"Ahh!" most of the students yelped, and Thirteen was immediately by the Omura after he fell, waving away the small cloud of dust that had kicked up.

"Lay him on his side, I think I know what's happening..." they said grimly.

"Tsk- I'll leave it to you then Thirteen, good luck." Aizawa nodded before he jumped down the stairs.

The students looked at everything that had taken place up to now on the edge of panic.

"What is it Thirteen-Sensei?" Yaoyorozu knelt as Kirishima and Midoriya helped move Omura's heavy armour-clad body.

"He's unresponsive, he's stiff and he's spasming..." their teacher began to list out, "I think Omura's had a stroke."

"A stroke?" Midoriya half yelped in concern.

"What?!" Kirishima chimed in equal in his tone of concern.

"Damn, I have no idea how to remove this helmet!" Thirteen cursed lightly under their breath.

"Allow me, Thirteen-Sensei." Yaoyorozu came up behind Omura who was lying on his left side, Midoriya, Thirteen and Kirishima all looked at her curiously.

"What are you doing Yaoyorozu?" Midoriya asked as Yaoyorozu placed the boy's head on her leg and frisked around his nape.

A clicking noise caught their attention, and the helmet was now able to be removed.

"There's a button, he showed me where it was when he designed it," she informed and they nodded.

Quickly, they pried it off and Kirishima held onto it as the rest inspected.

Omura's face was jittery, he scanned around frantically with his eyes shot wide open. He started taking deep breaths as soon as the helmet came off and seemed to be clenching his jaw tight, almost fearful.

"Clever boy, he's trying not to bite off his tongue." Thirteen commended and shuffled about as they began to reposition his body.

"That could happen?" Kirishima dumbly muttered, alarm clear in his voice.

"Is anyone strong enough to carry him? He's quite heavy like this." Thirteen looked to the crowd around them,

"Sato-san was able to fling him around during our last combat class," Midoriya recalled after a brief silence.

All eyes turned to the giant muscle-bound student in bright yellow spandex.

"What, hey don't look at me. I was only able to do that when I was sugar-rushed, I can't haul him around when I'm normal." Rikido sadly said.

"He managed to shave off about 45 kilograms on this armour from the last one," Yaoyorozu told them,

"Oh, I thought it was just a new paint job." Kaminari nodded impressed with a plain expression.

"Omura's already made a new suit?" Midoriya couldn't help it as he now intently scanned over the new blue, orange and white livery of the suit.

He hadn't noticed at first but upon closer inspection, it really was a completely new set of armour. It never ceased to amaze him with how much capacity Omura had for producing bleeding-edge technology and equipment in such short periods of time.

"Ah... well then, I think I can manage." Rikido conceded as he breathed out a little shaky, clearly still hesitant.

"Allow me..." a deep and reassuring voice cut through as they turned to see that Shoji had stepped up to catty Omura.

The group smiled brightly when they remembered their combat classes together. From which they could judge, the multi-armed student would have ample strength to carry the unconscious boy to safety.

It was then that Midoriya had an idea,

"Wait, Uraraka-san," he turned to the girl who responded with a sound, "Can you use your quirk on Omura?"

"Huh? Oh, right!" the gravity girl who had remained silent this far finally spoke up and immediately rushed to the armoured boy's side as he placed her hand.

"By the way, what the hell's gotten to Omura all of a sudden?" Jirou chimed in.

"Another good question," Thirteen nodded approvingly, "but I can't answer this either."

"Wait a minute, I think - Remember what Omura said to me back at the bus?" Kaminari asked and they all turned to him, "I was waving a magnet I got from one of Jirou's old boomboxes, up and down through Omura's hair."

They all seemed confused, while some, namely Ojiro, Rikido and Sato gave him weird looks.

"It's not what you think!" Kaminari immediately defended himself and cleared his throat, "Anyway, he complained that his 'brain was like a computer', and that the magnet was uncomfortable to him."

Midoriya's eyes grew wide as he slowly pieced together what Kaminari was implying,

"So you're saying that because of the nature of Omura's quirk and biology, that he..."

"Yes, whatever jamming the facility's systems seems to be affecting him as well." Yaoyorozu finished for him as she helped Omura onto Shoji's back.

"Oh, that's unfortunate, ribbit." Tsuyu croaked with a flat expression.

"Hey, guys look over there!" Mina accompanied by Harakure waved at them from the edge of the stairway, pointing to the commotion below, "Aizawa-Sensei's absolutely pounding on those villains!"

"Now is no time to appraise, we need to evacuate!" Iida quickly reprimanded.

Mina looked down one more time before she went to join her classmates as they ran to the facility's exit.

Shoji had Omura tied with kevlar straps to his body, their backs facing each other as a foam cushion was placed between them. Kirishima ran just beside carrying Omura's angled helmet along with Yaoyorozu who remained keen for any hiccups in case the unconscious boy's harness became compromised.

The masked student also held onto Omura with three of his extra arms.

Midoriya and Ururaka also stayed close, as did Iida. Currently, their foremost concern was keeping their newly elected class rep safe, placed on their list just under escaping the facility and calling for help.

"Uraraka-san, how long can you keep this up?" Midoriya raised the question out of concern when he saw the girl adorning a very strained expression.

"Don't worry! I can still hold on!" she peeped out through her grunts, never slowing down to lag behind the main group.

Midoriya had considered picking her up and carrying her on his back, a piggyback ride, but he was not sure she'd be too keen with a guy she was not really acquainted with. Though with the emergency at hand, he figured it was the best course of action.

"Uraraka-san- ah-!" Midoriya yelped,

He had hit his head on Omura's armoured right thigh. Shoji had suddenly come to stop along with their entire group.

"W- what's going on?" Midoriya meekly asked as he probed out from the edge of the larger student's shoulder. There his eyes grew wide and his face became pale.

That thing, the hazy purple cloud villain had appeared in front of them, blocking off their exit.

"You're not getting out of this." they recognised the deep, all-encompassing voice from before, the one that spoke from the plaza.

Thirteen quickly placed their arms around the students and got in a fighting stance.

"It's an honour to make your acquaintance. I know it's impolite, but we invited ourselves in." a pair of bright yellow eyes scanned around them, "And besides, wouldn't you say this was a fitting place for All Might to take his last breath?"

His attempt to startle them worked flawlessly as most of them began to tense up and grow weary, save for a bleach-blonde student with gauntlets resembling grenades, a fairly tall heterochromic teenager with two colours for his hair, and a student who had the head of a bird.

And a student wearing what appeared to be a blue, white, and orange power armour stared right back at him with gritted teeth, while his overall expression seemed strangely flat.

"A- All Might... his... death...?" Midoriya muttered unsurely and filled with either shock or denial, but his thoughts came to a halt when Kirishima suddenly broke into a sprint, still carrying Omura's helmet.

"I believe he was supposed to be here, and yet I see no sign of him..." The gaseous villain stretched out what could be best described as cloud wings, "But in the end, it doesn't really matter. I still have a role to play."

Thirteen got ready to attack but was stopped when the resident hot-head jumped at the villain accompanied by the spikey red-haired one.

An explosion ripped through the air, as Bakugou and Kirishima pulled back in wait for a response,

"Did you think we were just gonna stand around and let you tear this place apart?" Kirishima called out defiantly, his forearms were hardened with his quirk.

Bakugou grinned and made a small pop with his quirk in his palm.

"Feeble," the villain criticized as his gaseous body flared out widely, "Did you really think your pathetic schoolboy heroics would save your classmates!?"

"Both of you, step away right now!" Thirteen demanded, and they looked back to see the hero charge up an attack.

"Time to scatter and kill you across this facility!" suddenly, dark tendrils of clouds erupted from the villain's body and before they could react had encircled them in a thick patch of hazy purple smoke, "Say hello to my... Associates!"

"What the, my feet-!" Shoji yelped from his spot beside Midoriya before he seemingly fell through the ground, taking Omura with him. A number of students were taken as well.

Numerous dark swirling clouds began to dot the facility, and one by one, students came flying out all throughout; spread all across the vast space of the Unforeseen Simulation Joint.

Only Ururaka, Sato, Hagakure, Kaminari, and Jirou were spared as they had stayed directly behind Thirteen.

In the Downpour Zone, two figures fell out of the portal, one tall and lanky; one short and round.

They crashed into a dark, wet and miserable urban street, tasting the pavement with their face. The water poured down relentlessly as the streets almost flooded, the gutters doing their best to drain it.

Sero released a noise best described as a 'whew' sound with an 'H' at the start, a brief signal that he was losing consciousness. But he was awoken by the incessant patter of water droplets on his face.

He stirred a bit and looked around before his face met with the resident degenerate, Mineta, who was also laying down beside him.

"Aah, aah..." Mineta moaned in a frankly unnecessary and annoying way, rubbing his cheek which had become quite swollen.

Cursing his luck that he had to experience this, he gulped and drew the attention of his compatriot. "Uh... dude, where are we?"

"The hell if I know, I just woke up too!" the boy wrapped in purple spandex cried out in an agitated way.

Giving a sigh as he closed his eyes, Sero pushed himself up to his feet. Mineta did the same.

"Well, it's raining a lot." Sero dumbly stated, then scanned around the area to attempt to get his bearings.

"I know our situation's dire, but I can't help think this is what it feels like to stand under Mt. Lady as she's breaking water..." Sero turned sharp to regard the shorter boy with a disbelieving look and saw that Mineta was currently looking up at the sky with his eyes closed and mouth hung open.

"Oi, this short ugly brat sucks more holes than my vacuum marital aid." a voice suddenly remarked from behind them, alarming both students who turned to face a dark alleyway.

It was just a pair of footsteps at first, followed by 3, then a dozen goons dressed up in unorthodox attire came out from different alleys that surrounded them.

Sero stood at guard, doing his best to save face but his jaw quivered. He was terrified.

Mineta was too, and he showed it a lot more prominently than his classmate, clinging onto his back as his fearful tears were washed away by the downpour.

"No good for hero material, wouldn't ya say?" one taller and broader goon, the de-facto leader of the gang rhetorically asked with a sinister glint in his eye.

In the Ruins Zone, two figures fell out from a portal in the ceiling of a crumbling high-rise near tall viewing windows.

One of them, Tsuyu immediately aligned herself to land on her feet, while Ojiro landed on his butt.

"Ouch!" He cried, compressing the base of his tail joint from his fall he began to rub it with a strained face.

"Ojiro-Chan, please don't make such a racket, ribbit." he heard her instruction and stopped to see her walk over to the windows.

Pushing on his knee, he walked up to stand beside her, "Any idea where we are, Asui-san?" he asked before another hiss came from his mouth as he rubbed his lower back.

"Judging from the landscape," of what looked like a deteriorating city, "I'd say we're inside the Ruins Zone," she informed with a finger to her chin before abruptly turning to the boy to give him a painfully blank look, "By the way, call me Tsu, ribbit..."

"Ah, haha... right, sorry..." Ojiro sheepishly rubbed the back of his head.

A rustle drew their attention to the doorway, and both students with a hand-to-hand based style of fighting braced for an incoming assault. Asui squatted low, bringing her centre of mass just shy off the ground while Ojiro got into a martial arts stance.

"Haah! I've been waiting for this-!" A portal had opened, and out popped a tattooed man with a neon green mohawk wielding a knife. He yelled as he exited but was quickly silenced by Ojiro who had used his tail like a whip to smack the villain in the face, sending him flying.

Coincidentally another portal had opened just behind and before another villain could exit, the punk sent flying crashed into him and both fell back into the portal and disappeared.

However, even though two villains were taken care of, many more came out and surrounded the student duo.

"Hmm..." Ojirou grumbled against Asui-san's lick and his own, they had ended up in a cramped space where both of them were at a slight disadvantage in that they couldn't freely jump around and use their surroundings advantageously.

They knew how to fight in close quarters, but all the villains here seemed to be using weapons of some kind to say nothing of their quirks. Even if they managed to keep them occupied, it was only a matter of time until someone got in a lucky hit or stab and then it was all game over.

"I don't see an easy way out of this, Asui-san..." he turned to the girl beside him.

"Don't say such things, Ojiro-chan, we'll do the best that we can do," the frog girl got even lower in her stance as the boy with the tail turned to face her, she looked right back.

"And I told you, call me Tsu, ribbit..."

"What the hell kind of lunch are they feeding these kids?!" a flamingo wearing scuba goggles cried out.

"Ahh! My nipples!" an anthropomorphic fish-man yelled in agony as he was frozen up to his taints just beside the Flood Zone's ship.

"'Scatter and kill you across the facility'?" a boy with mismatching hair colour down the middle of his head sneered as he looked down from the ship. Jumping down after a sigh, he landed on the cold ice platform he had made on top of the water.

"I'll say this though, whoever came up with that plan didn't take into account U.A.'s students." he marched over to the flamingo wearing scuba goggles, who squirmed under the boy's cold glare.

"If you stay like this for too long, your cells fester under the cold and decay, and unless you want to die you better be compliant." he bent down, placing his right foot forward he allowed the frigid cold air that permeated to wash over the villain's face.

"Now I'm only gonna ask this once..."

"Die!" A coarse, rough and irritatingly angry voice cried out followed by a sharp rip of the air from an explosion.

A villain collapsed to the ground as his limbs simply gave way under him, his face gave off a warm trail of smoke and he no longer had eyebrows; they were burnt away.

"Yeah!" a boy with spiky red hair punched through the wooden staff of a scythe-wielding villain dressed in a ghostly gown.

Right behind him, a taller and beefy villain with a knight's helmet wearing a black tank top tried to score a hit on Kirishima but was effectively silenced by a point-blank explosion to the head from Bakugou.

These two were transported to the Mountain Zone and were currently facing off against the villains present there.

"Nice save!" the red-haired student hollered, then followed through with an upwards bash using the helmet from Omura's suit as a weapon, hitting the disarmed and stunned villain and knocking him out with a hardened overhand right cross.

"Don't get distracted, weird hair!" Katsuki Bakugou was pouncing around here and there, releasing his explosions to strafe in the air he was simply too nimble for the villains to keep up and defend themselves.

When he would decide to strike, he almost always took one of them out of commission.

To them, the boy was very much like an actual imp from hell. While being very hard to hit and track, his explosions hurt like a bitch.

"DIE!"

"Iida-Kun, watch your jet!" Midoriya referred to how his spectacled friend had always burnt away his face with the exhaust gas from his calves.

"Apologies!" he had actually been charging up a kick. Allowing his feet to fly forward like a rocket, he embedded it deep into the cranium of an ash-skinned villain with a scar over his right eye.

The villain flew back and was caught by another who had a mutant quick that made him look like a lion.

"Midoriya-san, please step out of the way." Yaoyorozu requested from her position up the slope.

The three of them were in the Landslide Zone.

"Firing!" Momo warned and followed with a volley of rubber bullets fired out of an AGS-30. The 30mm rubber bullets carried enough kinetic energy to easily knock out the average adult male if they managed to hit somewhere on the head.

Under the recommendation of Omura, she studied weapon science between the 1950s to early 2050. She had read up only on the technological advancements of the 1800s, which served as a catalyst for her cannons, but had opted to skip the intermission between that time and the 2200s embarrassingly out of ignorance.

She was both dismayed and glad that she missed the time when military armaments were at the peak of their brutal efficiency. Absolute function over form, the weapons of those years looked like heaps of raw iron compared to those of today.

A time before more modern and humane conventions govern the rules of war.

"Yaoyorozu-san, cease fire, cease fire!" her soft rubber bullets peppered the villains who had taken to any cover they could find from the collapsed concrete buildings.

"A little too much?" She asked the taller boy to which he vigorously nodded his head.

"It was... but it was also effective," Midoriya argued which caused Iida to gasp, "With Yaoyorozu-san's quirk, we can surely take down these villains in no time and link up with our classmates."

The compliment caused Momo's expression to soar with pride. The tall boy with glasses was about to make a stance against it but decided against it at the last second.

He could not argue that creating a simple automatic cannon was an efficient deterrent, no matter how crude. And in their current situation of life and death, he would not look a gift horse in the mouth.

"Iida-Kun, remember our plan?" Midoriya reminded the spectacled boy, to which he gave a sound nod.

"As soon as you see an opening, make your way up the stairs to the entrance to run back to the school and call for help," Yaoyorozu recalled, dismounting the cannon's round beige-coloured magazine to load a new one she had just made.

"Right, but what if the villain that scattered us all is still there?" Iida looked down and clicked his tongue in annoyance, "If only I was quicker to react, I was so caught up by Omura's condition I hadn't the time to run out of the fog before it was too late."

"At least we ended up here, closer to the plaza than the last two Zones," Midoriya stated, trying to ease the mind of his engine-legged classmate.

"I could have been on the top of that stairway... but due to my inability to control my shock..."

"Don't dwell on possibilities, Iida-Kun," Yaoyorozu stated suddenly, giving a reassuring smile to the both of them. She pulled back the tripod-mounted cannon's lever and chambered in a concussive rubber shell,

"The villains here now, they're not waiting on our count." It would appear that a little bit of Omura's optimism rubbed off on her.

"Yaoyorozu..." Midoriya muttered, he couldn't help but feel his sense of admiration towards her grow.

"I... yes, you are right." The engine-legged boy mentally smacked himself, then stood tall and turned to the villains cowering behind their covers, "In the name of Heroism, I will defeat you!"

"Why not shut the hell up instead!" an avian quirked villain suddenly appeared behind Iida and attempted to stab him with a spear. It seemed the heart-touching moment that the students shared irked one of the assailants out of his concrete shelter.

"I don't think so!" Yaoyorozu aimed her cannon and fired a concussive shell at the winged villain, Iida had already squatted low making it easier for her to aim.

Immediately after squeezing the trigger, the villain's face was masked behind a thick layer of black smoke making him stiffen up and halt completely in his track.

This was a carbon-based incapacitating gas she devised with Omura's assistance, a chemical compound that induced mild paralysis in the victim's arms and legs once inhaled.

"He's yours, Iida-Kun!" She signalled with a nod, and the spectacled boy returned the gesture. Jumping up in the air, he held his breath as the jets in his right leg fired to spin him mid-air to deliver another devastating kick to the winged villain.

"Get your ass back here!" A particularly muscular villain dressed in nothing by leather straps and a thong chased after Shoji through a smoke-filled alleyway. Strapped to his back was the boy in a heavy power missing his helmet.

Omura looked wide-eyed with his teeth firmly clenched, but his expression was still discernable as being absolutely terrified. The boy's eyes were red from smoke from the suffocating fires in the Conflagration Zone.

"Aniki, slow down!" the man was joined by another muscled individual dressed in the same fashion as they rounded a corner, this one had a scythe-like blade strapped to his wrist.

"Mmmm, this little kitten is a feisty one, mm-yes?" another jacked assailant bemused with a deep chuckle; like the other two, he too was almost naked safe for a leopard loincloth and leather straps of his own.

"Mmm... quite strapping also..." he accentuated further when his full-face iron helmet deflected the lid of a trashcan the fleeing student had thrown.

They rounded another corner, and the villains continued to quip, their excitement growing from the chase.

"Oh, all this running around has my buttocks in tremors!" the lead one cried out, picking up speed even faster. Perhaps their quirk was all of a similar nature that boosted their strength?

"Indeed, Aniki. Once we catch up to this little kitten, we'll make sure to-!" they were swiftly crushed between a wall as a giant shadowy hand extended from the entrance of their adjacent building's parking lot.

"Bah!" the last assailant cried as the hand loosened up, allowing him and his brothers to fall to the ground, "If only, we had a hard exterior layer of protection... perhaps... we could have... ah..." he mumbled until he lost his consciousness and fell forward flat on the floor, unmoving.

Tokoyami slowly stepped out of the shadow and turned his sights to Shoji who gave him a thumbs up.

"That makes five, good work Shoji," the avian returned the multi-armed boy's gesture, "By the way, how fairs our misfortunate friend?"

Shoji leaned his head back slightly, then extended one of his arms and turned it into an eyeball before using it to inspect Omura.

"He's still drooling from his lips, he can't help it. It seems he can still hear us," Shoji noted when he saw one of Omura's eyes twitch briefly when he mentioned he was drooling.

"Good, our priority should be to keep him safe." Tokoyami had made his way over to his classmate, "Can I rely on you, Mezo Shoji?"

The taller student didn't immediately reply, but his answer was sound as all his idle arms morphed to form a mouth.

"Yes, you can!"

Thus, the initial stages of the USJ incident conclude.
