Bruh: I understand that Sonic's death was not exactly fun, but it was building up to this moment. Sonic repeatedly alludes to the need for a successor in the event something happens, and Sonic has the idea that Surge would be a good replacement for him once her temperament got under control. The build up was for the moment that Surge would take charge.
It was a plot twist, but not one that wasn't coming. I can see why people would get upset over it. To which I say without an ounce of animosity or anger: write your own fanfiction. I don't mean that as a jab, I mean that because I want to see other works. I do not like the monopoly I feel I hold on Sonic and Surge fanfictions on this site. I would love for more people show their creativity and cool stories.
Alright, thats it. I would love to read more reviews, but I won't be responding to anymore. So... do as you will with that information. This was a fun story, and I enjoyed writing it. You all have been great as well, and I hope to hear from all of you again in future fics.
