Chapter 17: One Last Shot
While Danny explained his plan to his team and allies, Colette was searching for something.
Or rather, someone.
She was looking for HER Danny, but can't seem to find him anywhere.
However, she was confident that she'd find him sooner or later. She smirked, as she felt like a lioness looking for her prey. Except her prey is nowhere in sight.
Not yet anyway.
"You can run, Mon Amore...but I vill catch you!..."She thought, as she arrived near Fenton Works.
She phased inside and tried to look for him. However, he wasn't here and she frowned.
"Where is he?!..."She demanded, getting impatient.
She phased out of it and began to search the area around the house, but she didn't see him there.
"I guess him coming home is a little too predictable. I guess he isn't just a cute face..."She thought, as she continued her search for him.
She then flew towards a place she'd usually never approach, Nasty Burger. She still didn't see him, she only saw Dash and his fellow jocks eating competitively a lot of the greasy food.
She made a face in disgust, unable to believe that she ever once hung out with them.
"I am SO glad these powers mean that I no longer have to associate with these kinds of idiotic peasants ever again!..."She thought as she flew away from the fast food joint and continued her search.
However, she still did not see her beloved future king.
She groaned impatiently, getting tried of the exhausting game of cat and mouse.
"I am growing tired of him playing hard to get. How can he expect me to be his beloved and someday bless him with children if he keeps this game up?..."She grumbled as she tried to think of an easier way to find him.
Seeing far too many obstructions to her view, she had an idea.
"Hmmm... I wonder if I destroy some random buildings, will I find him within some rubble or not?..."She considered, before shaking her head.
"No, too likely to hurt him..."She said, wanting him in one piece.
She then recalled a certain two people she despised. She realized that she would still need to get rid of those threats first, before she could officially become a queen and make Danny her king.
"Hmpt... I guess that I shall have to put this search on hold and go to my other objective. Destroy Starlight Spirit and Estelle first, and then I will make Danny love and worship me..."Colette thought, as she went to find her NEXT targets.
She flew through the skies in hopes of finding her other two main target of her aggression. With them gone, she'd be free.
Free to finally have what...and who she wants the most.
10 minutes later
Colette, or Imperatrice Royale Poltergeist, was looking for her enemy.
Her stepsister, rather than that annoying ghost girl, since she figured that she would be easier to get rid of.
"I should have targeted Estelle first rather than that stupid ghost girl. She's so much weaker..."She muttered, as she kept looking for her stepsister/arch-enemy.
She soon arrived to Star's neighborhood and began to search for her.
"Estelle has to be here. Where else would she be? She has no life of her own anyway..."She said, wanting to sooner be rid of her stepsister.
Unknown to her, someone else was plotting and making preparations to set a trap for the bratty villainess.
"There she is. Completely unaware that she is cornered like a rat..."Was heard.
"Do it..." Danny was heard ordering the first voice.
All the while, Colette phased inside and out of the Strong household and got frustrated.
"Ugh! where is that fille stupide?!..."Colette shouted in frustration.
Before she could consider breaking something, she noticed something in the corner of her eye that soon caught her FULL attention.
Colette saw Danny by a nearby mailbox and gasped in excitement the moment she spotted him. She then sported a predatory grin on her face.
"Mon amore, I found you!..."Colette shouted as she went to him.
He wasn't moving from the spot and she grinned even more, thinking that she has him right where she wants him.
"You can't get away from me! I have you right where I want you and you won't get away from me twice!..."Colette said as she was about to reach out and grab him.
However, the second that she laid a hand on him, her hand went through him, shocking the spoiled brat to her core.
She gasped.
"QUE DIABLE?!..."She exclaimed as she tried again to grab him again.
However, she couldn't hold him and her hands simply went right through him, the results not changing at all.
"VHAT IS THIS?!..."She demanded, not understanding what was going on.
She was growing increasingly angry, wanting Danny in her arms and destroy her foes soon.
Meanwhile
Hidden in a nearby alley, our heroes saw that she fell for the bait.
"Hook, line and sinker. I knew that she wouldn't be able to resist that..."Misty said, hands and eyes glowing.
As you can see, she created an illusion of Danny in order to fool their foe and get her distracted. A plan that was clearly working.
As that went on, the rest watched with glee at Colette's confusion and growing frustrations.
"I can't believe that worked..."Danny said, amazed at how well Misty's plan worked out.
"What I can't believe is that Misty is even ABLE to make a Danny hologram and make it seem so life like. Almost instantly too..."Starlight said, before staring at Misty in a suspicious manner.
Her woman's intuition caused her to be suspicious. Given Misty faked amnesia, this made her worry over something.
"Almost like she's done this before..."She said in an almost accusing manner, while Misty began to sweat a bit in nervousness.
Danny, still in his ghost form, raised a brow at that and felt that something was really weird here.
"Have you done this before?..."He asked, more out of curiosity than suspicion at the moment.
Misty flinched and started to sweat a bit, trying her best to answer back while keeping her cool and not give anything away.
"W-What? N-No! Of course not, this is the first time I ever did anything like this. Honest!..."Misty said, as she tries to remain calm but the shaky way she said it made everyone send her suspicious looks.
Danny, the person in question started to second guess his previous thoughts, as he felt awkward at the hidden implications of her still being very attached to him. The fact that she can apparently make HOLOGRAMS of him was a whole other issue too.
"I...I honestly don't know how to respond to this. I feel like she makes my mouth uncomfortable..."Danny thought, gulping as he pulled on his collar.
He decided to put that aside for now, as Sam kindly reminded them that they had to focus.
"We have bigger troubles to be concerned about, so let's focus on one problem at a time..."Sam said, focused on the task at hand but she did send a dirty look at the guilty looking sorceress who tried to ignore it.
Danny decided to save his concerns for later while Starlight rolled her eyes.
"Let's just deal with that witch and be done with her already. Then we'll deal with the OTHER witch in town!..."Starlight muttered, sending a dirty look to the magic user.
Misty heard this, becoming offended
"I am NOT a witch! I'm a SORCERESS! There's a BIG difference!..."Misty said, hands on her hips.
"Sorry!..."Starlight said, in a not-sorry tone, feeling that she didn't have any reason to be sorry about in this huge situation they're all caught up in.
Misty glared at her, but Danny quickly defused the argument before they possibly blow their cover.
"Focus! Let's work together now and deal with backlash later, okay?..."Danny demanded, making the two girls stop their bickering for now.
"Fine..."Both girls muttered, glaring holes at each other.
That's when they heard a loud booming sound.
"Uh... what was that?..." Sam asked, not liking the sound of that.
"Sounds like a sonic boom..." Tucker said.
"Sonic? You mean like the hedgehog?..." Star asked.
"No, it's the sound made when something goes so fast it breaks the sound barrier..." Tucker explained.
"Might be Colette, she's getting stronger. You might wanna change..." Danny said.
"On it..." Starlight said, as she changed forms while the others got ready.
Back with Colette
The fake redhead huffed angrily, not seeing the object of her hatred.
"Where is Starlight Spirit?..."Colette demanded, looking around. "I know that she is behind tricking me with that fake Danny!..."She shouted.
"Is that how your parents taught you how to ask for things?!..."Danny, as Phantom, said mockingly as he appeared before her.
"No, my papa says that if I want something, just say it and order a servent to make it happen..."Colette said in a spoiled way.
"Why am I not surprised?..."Danny muttered, rolling his eyes.
"I will say it again...Where is Starlight Spirit?..."Colette demanded, looking ready to destroy her.
Thankfully, Danny had a plan and started it.
"She...left. She...uh...fled to the Ghost Zone. She said that she understood that she was hopelessly outmatched..."Danny lied, hoping that Colette was soft headed enough to believe it.
Just as expected, she bought it.
"Ha! I knew that coward could not compare to the power of a Goddess such as myself!..."Colette gloated, posing with her arms above her head.
She gave one of them a kiss, her ego growing to global sizes, but that was not commented on as she glowed brighter. The glow intensified to the point of temporarily blinding everyone.
She didn't care as she continued to enjoy her supposed victory, while her target hated this.
"Why am I starting to regret part of this plan?…"Star muttered, covering her eyes.
Hearing that, Colette looked at her stepsister and had a malicious grin on her face.
"Ah, Estelle. Good of you to show up. You just saved me the trouble of tracking you down..."Colette said, hands at the ready for blasting.
"Believe me, I want this over with as soon as possible...Colette..." Star said, glaring at her.
"I see that Phantom must have already told you about me but I am IMPÉRATRICE ROYALE POLTERGEIST and you shall refer to me as such!..."Colette shouted.
"In your dreams!..."Star said, glaring daggers at her.
Colette saw that she wasn't cowering yet and frowned.
"I guess you really are stupider than the average dumb blonde, if you cannot see how hopelessly outmatched you are here..."Colette said, angering her stepsister even more.
"She REALLY has a death wish, doesn't she?..."She grumbled under her breath, while the spoiled brat scoffed.
"No matter. Now to get rid of another pesky blonde that annoys me..."She said, ready to get rid of her too.
"Okay, hurting an innocent girl is totally—…"Danny was blasted before he could finish.
"Ahp-pup-pup. You wait your turn, Phantom..." Colette said before seeing Star make a break for it.
Colette flew after her as Valerie followed and tried to shoot her down.
"Don't even think about it!..." Valerie shouted.
"Get away from me!..." Colette shouted, as she deflected her attacks.
"Haven't you messed with Star long enough, you maniac?!..." Valerie shouted, while the villain noticed something.
"Attendez une minute... that voice. Grey? Is that you?!..." Colette shouted.
"N-No!..." Valerie said, but it was too late.
"It iz you! I should have known that only you would have horrendous taste like that outfit..."Colette mocked.
Val gasped.
"Hey, I might not have designed this suit, a maniac did but-..."She was cut off when Colette fired at her.
"Vhatever, I never liked you in the first place...and... now I can rid myself of even more pests!..." Colette said as she blasted Valerie's hovercraft, causing her to head downward.
"NO NO NO NO NO NO!"... Valerie said as her sled slid on concrete before she's swung off, falling on her back as her hovercraft hit a dumpster.
"Valerie?!..."Star shouted in worry.
"Oh man!..."Tucker said in worry as he ran to the dumpster to check on her.
"HA! Where it belongs!..." Colette shouted, before laughing arrogantly.
Tucker ignored that as he helped her out of the dumpster.
"You okay?..."He asked, while Valerie sent him a flat look.
"Sorry, standard question..."He said, while Valerie checked her suit and saw that her hoverboard was damaged.
She groaned.
"Ugh... if it weren't for it being made by evil lunatics, I'd have gotten the extended warranty..." Valerie grumbled, as she wiped the trash off her suit.
Meanwhile
Star was still running for her life, while her maniac of a stepsister kept chasing after her.
"Well... I can't complain about not getting exercise..." She said under her breath as she reached the park.
Star panted loudly, leaning against a tree as Collette landed nearby. The glowing vanity stepped menacingly as she smirked.
"Out of breath and out of luck, are we?…"Collette quipped.
"Don't you ever take a break?..." Star asked, panting heavily.
"I'll break y-..." Colette stopped, her stomach grumbling.
"Shh! Not now!..."She whispered to herself, as she tried to ignore this.
"Huh?..." Star went, while the villain glared at her.
"Never mind what you heard! I will end you here and- Ohh..." Colette went, clutching her head tightly instead of aiming an attack.
Star raised an eyebrow, until an idea hit her.
"Wait...she's got these powers around the same time as me...and she's been using a lot of them. I wonder..."She thought.
"Wait a minute... when was the last time you ate?..."Star asked, getting an annoyed look from her enemy.
"I had my breakfast and I was too busy enjoying my glorious powers and trying to crush my enemies to even bother with something as insignificant as lunch, don't mess with me!" Colette shouted, attempting to attack but her stomach growled louder.
"UGH! What's happening to me?!..."She said, feeling horrible for some reason.
Star smiled at an idea, one to buy some time.
"Any chance I could get my last meal? I'm thinking escargot, foie gras, caviar and pigeon pie. Y'know? The foods you like..." Star said, smirking as she knew that the mention of food made this brat even hungrier.
"You shut up!..."Colette said before feeling light headed and started wobbling.
"Danny was right... she's burnt herself out like I did..." Star thought.
Colette apparently couldn't take it anymore and groaned.
"UGH! Wait here! I'm raiding the only restaurants worth raiding! And NON, I am NOT bringing anything back for you!..." Colette said before flying off.
"Great, that bought me like... 10 minutes. Now... where's the city limits?..." Star asked as she ran off.
Once she did, she came across the rest of the team.
"Where's Colette?..." Danny asked.
"Off to grab a quick bite..." Star answered. "Apparently she skipped lunch too and is suffering for it..."She said, while her boyfriend smirked.
"Serves her right..."He said.
"How long do we have?..." Sam asked.
"Since we're far from where she usually eats, that'll be a while..."Tucker answered.
Star nodded, ready for the next part of the plan.
15 minutes later
Colette or Empress Whatever had returned, having finished eating something fast at a very fancy French restaurant that she just raided.
"Hmpt! That caviar hardly counts as an appetizer but at least I am not dizzy anymore. Now to get back to what I came for..."Colette thought, wanting to be rid of Star.
Seeing Star gone, she groaned. Heading back into the sky, she saw what looked like Star, waving to her.
"Here I am!..." She called out.
Colette flew towards her, while the others were getting into place.
"You sure this'll work?..." Misty asked, worried.
"You did say what her exact words were. This is just our best idea..." Danny said.
"How will we know when her powers go?..." Misty asked.
"If I'm right, she'll lose her ghost aura. That's a sign it works..." Danny explained.
''Alright..."Misty said, deciding to trust his word while the blonde girl got into place.
"I'm gonna miss these powers again..." Star thought, while her enemy now stood before her with a menacing look on her face.
"There you are, Estelle. Now, where were we?..." Colette said, but to her surprise, her stepsister raised her hands in a "surrender" fashion.
"Well... you win..." Star said, stepping over Amity Park's city limits. "You got rid of me. I am not leaving Amity Park..." She said, presenting where she is now.
"Not how I imagined it, but it will suffice. You living on with the knowledge that you lost still brings joy to my soul... Ha!..." Colette went.
As she laughed mockingly, the glow on her body disappeared in an instant.
"Her glow is gone... does that mean her powers are gone too?..." Tucker whispered.
"One way to find out..." Misty whispered back.
She nodded to Danny Phantom, who nodded back.
"I won't allow this!..."Danny said as he appeared before her, as if to challenge her.
"You step aside! I have my Danny to get back to... though I suppose you can start bowing to me like the goddess I've become!..."Colette said in a haughty way.
"We're NOT gods, Colette, and you don't get to act like one!..." Danny stated.
"That's what you think!..." She went, aiming her hand.
"When I am done, you'll be wishing that you took up my offer to be my man servant!..."She said, while she was about to swing her arm back and send the half ghost hero flying with a powerful attack of energy.
She motioned to fire a blast, only for nothing to happen. She tried it again, but the nothingness repeated, causing her smugness to go.
"Huh?!..." She let out, confused.
Everyone smiles, realizing her wish was fulfilled.
"What's wrong? Feeling a little... powerless?..." Star asked as she stepped back into Amity Park.
"You dare to come near me?!..." Colette shouted, waving her arms to unleash her power, but finding nothing happening.
"Vhat is going on?! Where are my powers?!..." She demanded, and then felt a pair of rings forcefully appear over her, returning her hair back to normal. The only thing that remains was her mask for some reason.
"What is going on? What did you to do me, my powers and my glorious fiery hair?!..."Colette demanded, wanting to know what just happened.
"Oh... you mean the powers you gained from your wish?..." Misty called out.
"The same wish that was just fulfilled, since you "got rid of them" now?!..." She said, smirking while the brat looked confused and horrified.
"As promised, you got rid of both Starlight Spirit and Star Strong...they both left town...but you never actually specified how to get rid of them or for how long. That's the funny thing about magic: there's always a loophole..."Misty said, smirking as she watched the girl stripped of her powers.
The spoiled brat gasped and began to throw a fit.
"Vhat?! No! That's not what I-..." Colette went as she felt coldness at her feet.
Looking down, she saw ice forming around her, up to her knees.
"What the?!..."She exclaimed, only to see that it was Phantom who was freezing her.
"That's for the kiss!..." Danny said, having been the one to trap her.
"N-No!..." Colette went, trying to break free, but found out that she couldn't and she was also very cold now too.
"Looks like Miss whatever her name was has gotten herself some cold-feet. And she never got to the chapel, not that she could..."Phantom quipped, angering her even more.
"You can't do this to me! I finally settled on a name!..."Colette shouted, wanting her powers back.
"Don't care..."Danny said, as he floated down to join his girlfriend and friends, while the bratty girl began to scream and throw a tantrum.
"NO! This iz not fair! I was finally winning! You all tricked me!..."Colette accused, wanting to lash out but couldn't.
"Duh! Who said we would fight fair? Especially when you clearly don't..."Sam said, still amazed that brat fell for it.
"And with that, it's time to give back what you've dished out for so long..."Star said as she grinned, pounding her fist into her hand.
Misty gulped, partially glad she was not the target of the girl's wrath. However, part of her wanted to join in on the fun.
"Good news Misty, I almost forgive you... because I'm about to get one heck of a workout!..." She said, as she marched to her now trapped stepsister, fists ready.
Colette realized what she meant and panicked.
"You wouldn't dare! Mama would destroy you!..."The spoiled brat pointed out in a cowardly fashion, but her stepsister scoffed.
"She'd have to learn the context of what you did to earn this. Besides, you are wearing a mask right now. You wanted to get rid of me, you just weren't clear on how or whether or not I'd come back..."Star said as she cracked her knuckles.
"Besides, even IF she finds out about this and for some reason thinks that I should be grounded for a week for doing this...well, then it's worth it..."Star said, as she pulled her arm back as Colette cowered.
"I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE SPECIFIC!..." She cried before a fist connected with her face.
"That one was for the dumb blonde crack! The rest is for all the rotten things you've done to me, My Boo and our friends..."Star said, ready to hit her again.
Danny grinned.
"This is gonna be good..."He said.
"You said it..."Tucker said as he turned his PDA on and hit record.
Just in time, Star started hitting Colette even harder and giving a whole new meaning to the word karma.
And probably redefining Colette's perception of pain and misery. Especially physical pain and misery.
"Ouch! No! Stop, you savage brute!...wait...what are you...AH, MY LEG! You brute!...wait...no...I don't think that's suppose to twist that w-AHHHH!..."Colette's screams and pitiful cries for mercy were called on unsympathetic ears.
All the while, Star proceeded to beat her stepsister black and blue and get payback for the entire ordeal they faced.
Misty saw this and cringed as she witnessed the brutality.
"She's...a lot more violent than I remember..."She commented as she watched the dainty-looking blonde pound her hated step-sister into paste.
Danny heard this and grinned with a lovesick look that was pointed directly at Star.
"Awesome, isn't it?..."He said, earning a strange look from the teen sorceress.
Misty could not help nodding, despite herself, also being glad the she wasn't on the receiving end of that beat down.
After about 10 or so minutes, Star was still beating the living daylights out of her hated stepsister, until her boyfriend had to hold her back.
"Uh, Star. Not that this isn't fun to watch but I don't think you should stop or you might break some laws. It'd be hard to explain in the end..."Danny said.
"Yeah, I still haven't gotten a turn! You know everyone wants to pound her into unconsciousness too!..."Sam complained, wanting to hit Colette too.
"Same here..."Jazz said, getting a look from her brother.
"What? You guys aren't the only ones who hate this brat? Heck, I think half of Amity Park does at this point and I'm referring to the half that doesn't fall for her innocent, manipulative act..."Jazz said.
"And I've hated her almost as long as you have and I still owe her for what she did to my suit and hover board, Star. So, stop being greedy..."Valerie said, itching for some payback.
Star pouted but sighed.
"Fine, just give me a second!..."Star said, before delivering another punch across Colette's face.
This last one sent Colette falling back, hitting the back of her head in the process
Star panted, taking a deep breath as she ended the terror inflicted on her step-sister. Almost tempted to add in one last kick, the girl had to be pulled back to ensure no more blood was spilled, at least from her.
Her pitiful stepsister, on the other hand, was too hurt to think properly.
"So...much...pain..."Colette whimpered out, her once flawless skin was now almost different shades of green, purple, blue, and other bruise colors.
However, it didn't end as each of the girls took their own sweet time in getting payback by hitting, kicking, and using anything nearby as weapons on her. Misty witnessed this and shuddered while Tucker continued to record. Danny stood by and watched, already having exacted his revenge.
"Don't you wanna join in?..."Tucker asked, since he knew how much Danny hated Colette.
Danny waved his hands in front with a content smile.
"I think I already got half of my issues thrown when we were fighting. Plus, this is too much fun to stop watching..."Danny said, as he watched Colette receive a black eye from Valerie and a bruised lip from Sam's dirty boot.
"True..."Tucker admitted as the beatdown continued.
After another 5 minutes or so, Colette fell to the ground once the ice melted, but not before receiving a lot of bruises and cuts.
"What did I do to deserve this?..."Colette let out in a pained way, unable to move.
"I think we gave her a concussion..."Star said, studying their work and admiring the injuries.
"I'm amazed that she's still conscious after all of this. Whatever, this will make a great home movie or pick me up...maybe even blackmail, if needed..."Tucker said, checking to see how much space was left on the PDA.
The girls and Danny sent him a look...before grinning to themselves.
"Be sure to send me a copy of that as soon as you can..."Star said, giving the boy a wink.
"Me too. I could use it when my parents are out for the night..."Sam said, grinning.
"Same here..."Jazz said.
"Don't leave me out. I can use a laugh..."Valerie said, while the enemy of the day gasped in disbelief by their attitude.
"Seriously?! You not only brutally attack me and left me like this but also wish to relive the moment?! Do you all have no sympathy for me at all?!..."Colette shouted, coughing in pain.
"Isn't it obvious!?..."Everyone, including Danny and Misty, answered with yelling tones.
The teens, exhausted emotionally from venting and taking advantage of the moment, backed away, finally giving Collette room to breath, reeling back from the collective pain inflicted on her.
At this point, Collette looked worse than a horror movie victim.
"I vill make you pay!..." She went.
"Maybe you can use the money you won't get to do some reconstructive surgery? Like that nose job you made me get during my Freshman year! Maybe THIS time, the doc will give you a new nose that DOESN'T look as fake as your hair!..." Star shouted, angering her stepsister even more.
Despite her injuries, Colette tried to get up but struggled, her arms almost broken as the pain was immeasurable. However, she wasn't done yet with her rage.
"Zhis...is not...over! You may have beaten me now but I vill get revenge. And I am suing you all for assault and making you pay for ze hospital bill..."Colette yelled, but her arms gave out, making her hit the ground.
She was heard groaning in pain.
"Seriously? You actually think you any sane lawyer would represent you if you were to give the context of the situation!?..."Star scoffed at the audacity of her stepsibling.
Colette slowly turned her head to face them.
"Even if I'm powerless physically, I...am...STILL...wealthier than all of you put together! I am a Bevier! My future is still mine, and it will always be better than yours and I still have way more money than you all can ever hope to have!..."Colette said, still under the impression that she was somehow at an advantage here.
"If only she knew..."Sam whispered to Star, who nodded.
Colette didn't hear this as she began to scream and rant. All that mattered was her pain and how she's lost her powers.
"You will pay for everything as I-..."She shouted, before coughing due to pain catching up, almost making her pass out.
"Finally..." Sam said with an eye roll.
"I think that's enough for today...probably..."The resident sorceress said, walking up to Colette.
Misty smirked, as she used her spell book and cast a much more befitting spell on this rotten-to-the-core brat.
"Uh...Misty, not that I care but what are you doing?..."Star asked, seeing her read the book.
"Just watch. Now that she's weak and can't fight back, I can finally do this..."Her rival said, placing a hand on Colette's forehead.
"Yuàn zhège rén guòqù sān gè xiǎoshí de jìyì xiāoshī!..."Misty chanted, as her eyes and hands glowed.
Colette froze as her pupils shrunk as a green aura surrounded her and briefly made her glowing visible for a few quick seconds.
"What are you doing to her?..."Danny asked.
"Oh, just wiping her memory of the whole event, along with us kicking her butt. As much fun as it was, NOBODY wants this to happen again, especially us..."Misty explained, as Colette's body flash with radiated light, bursting into rainbow colored energy before all light was gone.
The defeated Colette laid on the ground, her body stiff as though it hit rigormortus. She felt pain but blinked, not knowing what happened and how she got like this.
"What the? Why can't I remember anything?!..."She demanded, as she had no idea or any memory of how she got here or why.
"What am I doing in this ridiculous mask?! And why do I feel like I was just attacked by a savage, beastly gorilla?!..."She asked, hissing in pain as her body cracked with movement.
"Now for one last touch. Qù lèsè chǎng!..."Misty chanted as she cast another spell.
Colette screamed and soon vanished from the spot. The others blinked in surprise.
"Wow, what you do to her?..."Danny asked, sounding happy that she was gone.
"Oh, just somewhere that she deserves to be..."Misty said with a smirk, knowing exactly where she sent the spoiled brat.
Elsewhere
Colette ended up landing in the middle of the city dump.
She sat up, covered in the filth that made up the place as most cling to her body like a second skin. Flies drew near as they buzzed around, looking to either nest or feed on her hair.
"WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! QUEL BORDEL?!..."She screamed as she fell head first into a filthy and discarded bath tub that was filled to the brim with trash and more trash.
Once she came to, she quickly covered her nose and mouth. She didn't know how or why she got here, but she wanted to leave ASAP.
"SOMEONE IS GOING TO PAY FOR THIS!..."Colette screamed, and said screams echoed throughout the town, reaching all the way to garbage truck driver when he heard an unruly sound, but thought nothing of it and went on his merry way.
Back with Danny
"SOMEONE IS GOING TO PAY FOR THIS!..."Colette's screaming voice was heard from a distance.
Danny and the others all laughed at this, happy to see that justice has been served.
"It's not enough for what she tried to do, but I am oddly satisfied with this outcome..."Danny said, glad that Empress Whats-her-face is no longer a problem and karma hit Colette.
"Same here..."Star said, pleased.
The others were the same.
However, their celebration was cut short when they recalled that Misty is still here. The teenage sorceress put her book away in her backpack, but soon saw that everyone was looking at her.
"Uh...what?..."Misty asked.
Star frowned.
"I think we need to talk..."She said, recalling her role in this mess.
Misty blinked, but then saw her standing next to Danny Phantom and frowned.
"Yeah, I think we do..."She said, frowning at her.
Both girls glared at each other, while Danny sighed.
"Why do I get the feeling that dealing with Colette is gonna be a lot easier than this conversation?..."He thought, rubbing the back of his head as he knew this is gonna be complicated.
