbledore's spell using Harry's trick as his own as he released the spell and it shattered windows
Harry scoffed 'a mockery'
However Voldemort looked proud as he grinned and held his wand above his head in two hands like a dagger about to swing down and stab his foe.
The glass flew towards Harry and Dumbledore as Albus held his wand out and changed the glass to sand.
Harry flicked his hand around and the sand that gathered around him rose up and flew back at Voldemort who snarled and flicked the sand away.
Harry flicked his hand up and grabbed his wand as he panted and collapsed.
Dumbledore looked back at Harry who looked exhausted
Voldemort laughed "look at your hero Dumbledore see how he stands." Tom said as he vanished.
Albus turned to Harry
"Why didn't you leave when I told you?" Albus asked
Harry huffed
"Had to…show you…" he said exausted
"But now he knows." Albus said
Harry scoffed
"Please…we have …more shocks coming." Harry said as his head rolled back
"Harry Harry!"
Albus looked up to see Ginny standing there holding his holly wand.
Albus ran up to her "Ms Weasley what's happening to him?" He asked
"Ginny was shocked and looked up
"He's…he's dying…" Ginny said
Albus looked horrified
"What?!" Albus screamed
A resentment everyone shared as Devon stepped forward
"In the hall of prophecy's Harry used one of the Orbs to
Block the killing curse." Devon explained
"You damaged Ministry property?!" The toad screeched
"It's saved his damn life!" Devon argued as he turned back to Dumbledore.
"However, radiation of the spell still landed on them; it was faint but technically the killing curse did hit Harry.
Sirius fell to his knees in a sob
"Oh god!" He cried
Albus looked at Harry saddened as Devon stood over him
"He had one shot to kill Voldemort tonight…and because of your interference…he wasn't able to." Devon said
The toad spoke up "oh please that was an illusion a mockery! He's not back!" She said
Devon looked at her and tilted his head "is that a dark mark on your arm madam?"
The toad looked down and noticed her sleeves were rolled up her dark mark on full desplay she Eeeped as Hands crasped around her and dragged her back as she struggled no one went to save her.
Devon raised his staff as he turned to Dumbledore.
"You made this error and the hero of the wizarding world is dying in your arms Albus Dumbledore." He said
"It seems only fitting that your life shall be used to save his so he can finish the job you left for him." Devon said
Albus was scared he knew the necromantic ritual Devon was talking about. One that produced the most powerful dark beasts like Zombies, ghouls and Dementors and with someone as powerful as him he would destroy the world.
But In the end so was Ginny
Albus knew it he fucked up big time.
And now he was at an impass.
"D-Devon!" Harry croaked as he fell limp
Devon looked down shocked
"No!" He threw his staff aside as he cradled his head
"Harry please!" Devon said as he shook his limp body
Sirius screamed out again! Making everyone tear up and be fearful who would save them now?
"What the?! Holy shit he's soul bound!" Devon gasped as he looked at Harry and noticed a faint smile on his lips
"Wha?" Sirius looked up hopeful
Devon snapped his fingers to three DoM officials down the hall "YOU THREE GET HERE QUICK!"
Each one came in a second. One summoned. Stretcher and lifted him up
"Bring him to the lower levels quickly, there may still be time. Ginny, go with them, you're the only tether to the Harry we know!" He said
Ginny nodded and the 5 rushed down the hall
Amelia stepped forward "I'll get the best of Saint Mungos here as soon as possible." She said
Devon turned on her
"No. Modern magic cannot save him." Devon said
"Then he is a goner. If no modern magic can save him What can?" An official asked
"The magic of your ancestors…that of which you have abandoned for centuries." Devon said as he summoned his staff.
"The Druids have returned! And as the arbiters of Humanity, Nature, and Magick. We will protect it to our last. You might have smited your pagan past but your ancestors bite back towards you!" Devon called chillingly
"Stop it! Stop this now!" Another Ministry Bigot snarled
"Your failure to see the truth shows how out if touch to nature you truly are… you don't deserve this mantle placed upon you as protector's of Magick."
Amelia stepped forward and fell to her knees
"Please oh wise ones tell us now we may earn your good graces again." She said
Devon looked at
"Amilea bones… I've always admired you, humanity cannot be saved it fate." Devon said
Everyone gasped
"However you Amelia. Can…show the world what you can do do…lead. With great need comes great men to stand up to the task of evil…and we will do our task to make sure you find your way back home at night." Devon said as he strode away.
Albus stood up as he looked to the members of the Order of the Phoenix and they flooed away.
Albus and Amelia stood alone.
"Albus I'm going to address the Ministry tomorrow about this…I'd like you to stand with me…show the world the Phoenix Rising to break the dark cloud over us." She said
Albus looked around behind him
"Amelia the order is better in the shadows." He argued
"The world has faith in Potter to rise. It's needs to show that the great Dumbledore is with it as well." She said
"I was in the last war." Albus said
"Yes but that dont know that…Albus…you do this and in front of the whole world I'll Pardon the Order of the Phoenix for any "crimes" they committed in the first war. As well as give them legal authority of Aroras." She said
Albus was shocked this was power he hoped to have in the last war believing that if they had such authority they wouldn't have needed to go on guerrilla warfare against Tom.
Albus nodded "those in the white robes…pardon them too." Albus said
Amelia was shocked but nodded
"I mean I will but Albus who are they?" She asked
Albus smiled
"Potters Army." Albus said
In the lower levels of the ministry. Devon and the Druids led Ginny and Harry to a room
They laid Harry on a table as one stood on his left and right and one stood behind his head. It was the magick equivalent to a surgery room.
"Scan him!" Devon said as a green light flooded Harry as his breathing got more ridged
"Shit we're losing him." A Druid said
"Wait…that amount of magick shouldn't be possible. By all accounts he should be dead. That's a ful killing curse. Where the rest of the radiation?" A female Druid asked
Devon spun around and did a quick flash to Ginny
No green on her
Devon groaned and turned to Harry
"You had to be the fucking hero didn't you." He said
Harry smiled at Devon "makes me feel important." He said softly
Devon smiled and smacked his checks "we'll get you up and running in a jiffy." He said as he looked up to the 3
"Detox." He said
The three went to work grabbing crystals and other magickal equipment from tables
The female DoM official grabbed a black Diamond Pendulum with a Chain and a ring around it and held it about Harry as it swung counter clockwise
She put it down and went to work
"Chakras?" She asked
"It'll take the burn off first and stabilize him." The one behind his head said
Off to the side Ginny stood with Devon
"What's happening to him?" Ginny asked
We're using the crystals lattice to web a complex net around the dark energy in Harry. Like a spiders who catching a fly." He said
"Or a dream catcher." Ginny said
"Dream catcher is a little more equivalent." Devon said
The Druids laid the stones on Harry and began chanting raising and lowering there hands in sync
"How is Harry?" Devon asked Ginny
Ginny shrugged "idk he hasn't broken the connection buts he's trying to isolate me. Making it so I don't feel anything I think he's in immense pain." Ginny said sadly.
The Druids brushed the stones off and into a bucket which was filled with water and each stone hit the water made a loud hiss as if a lump of hot water being quenched.
Immediately once the last Crystal hit the water Harry opened his eyes and tried to sit up but the three pinned him down
"Hang on Mr Potter, I know you feel better but you're still in danger. Please lie still so we can work." The female DoM official said
"Ginny." Harry croaked
"Yes Harry?" Ginny said her voice cracking not sure what she was seeing was real or just an illusion in her eyes of a hopeful scenario.
"Love you…" Harry said as he went quiet.
Ginny couldn't take it anymore and cried into Devon's shoulder as the man held onto Ginny.
The man behind Harry told him to open his mind Harry did so reluctantly making Ginny gasp as she felt Harry's presence again.
At Grimmauld place the DA and the order of the phoenix were yelling at each other.
"What the hell possessed you to do something as stupid as that?!" Molly ranted at Ron and hermione.
"Yeah exactly!"
"You didn't even invite us?" Fred and George said
Molly turned to the twins in anger
"Well…be working in the shed." They said
Before they left Ron spoke to them. "It's because your work is so important we chose not to include you." He said
Fred poke his head back in "next time call us we're willing to drop everything to come and help out." He said
"Fred!" Molly hissed
"To protect them Mum!" Fred argued as he left.
Molly sighed "well at least you're all right." She said
Suddenly the fireplace lit up as Devon and three DoM officials along with Ginny walked out.
"They almost weren't. It was only due to Harry's sheer magickal ability that they did at all." Devon said
Molly turned around to look at Devon
"What do you mean?" She asked
"We've found traces of the killing curse on Harry. Lethal amount's we suspected everyone in who was hit with the Light of killing curse when it was reflected in the prophecy orbs had it."
Ron and Molly gasped
"Wait had?" Hermione asked
"Harry Potter absorbed the killing curse himself, saving his friends from the fate of magickal radiation." Devon explained
"Oh dear where is he?" Molly asked
"Upstairs sleeping he just needs bed rest. We've detoxed his system and now it's up to him to recover." Devon said
Albus Dumbledore stepped forth.
"It appears this war will not go along the same lines as the first. I will tell all those who are not here this personally later. But I've just gotten news that Amelia bones is preparing to pardon the Order of the phoenix and give us Arora privileges." Dumbledore said
Everyone cheered.
How Remus stepped forward "what about those guys in white? They really saved a lot of people. Without them there's no telling how many more people would've died." He said
Albus smiled
"Remus there is no need to hide your identity anymore. Amelia has agreed to pardon the DA as well. Indeed Harry had trained you all well and I look forward fighting along side everyone of you."
"Well that's going to be a problem because many people here are apart of both the order and the DA." Sirius said
Albus looked around the table everyone was here say for Harry who was asleep upstairs
"How many people here belong to both the order and the DA?" Albus asked genuinely curious
The answer shocked him
Tonks, Mad eye, Sirius, Lupin, Devon, major members of the order followed Harry.
Albus was shocked but was filled with pride.
"I see…Harry has led you well…" he said
"It then gives me a great service to announce that after the announcement and pardoning of the order of the phoenix i'm hereby disbanding it." Albus said
Everyone gasped
"B-but Dumbledore." Molly asked
Albus raised his hands
"In return… if you will have us. We'd be willing to co-opt ourselves into the DA…that is as I said if you will have us." Albus said
Ron Hermione Devon and Ginny talked amongst themselves for a bit before they broke away and Devon spoke.
"We will have to speak about this to Harry when he wakes up to make a final decision but we can agree to share information for now." Devon said
Albus nodded "very well if this does go through I'll be willing to step down as leader of the order and act as an advisor." Dumbledore said.
The DA and order separated for the night. As Ron Ginny and Hermione talked to each other.
"What do you think about Dumbledore?" Ron asked Hermione
Hermione sighed "I want to believe him…I really do. But at the same time I can't help but be skeptical." She said
Ron nodded thinking the same thing
"How's Harry?" He asked his sister
Ginny nodded "still asleep." She said
Ron nodded well when he gets up we can tell him let him rest for now lord knows he's earned it."
Downstairs Devon speaks to arch Druid by fire.
"And your sure of this?" The arch Druid said
"Yeah his souls was holding onto the plane far more powerful than other world bonds." Devon said
"Hmmm most courious…having a soul bond and a world bond in the same person is very rare…indeed he is likely a child of prophecy. But of course we already knew that…" the arch Druid said
Devon smiled "yes. What should I do now?" He asked
The arch Druid smiled "nothing." He said
Devon was confused "sir?" He asked
"Let the chosen one grow into his own. We've given him all we could with what time we've had." He said
Devon nodded "I understand sir but…what about if he asks one of those questions?" Devon asked
The arch Druid smiled sadly.
"Devon I told you, your a skilled Druid. But remember. We're advisors…" he said
Devon sighed "I understand." He said
The arch Druid nodded "I just want you to know I'm proud of you. Get good rest Devon this war is far from over." He said as he vanished
The next day Harry was up and went down into the kitchen to a large cheer.
"Hey here's the hero of the Day." Sirius said
Harry blushed as Sirius pulled him into a hug "you did great Harry I'm very proud of you. I know James would be too." Sirius said
"I second that." A voice said as Harry looked up to reveal Severus Snape smiling
"We're all proud of you Harry." Now as much as I would very much like to address something urgent now there is however not any time. Mr potter if you would please get your most formal clothing as possible we are needed at the ministry for a special service." Albus said
"Special service?" Harry asked Ron and Hermione
"To honor your actions last night Harry. You've done the impossible. Sense Voldemort's return. You've given people hope again." Hermione said
Harry nodded and ate his breakfast quickly before rushing up stairs to dress.
He came down and noticed that Many of the DA had their white robes on waiting for Harry.
Albus smiled "let's go." He said as they all flooed to the ministry.
When they got there Harry noticed it was as if the fight never even happened. Not a stray shard of glass was there. And there was a large Stage with a podium in front of the Fountain and a large amount of chairs
Harry stepped forward and several officials bowed to him "Mr. Potter please this way and we will get you seated." They said
Harry noticed as more members came in he recognized Wizengamot robes sitting a few seats behind him which confused him even more. What was going on.
Finally once everyone was seated a man stepped forth "ladies and Gentlemen. Wizards…magickal folk alike. Today we stand together in harmony. However just a few hours ago that was not the case.
"Just last night Ex-Offical Madam Jane Umbridge presented a bill that if passed would have made it easier for He who must not be named to take away our freedom by limiting the Aurora force to ¼ of its current size."
The crowd gasped Harry was appalled holy shit they were that close to getting there way.
However due to a timely intervention of Mr. Harry Potter the plot to steal vital secrets of the ministry was foiled and exposed He-who-must-not-be-names plot to undermine the ministry. And his exposure to the rest of us here. However I believe it might be too late for us." He said
The crowd gasped again.
"We've held our faces to the ground, thrown dirt in our eyes and hid from the truth long enough. He paused and almost quivered before steeling his resolve and announcing.
"Voldemort is back!"
The gasps and screams in the hall were enough to blow out eardrums.
"However! Thanks to Mr Potter we know and it's time we stand with him as he faces this grave threat." He said
The people in the crowd clapped politely as he bowed
"I hand the floor to Minister of Magic Amelia bones for a special announcement." He said as he walked off.
Amelia bones walked up in her formal robes
"Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen. Wizards. Reporters, students. Combatants and civilians. From the war with Grindelwald to the war that ended only 14 years ago. I stand with you to announce that as minister I'm sorry. And you have my utmost apology." She said
The hall was silent as Amelia continued.
As my staff member announced. v-Voldemort is indeed back. And it's upon my own failures as minister that we have not been prepared to face it. And due to my failures the free world is now in jeopardy. Ladies and gentlemen I will speak bluntly we are at war. If I may speak on behalf of a notable Muggle from our history. Someone else who was in a situation such as this…and in fact I feel that is the only comfort I can give you of that at this time." Amiliea said as she read off parchment.
"I would say to the House, as I said to those who have joined this Government, I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat. We have before us an ordeal of the most grievous kind. We have before us many long months of toil and struggle." She read as she looked up
"The people of the free world look to us for guidance. They look to us for support as the seat of the Wizengamot. And as the place of the head of the ICW's leader magickal Britain is where we hold our final stand against the agents of darkness." She said as she read another passage from her notes.
"You ask what is our policy. I will say, it is to wage war with all our might, with all the strength that God can give us, to wage war against a monstrous tyranny never surpassed in the dark, lamentable catalogue of human crime. You ask what is our aim? I can answer in one word: Victory. Victory at all costs. Victory in spite of all terror. Victory however long and hard the road may be. For without victory there is no survival." She recited
"It is this quote that I speak to you today. The Ministry has awoken. The sleeping giant of worlds protectors stands forth. But we cannot do this without help. I call upon our guardian's our savior's and war heros. Our ancestors. And most notably our Gods to give us support in this trying time Lead us to victory! GIVE US THE STRENGTH TO BREAK THE CHAINS OF TYRANNY!" Amiliea yelled which the hall broke out clapping. As Amilia spoke again from her notes
"This is the lesson: never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never—in nothing, great or small, large or petty—never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy."
"Even if we stand alone we shall fight! We shall fight this darkness be the solo bastion of freedom! For free will. We will drag out the dark and expose it to the light kicking and screaming and dragging our allies with us!" Amelia said as she read her last note and quivered at the sheer power of the words.
"Forgive me…if I fail to convey the sense of pride…for me to even cycle these words across these walls does me great honor. And I'm sure Albus Dumbledore can attest to it as he was there that day these words were spoken."
Looking back everyone noticed tears were in Dumbledore's eyes as he remembered an old friend.
"We shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air. We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. Amiela looked at the hall in pride as she spoke again.
"Thank you all…you have no idea how much that means to have your support. As I said our will is forever strong but our prowess is much to be desired. As of now I'm activating emergency wartime powers. The Threat of Voldemort and his death eaters are a threat we all must face together. As of now two secret societies have revealed themselves as guardians of the world to us. We honor them by giving them the honors they deserve."
First for fighting against Grindelwald and the first war of Voldemort. The Order of the phoenix the alleged terrorist group is hereby pardoned of all crimes from the first war. And have been given emergency Aurora responsibilities." Amelia said the crowd cheered
"We will be honored to fight beside you once again." She said before she cleared her throat
"And to one Harry Potter…and his…Army, The Defense Association made up of heros of all walks of life to stand against evil for the rest of time. I honor them with permanent Aurora authority should they ever desire to get them officially licensed by the wars end." She said
The crowd clapped
"There is one more thing. As I said freedom is based on hope especially to these darker times. Therefore it is of great hope I give out the only reward the Order of Merlin 1st class, this day to the one who inspired us to stand for ourselves I call Mr Harry Potter to the stage please!" The minister said
Harry stood up nervous but he steeled himself as he walked up.
Amelia smiled at him and addressed the crowd.
Never has a recipient been so young to receive such a high honor Mr. Potter, you do something notable that other leaders cannot, breath fire into the hearts of the weary. This body stands with. As I give you this. Now address your people." She said as she handed Harry the box
He gulped as he looked out and took a deep breath

And for once Dumbledore did something that he hadn't allowed himself to do for a long while he smiled genuinely and started clapping giving Harry a standing ovation in the ministry.
Back at Grimmauld place few members of the order that Harry either didn't trust , didn't know, or didn't want to be there were around the table
Mundungus fletcher, Remus Lupin, Molly Weasley and Devon Oakland most notable. Although there were a few others.
Suddenly the floo opened and Harry, and the party that went to The ministry for the ceremony stepped out
"Well…that was an interesting time." Harry said
Devon stood up
"What should we expect?" He asked
Harry gave a wolf smile "we are at war." He said
