It took a moment, but Uraraka was able to calm down enough to talk normally. Dokusei took this time to get her in a chair. "I'm... sorry about dad..." she started, a small blush spreading across her cheeks. "He likes to joke about things like that..." She rubbed away a tear.

Dokusei knelt down, pulled out a handkerchief, and dabbed away her tears and cleaned her face, her blush growing brighter. "At least he's not as bad as my mom. If I'm too close to a girl that isn't Mimi, she jumps to the conclusion that we're dating, and starts trying to plan dates." He shook his head at the memory.

"Why?" She let out a snort, before taking the handkerchief and finishing up herself.

"Besides Mimi, I was pretty much alone for a long time." Dokusei got up and leaned against the table next to her. "No one wanted to hang out with someone who's quirk could kill the whole school and then some..." He turned away from her. "No one wants to be friends with a soon to be villain..."

He suddenly looked back as he felt Uraraka's hand on his. "I'm glad I met you and became friends with you." Her blush was gone as she gave him a smile. "In fact, you can go ahead and call me Ochako!"

"You sure about that?" She nodded yes. "Alright then, Ochako, you may call me Dokusei." He returned the smile.

"Deku... Doku..." She tested the word a bit. "Yeah you're right, that is going to get confusing..." She let out a giggle as she rubbed her hair.

Dokusei took back his handkerchief. "You missed a spot."

"Where!?" She began to rub her face.

He stopped her and brought up his hand. "Right there." He booped the tip of her nose, turning her whole face red. He gave her a wide grin as he laughed.

She punched him in the shoulder. "Why you!" Then she started to laugh as well.

"Better?"

"Much" She nodded. "Thank you, Su- Dokusei."

He raised his hands. "What are friends for?" He looked up at the clock. "Mordy's match should be starting soon." He nodded towards the door. "if you hurry you might make it before it actually starts."

"Oh shoot, you're right!" She quickly put on the new jacket, and sprinted out the door. "Thanks for everything, again!"

Dokusei simply waved his hand as she left, the same hand she grabbed just a moment ago. He stared at his hand for a long moment. "...You'll make a good boyfriend!" The last word Ochako's father said rang in his head like an annoying song that would never leave. He sat in the vacant seat before letting out a long sigh. "Fuck..." He stared at the ceiling, letting thoughts go through his mind. "She's not into me... She's into Mordy..." The thoughts rang about as he continued to think. "She probably doesn't even see you as a friend, just giving you pity and tolerating you till you leave her alone."

"But she allowed me to call her by her first name..."

"She's going to want everyone to call her "Ochako" eventually." The thoughts continued.

He shook his head, hard. "She's my friend, that's a given..."

"Is it...?"

Dokusei quickly got up and started to begin his form practice. "Shut it..."

"Everyone thinks you're just going to be a villain sooner or later..."

"I said shut up...!" He continued doing form work.

"Even your own family is afraid of you! They don't care! They never have! Not even Her!"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" He lifted his foot high and brought it down into an axe kick onto the table, splitting it completely in half. Right as he did, the whole stadium shook as an explosion rocked from the arena.

"What the hell...?" The explosion knocked him out of his spiraling thoughts. Before long he bolted out of the waiting room and towards the ring. He heard Midnight announce that Midoriya was eliminated by ring out, and Todoroki advanced, but did not explain the explosion. "This is what I get for being left alone with my thoughts." He suddenly skidded to a stop when he saw Midoriya being carted away by medical bots, his arms and legs mangled. "Fuck, Mordy... you're going to give your loved ones heart attacks if you keep this up..." He looked out to the ring, seeing it destroyed and quickly being rebuilt by Cementoss.

"I only got a few minutes..." Dokusei followed the bots to the medical center. He wasn't allowed to enter. Recovery Girl had to perform surgery to keep some bone shards from damaging his ligaments.

Dokusei started to walk back to the ring when nearly everyone in his class almost plowed over him as they suddenly rounded the corner. "AH!" he screamed.

He fell onto his back, and felt the weight of another person on top of him. "Care Bear... at least take me out for dinner first..." He grunted as he got up on his elbows.

"Sorry, Dokusei..." She rubbed her forehead, a blush spreading quickly on her cheeks. "Did you see Deku?"

They both got up, and Dokusei cleaned his uniform a bit. "Yeah, he was pretty beat up. What the hell happened?"

"He went crazy!" Kaminari spoke up. "He started breaking his finger left and right, than when Todoroki pulled out his fire, the whole stadium nearly blew up!"

"Sounds like I missed one hell of a match..." Dokusei shook his head a bit. "Anyway, Mordy is currently in surgery so you can't see him right now."

"SURGERY!?" Both Iida and Ochako screamed.

Dokusei covered one of his ears. "Ow... yeah... he has bone fragments in his ligaments, so Doc's trying to get them out." He began walking back to the ring. "My match is about to start."

"Good luck!" Ochako called out.

Mine gave him a wave as he passed by. "Good luck..." She was mainly looking at Ochako.

Dokusei looked at her when he passed with a puzzled look. "I have a bad feeling about this..."

The arena was repaired in minutes, and Present Mic called for the next round of contestants. Kendo walked forward from the tunnel. "Here we have the courageous and lone combatant of 1-B! She dominated in her first match and looks like she can take on more. From the hero course, Itsuka Kendo!" The crowd roared as she climbed the stairs. "And her opponent!" Mic went to Dokusei. "His kick alone could win him this whole tournament, but the real danger is his sting, as shown in his last match! Also from the hero course, Dokusei Sumiteru!" He rose to the top of the stairs and locked eyes with Kendo. "The winner of this match will take on Todoroki in the semi finals!" Mic continued. "Who do you think will win this one, Eraser!?"

"Both are strong close range fighters," Aizawa started. "Kendo has more reach than Sumiteru, but her giant fists have more surface area for Sumiteru's claws to dig into. That's also not counting that the boy is a lot more agile than he looks." He went quiet for a second. "I don't know who will win yet. And I'm not telling you who I'm leaning towards."

"Aw, come on, you're no fun!"

Dokusei chuckled at the teachers' banter. "What's the score again?" He popped his knuckles as he gave her a smirk. "5 and 5?"

She returned the smirk. "Something like that, though I think your math is wrong; I'm in the lead." She got into her fighting stance.

"Oh! You're counting the sparring matches?" He got into his stance. "Then I'm way in the lead."

"Ready!?" Mic announced. "Start!"

The both of them bolted forward, Kendo enlarging her fists and readying a punch. Dokusei ducked under the giant fist and kicked her square in the chest; the force was strong enough to send both back. "Always leading with that right hook." Dokusei said.

"And always countering with that sidekick," came her reply as she blocked the kick with her normal hand.

They both rushed forward again. This time Kendo aimed low, her fist was too low to go under so Dokusei simply hopped on top of it and sent a roundhouse to her head. She managed to duck under it just in time, but before she could retaliate, Dokusei jumped over her and sent his claws to her back as he landed. Kendo rolled out of the way, and sent her own kick towards Dokusei. He grabbed it and was about to get his claws in, but a giant fist smacked him in the face, sending him tumbling away.

"Wow, what a display! After some fancy footwork, Kendo is the first one to land a hit!" Mic was ecstatic. "Sumiteru doesn't look he's out of the fight yet!"

"Those two clearly have fought against each other before." Aizawa carefully scanned the fight. "Makes any prediction you have go out the window."

Kendo chased down her target, ready to punch him again, but just as she got close enough, Dokusei had his claws out right in front of him, meaning if Kendo kept this going, she would be hit by his claws. So she did the only thing she could think of, move to the side and swipe away his claws. However, when she did this, Dokusei followed his arms and rotated his body so he could deliver a kick that had the added force of her fist.

The kick landed right under her jaw, sending her up into the air. Dokusei was already moving toward her, ready to inject his claws into her. Although Kendo was seeing stars, she managed to roll to her feet after her back hit the ground. She had her arms out wide and she suddenly closed them on Dokusei, catching him as she squeezed tightly with both giant hands. "Got you!" She blinked away the remaining stars and saw Dokusei trapped in her grip.

"Oh no! Is this the end for Sumiteru!?" Mic screamed unnecessarily.

Midnight asked if he was able to continue. "Oh you think you got me?" Dokusei asked, smirking.

"Huh? Ah!" Dokusei spit poison into her eyes, causing her to use one of her arms to try and wipe it out, and as she did that, it gave Dokusei enough room to inject a fist full of claws into the hand holding him.

"What a move! Sumiteru managed to escape and inject Kendo with his toxins; it's only a matter of time before she succumbs to it!"

"A bit unsanitary..." Aizawa mumbled.

Kendo instinctively let go. "It's ok... I've built up a minor immunity to his paralytic toxin..." She could see Dokusei getting up, but her vision was blurry. "Looks like he got my right eye..." She took a step forward, and suddenly the world went sideways and back. "This... is not his paralytic toxic..."

"Looking dizzy there, Right Hook." Dokusei smiled. "I have other toxins besides paralysis." He got back into his fighting stance. "Say hello to my dizzy spell toxin." He rushed her, Kendo barely getting her guard up in time, blocking many of his punches, but every time she tried to retaliate she would over-extended or worse miss completely.

Before she knew it, she was over the line by a strong kick from Dokusei, sending her to land on her butt right on the line. "Kendo is out of bounds; Sumiteru advances to the semi finals!" Midnight waved her flogger towards Dokusei, as he walked up to Kendo and helped her up, putting her arm over his shoulder and helped her to the medical center.

"Now that's sportsmanship right there, ladies and gentlemen, give Sumiteru a hand!" Present Mic called out to the audience while Midnight was trying to hold herself together.

"You don't have to do this..." Kendo said when they got into the tunnel. She didn't mind this, everything was spinning, and she could barely see out of her eyes, especially her right one. "The bots could have taken me to Recovery Girl."

"Yeah, but I want to." He adjusted his grip and rubbed his jaw. "I swear, you're going to knock my jaw out one of these days."

She let out a laugh but she stumbled, though Dokusei caught her. "Man... is this what being drunk feels like..."

"I don't honestly know." He readjusted her.

"This kinda reminds me of the first time I was poisoned by you." She let out a small chuckle.

Dokusei looked away a bit with a small blush crawling up his neck and ears. "Yeah... mom was to the moon when I pulled that stunt."

"Aoki wasn't happy when she found out." She laid her head on his shoulder. "I've never seen her so pissed off before..."

"Are you ok?" he asked, looking her over. She looked tired, done with the world, but what he could see in her left eye was a small glimmer of hope.

"I'll be fine, just got to figure some things out is all."

With that they arrived at the medical center, Recovery Girl quickly rushed both in, and put Kendo in a bed to sleep off Dokusei's toxin. She was looking over Kendo's eye when she asked Dokusei something. "What type of toxin did you use for her eyes?"

"It's a toxin that makes the mucus membrane over react and peruse a lot of mucus, closing the eye shut." Dokusei rubbed his head. "It only affects the targeted area, hence why it's her right eye."

"My left eye was affected too, but I can still see a bit." Kendo added.

Recovery Girl hummed at the information. "Best way to get the gunk out of her eye?"

"Warm water, and do *not* scrub!" he quickly added. "You could damage her eye if you're not careful."

"A warm wet rag over the eye and replacing it every few minutes should do the trick." Recovery Girl got to work and put the rag over Kendo's eye. She then looked to Dokusei. "How long will the one you injected her with last?"

He looked away as he rubbed his neck. "About an hour..."

"Whelp, there goes me seeing the rest of the sports festival..." Kendo sighed.

"Sorry..."

"Could we produce an anti venom?" Recovery Girl asked.

"I don't know," he started, "This is the first time I used this toxin."

Recovery Girl pulled out a test tube and handed it to Dokusei. "It won't hurt to try."

Dokusei nodded and squirted some venom from his claw. He stopped about a quarter of the way full and handed it back to her. "Hope it helps."

"It will, Sonny." She put it into a machine and it started beeping and whirling about. "Now let's have a look at you." She made Dokusei sit in a chair, and did a check up on him.

As she did so, Dokusei saw Midoriya asleep in a bed further down the room. "Is Midoriya going to be all right?"

"Yes, he just needs to sleep and come back tomorrow for another round of healing." She lightly pressed against his body, looking for bruises and broken bones. "After everything you went though, I'm surprised you're no more injured."

"My body is a lot more hardy than it looks."

"Yeah, it feels like I'm hitting stone when I fight him," Kendo commented.

He did have a bruise on his jaw and his arm, but nothing else. "Well this should do the trick." She kissed his cheek and all the bruises were gone.

Dokusei rolled his shoulders. "Yeah, that's going to take the gas out of me for a moment."

"Here, this should help with your energy." She gave him a few pieces of candy.

He got up to leave. "Thanks, I better get moving. Don't want to keep you from your work." He waved bye to Kendo, who returned the wave, and left the room.

By the time Dokusei returned to the stands, Iida and Tokoyami's match had already started. "How much did I miss?" he asked as he sat down next to Ochako.

"Iida has been able to stay away from Dark Shadow, but Tokoyami has been able to keep Iida away."

Iida was racing around trying to find an opening, but Tokoyami's Dark Shadow kept him from getting too close; well that was until Iida shifted into his fastest gear.

"Recipro Burst!" Suddenly Iida was on top of Tokoyami and pushed him to the edge of the ring

"Dark Shadow!" Tokoyami panicked and called Dark Shadow back. As the sentient shadow returned to its master, Tokoyami was pushed out of bounds.

Dokusei sighed. "Kinda disappointed I couldn't see the whole fight, but eh, that's what the internet's for."

Ochako looked over to him. "How are you feeling?"

Dokusei told her about how he felt and what happened afterwards, as well as an update on Midoriya.

The next match was up, and Dokusei already knew who the winner was going to be.
