The scene opened up to show TME while he waits for Atomsk to appear after he laid on a bed to take a nap and little Z's appeared over TME's head.
Suddenly, you see the Burger King mascot come in with an air horn and you hear the phrase…
"Don't go to bed before the King."
That's when the King uses the air horn.
"AHHHHH!" TME yelled when he was roused badly from his sleep and jumped from the couch.
"What the hell!?" TME said before… looking at the Burger king with raw fury and pulled out a bazooka with burgers in it.
"Oh I came prepared for you asshole!... these are for the fries that you don't salt properly!" TME said while the Bazooka charged making the Burger King mascot jolt when TME was serious about blasting him with a high powered burger cannon.
The mascot quickly takes off his head and reveals to be… Atomsk.
TME blinks and quickly fired upwards when he couldn't stop things and blasts a hole in the roof and lands on his back.
"Atomsk… you really… need to not do stuff like that." TME said while he went to pick himself up and stores the Bazooka while looking through the hole and saw that the burger left orbit.
Atomsk sweatdrops.
"Sorry… figure I use an old joke commercial. Though a bit excessive if you hate their fries. I mean I hate their fries too but a bazooka?"
"Considering I thought you were doing that Sneak King thing from that game and I really am…. Salty… on the lack of salt on their fries… well can't exactly blame me… anyway before we ramble on the does and don't of burger king, ready to start chapter 2 of Naruto, Goblin Overlord while the cleaning crew fix the damage here?" TME said while he puts the burger bazooka away.
"Yeah… but just to be clear… BK's customer service sucks and… always ask for onion rings… with BBQ sauce." Atomsk said.
"Eh not much of an onion fan but can give it a try later or something… for now, just to check while I'm rereading things from last chapter, you remember what happened last time?... Naruto should have gotten near Nordberg and had fun with many demonic women he met in the underworld… not going to detail that bit since its not important persay, but should be interesting when Kelda and Hana see them later after Naruto takes over Nordberg." TME said while he hits his fists together.
"Oh yeah. That's exactly what happen." Atomsk said.
"Oh really?... nice… just a small synopsis… Naruto, after causing havoc in Nordberg, was thrown from the village after invaders, the Empire of Konona in this story, wanted Naruto, Naruto managed to get away but was frozen frozen for a bit and until he was 18 or so was trained by Gnarl as the overlord right?... after that he finished training, trained to some extent at least since Naruto has to regain stones and stuff to use more power, he is getting ready for the invasion on Nordberg… and pretty much celebrated getting back and stuff so now is the invasion part." TME said while he had crossed arms and wondered if he was missing anything important.
"Oh yeah… hehe. It's gonna be a grand reunion." Atomsk said.
"Indeed… and to make sure we don't have an anti-climatic end to the Nordberg arc, may as well add at least one OC that Naruto can fight and force away and show he is an actual Overlord material… maybe the big bad could be the usual OC we use in stories and stuff?... hehe, you'll see what I mean later but for now lets leave the OC as a mystery… pretty sure Grunty will at least like that here isn't just a statue dropped on someone to end things… well can still happen but thats a bit boring for a final battle for Nordberg don't you think?" TME said while he shrugged his arms a bit when he still remembered how the Nordberg battle went rather well.
"Indeed." Atomsk said as he was now drinking a soda and passed one to TME.
As TME moved to drink the drink, the scenes shifts to…
Nordberg area/ Spire point/ Naruto, Goblin horde, Arc
The scene now showed Naruto as he, Arc, and the Goblins look to see that many people from Nordberg lit a gate on fire while Gnarl's voice was heard in Naruto's head.
"Hmmm… looks like we will have to get the Red Hive so we can get Fire minions… they can put this fire out and everything." Gnarl communicates in Naruto's head and this started the Fire Hive retrieval event…. Or it would have if it wasn't skipped to have Naruto chuckling when he had a 5 Red Minions near him with the Browns after time skipped to MUCH later to show him invading the sanctuary, causing chaos, pretty much getting scolded by Overlord Fay though Naruto ignored her to get the Red minion hive and now he was ready to invade Nordberg in full and he looks around and saw that while he could take down the fiery gate making a shortcut, thanks to the fact there were well armed melitia blocking Nordberg, it would be a death sentance for him and his minions and Arc so he looks and smirks when he saw a group of lesser armored men along the path from Nordberg that could lead around those well armed soldiers and everything.
"Hehe, ready for some chaos Arc?... same with you bastards?" Naruto said while he grins at Arc and his minions.
The minions roared in excitement as they are excited for the battle as Arc barks a bit.
Naruto chuckles before he looks at the well armored lone leader of the lesser soldiers.
"Attack!" Naruto called as he and the minions caused raw unfiltered chaos when they worked their way to rip and tear many weaker enemies apart and Naruto had a blast watching many enemy Konoha men panic when the red minions lit them aflame.
"HAHA!... good job you guys, when we get Nordberg, consider some of the women your bitches later, can't say I don't reward my men for good work… an evil overlord does well in dominating many but you guys keeping me sane to some level deserve more hehe." Naruto said while he grins darkly when had interesting plans for Nordberg when it was taken over.
The minions were now very excited at the awards as they continue to wreak havoc but made sure to not kill any potential ladies.
Though they made sure to leave some Nordberg men alive so they could be used as slaves or workers later since a town of all women wouldn't be a full on village without people to breed with and stuff… still thats one thing… for now the group worked their way further around the land to Nordberg and after a hop to a wolf den area to suit up the minions, skip to a mine to get some explosives ready, and a jump over various pits and stuff to get further to Nordberg, Naruto was laughing evilly when he had the minions use a ballista near the Nordberg gate to skewer and piece enemy units in front of Nordberg and the few that actually lived… well they were panicking like headless chickens as Naruto enjoyed the sight while he laughs with crossed arms.
"Hehe… besides sex with my ladies… this is enjoyable." Naruto said as he laughs more.
"Hehe, indeed Milord, running like headless chickens, I suggest you open that fiery gate and restock any lost minions and recover at the spire since it can refuel you… for some reason I feel an… odd presence inside Nordberg that makes that Borius pig an absolute trash of a man in comparison." Gnarl said which was rare since Gnarl was normally not this careful and this presence must have gotten him worked up and wanted Naruto to be safe.
"Interesting… will do just that." Naruto said as he went to open the gate.
When he did after the fire minions put out the fire, Naruto got a recharge of magic and health from the Netherworld spire made for him and he restocked his minions for the attack to be… nuff said Naruto grins when he felt stronger than ever… honestly a free recovery spot and in other places to be… almost unfair… keyword… almost hehe… still he had to get the gate to Nordberg out of the way since it was blocking him and Naruto grins darkly when he remembered the path he cleared of Archers and more… there was a track that led right to the front gate and with an cart full of explosives… honestly this would be one hell of an entrance making Naruto chuckle evilly.
"Hehe, reminds me of my pranking days." Naruto said.
This made Naruto get fox like whisker marks on his face when he had a truly devilish idea.
"Oh!... that does give me an idea hehe." Naruto said with a dark grin before he looks at the Brown minions he had.
"Hey… gather as many carts of explosive stuff and get ready to push a number of them… if we're going to make an entrance… why not go all in and REALLY make a blast that many will remember for years." Naruto said while grinning evilly at his minions under his helmet.
The minions were confused but followed the command and went to get many carts that can hold explosives.
When they did… well the scene went to Nordberg for a moment as a middle aged man blinks when he heard something at the door and looks confused.
"Huh?... I… don't hear anything destructive like we did a bit ago… what is going on?" The villager said while he put his ear to the door but didn't hear nothing… the reason being… well many MANY explosives were set at the massive gate and as the lone unsuspective villager looks confused… Naruto was making a line of gunpowder while he hums and chuckles occasionally while he happy look on his face at the chaos to be… even if the stone held and stuff… would easily blow the wood away… and funny enough, a Konoha soldier inside Nordberg with other soldiers approached the middle aged man.
"Hey, what are you doing there?" One soldier asked while looking confused.
"I think I heard something." The old man said.
"Really?, well move so we can see, thankfully the gate opens to the inside and stuff…. Hey open the gate!" One soldier ordered while the gates were opened and well… as the gate slowly opened revealing the mountain of explosives confusing many for a second before they pale at the sight… and on a nearby hill with an oddly perfect angle so that Naruto was next to a trail of gunpowder next to a fire minion… both Naruto and the fire minion waved with eyesmiles as the fire minion set the gunpowder ablaze as the middle aged villager bolts faster than his age would show.
"Run for you damned lives!" The middle aged man yelled as the Soldiers start to run… good thing to because when the Gunpower hit the pile… well… a mushroom cloud level explosion was seen while in the underworld…
Gnarl with many women were watching things from Naruto's helmets POV and Anko was laughing her ass off as Gnarl whistles a bit.
"Damn… must say that not many overlords make an entrance with a bang as loud as that… those poor fools must be running around in a panic from that." Gnarl said while he held a drumstick out to Tsume the wolf demoness.
"Drumbstick my dear Milady?" Gnarl said while he was in a good mood so he had food made for many right now.
"Thanks." Tsume said as she happily much on the drumstick.
"By the way Gnarl… about that presence you sensed?... any chance we should worry for Naruto?" Tsunade said as Gnarl hums.
"Hmmm… oh indeed, given from the feel, feels like the predecessor's Overlords level of power believe it or not so could be like Lord Naruto or could be a Hero class character, a being that the Goody two shoes world may try to bring in to balance the evil out… try and remember Naruto is still training as an overlord… but he does have an ace in the hole so to speak so if he needs it… he can call… HER help… just know that this may not be as simple as a battle as you may expect… but may not be as… rough as you all may think since… this pressure… seems… off… almost… chaotic?... either way don't expect his Village takeover to be simple… its a test for Lord Naruto since if he cannon claim this village… has no chance to taking over the world." Gnarl said while he bit into some meat he was given and drunk some beer.
"I wonder who this… hero is?" Mei said with a concerned look.
"No clue, unless Lord Naruto sees it, won't or hear what he can't." Gnarl said as the scene went back to Naruto as he was laughing up a storm as were his minions when they saw the panic and everything and the huge ass explosion to top many explosions to be as Naruto wiped a tear away.
"O-Oh man… I-I don't think we will make an explosion like that anytime soon… better enjoy it you guys… especially you Fire minions… good god that was a serious one… surprised the stone parts of the gate is still standing." Naruto said while he and the minions start to enter Nordberg in full while Naruto and his minions got a quick recharge in health, magic, and total just in case… more so when Naruto stepped foot in Nordberg… he felt a chill up his spine when he could FEEL something abnormally strong in the village…
Arc looks at Naruto and barks as he tries wonders what's wrong.
Naruto collects himself for a moment.
"Oh its nothing boy… just… in case we run into anyone extra strong, either get ready to run and fight another day or get ready to fight for our lives." Naruto said while he pets Arc on the head while he starts walking into Nordberg while he frowns.
"Ah… home again… honestly with the way things are… its like I never left… really sickens me…" Naruto said when he saw that over a nearly destroyed bridge, some nordberg people were throwing some firecrackers over it to keep Naruto from approaching… like he would with how he could go around… though he did smirk darkly when he gave the *I'm watching you gesture* to those throwing the fire crackers as he walked down a different path making the firecracker throwing people gulp when the minions and Arc followed Naruto.
The minions got excited looks to cause more damage as Arc got a fierce look as he growls threateningly at the villagers.
Honestly for most of what would happen, Naruto just had his minions knock upside the head random villagers or take down the occasional weak soldier while Naruto sensed the strong presence up ahead on a large hill overlooking the village with a large elevator and a large statue nearby… as Naruto and his minions got there… he saw a few people getting on… one was Borius who he called the pig… a couple guards… two fierce looking if normal looking wolf like animals which got Arc's attention at the familiar scents… but Naruto was more interested in the two women and… some kind of… man near Borius who didn't seem like a normal soldier…
The two women… well… Naruto had flashbacks to two girls in his mind… one being Kelda… and the other Hana…
If these two were Kelda and Hana… they grew well!... honestly Kelda looked like she had wild unkempt hair even if brushed, wore a white dress with a black leather Corset and orange skirt of sorts over a white skirt that went to her feet with slim shoes and had two leather bracers on her arms.
A bit lacking for the cold but given the company she was with… was probably for eyecandy reasons if she was forced to wear the outfit.
The other woman though looked like a… well… a more clean version of Tsume with a more angular face, a slimmer body, and had a beauty that some women couldn't match in Nordberg… she wore some fur coat while she wore some black leather boots, had a whip in hand at her side, and wore some intricate beast taming gear though she looked more like a dominatrix than anything… if this was Hana… than… well… all one could say was DAAAAAAAAMN!
Though as the elevator starts to lower… Naruto got a good look at the figure actually looking Naruto in the eyes.
The figure was a man with brown hair that went to his shoulders… glowing green eyes… had some green run like tattoos one his arms more ordered than Naruto's but was lacking part of the blue skin on the forearms and hands… the man also had an odd large gem in his chest like it was put there artificially and the man smirks when he saw Naruto look at it and gave him a gesture to come get him if he wanted to get Nordberg…
And as the the man and the others left Naruto's view thanks to the group being on the elevator as it lowered… Naruto remembered seeing that he had a deadly massive looking greatsword that seemed… almost… alive?... if anything it looked abnormally demonic like it wasn't something this world should have for some reason.
'Something seems off about that guy and that weapon… need to be extra careful.' Naruto thought.
Still thanks to the fact that the elevator was jammed, either by the soldiers, or by someone else, Naruto couldn't get down yet… but he did overhear something after someone just appeared in a magical way.
"Emperor Solarius is VERY concerned Brother that you allowed Nordberg to be most violently raided by magical barbarians… you even brought… HIM here of all things when this village is well beneath his skills…" The man named Marius said, who Naruto caught the name of, as Marius gave the man with a greatsword a look that showed that this man wasn't supposed to be here… honestly unlike Borius who was a fat tub of lard, Marius looked like a twig in comparison.
The man with the greatsword shrugged.
"Well Marius, when I heard about a strange man with magic powers giving the empire of Konoha a bit of trouble… figured I should see if he would be worth killing… after all… I'm not the commander of your armies for leadership alone…" The man said while he crossed his arms and gained a serious look on his face as he looks at Borius.
"Still considering things… that former inhabitant of this place… I'm honestly not impressed… all commands and no real skills on his own…" The man said before smirking when he looked in Naruto's direction when he knew Naruto could overhear this.
As Naruto frowns from this, Gnarl frowns on his end.
"Commander of Konoha's armies?... be careful in provoking him now sire… something tells me if you fight him now… you would be in for a VERY bad time…" Gnarl said to remind Naruto he wasn't here to pick fights but to reclaim the town so if they forced this Commander away, the better for them.
"Not like I could now, Gnarl. Elevator is stuck now but will still remember the warning." Naruto mentally said.
This than had Naruto look around and while he couldn't just jump down, he did hum when he saw a large stone statue and after some pillar destruction… shoving a Borius statue off a cliffside did make Naruto feel better when a pathway was opened but would have to fall back a bit to use it.
Still this let Naruto work his way down to the plaza and while no christmas tree and other stuff yet, he did see the gate leading to the main hall of Nordberg open as Borius looks shocked when the commander was the one who had it opened of all things.
"W-What are you doing!?" Borius said as the Commander looks at Borius.
"Given the rate he is going and how pathetic your men are… may as well just cut to the chase and see if he can actually put up a good fight… Lord Marius, Lord Borius, please excuse this lowly commander and hope you enjoy the show." The Commander said as he walked out of the gated area and had it closed behind him and as Naruto go to the plaza in full… he narrows his eyes when he saw the Commander while the Commander looks amused and points a thumb towards the more open plaza area so he, Naruto, the minions, and Arc could fight… though given the Commander didn't take allies… Naruto had a feeling he should have a plan B…
"Arc… take a few Goblins with you and go around… may as well see how this commander does against us… if anything… lets try and see what he can do and if were in trouble, having this man here may keep him from protecting that pig of a governor from from what I heard." Naruto said while he pets Arc as he had 5 minions go with Arc leaving Naruto with 15 or so healthy minions.
Arc barks as he lead the 5 minions as the rest of the minions got determined looks.
When Naruto and the minions got to the Commander, he looks amused when he had his hands on his hips.
"Hmmm… missing that Wolf demon and some minions… guess either they turned tail and ran… or you have something planned?... no matter… I'm not interested in them… must say you're a lot more interesting than some beasts I fought in the past… well… not like I'm any better being a monster myself… but when you have weaklings to order around, takes a leader to make them a proper unit." The man said as he cracks his neck.
Naruto narrows his eyes.
"You're one strange man. Who are you?"
The man chuckles as he cracked his knuckles.
"Hehe… impress me enough Magical Barbarian and I may tell my name… now… lets dance!" The man said before he shocked all when he charged Naruto and his minions with his bare fists of all things but this seemed to be a planned moved when he slugged Naruto back who had to guard and Naruto felt a serious impact knocking him back and had to use his sword in the ground to keep him from skidding on the snowy floor while the man chuckles as Naruto's arm guard was seriously damaged and cracked.
"Hehe… let me just give fair warning if that wasn't enough of a reality check for you… I'm not an everyday soldier, I'm not a normal human… you underestimate me… you'll wind up dead or worse." The man said as he gave Naruto a come get me gesture with one hand while he looks amused now.
Naruto glares at the man. He wasn't gonna be tricked by the gesture but had to think of something.
As this happened, Arc and the minions managed to get by a number of guards that were on a Ballista… none of them expected a wolf demon to carry minions on its back and killing a few guards causing some panic… a couple minions ran up to the top of the building as Naruto tried to use his sword on the commander but the guy seemed to use the angle of the blows to knock Naruto's hand away so while Naruto was able to swing the sword, the man redirects the attacks while he looks more amused… more so when he avoids a combo with Naruto trying to catch him off guard by firing lightning at the man though the man moved to side step the attacks as his grin widens more.
"Oh!... neat trick… let me show you mine." The man said while Naruto had wide eyes when the man got a green energy around his fist and when it connects with Naruto's gut, the armor Naruto wore broke into pieces and he was launched clear across the ground hard as Naruto coughs up blood while Borius was cheering from where he was watching things while Marius was nearby and looks amused while Kelda and Hana were further back while the two Wolf like dogs near Hana sniffed the air getting Hana's attention… she wondered what they were sniffing since they were well trained to not get distracted… Honestly she wasn't sure who to root for since she didn't recognize the man being attacked thanks to the distance and more… same with Kelda when she wondered how he could take hits like that.
Though thanks to some of the minions with Arc working to push some kind of statue over Borius slowly given there were a small number of minions… well it would take a minute or two of them pushing and as this happened Naruto growls as he wiped some blood from his mouth while the commander chuckles while he held his glowing fist up.
"Chaos Fist… interesting name but doesn't classify as any normal elemental magic… really packs a punch doesn't it?" The Commander said while Naruto growls while his eyes glow and oddly enough he removed his helmet much to Gnarl and the other minions surprise as Naruto threw it to have it land on a minions head making the brown minion it landed on blink as Naruto spat out more blood and chuckles.
"Yeah… it does… honestly you're a step above these weaklings… makes me wonder why a guy like you is working with them… but I probably won't give answers unless I give it my all… so… why don't I show you… what I… no…" Naruto said as he closed his eyes…
"What WE can do." Naruto said as his voice turned into a deep growl of sorts, almost like he was going feral and the commander blinks when he saw that as an odd energy was forming from Naruto… a red one this time and as it slowly enveloped his body… Gnarl and the other women when Gnarl had the minion with the helmet look at Naruto was chuckling.
"Oh I pity that commander now… he had the edge no doubt but now when Milord gets serious with… Her… help… I highly doubt he will be able to withstand Milords power like a horse swatting fies from its ass… just a natural reflex to swipe away pests." Gnarl said while he looks amused.
Anko grins.
"That guy is in major trouble."
"Yeah… though… for some reason instead of fear like most demons… isn't that man… actually grinning?" Tsunade said when the Goblin wearing Naruto's helmet looks when he heard Tsunade say that and… the group actually saw the man grinning as Naruto's thoughts were heard in his head to himself only.
"Hey… I need your help…" Naruto said while in the darkness of his mind… two red glowing eyes opened and amsed giggling was heard and when that happened… Naruto's eyes snapped opened to show a fierce glowing red.
"Lets do this… KURAMA!" Naruto growls before roaring when he emits a ton of magical energy so dense that many not used to magic were shocked at the sight while Naruto gained a more feral look… sharper teeth, clawed fingers and most likely toes… his hair got scruffier… honestly he was like Tsume's wet dream right now… the Commander however just grins more and as he focused on Naruto… he just gave a come get me gesture with one hand and Naruto roars when he charged the Commander with extreme speed… however to EVERYONE's further shock… Naruto saw the man move with energy covering his body, draw his greatsword, and block the hit with the flattened with one hand much to Naruto's shock as the man skids back without damage and the greatsword wasn't damaged at all.
"What!?/What!?" Naruto growls while he and a feminine voice in his mind said at the same time when they didn't expect that as the man chuckles.
"Damn… honestly I expected a lot of things… but a damn Jinchuriki?... Gotta say… definitely someone worthy… from that color and hue… Kurama the nine tails am I right?" The man said while he had glowing eyes that went from a dark green color to a bright green color the more energy he used.
"H-How do you know?" Naruto said as he was shocked.
The Commander chuckles at that but before he could answer… well he and Naruto heard something off near the town hall and heard a scream as a statue over it was pushed over some kind of edge and the groups look to see that Borius was pinned under a large statue of himself… the irony… and the commander sighs as he looks at Naruto.
"Welp… I can answer that question in a moment… looks like I should give a compliment where its due… seems while you kept me busy, you dealt a huge blow to the leader of the town here… honestly thats going to be a big blemish to my record… oh well… Borius wasn't well liked so not like he can't be replaced easily… you want answers… well named Emerald… and similar to you… I'm a Jinchuriki… though… unlike you who has a singular beast… I have a composite one… or… the original beast… the 10 tails or a bastardized version of it since I only have one tail of each beast that was captured years ago… part of the one tailed beast to be exact and more energy was gathered to make a tail… thanks to VARIOUS twisted experiments that got that sucker sealed in me when I was a baby years ago… I'm Konoha's Commander and pretty much number one fighter… unless you can beat me number 9… no way in hell will this little rebellion of yours work out in the long run." The Commander said when he introduced himself as Emerald… Jinchuriki to the 10 tails and probably the largest obstacle Naruto would face in the coming years though… Emerald sheathed his sword on his back for some reason.
"Still a loss is a loss so I should take my leave if Lord Marius is still alive… better consider yourself lucky… full 9 tails or not… pretty sure if we fight at full power… would be losing limbs or more in a straight up fight so lets say from here on out if we meet again… may the best men with the tactical brain win… don't want an event like this to keep us from fighting again if you keep me busy and trick me from your real goal." Emerald said when he starts walking away from Naruto while Emerald approached the gate leaving Naruto with his minions for a moment.
Naruto was at a lost for words.
'He's like me and… 10 tails?!' He thought as he couldn't believe it.
Still believe it or not, Naruto in a Biju powered up state couldn't overpower Emerald, make him draw his odd weapon sure but… looks like Emerald would be his biggest obstacle if he wanted to rule the world… still he was brought from his stupor when he heard a voice.
"How Dare you!... you have insulted the Emperor!... and my family!... This will not go unpunished!... Mark my words!" Marius said when Naruto approached the front gate to see Emerald getting near Marius.
"Milord… given the situation, seems Nordberg is a lost cause… who knows what other beings have in store, I suggest we leave and if anything can reclaim Nordberg at a later date… your brother is under the statue and maybe alive but right now unless you want to risk getting captured… I suggest we vanish." Emerald said while he pats Marius on the shoulder to bring him back to reality since unless they left, Naruto could bring the fight to them and get Marius in the crossfire next.
Marius grumbles.
"Fine… but this is not over." He said.
"Hehe… oh don't worry… one thing I did learn… he has a lot to do to grow before he can overpower me…" Emerald said as Marius starts to use magic that enveloped him and Emerald.
"Better get stronger at channeling your inner demon Nines… you'll need it if you want to dethrone the Emperor since I'll be guarding him mainly when not leading his forces." Emerald said as he and Marius left while Arc and the minions he was with got the Elevator down and the minions with Arc worked to get the gate opened after climbing over the statue while groaning was heard that Borius was somehow alive.
"Ugh… get me out slaves!... get me out at once!" Borius while Kelda and Hana had looks of disgust.
"No way… your crevices have crevices."
