They were all brought to a new area with new stands for the campers to sit as well as two sets of metal cages with each one having either Lincoln or Dawn's name on it and they were wondering what this round's challenge will be like. "Let me explain the deal for Round 2 and trust me: it sounds much more simple than it actually is. You will both be acting as matadors and you will only have your wits and skills to try and tame a bull and bring them into your respective cage to win." Chris said with much surprise to the campers.
"Wait... How long has there been a bull here on this island Chris?" Gwen demanded not happy to imagine this bull somehow managing to escape and running rampage.
"Now you're talking; this should be great entertainment! Bring on the bull!" Duncan cheered excitedly with Courtney not being impressed.
"You're telling me; this is something that I could do I bet!" Owen had cheered as Lincoln and Dawn had looks of horror on their faces.
"You might as well give this round to Dawn again because I have been through a lot but trying to intentionally wrangle up a bull when I know that Dawn could just talk to it... Dawn..." Lincoln was saying and Dawn's shock and horror turned to outrage.
"You really expect us to partake in a horrible example of exploitative horrible animal abuse such as bullfighting? I will be working to setting the poor creature free..." Dawn snapped with a tear escaping her eye with Lincoln ready to comfort her but then they heard a bull yell which sounded mechanical. Big stomps and everyone's eyes widened as they saw a robotic black coloured bull with yellow horns, bits of gold and red eyes with Lincoln and Dawn's shock turning to fear as Dawn calmly as she could went up to it and took a step back after it roared out.
"No trace of an aura..." Dawn muttered fearfully and they noticed Chris grinning with a remote control.
"Had you going there but no this is a special remote controlled bull; the producers when designing this challenge wanted no problems that would arise from using an actual bull. The angry responses would have been no fun at all. Don't worry it's not set to seriously harm you but good luck against Bull Bot here!" Chris laughed causing the couple/competitors to gulp as Bull Bot looked ready to go as the campers held their breath.
"Hello Bull Bot is it? I know that you are made of metal and not hair, skin and bones but I do hope that we can still come to an understanding. Despite your origin; I still believe you can have a place on Mother Earth's world so..." Dawn said stepping forward nervously with a wave but she ended up running out of the way as Bull Bot started chasing after her with Lincoln and Edward screaming for her.
Lincoln going in to push Dawn out of the way or cover for her but the Bull Bot looked his way, charged forward with Lincoln about to try and jump and make a break for it... But Bull Bot ended up nuzzling it's cheek against Lincoln's body as if it was an affectionate pet to its human owner.
"I think he likes you; not really hard to do." giggled Dawn as Lincoln was spluttering out words as everyone else's faces were wide open.
"Here is the problem; the stupid bull was programmed to view you as a friend. Must be the girl from America who built this stupid thing for the producers..." Chris grumbled with a glare as he set the Bull Bot to go after Lincoln as well. Lincoln and Dawn started to scream as they ran away with Dawn picking up Edward for saftey.
Most of the audience were afraid; Eva and Duncan despite their more respect for the 2 than what they started still wanting to enjoy the show and Heather was smirking as she was clearly enjoying herself most of all. "I said that those two messed with the bull and he will get the horns sooner or later when I got eliminated but I never imagined this..." laughed Heather thinking back to when Dawn was close enough to the confessional toilet when Heather was messing with the votes to catch her aura and hear her words so had her reported to Chris and the footage caught her in the act.
Lincoln and Dawn looked like they were more working together to try and survive than actually competing with eachother. Lincoln looked to the remote in Chris's hands after some few attempts to try and get on the Bull Bot to get him to be directed.
"Chris; look there is the photographers for your front cover for Sadistic Reality TV Hosts Monthly!" Lincoln yelled pointing to behind Chris and Chris's love for fame got over him as he allowed himself to be distracted.
"Really; they are early... What... Hey! I appreciate the deviousness but I while this isn't against any rules, I am not letting you do this..." Chris ranted as Lincoln tried to wrestle the remote control away from Chris only for it to end up breaking with their eyes widening and the campers becoming scared as Bull Bot was now charging at a direction of the Island.
"Uh Chris; Bull Bot is now heading to where your cottage is located..." Chef Hatchet said looking through his binoculars as Chris was aghast.
"Wait; Chris has a cottage here..." Courtney said taking the binoculars to take a look as the campers were surprised. "What? That's not a cottage; that's mansion!" Courtney retorted as Chris angrily looked to a sheepish looking Lincoln.
"You put on your application that you were considered 'the Man with the Plan' back home so you better come up with a plan to fix this Lincoln because if Bull Bot breaks so much of a wall on my cottage then so help me... I won't be held responsible for my actions..." Chris warned him as Courtney yelled that it's a mansion.
Lincoln had a glimpse of the other side of the broken remote control and his eyes widened; Dawn came to take a look with Edward. "Trademarked by Sidney Chang... Wait; I see it in your aura... You know her; Ronnie Anne's best friend!" Dawn said reading at what was on the other side and gasped.
"Wait that ex who broke up with you Lincoln? I guess if you were still together when she was building it; then it would see you as a friend." DJ pointed out.
"It was Sid who told us about this show and the spot for at least 1 American contestant; saying that she got hired for a small part. She isn't super brainy like Lisa is but she is good with robotics... Wait..." Lincoln said with a realisation as he began chasing after Bull Bot with the audience surprised and Dawn yelling at Lincoln asking what he was doing with Edward looking afraid as well.
"I know what to do; Sid told me about a special mechanism she built into the later robots she made. To make sure there isn't a repeat of when Ronnie Anne and her family wanting Breakfast Bot to do their chores for them ended up with him starting a robot uprising!" Lincoln said with the campers blinking at that.
"A breakfast robot led a robot uprising..." Beth said out loud as if she was trying to comprehend what Lincoln just said. They looked as he ran at the back of Bull Bot and got on them with things becoming more tense.
"The mechanism to reset his program should be right... Here!" Lincoln said hanging around Bull Bot's neck and moving his hand to find the mechanism and then it activated causing Bull Bot to stop its rampage to the relief of the campers and especially Dawn and Edward.
Lincoln was able to ride it safely and direct it to the cage with his name on it with the campers cheering; Dawn came to clap Bull Bot's head as Lincoln got off but then was treated to a crossed face and a light punch to the shoulder by his girlfriend.
"Lincoln! You had Edward and I worried; you charging in to run after a raging robotic bull like that and riding it...!" Dawn chided as he pulled Lincoln into an embrace with a smile glad that he was safe.
"Sorry for worrying you both; if there is anything I could do to make it up to..." Lincoln said and Dawn answered him by pulling him in for a quick kiss.
"So with that Lincoln wins this Round, ties with Dawn at 1 all and most importantly he prevented Bull Bot to get close to my cottage!" Chris announced to the campers.
"It's a mansion!" Courtney yelled out once again looking like she utterly refused to let this matter go at the moment.
"Now I will need you both to go get changed for the next Round at the beach!" Chris informed them as Lincoln and Dawn went to get changed and the campers going to the stands that were by the beach.
Heather however looked to the broken remains of the remote control on the ground; "This Bull Bot could have been useful but there has to be a way to ruin this finals for those 2 undeservings... I just have to be patient and find it..." Heather silently said to herself glaring at the couple's direction.
For the design of the Bull Bot: imagine a normal bull sized scaled down version of the Torozord from Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy and I just want to say while that season doesn't bring the top 10 I don't think of fave seasons however the Torozord and the Magna Defender himself are both among my favourite zord and 6th Ranger designs in the whole franchise and there is the debate whether the Magna Defender counts as a Power Ranger or not but you get the idea.
