Chapter Thirty-Three:
The First Challenges of WoTFI
One of the first challenges that the Glitchy Gang faced with the Nintendo group pitted Melony and Wario against Bob, the challenge involved one of them listening to the Garo's life story without cringing.
The challenge took place in an dark-gray room with Melony sitting in a class room table across from Wario's table, Bob stood at the front, sporting his rapper shades, ready to begin.
"sO yOu WaNnA kNoW tHiS ePiC rApPeR'S bAcKsToRy?" The Garo began, he approached Wario and lowered his shades, "LeT mE gIvE yOu ThE rUnDoWn. It AlL sTaRtEd WhEn..." However, no sooner than Bob had started talking all kinds of dirty stuff in the story, Wario screamed and fled the room.
However, Melony stayed to listen, even as Bob droned on and on for what felt like hours until he'd reached the end of the story just before the watermelon-turned human fell asleep.
"ThAnKs FoR LIStEnInG tO mY sToRy, Melony." Bob said, "YoU'rE a ReAl OnE."
The rapping Garo then left the room, just as Melony drifted off for a brief moment before her head hit the table and she woke up, rubbing her head with a slight splutter and a groan, eyes wide.
"I'm awake, I'm awake…" She said.
Meanwhile, Whimpu found himself going up against Bowser in a ship-building contest at a massive facility.
The Koopa King grabbed some construction materials and then snatched a wand from one of his Kamek minions, Bowser proceeded to cast a spell that brought all the construction material together with Steve ending up in the mix at one point, likely by accident.
"Hi, guys!" The farmer said.
"Hi, Steve!" Bowser rolled his eyes.
Whimpu watched with disbelief as Bowser's new ship took form, completely assembling together, the latest in the Koopa King's armada. Now it was his turn to build a ship, otherwise, victory would be handed to Bowser.
Whimpu came up with an idea, one that would be near-impossible, but there was a massive chance in a million that it would work. The simp pulled up a computer and a large monitor, then he began clicking on the keyboard until he'd formulated the results.
He then looked at Bowser with a smirk and said; "The best ship... is Whimpu x Wendy."
He tapped a button and a shipping graph showing Whimpu, his head photo-shopped onto a muscular bodybuilder's body, with Bowser's daughter Wendy, a grown-up version of her from somewhere.
Bowser's eyes widened and was so shocked, he fell over and knocked over a Koopa into a self-destruct switch, causing Bowser's newly-made ship to explode, handing Whimpu a victory.
"That was too easy." The simp quipped, he then smirked at the unconscious Bowser, who'd survived the explosion, and said, "Yo mamma!"
While Whimpu was passing his trial, Mario and SMG4 were facing what seemed like the toughest challenge ever: Liking someone's tweet and/or opinion all on Twitter.
Both "fat Italians" stood before a computer in a dark room, looking at the Twitter feed as one of the first Twitter opinion came up, a very... strange opinion, about someone wearing someone's shorts because they missed "her".
SMG4 chuckled nervously, unable to even find the right word to describe his opinion, and could only say it was very... opinion.
"Its okay..." Mario said with derp-y eyes.
Another tweet came up, accompanied by a picture to go with it, which left Mario and SMG4 in a shocked state since the contents involved a leech on someone's arm. Apparently, the leech was the Twitter user's pet and the owner of it was allowing the thing to suck blood from its arm. SMG4 was at a near loss for words.
"Your pet, uh, it exists..." He said.
One more tweet appeared and, by that point, the two of them couldn't take it. SMG4 turned away, cringing, and Mario bonked himself on the head. The challenge was a draw, especially as the Tweets had left Mario and SMG4 either confused or in a cringing state of shock.
A signal buzzed, indicating that it was time to move on to the next challenge.
SMG4's challenge involved getting away with the most copyright infringement, a challenge that he ended up having in the bag due to years of being with Mario as a pair of Nintendo Ninjas surrounded him in seconds as a bell dinged.
"I did it!" SMG4 cried before the Ninjas attacked him, the meme man fought back and pushed the attacking suits before making a getaway, escaping to the nearest portal that would take him to his next challenge.
So far, the Glitchy gang had an advantage against the Nintendo team, but the challenges had just begun.
