The Boiling Courage
ESKK: Well, here is my attempt at a Magiranger Owl House crossover. First chapter for a long series… hopefully but before we begin, I'd like to say something. This fic will NOT I repeat not be Lumity. Now while I know this will upset a lot of people and possibly have you readers hunt me down in RL to lynch me, I have my reasons for this. Magiranger has all been a bit powerful for me due to its focus on the Sentai Team in this one being family in one way or form. With the main five being siblings, the sixth marrying Magiblue, and the 7th and 8th being the parents of the main five. So, with this in mind I've been jumbling around a lot of stuff to try and keep to the whole family dynamic of the group. One of the choices I had to make was to not have Lumity happen this time around. The reason I went this path is simply put associated with what I said earlier about the family dynamics here. Anyway, now that I got that out of the way let's begin the story.
(Start Gravesfield Connecticut)
In an average household a family of four were sitting down for breakfast as food was set up on the table. One of them was a young girl in a casual outfit of jeans, sneakers, and tank top. Her hair was down to her upper back yet carefully groomed and pulled to a small tail. Her Azure blue eyes reflected like sapphires from the clear lakes. Next to her was a young man with a bit of a wild cut as he ate his food in a casual manner. This young man had dirty blond hair as his chocolate brown eyes had a sense of calm. In fact, off to the side was a small folder filled with love letters that had either been opened or were still in the process of being sorted. As he ate, he kept his food a bit casual so to keep his looks going and prevent any sticky messes. As he sat with his meal a third figure approached carrying a plate for the table.
"Hey everyone Salad is up." He said putting a plate of salad on the table that was made to look like a smiley face. "George Green special!" He boasted as he smiled to the group. His ivory black hair was bulled into a tail and had emerald; green eye clear to see as said eyes seemed to carry nothing but kindness in them but also hid a taurus ready to unleash.
The Dirty Blond one scoffed a bit in a joking manner. "George Green Special, Georgie's Salad Farm; you really do come up with dumb names." He said to his brother as they did bear a family resemblance. "It's gonna make me lose my appetite." He said with a casual tone in his voice.
"Come on Lance, farming is fun helps pass the time and builds a good work ethic." George said as he put his arm around his younger brother.
"No thanks." Lance said in somewhat of a rude tone as he got his brothers arm off of him.
"Be nice, Lance." The girl said as she seemed to be a year younger than her brother.
"Yeah, don't want Amy to yank your ear again, do you?" George said and thus shivered as his sister's ear pull skill is the stuff of nightmares. In turn he shut his mouth and went back to eating his food. Just then the house phone rang and thus George walked over to it. "I got it." George said and thus he answered the phone.
"Hey Lance, can you turn on the TV?" Amy asked as she looked over to Lance who was closest to the remote.
"Sure." Lance said and thus turned on the TV to have morning cartoons playing.
"Hello Hogan residence." George greeted and thus heard a familiar voice.
"George... it's Anthony." George said as he went wide eyed and looked over to the picture frames that had the four siblings on it with Anthony being a boy with black hair and blue eyes.
"What did he do?" George asked knowing how impulsive his youngest brother can be.
"I think you should turn on the TV to the News." The principle said and in turn George looked to the TV.
"Lance, Amy turn; on the news!" George called out as he watched the TV with trepidation of what his brother was doing.
"Oh ok." Amy said and thus tuned the channel to the news. On the news they saw a boy climbing the school flagpole for something as they got curious as to what he was doing.
"What the heck Senior Pranks don't start till later." Lance said as he then sighed to this. "Geez hate to be the ones belated to whatever reckless idiot is doing this." Lance said as George felt he might just end up eating his own words. Just then the boy climbing the pole turned around and waved at the camera as if nothing, was wrong with the world. The three siblings went wide eyed as they saw who was on TV at the moment.
"ANTHONY!?" Amy gasped as she saw their youngest brother was currently on the TV.
"Oh, crap that's OUR idiot!" Lance announced as they saw what was going on.
"We'll be right over." George said to the principle and thus hung up the phone. "Everyone we're going to school now!" George called out as he clapped his hands together to get everyone moving.
"Got it!" Lance called out as they quickly grabbed what they needed and zoomed out the door.
"If he survives this stunt of his I call first dibs on ringing his neck and if he dies, I'm dragging him back to the living world just to send him back myself!" Amy called out knowing full well that Anthony was going to be in deep trouble when they got their hands on him.
(Meanwhile at the School)
Anthony meanwhile had managed to reach the top as at the top of the flagpole was a balloon that got stuck there. The boy was dressed in a pair of jeans with a white and red t-shirt, a jacket wrapped around his waist, and a pair of simple sneakers. Now how it got stuck up there was simply do to the fact that he bumped into a grade school by accident, and this was where it ended up. Good news it was his school bad news was that he did not have a good reputation at the school.
"There you are." Anthony said as he had the balloon right there. "Come here you." Anthony said as he then took the balloon in his hand. "Got it!" Anthony called out before chaos struck. Anthony lost his grip and in turn began to fall to what might be his death. Everyone began to panic when they saw this as Anthony fell only for lady luck to be by his side. A group of delivery guys were transporting a trampoline into the school which was used for Anthony's landing spot. He hit the trampoline and went flying back upward.
Following this up Anthony was back to falling but somehow, he had the luck of an Irish or something because his free hand managed to grab a pole which then broke from the force. The good news was that it managed to stop Anthony's fall allowing him to land safely onto a chair at the cafe across the street where he sat down. Once he landed everyone who saw this were applauding over what they saw as it was quite impressive even if it was by sheer dumb luck.
"Oh, um thanks, thanks everyone." Anthony said as he began to bow his head to avoid any more attention with the purpose of returning the balloon to the grade schooler. Walking over to the little girl he had bumped into Anthony passed the balloon back to her with a smile on his face. "Here you go." Anthony said as he passed the balloon to the little girl.
"Thank you." The mother said as she passed the boy's backpack and soccer ball to him. She then began to walk off as she then looked to her daughter with a look of urgency. "Don't ever do what that boy did." She said making it sound like Anthony was not right in the head for doing such a dangerous stunt.
Anthony smiled sadly a bit as he waved the girl goodbye opting her to wave back despite her mother's misgivings. Anthony was kind for what he did but was reckless for doing the deed without thinking it through. Just then out of nowhere Anthony's ear was being yanked on as the owner of the hand was Amy who glared at her reckless brother for what he just did.
"What the hell were you thinking doing that?!" Amy scolded as she looked to her younger brother. "You could have gotten hurt or worse!" She continued to scold as she looked to her youngest brother.
"Hey, talk later it's the news!" George said and thus the four all made their way into the school.
"Yeah, I like attention but not this kind!" Lance added and thus they all ran into the school knowing this incident was the latest in a long line of incidents. But not even five seconds in Lance was yelling again as the sound of a hissing snake was heard. "SNAKES!?" Lance yelled as it seems he was not having a good day since it was followed by him screaming in pain after getting bit by one.
(Scene Break Schools Principles Office)
"Sit!" George said as he had his brother sit on the chair next to a Hispanic girl.
"Snakes why did it have to be snakes?" Lance said as he managed to get one off of him. Good news they weren't poisonous bad news he might need several needle shots. Once he was sat down, he walked into the office first to see just how bad this situation was.
"So, what you in for this time Luz?" Anthony asked as he looked to Luz who was holding the Snake that bit Lance while in another, she had what looked to be a doll.
"Uh..." Luz trailed off a bit. "The normal." She said as Anthony nodded in understanding to this. "You?" Luz asked as she looked to Anthony.
"Climbed up the flagpole to get a balloon." Anthony said as if was the most normal thing someone can do.
"Ah got it." Luz said and thus the door opened with George glaring at Anthony with a scolding look.
"Oh, I know that look." Anthony said as he realized he was in deep trouble this time. Just then Luz's mom arrived after getting the call of what happened and thus even Luz saw it. "We're in trouble." Anthony said as he knew what this meant.
(Later)
Luz had just gotten through detailing her Book Report as her mother, one Camila had arrived not to long after George came out of the office. "I think I knocked it out of the park." Luz said just after the snake bit the doll of Azura the Good Witch. Nearby Lance had something to protect himself in case that Snake jumped him again as Amy was rubbing her eyes in frustration. Normally the Principle would talk to them one at a time, but this was the last straw for many people.
"So that's why your here!" Lance called out as he kept the textbook up to block the snake in case it came for him again.
"Sorry!" Luz apologized for the umpteenth time after her snake had bit Lance.
"And what were you going to do with this?" Carmila asked as she picked up what looked to be fireworks strapped to each other.
"That was for the act three closer." Luz said with a tone saying she realized the problem now.
"May I?" George asked as this involved both of them now.
"Go ahead." Carmila said and thus George began to speak again.
"Lance, Luz, I won't deny you have a good heart and a creative mind, but it's gotten out of hand this is the third time you've both been brought in here." George said as Carmila nodded to this.
"Yeah, first Luz tried out for Romeo and Juliet and had sausages spew out for the suicide scene." Amy began and then went for Lance. "That following day Lance you charged into active traffic to save a stray cat." Amy said remembering that bit.
"Then that incident with the baby griffon and the spider swarm inside it." Lance said and then went on for Lance. "Followed by Anthony crawling into the ventilation shaft to find a lost dog that somehow got in there." Lance said as he still had sores from crawling in after him. "The less said about cheerleader tryouts the better I mean that was just creepy ok." Lance said and thus Amy elbowed him to stomp a rant from coming. "Any way following that Anthony you went out of your way to get a baby bird back to its nest without thinking where the nest was located which was on old man jerkasses property." Lance added as he remembered those last few incidents.
"I mean I was in front of the gym doors when those girls came charging out trampling over me, I had to find the spiders and somehow they found me, I had to get butter to get out of the vents, and I nearly got mauled by that guy's dog!" Lance added as he always drew the short straw in these situations.
"Ok Lance that's enough." George said as he knew these two were like chaos and mayhem together.
"I think I understand what are saying is, Anthony is that you have a good heart and Luz we all love that you express yourself, but if you two can't learn to be safe or separate fantasy from reality, well I suggest you both should spend the summer here," Luz's mother pull out a brochure from her purse about a summer camp place that said "Reality Check Summer camp" with an image of a note on it that says "Think inside the box" with a kid inside said box as Luz took it with Anthony said, "Is that legal?"
Amy elbow him a bit as Luz stood up as she said to her mother, "Don't worry mom, I won't let you down. No more weirdness!" At that point, the snake in her hand jump from her grip and attack the Principle with Anthony quickly jumping in as he said, "I got it!"
Soon enough he jump onto the principle to get the snake off of him which he just landed on the man instead hard with the other siblings freak out and get their brother off the Principal and which they did, while Anthony had the snake in hand as it soon leap out of his hands too at Lance as he cry out in pain while the snake was biting him as he said, "Get it off of me! Get it off!"
"Whoa well he's a slippery little guy," Anthony said as he noticed how the snake got out his hands like that, with Luz soon ask, "That's doesn't count, right?"
(Scene break)
Luz is seen standing outside her house with her packs on hand as she look depressed as it seem she was being sent to the summer camp, with Anthony and his siblings were walking over to where Luz, with George had some time off from work, Lance cover in bandages from the snake that bite him the other day, and Amy just had some free time to go with her siblings as Anthony said, "This stink."
"Well Anthony it needs to be done," George said to his youngest brother as Amy said, "We just want you to be safe, and maybe this camp can help understand not to put yourself in needless dangers."
"Not to mention all the crazy stuff you get yourself into, I mean why were you climbing a pole of all things?" Lance said as he wondered what was that all about as Anthony said while remembering what happen the other day, ""Well I was looking around for my soccer ball as for some reason it was gone from my site, and I accidently bumped into this little girl. I make her let go of her balloon as it started to fly away. lucky it was caught on the poles so I went after it so the little girl wouldn't cry."
"So, you were just trying to get her balloon down then, that sweet, but still dangerous Anthony," Amy said while Lance said to his little brother, "You could have, I don't know gotten her a new one, as there's no telling how long she would keep it anyways."
"You guy don't get it, do you? That girl's balloon was her balloon, also I didn't have any money to buy her a new one anyways," Anthony said with a bit of a laugh as his brother lance just groin at his little brother train of thought, but soon enough, they reach Luz's place as Anthony look ahead and saw her while he said, "Hey Luz."
"Hey Anthony," Luz said, sounding as depressed as she looks with Luz's mother came out from the house as she was about to go to work, stopping by the group as she said, "Oh. Oh, my baby."
She gave her a hug before letting off and turning towards the siblings as she said to them, "Thank you for watching over Luz for me for a bit."
"Not a problem Miss Noceda, sense out little brother will be going as well, we might as well do the same for her," George said as Luz's mother smile at them before turning towards her daughter as she said, "Now don't worry. Summer camp is only going to be for three months. You'll be so busy balancing checkbooks and learning to appreciate public radio, the time will fly by."
"But I don't like any of that stuff," Luz said while Anthony spoken up as well saying, "Yeah, those sound kind of dull, I'm more of a soccer guy." his brother lance elbow him for that with Luz said, "Right, and I like Editing anime clips to music and reading fantasy book with convoluted backstories."
Luz pulled out her favorite book with the good witch on the cover of it as her mother said to her, "Mija, your fantasy world is holding you back. Do you have any friends? Beside Anthony, no offense to you Anthony."
"Its fine," He said as he didn't mind if he was a weird one or not as which the mother went on saying, "And not imagined or drawn, or reptilian?"
Luz looked down sadden by what her mother said as she soon walked over to trash bin while her mother said to her, "Summer camp is a chance to make more friends, but you have to try. Can you do that?"
"Yes mom," Luz said as she put the book in the trash with Anthony feeling bad for his friend, but soon enough as Luz's mother phone just buzzed, she grabbed it to check what it was, seeing it was from work as she said, "Oh, I got to go to work."
She rushed over to Luz and give her lots of kisses and said to her, "Your bus is coming soon. Text me when you get there. Cui-date mucho, mija. Que te vaya bien."
"Bye mom," Luz said after her mom walks away out of site as soon enough Luz soon went back to get her book as she digs into the trash bin to find it, for some reason it wasn't there as she said, "Where is it? Where is it?"
"What in the world?" George said as gotten everyone's attention as they all saw an owl with a bag in its mouth with Luz's book in there as well. It proceeded to take off with the book as Luz called, "Tiny trash thief!"
"Stop where you are trash snatcher!" Anthony said as he and Luz soon went after the owl as Anthony's sibling couldn't believe what they saw, and face palm themselves as Anthony was running off again as George said, "We need to stop them!"
"Right behind you!" Amy said as they soon went off after the two with Lance said, "Can this day get any weirder?" Soon enough he chased after them as well as everyone follow the owl into the wood which lay an old abandon house as the owl escape into with the door wide open, with Luz was taken back by the house itself for a bit, but Anthony wasn't as he keep running after that owl and said, "Give back Luz book you flat face bird!"
"Hey wait!" Luz called out and then growled before charging into the door.
"Guys stop it's not worth it!" Amy called out as she and the boys chased after the pair and thus entered the house. Lance stopped for a second before Gabriel charged passed him. Growling he went in to grab their idiot before he gets himself hurt.
(Later unknown location)
The group made it through the door that had an eye on it to find the owl hopping away. "Stop you... what?" Anthony asked as he looked around just as Luz got through followed by his siblings.
"Uh what happened to the old creepy house?" Lance asked as he looked around and saw they were now in a tent filled with random stuff.
"Huh I think we walked into a hoarder house." Amy whispered as she looked around while Luz then picked up something.
"Yeah, but it's impressive." Luz said holding a creepy chimera of baby head, lizard body, coat hanger, and a fork arm.
"Ok let's all just stay calm and quietly ease back the way we came." George said taking charge knowing they had to get the heck out of this place.
"Finally, you're back!" A new voice called out opting them all to go wide eyed.
"Hide!" George called out and thus they all jumped into whatever spot they could hide in.
Luz was closest to the exit as she quietly eased over to it and opened the tarp a bit. She in turn saw the owl that stole her book as Anthony saw it next. The two then saw a woman screw the owl onto a stick becoming a staff whole the owl turned to wood. "Wow." Anthony voiced while Luz just gasped over what she saw.
"Garbage. Garbage. Garbage." The woman said tossing out a smartphone, a diamond ring, and a glowing gold cup of all things. She then gasped as she saw something inside the bag. "Now this... this will make me rich." She announced after putting on a pair of glasses revealing them to be those funny joke glasses with the eyes attached to it. "And this!" The woman said taking out Luz's book. "Uh this'll make good kindling." The woman said and thus went to set the book on fire.
In turn Luz charged out with Anthony to get the book back. "No Luz Anthony stay put!" Gabriel called out but it was already too late they were off.
"Excuse me. Sorry. That's mine. Thank you!" Luz called out taking the book back.
"Keep your wood owl on a leash ma'am!" Anthony called out as he and Luz ran back into the tent for the exit.
"Hurry!" Gabriel said holding the door open now as Amy, and Lance were going to cover their escape. But then the door slammed shut tearing itself out of Gabriel's hand before folding up into a case.
"You're not going anywhere." The woman said removing the joke eyes glaring at the group.
"RUN!" Lance cried out and thus they all exited the tent through the back end. They got out and thus were wide eyed as they ran to a ledge of all things and gasped.
"What the?" Gabriel asked as he saw and entire city over the ledge. What made it shocking and possibly horrifying was the fact that all its inhabitants were some forms of creatures. There was even a dragon flying by which was then grabbed by the giant hand before vanishing.
"Um Toto I don't think we're in Kansas anymore." Amy gasped as the five humans stood there in shock and horror. Luz then gasped as she looked to find a fairy of all things flying next to her.
"Hi their little fairy." Luz greeted while trying to regain her senses. "Are you going to tell me this is all a fantastical dream?" Luz asked and thus the Fairy spoke to them with a cute voice but not cute words.
"Give me your skin!" The fairy called out revealing fangs and in turn Anthony kicked the creature so far it went flying across the ledge.
"Ok we're in Hell we died and gone to hell." Lance panicked as it was clear he and Gabriel were being mentally overloaded by everything going on.
"You wish!" The woman said as she grabbed Anthony and Luz's shoulders.
"Wow back off lady we will not be eaten by you tonight!" Gabriel said as he pushed the lady back away from his brother and Luz while shielding Amy and Lance behind him.
"Eat? Why would I eat potential customers?" The woman said and in turn the group were clearly whiplashed by her words as she revealed her store to them that had a sign that said, 'Human Collectibles,' on it.
"What?" Gabriel asked as he was clearly not having a good day.
"Can I offer you a human foot filled with holes?" The woman asked as Amy looked at what was clear one half of a pair of crocks.
"Um that's not a foot that's footwear." Amy explained as the woman was surprised by this.
"Huh." She said looking at it and saw why it would be footwear. "Well how about a bar of green human candy?" She offered which was in fact a stick of deodorant.
"That's deodorant, you know used to make your bits smell good and keep it from smelling bad for the rest of the day." Lance said as he looked to the stick of deodorant.
"Ok Mr. Smarty pants how about something else." She said getting a bit annoyed with these people telling her what, was what. "Oh, oh, how about this black shadowbox that reflects only sadness." The woman offered and pushed a TV towards Anthony and Luz.
Luz then laughed to this before she began to stand up. "That's not all it can do." Luz said and thus she took a pair of batteries from a bowl that was labeled as. 'Human Candy.' She then took the TV and opened up a slot before putting the batteries into it and once it was all setup, she pressed the button to turn it on. "Viola." Luz said as she showed a man on the screen doing a workout video as things began to calm down for the group.
Not long after people began to gather around the stand as they were offering up something called Snails which the humans assumed was the local currency. "What did you say your names were again?" The woman asked as she looked to the humans.
"Anthony Hogan, these are my brothers and sister, Gabriel, Lance, and Amy." Anthony introduced and thus Luz smiled a bit as well.
"Luz Noceda." Luz introduced and thus the woman smiled to this as she was making a killing now.
"Well, that was pretty clever. For a bunch of humans." The woman said as Amy found it strange when she said that.
"That's kind of a weird thing to say for another human." Luz said as she looked to the woman and in turn Amy voiced something.
"Um Luz other than us I don't think there are any humans." Amy said and thus the woman smiled to this.
"She's correct dear child." The woman said and thus removed her head piece to reveal a pair of pointed ears. "I'm Eda the Owl Lady, the most powerful witch on the Boiling Isles!" Eda introduced herself while standing on top of her table.
"A witch/cool." Luz and Anthony both said as she looked to the woman in question.
"I am a respected, feared." Eda began but was cut off by a new voice.
"Busted!" A male voice called out as a fist smashed the TV which caused everyone to run away from the stand as a guard was there now. "Eda the Owl Lady, you are wanted for misuse of magic and demonic misdemeanors." The guard said holding up a wanted sign for Eda as it even had a reward on it.
"Wait she's a criminal that explains it!" Gabriel called out as to him it all made sense now.
"You are hereby ordered to come with me to the Conformatorium." The guard ordered as he pointed an accusing finger at Edda who stood her ground before said guard took her hand.
"Would you, guys quit following me around? I haven't done squad." Eda defended after tearing her arm out of the guard's arm.
"And you lot are coming too." The guard said grabbing Anthony and Luz by the scruff of their shirts. "For fraternizing with a criminal." He said as Anthony and Luz were in his grip now.
"Hey! Hands off our idiot and his friend!" Lance called out as he and Gabriel got into a scuffle with the guard to force him to let the pair go.
"All right, all right, you win." Eda said as this got everyone off guard. "Just let me get my stuff." Eda said as she reached under the table and then pulled out her staff before smashing it against the head.
"Freedom!" Anthony called out as Eda then slammed the pommel of her staff to the table. This caused a chain reaction which made her entire shop start to float. "Whoop." Eda began as she pulled out a key from her hair that had the same eye as the door from before. "Can't forget this." Eda added before pressing the eye. In turn from the tent a briefcase came out and was added to the stolen goods and in turn it was time to go.
"Follow me humans!" Eda called out and thus they began to run for it.
"This is crazy. If I die here, my mom's going to kill me." Luz said as she ran with the group.
"Just what have we gotten ourselves into!?" Gabriel yelled as they ran for it.
Eda then scoffed to this as she ran. "Welcome to the Boiling Isles!" Eda said as she ran leading the group. "And don't worry they won't hurt you I won't let them. After all, five humans like you are much more valuable to me alive than dead." Eda said as she ran and lead the group to whatever safe area she can find.
"Wait what's that supposed to mean?" Eda said and then they stopped by what looked to be a biker spot. "Here I can't fit all of you so take one!" Eda said as she used her magic to hotwire all five of them. They looked like motorcycles but with a booster on the back similar to a broomstick and no wheels.
"Like we have a choice?!" Lance called out and thus they all got moving. They were all white with color high lights on them, Lance got on the black one, Amy took the blue one, Gabriel took the green one, and Anthony took the red one. Eda then cheered and took Luz before they were seen riding on her magical staff before riding off. As they flew off the pink bike was taken along for the ride when Anthony failed to make sure his was not tied to any other ones.
(Later in the sky)
The group were now in the sky as Luz was holding onto the staff for dear life while Eda made sure she did not fall off said staff. The siblings meanwhile were surprised to be riding flying motorcycles mixed with broomsticks as they rode near Eda. They had a few hiccups to start but the controls were easy for them to figure out.
"Flying staffs, crazy monsters, broomsticks merged with motorcycles, you're a witch. What In the Anime Isekai hell is up with this place?!" Lance asked as he was trying to figure out where in God's Green Earth they were.
"Language!" Luz scolded as she looked at Lance not happy with the dirty word he used.
"Watch it I'm older than you." Lance said as he looked at Luz reminding her to let the grownups talk.
"This is the Boiling Isles." Eda introduced as they flew in the sky. "Every, myth you humans have is caused by a little of our world leaking into yours." Eda introduced and in turn they saw a Griffin fly up next to them and screech.
"A Griffin." Luz said and in turn the Griffin let loose a swarm of spiders from its maw surprising Lance who in turn moved away from it. "I knew it." Luz called out pointing at the Griffin in question.
"Yeap Griffins, vampires, giraffes." Eda listed off and thus Anthony was left confused.
"Giraffes?" Anthony asked as that sounded ridicules to him.
"Oh, yes. We banished those guys. Bunch of freaks." Eda said and in turn saw their destination. "Hey this way." Eda said and thus she flew down opting the humans to fly after her. Once they landed the humans began to get off their rides as Luz was still on the staff. She then saw a hand flexing on the staff and saw it was Eda's dismembered hand. Luz screamed in panic as the group all saw this. "Oops, that happens sometimes." Eda said taking the hand and reattaching it back on her body where it belonged.
"Ok well this has been real fun but it's time we go home." Gabriel said as he took charge. "We've got Luz's book back, been made accomplices and took part in grand theft auto." Gabriel said gesturing to the five bikes. "So can you oh say open that door again so we can get the heck out of here?" Gabriel asked as this place was not somewhere he wanted his siblings to be at.
Eda waved her staff before the group while dropping her bag of loot as she said, "Only if you guys help me first."
She laughed and snorted a bit as she walks off while she said, "Ah, now come along humans." With that as Luz said, "Whoa!"
"I know," Anthony said as he smiled and soon walk off with Luz next to him while Lance said, "Yeah, I don't like the sounds of that, like at all."
"We just have to do whatever she need help with, and we can get back home," George said as the sibling follow their little brother and Luz while Amy soon said, "You know she's holding us against our will right?"
"What was your first cluse?" Lance asked sarcastically as he looked to his big sister.
(Little later)
The group soon arrived at a big house as an owl with a human face was flying around a bit before landing up top above the doorway. Meanwhile the door itself had an Owl face where the peephole was located. Luz looked around for a moment she soon questioned Eda, "Aren't you worried about those guards finding us?"
"Nope. My house has a state-of-the-art defense system," Eda said as suddenly the owl face on the door soon started to talk as it said, "Hoot-hoot. Password, please." Eda just poked at the owl face's eyes as it cried out in pain as Eda said, "We got no time for this, Hooty. Let us in."
"All right, all right. Geez. You never want to have any fun. Ow! Hoot," Hooty said as suddenly the owl open its mouth wide open as Lance back away in fear a bit as he said, "Monster house is going to eat us!"
"He not going to eat you guys, probably." Eda said before returning to the subject at hand. "Now get in before he closed his mouth," Eda said as everyone quickly step through with Hooty close his mouth like he was swallowing something before he burps loudly.

"You're state of the art defense I take it?" George questioning about Hooty as Eda said, "He keep the monsters out at least. Now welcome too." Eda then snapped her fingers before she finished off the introduction. "The Owl House." Eda announced and in turn all the candles lit up at once, the fireplace lit up, a broom was sweeping, and a cauldron was floating with a stick stirring inside of it, and the wall suddenly glow with magic reviling an owl-like monster carving above the group as Luz gasped to this while Anthony smiled before he said, "Cool."
"Where I hide away from the pressures of modern life. Also, the cops, also ex-boyfriends," Eda said before she snorted again with Amy said, "Does that include man eating monsters?"
"This place is beautiful. Do you live here all alone?" Luz asked as suddenly there was a loud thud which shaken the house up a bit as Eda said, "Actually, I have a roommate."
The thudding went on for a bit as a large shadow of a creature suddenly came into view with Lance hid behind Eda as a deep voice suddenly speak up as the said creature came closer while it said, "Who dares intrude upon I?"
Suddenly the thudding died down and the creature came into view in the doorway as it looked like a dog standing on two legs and has a skull bone on its face and wearing towels that had ducks on it while holding a rubber duck as the little creature finish saying, "The king of demons?"
In turn the little supposed king of demons squeezed his rubber ducky. At that moment Luz and Amy suddenly blush and gasp at the small creature as both girls charge at him while they said at the same time, "HOW CUTE/AY QUE LINDO!"
Both girls were hugging the demon creature like he was a cuddly puppy as Luz said, "Eda, he's so cute!"
"So adorable, I just want to hug him all day!" Amy said with Luz went on saying, "Who's a widdle guy? Who's a widdle guy? Is it you? Is it you?"
"No. I don't know who your little guy is!" the little demon said as he tries to escape from the girl's grasp, he pushed against them as he yelled out in panic, "Eda, who are these monsters?"
"Oh, this one is Luz," Eda said as she pulled Luz away while the two older boys were pulling their eldest sister away from the demon creature to save him as Eda went on saying, "The other is Amy they are humans."
"Sorry about our sister, she is into cute things, I'm George by the way," George said as he pointed over to his first youngest brother as he said, "This my little brother Lance."
"Do anything and I'll throw a bucket of water on your cubone butt!" Lance said as he said in a threaten the little guy while comparing him to a ground type Pokémon while George said," Sorry again, he's a bit sensitive of thing, and my other little and youngest brother, Anthony."
"What a cool little guy you are," Anthony said as he looked at the demon creature as Eda spoken up saying, "These guys are here to help us with our little situation."
"Oh, Hooray!" the little demon said as Luz step away from Eda as she said, "wait, wait, wait. I don't like the sound of this "Situation"."
"Yeah, same here," Lance said as he doesn't know what Eda has in plan for them as Eda wave her hand a bit as she said, "Just let me explain."
Suddenly from the tips of Eda's finger as magic came forth and drew a circle in the air as the center of the circle gotten dark while showing what is the little demon's story as it show a dark demon creature with a crown on its head which was being taken by someone as Eda said, "King was once a mighty king of demons, until his crown of power was stolen, and he became this."
In Luz's arm, she was hugging King again as she said while looking at king, "You mean this little bundle of joy?"
"The Crown is being held by the Evil Warden Wrath and locked away behind a magical forcefield that only a human can break through." Eda explained as the humans got the gist of it. "Humans like you." Eda went on and thus George figured out the rest.
"So basically, you want us to help you break into a prison and steal a crown and once it's done, you'll send us home." George said as Eda smiled to this.
"That just about sums it up." Eda said as the humans of the group looked to each other. "So, what do you say?" Eda asked and thus the humans looked to each other.
"Not like we have much of a choice." Lance said and thus Anthony looked to his friends on this.
"No, you don't! Now, we've got no time to lose." Eda said and thus she grabbed Luz and carried her off.
"Come on Mr. Cutie!" Amy said as she took King and fawned over him.
"No unhand me!" King cried out as they began to follow after Eda.
"So where are we going?" Anthony asked as he followed after Eda who was carrying Luz.
"Somewhere super fun!" Eda announced as the boys got a bad feeling about this.
(Scene Break that Night)
Thunder clapped as they all looked to the sight of the Conformatorium. "The Conformatorium, a place for those considered unsuitable for society." Eda said as they all hid behind with wall with the broom cycles they had stolen.
"Please let this all be a bad dream, we're about to wake up and it's Saturday morning." George begged as he saw the scene before them.
"For the record if and when this goes wrong... I blame Anthony and Luz." Lance said as the siblings saw they were in some deep shit now.
"Wow these people really have it out for you." Anthony said as he took the wanted poster of Eda off the wall and saw the bounty on her head.
"Yep. But we were never caught because we're too slippery." Eda boasted with a smile on her face.
"Try to catch me when I'm covered in grease. I'm a squirmy little fella." King said before slipping off from Luz's head. "So, we'll sneak up to the top of the tower, where they're holding my crown." King said as George saw what was going on.
"And I'm gonna make sure the Warden's distracted." Eda said and thus Anthony saw this and smiled.
"Come on let's go!" Anthony called out and thus the five got on the bikes they stole. Once they were on all it took was touching the rune on the spot for the key to activate them and they were off. King rode with Luz as they rode upward to the top where an open window was seen. Once they got to the open window, they each jumped off and to their surprise the bikes waited there despite none of them riding them.
"Huh neat." Lance said as he saw this before they began entering the tower.
"Meet you guys at the top of the tower." Eda said as she rode off on her staff leaving the six alone. Unaware to any of them though a cloaked figured watched the whole thing as in his hand a shield was held in it a violet almost demonic shield.
(Inside)
After getting in and Luz tripping a bit, they were all inside the main prison area that had almost all of the cells occupied by someone. Luz had her hood up as said hood had kitty ears on them. "Ok this is concerning." Amy said as she saw the scene before her.
"Look let's focus on finding that dumb crown so we can go home and forget about any of this happening." George said and thus the five began entering the prison.
As they walked a new voice soon caught their attention. "Hey you guys." Came the voice causing the group to jump and looked to see a girl with pointed ears and pointed teeth.
"Oh no we are not Criminals." Lance said as he wanted to be in and out and back home in his bed.
"Not yet you guys are not." King quipped as he looked to the humans.
"Shut it." Lance snapped glaring at the Cubone knock off.
"Neither are we; stupid warden likes to imprison those who don't fit in," The possible vampire girl said angrily, then showed the two her book. "Like I enjoy writing fanfiction of food falling in love." She said as Anthony heard this from her.
"Really?" He asked as he looked to the girl. "I am sure where I am from you pitch it to the right people and they would make a show on that." Anthony said as this made the woman smile/
Then a large male creature spoke up getting their attention. "I'm here because I like eating my own eyes." He said as he ate his eye then it pops back into one of his eye sockets. This almost made Lance vomit since he was missing a few eyes and he did NOT want to think of what this guy entailed.
"Well, you do you, but I'd suggest not doing out where people can see it might make them uncomfortable." Anthony said trying to help the guy a little bit.
Then a tiny voice spoke up. "We are agents of free expression! They will never silence us!" The little guy called out as Amy looked at him.
"Yeah, she is really big into conspiracy theories," The food fanfic writer said while rolling her eyes and pointing her thumb at the little guy.
"We are pawns in the fanfiction of a pair of writers who loves Sentai, Rangers, Magic, and Courage!" The guy called out shaking the bars a bit.
"Well to me, you guys haven't done anything wrong at all." Anthony said, as he felt this was wrong. This in turn made Luz go wide eye before she then looked at The Owl Lady's poster. "Everyone is different, but we still have beating hearts!" Anthony called out as Luz knew what Anthony meant.
"Yeah, what he said." Luz said as she felt these people were a lot like her.
"This is wrong." Amy agreed as she saw the state these people were in.
"I have to agree." Lance said as he was not having second thoughts about that Summer Camp.
"I understand but we have our own thing to do and the sooner we get it done the better." Gabriel said before the ground began to shake with the sound of stomping that was approaching the cells.
"It's Warden Wrath hide!" The Vampire Girl called out and thus acting fast the five scattered heading to any random open cell they could get to and closing the cage behind them.
Soon after, a large figure wearing a plague doctor like mask enter the cells. "I can hear you," Wrath said, before he then stomped towards the discarded poster. "What are you fools whispering about?" He asked before he picked up the poster all the while the five were feeling intense fear here. "Ah, The Owl Lady." Wrath said before grunting and then crushing the poster. Wrath then proceeded to morph his hand into a mallet and strikes it against the iron balls of Luz's cell. "I'll get my hands on her soon enough." He said before looking into Luz's cell.
Just then the tiny creature started to ramble on which annoyed the warden greatly. He was in fact annoyed enough walk over to the cell and unlock it. The creature happily tried to escape but was easily grabbed and crushed by the warden. "Let this be a lesson for all of you, there is no place for you in society if you can't fit in." Wrath said before he left with the tiny creature in hand. All the while Anthony glared at the creature as Gabriel was signally Anthony to stay put and not do something reckless. But the scenario made Anthony afraid and as much as he wanted to act his body was frozen in place.
Once Wrath left Lance proceeded to angrily kick the prison bars. "That's bullshit! There is no right for anyone to treat anyone like that even if they are different!" Lance yelled as he was clearly angry now.
The woman sighed to this as the five regrouped with Luz and King. Anthony was the first to try opening one of the cages followed by Luz, but the handles would not budge even for a moment. "It's no use you guys, just get out of here while you still can." The possible vampire girl said as she looked down. "Enjoy freedom for all of us." She said while walking away causing the group to realize the state these people were in.
(Later)
The group had left the cells with a saddened aura around them. After seeing what they did they were not in as high spirits as when they started. It was down the hall that they had met up with Eda. "Hey, I just checked the warden is distracted by tormenting some tiny creature." Eda said after flying into the scene. "He won't be coming around here anytime soon." Eda said as Lance growled and thus, they focused on getting that crown and getting out of this place.
They soon arrived in front of the door labeled under Contraband as King saw it as well. "My crown it's close I can sense it's power!" King called out and ran straight for the door.
Once he got to the door he climbed up and began trying to turn the knob. "Oh, he gets so cute when he's thirsty for power." Eda said as she saw the scene before her.
"It's not fair that they're all in here." Luz said as this got the groups attention. "They just want to be themselves. Why does everyone think that being a weirdo or a good-natured person is so bad?" Luz asked as she looked to Eda.
But before Eda could answer King got the knob torn off and with it opened the door before charging in. "Come on let's go after him before he hurts himself." George said before a yelp was heard following the sound of something being shocked.
"Too late." Lance said as they walked into the room.
The group arrived and saw King bashing his head against the energy only to bounce back away from it. Seeing this George looked at King and sighed to this. "Ok let the humans handle this." George said as he then walked to the energy and put his hand against it. He then pushed and for a bit it seemed like he was struggling to get through almost like the energy was trying to do its job but was confused. "Jeez this thing feels weird I thought it's not supposed to affect humans." George said and thus the other siblings went next and had similar results.
"Huh that's weird." Eda said as she knew that doesn't happen. But then it became strange when Luz walked over and put her hand against it and in turn the energy didn't struggle against her at all. In fact, she just pushed on through like it was nothing but air which of course surprised Eda as well.
(Inside the energy)
Luz was the first to make it in and followed after was George, Anthony, Lance, and Amy in that order. The group of five could not believe how many things were piled up like a tower. "Wait a second." Lance spoke as his eyes were set on a crown shaped object and noticed what it looked like.
"Isn't that a." George began but was cut off by Anthony who was climbing the tower. "What wait Anthony not again!" George called out as Anthony was already on the case.
Anthony was climbing up but stopped when his hand felt something strange and turned his attention to a wooden box that had a M shaped crest on it. Anthony then pulled it out to reveal a set of five flip phones that seemed to be made of gold. Each of the phones were on a pillowcase of sorts that had a crest to match up to it, a Phoenix, a Garuda, a Mermaid tail, a Fairy, and a Taurus. "Huh?" Anthony asked and then saw a note came with it.

With that done Anthony took the case and continued upward towards the crown and in turn saw his target and went wide eyed to it. "Wait isn't this?" He began and thus Luz caught up.
(Later)
"A Burger King Crown!?" Gabriel yelled as he had the crown and needless to say he was NOT happy about being extorted into stealing a novelty crown of all things. Amy handed the crown to King who happily took it back and said that his powers are slowly coming back. Amy all the while was placating him as she tried to distract King over what they found.
"That doesn't have any power at all." Lance added as he did not like this scenario one bit.
"Uh, no." Eda confessed and thus the two elder boys glared at Eda for this. "Oh, look at us King and I don't have much in this world we only have each other." Eda said as Gabriel heard this, and his stance began to falter at long last. "So, if that dumb crown is important to him then it's important to me." Eda said as she smiled too the group. "And besides, you seem the type to do the same, right George?" Eda asked and thus George faltered.
"Well... I can't disagree with the sentiment." George said no doubt letting his defense falter.
"Well let's just say as comp for this chaos you kids can keep whatever you find on the way back home. "So, let's get out of here before the Warden finds us and loses his head." Eda said with a smile just before the group went wide eyed at someone rising behind him.
"Too late." Wrath said before he sliced Eda's head off causing the entire group to go wide eyed to this.
"HOLY SHIT!?" Lance cried out as Anthony and Luz screamed in terror while Luz held Eda's decapitated head.
"OW! I hate that when that happens." Eda said as Lance looked ready to faint. Luz screamed while Lance fell to his knees in which Gabriel caught him.
"Eda! Are you okay?" Anthony asked with concern for the Owl Lady.
"Yeah, this just happens when you get older." Eda said as she admitted to her age somewhat.
"Really?" Luz asked with a tone of fear and concern.
"I have finally caught you, Eda the Owl Lady." Wrath said as he began to approach the group with Anthony and George looking ready to defend her since Eda was their way to get home. Wrath then took Kings crown causing him to gasp over it being taken again. "My guard could never get you, but if I took your pet's toy, you'd come running," Wrath said as he made his way to Eda with King trying to get the crown back and Eda's body crawling around looking for its head.
Wrath then crushed the crown making King go wide eyed to this. "NO!" King cried out before getting on his knees. "My power…" He cried as he was now on the floor.
"What do you want from me? I didn't break any of your stupid laws… in front of you." Eda asked as she glared at the Warden in front of her.
"I want you to go out with me." Wrath said while holding a bouquet of flowers.
"What?!" Lance and George asked both in shock to this.
"Eh?!" Anthony and Luz gasped as they heard what he said.
"Oh, how sweet... in a concerning sort of way." Amy said as she saw the flowers wishing a guy would bring her flowers.
"You always eluded our capture, the one who always got away. I find that alluring." Wrath said as Anthony and Luz both heard this.
"Ok that's it I'm done." Lance said as he could not take any more weirdness today.
"Same." George said as he was about ready to drop everything now.
"I hate every word you just said." Luz said as she looked to Wrath.
"Also, I am not sure she's into bullies." Anthony added as he saw what was going on.
"You stay out of this!" Wrath called out sending his arm after Luz and Anthony. Acting fast Luz pushed Anthony out of the way and thus she was caught as the box opened up and the five cellphones fell out with it. Eda's head was on the floor as everyone was wide eyed to this. "So how about it, Owl Lady?" Wrath asked as he picked up Eda's head while Luz was struggling to get free while the others felt fear a lot of it. "The most powerful witch of the Boiling Isles and the feared Warden Wrath. We'd be the strongest power couple ever." Wrath said as Amy heard this. "I mean it's not like you can say no right now." Wrath said and thus it was clear they were in trouble.
"Ok sweetness is gone now." Amy said as she saw that Luz was captured as was King, and her brothers were at spear point as well as herself. Anthony glared at the man, saw his friends, and loved ones were in danger. Clenching his fists summoning his courage Anthony saw Eda's staff and acted on his courage alone. Grabbing the staff, he roared out and use the staff to bash Wrath over the head with it forcing him to drop both Eda and Luz.
"Nice!" Eda said as soon the phones began to react while Wrath began to get back up. But just then from the doors the motor brooms flew in and came to a halt before Anthony, Lance, George, Amy, and Luz. "Huh they like us." Lance said and thus they all got onto the bikes with Eda's body getting behind Luz with the staff while Amy took King onto hers. The phones meanwhile flew off the ground and towards the five much to their surprise but hey free stuff.
They drove off to try and make their escape from this prison while Wrath was getting back up. "I won't let you escape me again, Owl Lady." Wrath said as his arms then transformed as did his body before he gave chase to the group. They then got to the cages and in response the duo proceeded to open up the cages one after the other as they passed by freeing those inside them. All the while Wrath continued to chase the group down.
(Outside)
They then flew down to the ground level after bursting out of the door and once they got to the ground, they did an Akira slide stop. "Here!" Eda said after reattaching her head she passed the key to George. "Use this to get back to the human world." Eda said as she then went to fight.
"What about you?" Luz asked as Eda looked to them.
"Don't worry just take those bikes and GO!" Eda said but instead Anthony defied the order.
"No!" Anthony called out as he got off the bike and pushed Eda out of the way of a fire ball. "You helped us so let's help you in return." Anthony said as he and his siblings and close friend Luz stood together.
"How you can't fight him!" Eda called out ready to force them all to leave.
Wrath roared out and sent a fireball at the group causing them to glare at it. Just then the phones responded again and thus time something amazing happened. The phones sent a ball of magic to the sky which in turn parted the clouds for something of a miracle. From the sky five figures flew down and in turn stood before the five who showed their courage. The fire was absorbed by a red transparent being made of fire which stood before Anthony. As the smoke cleared it then showed four others were with this being, a yellow being akin to a Knight stood in front of Lance, a blue Mermaid like being stood before Amy, Luz had a pink fairy like being standing before her, and finally Gabriel had a green tree like golem standing stalwart before him.
"Wow." Eda said as even the former prisoners saw this.
"Are those Titans?" The vampire like girl asked as she saw the five standing there.
The spirits then turned to the ones who they protected before entering the phones they had acquired activating them. Opening the phones, they saw the buttons began to flash and with it, knowledge entered their minds.
"What is this?" Luz asked but Anthony was sure that he knew what to do.
"Don't be afraid." Anthony said as he then got ready for something. "Show Courage and magic will form." Anthony said and thus they got ready for what came next.
"I think I get it." Luz said and thus George sighed.
"Well, so far it's been right." George said and thus they opened their phones and when they did the screen flipped over turning the phones into wands.
"Heavenly Saints Grant us the Power of Magic!" They invoked and once that was done, they entered the codes presented to them prior and thus were ready for what came next. They started their transformation by crossing their arms together for what came next. "Mahou Henshin! Maagi Magi Magiiro!" They invoked pointing their wands to the sky for what would happen next. The wands sent bolts of magic to the skies above which formed some sort of mystical spell seal that once more unleashed the beings who saved them prior. Once they got to the group magic filled them with magic. Soon those same mystic circles went around their bodies from the ground up endowing them in suits.
Anthony was in a red suit with black linings that carried a gold trim. The suit was modeled after that of a magic user as it even came with a cape to boot. Lance was in a similar suit but his was yellow instead of red. Amy was given her own suit but in blue and more so hers had a skirt and under the skirt was white tights. Luz had the same as Amy but in pink instead of blue. Finally, was George whose suit was in green and thus as a male his was more like that of his brothers Lance and Anthony.
Finally, their heads were covered in helmets each with a symbol on them. George had the Taurus, Luz had the fairy, Amy had the Mermaid, Lance had the Garuda, and finally Anthony had the Phoenix. Once the transformation was done the group looked at themselves as they saw they were now wearing some sort of suit with a staff or wand hanging from their gold belts.
"Wow!" King gasped at what he saw as even Eda was at a loss for words.
"What is this... Who are you?!" Wrath demanded as he glared at the new forms they had.
Luz looked hopeful to George as did Anthony and thus George sighed knowing what they wanted. Striking a pose George was the first to speak. He started out by spinning causing his cape to flutter in the process. "The Howling Earth Elemental!" George began as he struck a small pose. "Magician of the Green!" George introduced as he got ready for what came next. "George!" George called out as he finished up his intro causing a blast of green smoke to go off behind him.
Luz was next as she spun about making her cape billow. "The Blowing Wind Elemental!" Luz continued as she was just going by instincts striking a pose of her own. "Magician of the Pink!" Luz continued while changing poses and hitting the climax. "Luz!" Luz called out striking a pose and thus causing a blast of pink smoke to go off behind her.
Spinning to begin Amy came next. "The Shaking Water Elemental!" Amy began striking a pose. "Magician of the Blue!" Amy continued changing positions. "Amy!" Amy finished causing a blast of blue smoke to go off behind her.
Lance spun about and did as his siblings did. "The Galloping Lightning Elemental!" He said taking a pose for what came next. "Magician of the Yellow!" He continued changing poses. "Lance!" He called out and thus with his pose made yellow smoke went off behind him from his own power.
Anthony was next for the big finish and thus made his cape billow. "The Burning Flame Elemental!" Anthony began while taking a pose to start off. "Magician of the Red!" Anthony spoke before changing positions. Anthony!" Anthony finished and in turn caused a billow of red smoke to go off behind him.
"Our overflowing Courage changes into magic!" They all called out and thus were ready for the climax.
"Uh... what do we call ourselves?" Anthony asked as he dropped the pose causing everyone to look at each other.
"Wait you don't know!?" George asked as their entire moment because they didn't know what to call themselves.
"Ok... get them." Wrath ordered the guards and thus they charged at the group.
Seeing the attackers coming Anthony acted fast, drew his staff, and fired off a blaze of fire at them forcing them back. "You know doesn't matter what we call ourselves lets have our actions speak for themselves." Anthony said and thus they could all agree on that.
The guards all charged at the heroes as they were ready to fight them off. The five colored magic users charged in and began to do battle. Grabbing a stray branch George took it and looked at it. "Ok little fella show them what you can do!" He called out and thus threw the branch at them.
Once he did that, he took out his staff and pointed it at the branch. "Magistick! Ji Magica!" George invoked and in turn caused the branch to grow exponentially and wrap the guards up in groups. He then moved the M shaped guard to the very end of it and held it ready. "Magistick Axe!" George invoked as soon his weapon through magic became an axe. "Green Ground!" George invoked slamming his weapon to the ground and thus sent a shockwave of earth magic that blasted through the guards. "I'm overflowing with magic!" George called out before charging at his foes and chopping through them.
Dropping his stance George got ready to snap his fingers. "Checkmate!" George announced and in turn snapped his fingers causing the guards to be sent flying via an explosion.
(Meanwhile with Amy)
Meanwhile over with Amy she stood by the wall and moved her cape aside. "It's Magical Showtime!" Amy called out as the guards came her way. "Everyone, gather around if you don't want to miss anything!" Amy called out as she avoided their attacks before drawing her staff. "Let's get started with some spouts of water!" Amy called out and got ready. "Ji Magica! Blue Splash!" She invoked and in turn the water pipes int he walls and underground burst upward sending them all flying away.
When they landed on the ground Amy was far from done with them. "Now as an added bonus I will read your horoscope." Amy said and thus mage a gasping sound over what she saw. "Oh, dear it would seem that the color pink will be your undoing." Amy said and in turn gestured over to where Luz was.
(Over with Luz)
"Everyone it's time to get started!" Luz called out as she was brimming with joy over having magic at her disposal. Drawing her magicstick she was ready for whatever her foes may pull on her. "You have to admit I make this look good!" Luz boasted as the guards then went after her. "PINK STORM!" Luz called out and thus sent a blast of wind at her foes sending them spinning away with it. "It's just like Mary said pink was your undoing!" Luz taunted as the guards were sent flying away. "Face the power of the Good Witch Luz." Luz boasted ready for whatever may come next.
(With Lance)
"You know I didn't want to be here." Lance said while landing in a more open area with guards coming his way. "But since I'm already here might as well." Lance said ready for what comes next while drawing his magistick. "Magistick!" He called out changing his weapons form much like George did. "Ji-Jijiru!" Invoked as he transformed his weapon with magic. But when magic struck it instead of becoming an axe it became a crossbow. "Magistick bowgun!" He invoked and thus pointed his weapon at a group of guards. "Yellow Thunder!" He invoked and fired the weapon off at them taking several of them down.
"Not bad not bad at all." Lance said as he had his foes handled.
(With Anthony)
Anthony had the pleasure of taking Wrath and a small group of guards on as Anthony saw them. "Alright let's do this!" Anthony called out and charged headfirst into the battle. "Leave it to me!" He called out jumping into the fray. "Magistick! Change into a Soccer Ball! Jiruma Magiiro!" Anthony called out using his weapon to transform one of the guards into something else. The guard landed as a socker ball which Anthony had underfoot now. "Look out! Here comes a move I was saving for the next game!" Anthony called out and then kicked the ball sending it flying like a bullet which hit the guards before coming bac.
Anthony caught it with his chest and began to dribble it with his feet before sending it back with another kick. Anthony did this for a bit taking out several guards as he did so before the ball was airborne coming his way. Seeing his chance, he jumped up and performed an overhead kick sending the ball down where it then exploded sending the prison guards scattered. The one who was a soccer ball was back to normal but clearly out for the count.
"Goal!" Anthony called out but then saw more of them with Wrath leading the charge. "Wait that wasn't enough, alright then!" Anthony called out and converted his weapon just like his brothers did but in this case, he only went a bit below its original position. "Let's do some serious magic, Magistick sword!" Anthony invoked as his weapon became a sword for this battle.
Anthony began hacking and slashing through his enemies but gagged when he sliced the mask off of one revealing a very ugly being underneath. As Anthony continued, he soon blocked a blade attack from Wrath who was surprised by this. He then managed to push him back before getting a few slashed in on him which pushed the warden back. Once he had some distance Anthony was ready to end this once and for all.
"I'm not done yet!" Anthony called out as he then charged straight into the fray with his sword at the ready. "My hearts on fire!" Anthony called out while slashing through the, few brave enough to come at him. "Flames, surround me!" He called out before jumping into the air. "Magi Magica!" He invoked while in the air before spreading his arms out. "Red Fire!" Anthony called out and in turn and in turn burst through all the guards and Wrath to boot. Once he landed, he stood on the other side of his group. "Checkmate." Anthony called out before snapping his fingers causing the guards and Wrath to all go off in an explosive blast of magic.
"We did it!" Anthony cheered at their victory. "Magic is so awesome!" Anthony called out looking at his sword which reverted into its staff form.
"Way to go Anthony!" Luz called out as the others began to regroup with each other. "I can't believe I got to do magic!" Luz added as Anthony nodded to her.
"Yeah, I know!" Anthony agreed nodding to Luz as Lance then smacked the back of his younger brother's helmet.
"Well at least I didn't get hurt this time." Lance said happy that for once his brother and Luz's shenanigans didn't seem him taking a trip to a doctor or something along those lines.
Unknown to them Wrath was getting back up seeing the group was distracted in their celebration. "We should do this more often." Luz added as George sighed in frustration.
"Don't get ahead of yourself." George said rubbing Luz's helmet covered head for that.
"Come on Georgie let them be kids for a bit." Amy added as soon Wrath was upon them.
Wrath roared catching the group off guard ready to attack. But before he could even attack from out of nowhere a man appeared ditching a cloak to reveal a knight covered in violet wolf armor. Landing between the heroes and Wrath he drew his sword from his shield and then slashed Wrath away. Once that was done, he used his shield which opened up to reveal a red evil eye that blasted them back. Luz ended up dropping her fireworks to which the Knight caught after sheathing his sword again.
Drawing a circle with by a finger Wrath found himself wrapped in chains before the knight stuff the fireworks into his burning maw. The heat set them off and thus Wrath began to panic and roar in pain before running off to find someone to help him. As the team got back up the warrior stood there for a moment before looking towards them giving no way of marking himself as friend or foe.
"Magiranger." The Warrior spoke looking to the group. "I'd suggest you leave now while you can." He said before he vanished into a dark seal of sorts left them be.
"Magiranger?" Luz asked as she had to admit that name had a certain ring to it.
"What just happened?" Anthony asked as he was left confused for a bit.
"No clue but let's take the scary knight guys advice and bounce before anymore monsters fall in love with me." Eda said and thus they did not need to be told a second time.
"Right!" Amy said agreeing with the Owl Lady. In turn Eda got on her staff while the 'Magirangers,' got on their magic bikes and thus they all flew off back to the Owl House.
(Scene Break Owl House)
Once they got back the group were back in their regular outfits ready to head on home. "Well, a deal is a deal." Eda said snapping her fingers and summoning the key from George's possession. "Time to get you all home." She added and pressed the eye which opened the door for them to leave through.
In turn George smiled and was happy to finally get out of this world of weirdness. "Ok goodbye." George said as he held the door open for his family to go through first.
Luz sighed before she looked to King. "Ok but before we go." Luz said before reaching into her bag and pulled out the head of her Good Witch Azura bag. "I know it's not the same, but a King shouldn't be without his crown." Luz said giving the toy crown to King.
"This shall suffice." King said once the crown was on his head. "You there, plant! You are now under my command." King called out as he pointed to some random plant.
"Don't forget these." Eda said passing to Luz her book and Anthony his soccer ball that both had the Realty Check Summer Camp brochure. Once they got to the door Amy and Lance looked unsure to go through as did Luz as George had a bad feeling about those looks.
"Oh no." George said as he knew where this was going.
Luz then saw a mirror and then gasped as she held her book before her eyes for a sec. Once she moved it, she saw that everyone in the room matched up to the look of her books cover which helped Luz decide on what to do. "Ok I know you got your head cut off, and we started some kind of prison riot, but this was the most fun I've ever had." Luz admitted as she looked to Eda and King.
"Not to mention we became superheroes for a bit." Anthony added which Luz nodded to that.
"That too." Luz said and thus got down to it. "We don't fit in at home, you don't fit in here if we stay, we can, not fit in together." Luz said making her choice on this clear. "I want to stay and become a witch like you and Azura." Luz said as she presented the book to Eda.
"What?" Eda said with a small laugh. "All right, that's crazy." Eda went on as she took the book for a bit.
"Thank you, the crazy witch lady said it, we need to go home now come on!" Gabriel said as he pointed to the door, he was holding open.
"Not just that, human's cant become witches." Eda said as Luz looked to her with a small judgmental glare.
"Um did you not see me pull off all those magic moves, didn't you see all of us do it?" Luz asked with the last bit gesturing to the siblings.
"Yeah, why can't she become a witch?" Anthony asked as he looked to Eda wanting answers. "She can do magic so she will need to learn how to do it." Anthony said as Eda looked to the group. "In fact, we can all use some lessons." Anthony said as soon the siblings looked to Gabriel on his vote.
"No." Gabriel said as he looked to his siblings who all gave him, the look. "No." He repeated but they kept at it. "Absolutely not nope, if we all just vanished people will ask questions. Summer lasts for three months, Luz and the camp is expecting both you and Anthony to be there already." Gabriel said looking to both Luz and Anthony knowing they had to be at Summer Camp.
"Come on Gabriel he has a point we don't know what these powers can do anyway." Amy said as she was being nice about it.
"I don't care the answer is still no." Gabriel said and thus Amy sighed to this and then yanked Gabriel's ear causing him extreme pain for it.
"I was NOT asking." Amy said as Gabriel was crying out in pain as Anthony, Luz, and Lance all cringed at the pain Gabriel was in. Eda and King even cringed as Amy twisted her elder brother's ear to make him comply.
"Ok! Ok! We can stay!" Gabriel cried out begging for mercy now and thus Amy smiled and let go of her brother's ear.
"Glad you see it our way." Amy said and thus Gabriel sighed to this nursing his red abused ear.
Eda saw where this was going and in turn, she sighed in frustration to this. "Alright but you have to work for me before you can learn any spells. Deal?" Eda said and thus she offered her hand to Luz and the others. Instead, all Eda got was a massive group hug causing Eda and King to panic for this.
"Ok this is great, but we still need a cover story." Gabriel said as he knew people are going to ask questions.
"Well, you can figure that out big brother." Lance said smiling to the eldest of the four siblings.
(Later that evening)
The group was getting settled in as Amy and Luz were sharing a room. The boys had their own room which were close to the girls as Gabriel was seen walking by with a shocked look on his face. Earlier he went back to make a cover story for them and apparently, he had this thousand-yard stare when he returned.
"Gabriel, are you ok?" Amy asked as she saw her brother walk by.
"Yeah... let's just say we're good." Gabriel said as he then walked off mumbling to himself about shape shifting magic eating lizards.
"What's with him?" Luz asked and in turn Amy shrugged in response to Luz's question. Just then Luz phone buzzed so grabbing it she saw she had a text from her mom. What surprised her was the new phone also got the text message suggesting the phones were one in the same now yet still separated. Still, it was still a surprise that she even got reception in the Boiling Isles so it might be worth looking into at some point.
But just then King walked in with a plush rabbit in his arms, the same one he took from their little prison break in earlier that day. "Your sleep cocoon looks fluffy." King said, and in response Luz smiled patted the sleep bag to let King sleep next to her. Soon the little creature curled up near the girls' feet as nearby Amy smiled to the little demon creature. Luz also smiled before typing in a reply to her mom to let her know she was doing fine and that she might actually like her time at 'Summer Camp,' even if she was not actually there.

ESKK: Well, a new fic I hope you all enjoy this opening salvo and expect the next chapter soon. Anyway, my plan is to make it as far as the first use of MagiKing before switching to a weekly update. If the reception is good that is since as I understand certain people don't tend to enjoy certain things being changed so I am taking a huge risk publishing this.
