The stadium was filled with cheers as Hiruzen walked into sight and stood in the middle of the stadium. Eight genin stood there as the audience cheered. "Everyone, thank you for coming to this Konoha chunin exam. We will have single-elimination matches until we find a winner."Hiruzen explained as he shunshined to his set in the kage's box.
Genma took over for the Hokage as he started "May Hinata Hyuga and Neji Hyuga stay in the arena while everyone else headed to the competitor's box." The genins followed the instructions as Hinata and Neji were the only ones left in the arena. "You're a failure cousin so I wish to humility you today. You are in the team's footsteps and you will never be as good as them. You bring shame to the Hyuga name and fate has decided that I shall defeat you with no difficulty." Neji after his speech got into his juken stance as Hinata had such an innocent smile it would creep, someone out.
"Hanabi watch as I do think Neji is thinking too highly of himself. Fate has nothing to do with this match you will see," Hiashi express as Hanabi was looking at the battle that would soon begin. Hizashi you were always stronger than me and but I think your son's arrogance will get the best of him I will reveal the truth after his defeat. Hiashi thought to himself as well looking at the match that would soon begin. Other clan members looked at Hiashi as if he had grown a second head.
"Hiashi sama do you think your daughter will win against our clan prodigy." A branch member asked as Hiashi nodded. "Stop with the sama and I promise things will change." Hiashi finished with finality exciting the branch members. "I will explain my reason but I think the match will explain it better," Hiashi concludes as everyone was keen on the match against the Hyuga failure and prodigy.
"All fighters ready, the First match of the finals of the Chunin exams began now," Gemma said as Neji started to talk "Fate has deemed you a weakling and failure. You don't deserve to be a chunin you only deserve to do D-Rank missions as it is the most skill you have. You hid behind your teammate and won't even be able to get one hit on me." Neji smirked as Hinata looked down and smiled but Neji couldn't see it.
Hinata let out all of the killing intent she had as Neji stood there paralyzed. "W-what are you, you a failure how can you have such killing intent," as Neji rushed at Hinata. Neji started with a quick juken strike attempting to hit Hinata's chakra coil but hit the air as Hinata bent her body to dodge. Neji try to hit Hinata's shoulder but was smacked away with ease. Neji rushes in again and tries to pace Hinata and tried to get behind her. Hinata quickly turned as he block Neji's open palm strike and Hinata went for her attack. "Eight trigram vacuum palm," Hinata whispered as her palm shot forward followed by a powerful blast of wind that sent Neji into the wall.
Neji got up and snared "your weak and I will prove it here." Neji rushed at Hinata to blinded with rage to realize that Hinata switched with an explosive clone. The clone looked shocked at Neji getting into a stance only the main branched uses. "Eight trigrams 64 palms," Neji shouted as he started his barrage. "2 palms, 4 palms, 8 palms, 16 palms, 32 palms, 64 palms" Neji shouted as the clone fell to the ground.
"As you see you are a failure cou-" Neji didn't finish as the clone imploded Neji shot backward. Neji was met by Hinata giving him a palm strike that sent him back to where the clone was. Neji was about to land as Hinata beat his body touching the ground as she kicked Neji upward. She got in front of me what how. Neji thought as he heard Hinata shout. "Eight trigrams 128 palms." whispered on death's ear for Neji as strikes hit the Hyuga's body as he heard "2 palms, 4 palms, 8 palms, 16 palms, 32 palms, 64 palms, 128," but didn't hear the rest as the Hyuga prodigy passed out and was caught by Hinata.
Medics got Neji some medical care as he was in the infirmary. As the crowd cheered at Hinata for the splendid match that just occurred in front of them. As Hinata walked up the stairs to the competitor's box she was greeted by Sasuke and Naruto congratulating her. With the kage, Hiruzen was talking with Orochimaru masked as the Kazekage.
"Splend shinobi, but I think Neji was too caught up with his hate with the main branch Hyuga that he lost his cool." Orochimaru stated, "Yes Kazekage dono I would say the same and I think I will be promoting Hinata to Chunin." Hiruzen commented as he was thinking. Well, Orochimaru I think I have a couple more things to teach you as sensei.
Gai was talking with Kakashi as they just saw the devastating match. "Kakashi your genin are most impressive how did you train them to be most impressive," Gai commented. "I didn't train them we only spared and they were already elite jonin when we met. I knew Naruto and Sasuke would be strong but I didn't expect Hinata to be just as good and they still have weights on." Kakashi explained as Gai openly gaped at Kakashi.
"Your genin are most youthful and thus I shall run 5000 laps on my hands around the village," Gai exclaimed as many other sweat drops. Kakashi looked at Gai and said, "Gai you know we are in a stadium I swear people could hear you from Kumo." "Dam you Kakashi and your hip ways." Gai looked flustered as he let out another one of his youthful yells.
The awkwardness of the moment made the crowd silent as Genma broke the silence. "Can Naruto Uzumaki and Kankuro enter the arena?" The crowd watches both shinobi jump down to the stadium where they would do battle. "As both fighters are ready the match began in 3, 2, 1 begin."
Kankuro was in thought as he was thinking I know I should save my chakra for the invasion so I think mental warfare is the best only using chakra and energy when needed. Kankuro concluded as he started to speak "Naruto you don't look like a shinobi you don't even belong in the genin ranks." Kankuro snared.
I see mental warfare as interesting this will be the perfect time for me to put on my Uzushio headband. Naruto concluded as he shot back "your right I don't belong in the genin rank I belong in the jonin ranks." Naruto smirked as Kankuro shot back "You shouldn't even be a shinobi even this pathetic village would see that you are weak."
Naruto just smiled as he went to his pocket and went to grab something. Kankuro got into a stance when he saw a headband. "Your right I don't belong to this village. My name is Naruto Namikaze Uzumaki. One of the last surviving Uzumaki and the son of Kushina Uzumaki, the Red death and the Yellow flash, Minato Namikaze. I guess you could say I am orange." Naruto yelled with pride as he put on his Uzushio headband.
"Kurenai sensei what is that headband," Sakura asked cluelessly. "They didn't teach about that in the academy, Naruto Uzumaki is formerly known as the demon brat, I get it," Asuma whispered to himself. Kunenai had similar thoughts as she cursed to herself. "Sakura this is not my place to tell you can go ask team seven," Kunenai responded as she was thinking to herself.
Dam those shinobi how could they not inform the new genin about Uzushio? They were our biggest allies to skip passed it because of their hate of Naruto is crazy I have to bring this up with lord Hokage. The crowd stood there shocked we're they to believe the demon brat.
"You civilians are foolish to think the I would be lying. I was born on October 10 the day of the Kyubi attack. The fourth Hokage was known to be an honorable man. He would never place the burden on anyone else if he couldn't do it to his son." Naruto brought out the facts and everyone was questioned about their behavior toward their beloved lord fourth's son. "Well after revealing my statues to the village and some I believe it is time to start fighting." Naruto laughed and the crowd had a keen eye on the battle.
Naruto got behind Kankuro without him noticing and gave him a chop to the neck. As the crowd cheered expecting a match they just saw Naruto knock out the sand genin. "That was anti-climatic," Naruto said tubing the back of his head as Genma said "winner Uzumaki Naruto."
Naruto headed to the stands as Kankuro was dragged to the medical ward. As Naruto walked up the stair the genin from teams 8 and 10 surrounded him asking for answers. "Fine, I will answer your question let's have a set," Naruto replied as they sat down. "Naruto I couldn't believe it but are you lord Fourth's son," Kiba asked. "Look at me dumb ass I have the hair and the eye the only person in the history of the village with the combination of hair and eyes was Minato Namikaze." Naruto bluntly stated as Kiba rubbed the bridge of his nose.
"Ok what is the Uzumaki clan," Sakura asked as she was always the bookworm. "Yes, the Uzumaki clan in the academy you were taught that there were three prominent clans during the war states period. Due to their hate for me because I have the Kyubi inside of me a secret the Hokage kept from you. They erased all of the lessons on the Uzumaki clan, shame the only reason we won the second shinobi war was because of them and they ignored such a part of history because of their hate of the kyubi." Naruto finished as the questions started to pile in.
"Naruto you said you were one of the last what happen to the clan," Shino asked. "Well because of their help in the second shinobi war three tillage combined force to take down Uzushigakure. That was the home of the Uzumaki one clan versus three hidden villages, not even small ones Iwa, Kuno, Kiri. They all attack and they attack for four days before the fall of Uzu. The odds were not in their favor it was 2,000 to 40,000 only hundreds escaped the battle." Naruto explained Sakura cut in "what was Uzushigakure." "Later," Naruto said.
"Even with the number disadvantage, they were almost equal in power. Uzumaki had insane chakra reserves. A chunin can rival a kage in chakra and their leader can rival bijuu. Their kekkei genkei can restrain bijuu and we're the world's best seal masters. Their seal made Jiraiya of the sannin's seals look like a genin had drawn them. their power was the reason they were one of the four strongest during the warring states period. It led to their fall as they were targeted and to his attack was their end." Naruto finished.
"Uzushio was where my mother came from, the Uzumaki clan was so big they had the power of one of the great five. Because of their existence in seals they were a great threat and in a battle with a ratio of 1 to 20, they fought equally when Konoha can to help on the third day it was a losing battle and they help slow the decline of Uzu and no the refugees are scattered throughout the elemental nation." Naruto finished his tale as the genin were in shock
First, they find out that Naruto was from a clan with power that rival not surpassed one of the five nations. Then they were lying at the academy because Naruto has the kyubi in him and he was part Uzumaki and cut it out of lessons because of their hate. Then they found out the strength of the nation after three-nation ganged upon them to bring a single clan to their knees. The kage was talking about the battle and just by the speed and efficacy of the one attack, it would be enough to promote Uzumaki to chunin. The big reveal shocked the Kazekage in disguise for a bit but not as much as it did in the forest.
The next match was Temari versus Shikamaru and it went the same as canon. "Can Sasuke Uchiha and Sabaku no Garra come to do to the arena?" Genma asked as both boys shunshined to the arena. "Both fighters ready 3, 2, 1, begin," Genma yelled as sand rushed at Sasuke. Sasuke dodged as he jumped over the sand trying to get him. "Chidori nagashi," Sasuke yelled as the legendary Kusanagi blade busted with lighting chakra."That sword," Hiruzen said to himself as he smiled.
Sasuke used the blade like a natural and cut the sand like a hot knife through butter. Sasuke rushed at Gaara with his sword and slice through the sand that was desperately trying to get Sasuke. As he was about to slash Gaara, Gasra's ultimate blocked it. The blade pierced deep into the same and was close to grazing Gaara. "Chidori eiso" as the blade extended to 10 feet in length and stabbed Gaara in the shoulder.
"Ahhhhhhh," Gaara shouted as blood tinted the ground and bijuu chakra leaked from Gaara. "Shit," Sasuke yelled as he jumped back. Half of Gaara's body was covered with sand as a tail sprouted behind Gaara. Even with the new seal, his body was in grave danger as so he draw on the ichibi's power. Sasuke realized as flower petals fell from the stadium and he started to get tired.
"Kai" Sasuke whispered and it was the same with the rest of his team. Temari and Kankuro took Gaara to unleash the one tails but were cut off when a kunai landed in front of them and Naruto knock all of them out except Gaara. "Gaara I know that you guy was planning an invasion with the sound but I believe that you won't be a part of it," Naruto said as Gaara nodded the sight of Naruto calmed him down and he left. Gaara used his sand and floated away from the village with his siblings.
As the blonde finished the talk with Gaara he meet with his team and they start to rush around the village. As team 7 meet their first enemies a group of 6 sound chunin with one jonin to lead. The leader pointed to the group of ninjas and yelled, "get them." Sasuke got behind the leader and try to stab the jonin with his new blade Kusanagi. The jonin brought up a kunai and blocked the sword but was first shocked and then stabbed by the sword. How did I get stabbed, no he first shocked me he cover his blade in a lighting chakra then stab m-me? The jonin thought as he fell to the ground. The chunin stared at the dead body of the jonin but was cut off when all of the chunins were stabbed.
Naruto threw a Hiraishin kunai at the ninja as he flashed to them quickly stabbing them. His team regrouped as they helped fend off wave after wave of shinobi. They got to the front gate where there were hundreds of shinobi. The Ino-Shika-Cho team was there as they worked in perfect unison to take out the shinobi. However, even with years of battle experience, they were getting overpowered. Hinata jumped into the air as she got her now and got arrows specially made with Hiraishin marks.
Hinata sent barrages of the arrows at the ground as Inochi notice the action of the Hyuga. The arrow pierces some of the weaker shinobi but a flash of yellow, black and blue teleported as the ninjas fell. This got Shikaku's attention. He noticed the shadow that was above and recognized it to be Hiashi's daughter. The arrows were shot with such precision it made anbu look like a rookie.
The Hiraishin, that is Minato's technique the sparks of light and the chirping noises that are the Chidori. Kakashi your genin team is stunning. Shikaku thought as he watch ninjas fall one after another. Inochi and Choza were on the same train of thought as Shikaku. Soon the battalion of ninjas fell to only a half dozen. "How, what did you do how there were hundreds of us." A sand jonin said as he was impaled not carrying as he was just too frozen in fear.
The other jonin started to run but was cut off. Naruto threw a tri-pronged kunai as it landed the jonin stop in place. That kunai the fourth Hokage's famous kunai the Hiraishin shown over and over again to destroy a battalion of the ninjas. The jonins thought as they were stabbed. Team seven met with the Ino-Shika-Cho formation as the three jonins were awed.
"What has Kakashi taught you," Choza asked as he has heard that the Kakashi team was permitted to do jonin level mission but the power of the genin was easily low kage level. "Well, we trained for 6 years together before being genin, and with the help of shadow clone you can do a lot," Naruto explained as they nodded.
The group parted ways as the trio of jonin had a lot to think about. They rushed to the academy as team 7 made clones to help evacuate civilians. Hinata used her byakugan and found that the west gate was under heavy siege. "West gate about 200," Hinata yelled as Naruto and Sasuke nodded.
As the flower petals fell from the stadium as a kunai was placed on the professor's neck. "Orochimaru, I guess I do have one more thing to teach you as sensei." Hiruzen chuckled as Jiraiya punched Orochimaru upwards. The snake sannin landed on the roof followed by Jiraiya and Hiruzen.
"Sensei I have come here to end you I guess you will teach me this super important last lesson then," Orochimaru mocked as the sound four appeared and went through a set of hand seals ending on the tiger hand seal. "Four flames formation" all of them yelled as a purple barrier spotted from the ground and cover the roof where three kage level shinobi will soon begin the battle.
Orochimaru first rushed at Hiruzen as he try to bind him with his snakes. Hiruzen gingerly dodges the snakes as Orochimaru attacks with vigor. Hiruzen didn't try to attack as he was dodging the snakes. As the snakes stopped Orochimaru finished a set of hand seals. "Edo Tensei" Orochimaru yelled as four coffins popped out of the ground. The first coffin had the kanji of one, the second for two, the third one with four, and the last one had the kanji of sand. Hiruzen throws a large number of shuriken with accuracy built over years of battle experience.
The coffin with the kanji of four sank back down to the ground as the coins opened. Jiraya tensed as he got into a battle stance Hiruzen followed. The coffins busted open lids on the ground as the sight of three kage stood in front of the sensei and student tag team. Tobirama was the first to talk "You have grown old monkey boy." "Sensei" Hiruzen whispered but it was loud enough to hear.
"Haven't you picked a successor?" Tobirama asked as he nodded. "He died before me," Hiruzen responded as Rasa was thinking to himself. Dam you Orochimaru you trick my village into attacking the leaf and now you use this accursed jutsu. "Edo Tensei, I told you to not make it brother look at what you have to do you should have heeded my advice now we are fighting against the leaf." Hashirama reprimanded his brother as Orochimaru put kunai into their bodies to control them.
"Two against four I will take my senseis," Hiruzen suggested as Orochimaru spoke up "count me out of this." The two former Hokage rushed at Hiruzen as they were engaged in a fierce taijutsu battle. Hashirama threw a punch at Hiruzen's head. The Hokage dodged but had to block a kick from Tobirama. He place an explosive tag and blew up Tobirama but he started to regenerate. Hashirama jumped back and went threw a set of hand seals. "Nativity of a sea of trees" Hashirama yelled as trees bloomed in the barrier and covered most of the battlefield. Hiruzen was jumping trying to dodge but was caught by one of the trees.
"Summoning jutsu," Hiruzen bit his finger as he summoned monkey king Enma. "I warned you Orochimaru," Emma said with malice as he glared at the snake sannin. "Enma transforms into adamantium staff," Hiruzen yelled as Enma transformed into the battle staff that was feared around the elemental nations. The staff broke Hiruzen out of the bindings as he welded the staff.
Dam this thing is heavy only if I was younger. Hiruzen complained but had to block a jet stream of water from Tobirama. "Water style swirling water dragons." Both brothers yelled as a swirling torpedo made up of two water dragons flew at Hiruzen. Emma made a box out of the staff that blocks the attack. Hiruzen got his bo staff ready for battle. Tobirama made two shadow clones and Hashirama made five wood clones.
All of them rushed at each other. The first wood clone went for a punch. Hiruzen blocked the attack with a swing of his staff and pierce a shadow clone from behind him. He extended his staff and pierced two wood clones and he was jumped by the rest of the clones. Tobirama's shadow clone got a hit in as Hiruzen stumbled. He jumped back as he gave an upward swipe to block the wood clones.
The shadow clone tries to get Hiruzen from behind but was hit away by Hiruzen's staff. Hashirama finished a set of hand signs as a wood spike protruded from the floor Hiruzen used his staff as leverage and pushed upwards. Doing a set of hand signs he uses one of his jutsu. "Fire style fire dragon bullet." White-hot fire dragons shot at the two as Tobirama made a single hand sign as a wall of water blocked the dragons.
Hashirama rushed at Hiruzen and went for a kick to the hip. Hiruzen used his bo to block the kick. He used the power of the kick to swing his staff at Hashirama's torso. The Senju try to use his arm to block the swing but it was too powerful and almost cleaved Hashirama in half. Tobirama jumped in as Hiruzen was about to destroy the whole body ending the Edo Tensei.
As the kunai were put in the head of the dead kage Jiraiya dodge the gold dust that moved like glitter around the battlefield. He rushed at Rasa and was met with a smile. "Jiraiya I lost to one sannin I think I can lose to another," Rasa said blocking a punch from Jiraiya. He went for a kick to Jiraiya's abdomen which they toad sage dodge. He followed his spinning momentum to go for a kick to the head.
Rasa felt a cold wind pass him from the power of Jiraiya's kick and ducked to avoid the attack. The Kazekage tries to uppercut his adversary and Jiraiya jumped back and rushed into to try to kick Rasa. Rasa dodge the high kick sent to his chin by leaning back. A clone popped out of the roof tiles as it exploded sending Rasa flying with his back regenerating from the blast. The real Jiraiya finished his set of hand signs as he yelled "earth style swamped of the underworld."
The swamp was small but it hardened so fast that it sliced Rasa's body in half. His lower part was buried in the swamp as Jiraiya kicked the upper part of Rasa into the air. Rasa's body healed and he caught himself on his golden dust. He used his sand to attack Jiraiya. A trail of gold was on the ground that spiked up trying to impale Jiraiya. The sage dodged and threw five kunai with exploding tags on them.
Rasa caught them with his gold and the explosion only melted a bit of his gold. he landed in the artificially made forest and started to lay bits of his gold dust to try to trap Jiraiya. The toad sage noticed this but it was too late that he was trapped. He powers up a Rasengan and slamed it into one of the walls of sand. The pressure of the rotating ball of chakra broke Jiraiya out of the death trap.
He jumped on one of the trees that Hashirama made and jumped into the air "toad oil bullet," oil spat out of Jiraiya's mouth as he did another set of hand seals. "Fire style great fireball jutsu." The toad sage yelled as a fireball the size of the Hokage tower was made and scorched the oil-covered Rasa. Rasa's gold dust started to melt at the heat and he fell as if he was a fireball.
Normally this would kill the kage but the Edo Tensei was different. Rasa started regenerating from the third-degree burns that patterned all of his body. Rasa was running low on gold dust. He could make more but it would take the time that sannin wouldn't give him. Rasa ran at Jiraiya as they engaged in taijutsu. Rasa threw a punch which was caught by the toad sage.
Jiraiya used the punch to through Rasa over his shoulder. He used his body as if it was a toy and swung the Kazekage down kneeling him in the process. Rasa landed and slid backward. Jiraya knew he had to end this battle as he glance at his sensei battling desperately to fend off his two sensei. He made a shadow clone that sat down in the middle of the forest Hasirama made.
Rasa went to engage in taijutsu again as Jiraiya dodge his leg swept and sent a high kick of his own. Rasa dodges the high kick as he tries to get behind Jiraiya. Once he got behind the sage he was elbowed. Jiraiya twisted his body to punch Rasa with the additional power of the turn. Rasa try to block the punch but it was futile as the punch sent him.
He landed far from where Jiraya was sent through multiple trees. Jiraiya appeared as he when for a low kick. "Wind style slicing wind blades," Rasa said as sharp wind sliced the trees around Jiraiya and was about to slice him. "Ninpo Hari Jizo," Jiraya tells as he was covered in his hair which had hardened to the point where it was stronger than steel. Rasa slowly chips at the hair defense when a tag was put on his back "soul sealing tag" Jiraiya said as a beam of light protruded from where Rasa stood.
The beam of light made Orochimaru curse as it met one of his Edo Tensei has been sealed dam Jiraiya. "Thank you, I never wanted to attack the leaf you are a great fighter Jiraiya of the sannin." Rasa finally made Jiraiya smile as his body turned into dust. Jiraiya jumps out of the forest to see Orochimaru getting grabbed by his sensei with the shinigami over Hiruzen's body. "Sensei no!"

Tobirama went to kick Hiruzen as the old man jump over and swung his bo at Tobirama. Tobirama jumped to the side and sent a stream of water that was dodged by Hiruzen. Hiruzen made a set of hand signs "Earth style stamp of the underworld." Hiruzen yells after finishing his hand seals, a swamp that covered about a fourth of the roof appeared. Both of the former Hokage jumped but Hashirama's leg got caught.
Hiruzen used this to try to hit Hashirama. He hit Hashirama but it turned into a wood clone that sent wood to meddle that stabbed into Hiruzen. Hiruzen jumped back and had sidestep the hand of Hashirama that was trying to snatch the old Hokage's leg. once Hashirama was out of the ground Hiruzen engaged him in taijutsu, a "water style great waterfall." Tobirama said as a gush of water washed over the battlefield. Hiruzen jumped into the forest and was chased by both Kage.
The Hokage made two clones as they made the same hand signs. "Reaper death seal." The clones grab the former Hokage and Hiruzen grabbed onto Orochimaru. "Orochimaru I guess I have one more lesson to teach you as sensei and that is to never underestimate the will of fire," Hiruzen yelled. "Sensei no!" Jiraya yelled. Sorry, everyone Jiraiya, Naruto, and Tsunade but the will of fire will burn on I can see it in the new generation (team seven). Hiruzen thought as he started to pull the soul of Orochimaru out.
No, no, no curse you, sensei. Orochimaru thought as the snake went to bite Hiruzen. "Why didn't you move," Orochimaru asked as Hiruzen smiled "This jutsu kills the user but you're coming with me. I will put your arms in the shinigami's stomach so you can never use jutsu again." Hiruzen proclaimed as the shinigami slice off Orochimaru's arms. Hiruzen fell to the ground and Orochimaru hissed in pain.
