Hello everyone, welcome to the first real chapter of this One Piece x Kingdom of Hearts story. Yes, the first one was just a teaser and now this is the real one. This is on the events of the first Kingdom of Hearts game and the Straw Hats are fresh off from Thriller Bark. This way we can have the crew all prepared to face off against the Heartless and the others Disney villains. And since Kingdom of Hearts is a game that embodies 2000s it makes sense that this was pre-TIME skip. Well, let's get going and prepare the voyage.
The Straw hats pirates are a good crew that usually go to whatever thing lead to their way or what their captain wants to explore next. Right now, things were not going on as they planned. How is that? Because they were all unconscious in a glass ceiling on a place that was beneath time and space.
Luffy was the first one to start to gain conscious.
''Huh?" Asked him confused.
The Straw Hat captain was soon getting up and try to make sense of what was going on, but a massive headache was making him have a hard time to develop his thoughts.
''My head! It hurts!'' Scream him.
He saw where he was, pure darkness. The only thing that was causing any light was the floor that had a light green and yellow tone for some reason.
''Hello! Is anyone here?" Asked Luffy to the dark void.
He got fully up and try to open his eyes to the max, he then took a deep breath and scream like a crazy person.
''GUYS!" Scream him that echoed all over the void.
''Oh Luffy shut up. Do you want to make my head explode?' Asked Zoro who was behind Luffy the whole time.
''Zoro! You are alive!'' Said Luffy all happy.
''You won't be for the next few minutes. By the way where are we?" Asked Zoro.
''I don't know. I thought you could have an idea.'' Said Luffy.
''If you are asking that morron about navigation then you are truly desperate.'' Said the sassy voice of Nami who was also getting up.
''Nami! You are also alive! How do you feel?' Asked Luffy.
''I feel that my head got run over by a bull. I just need some minutes of quiet time and…'' Said Nami but her quiet time was cut by Usopp screaming.
''AAAAAAAH! I don't wanna die.'' Scream Usoopp.
''I think I know who this scream is.'' Said Zoro with a smirk.
''I am dead! I am really!'' Scream Usopp crying.
''Usopp! You are not dead!'' Said Luffy getting his friends back to the senses.
''Luffy! You are alive, you guys are all alive!'' Scream Usopp all happy.
'Nami-swan! Robin-chan! Where are you two?'' Scream Sanji worried.
''Oh great, he is alive also?' Asked Zoro annoyed due to a certain cook voice.
''Sanji-kun we are here.'' Said Nami.
''Oh nami-swan I am so happy that you are alive!' Scream Sanji.
''Why are you here too?" Asked Zoro annoyed.
''Shut up mossed head. I also didn't want you here.'' Said Sanji angry.
''AAAAAH! What is going on?" Asked a very frighten Chopper.
''Chopper!"' Said the group.
'''don't worry we are here!'' Said Nami huggin Chopper to calm him.
''This is truly the embodiment of darkness.'' Said Robin also appearing out of the blue.
''Robin-chan! You are also alive.'' Said Sanji.
''I don't recall being dead my dear Sanji.'' Said her with a smile.
''Wow! This place is wicked.'' Said Franky popping up.
''Franky! You are here to?" Asked Zoro.
''Yes, I don't know how I got here but I am glad you guys are safe.'' Said Franky.
''Ok, now where is…?'' Asked Nami but before she could finish the sentence the person had already showed up
''Oh my this is truly dark. Is like the color of my eyes, even though I don't have eyes. Yohoho.'' Said Brook.
''Brook!'' Said Luffy all happy.
The crew was now all gather together in this weird place, and they had to figure out what to do next.
''Where are we?" Asked Usopp.
''Yes, that should be our first concern. Because I don't see a door or whatever is in here.'' Said Franky.
''What is the last thing everybody remember?" Asked Robin and the crew had the same answer.
''That island.'' Said Nami remembering that place called Destiny Island.
''Yes and the kids too. What are their names?" Asked Zoro.
''Sora, Kairi and Riku.'' Said Luffy.
'What else?" Asked Nami.
''All I remember after that was…'' Said Luffy and then Robin finish because they had the same answer
''Darkness.'' Said her.
The crew went to look around and see what kind situation they were in. This took the cake on absurd places that they have been too.
''What is this place?" Asked Luffy.
''I don't know.'' Said Usopp.
''Is kind like a dark cave?" Asked Franky.
''No, is different I can tell.'' Said Robin.
''Hello! Is anybody here?" Asked Luffy shouting.
Luffy shouts didn't even echo across the place.
''No echo, so its not a closed area.'' Said Zoro.
''This is creepy. I am scared Usopp.'' Said Chopper trembling in fear.
''Me too.'' Said Usopp also trembling.
The crew went to see the surrounding, but nothing would help.
''I guess we are stuck here.'' Said Robin.
''Hey look, on the floor everybody!'' Scream Usopp.
The crew look down and saw that they were standing on a glass ceiling. Like a mosaic and on top was a drawing. A woman, beautiful with a skin as white as snow, holding an apple and she also had seven little guys around here. They appear all to be friends.
''Who is she?'' Asked Usopp
''I don't know but she is beautiful!'' Said Sanji in love even kissing Snow White portrait.
''You are so pathetic.'' Said Zoro.
''Like you have any taste in women.'' Said Sanji.
''At least I am not a creepy pervert.'' Said Zoro.
''Stop you two! We bicker later. We have other things to be worried about.'' Said Nami.
''Let's go to the edge, maybe we can find a way out.'' Said Usopp.
The crew went to the edge and saw nothing but pure darkness ahead of them.
''Nothing. We are trapped.'' Said Nami.
''Yes, we are definitely stuck here for life!'' Scream Usopp.
Soon something odd happen, it was like the place wanted to tell the pirates some things.
´´Take your time. Don't be afraid´´
Then sudden columns appeared where the group was standing, each column had a item that represent each member of the crew.
''My hat!'' Said Luffy.
''My swords!'' Said Zoro.
''My staff!'' Said Nami.
''My slingshot!'' Said Usopp.
''My cigarettes!'' Said Sanji.
''My rumble balls!'' Said Chopper.
''My books!'' Said Robin.
''My cola!'' Said Franky.
''My violin!'' Said Brook.
The crew just saw their items floating there and they didn't understand what was happening. Some of their stuff was already with them so why present them with the same one?
''I don't get it. What is this?" Asked Luffy.
''Maybe is a test to know if we know ourselves.'' Said Robin.
''So what is this like?' Asked Usopp.
''We just need to be sure to touch the item that truly represent us. If we do something that is not of our character, we might get punished.' Said Robin.
The crew went to each of their item and touched them.
''Ok so what happen now?" Asked Brook.
Soon the items disappeared and a bright light shiny over them.
''What is going on?" Asked Nami.
Then the glass floor break with the Straw hats also going along.
''We are gonna faaaaaaalllll!" Scream Luffy.
The crew soon got to experience a huge fall again and this time was towards completely darkness.
''AAAAAAAH!' Scream everyone.
After feeling like they were falling for hours they were suddenly on another glass floor and they saw that they were all fine without a scratch.
''How did we survive?" Asked Chopper.
''I don't know. This place is weird.'' Said Franky.
After looking around and seeing that they were still on the same place, they had to figure out another way out.
''Hey! What gives, what should we do now?" Asked Zoro.
''Another test?' Asked Usopp.
''Hey look another lady.'' Said Chopper seeing the glass floor this time had a beautiful blonde woman with a big blue dress.
''Shut up, don't give the idiot more things to say.'' Said Zoro to Chopper.
Too late as Sanji was already worship Cinderella.
''Wow! These ladies are getting prettier by the floor.'' Said Sanji.
''Oh my god he is pathetic.' Said Zoro facepalming.
Suddenly a dark void appear and cover the group. It passed so fast that it was like a blink.
''Wow! What was that?" Asked Nami.
''Beats me.'' Said Franky.
''Why is this happening to us?" Asked Brook.
''I don't know.'' Said Usopp.
''Maybe we are dealing with more supernatural forces.'' Said Robin.
The group then saw appear out of nowhere a door.
''A door?" Asked Nami.
''Might be a way out!'' Said Usopp all happy but Zoro stop him.
''Yes or a trap. We need to be careful or…'' Said Zoro but Luffy just went and open the door.
''Hello.'' Said Luffy.
''Luffy!' Scream the crew.
The crew followed their captain, and they were now all on the other side of the door. Into another place.
''Where are we this time?" Asked Nami.
''Look at the floor.'' Said Usopp.
They saw this time instead of a woman it was like their silhouettes to represent something.
''What do you think this mean?" Asked Usopp.
''I think they are a princess.'' Said Robin.
''Yes, no one outside of Nami-swan and Robin chan could have such outstanding beauty.'' Said Sanji.
Soon they felt something wicked was coming. Like an army or some kind of monster.
''Now I feel like danger is coming.' Said Zoro preparing his swords.
''Yes, whatever its is doesn't look good.'' Said Sanji.
''I felt that way before. But where?" Asked Luffy.
Soon some weird creatures appeared. They were the size of chopper but they were all black, had green eyes and speak in such a weird way that was just horrifying.
''What are these things!'' Scream Brook.
''I don't know! They don't look happy in seeing us. Lets just cut them.'' Said Zoro.
''Let's kick their ass.'' Said Luffy.
''Right at your side captain.'' Said Sanji.
The crew went off to fight the creatures know as heartless. Despite not being keyblade users, the Straw Hats all had the hearts of an essential one so this meant that they could dealt and fight off the monsters.
Luffy went off to beat several darkness with his Gomu Gomu no Gatling.
Zoro used three swords style and cut various.
Nami used her clime tact and with her thunders the heartless were no more.
Usopp went to use his arsenal and the heartless were all burning.
Sanji went off to kick the bastards left and right.
Chopper used his human form managed to face off and kick the crap out of the heartless.
Robin using her hands managed to strangle and put the monsters down.
Franky using his cyborg body managed to pummel the monsters with no problem.
Brook using his sword quickly took out the little creatures.
After beating the heartless until they disappeared out they saw that nothing more was coming.
''Wow, that was weird.'' Said Franky.
''Yes, too weird for our own taste.'' Said Robin.
Soon stairs appeared leading to the top and the crew didn't know what to do this time.
''I guess we should go up.'' Said Nami
''Well if we want to get out of here I say yes.'' Said Zoro.
''But what if there is more of those monsters there?" Asked Usopp.
''Then we kick their ass.'' Said Luffy.
''I have no voice here.'' Said Usopp.
The crew went up and some of them were still nervous about this.
''Ok, so it was Luffy idea, so all the blame is on him.'' Said Usopp.
''Yes!'' Said Chopper.
''This is coward to the finest.'' Said Zoro.
''Whatever! I just want to live!'' Scream Usopp.
''Let's just try to get back to the sunny.'' Said Nami.
''Agreed.'' Said Robin.
The group soon found another glass floor with another woman there. This time it was a brown haired woman with a beautiful yellow dress.
''One more princess.'' Said Luffy.
''Beautiful! I hope to meet these ladies one day!'' Scream Sanji.
''Why those dresses are so excessive?" Asked Usopp.
''I don't know. I don't work with marketing.'' Said Robin.
''What does that mean?" Asked Usopp.
Everyone soon felt a huge tremor happening and this time was way bigger than the last one.
''Hey guys, I feel this is where the boss is.'' Said Franky.
''Look out!' Scream Nami.
They saw a bunch of shadow coming together and forming into something big and hulk esq.
''Oh crap, is Gecko Moriah! He is back!'' Scream Robin.
''Oh no he is here to steal our shadow.'' Said Brook nervous.
''Like hell he will. Come on lizard guy! Want a rematch we can give you one!'' Said Luffy.
Soon it took form and whatever it was it wasn't Gecko Moriah.
''What is that?' Asked Sanji.
The crew just saw that monster soon gaining form and they didn't know what to do next.
A voice soon appeared and repeated some words that the crew all heard.
''don't be afraid.'' Said the voice.
The crew then saw their own shadows being addes to that thing who was a hulking monster made out of shadow and it looked pissed.
''IS HUGE!'' Scream most of the crew except Robin.
''NO! I ALREADY HAVE NIGHTMARES WITH THAT OARS THING! '' Scream Usopp.
''Shut up! Get moving.'' Said Zoro.
''Let's kick his shadow ass!' Scream Luffy.
The crew went off to do a bunch of attacks on that huge monster made out of shadow and it was doing damage.
''Come on! We can do it!' Scream Luffy.
''Yes captain! We have no limit here!'' Scream Zoro.
''Take that!'' Said Usopp.
''Hiya!'' Said Chopper with a karate move.
The crew soon saw the monster cry in pain and in just a second the monster started to shrink in front of their eyes.
'We did it! We won!'' Scream Nami.
''So that was a monster made out of shadow? What a joke.'' Said Sanji.
The darkness started to be repaired and this time it directly went towards the crew and engulfing them in pure darkness.
''AAAAAAAH!" Scream the crew in fear
The straw Hats were gone and they disappeared out of existence. Or did they?
On Destiny Island.
Luffy was relaxing on a beach chair while the Sunny was docked in this little island. Soon he awoke from a weird dream he had.
''AAAAAAAH!' Scream him.
He looked around and saw that everything was still there. His ship, his crew, his jolly roger that was still there.
''Man, what a weird dream.'' Said Luffy
He saw that his crew was still on the beach
''Hey Luff, what happen?" Asked Zoro.
''Nothing just a weird dream!'' Scream Luffy.
Luffy went to meet up with his friends. They had already made some friendship with the native of this island that were teaching them the ways around. Little did they knew that the whole universe would depend on them to fight for everyone hearts.
So yes, we started with the dream sequence of the game which I always really liked. I think that sets up the perfect mood for this whole series. The straw Hats soon will see what is going on and help Sora, Goffy and Donald on their quest. I can't wait to write the crew across Disney Shows. This is going to be great. I can't wait to meet with Captain Hook.
