From Mami in Mi Familia: Hola Familia, Valentines weekend is coming up and I know Britt has a gig but after dinner all the couples can go party and we would love to spend the time with our grand babies.
''Familia?'' Santana asks looking around from her position cuddled against Brittany's side around the fire pit they lit up so the kids could roast marshmallows.
''Santanita?'' Emilio asks curiously.
Santana glances at her sister and winks. ''You all know that I fired Liz right?'' She smiles slightly as everyone just hums and glances around. ''Well I found the perfect agent, someone who does accept my relationship and who will support me if people decide to turn their backs on me.''
''Who?'' Maria and Julia ask simultaneously, Santana wraps her arm around her sister as she sits down beside her with Liv and smiles.
''Ab's.''
''You serious?''
Abi laughs as she hears everyone but their friends loud voices and nods her head. ''Si, we are serious.'' She confirms. ''Santanita and I talked a lot about it the past few weeks after she fired Liz and after a meeting with Will Schuester and a long talk with Liv, I decided to finally start the career I studied for and what better way than to start representing my little sister?''
''That's amazing news girls!'' Maribel exclaims with a big grin as she walks over to hug them tightly, Santana chuckles standing up in her mami's arms as the rest of their family joins them and kisses her sisters cheek as she slides up beside her.
''Ab's will start her job with a little bit of stress though, the movie premiere is in two weeks and Britt will be my date.''
''We will handle that.'' Abi reassures with a grin. ''Besides Britt is hot, quite famous herself and currently the talk of the city now that Angel FC could enter the semi finals, so people love her.''
''Thanks?'' Brittany asks chuckling, Santana snickers as Liv just turns to Abi with an eyebrow raised and shakes her head.
''Mine, Hermana.'' She breaths out chuckling. ''Stay with your own Blonde.''
Liv and Brittany both laugh as Abi turns bright red and turn to each other in amusement. ''Didn't they tell us that, ethnic people don't blush?'' Brittany asks curiously.
Liv sucks in her lips as Abi and Santana both turn on their heels to look at them with an eyebrow raised and just nods her head. ''Yeah but.'' She tugs Brittany up smirking as she picks up on her silent hint and chuckles. ''Looks like it only counts for all other ethnic people, they do blush and pretty bright too.''
''Yeah sometimes it feels like I am dating Mrs Crabs.'' Brittany agrees snickering, Nicolas giggles as he hears his mami and aunt gasp and runs over nudging Brittany and Liv.
''Run Britty, you too Tia Liv!'' He warns laughing as everyone doubles over laughing.
Brittany snickers quickly stepping over the log she just sat on and pulls Liv with her, she looks over her shoulder locking eyes with Puck and smirks. ''Come on Noah, let's change.'' She sprints off as Santana tries to grab her and laughs. ''Be right back.'' She calls out still pulling Liv with her knowing Puck will follow.
''I regret allowing them to hang out alone.'' Abi grumbles as she watches her fiance, Brittany and Puck jog into the house. She turns to her sister as everyone laughs and shakes her head. ''Our kids won't be the reason we will turn gray, they will be the reason.''
''They hang out alone?'' Maria asks in surprise, Santana nods her head and chuckles.
''Yeah Liv, Puck and Brittany occasionally meet up at one of our houses to game.'' She tells them. ''It immediately clicked between Britt and Liv, we often received a message the past few weeks that they were either at Puck's or Britt's house to game and that dinner would arrive shortly after we got home.''
''San, Q and I spend a lot of time together the past few weeks so I could see how their career runs and what I have to do.'' Abi explains. ''We were often out till late so Puck and Britt just called Liv up after they finished work and invited her over or she called them.''
''After we ate we all hung out, talked about our day and relaxed for a bit.'' Quinn adds chuckling. ''The kids were already out cold so we either carried them to the car or just decided to crash in the same house and leave the next morning.''
''The kids were with them?'' Julia asks smiling lovingly.
Santana nods her head and smiles. ''Yeah Britt has a gaming room but she moved some things around and also created a play corner for the kids, Nic sometimes joined them depending on his screen time and kicked their asses playing Fifa and the girls absolutely adore the huge dollhouse Brittany bought and build up in the room for them to play with.''
''But unpleasant things before playing.'' Abi adds chuckling. ''Britt and Liv sit down with Nic and Soph whenever they have homework and Puck would play or cuddle with Beth,
''So they make sure the three of you can relax and know the kids are happy and your partners are also relaxing.'' Michael breaths out grinning.
Santana hums and chuckles. ''Something I didn't expect at all but it's appreciated and Nic loves spending time with them and knows that I was barely home because I helped his Tia settling into her new job.''
''We appreciate this weekend off though and even though we are going clubbing to enjoy Britt's gig, we will be back here tonight and spend the rest of the weekend with all of you.'' Quinn breaths out.
Abi hums in agreement and glances at the time. ''Yeah so we have to get ready too, we need to leave in half an hour.'' She looks up at Maria and winks. ''You joining Sobrina?''
Esmeralda snickers as her daughter turns to her and nods her head. ''Go, we.'' She mentions her hand to the adults and smiles. ''We will all stay here tonight, I am sure Amy will love to play with Nic, Beth and Soph before bed.''
''Come on.'' Santana breaths out with a big grin as Maria and Michael both turn to them nodding their heads. ''Let's change, it's time to get our drink on!''
A few hours later.
''Thanks Jess!'' Santana calls out as she takes the seven Love Heart shots containing white chocolate liqueur, strawberry liqueur, strawberry Vodka, whipped cream, sprinkles and a gummy heart.
She walks over to the group handing everyone their glasses and glances at the booth knowing Jess brought one shot up too, she smiles as she sees Brittany reaching for the microphone and holds up a finger as she turns to the group.
''Alright guys, tonight's drinks are our Love Heart shots.'' Brittany holds the shot glass up and smirks. ''And the Lick her right drink, twenty percent off the next three hours!'' She smiles as everyone cheers and holds her shot glass up, winking. ''Let's get this party started!''
Santana twirls to her sister as Bottoms Up blasts through the speakers and lifts her shot glass. ''Bottom ups!'' She calls out, she throws her head back, feeling Abi's shoulder against the back of her head as she downs her shot and rolls her hips to the beat as she feels her and Liv's intertwined hands on her hip.
''This drink is dangerous.'' Maria breaths out laughing. ''It's delicious, but I am pretty sure it's only alcohol.''
Santana nods her head in agreement and snickers. ''Yeah only liqueurs.'' She agrees. ''But it tastes like heaven.''
''Alright so you all know every event, Avalon offers a special.'' Brittany starts as the music once again softens. ''Everyone agreed that it's time that our beautiful ladies behind the bar would have some fun too so, come on up here ladies!''
Santana watches Kelly the bartender from downstairs and Jess the bartender running the V.I.P area jump on top of the bars, raising an eyebrow as they step onto a platform that rises up to float above the dance floor and stop directly in front of Brittany's booth. ''They asked me to mix a song they could dance to, I can't mix without dancing to it myself so.''
''Wait..'' Santana breaths out as they all watch Brittany climb on top of the booth to jump onto the platform. ''She is dancing?'' She asks in surprise.
''Looks like it.'' Everyone around her breath out just as surprised.
''I decided to join them.'' Brittany breaths out grinning. ''My partner DJ Blaze will take over for this one, so give him a huge welcome guys.''
''Who is that?'' Maria asks curiously.
''Jay.'' Santana breaths out as the others shrug her shoulders. ''He is a waiter and cook at her restaurant, he took over mixing whenever she can't, he just uses mixes she prepared for him.''
She turns back to the platform as she hears several catcalls and raises an eyebrow as she notices her girlfriend and the two women beside her wear similar black glitter crop tops, she tilts her head as the into to Hips Don't Lie blasts through the speakers and gulps thickly as she notices Brittany only moving her hips to the beat the rest of her body aside from her hips staying still.
''Holy shit, girl got moves.'' Maria breaths out in surprise as Puck just lifts his phone to record it, Santana hums noticing the other two sloppily moving their hips, not quite managing to control their bodies the way Brittany does and gulps thickly as Jess slides behind Brittany, her hand hovering over Brittany's chest as it pumps up on the beat.
Abi snickers as Santana's jaw drops the second the song smoothly switches to Whenever, Wherever and reaches out to close her mouth as they all watch the muscle play of Brittany's abs as soon as she rolls her hips to the beat. ''Careful Hermana, I don't think anyone want to wipe away your drool.''
''They have to wipe away someth…'' Liv cuts herself off with a groan as Santana throws her elbow in her stomach and smirks. ''Am I wrong?''
''Just shut up.'' Santana breaths out blushing bright red, she shakes her head as they burst out laughing and locks eyes with Brittany as the song ends.
She bites her lip as she notices the sexy wink she shoots her with a smirk on her lips as Kelly and Jess pat her back and shakes her head again as she watches Brittany climb back over the booth after she slipped her jacket back on so no one sees the tattoo on her back.
''Alright ladies, let's show the men around here how to dance!'' She raises an eyebrow as Brittany's voice once again fills the area and glances at the girls around her with a smirk as Apple Bottom Jeans blasts through the speakers.
''Come on!'' Quinn exclaims grinning as she pulls her onto the dance floor pulling Liv, Maria and Abi with them.
Maria laughs as she notices Brittany's eyes immediately travel down to Santana's ass and leans closer as they all move their hips to the beat. ''Not even one second and her eyes are on your ass, Santanita.''
Santana smirks as she moves to the music and winks as Maria pulls back. ''Two can play this fucking game.'' She breaths out as she dips down, she slowly sways her hips back up hearing cheers all around her and laughs as her sister just shakes her head in amusement.
She looks up over her shoulder, her eyes immediately locking on blue orbs still partially hidden behind the mask and smirks as she notices Brittany biting her bottom lip. She rolls her hips laughing as Brittany's eyes widen the second an unplanned scratch enters the song and shakes her head.
''Holy hell you distracted her.'' Liv laughs out, having heard the change in the song.
''But she fixed it immediately.'' Quinn breaths out chuckling as the song switches to Higher Love, Santana just smirks as they all shake their heads in amusement and locks eyes with Puck as he dances up behind Quinn.
She smiles as Liv and Abi immediately tug her in their middle and kisses their cheeks. ''I will bring her a drink up.'' She walks over to the bar as they nod their heads and holds up two fingers as soon as she locks eyes with Jess, she smiles as she just waves her over allowing her to walk through the doors to join her and stands beside her.
''Enjoyed the show?'' Jess breaths out teasingly as she mixes the drinks Santana just ordered.
''It was amazing.'' Santana breaths out chuckling. ''Nice moves.''
''Thank Diamond for that, she came up with the mix and the choreography within hours.'' Jess replies chuckling. ''Kell's and I just went with it.''
''Do I have to announce your presence?'' She asks as she fills two glasses after adding a sugar rim, she holds them up for Santana as she shakes her head and just nods her head to the stairs.
Santana walks up the stairs after thanking her, making sure she won't spill the drinks in her hand and slowly opens the door leading to the inside of the booth. She walks in nodding her head as Jay slips past her with a grin and walks over to her girlfriend mixing Hey Mickey! After placing the drinks on the table beside the door.
She places her hands on either side of Brittany against the turning table and kisses her shoulder. ''Are you a parking ticket?'' She husks out. ''Because you have fine, written all over you.''
She laughs as Brittany just shakes her head trying her hardest to concentrate on the mix and wraps her arms around her waist, she kisses her shoulder again and smirks against the warm skin. ''Thank god for you being the giant you are.''
''Can I have that on paper too?'' Brittany muses as she leans back against her. ''You say so many things I can use in my favor, but somehow we never have witnesses.''
''Nope why do you think I only say things like that whenever we are alone?'' Santana asks in amusement, she laughs as Brittany shakes her head and glances at the dance floor. ''Can I request a song for Maria and Michael?''
''Which one?''
''Replay.''
''Iyaz?'' Brittany taps her laptop selecting the song as she feels the vibration of Santana's hum and adds a longer remix she prepared to play right after, she tugs Santana in front of her and smiles slightly as she turns to her in surprise.
''What about people recognizing you because of me?'' Santana asks trying to hide her face.
''Fuck it.'' Brittany murmurs against her temple after kissing it. ''I will have a meeting with Sue next week to talk about it and it's valentines day, I want to enjoy it with my girlfriend.'' She grabs Santana's hand showing her how to mix the song and glances at the dance floor smiling as she notices Michael and Maria dancing closely. ''That is their song?''
''Yeah they met during one of his concerts.'' Santana breaths out as she watches her cousin with a loving grin. ''Maria falls in love fast but I think she finally found the right person to fall in love with.''
''How long are they together?''
''Together for three, married for a year and a half.'' She whispers as she leans her head back against her toned shoulder. ''Nice dance by the way.''
''You liked it?'' Brittany laughs as Santana just raises an eyebrow as soon as they lock eyes and kisses her softly. ''Nice moves on the dance floor.'' She compliments with a grin.
''Oh I know, I heard the unplanned scratch.'' Santana teases, she laughs as she hears her soft grumble and kisses the underside of her jaw. ''I see it as a compliment, so thank you.''
''It is.'' Brittany breaths out chuckling. ''Nobody managed to distract me before, Jay had a blast and couldn't stop laughing.''
''He knows?'' Brittany nods her head and smiles slightly.
''Jay, Kitty, Marley, Emslie and Press know.'' She murmurs. ''I am pretty sure Sue knows too, that is probably the reason why she wants to have a talk next week.''
''Nothing bad.'' She reassures quickly as Santana frowns. ''We can date whoever we want, I think she wants to prepare me for the paparazzi mob that will chase me around the second word gets out that we are dating.'' She explains. ''Sue is dating Holly Holiday, known for several amazing movies too so she knows how to handle those fuckers.''
''Let's hope those fuckers leave you alone during soccer and at the restaurant.''
''Probably not but Sue will make sure they can't enter the Stadium and the crew will make sure they stay far away from the restaurant too.'' Brittany turns to her and smiles slightly. ''Talking about the crew, Marls and Kitty invited us to their housewarming party next weekend.''
''I have to be on set but I will be done around seven.'' Santana breaths out. ''With or without Nic?''
''With.''
''Can you take him with you? I can ask Q to drop me off after work.''
Brittany nods her head, kissing her forehead as she realizes how much trust Santana has in her and glances at her laptop. ''I will.'' She murmurs softly, she taps Just the way you are as the finished mix comes to an end and clears her throat. ''Could you grab my phone out of the pocket of my leather jacket?''
Santana nods her head slipping away from between her and the turntables and walks over to the chair, she reaches into Brittany's jacket pocket raising an eyebrow as her fingers graze something soft.
She takes it out blinking as she notices that it's an infinity red rose and turns on her heels. ''What is this?'' She asks curiously.
''A rose for you.'' Brittany replies grinning. ''Your valentine gift was a bit too big to bring with me, but that one is from me and from Nic.'' She turns on her heels, taking off her mask after playing another finished remix and walks over to her.
''Nic wanted to give you something for valentines day too, we both brainstormed during the minutes we were alone before Noah and Liv came over with the girls and came up with two things.'' She explains as Santana just frowns in confusion. ''The original gift is a bit too big but he will give it to you tomorrow, this one.''
She taps the rose and smiles. ''Belongs to the gift too though, I normally hate gifting flowers because they wilt and you only enjoy it for a few weeks.'' She breaths out, she locks eyes with Santana and smiles slightly. ''This one will never wilt just like Nic's love for you Santana.''
She slides her phone out of the back pocket of her jeans and taps the voice memo Nicolas recorded for Santana to hear after she asked Maribel to record him for her, she holds it up for Santana and smiles. ''Just listen.''
