Chapter 19: Your Reign Is Over

Bonnie and the Seniors and Gemini were continuing to watch on the monitor from WEE headquarters as Sophie and Giselle were staring each other down.
"Well, look like those two want to tear each other to pieces," Gemini commented. "This should be amusing to see."
"I guess Giselle really got under that Sophie girl's skin with that exploding warehouse threat," Bonnie speculated.
"One thing I don't understand," Senior spoke up. "I was in the loop about Giselle's knockout gas plan… but I don't remember anything about rigging the warehouse with explosives."
Bonnie smirked, "That's because she was bluffing about that part."
Senior gained a look of surprise, "She what?"
"Giselle told me she was going to make that part up just to get under their skin," Bonnie explained.
"So, she faked that part just to get them to let their guards down?" Gemini said in surprise.
"Yep," Bonnie confirmed.
"Wow, she is an evil genius," Junior commented.
"I know!" Bonnie said gleefully. "I am so proud of her right now."
"Only it seems that Giselle's bluff has had the opposite effect on Sophie," Senior speculated.
"Oh, it doesn't really matter," Bonnie shrugged. "Giselle will show her she's higher than her on the food chain. Just watch."
Back at the warehouse, Sophie and Giselle were staring each other down as if they were trying to psych each other out. They were close enough to strike each other at close range, but it was like they were waiting to see who would strike first.
"Last chance, Sophie," Giselle spoke with venom in her voice. "Stop getting in my way, or you'll be in more trouble than you could possibly imagine."
"Not gonna happen you evil psychotic, selfish witch," Sophie snapped. "After letting you hassle me and my friends for so long, I can finally-"
"Make my life miserable?" Giselle interrupted. She crossed her arms. "Hmm, can't wait to see if you'll actually make good on that after the other hundreds of times you've said it. I bet you couldn't take me in a fight if you tried."
Sophie growled, "Wanna bet?!"
Without warning, Sophie punched Giselle right in the nose which made her stumble back. The next thing Giselle noticed was a little blood coming from her nose.
"You'll pay for that!" Giselle snarled as she wiped the blood away with her left arm. "You're still a loser."
Sophie growled, "I'll show you who's a loser!"
She screamed before running at Giselle full speed.
Giselle just smirked. Right when Sophie was about to hit Giselle, she leaped over Sophie and did a sweeping kick which knocked Sophie to the ground.
Sophie groaned.
Giselle looked at Sophie with a smug grin, "Word of advice, Sophie… think twice when hitting or trying to attack a super-villain… especially me… Ok?"
Giselle looked over to where she dropped her remote and started moving toward it. But before she could grab it, a green plasma blast hit the remote away.
"What?" Giselle gasped. She then turned to see Shea with her right-hand glowing. "Shea!"
"I've got a word of advice of my own for you, Kid," Shea said with a scowl. "Sophie's not the only pain in your neck."
Giselle growled.
Noticing that Giselle was distracted, Sophie quickly got up and started running at Giselle.
Giselle noticed too late before Sophie unleashed a powerful roundhouse kick, which knocked Giselle to the floor. The impact was so hard that it knocked Giselle's headband off her head.
"One more word of advice, Giselle," Sophie said with a smug grin. "Don't let your guard down."
Shea was astounded, "Wow, killer roundhouse kick."
Giselle groaned as she got up and felt the top of her head. She then noticed that her head band was gone!
"No!" Giselle started panicking. "Where's my headband?"
Sophie noticed the headband across the floor.
A thought then crossed her mind, "I'm guessing if that headband is so important to her, it's not because it's just a fashion statement."
Sophie quickly took out a Kimmunicator that Wade lent her and used it to fire a grappling hook which grabbed the headband and enable her to pull it back into her hands.
"Shea!" Sophie called to Shea before she tossed the headband into Shea's hands. "I'm guessing Giselle was using that for something, most likely to control her robot army."
"Good thinking, Kid," Shea said with a right thumbs up.
Giselle growled, "Give that back, or else!"
"Sorry, to burst your bubble, Kid," Shea countered. "But your reign is over."
She then lit up her plasma in her right hand before she fried the headband.
"No!" Giselle screamed.
Back at the other warehouse, Kim and the others were still fighting the Bebes. When all of a sudden, all of the Bebes started to shut down and collapse to the floor.
"What? What's happening?" Ron wondered aloud.
"The Bebes are shutting down," Kim speculated. "Someone must have destroyed whatever's controlling them."
Ron took a closer look at one of the Bebes, picked it up, and shook it.
"Yep, these things are definitely out," Ron confirmed before pushing the now defunct robot to the ground.
"Then that means Giselle's reign is over," Felix said in excitement.
"Booyah!" Ron said in excitement.
Bonnie and the Seniors and Gemini watched as Giselle's headband was destroyed and her robot army shut down.
"I guess this means Giselle's plan has been thwarted," Senior speculated.
Bonnie groaned, "I really thought she was gonna win."
"Right when she's on the brink of successful domination, Team Possible manages to outsmart her," Gemini groaned. "Nothing new, I suppose."
"Grr… well, at least we still have our own plan for world domination," Bonnie said before turning to Senior. "Senior, can you still activate the failsafe?"
Senior nodded, "Yes, when the moment is right, I'll use it to reactivate the three original Bebes and have them bring Giselle back to us."
Bonnie smiled deviously, "Good, then I guess it's for us to leave."
"My men and Hench's men should be finished preparing the rocket that we will be using to fly up to the moon," Gemini spoke. "Where Project Generation 4 is currently being worked on."
"Good," Bonnie spoke. "We'll have to start getting ready for our departure immediately," she turned to Senior. "Senior, you stay here and be ready to activate the failsafe as soon as K and her posse think they've captured Giselle. As soon as you have her, meet us at the rocket. Then we're out of here."
Senior nodded, "Of course."
"Come on, Junior, we better get moving," Bonnie said as she moved toward the exit.
"Of course, my love," Junior followed his fiance.
"You're gonna pay for this!" Giselle shouted in so much rage.
"You're hardly in a position to make threats, Giselle," Sophie said smugly.
"Wanna bet?" Giselle countered.
She reached behind her back and took out what looked like a laser gun, before aiming it at Sophie.
"Look out!" Shea shouted.
As Giselle shot the laser, Shea acted on instinct and jumped in front of Sophie taking the laser herself.
"Shea!" Sophie shouted.
Shea fell to the ground clutching the right side of her stomach. The laser had burnt through Shea's clothes and made a small burn. Sophie kneeled to look at Shea.
Giselle laughed evilly, "If that's really all you losers can take, then you are pathetic!"
Sophie looked up at Giselle and snarled, "You witch!"
Giselle pointed her laser at Sophie, "Now it's your turn!"
But suddenly, Giselle felt something hit her from behind before losing consciousness and collapsing to the ground.
And appearing out of thin air behind Giselle was Kim, who had used her battle suit's invisibility function to sneak up behind Giselle and hit her.
"Kim!" Sophie said, happy that Kim had shown up.
Shea also looked happy to see Kim even though she was in pain.
"Took her long enough," Shea said jokingly under her breath.
"Looks like I got here just in time," Kim said with a smile.
"Kim, Shea's hurt!" Sophie announced.
Kim looked sadly at Shea who was still clutching her stomach and gritting her teeth in pain.
"We need to call Dr. Director right away and have her send a doctor," Kim spoke.
She punched the call button on her kimmunicator.
"Kim, did you succeed? Did you stop, Giselle?" Wade asked.
Kim nodded, "Yes, but we have a casualty. Shea suffered an injury during the fight. We need Dr. Director to send a medic."
Wade nodded, "I'll get on it. Wade out."
After the Kimmunicator went black, Kim looked back toward Shea and Sophie, the latter of whom was still clutching her stomach in pain, while Sophie was comforting her.
Sophie and Kim both hoped Shea would be able to make it.
