Chapter 2 Explanations

Once they bring Lillie and Gladion to the castle in the Sevestar Region, they are surprised to see a region with no war and people living happily. With all the siblings fighting for Team Celestial Alpha, the only people in the castle right now are Ash and Golly.

When Lillie and Gladion are sitting in the living room seats, Ash sits at the side while Golly leaves to feed her Pokemon. Lillie asks, "Ash... what is this place?"

"This is the Sevestar Region, a region that isn't involved in the war with Team Celestial Alpha and Team Rainbow Rocket." Ash says. "This region is kept a secret so that Team Rainbow Rocket won't try to attack this region just like they did to the other 9 regions. And I'm sorry that I've ignored your calls, Team Celestial Alpha was in a war with Team Rainbow Rocket, so I didn't have the time to answer the calls."

Gladion says, "Speaking of Team Celestial Alpha, why would you create this team and cause a lot of destruction from the war with Team Rainbow Rocket?"

Ash says, "Everything began because of Team Rocket's greed of taking over the world. Did you remember how many times we've managed to stop Team Rocket and the other teams?"

Lillie and Gladion nod and Ash says, "Giovanni, the mastermind of Team Rainbow Rocket, has been targetting my family for so long, he is the one who killed my father. I didn't know the whole thing at first, but you all know how I have been stopping his plans because what they did was not right, and that causes him to gather some of the evil teams that I have stopped in the past or new ones that were rising. Together, they were the Team Rainbow Rocket."

"So that explains the 18 teams... but why would the governments join their side as well?" Lillie frowns.

"Giovanni is a strong manipulator, he probably manipulates a lot of people to join their side. He probably made deals with the government because all of them were a bunch of greedy selfish bastards." Ash then lowers his head, "After my studies in the Paldea Region, I returned home, only to see that Pallet Town was burnt to ashes, my Pokemon were dead after Team Rainbow Rocket killed them all, and I also met my mother, who was shot at the heart by Giovanni."

"We did hear of the news of what happened to Pallet Town..." Gladion frowns. "But the news said that it was you who've done it with a lot of witnesses agreeing."

Ash snorts and says, "Of course, the witnesses would do that, they were bribed by Team Rainbow Rocket! And the governments are also with them as well! They never gave me a trial to prove my innocence, and the Pokemon that are by my side, including Pikachu, were executed for their crimes! The International Police and the PLA are trying to help me, but none of them were successful as I was also about to be executed. Arceus saved me in the last second and I was teleported to Lumiose City. Since I'm basically an accused criminal, I know for sure that Serena won't believe everything about the news."

"We were also in Kalos as we were talking with Serena as well... but we were ambushed by Team Rocket... and in the end, Serena was shot to death..." Gladion says.

"When you arrived, Team Flare managed to get away, but for some reason, I inherited Serena's memories and her aura... until now, I still don't know how it happened..."

Ash frowns, "I did it. Because I am an Arceus." This causes the two of them to look at him with surprise. "When my Pokemon self returns to me, I remember everything, my true past, my real family, and how Team Rainbow Rocket was behind everything, including my birth parents' death and the whole mess it happened."

"Birth family? Are you telling me that Ms. Ketchum was not your real mother?" Gladion asks.

"No, she is my real mother, but even an Arceus like myself is vulnerable to dangerous weapons. What I mean about my real family is that I'm not the only son, my mother used to have 5 more children, but because of Team Rocket, she wasn't able to save the rest of her children, only me. She died without knowing her children were still alive, and my siblings were also as mad as me since they never got to meet their mother again after separating before her death. I was in rage and agony, and thus I decided to form Team Celestial Alpha since it was the only way to protect the people in the regions and also enact my revenge."

"But you do realize that the war has caused a lot of innocents to die, right? Some of them were involved in the crossfire..." Lillie says. "They are going to be killed just like those Pallet Town residents..."

"And so? You want me to stop fighting Team Rainbow Rocket so that all of the people and Pokemon in the world become their slaves?" Ash's outburst causes them to gasp in shock. "If I don't participate in this war, Team Rainbow Rocket will rule the whole world, and think about what will happen. They would try to force your family to work for them to control Ultra Beasts, making you guys like what happened to your parents a few years ago. Do you think I would let that happen?"

Lillie and Gladion gasp as they remember their parents, Ash continues, "And think about Serena, do you know why she was dead? Is it because she's with Team Celestial Alpha? No, she was killed because she was deemed a threat to Team Rainbow Rocket. We are not in a safe world anymore. All we can do is fight. If we lose, we'll be dead. If we win, we live. If we don't fight, we won't win! The police won't give a damn thing about our lives, so we have to take these matters into our own hands."

"Brother, are you alright?" At the same time, Golly rushes into the room after hearing Ash's outburst. She asks, "Brother, are you okay?"

"I'm fine, Golly. It's just, thinking about what Team Rainbow Rocket did makes me really mad. Don't worry, Lillie and Gladion did nothing wrong, you can fully trust them."

Golly says, "I see. Well, sorry that I didn't introduce myself earlier. My name is Golly Purple Ketchum. Ash's second sister and also the vice leader of Team Celestial Alpha."

"Okay... you use colors in your name?" Gladion asks.

"That's my mother's idea. The six of us have colors as our middle names. Mine is Red, Mark is Blue, Trenor is Orange, Minami is Yellow, Insey is Green, and Golly here is Purple." Ash says. "My mother's middle name is Aurora, after all, aurora has rainbow colors. But that is not the most important thing right now. Lillie, I want to ask if you remember everything about Serena through her memories and aura?"

Lillie's face starts to burn up a little as she remembers every single part of the memory of Ash traveling in Kalos with them. It feels like she's the one experiencing those memories. "Yes... I do..."

Lillie already has a little crush on Ash after he comes to Alola, that crush only grows after he helps her with her fear and saves her mother, but the problem is that Ash doesn't seem to be that interested in romance or other things. However, after getting Serena's memories, she has seen the romantic side of Ash during the journeys. Sure, Clemont and Bonnie are there, but when they were busy, it was usually the two of them alone.

Serena knows Ash ever since she was seven years old, and Ash helped her when she hurt her knee. The words "Don't give up until it's over" ring in her mind. And when she doesn't have a set goal of what she wanted to do, Ash was always there to help her out until she found her interest in becoming the Kalos Queen.

There is also the dance ball when Serena didn't get to dance with Ash in the end, but Ash decides to give her a lone dance after the party's over under the beautiful moonlight. And there was also one time when Ash was sick, Serena decided to battle him because she knows how Ash wouldn't want to refuse a battle. And finally, before Serena is heading to Hoenn, the kiss is what surprised Lillie the most.

Seeing Serena's memories make her love for Ash skyrocketed. When she looks at Ash, he is showing a calm face. "I see... and that's enough of me to know the truth."

He turns to Golly and says, "Golly, the Aether Foundation is currently in the danger zone. Even though Team Rainbow Rocket won't be able to find where it is located, but if possible, I would want you to assist them by bringing the foundation to the Sevestar Region."

"You can count on me." Golly says. "Although I would need you two to come with me because normal people won't trust a stranger until they have your promise."

Gladion says, "Okay, I'll go with you. Let's go, Lillie."

Lillie says, "Gladion, I'm sorry, but I'm going to stay here with Ash."

"What?" This causes the two boys and the girl to be shocked. Ash asks, "What are you thinking, Lillie? You shouldn't stay here with me, right now I'm a dangerous man and you should probably stay away from me..."

"That's why I can't leave you anymore. You've suffered a lot and I want to be by your side to make you better." Lillie says. "Ever since the war happened, I felt that I've been useless... I watched how many people died in the battle... Bonnie, Mallow, Kiawe, Lana, Sophocles... and others... I am not going to stay back down and do nothing. I want to join in the fight. Even if it means joining Team Alpha."

"Lillie, what are you thinking?" Gladion asks in horror. Lillie turns to him and says, "Brother, you'll go back to our home with Golly. I'll be staying with Ash."

Just then, for some reason, the temperature starts to get lowered, and Ash notices that Lillie has the power to manipulate aura, although none of them notice. Gladion says, "Okay... okay, I'll tell Mother about it."

After Golly and Gladion leave, Ash turns to Lillie, "Lillie... you do realize that once you come with us, there is no turning back. In the other regions, I'm still a criminal because of those governments. PLA and the International Police risk themselves to help us out and they might be watched as well. Are you sure you can handle this?"

"Of course, I can. I'm not going to abandon you." Lillie says. "That's because... because I love you..."

Ash widens his eyes, he asks, "Lillie... what did you just say?"

"I..." Lillie blushes a little red and says, "Ash... I... you see... I was attracted to you ever since you come to the Alola Region... and those feelings only grew stronger after having Serena's memories..."

Ash widens his eyes as he embraces Lillie, he whispers in her ear, "I... I don't know what to say... I mean, you are very important to me, and I don't want to let you go... is this... love? I don't understand... but I want to be with you, that won't change..."

"Ash..." Lillie embraces Ash and they share a kiss, and eventually, they can't hold it anymore as they head to the bedroom as start to enjoy their bodies together. Snowy and Sylveon decide not to chase after them because they know it is going to be embarrassing in the end.
