Because of what happened at the mall the other day, the trip was almost canceled, but luckily it wasn't; the destination just changed. About a few weeks after school let out for the summer, Dokusei and his class all met up at the school with class 1-B; two buses were ready to go.
"What? Class 1-A needs Supplementary classes?" Monoma put a hand to his head in fake shock. "I thought class 1-A was supposed to be superior to class 1-B! Hahahahaha!" He broke out laughing before Itsuka chopped him in the neck, knocking out.
Dokusei gave her a wave as she apologized for him. Mineta was drooling at the sight of Class 1-B's girls. "Alright, Pervy Grape, get on the bus before I put you in the forever box." He grabbed Mineta by the collar and dragged him aboard.
He tossed the twerp into the back seat and then took a window seat near the middle of the bus. When his seat partner came by, he was surprised. "I thought you'd be sitting with Tsu?"
"I was but she wanted to sit with Mina till the first rest area." Ochako took the seat next to him. "You're ok with this?"
"Yeah, yeah I'm totally fine with it." He looked to find Tsuyu near the front; she saw him looking at her and gave him a wink. "Did Tsu just become my wingman...?" Mina was smirking too. "Ah... great, they teamed up..."
"I'm so excited!" Ochako got his attention back. "I wonder how long it's going to take."
"I think Aizawa said we'll be there by lunch, so about three to four hours?" He shrugged.
"What do you usually do during road trips?"
"If it's me and my parents, I mostly sleep, or talk with Mina if she came with us."
"Oh?" She tilted her head to the side. "How often did you guys go on trips like this?"
The bus began to move when everyone was onboard. "We took one every few years or so; my dad's work would do business vacations and allowed us to tag along."
"That's kinda cool!" She smiled at him, sending shivers down his spine. "Were there any favorite places?"
"Yeah, but it wasn't a business vacation; it was a proper family one. I met my grandparents in the US." He smiled at the memory.
"That must have been awesome!"
"Plane ride sucked though." She giggled at that. The two talked or played games till the first rest stop came by.
Dokusei stretched his lower back, getting a round of loud and satisfying pops, shocking Ochako. "Wow! Even I heard that!"
"Lower back problems run in my family, especially on my mother's side." He looked around, seeing no buildings for a restroom, only a cliff leading down to a vast forest below, and a car and three people coming out of it. "Where's Itsuka's class?" This and many other questions were asked.
"With sparkling eyes, we rock on!" A voice drew the class's attention; she had reddish brown hair, brown eyes, and was in her early thirties.
"Cute, cat, stinger!" another continued; she was a blond with blue eyes, also in her early thirties.
"The Wild, Wild Pussycats!" the hero team finished together. Mandalay and Pixie Bob both struck a pose with a young kid standing off to the side.
"I would like to introduce the professional heroes: the Pussycats," Aizawa said
"One of the four hero teams that founded the Union Affairs Office!" Midoriya went full on geek mode. "They specialized in mountain rescue operations, and are veterans in their field! They've got twelve years of experience-"
"I'M EIGHTEEN AT HEART!" Pixie Bob suddenly put her big cat paw gloves over Midoriya's face, shutting him up.
Mandalay ignored her partner as she turned to the cliff face. "This entire area is more or less our domain." She then pointed over the forest and faced the class. "The place you'll be staying at is at the base of the mountain."
Many of the class, along with Dokusei, were questioning why they stopped here. Dokusei looked to his teacher then felt the cold shiver of fear dip down his spine. Aizawa gave him the stupid grin of his.
"It's 9:30 right now; if you kick it into high gear now, it'll be about noon or so..." Mandalay gave them a smirk of her own
"Get to the bus, now!" He tried to warn them, but by the time everyone could run, the earth began to move out from under them! "Pixie Bob!"
"Kittens who don't make it before 12:30 won't be eating!"
"I'm sorry everyone..." Aizawa lied; he wasn't sorry the bastard was grinning a mile wide! The earth began to change into a tidal wave. "but your summer training has already started."
The class all fell to the forest below, the land slide actually bringing them down to a safe-ish landing. "Feel free to use your quirks as you see fit here!" Mandalay's voice called out from above. "You have three hours! Use your own feet to get to our lodge! Though this forest is full of magic beasts!"
"Everyone alright?!" Iida dusted off the dirt on his uniform.
"Hey, where's Dokusei?" Ochako looked around. "Dokusei! You ok?!" She cupped her hands around her mouth. She looked through the rubble before a clawed hand burst out of the mound. Right in front of her face. "AH!"
Dokusei soon crawled out of the dirt. "Our teacher is a dead man..." He spat out dust and soil as Ochako helped him up. He saw Mineta bolting for the tree line, looking ready to blow his pants. Just as the grape was about to make it to a tree, a large beast came forward and stared him down.
The beast was about to make a meal out of Mineta before Dokusei came in and kicked the thing's head off, and then blasted a hole in its chest with a spin kick; it crumbled into a pile of rocks and dirt. He looked back to Mineta and pinched his nose. "Pervy Grape, you wet yourself."
"S-Sorry!" But before he could do anything else, more rock monsters showed up, only to be destroyed by his classmates.
"Alright, if we work together, we'll get to the lodge in no time!" Yaoyorozu created a metal pipe as she moved forward.
Dokusei activated his Lactic Acid Prevention Toxin, better name pending, and went to town on any and all rock monsters that came his way. Many of his classmates followed suit, Mineta and Sero pinned down some with either sticky balls or tape, for an easy target. Ochako lifted up some into the air and allowed Tsuyu to use her tongue to slam them back down.
Mina melted them down; Todoroki froze them solid. Midoriya, Iida, Bakugo and even Kaminari, helped Dokusei pave a way forward.
Ojiro, Sato, Kirishima, and Aoyama protected their flanks while Jiro, Shoji and Hagakure acted as the group's eyes and ears.
Yaoyorozu and Tokoyami protected the rear. "Will there be an end to them?!" Yaoyorozu smacked a flying one into a much bigger one.
"At this rate we'll be swallowed up by perpetual darkness, both by these monsters, and the blackness of the forests!" Tokoyami ducked under an attack. They've been at this for almost two hours now.
Further up the group, Dokusei was whaling on a rock monster that turned to dust quickly. "At this rate, we'll never make it!" He was already pushing it at the thirty minute mark, started seeing stars at the one hour mark, vomited twice already, feeling a third one coming soon; all in all, it wasn't looking good. "I'm going to pass out before long..."
"Doku!" Mina called to him. "Pull back and rest for a moment! Your veins are almost dead black!"
"I-I can still keep going..." His vision was tunneling; closing his eyes, he took a few deep breaths, trying to get some semblance of control. "W-we need to keep going...we-" He put a hand over his mouth and stood to the side as he emptied what was left in his stomach. "Fuuuuck!" He fell back onto his butt, huffing and puffing.
"Dokusei stop! You're going to give yourself a seizure!" She came up to him and gave him some of her water. Yaoyorozu made them some water bottles and filled them with melted ice from Todoroki.
"You're one to talk..." He took a few ginger sips.
She rolled her eyes. "Yeah, but I'm not the one who's throwing up the water I do have."
"Point... taken..." He took another swig, before getting up, "I have my own bottle, I'll be more careful..." He gave her bottle back and began to push forward again, Mina looking at him with worry.
"Is he ok?" Ochako walked up to her, looking a little green herself.
"We better get to the lodge soon..." was all she said before she began to move out again, "Help me keep an eye on him, will you?"
"I will!" She pressed down on some pressure points on her wrists before following.
Eight hours, it took them eight hours to reach the lodge, and in those hours, Dokusei vomited another two times, but didn't collapse. He turned off the toxin after the fourth one and just hoped they'd make it. Ochako probably matched him, by how green she looked. Mina's hands felt like they were on fire and looked ready to pass out, along with many of the other kids.
"Looks like there wasn't much point with the threat of no food." Mandalay, Pixie Bob, and Aizawa greeted them.
""Less than two hours, my ass..." Sero grumbled as he rubbed his elbow.
"My bad, I meant by our standards." She smiled at them.
Pixie Bob walked up, giggling behind her paw glove. "Hehehe... Honestly I thought it would take you guys longer to figure it out!" She pointed to a group. "You guys especially." She was pointing at Iida, Midoriya, Todoroki, Bakugo, and Dokusei. "Your lack of hesitation and quick action I can only guess comes from the experience you've acquired?"
"What's she on about?" Dokusei thought.
She suddenly rushed up to them. "I can't wait to see what'll become of you in three years from now! I'm calling dibs right now!" Before she could continue, Dokusei grabbed her wrist, without warning. "What? How?!"
"You're the one who threw us off the cliff, correct?"
"uh.. Yeah? I can move and shape earth however I want to." She had no idea where this was going.
"Alright." He let go of her wrist and walked away. "I hope you die single, Cougar."
"Wha!" She was absolutely stunned. Mandalay put a paw over her mouth to keep from laughing at her friend.
"Ummm... Who's kid is this?" Midoriya pulled their attention away. "Are any of you his mom?"
"Oh um... no." Mandalay coughed into her fist, retaining control of herself. "This is my nephew." She waved over to the kid. "Kouta! Come say hi, you're going to be living with them for the next week."
Midoriya walked up to him and began to introduce himself; he got two sentences out before the Kouta punched him in the balls, and from the look on Midoriya's face, the kid didn't hold back at all.
"Kouta!" Mandalay called out as he quickly walked away
"Brother down!" Dokusei yelled out, "Repeat, brother down!" He and Iida went to Midoriya's aid.
"How could the nephew of our host go for a low blow!?" Iida shouted at the boy.
Kouta stopped just before the door and gave everyone a mad eye. "I'm not going to fuck around with a bunch of losers who want to be stupid heroes."
Dokusei quietly scuffed. "Kid's got some vocabulary..." He helped Midoriya up, "Rest your hands above your hand and slowly walk around for a bit."
"Alright, enough chit chat," Aizawa spoke up. "Grab your things from the bus." He then pointed inside. "Once you're settled into your rooms, grab dinner in the dining hall. After that, hit the showers. Kick back and relax. Because the training starts tomorrow. Now get going."
Once everyone got their stuff in their rooms, they were greeted by the sight of food on several tables. "Thanks for the food!" everyone shouted when they were all seated. Soon food was disappearing at a rapid rate.
"After what happened today, this is just what the doctor ordered!" Dokusei said as he worked on his third helping of rice.
"Sumiteru," Midoriya started. "I knew you were a fast eater, but uh... Do you think you can slow it down a bit?" His only response was a blue on black death stare. "N-N-Nevermind!"
"Dokusei." Ochako let out a giggle. "Just don't choke, ok?" He turned at her with a mouth full of beef, took a deep breath and nodded. "Thanks!" He didn't slow down per say, but took smaller bites.
He took a swig from his glass, killing what's left of it. "I'm going to-" he didn't get to finish because Pixie Bob replaced his drink with a new one. "Oh, thanks...!" He turned to her and nodded; she gave him a wink as she went by. He shook his head a bit. "I hope Mimi doesn't end up like her..." He muttered only loud enough for his friend to hear.
This made Ochako snort out her drink into her nose. "Ach!" She then started coughing with a mix of laughter, as Dokusei patted her back.
"You good?" Dokusei asked. She nodded as she got everything under control. "And here you were telling me not to choke!" He let out a laugh, but not before she slugged him in the shoulder, which only made him laugh harder; soon enough everyone in their friend group was busting a gut.
Dokusei soon finished his last bowl of food and was ready to hit the hot springs like everyone else. After doing the proper wash beforehand, Dokusei was enjoying the heat wash over his body, trying to ignore Mineta's perviness.
"...What we seek is beyond this wall..." Mineta rambled.
"What are you going on about, Mineta?" Midoriya asked.
"Ignore his words, Mordy," Dokusei sank further in. "But keep an eye on him; he's going on to do something stupid." He looked at Mineta as he pressed him to the wall. "You try anything, I'll make sure you're never found."
"Restrain yourself!" Iida came up to him, "This bridge you're about to cross is beneath everyone here, not to mention it'd be frowned upon by the girls!"
"Freaking prude..." Mineta leaned away from the wall. "WALLS EXIST TO BE SCALED! PLUS ULTRA!"
"Damn he's fast!" Dokusei thought as he got out, "JIRO!" he yelled out, "PERVY GRAPE COMING FROM UP HIGH!"
"Everyone down!" They managed to hear her shout.
Just as Mineta was about to reach the top of the wall, Kouta popped up and stopped him from going any further. "Learn to be a decent human being before becoming a hero." And pushed him off.
"You little shit!" Mineta said as he fell.
"Way to go, Kouta!" Mina cheered. "You rock!" This got the kid's attention.
"Ashido, cover up!" Ochako screamed at her but was too late. The kid saw them, stumbled back, and quickly began to fall down to the boy's side.
Midoriya was quick on his feet and managed to catch him before he could hit the ground.
"oh my god, is he ok?" Mina yelled back.
"Mordy got him, he's safe." Dokusei hollered. Turning to Midoriya, he helped make sure he was ok and grabbed his hat.
"I'm going to take him to Mandalay." Midoriya picked himself off the ground, carrying the kid with him.
"Do that." He gave him the hat, and let him go. "Me and Roboto will deal with Mineta." He stared at the grape boy, who appeared to be sulking, "Oh and put on a pair of pants or something." Midoriya looked back at this. "I don't think it would look good if you brought Mandalay her nephew with your dick swinging about!" Everyone could see Midoriya's whole body turning red, who then bolted like his life depended on it.
"Now," he turned his attention to Mineta, "got anything to say for yourself?"
"I would have gotten away with it, if it wasn't for that stupid kid!" He rolled about on the ground like a spoiled brat.
"No more hot springs for the rest of the trip?" he asked Iida.
"I agree, but how do we keep him out?" He put a hand to his chin.
Dokusei just smiled and flashed his claws, "I got a few ideas..."
"No please!" Mineta began to scurry away. "I thought we were cool after the practical!?"
"I said I didn't hate you as a person, just your perverted actions." He slowly walked towards him, readying his claws. "But, because you're keeping this up, it will not go unpunished." He grabbed the grape's shoulder and injected his toxin. "You made your bed, so go lay in it."
Mineta was quickly paralyzed and stiff as a board. "Probably should have waited till he had clothes on..." Kirishima pointed out.
Dokusei shrugged and walked out. "Just toss him in his room and let him do that in the morning." Because of Mineta, the hot springs didn't feel relaxing right now. "I'm calling it a night..."
After changing, he bumped into Jiro and Tsuyu as they left the changing room. "Oh, S-Sumiteru!" Jiro stopped him, "Thanks for the heads up." She bowed a little. "It's nice to know that someone has our backs."
He smirked at her. "The Queen of rock and roll bows to a lowly mortal, such as myself." He put his hands over his heart. "I feel so honored!"
"Q-Q-Queen!?" She began to blush like mad and put her hands over her face. "I-I don't g-get w-wh-"
Dokusei put a hand on her shoulder. "Don't go overboard with it, it was just a joke." He removed his hand and stepped back. "Anyway, it was no problem for me; the bastard hasn't learned it seems..."
"Still, it was nice of you to do that." Tsuyu took over for Jiro. "I don't understand why he still hasn't gotten the memo either, ribbit." She smiled at him.
"He's stubborn and thinks with is dick instead of his head." He began to walk away.
"Sumiteru," Tsuyu called out as he turned back. "Good luck with her." She gave him a wink.
Jiro gave them a confused look as Dokusei just sighed. "Thanks, Little Hop." He left them and went to his room.
