Percy POV:

"I can't believe it," Annabeth lay down against the wall of the Room of Requirement. "An Ophiotaurus just washes up on Hogwarts."

"Yeah, that's the problem," I nodded my head. "What do we do with the entrails, Slughorn seemed pretty adamant on proceeding with his research."

"We need to get it away, give it to the gods or something. Whatever way works, it just can't stay out in the open."

"Message from Chiron," A demigod noted, Chiron's face soon appearing.

"Thank the gods you called," Annabeth said. "Something unprecedented happened and we really need to talk—" She paused briefly after noticing the weariness on Chiron's face. "Sir...is everything all right?"

Chiron took a deep breath before giving a weak smile. "Nothing ideal, but please continue."

"...Okay," Annabeth hesitantly said. "There's a dead Ophiotaurus and our potions teacher has been disecting it and now I think the whole school knows about his fantastic new 'discovery'."

Chiron's face turned a shade paler. "...Can you get it away from him? Bring it to the room of requirement for the time being, we'll alert the gods, they definitely would want to know about this. If not already are planning a visit to Hogwarts."

"Will do," I nodded, wondering how would they walk into Hogwarts. Maybe they had disguises, maybe they would show up in 'muggle' clothing. Thinking of some possible situations made me crack out a weak smile which soon disappeared with the next bit of news. "Jason has perished."

I widened my eyes in disbelief. Jason...dead? No, it couldn't be. He was one of the strongest demigods I knew. He— "He's dead?" I croaked. Chiron nodded slowly. "Piper delivered the news to me recently. He was helping Apollo and was killed by Caligula who wished to extract Apollo's essence and that of Helios to become the sun god. Medea was assisting him in the matter. However, they failed and Medea perished."

"Did Caligula?" A roman demigod snapped. "Did he die?"

"No," Chiron admitted. "No, not yet."

"Let us help Apollo!" Annabeth insisted, "Or at least enough to make sure Caligula gets what he deserves."

"No, you will be staying away from Camp for the time being." Chiron said. "There, you are helping in a place of utmost importance."

"No?" I repeated. "Why not? Voldemort's only half back, and if wizards defeated him before than I'm sure they can do it again without our help-"

"Don't you realize?!" Chiron said. "Wizards and Witches aren't supposed to be resurrected in their world for the exception of items such as Horcruxes. However, the people resurrected don't even have horcruxes, you understand the situation's gravity. Nico has been having even more nightmares lately and I fear something dire is going to occur soon if not has already happened. This isn't something confined just to our camp, but both worlds."

"The empousa, the minotaur, they followed all the way to Hogwarts, there's something more going on, something that relates to our world. This seems like an ideal time for our enemies to attack. Annabeth, didn't you mention before your cousin was facing a norse god?" Annabeth gave a subtle nod. "You are needed here, I'm sure of it. Apollo and Meg are headed to Camp Jupiter," Meg was Apollo's demigod master for his mortal while. "There they will continue Apollo's trials and Jason will be given a burial in where he lived for the most."

"Make sure when Voldemort does come back that you defeat him, Jason would want it." There were tears in his eyes. I nodded. We would make sure of it. Jason died for the world, and we would make sure it remained. Chiron hung up. Annabeth burst into tears, and the three of us hugged each other.

"We won't lose this fight." Annabeth said. "Even if we don't know who we're fighting, or what's going to happen. We must win."

We spent I'm not sure how long in the room or requirement in sorrow. We gave our prayers to Jason, and wished that he'd end up in Elysium: the place where heroes went. No, not wished. I knew he'd end up there, if not well then someone was going to have a word with how the underworld was run and I didn't care if it would be too extreme. I fell asleep with trouble when I went to bed, until all I could do was force myself to fall asleep. I gripped my pillow case, steel resolve settling in my heart. We must get the entrails out as soon as possible.

Next morning I woke up late into the day. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were all crowded around my bed with concern. "Percy," Hermione began, "Have you been crying?" I could barely make out a nod, drowsiness still in my head. "Who's been crying?" Lavender Brown entered the room, she seemed tired as well, but she persisted in putting on a joyful look. "Oh, it's Percy Jackson. Are you alright?" Lavender came over with a smile.

"Yeah...Just fine."

"Come on, you should get up," Hermione suggested, "Classes will be starting soon and you don't want to go on an empty stomach. If you're feeling uncomfortable we can tell the professors."

"No, I'm fine." I remarked. "Besides, there's some people I need to meet." Although, I didn't have Potions that day, I would still have to go to Slughorn and get the entrails away from him with Annabeth. The sooner the better. Unfortunately, that would still have to wait until after morning classes, one of which was Divination. Not the best starter for a day after learning about someone's death.

Lavender was a well-liked student in that class, as soon as entering Professor Trelawney greeted her with a thrilled smile. "Miss Brown! I'm so excited to continue our lst discussion, has anymore signs appeared?"

"Yes," Lavender replied, just as enthusiastic. "When I was eating breakfast..." She continued on for a while as the rest of the students got into their seats. Once finished, Professor Trelawney nodded her head once more. "I had a feeling something like this would happen. I've seen it when you were my student, the signs—" Professor Trelawney was a professor who had curly hair and thick circular glasses. I didn't trust her methods too much, but still studied hard although it wasn't my best subject...at all. Though I did do better at it than Harry and Ron did according to them. I suppose that was because of my demigod side somewhat. We often had dreams of events that had happened, or will happen, or are happening. I suppose that transferred into my studies, though I wished it would transfer more because I was far behind in this subject than the others.

The moment she had seen Annabeth, Nico, and I, she remarked about several predictions which I still thought about from time to time. She told us that we had a strong presence of death around us and we must be expecting something awful. I believed that part, we were always expecting something awful to happen. I knew what seers were, however, I trusted oracles a lot more as I had spent more time around them. I could imagine the reaction she'd have to one, likely: The sight is bright and strong with you! or You must consider becoming more immersed in the subject! and more.

Today we were doing a crystal ball test continuing what we had been practising for a while. Looming over the crystal ball, everything seemed to be blurry within the glass. Professor Trelawney peered over my shoulders, her boney-like fingers gripped my shoulders. "Focus, Percy!" She urged. "What do you see?"

"I see, I think a-a snake?" I wasn't really sure, but thing like this was something I could always guess for.

"A snake!" She exclaimed.

"Yeah, and a...skull? A snake and a skull together,"

"Both of those are bad omens!" She explained. "A snake represents-" I tried to listen however, the words she spoke seemed to be another language as I nodded my head pretending that I knew what she was talking about.

The organs of Ophiotaurus were still on the table when I entered the Potions room with Annabeth at lunch. "Annabeth, Percy! How delightful!" Slughorn earnestly greeted us at the door. "Come in, come in!

"Yes, of course, Professor," Annabeth said. "But we just have a quick request. You see, that poor creature is actually a magical creature from America, one that Percy and I are really close with."

"America? But I looked through so many books, there was no mention of something like this. What is it?"

"It's a...Bessie," Annabeth continued. I gaped at her.

"A Bessie?" Before Slughorn could say more I already went to the table lifting the entrails with magic. "We just want to bury Bessie. Can you grant us this?"

"I would in normal circumstances, but it's a specific circumstance. I'm afraid I cannot, now—what are you doing?!" Slughorn's eyes looked behind him where Annabeth had pointed her wand to the back of neck, casting a spell that caused him to fall down on the ground unconscious. "I knew he wouldn't say yes," She groaned. "Should have gone with this method the first time." Her wand still pointed at Slughorn, she cast a memory-erasing charm as I shrunk all of the items to make them better fit in my pocket. "Now, he has no recollection of ever meeting a 'Slughornace'. Let's go."
