"Naruto... we're coming upon the Planet"
Naruto stared at the lonely world, it's colours reflecting upon it's surface with an innocence that belies it's true nature, he steeled his heart for what he was about to do.
His orders from Horus had been simple, a planetary governor had not sent their required tithes to the Imperium proper and so must be given judgement, normally this would be allocated to one of the other legions in charge of executing this, yet all available resources at the Warmasters command were being used for other more important combat zones. Hence they were the "last resort" as Horus called it.
Still, bringing death to a world without any context or fair investigation left a bitter taste upon his mouth.
"Captain Inari. We are being Hailed, transmission coming from the Planetary Governors frequency"
"Put them on the Holo Projector"
Naruto had expected many things, most governors that he had fought for were mostly self entitled Narcissist whom valued luxury and Wealth over basic necessities like providing for the population, yet the person before him looked of humbler origins.
He did not wear any fancy clothing or ostentatious trinkets common among planetary governor, instead he was a man in simple robes, whom only carried items required of him to ensure the production and efficiency of his planet, such as a Data pad and various administration folders within his hands sitting upon a simple desk with many sheets of paper upon it's top.
"Oh... Lord Naruto, what a surprise. I am assuming that you are here on the Warmasters behalf regarding the delay of our planetary tithe?"
Naruto had a stern look upon his face, yet underneath a momentary surprise caught him off guard, the fact that this planetary governor knew what he was here for gave Naruto a sense of caution. Yet his outward appearance was merely locked in his stern look.
"Indeed, I am here due to allegations by the Warmaster, and wish to investigate if such allegations have any solid grounds."
"But of course my lord. A request by the Warmaster must be taken rather seriously. My planetary forces are ready to assist as required."
"That will not be necessary, I will arrive on planet side with a team of my choosing. We will be on the planet within the hour"
The governor looked down upon his desk and scribbled a few parchments, giving a satisfied nod he looked once more to the holo projector.
"Very well then, the required landing permits have been authorised and an escort is arranged for planet side. I look forward to meeting with you personally my lord"
The holo projector faded to nothing, yet the caution within his heart did not leave Naruto's side.
"I don't like this Big brother" Inari said, his face set in a scowl "Something smells wrong about this whole thing"
"I know Inari, that man felt too knowing of what we were here to do. As though he was given our mission beforehand"
"You think it's a trap?" Inari asked, a look of concern upon his face
"I don't know, I'll only know more as soon as I can meet that man myself. But I think we should ere on the side of caution on this one"
"What do you need me to do?"
"Have the Company on alert, do some recon scans of the planet in case things go south, and ready an exfiltration route if all goes wrong"
"I hope we don't need to use it" Inari said
"I hope so too"

"My lord... the primarch arrives"
This was the words of a lowly serf, one of countless billions whom had been shown the truth of this universe by his masters, they were kneeling before his lord, a position of submission to their power and authority.
The man in question was a man whom screamed of an otherworldly presence, his many tatoo's upon his face showing runes of a long dead language, only given meaning by those whom know it's truth. He stood before a shrine in the upper levels of the hive, in plain site of those whom called the spire home.
"And the information given to us by our benefactor?"
"It is all accounted for my lord, all snippets of information required to succeed are within this book" the serf said as he handed his lord a questionably designed grimoire.
The lord opened the pages that gave pitiful mews of pain as he looked for the information he was seeking, skimming through the pages, the grimoire gave a slight shaking as though itwas in pain.
"Ahh yes. Naruto Uzumaki, Primarch of the Shadow Fox legion, Hokage of Konohagakure and many other titles... lets see here, apparently is a kind hearted individual that despises war, and tends to care for his own people, even so far as to risk himself for children... interesting"
"My lord?"
"Send for young Mira will you? It seems she will be an instrumental part in this plan"
"My lord... her parents... they will not approve of this"
"That is why you will bring them as well... I have a use for them"
The serf merely gave a bow of submission before scuttling away, his face bowed as he vacated the master's presence.
The Master merely looked upon the single statue within the shrine, it's figure of an otherworldly being, of darkest skin, the symbol of an eight pointed star upon it's chest while it's head formed the shape of a crown. Within his left hand a skull dripping with blood while within his right hand was a sword of an otherworldly power. Yet under the statue stood four symbols, each with their own repulsive aura, as though the individual above it represented them all.
"Soon... this one will be awaken to the great truth, a victory will be claimed by us my lord and the four will surely bless you and I with a bounty of gifts."
"In the name of the bloody hound, the Festering Rat, the Murky Raven and the coiling serpent. This primarch shall kneel to you all"
"For the Glory of the Primordial truth"

Eldrad was expecting some minor complications during this mission, yet what greeted him on the planet was something that could be useful to his goals.
Asuryani gathered around the clearing which his warhost had made camp, under the shadow of one of the few webway gates on this world, yet these fellow kin wore the yellow of another craftworld, one whom wished to see their people return once again to their glorious past, a time where they were the rulers of the stars and their domain was absolute.
They had once shown them the ways in which to avert She who thirst from their souls, and to make a safe haven for the souls of the departed so that they may have rest. Yet when they called the other craftworlds to action, to reclaim what was theirs Ulthwe deemed their goal a foolish end, that the great enemy must take higher priority than the restoring of a broken and long dead empire.
The children of Iyanden and Ulthwe had once more met in much stranger circumstances.
"Children of Iyanden, what purpose have you come to this world?" Eldrad spoke to the seperate warhost, a curious but cautious tone upon his lips.
The crafworlders parted, as one individual walked before them, he bore the standings of a high commander, a position of Autarch within their rigid structures, he was of a stern look, his face a look of perfection, yet bore scars of war upon his face, his left eye was merely a glowing amber lens, wraithbone grafted upon that side, yet the individual held a look of contempt for Eldrad and his warhost
"I should ask the same of you, Children of Ulthwe, you come to us on the eve of our liberation of this planet from the great enemy, yet you come not bearing tokens of gratefullness but of war. Why is that so?"
"Prince Yriel, of house Ulthanash, I Eldrad of house Ulthran come bearing a great omen, one that concerns the fates of all. We have cast the runes of fate and they have told of ancient words, of the ones who came before. Whom were masters of the sea of souls"
"What blasphemy you speak of?!" Yriel said, his face in a scowl of restrained hatred "The old ones are gone, our gods are broken and the great enemy has layed our people low! Ulthwe was asked for their service to restore our once broken kingdom, yet you forsake purpose for prophecy?!"
"Our actions have always been for the greater good of our people, even now we still scry the future for the continuation of our species"
"Yet what good has 'predicting' our future has been?" Yriel said, his tone lost of it's anger and now cold truth coming to bare "Even now our kin fight a war that claims too many of our lives, the exodite worlds are being threatened by enemies too numerous and you say now. At this time that prophecy shows it's hand?"
Eldrad unleashed his power, and the runes that filled the purpose of this warhost was laid bare before the children of Iyanden, the seers in Yriels council fell to their knees as they immediately understood what these runes meant. While Yriel stood in silent awe at the power each rune projected upon his young soul.
"Heed these runes, children of Iyanden. These runes call of a champion, either of life or death, the fate of all hangs on this thread. I come here to ensure that we as a people will live to see the dawn of light. To see that hope does not leave the eyes of my people."
At this, the torn remnants of the banner, in which the scry was cast upon was hoisted upon Eldrads hand, the image of a snarling fox showing all their purpose.
"This... is why we are here Yriel, this is why we must see this through. Prophecy nears us, and we must be ready to act"

"Lord Naruto. A pleasure to make your acquaintance"
This was the greeting that Naruto received upon entering the upper levels of the Hive city, yet even here Naruto was filled with a slight revulsion at the state that this planet was in. As one in tune with nature this world made his blood boil with how careless it has been treated, yet he merely had a look of stern resolution upon his face, lest he show his anger.
"Governor Lucient. I was not aware that you were informed of my arrival"
"Ahh yes. It seems that the Warmaster had sent an envoy in advance of your arrival to clarify the infractions that I have towards the wider Imperium, It has been a hectic time for myself and my world due to various logistic problems so supplies to the Imperium proper have been hamstrung due to bureaucratic incompetence"
Naruto could tell that the man was speaking some truth in that statement, yet his emotions were something amiss, as though it had been bleached of some parts which made him pause in both curiosity and concern.
"And the supplies that are to be given to the Imperium proper?"
"Already on their way towards the designated zones my lord. A mere re-correction on my behalf to remedy the situation"
Naruto gave a slight nod, yet this scenario had felt too easy. Instead he could feel something was not right with this world yet couldn't place where this sense of 'wrong' could be.
"Regardless. I have been given a duty by Horus, so I will fulfil it to the best of my abilities until such a time I feel I have satisfied what is asked of me"
"Of course my lord. In that regard I will provide you with the means of a guide"
the sound of thumping footsteps echoed from the dark corners of the room, as whines of machine and the tightening of flesh could be heard by both Naruto and the Governor, yet Naruto was not prepared for what he was about to encounter.
It was a amalgamation of flesh and steel, it's being slowly walking towards them, it's body was more machine in some parts than person, their cold, lifeless eyes and small head covered in both wires and machine parts, yet that was merely the outside shell of the being.
Naruto's gift of sensing emotions went far beyond the outwards emotions of a being, and could see even one's soul if he gives it even a glancing thought, but the soul of the being in front of him was a fragmented and broken mess, yet he could still see even their spiritual projection of themselves and he was horrified at what he saw.
"Unit 343-5647-U1, here to serve"
"Servitor unit. You are to escort Lord Naruto around the Hive city as required by his personnel, you are to assist him in any matters pertaining to his investigation or to any requirements he request. Do you acknowledge?"
"Prime directory acknowledged. I am ready to serve"
"Governor. What is This?"
"This is your guide, a servitor employed in the services of this planet"
"What... why is this, like This?"
"Oh... right, I forgot you elementians do not employ Servitors. These are people whom have been convicted of a crime that has offended myself or those whom are in charge of the day to day operations of my world, their punishment is to serve even during their death"
"What kind of crime does one have to do to become This? This is..."
"Amazing is it not? This allows us cheap, affordable labour that can work tirelessly on task that are 'unfit' for our personnel to waste time on. Indeed this is a miracle given to us by the mechanicum"
"There are More of these?!"
"Last I remember, this world has at least ten billion of these servitors in service, and uncountable numbers on other worlds within the Imperium"
A dead silence filled the room, yet a swell of pure anger seethes to a boiling point under Naruto's sight. He pulled his gaze from the servitor to look at the governor, his eyes beginning to bleed red.
"I need some time alone Governor, alone with this 'servitor'"
"But Lord Naruto... I still must give you proper introduction to the others in the Spire and"
"I said I need to be Alone" Naruto said, projecting his chakra upon the lone governor.
The man nearly fainted in fear before his feet responded with his flight reaction, vacating the area.
When he had left, it was only Naruto and the lone servitor that was to be his guide, yet he merely kneeled before the being before holding it in a warm embrace.
"Lord Naruto...Wha..aaaat are you do...ooing?" the small servitor responded to this emotional stimulus
"I'm soo sorry little one... I'm so Sorry" as Naruto felt a true sadness upon himself that such a thing was allowed to happen

"Lord Naruto"
Naruto had re-grouped with his entourage. His face was still in a look of sadness as he walked towards his comrades. Beside him was the lone servitor that was to be his guide and escort while on this planet.
When the servitor showed it's presence towards his squad the group was in silence as the amalgamation walked towards them, many within the group not understanding what this thing was that walked beside their primarch.
Their faces ranged in various states of both shock and sadness. Like Naruto they have not seen a servitor, even during their operations while fighting with other Imperial forces, the sight of Servitors was a true rarity among their Nations, due to the constitution and their independence from Imperial authorities regarding all different aspects, including their technology, because of this technological independence their nation did not rely upon Servitor based systems, instead relying on chakra based programs and simplified algorithms to do day to day operations of their technology, much to the Ire of some within the Mechanicum.
"My Lord... What is That?" One of his guards said as they gazed upon the lone servitor.
"This is something the Governor has 'gifted' to us in our investigation. He said it is a servitor, a convicted person turned into a machine to be used for their menial and monotonous task within their world"
"So this person is a slave... yet not of their own will or mind"
"It is worse than that" Naruto said "And I will not speak of this more than I need to"
"What a horrible thing to do to a person, I would not even wish this upon my enemy let alone someone whom was convicted of a crime" one of his companions said, their face in a mix of horror at looking at the lone servitor.
"Lord Naruto... what is your enquiry?" the small servitor said, it's eyes void of anything
"I only wish for you to stay by my side little one. You do not need to do anything else"
"Directive acknowledged"
"Who could do such a thing? Why would someone do this to another person! This is inhumane!"
"It pains me to say this. But this servitor is not the exception...It is the normal. They use their own prison system as a way to 'manufacture' these things, and the fact that these people could be convicted of even a simple 'crime' means that many of these people are innocent, merely either at the wrong place or the wrong time, wrongly convicted because of the Ire they had drawn from those in positions of power"
A stunned silence could be heard among the group, many different emotions flared upon their faces, yet the most prevalent was disgust and anger at such an atrocity.
"Wait a moment. When those mechanicum personnel were referring to repair servitors to perform repairs on our ships and such?"
"They were referring to these people.. yes" Naruto replied, a look of sombre upon his face
"Ohh sentinels... what have we elementians agreed upon?... why is this a thing?"
"We must make our camp away from this city...I will signal Inari to prepare a forward camp for us to make a safe haven. I cannot stand even thinking about what other horrors that might be seen from this city"

"Lord Eldrad, Lord Yriel. Scouts have discovered the presence of Mon'Keigh Astartes' that have made planet side. They are currently making a base of operations five clicks away from the hive proper, twenty clicks away from the old abandoned webway gates"
"These Mon'Keigh know nothing about what they are near. The thought of them being so close to a corrupted gate fills me with revulsion" Yriel said as his face held a look of disgust.
"Yet these Mon'Keigh are not seeking shelter within the Hive city proper, which means they are not trusting of the local forces. This is an interesting development" Eldrad Replied
The Two of them were merely observing the base of operations for the Astartes from a scrying crystal within their own war camp, while Eldrad assumed a meditative position, Yriel merely stood, glancing towards the projection shown forth by the scrying crystal.
"It seems that whomever is commanding these Astartes is indeed someone whom is rather hesitant to trust the local population. Yet I feel that they are not privy to the fact they are followers of the great enemy"
"Yet in any case" Eldrad said as he stood from his meditative stance "The fact that these astartes are here shows me that threads of fate are converging towards a singular event, and these Mon'Keigh astartes are going to be the main players upon which we must act"
At that moment, a lone Ulthwe scout rushed into the command tent and gave a salute to both Eldrad and Yriel. The lone Asuryani then took a knee and bowed before the two commanders.
"Lord Eldrad. Lady Fayeth has returned from her diplomatic mission with the Emperor's Children, she is urgently requesting to see you"
At this Eldrad rushed towards the entrance of the tent and saw the young Asuryani Fayeth, upon seeing Eldrad the young woman rushed and gave Eldrad a comforting embrace as Eldrad reciprocated the gesture.
"Uncle"
"My Niece. I feared of your passing when the runes foretold of your fate. I am happy that you still walk among us"
"Uncle... I thought I was going to die... I was soo scared" Fayeth started to give sobs as Eldrad held her in his arms, a gentle touch of her hair as she let forth her anguish while Eldrad gave soothing gestures
"You are safe now my child... None will harm you here"
After a few minutes of embracing each other, Fayeth had calmed down enough that Eldrad could ask her a few questions.
"Fayeth, I know this must be hard for you, but I must ask how you were able to escape?"
At this Fayeth gave her Uncle a tight hug before answering
"It was a Mon'Keigh Astartes that broke my shackles. He was not a son of Fulgrim, but instead was one whom followed a man by the name of Naruto. This man was close to Fulgrim, and looked to be one of his closest confidants"
"What was his name?"
"He called himself Bee. He carried the symbol of a great snarling fox on one of his pauldrons, while the other was a beast I do not know of"
"Was that Fox something like this?" Eldrad signalled to one of his warlock adepts whom revealed the tattered banner which was in the war host's possession.
Fayeth widened her eyes in recognition, she could not forget that symbol even if she wished to.
"That's it. That is the symbol he carried on his shoulder. I can never forget the details of that"
Eldrad gave a thought, his mind pondered the idea that maybe the commander of these astartes is much more than what he had envisioned. Casting the runes of fate once more upon the banner the runes started to become even clearer that prophecy was truly within their sites, as the image envisioned in his mind started to become more clear.
He gazed upon a figure, yet they only projected a golden shadow upon his image, as though they were still yet to attain what was prophecised, yet he could feel their presence as a time before chaos, where tranquillity, peace and the light of brilliant stars dotted the galaxy.
Taking care not to lament too much upon the vision, Eldrad steeled his resolve. He will find this champion and through his actions will steer them towards the path of ultimate victory for his people.

It had been three months since Naruto had begun his mission for the Warmaster, yet much had not changed in that small amount of time.
Elementia was still trying to find out why many of their female astartes were still in such bad conditions, quite a few of the female recipients has started to recover from their symptoms yet new conditions replaced them. This caused many within Elementia to try and find out what is causing these effects and so testing of these patients were being increased nearly on a daily basis.
"Sargent Mordrin. I see you are still as vigilant as ever." The nurse said as a lone astartes stood watch over a single room within the Hospital.
"I would have thought your Company Captain would have requested you back towards the front lines at any rate." the nurse asked the lone Astarte, one of her hands reaching for her hip
"Captain Bee gave me permission to remain stationed in Konoha, until such a time that sister Valhin is able to resume her duties"
"And this is not because you two have something going on?"
"I... do not know what you are suggesting nurse"
"Don't lie to me big man. I know Valhin only talks about you and wishes that she could 'hold her beloved in her hands like old times'"
"I... she really talks about me?" Mordrin asked, a tone of curiosity masked by his voice modulator
"All the time silly. Now just be a good dear and guard this door while I check on her for you... ok?"
"Consider it done"
The nurse gave a slight giggle as she walked into the single hospital room.
The room was much bigger than the size outside suggest, as a line of various markings which glowed a light shade of blue hummed around the room, giving it more of a mystical feel to it that a conventional room.
Inside was all the requirements needed for any patient, a single large bed made to accommodate any sized person along with an array of medical equipment, from a simple heart and blood pressure monitor to various connections required for basic necessities like Oxygen or chakra infusion. Along with this was a bathroom expansion with all the necessities for a person to both relieve themselves and clean their own body.
And resting upon the bed, was a lone female, this one of a grand stature compared to the nurse. She was reading a magazine for entertainment purposes when her eyes looked upon the nurse.
"Hello Nurse"
"Morning Sister Valhin... I am just here to perform your checkup today"
As the nurse begins her regular checkups, she notices some minor anomalies from her regular checkup scans. She starts to use her chakra to feel for any anomalies and starts to notice something odd.
"Valhin... have you had any of your symptoms subsided recently?"
"Now that you mention it. My bottom chest area is no longer in pain and I am able to start digesting my protein food now without being nauseated"
"And when did these symptoms started to subside?"
"Just this morning actually. I have actually been feeling moderately better now that the pain on my bottom chest has started to subside"
"I see" The nurse said as her hand glowed with Chakra, she paused as she went across a certain area as she felt something different.
"That's weird..." the nurse said
"What is wrong?" Valhin said, her voice giving a tinge of concern
"My chakra is fluctuating. That only ever happens if..."
the Nurse's eyes start to widen as she though of a scenario within her mind. Something from her years of practising that she only now picked up due to this new situation.
"Is everything alright Nurse?" Valhin asked
"I will be right back Sister Valhin.. Just stay right here, I promise nothing is wrong"
At that the nurse sprung into action, rushing past Sargent Mordrin who gave a look of caution.
Five minutes later she rushed back to the room with a doctor and a slew of new equipment that she had rushed into Valhin's room. This put Mordrin on edge as he started to fear the worse, yet was unable to do anything due to the protocols regarding the sisters of the legion.
Mordrin was beginning to visualise that something was going terribly wrong as various doctors and nurses started to gather within Valhin's room. Mordrin felt an eternity go by when in actuality is had only been thirty minutes since the first nurse had walked into Valhin's room. At last the nurses and extra doctors had cleared the room, looks of discovery upon their faces as the last to leave the room was the doctor and nurse that first rushed into Valhin's room.
"Sargent Mordrin" the doctor said, a look of joy upon their face
"Aye Doctor" Mordrin said, a tinge of anticipation upon his voice
"Valhin is expecting you"
"But what of the protocol?"
"The protocol is not needed anymore, we have figured out the illness that is effecting our sisters in arms... all thanks to Valhin... You can see her now"
Mordrin locked his bolter onto his person and rushed into the room. At seeing the crying face of Valhin he removed his helmet, showing a rather young face of a man, his defined cheekbones and brown hair were complimented by his blue eyes as he looked into the green eyes of his blonde haired companion.
"Valhin... why are you crying, are you going to die?" Mordrin asked... as he feared what she was going to tell him.
She gave a few more tears as she brushed her hand towards his cheek, "No silly... These aren't tears of sadness... they are ones of joy"
"I do not understand"
The nurse wired a machine behind the pair, as she had a smile upon her face as she was setting it up.
"It will all make sense Sargent... Now Valhin I need you to lift your shirt"
Mordrin was only confused as the nurse instructed Valhin to do simple instructions, a fluid like substance was applied to her lower abdomen as the device was turned on.
A simple wand like device was placed on her abdomen, where the liquid was pooled. While an image started to appear on the screen.
"And a little to the left... and... there"
Mordrin could not tell what he was seeing, yet could hear the heavy sounds of thumping. The image was not something he had any knowledge of so was in complete confusion. Valhin merely held his hand as she looked on, tears pooling under her eyes.
"There it is... you can see it's basic outline and the start of it's individual shapes"
"What am I looking at?" Mordrin asked, as he was being flooded with new information that made no sense to even his Astarte mind
"Congratulations Sargent... you are a proud father"
"I...I am a father?"
"You can see it's two feet, and it's hands are forming and it's little head. It's two hearts are beating strong and have no complications... and it even looks like" At this the nurse smiled
"It seems you have a growing healthy little boy"
"I... I have a son?"
"It's our son Mordrin... It's our little baby boy" Valhin said, as she held onto Mordrin's hand tighter, her tears not stopping
"I... I Have a Son!... I HAVE A SON!"
His fears was replaced with joy... he could not think of a time he had felt this hopeful and joyous. He held Valhin with a loving embrace as he kissed her with all his passion. He excitement was infectious as he gave into his happiness.
"I AM GOING TO BE A FATHER!"

News spread quickly within elementia and her sister worlds of the phenomenon. What was thought of as a disease was in fact a blessing in disguise. Those Sisters whom had loved ones near cried in celebration with their partners as they relished in the fact they carried new life, a basic human process blessing them where they thought the life of an astartes was to be vastly different from their human origins.
Hinata touched her abdomen gently, small tears coming from her eyes as she had been able to see the young life within her womb. The nurse was able to even tell it's gender, which was a boy.
Yet troubling news started circulating, of distant systems being consumed by warp anomalies, these have begun to hamper long distance communications, particularly with those whom are astropaths, psykers which Elementians use to provide long distance communication with their expeditionary fleets whom travel across the galaxy.
Hinata knew that to send a message across the Imperium was a great risk, transmitting a message across the great beyond means it could be subjected to all manner of things. The message could be changed, intercepted or even not reach it's destination at all.
Yet, as she sat upon that bed, she couldn't help but worry where Naruto was at this time.
"Can I come in my daughter?" a figure said as they walked into Hinata's room
"Father"
Hiashi Hyuuga had aged quite a bit, unlike her daughter whom ascended, Hiashi was still only just an Elementian, yet he aged like a fine wine and still had a great wellspring of life within his steps.
"Imagine my surprise when I receive word of the great gift that had befallen the sisters of the legion. Knowing you were here it would make sense that you would be concerned about your husband"
"Father... Naruto deserves to know... He always wanted a family for all his life"
"I will not doubt you on that my daughter. Yet he still has a duty to his fellow man" Hiashi said as he sat next to his daughter, holding her hand he gave a small smile
"And besides, do you have such little faith that Naruto would not come out of this conflict alive? He is the greatest shinobi of this generation, and indeed is a pillar of our whole society. If there was anyone whom could weather any catastrophe and return. It would be Naruto"
"All I say is this Hinata. Believe in him, believe that he will return to you and he will overcome any hardship that he must overcome"
"Do you think he would be happy about this?" Hinata said, uncertainty upon her voice
"Oh my daughter... He would be joyous beyond imagining. I could see him shouting to all in Elementia and the Imperium about his son and the gift that he has been given."
Father and Daughter talked about many things, such things that Hiashi wished he had talked about to his daughter a long time ago. Yet in these moments of tranquillity, perhaps he can not only teach her things he wished he knew, but also mend old wounds that he regrets.
