Another hugely overhauled chapter from the original Ben10 and a Vampire Capu2. Though I'm gonna be honest… I'm kinda not feeling it anymore. Its not that I lost love for either series, but its one of those stories you feel ya gotta stop and/or take a break from, ya know?
I am still planning on rewriting everything I have in this Ben10/Rosario series… but after that, I'm really not sure. As this kinda bothers me. Remember, this story has been adopted by me from at least 3 other writers, and left unfinished each and every time. Out of all of them, I wrote the most… TWICE if you count this rewrite and the previous story. This story barely gets any views or reviews anymore either. And there is a reason why:
The Reboot. More specifically, back in 2016 when it started, which is also around the time I started this fanfic series. It reignited the audience and the trend for Ben10, which gave my stories so many views. Now that it is done, people have moved on. It's a sad reality that I have to accept. Of course, there is the rumors of another Ben10 show in 2022-2023, but who knows how that'll turn out and even if it does well, Rosario has clear age behind it. Even WITH its cult following.
Like I said, I'm probably gonna keep going until I revamp the entire Ben10/Rosario series I have. And after that… it might be time to say goodbye. So enjoy this chapter, if ANYBODY is even reading it at this point, and enjoy this series while it lasts.
Early the next morning, the same bus driven by the same cigar-smoking driver pulled up to the same well-known sign before driving back into the tunnel, leaving 2 people behind. It was a boy and a girl, and it was actually shown to be Gwen and Kevin. But what were they doing here?
"So… THIS is Yokai Academy?" Asked Kevin with his arms folded, unimpressed. He's seen worse in the Null Void.
"Apparently so… why, what were you expecting?" Asked Gwen, having the same reaction as Ben did when he showed up that fateful day. She was a bit creeped out, but not outright terrified either.
"Yelling… screaming… dead human bodies… ya know. Something" Was Kevin's response, using a bit of satire. He then took in more of the surrounding area. To him, it just looked like a cheesy Party City Halloween section. "Tell me again why he came back here?"
"Not sure. Said he got a letter in the mail, left a few days later." Gwen admitted.
"And we had to find all this out from your Grandpa? Nice." Kevin commented, as normally Ben wasn't one to keep things to himself from family. According to Gwen, Ben had turned into an orange monster in front of her on purpose despite Max telling him don't mess with the watch. Speaking of which, they never knew Ben had left until Max brought it up and called Ben himself when Vilgax returned.
The Earth was not destroyed, so Ben obviously won the fight with him, but Grandpa didn't go into detail what had happened. He had Kevin and Gwen sent here regardless.
"Let's just find Ben before he gets into trouble." Gwen said.
"Before, or inevitably AFTER?" Kevin commented, but that only got Gwen to yank him by the arm. "One American human in a school of Japanese monsters… how hard can it be?" He continued, suggesting it should be easy to find Ben with that ratio.

Chapter 13: Another Vampire XLR8's on the scene + Vampire
Ben hadn't woken up the rest of yesterday, but he did just before the afternoon of today, finding himself in his own dorm room… how did he even get here? He saw the time and saw he was beyond late, but didn't have the energy to get up or panic over it. As far as he was concerned, after yesterday; he deserved this.
Still… his newly named Nosfer-Ben transformation was something else, its a state he's never experienced before. It felt like the heightened senses of Wildmutt, the strength of his heavy-hitter aliens (Fourarms, Humungousaur, etc.), and the energized feeling of his quicker aliens (Stinkfly, Jetray, XLR8, etc.) all rolled into one! Moka, and especially her inner self, HAD to feel that way. Being a vampire just felt… awesome. Like no one can touch him or even match up to him. There was really no other way to describe it. He couldn't put the feeling into actual words or even a complete sentence.
Having him as a form should prove interesting… provided said form lets Ben have control of it again. He honestly wouldn't mind accessing the vampires powers again. They could do some real good if he learned how and was at least allowed to control it without pissing his other half off.
"I'm kinda over it, honestly." Said Nosfer-Ben, interrupting his thoughts and surprising him, not expecting said half to answer. "I'll admit, it wasn't the worst thing that's forced me to bleach my eyes. And their were a few mistakes you made while trading blows with the asshole…" Ben's vampire half continued. "All in all, it was decent for a virgin." He added a small joke, the word 'virgin' having a double meaning. But then he added one more thing with a serious tone: "But don't ever. Talk down to me. Again… Or we WILL have a problem." He warned.
Ben could have made a joke about this… 10 actually, but decided against it. Seeing as it was around lunchtime now, he figured he might as well head to the cafeteria and grab a bite to eat. Hopefully nothing too crazy will happen in this crazy academy.
-TIME BREAK-
When Kevin and Gwen arrived at the front gate to the school itself, there were a few hundred or so students chatting amongst themselves, and even fewer of them seemed to notice the additional American teens coming to join them… at least at first. As their were many more inside the school, many of them took notice of the new faces, and they weren't wearing the uniforms either so it made them easier to spot to those not paying full attention as they were so used to seeing everyone wear the same getup.
Allot of boys did comment about Gwen… and her body type… which did get her to hug herself. It wasn't the first time she heard stuff like that, but it seemed more intense here for some reason. Maybe because unlike her own school, this was new territory? Thankfully, some were smart enough to shut up once Kevin glared at them. Others' had bigger pairs of balls and leered back, but still didn't try anything either because it was a tough guy act, or they didn't feel like causing a scene… yet.
"Yeah… I see why he'd wanna come back here…" Kevin said sarcastically as he and Gwen walked the halls. Some girls here were quite cute, he had to admit, but that's not what he meant. A few did glance his way, however… and at his muscles…
THAT. Resulted in Gwen giving them a few dirty looks. And just like with Kevin, some girls she made eye contact with backed off, or sized her up at a distance. Just what was this place?
To make matters worse, Saizou was just closing his locker and turned around to see the 2 Plumbers coming down the hall. He spotted Gwen and he had to admit, while she might not be as big as Moka or Kurmu (those two being smitten with Ben), she was decently attractive. He spit in his hand and used it as makeshift gel to layer his hair back (though it didn't really do much), and walked over to them.
"Yo, babe. Try not to walk under the sprinklers, cause your smoking hot." He openly tried flirting with Gwen, whom upon his approach, took some steps back in disgust, also very unimpressed at his pick-up line. Where'd he learn that, from Elementary school kids?
"Uh… your really not my type." She said. Kevin didn't look happy about the Orc's comments either, he stared at him with frowning eyes.
Saizou was gonna say else to flirt with her, but as he breathed in through his nose, he smelled a familiar scent coming from her… the scent of someone he really didn't like. He frowned as he glared down at her. "Hey… why the hell you smell like Tennyson?"
Gwen got offended. "Um, excuse m-…?" then she realized what he said, though he didn't seem too happy upon saying he cousins name. Dear God, what did that Dweeb do this time? "Wait… you know Ben?"
"KNOW HIM?" Saizou said in an annoyed voice. "That asshole's ruined everything since he came here! Completely cucked me when…" He ranted but as he looked at her more, and now that he was closer to her, he noticed Gwen even had a slight resemblance to Ben. "Hang on… those eyes…" Saizou didn't know what to think at the moment, for there could be a multitude of reasons for this… but her eyes looked so much like Ben's. "Are you… related to that Gaijin?" He asked with a growl.
Kevin had heard enough at this point, and gently yet quickly pulled Gwen away from the monster bully. "Why don't you give the lady some space, pierce-see?" Kevin said while at the same time mocking Saizou of his excessive piercings, also poking the Orc with his index finger.
Of course, Saizou did not take this lightly. With another (and annoyed) growl, he sized Kevin up and while he had more muscle than Ben did, he still looked weak in Saizou's eyes. The Orc then shoved him into the lockers and held him there with his hand. "Oh, I'm sorry. Did I offend your girlfriend?" He asked. Kevin did struggle to get out, but even with one arm free, Saizou's grip was pretty strong even for him. "Piece of advice: try not to give lip to anyone. They're not nearly as friendly as me." He threatened.
It was Gwen's turn to get mad, but she didn't lose control of her Anodite powers this time… not yet. "You have 5 seconds to put him down." She calmed warned him, but Saizou completely disregarded her.
"Relax babe. Just some guy talk…" He said, but that was his last mistake. While the Orc was distracted by Gwen, Kevin used his free hand to absorb the metal of the lockers behind him. He only absorbed enough to cover his arm however.
Kevin: Hey, pal… there's a fly on your shirt.
Saizou: (looks down at his shirt) Where?
POW!
Kevin punched the Orc bully in the exact spot he looked, sending him smashing into another set of lockers on the opposing side of the hall. Those that were watching (or happened to hear the impact and look over) were shocked not only due to Saizou's reputation, but due to Kevin's matching strength.
"Never mind, I got it for ya." Said the Osmosian, who had dispelled his colored arm and was now wiping his hands against each other. He felt Gwen looked up at him with a cocked eyebrow and folded arms across her own chest, as if asking was that really necessary? "What?… He deserved it."
Gwen didn't argue with that. She was gonna do the same thing if Kevin didn't, though not nearly as dramatic. Leaving Saziou alone, they continued to walk down the hall. "Ben, what have you been up too?" She asked no one in particular.
"He seems to be popular here…" Kevin said, dryly.
-TIME BREAK-
We zoom in on the front doors of the Yokai Academy gymnasium on the other side of the school, and hold a position there…
Ben: (bursts out the doors while in gym clothes and running for his life) UWAAAAAAAAAAAH!
BOOM!
The doors of the gym (and some concrete, clay, bricks, etc.) blasted off and a dust cloud came out, with a pair of red eyes within. Ben fell on his face due to the shockwave. "Ow… Forget the dogs, who let out the dragon?!" He asked aloud as he was getting up and the camera panned up said beast.
Kou: Actually... it's a Wyvern. Its not as impressive as its legendary counterparts, although it DOES have a poison-barbed tail. It's also not as smart, strong or as big as them either...
Wyvern: *growls* (tries to clamp over Kou several times, making snapping sounds like Maleficent's dragon-form from the 1959 Disney's Sleeping Beauty film)
Kou: (dodges each snap during each "woah" and ending "whee") WOAH, WOAH, WOAH! No offense, lizard-lips! WHEEEEEE!
Snarling back at Ben, the Wyvern didn't look happy for whatever reason. "This isn't because the Adams never let you out of that staircase, is it?" Asked Ben.
"ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAR!" Was his response from the beast.
"Hey... I'm warning you! I've tamed allot of Dovah with my Thu'um!" Ben joked, though he was still shitting himself. He's only fought a dragon once, but it was an alien just trying to return home... THIS was a monster and there was no universal translator on its chest! The dragon answered by almost smashing his tail into Ben, who jumped back to barely avoid getting hit. He went to use his Omnitrix. "Ok, you need to cool down, with Big Chill!"
FLASH!
"… Arctiguana?" He asked while looking over the alien form. "… close enough." Ben's newest form was a large blue iguana (he lacks a tail however), having 3 spikes on the back of his head and some gills. The outfit the Omnitrix gave him was gray pants and a black open-front shirt, the symbol itself being on his left arm. Like Big Chill, he gave off an icy-cold breath.
The Wyvern blenched flames at the polar reptile, attempting to fry him into a BenBurger... the limited time rib flavor too! "IIZ; SLEN NUUUUUUUUS!" Arctiguana said jokingly, but still blew ice at the monsters attack. It was here the Wyvern must have wished it was like its larger cousins, for Arctiguana's 'voice' was stronger than its own. It ended up as a frozen dragon statue, though the pose it was stuck in looked pretty cool with its mouth open like that. "Now THAT'S a sculpture!" The icy alien joked.
"Oh, your soooo cool. Hilarious." Commented Nosfer-Ben, then Ben changed back to a human.
-TIME BREAK-
"Oh… that's why gym was cancelled…" said Yukari after Ben told them the story of the dragon attack while they walked outside the school. It explained why gym P.E. was cancelled and the reason for that giant hole in the building.
"Nice to know the first thing you thought of was me" said Mizore, a happy expression on her face as she cuddled up to Ben, since she was the sample for Big Chill in the first place. While she was still cold to the touch, Ben had gotten used to it.
"Don't get a big head, Snow Cone," Kurumu said, her jealously starting to bubble up. Moka's did too, but kept it more to herself. "He was only using the best form out of his options, and besides; the watch gave him the wrong one anyway, so it wasn't meant to be." The succubus continued.
Mizore smiled a bit more, but in an arrogant way. "Your just jealous I have an alien with him." She said, then pressed her head into Ben's shoulder. "And you don't." She smugly added a second later.
That looked to strike a nerve as Kurumu growled rather loudly. She was probably gonna take her nails out in anger, but Ben intervened. "Guys. Stop fighting." He said in an exhausted tone, not in the mood for this right now. They did thankfully, and they continued walking together, but Kurumu couldn't help but start thinking to herself about what Mizore just said.
'… is she right?' The succubus thought. 'Ben has gotten new aliens from her… from Moka… what about me?…' She continued to think. The more she thought about it, the more sad her face slowly got… it didn't seem fair. Those two, even a few enemies, have all given Ben new powers. Useful powers. At this moment, the bluenette herself had given him nothing… it really got to her, and left her with a hollow feeling.
"… rumu?… Kurumu, you ok?" Asked Ben's voice, catching her by surprise. When she recovered, she Ben looking right at her, making her jump. "What's wrong? You just spaced out." Ben continued, sounding concerned for her, which did make Kurumu's heart flutter knowing he cared for her well-being.
"I… I-I'm fine," she answered, lying a pinch. She figured she'd talk to Ben about it when (or if) she gets him alone. No tricks, no flirting, no seducing; just straight up talk. "Just a little tired after a long day, ya know?" Her little fib seemed to work as the subject was dropped.
"It's been awhile, hasn't it, Moka?" Asked a new voice, which made the girls freeze, knowing whom it was. The camera was currently close up to Moka, but it panned slightly to the right to show a girl was some distance behind her. The group turned around to see who called out.
"You again?" Asked Yukari.
"Kokoa, haven't you sent Moka enough of those stupid letters?" Mizore asked. This left Ben very confused, not understanding what was going on. However, he recognized the redhead immediately… she kicked him at the start of the new year, AND caused some more trouble that same day during the welcoming ceremony.
Kokoa. Moka's younger sister. Not only her, but she also had Kou on her shoulder. "Kokoa? That's her name?" Ben asked. He also noticed Moka was shaking as if she was scared of something.
"I ain't drinking her; even WITH marshmallows." Nosfer-Ben commented.
"You guys wanna fill me in here?…" Ben asked while looking at each of his friends. "What's going on? What letters? Who is that girl? And why is Kou on her shoulder?" he added, wanting to know what exactly was going on. That's of course when his harem realized he didn't know Kokoa, at least not like they do.
"Oh… right…" Kurumu said.
"You weren't here…" said Yukari.
"Sometime after you left, Kokoa here showed up after sending Moka letters… death threat letters…" Mizore said.
"Death threats?" Ben now tensed up, putting his hand close to the Omnitrix. This sounded very serious.
"Oh, and get this… their sisters…" Kurumu added.
That caused Ben's hand to slowly drop out of confusion, as well as cock an eyebrow at the same speed. "… Hah?!" He and his inner vampire dramatically asked at the same time. So Kokoa was Moka's sister, and by the looks of it, younger sister. That would mean she's most likely a vampire as well. "Your telling me that not only is she a vampire, but Moka's SISTER?" Ben asked, mostly out of shock. That's not all, she didn't appear to have an item around her neck to limit her power, so he could only imagine how strong she must be.
And. She wanted to kill her older sibling… nice. 'Ugh. And I thought me and Gwen were bad…' He thought.
"I'm guessing you must be Ben… the infamous Shape-Shifter," Kokoa spoke up again, directing her attention to Ben, her tone very different from Moka's. Whereas Moka was gentle and soft-spoken, and her Inner self being strong and prideful; Kokoa seemed more bratty and arrogant… Inner Moka could be arrogant at times, but at least she wasn't mean about it. Just dry and straightforward. "You've got some nerve… coming all the way back here after dragging my sister to the west with you…"
"That's, not what happened…" Ben said, as it was technically Moka and Kurumu dragging themselves with him. Regardless of that, Kokoa began to take a few steps forward…
SINKT!
Which caused Kurumu to get out her nails and stand protectively before Ben, which did catch Kokoa off guard. "One step closer, and your ribbons…" the busty succubus warned. "I'm in no mood today for anymore bullshit… I don't even care if your S-Class or not." She continued, though to be honest her body's senses were going off like alarm bells in the presence of a vampire… but after everything she's been through since going to America, this seemed like small fry in comparison. "Trust me. I've seen and dealt with helluva lot worse."
Not wanting to be outdone by her rival, Mizore got out her ice claws. "That goes double for me. Your not laying a finger on my Snow Angel." She said, which the harem members decided to ignore the usual of her pet name for Ben for now. Petty arguments over him were not the biggest issue at the moment.
Kokoa gave a sinister smile. "Your going to get in my way?" She asked. "That's fine. I guess I'll take you 2 down first." The next thing she did was grab Kou on her shoulder, squeezed him, and he transformed into a large hammer with his face on one side!
"What the actual hell?!" Ben asked, almost yelling. Just when he thought he'd seen everything this crazy academy had to offer… that happens. "Transforming's my thing!"
"Kou is a Transformer Bat, you dolt." Nosfer-Ben's voice came into Ben's head.
"I thought those were alien robots in sci-fi!" Ben said to his Omnitrix.
"Yeah. Kinda of the same idea." Nosfer-Ben went to explain. "Unlike sentient cars however, Transfomer Bats don't need to scan anything. They can change their shape at will, mostly into weapons, making them ideal familiars."
As Nosfer-Ben explained what Kou's species are and what they do, Kokoa rushed at the duo of A-Class monsters that dared challenge her, though Ben could see Kokoa was not as fast as Inner Moka.. While laughing, Kokoa smashed her Kou-Hammer into the ground, causing a large shockwave, but she missed Mizore and Kurumu (who dodged by jumping/flying backwards at the last possible second. She might not be as fast as her older sister, but was still faster than the Yuki-Onna or succubus by a tad. She appeared very strong as well, though that could be just the added power from using a weapon.
Kurumu used her illusion magic to create a giant arm of dirt, which she directed to try and grab the crazed redhead vampire. All Kokoa had to do was use her hammer to plow right through, then she jumped up to try and pound Kurumu with her Kou-Hammer. With a single flap, Kurumu barely got out of striking range.
Mizore threw large shards of ice at Kokoa, but she swung her Kou-Hammer to nullify the attack, and proceeded to smack Mizore down like a nail next. She had to evade with a jump, though the shockwave generated by Kokoa's hammer did make her lose her balance and fall on her butt.
"Guys, just get out of here! It's me she wants!" Moka said, worried about her friends safety. This was proven to be true as the moment Koko saw an opportunity to go after Moka, which was now, she took it by leaving her Kou-Hammer behind and after getting a running start, performed a flying kick aimed right at Moka herself. She was also giggling maniacally.
"Get down!" Ben immediately responded on instinct, pulling Moka out of harms way quickly, though due to the abruptness of his actions, Moka ended up falling on top of him on a spilt second before Kokoa's shoe could make contact with her head.
BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!
Remember those tress Kurumu cut through like butter upon her debut?… Well, Kokoa smashed through a larger amount of them in a row, sending pieces of tree bark everywhere as she sailed through. She was some distance in the forest though still visible, especially when giving off an aura similar to Inner Moka's.
"Jesus!" Ben said. Even without that transforming bat, Kokoa's strength on its own was incredible! He counted at least 10 trees had fallen, at least that's the amount of cracks he heard. With how quickly she moved, it might have been more. There was no question… she was definitely an S-Class vampire, and since she was Moka's little sister, he probably shouldn't be too surprised.
Kokoa had then picked up one of the trees she had knocked down from her last attack with one hand, and started walking over to the group. "What's wrong with you, Moka? Why aren't you fighting?" She asked, then got a crazed look in her eyes as she lifted the tree above her head. "Let's fight like we used too!"
BAM!
Using the tree truck as a makeshift hammer, she slammed it down, forcing the group to scramble to get away. This somehow did not destroy the tree truck itself for some reason, and she continued to use it.
"Thanks for warning me about her, guys! Really appreciate it!" Ben said sarcastically while dodging Kokoa's attack. Of all the monsters he had fought here, at least they had a reason for doing what they do. But Kokoa, its like she didn't care what she destroyed, and was simply doing it cause she could.
"Don't look at me, I was on a junk planet with you!" Kurumu said, making an excuse as she too avoided an attack.
"I was stuck here, not my fault either." Mizore said, also making an excuse while evading another Kokoa attack.
"I was trying to find a way back with Ruby!" Yukari too even made an excuse. And of course, barely getting away from the vampire siblings attack.
In the racket, Moka got separated from her group as she ran away, and looked back to see Kokoa running at her now. "Kokoa! Please stop! Someones gonna get hurt!" She tried to tell her sister to stop, but that didn't do anything. Kokoa just dropped her makeshift weapon before she picked up a desk from a pile of desks (which were stacked nearby for some reason. Perhaps a room was getting cleaned?) while she continued her crazy laughter.
It was here Ben has seen more than enough. Even if this was Moka's sister, he couldn't allow this to go on. Someone could end up seriously hurt, especially Kokoa's main target! He was pretty close to Moka, so he quickly got in front of her and raised his arm. "Stand back, Moka! It's Hero…!"
BANG!
Kokoa ended up smashing Ben right on his head with her desk, which got blood to start leaking out. He then fell after his body stood there for a few seconds. Everyone else was in shock what had just happened. Even Kokoa finally stopped and paused. "Fucking idiot." Both Noster-Ben and Inner Moka said.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! BEN, ARE YOU OK?!" Moka's voice cried in worry, but the camera was focused on Kokoa's expression… and a certain aroma was hitting her nose…
She dropped the now-dented desk behind her, and got to her knees near the unconscious human. "Seriously… I still can't believe how good he smells…" Kokoa said in a now calm voice, also giving the blood dripping from Ben's head a slow lick like how a child would lick an ice cream cone.
BONK!
"Keep your tongue, off my man…" Kurumu said, having used her own desk to smack the younger vampire away, crying out and twinkling in the sky as she left sight. At least she was gone for now, swatted away by a succubus' jealously/overprotective nature.
"Ben! Please talk to me!" Moka asked the still-unconscious Ben, which he did not respond.
"This is bad, Moka. Ben's blood is…" Yukari was saying, but then realized what this meant, right as the aroma hit Moka's nose up close.
"Yeah… his blood… its everywhereeeee…" Moka said in a trace-like state, not able to help herself.
BONK!
"YOU ESPECIALLY!" Kurumu hit Moka with the same desk a little harder than she hit Kokoa, and more than necessary to launch her. Like the younger one, the older vampire also cried out and twinkled when she disappeared.
"The same reaction to Ben's blood…" Mizore said.
"They're sisters alright." Said Yukari with a sweatdrop.
-TIME BREAK-
Later on, the girls helped Ben to the nurses office. Though by the time they got there, Ben's wounds were already healed to their surprise, and he had regained consciousness a few feet before technically getting into the office itself. He still had dried blood all over his face however.
"How?" He asked aloud about how he was able to have been fully healed, and a voice in his head responded: "Your welcome." So it was yet another of Nosfer-Ben's powers from inside the watch. Like when he uses his energy to increase Ben's aliens speed and strength, he can also apparently heal Ben at an astonishingly fast rate.
"If I had to guess, maybe you still have some vampire blood in your body," Yukari said, as only Ben could hear Nosfer-Ben speak, and as she was the one cleaning Ben's face. He would have done it himself, but the young witch was insistent. Kurumu, Mizore and Moka (whom recovered from her flight later on) were also in the room with them.
"Actually, he did it." Ben said.
"He?" Yukari asked, though it didn't take long for the girls to get it. He was talking about his recently-once-controlled vampire form.
"He literally just told me." Ben said. "Like how you guys should have told me about Kokoa…" he added, only being half-serious. It still would have been nice to know beforehand as the redhead was impulsive and VERY destructive, but Ben didn't think she would be crazy enough to hurt Moka, her own flesh and blood.
"Sorry Ben… we didn't want to worry you." Moka apologized in an innocent voice. They were also in the middle of saving the world, and didn't want to add more to his plate at the time.
"You were on the other side of the world when this all started. Plus we were kinda in the middle of helping you save the entire galaxy. Sibling trouble didn't seem as important." Kurumu said, having the same thoughts as Moka did.
"Besides, its not like you could've gotten back in anyway." Mizore said as-a-matter-of-factly. Seeing as one needed to be enrolled so the Bus Driver could pick them up, as well as the dimensional barrier that divides the monster realm from the human one, there were not many ways Ben could have returned… don't get her wrong, she was glad he did.
"I could have tried! I would have Jetray-ed over here if I had too!" Ben said.
"So you'd bounce off like a Stinkfly off a windshield again?" Nosfer-Ben 'asked', bringing up the time Ben did try.
'Who asked you?' Ben told him. "Actually, now that I think about it, who do you and Kokoa have different last names? Did your daaa…?" Ben went to ask but cut off his own question before he finished it. It might be a touchy subject for his dear vampire friend.
"Good question." Yukari agreed with Ben, not taking the hint. "Your last name is Akashiya and hers is Shuzen, why is that?" She asked Moka, who glanced away.
"Different baby-daddies, huh?" Said Mizore, monotone as always.
Moka still did not answer. Seeing this, Ben spoke up. "Let's just drop it. If she doesn't wanna tell us…"
"No, Ben." Kurumu said. "I think she should… Don't forget, she was the first one to know your secret." She added, bringing up the old topic regarding Ben's humanity. They were over it of course, and in the end it made their bond stronger, but it held significance in this instance. "So Moka, you gonna leave us in the dark again? Cause the first time around, it almost got you and Ben killed." The succubus continued, not wrong in anything she just said. In fact, it made Moka's eyes widen a bit.
"As far as I'm concerned, you owe us an explanation. If you don't; it just makes you one, big hypocrite." Kurumu finished. Her words clearly affected Moka.
"Kurumu, I get what your saying, but that was MY secret." Ben said. "If Moka wants to keep it to herself, we shouldn't bug her…"
"No." Moka said, in a soft yet oddly assertive tone, which got everyone's attention on her. Usually only Inner her spoke that way. "… she's right… Even if it wasn't my secret to keep, I was being selfish…" she admitted, which was true in a way. "I should have suggested it, or at least pushed you to tell them yourself. And because I didn't… it almost got you… it got you…" Moka then began to tear up, her voice slowly cracked, and her fists balled up. While they all survived that ordeal, the sight of Ben burnt and barely alive was obviously still a traumatic and VERY painful memory for her. Sure she saved his life, inadvertently giving him a new transformation in the process; but she still could have prevented or at the very least lessened the severity of that situation if she did something different.
"… I'll tell you…" Moka said, as she began to tell her story.
A memory of a castle, a very large castle at that, was shown. It looked like ones you'd find in fairy tales with knights rescuing princesses and/or slaying dragons. Hogwarts from Harry Potter could also be an accurate description, minus the lake that surrounds it.
"There's 4 of us. Me and my 3 stepsisters…" Moka started. When she did, 4 backed girls appeared, each looking older than the next left to right. "From the top, I'm the third oldest, leaving Kokoa the youngest." As Moka said this, only herself and Kokoa lit up while the 2 eldest remained darkened.
Nosfer-Ben: (grumbles) Greaaaaaat… it's a Cindrella story…
Ben: (to Nosfer-Ben, calmly) 'Shut up.'
Moka: We had different mothers, but we all lived in the same home.
Nosfer-Ben: Annnnnnd, queue the evil stepmother...
Ben: (to Nosfer-Ben, in an annoyed tone) 'Quiet!'
"Ok so; how did it go from happy family, to destructive fighting?" Kurumu cut in, recalling Kokoa saying something about 'fighting like they used too'.
"That WAS our family," Moka said. "Sure we had ups and downs like anyone else, but for me and Kokoa, it was always that way. She always wanted to fight, to test her strength against mine." She continued, which triggered the memory to change to show a much younger Moka and Kokoa fighting… literally. The Moka in the memory not only looked 10 years old, but looked like a younger Inner Moka specifically. Young Kokoa had gotten kicked by the Young Moka, making her crash across the room.
"You know you'll never be able to hit me, let alone beat me. You need to learn your place." The Young Moka said to Young Sister, this Moka having a softer tone than the present day one.
"No! I'm not done yet! Let's go again!" Said the Young Kokoa, slowly getting up from the kick her older and stronger sister gave her, and went after her again. And again. And again. But no matter how many times she tried, Young Moka would either overpower her, or evade her attack then counter.
"That a vampire thing?" Mizore asked, though it was unclear if she wasn't being serious with her question or not.
"Well, actually; back then I didn't have this rosary to control my power. Poor Kokoa never won… she never got close, not even once." Moka said in a sad tone, probably regretting the way she used to treat her sister.
In the memory, once again the Young Kokoa failed, even after she used weapons from around the castle such as swords and maces (which kinda explained the Bat), she was still knocked down.
"Grrr… that all you got?" Young Kokoa said, slowly getting back up. "I'll never give up! One of these days I'll take you down!" She declared.
Young Moka's red eyes looked down, with regret, before turning away and her back faced her sister. "I'm afraid today was your last chance…"
"… Wh… What?" Young Kokoa blinked, not understanding.
Young Moka was silent for a moment before answering again. "… Father wants to seal away my power. Why? I don't know… After that, he's sending me to live in the human world. I will be going to school there."
"No… that's not fair…!" Young Kokoa said, her face beginning to tear up, only this time not from pain… well, it was from pain; but a different kind.
"Sorry, Kokoa; but in a few hours, the sister you've known will be long gone… And she's never going to come back." Young Moka said before she walked out of the room, leaving Young Kokoa to herself, where she continued to cry.
Ben took all this in with interest…
Nosfer-Ben: She sounds clingy to me...
Ben: (to Nosfer-Ben, aggravated) 'DO YOU MIIIIIIND?!'
Nosfer-Ben: ... sorry.
Going back to what interested Ben, so Moka didn't always have her trademark rosary? How ironic… her story had many similarities to his own. It sounded like before or just when Ben got his powers on that summer vacation he'll never forget, Moka's were sealed around the same time. Adding onto that fact said vampires strength wasn't always under lock and key, or under lock and rosary in this case, he could only imagine what she could do back then. And to her sister no less.
Hearing this gave Ben a possible reason why Kokoa did all this. Again… monsters didn't seem to do anything drastic unless there was a good reason.
Moka: Even when I started middle school in the human world, she still never gave up. So she followed me, tracked me down wherever I went; and challenged me whenever and wherever she could. As my true was kept inside the rosary, I wasn't strong enough to fight her, so I kept running away.
The memory now shows Young Moka being chased by a Young Kokoa a large number of times, and of course with weapons. In parks, streets, stores, and even alleyways; Kokoa was not far behind. The memory also showed them both slightly older each time, suggesting this continued for a while. It was here the memory also ended.
"I finally ended up coming here to Yokai Academy, and I thought I've outran her…" Moka said.
"But you ended up 'running' into me?" Ben made a small joke about the first day they met, which made Moka giggle a bit. She seemed upset telling the tale, so it warmed his heart that he made her laugh, at least a little.
"Did I not say she was clingy?" Commented Nosfer-Ben but instead of telling him to shut up, Ben just ignored him. Not like anyone else could hear him, right?
"Yeah… and she must hate me because of it." Moka said, looking upset again.
"Want me to just freeze her and be done with it?" Asked Mizore, making Moka gasp.
"That's a good idea." Said Nosfer-Ben.
"No. It's NOT!" Said Ben. "Even if that IS an option, she's still Moka's sister. Therefore, it's her decision what we should do about her." Ben continued, which made Moka happy someone understood despite how crazy Kokoa was, she was still family to her. "We got your back, Moka. Whatever you decide." He finished by smiling at her.
"… Yeah. I guess your right." said Kurumu, agreeing with Ben.
"Aw, Ben, Kurumu…" The pinkette blushed from their kindness…
SMOOSH!
It was short lived as Kurumu gave Ben one of her hugs, pressing her chest against his, and of course surprising him. "Course on the other hand if you die, then I'll have Ben ALL to myself, where he belongs!" Moka's mouth fell open at her words… then again, she shouldn't have been too surprised. "If my amazing Ben dies again, I just couldn't go on living!" The succubus proceeded to squish the human's face into her chest as usual. This started the delayed argument over the American, with Moka just watching with a vein on her head.
-TIME BREAK-
In another part of the school, we check back in with Gwen and Kevin, whom were still looking around for Ben. Many students here knew who he was, though lots of male students cried about him being such a jerk for stealing the hearts of all the cute and hot girls; said girls' names also coming up a few times. Even when they asked the opposite gender, it was almost exactly the same.
"I swear, that one chick Tamao was looking at me like I was a snack" said Kevin as he and Gwen left the pool area. It wasn't just Tamao though, all those bikini-wearing girls weirdly eyed Kevin for some reason. Gwen didn't like the way the leader of that group eyed him either, and it didn't help she tried cozying up to the Osmosian while still wet, so they left and decided to search somewhere else.
"It didn't help you didn't try getting away…" Gwen said.
"Hey! She grabbed me, then 2 more popped up outta nowhere!" Kevin said, which to be fair was true. When Tamao was getting closer to him, 2 more members of the Swimming Club clung behind him by his neck one-by-one. It was a little after that point Gwen and Kevin left, cause that's when the girls stared at Kevin with smiles, like the kind one would make when eating their favorite dish.
CRASH!
Out of nowhere, Gwen and Kevin felt something hit them, and they were in the floor. It was shown to be Kokoa, who was launched THIS far away and happened to crash into the 2 Americans, landing on top of them both with Gwen in the middle. They all groaned, and Kevin had his eyes closed from the pain, but when he opened them back up, he sees panties under Kokoa's skirt. He was shocked, and his face did turn red as this was the first time this had happened to him, but he looked away after a few seconds.
"HEY! Watch where your walking, ya big dummy!" said Kokoa while looking down at Kevin, thankfully not noticing he had seen her underwear, and disregarding the fact that this was technically her fault.
"Nice of you to drop in…" Gwen groaned.
"Damn succubus! Right when I was about give Moka what she deserves! Now I gotta find her again!" Kokoa began to get up, then brushed herself off as she spoke, then began to walk away. Hearing the term succubus and the name Moka made both Gwen and Kevin pause for a second… did this girl know them?
"Wait, wait!" Gwen immediately began getting up. "Hold on. You know Moka Akashiya?" She managed to get in front of the vampire and asked her about the vampire she knew. Gwen figured if this girl knew Moka, she could lead them to her, and by extension, lead them to Ben.
"Yeah, so what if I do?" Kokoa snapped. "It's none of your business! Outta my way!" The snobbish vampire walked past the Anodite, shoving her elbow into her as she went. Gwen just watched her go, as Kevin rejoined her.
"… what a bitch." She said, not usually one to swear but couldn't help but let one out. She knew some kids like that back home, but that girl was ridiculous.
"This seems like a nice place." Kevin commented.
-TIME BREAK-
BOOOOOM!
Again… Kokoa found them. The Newspaper Club ran down the hall from the room they were just in since it was destroyed by Kokoa's Kou-Hammer, and it made a dust as they ran out of it. Even after several hours of the school day went by, this stubborn vampire was relentless in her pursuit, refusing to give up in her quest to fight Moka.
"Bitch is nuts!" Mizore said.
"This girl's off her rocker!" Yukari said.
"For crying out loud, Moka! If you can't deal with her, release someone that can!" Said Kurumu, obviously talking about her Inner Self. While Kurumu wasn't normally one to want her out, this has been going on all day, being chased by a crazy younger vampire nonstop!
"I'm not sure that's the best idea…" Ben said, knowing this was something Inner Moka would think was a waste of her time. Calling her out just to deal with her younger sister? She'll never let Ben live it down. While still running, he turned on the Omnitrix to try using his own power. "But I think this hotheaded vampire needs an Arctiguana!" He said before slamming his selection down.
FLASH!
The selected looked over itself as the transformation finished taking effect. But instead of a blue reptile, it was an orange mammal. "Awroooo? (Wildmutt?)" Wildmutt asked himself. Then looked at his shoulder with the Omnitrix symbol and added: "*Growl!* Awooooo?! (Come on! Twice in one day?!)"
Regardless of the mis-transformation, Wildmutt rushed forward with his head down, picking up each of his monster friends on his back, carrying them all for the ride. The original plan was kind of what Mizore suggested about freezing Kokoa, but instead he would have just froze her enough to slow her down rather than completely in an ice block. The girls didn't expect this due to them yelping, but they held on for the ride once it started.
"Where da ya think your going?! Get your furry-ass back here, ya mangy mutt!" Kokoa called after Wildmutt as she chased the alien dog.
It took awhile, many more walls and doors were destroyed, and some students were ran through by Kokoa mainly as Wildmutt's enhanced senses allowed him to easily jump over or dodge to the side of potential crashes. Thanks his climbing abilities, Wildmutt was able to give Kokoa the slip, though to be fair she was able to jump after him a bit before they finally lost her. When they got to a safe spot and Wildmutt's sensory organs didn't pick up Kokoa anywhere in the area, he finally slowed down, laid down, and panted like the dog he was. Carrying the extra weight did make his job a little harder.
The girls figured Ben must have been exhausted. Frankly they were too, also due to the adrenaline pumping through their bodies after such a run, so they got off the Vulpimancer. And good thing, because he changed back to normal a few seconds later when his emblem began flashing red. He still panted though, and the girls joined him.
"*Huff, puff* Good boy." Kurumu joked.
"*Huff, puff* Anything for a Scooby Snack." Ben said, also joking back.
"*phew* I'm exhausted. I haven't run this much in life." Yukari said.
"No kidding. That girls way too persistent." Mizore said, talking about Kokoa.
"At least we lost her for now." Moka said, though was looking down deep in thought when she said this. She couldn't help but feel this was all her fault. Even if she wasn't to blame for moving out of her old home, she was responsible for dragging her friends into this.
-TIME BREAK-
Dear, Kokoa
I can't keep this up, you win. Things are getting out of control, I'll fight you and settle this once and for all. Meet me outside campus in the graveyard after school, so we'll both be a full strength.
"Wow, she sent you a letter this time, WHEEEE!" Said Kou. He and Kokoa were walking to the meeting place described in the letter they received above.
"I never thought I'd see the day, me and my dearest sister, duking it out like old times. Guess she realized she can never outrun me, todays the day I finally bea..." said Kokoa, then she noticed a form in the distance with long pink hair. Excited, she ran to it. "Onee-chan! I finally..." said the young vampire, turning the pink-haired form around by its shoulder once she got close…
Ben: (grins) Looking for someone?
"GAH!" Kokoa was taken aback, almost losing her balance and landing on her butt. In her excitement, she didn't even notice that 'Moka' wasn't even wearing the girls uniform anymore and had put on the boys' one. "What the hell! Where's Moka?!" Asked Kokoa as she got back up, getting impatient and irritated; not to happy to find him here or the fact that he wasn't her sister.
Ben pulled the wig off and discarded it aside, then put his Hero face on. "Kokoa, I don't wanna hurt you; but if you keep this up, you'll leave me no choice." said Ben, getting his game face on. Family member or not, his friend's life was in danger, and he will do anything in his power to protect her. "Even if you are Moka's sister, I'm not gonna stand by and let you hurt her."
"Be quiet," Kokoa snapped at him. "You have no idea what the real Moka means to me. So I'll ask you nicely this time: Where. The fuck. Is Moka?… Tell me so I can kill her and finally win!" Said Kokoa, getting very agitated. She was considering killing him first, then finding Moka, but decided to wait on that option.
'Real Moka... what does she mean by that?' Ben asked himself, not understanding. He did know that both Mokas' were different personas', and differently shaped as his inner vampire pointed out, but the REAL Moka?… That made no sense to him. They're both Moka, right? Storing those thoughts in the back of his mind for now, he raised his arm and pulled his sleeve back. "If you wanna get to Moka... you'll have to go through me" said Ben, sternly with his hand over his watch.
Kokoa, in anger, grabbed Kou on her shoulder, squeezed him and made him transform into a morning star. "FINE, THEN DIIIIIIIIIE!"
BANG!

"You need to, XLR8, faster than that."
Hearing that, Kokoa lifted the weapon, only to find there was no Ben-berry pancake beneath. Looking behind her, she saw a raptor-like being on wheel-like feet and a visor on its face, waving at her. She had no idea who or what it was, but the symbol on its chest gave her a pretty good clue. Giving a battle cry, she tried again, 3 more times; but each ended with the same result. XLR8 merely dratted out of the way in a blur of black and blue. After that, instead of pounding this time, Kokoa tried swinging, but it made little difference.
"I've fought faster, and shiner, morning stars back home" XLR8 joked while evading each and every swing from the freshman vampire. Kokoa decided to try slamming her Kou-Morning Star down again, harder and faster this time, yet the blue dinosaur was too fast.
"Grrrr! What happened to all that talk earlier? WHY WON'T YOU FIGHT?!" Screamed the vampire, getting pissed since it appeared Ben was only toying with her.
XLR8's visor went down. "You asked for it." He said before reequipping his visor and rushed off (also while evading another attack). Once she finished her attack, XLR8 zipped past her back, tearing off some of the back of her shirt. She reacted to this and positioned herself to swing again, but XLR8 had already circled around used his speed and momentum to punch the vampire. He may have lacked strength, but made up for it in speed, and used that speed to knock Kokoa back. She slid across the dirt while trying to hold firm, but crashing into a gravestone which in turned made her fall over it.
Not willing to give up just like the many times she fought her sister, she growled again and rushed at the alien again. It also appeared Kokoa got faster and more destructive the more angrier she got. Ben had an idea of how Kokoa felt, and on one hand he did want to help her, but she had to calm down first. When she swung her weapon, she of course missed due to XLR8's speed, and he circled around and sent her back the same way as before, only a little harder this time which caused her to hover above the ground as she flew. She was heading towards gravestones again…
KICK!
The Kineceleran kicked her just before she would have hit them, now heading for a tree…
WHACK!
Now XLR8 used his tail to smack Kokoa before hitting her body in a completely different direction. Before we could even see where she was heading, he Boost Attacked into her (AN: An attack from Ben10 to the Rescue), which knocked her back to the ground, also the beating forcing her to finally drop her weapon. She slowly tried recovering, STILL not wanting to quit. XLR8 had to admit, she was kind of like him, how she never gives up. He couldn't let her, so he zipped toward her again…
"Ben, stop!"
It was unknown what he was going to do, but XLR8 immediately screeched to a halt the moment he heard his human name. His visor also came down, he blinked twice, then turned his head toward the owner of the voice. "… Moka?" Indeed it was. She was standing nearby. How long had she been there? Did she just get there or had been there the whole time? XLR8 and even Kokoa couldn't help but look at the third-oldest vampire in surprise. "Er, what are you…?" He was gonna ask what she was doing here.
"You don't think I saw?…" Moka asked, which got XLR8 to shut up. "I know that look in your eye, Ben. That look when you wanna Go Hero… I knew you were gonna seek out Kokoa and try to resolve this for me…" she continued, sounding like she appreciated. "… But this is something I have to do on my own. Just me and Kokoa." Both blue raptor and red vampire were stunned. They didn't expect Moka of all people to take this step. She even said it with high resolve, showing she was serious.
"Moka, I…" XLR8 was proud of her, don't get him wrong. She was taking a big amount of responsibility, and it also showed she wasn't the same shy vampire girl that XLR8 met a year ago, probably from all the time she spent with Ben and his courage rubbing off on her… but with her power sealed by the Rosario, she wouldn't stand a chance.
"Please." Moka cut him off again, her voice uncharacteristically stern. The Kineceleran still thought this was a bad idea, but he respected her wishes and slowly backed away, giving the vampires the battlefield to themselves. "Kokoa?… If you can still move, get up." Moka continued.
Either Kokoa still had energy left, or she regained a brand new supply of it because either way, she quickly got back up. "Ya know, after all the running you've done, I never thought you'd actually start asking me for a fight." She said.
"You left me no choice. If I let you run amok, you'll start dragging more people into this, and it'll only make things worse." Moka said. "… so let's settle this. Once and for all… just you, and me." She added, taking it upon herself to battle Kokoa now. Even if Ben did defeat her, she'd only come back for more as its her she wanted.
Kokoa, for the first time from what XLR8 had seen, had a bright open-mouth smile on her face; almost looking like she'd cry tears of joy at any second. She honestly looked cute with it, and could have fooled anyone who wasn't aware of her actual personality. "You have no idea how long I've been waiting to her those words!" Kokoa said, picking up her Kou-Morning Star again. "Let's do it, just like old TIIIIIIIIMES!"
BANG!
She bashed her weapon into the ground, and without the strength to repel it, Moka tried moving out of the way, but was caught by the attacks aftershock. "I've been waiting years for this, ever since you left! Now the day is finally here!" Kokoa said as she rushed over to attack Moka again. XLR8 only watched, squeezing his claws together and clenching his teeth tightly. As much as he wanted to help, it would be disrespectful to Moka's wishes if he jumped in, so he had to hold himself back.
BANG!
Moka barely avoided that one, but she landed near what looked to be a piece of a metal fence. Why? She didn't know, but picked it up anyway. "Seriously? You think you can block my attacks, with THAT?" Kokoa asked before swinging again.
CLANG!
It actually worked, though Moka was still struggling. Even with the metal acting as a makeshift shield, it was hard for her to rebalance when she got struck by Kokoa. Not to mention she was very sluggish in this form when it came to speed, so she barely had the time or strength to keep blocking more blows as they kept coming. To Moka's credit, she DID swing back a few times, only for Kokoa to be more effective at blocking and also make the attacker stagger from each attempt.
"Aren't you gonna do something?" Nosfer-Ben asked his counterpart.
'I can't… I already promised…' XLR8 thought back, as much as he wanted to assist Moka. 'If I charge in there, it'll defeat the whole point...'
CLANG!
Again, the vampires blocked each other, though Moka was shown to be exhausted despite the fact Kokoa was fighting Ben beforehand and she still seemed perfectly fine. "What the hell are you doing, Moka? I know for a fact your a hell of allot stronger than this!" She asked her older sister. "Well, if your not even gonna try…!" Kokoa added before swinging her weapon again, which Moka gave a battle cry of her own.
CLANG!
Much to XRL8's, Nosfer-Ben's, Kokoa's… and even Moka herself… she actually knocked Kokoa back VERY slightly.
CLANG!
Not giving her sister a second, Moka swung again, meeting the morning star head-on, again making Kokoa go back the same distance. As tired as Moka looked, just like Ben, she wasn't gonna give up either. And it looked like all she needed was a little push. Maybe she can win this…
Kokoa: Hahaha! That's it, sister!
CLANG!
Kokoa: Just like we used too!
CLANG!
Both vampires were now trying to whack each other with their weapon of choice. For one final blow, they went at each other one last time, swinging as hard as their respective bodies would allow!
CLANG!

…
CLACK!
Moka's weapon was the one to get sent flying, and it landed in the dirt. The sealed vampire tried her best, but she did not have enough strength to hold it any longer and it ended up getting knocked out of her grasp several feet away. She was left with a large morning star right in her face.
"… you beat me." Said Moka. "It might not like seem like it, but I tried my hardest, Kokoa. You won, fair and square." XLR8 felt bad for her, as she really tried her best even while fighting in a sealed state where a large portion of her power was unavailable to her.

…
"… you jerk." Kokoa said, in an upset tone. It was also shown she was crying. Literally. Tears were beginning to stream down her cheeks, and her voice was even cracking. "… why?… why won't you use all your power? Why won't you fight me for real?" She sobbed, then dropped her weapon so she could wipe her tears. "M-My big s-sister left me, she l-left me all alone… an-and when I found her again, sh-she'd just hide or r-run away e-e-every time… THEN she r-runs off to America of all places!" The freshman vampire continued to cry.
It was here XLR8 finally chimed in. "You felt betrayed, huh?" He started, his question sounding more of a statement, which got the vampire duos attention. "It makes sense to me now; you were just lonely the whole time, having felt stabbed in the back by your big sister. Your best friend." He continued, and it even appeared Moka was slowly realizing this. "All those hate letters, the places you followed her, the times you tried to battle her... what you felt was love. All you wanted was to see your sister again" the roller-skating raptor said.
"Oh wow, that DOES make allot more sense," said Yukari, whom was near some gravestones with Kurumu and Mizore. They probably followed Ben and Moka here, and just watched from a distance.
"A twisted expression of love" said Mizore.
"That's my Destined One. Smartest tool in our shed." Said Kurumu, praising Ben.
Moka got up and looked at her younger sibling. "Kokoa… I'm so sorry. I had no idea," she said, pulling her half-sister into a tender hug. "I promise... I'll never leave you behind again." She promised, making this seem like a happy ending.
"Ugh... your all a bunch'a saps." Said Nosfer-Ben.
'Go back to sleep.' Rebutted XLR8 as Moka continued to lovingly embrace her sister…
SHOVE!
"That's not it!" Kokoa pushed Moka off herself hard. "Truth is, I hate your guts for what you did to me! And I won't stop until I wipe you off the face of the EAARRRRRRRRRRTH!" Screamed the still teary-eyed vampire, picking up the morning star and ran at Moka while she was on the ground defenseless!
"MOKA!" Yelled XLR8, running as fast as he could. He got to Moka, which wasn't a problem at all thanks to his speed…
BOOOOOOOOOOOM!
But the second he got over to her was when Kokoa slammed down her morning star the hardest thus far.
Kurumu: Ben... Moka...
Mizore: They've been...
Yukari: Squashed flatter than my flat chest!
The trio above where in shock. It all happened so fast, that they had no time to respond. It was silent for a few seconds…

"… Damn. And she's your own sister too."
"Don't remind me."
Everyone else gasped, not expecting to hear muffled voices from beneath the bat-transformed medieval ball.
"Sister or not, you don't pull any punches, do ya?" Came XLR8's muffled voice.
"Exactly. When someone flashes their fangs at me…" The ball was lifted by Inner Moka, whom had been released and raised up Kokoa's weapon slowly with a single hand. Kokoa eyes' showed shock at who lifted her attack, and it was shown that XLR8 had Moka's Rosario in his claws as well. "I knock them out." A quick flashback of what happened plays to show right as XLR8 grabbed Moka and tried to get her away, he pulled off her Rosario at the same time Kokoa had slammed down her weapon. It was hard to tell if this was an accidental or intentional release of the silver-haired vampire, however.
Inner Moka also had to admit, holding back the morning star did take some effort from her, showing Kokoa had gotten stronger. Back in the day, this weapon would've been removed from the younger vampire in a matter of seconds. "You definitely have gotten stronger, Kokoa, but I'm not too keen on someone busting open my blood bank…" Inner Moka said as her red eyes narrowed, of course mentioning Ben/XLR8. "You'll have to relearn your PLACE!" Pushing away Kou's morning star form away like it was as light as a feather, Inner Moka kicked the opposing vampire in the chest. Kokoa sailed through the air while crying in pain, and crashed into some gravestones before bouncing off those same stones and behind some more.
"Perfect 10 as always, here's your..." said XLR8, and he was giving Inner Moka the Rosario but she stopped him.
"Not yet, Ben." She said, holding an arm out to stop him. "She's a vampire. A simple kick won't slow her down."
"Yeah, but YOUR kick? Don't start…" XLR8 didn't get to finish telling her to not sell herself short because the pile of gravestones that Kokoa landed in were blown away by a column of flaring aura as bright as New York City at night, the young vampire snarling like a rabid dog. "Oh shit." He and Nosfer-Ben said in unison.
-TIME BREAK-
"Closed for repairs…" Gwen said while she and Kevin read a sign, and the camera zooms out to show the partially-destroyed gym due to the dragon attack. There was also some un-melted ice and burnt parts from Ben and the dragons short battle.
"Maybe its water damage." Kevin suggested, sarcastically.
"Kevin." Gwen said his name with a deadpan.
"What?… You never know." He said. At that exact moment, they both saw a column of energy rise out from the forest (which was Kokoa's). They didn't know what it was, but it looked very similar to when Ben takes off Moka's Rosario. "… Found them."
-TIME BREAK-
"Well, well; you can actually get back on your feet" said Inner Moka, her response from her current opponent was slightly louder growling.
"No way, she took Moka's kick right in the chest!" Said Yukari. Although she's seen Highbreed and Ruby take plenty of Inner Moka's kicks, they had excuses. Highbreeds were aliens, so there was plenty they didn't know about them. Ruby was fueled by a false goal, so she had a reason to keep taking a beating.
"Don't tell me, do we have front row seats to a vampire fight to the death?" Asked Kurumu.
"Ben, Moka, you better stop this before the whole academy blows up" said Mizore, worried.
"Atta girl. Come get me, Kokoa. Show me what you've got" said Inner Moka, expecting her enraged sister to continue fighting since this would be 'just like old times/like we used to'. Again, the answer Inner Moka got was more snarling, this time louder…

"Big sister!" Everyone went as white as a coloring book. "BIG SISTERRRRRRRRRR!" Kokoa dropped her angry face and started crying again, tears of joy this time. She also leaped over and hugged Inner Moka tightly, smooshing her face into her big sisters breasts. "MOKA! I missed you so much! I knew you were somewhere in there!"
"NANI?!" The rest of the Newspaper Club said, now extremely confused. Wasn't this girl trying to kill Moka a second ago? Or better yet, all day?
"I take it back, being a sap's got its perks" said Nosfer-Ben.
"Uh, Kokoa... didn't you say you wanted to wipe me off the face of the earth?" Asked Inner Moka, with a slight red tint on her cheeks.
"No... not you, big sister. That lame-ass Moka Akashiya. She's nothing like the real deal! Please don't ever leave me again!" Said Kokoa, looking up at her sister for a moment, then cried back into said sisters chest. While Kokoa was having her... moment, if one could call it that; the other Newspaper Club members just watched. Yukari was next to XLR8 with her hands folded in front of her, XLR8 himself had his arms folded across his chest with Kurumu next to him mimicking this pose, and Mizore had one arm on one hip with the other hanging down.
"Ok... NOW I get it." said XLR8. He wasn't too far off with his earlier theory, but he wasn't close enough either.
"So, the sister she wanted..." said Kurumu.
"Was the sister she knew while they grew up together." Added Yukari.
"And the one she hated; was the one we actually like." Finished Mizore.
Inner Moka had enough though, as this got on her nerves. She honestly thought her sister was going to give her a run for her money this time, but all she really wanted was to snuggle up to her. She loved her sister sure, but didn't like this close of contact... and it felt a little embarrassing. "Ok, back off." said Inner Moka, and kicked her sister in the forehead, launching her intto the air.
"Wow... being kicked by Oni-Chan... it's more spectacular than I remember!" Kokoa said, eyes sparkling. She fell to the ground a few seconds later.
"Sorry Kokoa. I told you before, the person you want isn't here anymore" said Inner Moka.
"Big sister, what are you talking about?" Asked Kokoa, not understanding as her 'real sister' was right there. "She's gone forever, it's time you got used to it" said Inner Moka, unknowingly making Kokoa flinch. "Ben, the rosary please" said Inner Moka, holding her hand out to XLR8, who flashed back into Ben.
He didn't give it to her. "No." he said, stunning everyone including Kokoa, he wasn't giving it back? "All she wants is to see you, and you just blow her off?" He asked.
"I'm not the same person I was back then, she needs to understand that." Said Inner Moka.
"That doesn't mean you can't be out for a day. Heck, you were out for half of one before, what's wrong with another?" Ben asked again.
"The other Moka told you Kokoa had that one last chance to beat me. That part of me is long gone." Answered Inner Moka.
"Yet she's standing right in front of me." Ben said with a bit of snark. Kokoa was stunned, he DID understand!
Inner Moka had a forehead vein for a second before she willed it away. "Ben, don't start," She requested. Of course, she knew he was doing this as to look for the best possible solution to a problem, but really wished he didn't pick this option. "You told her it was our choice, right? Me and the other Moka? Be the respectful human you are, and give it to me." She said, somewhat hurt that he was taking her sisters side over hers.
Kokoa's eyes widened bigger than a widescreen TV... he was human? How? But all those cool things he could do... then again, that did explain why he smelled so excellent. "One day, Moka. Is it really gonna damage your reputation THAT bad?" Asked Ben, really wishing Moka would drop her proud act and give in for her sister. He may not have had a sibling, but Gwen was the closest thing to one. The amount of times he had to drop his own pride to do something for her...
"Benjamin... Kirby... Tennyson..." Inner Moka began growling at him, warning him not to piss her off further. She even flared some of her Monster Energy.
"You know that's not gonna work, right?" Ben kept a poker face on, not affected by Inner Moka's intimidation tactic in the slightest. He then held up the Rosario. "You can have this back, if you at least consider it." He gave her an ultimatum. However just like before back at the welcoming ceremony, she got into his personal space and tried getting her trademark item while he kept it out of her reach.
Inner Moka grabbed Ben's arm for leverage, but what she ended up touching was...
FLASH!
"So you DO wanna get closer?" Said the released 'alien', jokingly. As soon as Inner Moka heard that tone, she knew it wasn't the boy she was speaking to a second ago and backed off. Didn't Ben have control of this form or not? She narrowed her eyes at him too, knowing he was probably gonna make getting her rosary a bit harder. "Hey, don't give me that look. YOUR the one who woke me up... was having such a wonderful dream too, us embracing under the shining stars and bright moonlight." Joked Nosfer-Ben, swooning. Of course as we know, he wasn't asleep and was merely BS-ing them.
"Then keep dreaming. It'll never happen, even if you were the last monster on earth." Said Inner Moka.
Nosfer-Ben: (to the audience, with a sly grin) Watch this guys. Monster energy... (Inner Moka panty-shot) monster ener-GY! (Another panty-shot) Mon... ster... energy. (Final panty-shot)
Inner Moka: (bottom of her shoe stomps the camera, spidering the lenses) Cut it out!
Nosfer-Ben: Don't blame me, blame the camera crew. (pulls out a random packet out of nowhere and flips through a few pages before reading one) The script says: "monster energy - zoom in."
"Let Ben out, asshole!" Said Kurumu, taking her true form and realizing this wasn't Ben.
"Give Ben back his incredibly, handsome body that me and Moka will snuggle against!" Said Yukari, arming her wand.
"She means give back his muscular physique, so I can make babies with him" said Mizore, her ice claws ready. Yes, this side of Ben freaked them out, but enough was enough!
"Hey, I can do all those things... and more," the accused said with a sly smirk, then he was gone in a blur. "Like giving you the time of your life..." he continued, squeezing one of Kurumu's smother brothers with his free hand. "Making you feel warm inside..." he went on, saying this near Mizore's ear and then nibbling its lobe. "And give you EXACTLY what you want..." he finished, slapping Yukari's butt before rushing back to his original position.
The 'attacked' girls hugged themselves. Something about this Ben touching them made them feel uncomfortable, and very dirty. As soon as Nosfer-Ben approached his starting line, Inner Moka went to kick him, but he blocked it by catching her leg. Before he could try and toss her away however, he felt his arms lock up and he dropped her leg. She repeated what she was gonna do, and kicked him. He was sent into a tree or two. "FOUL! I call foul!" He said as he recovered from the impacts.
"That's another weakness you have. At least my other side agrees with me." Smirked Inner Moka, knowing exactly what happened. Ben tried to take over and force Nosfer-Ben to stop.
POW!
Inner Moka flew into the gravestones across the battlefield. "And like them, your just as weak." said Nosfer-Ben, having punched Inner Moka with a fist containing the Rosario after regaining control of his body.
Kokoa wasn't gonna let him get away with hurting her real sister, not this time! Getting up; she ran to where Kou was still a weapon, picked him up, and charged to the American. "Take this, you Gaijin-Dork!" She said, leapping towards him to strike.
SLAM!
It didn't work. Nosfer-Ben held a fist up and made the weapon above his head vibrate, before it changed back into a bat. Poor Kou fell to the dirt. "Kou-Buddy! Are you ok?" Asked Kokoa.
"Drunk as a skunk... wheeee..." he fainted.
Looking up with hate at the American, or at least this version of him, it immediately changed to shock because she didn't have a chance to blink when he pinned her to half a tree... with one hand! Nosfer-Ben looked her up and down, either checking her out or sizing her up. "Hmmmm... what kind of woman are ya? You do have a decently nice rack, but where's your curves? And what's with the pigtails, Angelica? Shouldn't you be watching your cousin Tommy?" He insulted her, though she had no idea what to say about it. Who's Angelica, who's Tommy?
He then brought the Rosario up to Kokoa's face. "This is what want, right Coca? You wanna destroy the bimbo that stole your sister; that once THIS is gone, she returns to you, right?" Nosfer-Ben asked. "Did you ever stop to think about how the REAL Moka would feel?" Kokoa's eyes widened in realization, though she didn't care much for that Moka, she did love her true sister.
"Your just a little, selfish brat. Thinking you can just mosey over and expect to pick up where your childhood left off. Besides, this has been around her neck for too long. If you destroy it... that's part of your sister... you'll NEVER, get back." the American vampire continued, and he then released his grip. "Your lucky Ben's bugging me not to hurt you, or I'd squish you like a panini." He finished, turning away and tossed the item to its rightful owner. As she fully stood up, she caught the item, his actions shocking everyone.
"Your welcome." he answered, about to press his breastbone to return to the Omnitrix...
"Wait." Said Inner Moka, which got Nosfer-Ben to pause. "Why?"
"Why what?" Asked Nosfer-Ben.
"Why did you do that? You push me away, then you talk my sister down." said Inner Moka, trying to understand what's going on in the crazy vampires mind.
"She needed to be taught her place, right?... Just not your way. She's as hardheaded as my dick" he answered, earning ewws' from everyone else. Inner Moka just scoffed at it, used to this vampires way with words.
"Is that it? Or are we not the only ones he's changed?" Asked Inner Moka, taking a page from Azmuth's book.
"The hell you saying, Marceline?" Asked Nosfer-Ben.
"Kurumu tried being a Harem Queen, Mizore was ashamed to show up to class, Yukari was bullied everyday, Gin tries to behave, Ruby's come to terms with her past, the other Moka is somewhat braver... and now it seems you've become less of a prick." Said Inner Moka, then added with a sly smirk: "Ben's starting to rub off on you too, isn't he?"
Nosfer-Ben's face was priceless. Inner Moka wished she had a camera or an Upgrade-colored one, this moment was the best! Recovering from his shock, Nosfer-Ben spoke up once he composed himself. "Keep thinking that, Akashiya. Whatever makes ya happy." He then slapped his emblem.
Ben, now back to normal, had a slight cough attack. "*cough, cough*... not so hard." Ben coughed, Inner Moka instantly feeling bad. Even though she wanted to get rid of the other Ben, she still ending up hurting her frie... ahem, her lunch. "*cough* How bad was it?" He asked while looks towards his harem, hoping his vampire form didn't cause too much trouble. Much to his surprise, they had widened eyes except Inner Moka, though she did look surprised in her own way. "What?" Ben asked.
The only answer he got was Mizore pointing directly behind him. Was it Kokoa again? When Ben did finally look, he saw said vampire was still on the position she was left at, but was otherwise not doing anything. Ben did however, notice that… "Gwen? Kevin?" He asked out loud. What where they doing here? And why were they giving him those shocked expressions?
Then. He realized it… They. Saw. Everything. "Uh… how much?"
"… Started with 'Oni-Chan'…" said Gwen.
"All the way down to 'pigtails Angelica'." Kevin finished, revealing they had been there for a good portion of the incident.
"When were you gonna tell us you were a vampire?" Asked Gwen.
All Ben had to say that was: "You may wanna sit down for this."
