Annabeth POV:

"Are you sure you're okay?" Madam Pomfrey asked.

"Yes," I responded, "You checked us, we're perfectly fine." Madam Pomfrey closed the door to the hospital wing, her face still unsure.

"I don't think anyone's here," Nico said as the door shut. We looked around to make sure, only seeing empty halls. I guessed most students were probably still in their classes. We each pulled back the long sleeves of our robes revealing the bracelets. We clasped the Hogwarts crest dangling from it into our palms and closed our eyes. I want to go to the room of requirement. Suddenly I felt a pulling force as if dragging me quickly faster than light or space.

I didn't know what the room used to look like, but Dumbledore seems to have made excellent progress. It was a good size, at least larger than one or two cabins together back at Camp Half-Blood. The room was empty except for us three. "That wasn't too bad," Nico said, getting up. Percy rummaged through his bag finding the pouch of drachmas Dumbledore had given us.

"You haven't put that away yet?" I asked.

"Nope," Percy answered, sheepishly. "Nico?"

"I did," Nico said. "It's lucky no one went through your bag and found out that you randomly had greek money with you."

"Yeah, but if I didn't have them with me, how would we iris message Chiron?" Percy continued, "Besides, I'm the one with the pesky roommates. They're practically looking at me everywhere I go. How'd you hide yours?"

"I waited until most of the house was gone and cast an invisibility charm," Nico said.

"Everyone in the dorms was asleep. So I used my invisibility cap, and hid it, also placing an invisibility charm,"

"Was the cap necessary if they were all asleep?"

I shrugged my shoulders, "I'm quiet enough, but you never know when they might wake up."

"We have the offering," Nico said, "But does anyone have a water bottle or something," As if on cue Percy raised a water bottle from his bag. I pointed towards the high windows of the room of requirement, where sunlight peeked in. "Give me a boast," I said, taking Percy's water bottle. They did so, and there I was looking out the window. From there I could see all of the outer parts of Hogwarts. I wondered if Dumbledore enchanted it so someone from the room could see outside, but not the other way around. There was a shadow emerging near the shadows of the forbidden forest, I squinted, but then it was gone. Perhaps I had imagined it, but a part of me knew I didn't.

"Annabeth? Percy? Nico?" Chiron's image hovered near the window, showing the background of the big house. "Hi Chiron," I said, "How are things back at Camp Half-Blood?" We sat down on the floor. It would have been a lot easier if wizards and witches invented a rainbow making spell.

"So far, everything has been just as it usually is. Leo and Calypso are still with Apollo though and have yet to return. How is Hogwarts?"

"It's fine so far," I explained, "We had some difficulty talking with one another, but that's resolved now. However, today we had a class and the minotaur attacked. Magic didn't have much of an effect on it," If Chiron was surprised he hid it well. "The minotaur, at Hogwarts." He mused, stroking his beard. "How strong was the immunity?"

"Very strong. The spells affected it, but it broke free moments after,"

"Have there been any other attacks? Any other occurrences?"

"Another two people are alive. One is a young student from Hogwarts called Colin Creevy, and the other a loyal follower of Voldemort called Bellatrix Lestrange,"

"She got into a fight with Dumbledore, some students, and I," Percy said, "Is Thanatos still free? Maybe it's a similar situation with that when I was at Camp Jupiter?"

"I assumed as much and checked, Thanatos is where he should be,"

"Bellatrix also gave me a message: remember. I have no idea what it means,"

"I see. Have your identities been compromised yet?"

"There were a few close calls," I said, "but so far, no one knows we're demigods,"

"Good, remember to keep it so. Thank you for this check-up. Continue your time at Hogwarts, if anything else happens please tell m-"

"Chiron!" We heard another voice in the background. Nico immediately leaned closer to the rainbow, his back straighter. "Hello, Will," Chiron said, "Would you like to take a few words with Nico, Annabeth, and Percy?" Will Solace, son of Apollo, was Nico's demigod boyfriend back at camp Half-Blood. A demigod with blond hair came into view. "Hi everyone! How are you all doing? Nico?"

"Hello Will," Nico mumbled, I could have sworn some pink came to his cheeks. "I think we're doing well,"

"That's great!"

"How are you doing?" Nico responded.

"I'm doing fine, I was just calling Chiron to ask about you actually. I was worried. I didn't know what witches and wizards would be like. I was going to head over to eat later-"

"Does anyone here know what the time is? We should be at dinner now!" I exclaimed.

"Annabeth," Nico objected, "We left Madam Pomfrey's very quickly, and class had ended early too. I'm sure we aren't late,"

"Madam Pomfrey?" Will asked. "Who's her?"

"She's the healer at Hogwarts," Percy replied.

"Not a good of a healer as you," Nico said. Now Will was blushing. "You really think so?"

"I think we should go back though. It'd be suspicious if we returned late,"

"You go if you like," Nico replied, a tinge of annoyance in his voice, "I'm staying here for a while more,"

"Okay, Percy are you staying too?"

"Nah," Percy said. "I think I'm going to go with your idea and leave. Nico and Will can be together without me,"

Hermione POV:

"Did you see that minotaur?"

"It attacked the Americans!"

"I had a feeling Hagrid was still the bumbling fool he was during the Hippogriff incident," The students were all in deep conversation, immersed in what had happened in class. Ron, Harry and I ran through the corridors heading to the library immediately. "Hermione," Ron said, as I opened the library doors. "What is it, Ron? Go on I'm listening,"

"While we were running to the library, I noticed that Dumbledore put up a notice or the reinstated duelling club! The first meeting is today after dinner in the Great hall. We should go," I considered the idea for a moment, then nodded, "That's a good idea,"

"It is."

"Madam Pince," I asked, walking up to the overseer of the library, a witch wearing mostly black. "Where can I find books on mythology?" Madam Pince directed us to some shelves at the end of the library.

"Mythology?" Harry asked as I began reading through the titles that decorated the spines of several books. "Yes," I answered, "I berate myself for not knowing which though, I briefly skimmed a book once and heard it mention the minotaur, but I can't remember which one,"

"There's something even you don't know?" Ron said. I jabbed him in his side. "Ow!" He yelped, "Don't worry Hermione, I'm just joking. You know practically everything,"

"I know I don't know everything," I admitted, and smirked, "but I don't expect you to know more than I do,"

"Probably,"

"I'll be looking through the books, and placing the ones I think will have information about the minotaur on the table. You two should look through them," I said, skimming through books, and putting them back onto the shelves or onto a table. "Are you sure about this?" Harry asked.

"Of course," I replied, setting down another book down.
