When Luz came to the Boiling Isles she was not alone. Just as she was the strange girl a close friend was a heroic boy. But upon entering the fantastic a group of five learn what Magic is. Magic! It's a Divine Power! Magic! It's the Path to Adventure! Magic! It's also the proof of one's courage! Watch as this makeshift family of weirdos and outcasts becomes Mahou Sentai Magiranger!

2. Spell 2: Maagi Magi Magica!

The Boiling Courage

ESKK: Well chapter 2 and no lynch mob still I got my shit ready incase they come looking for me. Anyway lets start the second chapter.

(Start Owl House Morning)

The following day found the denizens of the Owl House up and about at the crack of dawn. Well George and Amy were up at dawn doing what they normally do. George was wearing an apron, a rag on his head, and a duster in his hand as he was cleaning the house from top to bottom. "Filthy, filthy; filthy." George grumbled while cleaning the place up.

In the kitchen Amy was cooking food with the ingredients Eda had available in her kitchen. Of course, some of the stuff was questionable for her but in the end, Amy was able to figure it out. "Jeez why are we up? The sun is barely awake." Lance said as he rubbed the sleep from his eyes.

"Because if we're going to be here all summer, we need to make it livable." George said as for him this place needed a lot of work. He then saw Anthony doing something and quickly saw exactly what it was. "Hey Anthony put that down!" George called out as he went after the youngest of their family.

"Geez Georgie you're such a slave driver" Lance said as he put on some headphones while cleaning the mirror in the room.

Just then Luz walked into the room with wearing a black robe of sorts, what looked to be a witch hat. and had a name tag with her name on it. "Ah morning Luz!" George greeted as he held a mop bucket in his hand. "Here take this." George said and thus passed the bucket to Luz.

"Wait what?" Luz asked as she was confused as to what was going on now.

"Long story short, George is trying to clean the Owl House from top to bottom." Anthony said as he was cleaning around the candle sticks.

"Oh great, but can't we just magic it all clean?" Luz offered and thus George who had gone back to work glared at Luz with a look that promised reparations if she tried to use magic to clean this entire house. "Ok cleaning by hand is cool too." Luz said as she joined the work of cleaning the Owl House.

Nearby Anthony saw something weird as it looked to be a potted plant of some kind. Taking a closer look, he saw the leaves on it move to scratch its head area a bit which made Anthony curious over it. Going to the plant Anthony then pulled it out of its pot and in turn its eyes opened up before what followed got everyone by surprised.

The creature screeched very loudly causing Anthony, Luz, George, and Amy to pass out from the sound ringing their eardrums. The only one safe was Lance who currently had earplugs on at the moment. The screaming came to an end as Lance then took his earplugs off to find that everyone was on the ground. "Huh what happened?" Lance asked as then Eda came downstairs cleaning out her ears.

"Ok who woke up the Mandrake?" Eda asked as she looked around for the culprit.

(Later)

All the teens who had fainted had recovered as the four siblings, luz, Eda, and king all stair at the Mandrake creature as he said while speaking strangely, "Prithee forgive mine caterwauling! When I become uprooted, I let forth a frightful and sorrowful scream! Those that art unfortunate enough to hear it usually ne'er survive!"

"Wait, so there was a good chance we could have died from your screams?!" Lance said as he was terrified of the mandrake creatures and was thankful that he had his ear buds in as Eda who was still clearing out her ear a bit as she said, "Ah more like scream you into a coma, unless you're in a high place, then you might die."

"So, who is he and why is he here?" Amy question as Eda pull out her fingers and said, "He is Mandora Boy the Mandrake, and I found this guy a while ago when I was uprooting some ingredients for some of my potions."

"Uprooted, from where? You don't have a Garden," George said as King spoken up saying, "She was stealing them from someone else's Garden."

"Of course, she did," George said as he should have realize that and speaking of garden, he think he should at least start a garden around here to have a reliable source of food instead of what was in this world, as Eda went on saying, "Yeah, I would have gotten more if I didn't uprooted this little guy and started screaming. Had to stuff him in a pot of dirt that was nearby thankfully."

"Wait if you hear him scream, and manage to put him in a pot, how did you not pass out?" Anthony said as Eda smile as she said to him, "Well thankfully my ears was filled with wax, feathers, and other junk that day that block out most of the screaming, and from there on out I've tried to get rid of him."

"Tired too?" Luz question as Eda shrug a bit as she said, "Well I can't uproot him or else he'll just start screaming again, and I try to just throw him out of the house itself while he is in his pot, but he'll keep hopping back in, and no thanks to hooty letting him back in too."

"He tells great stories Hoot-hoot!" Hooty said from the door as Eda groaned as she rubbed her eyes a bit as she said, "Too early for this, but anyways I tried all could to do so and I just gave up, and he started telling stories about magic reindeer or something."

"I tell stories about the once great heroes of these lands that was once known as Magirangers," Mandora boy said as that got everyone attention as all the siblings and luz said, "Magiranger?!"

"Yes, the Magirangers 5 great heroes of the past that saved these lands from a great evil that once tried to take over this world and many others. And I see the Magirangers has return once again!" Mandora boy said as Anthony and luz both spoken up as they pointed to themselves and each other as they said, "You're talking about us, right?"

"That correct and to mark the occasion of our acquainting with some gifts and a song!" Mandora boy said as Eda groin as suddenly music started to play by itself with an old record player started moving on its one towards the group as Mandora boy started to sing-

-A long, long time ago. Five mages came to be-

-Much like the earth, unshakeable! Supporting his comrades, the color of patience! The emerald mage-

At that moment, a green gem necklace appeared on George's neck as he was surprised by this as it was shown, and that was the first part song as mandora boy hope around the house before he went on singing as he stood in front of Luz.

-Much like the wind, a refreshing breeze. Ferrying our dreams, the color of hope! The rose Quartz mage-

Suddenly a pink gem necklace appeared around her neck as well as Luz looks at it with an awe look on her face as she said, "So pretty." Then suddenly Mandora boy take Amy's hand and seem to have started dancing with her as he went on singing.

-Much like water, pure as a spring! Offering comfort, the color of love! the Sapphire mage-

A blue gem necklace appeared around Amy's neck too as she looks at it and seem to be surprised by this as Mandora boy soon leap up onto the candle chandelier above as he waves his arm a bit and went on singing.

-Much like lightning, a striking flash! Doling out wit, the color of intellect! The citrine Mage-

Like his older siblings before him a yellow gem necklace appeared on his neck as he was curious of where it came from, before Mandora Boy jumped over near Anthony and sing about him next with a candle stick holding started to dance with him before it set him on fire a bit before it went out leaving mandora boy cover in soot.

-Much like a fire, full of spark! With a burning heart, the color of passion! The Ruby Mage!

Mandora boy clear the soot off of him as a red gem necklace appeared on Anthony's neck as he looked at it and said, "Cool!"

The song was over just yet as Mandora boy was hopping around a bit with random object started following him, with king on top of one of said object as he was panicking and tries to get off with Amy quickly picking him up as mandora boy sings.

-Running ahead with dauntless courage is ruby, Sapphire, citrine, and rose quartz follow, with the Emerald supporting from behind. All five possess courage, and each has a role-

Suddenly five color tapestry of red, blue, pink, yellow and green appeared on the walls before they all flow over to their respected person other than green which everyone smiled to this other than George as his tapestry didn't flew over to him left him a bit confused and a bit shock of the song he is hearing as Mandora went on singing

-Tis nothing they cannot do-

At that moment as the song came to an end, everything went back to normal with Eda looked unimpressed by that magical display mandora boy did and call forth a mug from somewhere as she said, "Still too early for this."

"Twas a song composed to extol the virtues of the five legendary heroes," Mandora boy said as Anthony smile as he said, "Running ahead with Dauntless courage is Ruby! Huh? That's pretty cool!"

"Hold up what about me!?" George called out moving Anthony out of the way to get some answers as to why he wasn't involved in the song.

"The verse 'tis "With Emerald supporting from behind." The talking plant spoke and in turn the dots connected for George.

"Wait that means Anthony is the leader?!" George called out shocked over what this implied.

"I thought you didn't want to be involved with all this magic stuff." Amy said as she noted that George seemed quite angry about this.

"Well yeah It's my responsibility to look after you guys with mom and dad gone!" George said making it clear that he was in charge of things with their parents no longer around. "And considering I was strong armed into joining this weirdness." George said as he looked to his fellow humans here only for Amy to chuckle almost innocently. "All I'm saying is Anthony is not the leader sort." George said but Eda then sighed to this.

"Ok before we have a sibling rivalry here, can we at least." Eda began only for Amy to be heard.

"Breakfast everyone!" Amy called and thus Eda looked and saw Amy was in the kitchen now wondering how she moved so fast.

"Huh nice girl with an attitude and she is fast." Eda said as she was surprised how Amy did that so quickly.

(Later in the Kitchen)

The group were soon in the kitchen with Amy serving breakfast to everyone there. As they all sat down to eat Eda was surprised by the spread before Gabriel took a plate and filled it with food. "Better eat up, we have stuff to do." Gabriel said as he's not even factoring all the cleaning that needs to be done today. He and Anthony still had to have their little discussion on who the leader is. "So, no coffee today?" Gabriel asked noticing a distinct lack of coffee.

"Couldn't find any coffee grounds or its local equivalent and most of this was improvised." Amy said as King was given a plate on his highchair. When King took a bite though needless to say he was wide eyed over it as tears began to form.

"Welp looks like Cubone got the first bite." Lance said as King swallowed the food and looked to Amy with watery eyes.

"Where have you been my whole life?" He asked and thus Amy smiled as King began to dig into the food.

"Awesome no offense to mom but Amy's cooking is the best!" Luz said as she took a plate of her own while everyone else got their own food.

"Oh, come on it can't be that good." Eda said as she was then offered a plate which she took. "I mean seriously." Eda said as she took a swing of her apple blood. "Still the House is a lot cleaner than I'm used to." Eda said noticing that the entire place was less messy now. She then took a bite of the food and thus her eyes went wide eyed at this as she was then reminded of her own mom when she cooked for her and her sister.

Swallowing the food in her mouth, Eda was on the verge of tears as she could not even muster words for how wonderful the food tasted. "No words... No words... we should have kidnapped a poet." Eda said as she then dug into the meal.

George then looked to Luz and saw what she was wearing and decided to voice it. "So, Luz why are you wearing a bathrobe and a dirty traffic cone on your head?" George asked as he looked to Luz confused as to why she was dressed like that.

"Wait what?" Luz asked and thus took the hat off and blew on it showing it was in fact a traffic cone.

"Ok that looks like more stuff to clean." Lance said knowing he would need to book it less they find something else in this house that can kill them.

"So, you all cleaned this place up?" Eda asked as she looked to the group before her.

"Well mostly Georgie." Anthony said pointing to George who nodded to this.

"So, when are you going to start teaching us magic?" Luz asked and thus Lance sighed to this. "Also how do I summon up my staff thing from the whole superhero suit up?" Luz asked as she looked to Eda.

"I have no clue I mean you still have that wand doohickey, right?" Eda asked as Luz pulled out the cellphone and flipped it open showing the fairy symbol on it before the phone flipped open further into a wand. "Ok then I have no clue what that thing is." Eda admitted and thus the entire group nearly stumbled over when they heard this.

"So how do we learn magic then?" Anthony asked as he wanted to know also.

"Well, I can only teach you the ways I know which I have no clue how it will affect those doodads of yours." Eda said and thus that did not sound very inspiring. "I'm sure I can steal some instruction manual hidden somewhere." Eda waved off and thus she got to the big bit. "But if you're going to master magic." She began and in turn she pulled out and dropped a bag of potions onto the floor. "You're going to work for it." Eda said and thus group looked to her.

"But wasn't cleaning the house and cooking enough?" Lance asked and thus Eda smiled to this.

"Of course, Georgie and Amy don't have to do any work today but the rest of you do." Eda said looking to Luz, Anthony, and Lance. "So here is what's going on, I sell a lot of rare human treasures from your world that Owlbert fetches for me on weekends." Eda began as she looked to those on the table with her. "But most days I sell only the finest homemade elixirs and potions." Eda said as Anthony pulled out a random bottle.

"Snake Oil." Anthony read as Lance heard that and had a flashback of Luz's snake incident.

"No one want's an unoiled snake." Eda said and thus Lance knew he was in deep trouble for this if he went with the pair. "Follow me you three." Eda said as she stood up and thus the three followed after Eda upstairs.

(On the Balcony)

"Today you'll deliver packages and sell potions to that town over there." Eda said pointing to the town they had first arrived to on the Boiling Isles. "Bonesborough." Eda said making it clear they would have a job to do. "You'll have to be careful I have rivals everyone who'd love to take my business down and you all with it." Eda said as Lance saw where this was going.

"Oh joy." Lance said as he realized he was made to suffer here.

"Don't worry Eda." Anthony said as he looked to the Owl Lady.

"We won't let you down." Luz said as she then dropped the bag off the ledge where it then crashed to the ground below. The crash made them cringed as Lance saw this as well.

"Welp we're doomed." Lance said as he looked to the scene below them.

"Come on let's go!" Anthony called out but just as Luz and Anthony left Eda stopped Lance.

"Not you I got something else for you, Mr. Teen Heartthrob." Eda said as she knew Lance was one of those lady magnets among teens and the like.

(Later downstairs)

"Ok, Anthony, Luz never make friends with a man in sandals and always measure twice, cut once." Eda said as she pushed the two out of the room. "Lance get the stuff on that list and take the weed with you." Eda said as she pushed Lance out as well as he was carrying a list in one hand and the talking mandrake in the other with the slight hope, she can finally get rid of the screaming plant.

"Uh..." Luz trailed off but Eda was on it.

"Goodluck." Eda said and thus closed the door on their faces.

"Are you sure this is safe?" Gabriel asked as he saw what Eda did.

"Its fine Lance has the plant and I already have someone in mind for red boy and the kid." Eda said walking over to King who was napping on the chest. "Hey King, wake up I need you to go with them." Eda said waking King up from his little power nap.

"What? But I just found the perfect spot. Why do I have to go?" King asked as he did not want to go.

"You and I know that those two are either gonna get lost or in a fight, probably both after getting eaten." Eda said as this got the oldest pairs worry to the max.

"No, we won't!" Luz called out as she appeared on the window.

Eda then used her magic to close the blind before continuing to speak. "And because you work for me, too. Unless you want to start paying rent." Eda said making it clear she held the cards since King has no job after all. King then threw a mini tantrum before going out the door.

Once King was out Eda looked to the group of five with a smile. "Be back by nightfall or face mortal peril!" Eda warned and then slammed the door shut leaving them with Hooty for a bit.

"Have a nice trip!" Hooty said before King growled a bit.

"Let's get this over with." King said as Lance held the potted plant in his hands.

"Let's take the bikes." Lance said as they stole those things so they might as well use them. "One last ride before doom... we're all gonna die." Lance sighed no doubt wanting to go back home and deal with his normal life again.

(Scene Break Bonesborouh)

The group arrived at the town as Luz held the list while Anthony held the potions bag. Next to them Lance had his list in one hand and the potted plant in the other hand. As they exited into the main street, they made sure their bikes were secured before coming out. "Whoa." Luz said as the entire street had varying creatures going about their businesses for the day.

As the group was looking around to sees a giant worm creature with a human like face, a blob with a brain that can be seen in it while it pushing a hotdog cart with the word "Not dog" on it with an image of a spider like creature in a bun that Lance shiver to that site, as the group walk through the streets with Anthony taken in the sites around, Lance trying to mind his own business, while Luz was looking at every creature they pass by, even a mutated fly creature with two head that went by as she lightly gap to the site of it before King said, "Hey its rude to stare."

"I've only seen places like this in my dreams. It's incredible," Luz said to king as Anthony said, "I agree, I mean I never imaged of seeing a creature that was only consider myths like- Oh cool a Cyclopes."

"And we're the only heroes here?" Luz question as it seems the entire world, they're in is devoid of humans as king said to them, "Haven't seen any others."

"Wow. There must be a reason for that right? Why are we here? as what if I, Luz Noceda, Average teen, actually had (*gasps) a predetermined path of greatness beside being a Magiranger?" Luz said as she took a gasping breath as she went on saying, "Just like Azura."

"I thought being a Magiranger was cool enough, but that sound even cooler," Anthony said as he sounded a bit excited as well as Mandora boy said, "You are the destined Magiranger heroes, there is no telling what greatness await thou."

"I doubt we'll be on the way sort path of any greatness or glory like in any harry potter story or that book of your luz," Lance said as he took a wanted poster off a wall showing all five of them as Magirangers it seemed with a high price on them, as Anthony, "And we're not the only ones too."

He sees of wanted poster of that dark knight they saw the other day and he had a higher bounty than Eda or the Magirangers put together, with King digging through the potion bag as he said, "Yeah, Did Azura's path to greatness involve her delivering boil cream?"

"Well in some anime's the main hero are usually doing chores and odd jobs," Anthony said as he remembered the anime Naruto where the guy had to pull weeds or chase a cat around to return to the owner at the start of his ninja career as Lance said, "Yeah only in anime Anthony."

"I have no idea what an anime is," King said as it seemed he doesn't know what all goes on in the human world as Luz soon said, "Well then today we're delivering packages, but tomorrow, we'll be earning the respect of everyone on the Boiling isles with our magical prowess."

"Ha! Good luck, The Boiling isles is nothing but a cesspool of despair," king said as Luz took the boil begone potion from king and put it back in the bag as she swung it on her back as she said, "More like a cesspool of delight."

Luz looks around for any potential customers as she thought she found one as she rushes over as Lance called out, "Hey wait!" Anthony and king went with Luz as Anthony called out to his brother, "We'll catch you later bro, good luck on your part!"

"Ahh!" Lance groin a bit as it seem Luz and Anthony will be doing their thing while he is stuck doing is as he look at his list, meanwhile with the human duo and Cubone like demon as they went into a market area as Luz spots a centaur creature as she went over to him while trying to look up at his face and said, "What has four hooves and wants to buy a potion? This guy."

"Yeah, it seemed you could use a little pick me up potion," Anthony said on the other side while holding up a potion with the words "Wake up" on it while the centaur guy sighed as he put down a pumpkin like object reviling the guy's face was on his chest as he said, "My eyes are down here." Luz and Anthony freak out a bit to that.

(Lance)

With Lance coming up to a shop as he looked over the list as he said, "Hey could I get a dozen core roots and a jar of newts?"

"Oh, you sure can honey, half off on me, maybe free if you give me a kiss," a female shop keeper said as she was looking at Lance like a piece of meat with Lance being disturbed about this as the woman in question looks like an ugly troll as Mandora said, "She like you

(Luz and Anthony)

The dup with king rang a doorbell to a house, which the doorbell itself started to eat Luz arm with Anthony quickly grabbing her arm and kick at the thing to make it let go of her, while King just walks off without much care.

(Lance)

"Look I'm not looking for a date, I'm just trying to get some toad-stool!" Lance said as he was trying to pull away from some tentacle monster with an eyeball in the middle of it that had a heart in its eye while it was trying wrap him up in its tentacles. Mandora boy just watch the scene play out while he said, "And don't forget the warts."

(At the owl house)

George was working in Eda's yard, putting in a Garden with Hooty's help of tilling the ground to help while he had to improvise a hoe using an old broom and an old bent rusty spatula that Eda wasn't going to missed as they soften up the dirt as he said, "Why is it that I am just the background guy while everyone else is taking the front roles!"

"As Eda and Amy was watching this, Amy could not help but feel sorry for her older brother as the song Mandora boy sang seem to make him a side kick character it seems as she said, "George is really down, maybe that song gotten to him more than it should."

"Why is he crying about it, he was still in it at least," Eda said as she drank more of her blood apple drink as Amy said, "Maybe should talk to him."

George kept tilling the ground until he got stuck on something, and try to pull it out only for the rusty spatula to break off the broom handle letting George fall back on his butt as he cried out in pain with Amy coming over to him and said, "Need some help?"

(Luz and Anthony)

The two look a bit exhausted of trying to sell potions to different people and monsters while King was eating a "Not dog" thing as he ate it all up before he said, "I know I've had enough delight for one day."

"I thought being the only humans in a magical world would be very special, but apparently, it just made everyone want to scream at us or eat us," Luz said as Anthony said, "No kidding." Lifting up his arm showing that mutated fly from before was on his arm trying to eat him before he pulled it off and throw it in a random direction as a few seconds later in the background Lance can be heard screaming, "I am not a snack!"

Luz sighs a bit before pulling out her book and said, "At this point, Azura had already sent on an enchanted quest." She Shows the page showing Azura being appointed by a wizard to go on a quest as Luz question, "Where's my quest-granting wizard?"

"Sorry to break it to you, Luz, but no one here is that well-dressed," King said as its mostly true as everyone is either natural naked due to their nature of what they are or they were in dirty rags hoodies or clothing as Luz put away her book as Anthony grab the bag of potion as the group stood up while Luz said, "This has been a rough day."

The group went down an alleyway as Luz said, "Let's just deliver this last package and go home." as they came up to an open current doorway as Anthony held it up for Luz and king as they came through while Luz said, "Maybe this world isn't what I thought it- (*GASPS)

Anthony looked and was surprised as well to see a beautiful castle in the middle of a dirty city to which Luz said, "Pretty."

"It's something," Anthony said as before he could say anything else, a familiar voice called out to him, "Be warn red mage."

"Hu?" Anthony went as he look to where the voice was coming from and to his surprise to see that dark knight guy from the other day was before him as the dark knight warns him, "Do not trust of what you see inside there, or it will lead you to your doom."

Before Anthony could say anything else Luz pulls him by his arm and said, "Come on Anthony!" as she grab him along he said, "Wait luz, what about..." his word trail off as he saw the dark knight was already gone as like he wasn't there at all and what was surprising that Luz or king didn't see him at all as he thought, 'What was with that?'

Once at the door Luz ring the doorbell with nothing trying to eat her this time, the doors suddenly opened up by themselves as King said, "Big houses always belong to big whack jobs. Let's kick the package inside and get out of here."

"Hello!" Anthony called out as he walked into the place with Luz.

King then yelped as the door shut behind him. "Hey wait!" King called out as he gave chase to the pair.

"We're delivering a package from Ms. Eda the Owl Lady." Luz called out making sure the people here knew why she was here. Just then candles all began to get lit bringing light into the darkened castle. Soon the candles got to the top revealing a portrait of an old tan skinned wizard in star covered robes.

Anthony saw this and raised a brow to what he saw finding something off about all of this. "Huh this scene looks... familiar." Anthony said as he noticed that the scene reminded him of something.

Meanwhile Luz was smiling as she saw the old wizard appear. "Today just got good." Luz said as she smiled at the wizard who appeared before her. "Magical Wizard." Luz said bouncing on her feet a bit.

"Weird old man in his jim-jams." King said as then Anthony spoke up.

"Cool looking outfits!" Anthony called out causing the two to look at him strangely when he held up color coded outfits in his hands.

"I was in my Oscillarium, reading the stars." The old man said as he climbed down the stairs/ "And who might you young folks be, with eyes full of curiosity?" The old man asked as Anthony raised a brow swearing, he had read that before in a book once.

"We're, I'm... um." Luz began as she tried to get her words out from her mouth.

"Young children, dareth I say, I sense something unique about the both of you." The old man said before summoning his magic to summon up chairs and treats. "Please, won't you join me for tea?" He asked as Luz gasped in excitement.

But then Anthony and Luz felt hands grabbed their legs looking to see that it was King. "Let's scram. Wizards are just old people with glitter in their pockets." King said after climbing up to the pair's head. Then to prove a point the wizard did in fact pull sparkling dust from his pockets.

"But the stars on his robes are sparking." Luz whispered to King. "And look there's a baby fox in his beard." Luz said and thus Anthony began to look at the fox for a moment and something hidden away in the clothing he found.

"Hey there are scones on the table too." Anthony said and thus King was bribed on this.

"Where?" He asked before jumping off to get to the scones in question.

In turn they walked over to the chairs and took a seat. "We'd love to join you for tea." Luz said as she sat on the table and took a cup.

"Hey sorry if I'm being nosy Mr. Wizard but do you sell potions also?" Anthony asked before taking a bite of his scone.

"Please, call me Adegath." The old man introduced as he looked to the pair. "And yes, I run a small business." Adegath said as Anthony swore that name was familiar somehow.

"You should run a small business of more scones into my mouth!" King said showing an empty plate after he hogged down all of the scones.

"I'm surprised to see you here." Adegath said as he sat across from the pair. "It was my understanding that Eda delivered the packages herself."

"Well, we're kind of sort of her apprentice." Luz said as Anthony was eating his scone that he managed to get before King could get to it.

"Oh, and how are you finding the experience so far?" The old man asked as Anthony then swallowed what he had in his mouth.

"Right now, she has us running chores for her, it's only day one after all." Anthony said not even bothered by the fact Eda has Luz, him, and his brother Lance running around doing chores.

"Is that so." Adegath said as he noted Luz's downtrodden expression. "Well, if it is not too much trouble, I have something of a quest." He began but then Luz heard this and shot up.

"A Quest!?" Luz asked dropping the cup she was using.

"You didn't let me finish I had a question." The old man said and thus got back to it. "Would you like to go on a quest?" The old wizard offered causing Luz to smile to this.

"Yes!" Luz responded really wanting to go on the quest being offered to her.

"I might have just the thing." Adegath said as he then took out a scroll of sorts. "I might have just the thing." He said and in turn he unrolled it to show the group. "The Prophesy speaks of a group of humans who will claim the Celestial Staff and free this world from an ancient evil." He said as Luz had stars in her eyes as Anthony was oddly calm about this. "Perhaps thou hath cometh here for a reason." He said and in turn Luz began to picture Magiranger coming to claim that staff.

"Perhaps we hath." Luz said and in turn the old man gave them the scroll.

"Should you believe yourself worthy to attempt this quest... you need to know the road is dark and perilous and only the chosen warriors can pull the staff from its post." Adegath explained and in turn Anthony spoke up next.

"Alright we'll do it." Anthony said as he looked to Adegath. "After all its the duty of wizards to save lives, right?" Anthony asked and thus Adegath smiled to this.

"Wonderful!" Adegath said and thus it was time to go.

(Scene Break back at the Owl House)

George was sitting down at the table with Amy and Eda while he had a cup of water to drink, that Amy had filtered and boil for safe drinking as George said, "I don't understand why I am the caboose of this superhero team? I mean I should be leading the team to hold the shield."

"I don't see why you don't like being in the back, that probably the best play to be for a quick escape," Eda said added in her own two cent as Amy spoken up saying, "The person in the back isn't the one to run away from a battle, and beside maybe you are the shield but it doesn't mean you would have to be upfront about it."

"But I'm the one that's supposed to watch over you guys and protect you, I mean if I don't do that, then what kind of a brother am I?" George said as Eda sighed to this as she spoke up saying, "Okay listen up boy, because I'm going to say this one. I have a sister of my own and we used to be like that, but now we're mostly at each other's necks for one reason or another, but what you have with your family, I can tell you have good relationship to one another and you care for one another and I am sort of Envious of that, but the bottom line is, at long you know your siblings are happy then why not be happy as well?"

The two siblings were surprised by that as Amy said, "I'm sort of surprise by that."

"And you have a sister?" George question as Eda roll her eyes a bit as she said, "Yeah I do, as she is I believe the right hand of the king of this land, and she wants me to join her, but I prefer doing things my way."

"Ah your one of those kinds of people," Amy said as then she turned back to her brother as she tries to get back to the main subject as she said, "Anyways we're getting off track. George, you have been taken care of us sense mom and dad's passing, and what you have done so far is great, as you cheer us up when we had a bad day, patch us up when we get hurt, or have our back when something bad would happen, but we don't always need a shield in front of us… but it would be nice to know that someone is there to help pick us up if we fall down, as you may not be the selected leader of this team… but you are our greatest support ever, and there nothing I wouldn't change about you."

George was touch by his sisters' words as he started to cry a bit as he said, "T-that's the sw-sweetest thing you said to me Amy."

"You're my brother George, we may hate each other or get annoyed with one another but at the end of the day we're still family and we will always love each other, even if we don't always say it or show it," Amy said as soon enough the two siblings started to hug it out as Eda turn away and went "Mmh!"

Suddenly the front door opens as Lance rush in as he slam the door shut while holding many bags in his arms while still holding Mandora boy in his hands, and look like a complete mess like there was many ladies gotten all over him as he was breathing heavily from all the running he had to do to get away from them, as George and Amy fix themselves and see who came in with Eda as she held her mug up as she said, "Oh hey pretty boy, got all the stuff I ask for?"

"Yes… and I'm… not doing that… again," Lance said as he put the Mandora boy down and all the other stuff to the floor as Amy asked, "What happen with him?"

"A lot of stuff that we don't talk about," Mandora boy said as it seemed Lance told him not to tell anyone of what happen back at the marketplace, as George soon said, "Oookay, so where is Anthony and Luz?"

"Last I know, dropping off the last package and heading back here," Lance said as he went to the sink of the kitchen and started to wipe away all the stuff that was on him and fix himself up a bit as George said, "Good to know."

"Well, it seems you did your job, so take a break and what not while I'll sort this stuff out," Eda said as she grabbed the bags lance drop down and went off elsewhere to take care of those things as Suddenly Luz, King, and Anthony walk into the house as Anthony said, "We're back!"

"Oh hey, how was the job?" Amy asked as Anthony said, "Pretty good, so me and Luz are going to relax a bit."

"Okay, enjoy your rest," Amy said as Anthony and Luz went into a room together with Luz holding king of her arms as the both of them started to back their thing for the quest.

(a bit with Anthony and Luz)

As both teen were getting ready, as Anthony was taking the minimal stuff while Luz was grabbing her bag while doing a small check list of thing of spare clothing, a potions or two, her book, and checking her cellphone wand for a bit to see if its working right or something before closing it up and put it to the side as with Anthony was looking over the map and wonder about something as Luz soon ask, "what are you doing?"

"Oh nothing but wonder how mad everyone is going to be when we go on a quest and not them," Anthony said both of them just laugh at that before Luz went back to her thing while Anthony put the map away for a bit, as Luz ask both Anthony and King who was on her sleeping bag, "So anyways you guys, what kind of chosen one should I be?"

"Huh? What?" king said as he wasn't paying all that much attention to as Anthony ask, "What kind of a chosen one should you be?"

"Yeah like, should I be full Optimism and goodness like the good witch Azura? Or should I be like a bad girl Chosen one with Black nail polish and a mysteriously withdrawn attitude?" Luz said as She open up her book and make it act like a talking mouth as she made it say, "I act like I don't care, but I secretly do."

Anthony started to laugh at that as he soon said, "I don't think black goes well with pink." At that moment Eda pops her head in with a severed blue arm of sort as she asked, "Oh you guys talking about bad girls? Wait what's going on?"

"Eda, tell Antony and Luz how dumb Wizards are." King said as he had enough of this magical wizard chosen one story.

Eda moaned in disgust over the word Wizards. "Wizards are the worst. Never trust a man in casual drapery." Eda said as she swung the arm about causing King to duck under it. "Why?" Eda asked as she looked to King wondering what was going on.

"Your wizard client told them that they were, were chosen ones!" King spoke as he started rolling on is spot laughing over the dumb concept.

"Wait, wait Luz and Anthony?" Eda asked as she began to laugh at this snorting as well.

"What's all the laughter about?" Amy asked as she and George walked in with Lance.

"Anthony and Luz met a wizard and he made them think they were chosen ones!" King laughed as Lance heard this and smirked.

"A wizard like robes with stars, pointy hat, and a long beard?" Lance asked as King smiled to this.

"Yeah!" King called out and thus Lance began to join him.

"Come on guys even a five-year-old could easily see a scam like this." Lance laughed as this caused Luz to blush and hide behind her book in embarrassment while Anthony simply tilted his head in confusion.

"Let me see this map." Eda said as she calmed down and walked over to Luz. Luz in response handed the map over to Eda who unrolled it and began to read through it with George and Amy behind her. It did not take her long to figure out what it really was and smiled to the pair. "You two didn't think this was real, did you?" Eda asked and thus Anthony was confused.

"What?" Anthony asked as he pushed the cloths, he got from the old man's place back with his foot.

"This map is bunk. There's no lake with a Celestial Staff on the Boiling Isles." Eda said as she looked to the pair. "I would have stolen it ages ago." Eda said offhandedly as Luz looked down sad that the lake story was a scam.

"Hey, it's fine, Luz your young and impressionable." Amy said comforting the Latino girl. "With a bit of time here you will be able to spot a swindler a mile away." Amy said in a comforting tone to the girl.

"Can I have some time alone." Luz said as the group nodded and took their leave.

Luz looked over the map as she saw nothing special about it and sighed in defeat. "Maybe they were right." Luz said and in turn Anthony saw something appear on the map.

"Luz look." Anthony said as on the map the word 'one,' was flashing on one of the corners. Luz saw this and in turn began to raise the map to the light revealing a hidden message on it. "The Chosen One. The Path will only appear to the worthy." Anthony read aloud and in turn Luz put the breadcrumbs together.

"That's why Eda couldn't see it." Luz said and in turn Anthony nodded to this.

"And as Magiranger we have to be worthy of something right?" Anthony asked as Luz nodded to this.

"Right!" Luz said and thus she was ready to go.

(Later downstairs)

"Finally, all that laughter made me sleep." King said as he sat on the Sofa with Lance taking a seat on the lazy coy couch.

"Crony, wake up." Eda ordered as she walked over to King's sleeping form.

"Yes, now go away." King said as Lance put his headphones on and began reading a magazine he found lying around.

"I don't know him that well and I don't trust the itch he's scratching in the humans." Eda said as she found all of this suspicious.

"Hey don't worry." George said as he smiled to Eda. "I'm sure those two are smart enough to realize this was a scam by that old man." George said but then as if to prove him wrong Amy was heard coming downstairs in a panic.

"GUYS!" Amy was heard as she came downstairs in a panic. "Luz and Anthony are missing!" Amy called out and thus the group went wide eyed to this.

(Later in the room)

The group walked in and were wide eyed to find the room was empty. "Oh, nuts." Eda said realizing they lost Luz and Anthony. "Hooty, where did they go?" Eda asked as she got to the window looking for the owl worm thing.

"Hoot-Hoot if you want the answer you seek, solve my riddle within a week." Hooty began only for Eda to hit the wall hard enough to crack it and make the house shake which caused Hooty pain. "Okay, okay. They went into the forest towards Bonesborough. Sheesh." Hooty explained as he retracted his form back to the door.

"Huh?" Lance asked as he then noticed something nearby and took out a paper. Reading it to himself he glared at it but smirked at the same time after reading it. "That sneaky little bastard." Lance said as this got Amy and George's attention on him as well.

(Meanwhile with Anthony and Luz)

The pair were at the city limits of Bonesborough as they had their megaphones with them feeling if they met trouble, they could go Magiranger and take it on. "Our first mythological quest." Luz said as she smiled to the scene before her.

"Good thing I thought ahead and left a note so the others can join us." Anthony said as Luz nodded to this, but they would need to get some distance so when they caught up the others would see they were legit about this. "Let's go!" Anthony called out and thus he jumped down to start their quest.

Once they hit the ground the pair found themselves in the forest using their magiwands to cut their way through the vines. A fog was rolling in on them as they continued their path. "Ok we got a scroll, Magical power, and out youthful optimism." Luz boasted only to yelp when Anthony nearly hit her with a spell.

"Sorry I thought I saw something." Anthony apologized as Luz looked to him.

"It's fine." Luz said and thus the pair continued on their path. But as they left the spot Anthony had hit with his magic seemed to be more of a symbol then anything.

"Seems a bit spooky though." Anthony said as he looked to Luz as he then smiled. "Almost makes one wonder if coming here was such a clever idea." Anthony added and in turn they were met with the sight of a town. It was peaceful looking and from what they could see was mostly inhabited by cat people. It was peaceful as the pair entered and saw dragon like creatures flying across the sky. As they went deeper into the town the duo of red and pink walked over to the fountain of the main squad and in turn were met with an unusual sight before them.

Rising from the water was a young man strong and powerful as he was handsome and with him a young woman agile and quick that by her aura had a sharp tongue and beauty sharp enough to cut into ones heard. The male seemed to be a warrior of some kind as he had an eye patch over one of his eyes while the young woman had some scars that only seemed to enhance her natural beauty.

"Why were they in the fountain like that?" Anthony whispered to Luz and in turn Luz was all smiles about what she saw.

"Shush!" Luz shushed as she was getting some eye candy right now.

"I see. So, you two are the chosen ones," the male warriors said as the female scoffs to this as she said, "If anything the Celestial staff should've picked us instead."

Nevareth Bladestrife," the male warrior said as he whips his head around a bit to get some water off of him while the female warrior did the same as she introduced herself as she said, "And I Galadriel Bladestrife, the teen Prince and princess, brother and sister of Angstmore."

"Yes. Yes, I did make the right choice," Luz said as she fell for the hot royal teens before them with Anthony knows he heard those names before and remain calm while giving off his usual friendly smile as he said, "Names Anthony Hogan and this is my friend Luz Noceda, nice to meet you both."

(Eda and the others)

After Anthony and Luz left the owl house Eda, George, and Amy went out with king to find that wizard while Lance went out to find their missing youngest brother and his friend. They all hoped that they haven't run into any trouble yet as King was sniffing down an alleyway as he said, "This is where we met the scones. I mean, the wizard."

"Good, I hope this guy is home before I'm going to give this guy a piece of my mind," Amy said sounding upset while George said, "Not unless he can speak without teeth when I'm through with him."

As the group pass through the same current doorway that Luz and Anthony pass through but it was looking more ragged, and when they look to the castle, king was surprised as was everyone else as the castle from before was now in ruin and looked more abandon than anything as King said, "Whoa. It wasn't like this before."

"What do you mean it didn't look like this before?" Amy asked as King said to the siblings, "It was cleaner and shine, not dirty and falling apart."

"I don't like this," Eda said as George agrees as they keep walking up to the castle itself, opening the door and saw what was inside, as a one great library with many books and scrolls was now gone and replace by many destroy and ruin books, and a lot of torn up scrolls as George said, "Are you sure this is where you saw the wizard?"

"Yes, it was, I swear it was," King said as the group spread out and investigate, with Eda came upon some scrolls looking very similar to the map that Luz had as she picked one up and saw some glowing words on it reading, "The Chosen one" as Eda said, "I really don't like this."

(Lance)

Lance was riding on his broomcycle as he came to the limit area of Bonesborough as well looking for his little brother and Luz as he rode out and look around for anything, soon spotted something as he quickly breaks and stop for a moment looking in a certain area as he gotten off the bike and walk over to a tree.

Soon he arrived on it he saw the familiar Magiranger symbol "M" that was glowing red, giving him the idea, he was on the right track as he looked ahead and saw another one in the distant and he job over and to confirm it, Anthony was leaving him a trail to follow as he said, "Smart, little brother. Don't worry I'll find you soon."

Soon enough he got back on his broomcycle and headed off to find the two teen and hope whatever danger there was didn't show up yet.

(Anthony and Luz)

As the four teens travel together as Luz has been listening to Nevareth and Galadriel back story, no doubt being from the same place they keep it simple as Luz said to them, "Nevareth, Galadriel, your vengeful backstories are so compelling, and I am loving your animal sidekick."

the said animal sidekick looks like an onion with bat wing flying around the group with a gentle smile on its face as Nevareth soon said, "After our village was consumed, my heart has known nothing but vengeance."

"And mine just known pain." Galadriel said as she put her hand to the area of her heart is at acting dramatic and stuff as Anthony said to her, "I'm sorry to hear what happen with you two."

"Nevareth," Luz said as she felt bad for the male warrior as the guy said, "Lady Luz, do you think love can bloom on the battlefield?"

"Woo-wo-wo. This quest is questing in all the right ways," Luz said as Anthony blink to that, a surprise feeling he felt that was foreign to him, whatever it was made him feel a weird ache in his chest and angry at the same time suddenly for a short while before the female warrior was upon him as she soon ask him, "Tell me sir. Anthony, what is love to you?"

"Love?" Anthony said as he was surprised by this question as he didn't know what to make of it as Galadriel soon said to him, "I see, you don't know much about love then."

"I do know about love, it's like spending time with your family and good friends, eating all your favorite foods, or listening to some songs," Anthony said as Galadriel shake her head as she said, "I'm not talking about those kinds of love, but more those feel close to you that aren't family or close friends."

"What do you mean?" Anthony asked as Galadriel soon said, "You may know one day, but for the time being, let's keep going."

After that as the group went on going with their quest as they came upon a bridge as they try to cross it, then a strange little creature that looks like a mix breed between a cat and a gnome, and doing some drugs, suddenly jumps out in front of the group surprising them while both royal teens said at the same time, "Ew/Gross."

"Hum-di-diddle. To pass the bridge, you must first solve my riddle," the strange little creature said as Luz step up as she said, "Hit me little furry man."

"Your quest shall stop if you fail this game. So, tell me, my dear, what is my name?" the little creature said as Luz got a close look at it, she saw the thing had a name tag on its shirt, With Anthony also seeing it questing why a creature had a name tag in the first place, until he realize what it could be, with Luz suddenly said, "Uh...Chris?"

"That's it!" the cat creature said he look at Luz and said to her, "You may cross the bridge. And please take this, chosen one. It shall help you on your journey."

AS the creature presented a ring before she could take it, Anthony reached down and grab it suddenly as he said, "Oh cool, a magic ring of sort... what does it do?"

"You shall find out when the time is right, so good luck to you chosen ones and be safe on your journey," the creature said as Nevareth suddenly ask out of nowhere, "Do you need a cape?"

"Nah, I think I'm good," Luz said but the warrior guy suddenly grabbed his own shirt as he said, "You can use my shirt." then rip it off his body, showing off his muscles while Luz was drooling over him before saying, "Yes, I need a cape."

Anthony felt that feeling again, but stronger than before, but keep it in check as the female warrior question Anthony, "Do you require a cape as well."

"I have a cape already, so I'm good!" Anthony said quickly while his tone had light angry tone in it as he walked away without saying another word while pocketing the magic ring.

(With Eda and the others)

"Oh no," Eda said as King was sniffing out Luz and Anthony as the group suddenly came across the once beautiful village that Anthony and Luz were once now in ruin just like the castle before with a strange mist floating around as George soon question, "Are you sure my brother and Luz came through here king?"

"Can't mistake their smells. Luz is like Lemon and young, naive confidence, while Anthony is sweetly Smokey and strong densely," King said as Amy said, "The last part sound like Anthony all right. Let's check around for any clues."

After that as the group spread out around the area as George soon came across a weird looking stuff cat toy, or what he thought was a cat toy as he said, "What the heck is up with this thing?"

Eda suddenly showed up as she flicked at the "Toy cat" as its eye pop out of its head before she started to shake it while asking with a demanded tone while she said, "Hey. Wake up, you. What have you done with Luz and that kid with her? What's your endgame?"

"To find your pupils and still your wrath, look ahead and follow the path," the cat toy said as it turn its head while it spoke, freaking George out, and even more so as the toy suddenly decompose turning to dust as it also laugh with its eyes the only thing that remained of it as King suddenly scream a bit as he said, "The cat man melted."

"It's a trap," Eda said as George said, "How do you know it's a trap?"

"What else could it be? They want me to follow the two," Eda said as she knew a trap a mile away as Amy said, "So what should we do then?"

"What else to do with a trap... we spring it, and find out who's behind all this, and take them down," George said as Eda smile to that as she said, "I like your way of thinking."

(Back with Luz and Anthony)

As the group keep traveling down, that strange cat creature and a little fairy had join in on Luz and Anthony's quest as Luz said, "Thank you for inviting us to your feast, Princess."

"Yeah, it was great," Anthony said as his tone wasn't sounding so cheerful as it used to be, as something about this quest was getting to him somehow as Luz went on saying, "All your food was so tiny and cute."

"For you chosen ones," the fairy princess said as she created some bracelets for them as Luz grab them as she said, "Thank you. You have all been so kind and thoughtful."

Luz turned to Anthony as she held out one of the bracelets as she said to him, "Here Anthony, you should have one too."

"Ah, oh thanks luz," Anthony said as he took one of the bracelets and instead of putting it on, he pocketed it as well as Luz just smiled on not noticing Anthony strange attitude change as she suddenly said, "This has been so much fun, I hope this quest never ends."

"Your quest will soon come to an end, for the staff you seek is around the bend." The cat creature said gesturing to the path behind them.

"Thanks for ruining the mood, Chris." Luz said in a deadpanned tone showing she did not like what was said.

"Go on, The Celestia Staff is yours." Nevareth said with a smile on his face.

"You've both earned it." Galadriel said agreeing with what her brother said.

"Right." Anthony said and thus they bid farewell to the group and made their way down the path. Unknown to any of them Lance was watching the whole thing from a hidden vantage point as he caught up not too long ago. He got the gist of it and would have jumped in earlier, but he was keeping to Anthony's plan to jump in one the villain reveals himself.

(Later)

The duo soon arrived at the lake where a small island was seen with the staff there waiting for them. As they looked to it the ground suddenly began to shake as the pair looked to the water and saw it bubbling. Not to long after a stone pathway rose up and formed a bridge for the pair to walk on. After seeing this Anthony and Luz smiled to this with hope and wonder in their eyes.

"I knew this world wasn't all gloom and doom like Eda and King said." Luz said and in turn she and Anthony began to make their way over to the Celestial Staff. "There is wonder here, and I... I think I came here for a reason." Luz monologued as she skipped across the bridge even spinning a bit.

"Magic... magic is so cool." Anthony said as Luz nodded and smiled over the concept.

Once they got to the staff Luz looked to it with slight trepidation. "Ok, this is it." Luz said trying to psyche herself out. "Moment of truth." Luz said and in turn Anthony nodded to Luz for her to do it. Once he did, he looked to the wood line and saw Lance there as he signaled for him to wait. Once Luz grabbed the staff Anthony knew it was time to act and thus went forward and grabbed it.

"Sorry Luz." Anthony said and thus he yanked the staff out of the pedestal causing it to blast forth magic to the pair.

"Wow Anthony... you did it, we did! I knew that." Luz said but her words were cut off as Anthony roared out and smashed the staff against the ground shattering it which made Luz go wide eyed over what he did. But that was not all that happened the area around them was soon changed from the act as the key to keeping the act was destroyed.

The Water vanished, the entire place became worn and decrepit to the point it took a full 180 from the happy wonderous form it took prior. Once this was done Anthony looked out to the area around them with a glare no doubt having enough of this. "I know you're out there, come out and show yourself!" Anthony called out and in turn from the fog moving in the old Wizard from before showed up.

"I'm surprise someone as dim as you saw through the charade." The wizard said before his body went limp as behind him a large tentacle monster was seen.

"W-what is this?" Luz asked shocked over what she was seeing.

Just then the ground around them blasted open revealing all the other colorful figures they met on the way here all of them revealing to be puppets controlled by the large demon. Once they were up Luz's cap and accessories glowed before she found herself tied up and cuffed by the monster. Anthony also found his hands tied up trapped by the accessory Luz had given him prior.

"A trap!" The monster, the Puppeteer said as he looked to the duo.

Anthony then smirked as he then heard the sound of engines and smirked to this. "Yes, a trap... for you!" Anthony called out and thus raised his hands up causing a yellow bolt to hit it. Swinging in from a vine Lance appeared catching the monster off guard. Taking out his wand Anthony fired off a spell at the puppets to make them back off as Lance got to work on getting Luz freed.

"What?" The Puppeteer asked as he saw what was going on.

"That was a clever idea leaving that letter and trail behind, little brother." Lance said as he looked to Anthony with a smirk on his face.

"Of course, I knew you would figure it out." Anthony said as Luz was now confused by all of this.

"W-what?" Luz asked as even the monster was confused as to how Anthony figured it all out.

"How did you know?!" He asked and thus Lance pulled out a book.

"The entire scenario was straight out of this book, the lines spoken, the scene, and even the scenario that started it all." Anthony said as Lanced passed the book to his younger brother. "Second bit is this!" Lance said taking out the scroll they were given and showed a second one. "Snagged it from your place earlier." Anthony said as Luz saw Anthony had this entire thing figured out from the get-go.

"So, we figured we might as well flip the scrip and set off our own trap." Lance said crossing his arms with a smirk on his face.

"Wait but if you knew then why didn't you." Luz began but Anthony smiled to her.

"Because you were so excited and happy about this quest, I didn't want to take it away from you." Anthony said sadly as he then smiled a bit. "Guess that was not a clever idea in the end." Anthony said as thus Luz chuckled as Lance finally got Luz freed.

"You're still no match for me!" The Puppeteer said only for more to arrive in the form of a familiar group.

"That's our line!" George called out as soon the Puppeteer looked and got smacked in the face by the Green Wizard. Once that happened, he and Amy joined with Luz, Lance, and Anthony as they were ready for a fight.

"You all knew, didn't you?" Luz asked as she looked to the group.

"Yeah, Lance wasn't sure if the rest of us were being watched so he made sure we knew to keep our mouths shut." George said impressed that his brother devised such a complex plan. Now why could he never have this cunning with his schoolwork.

"Besides just because it's all dark and gloom doesn't mean there aren't bright spots on the Isles." Amy said as Luz smiled to this as she was almost in tears over it.

"You guys." Luz said and thus their Magi Phones went off causing them to open said phones. Once they did, they saw a new code flashing on it and with it a new spell.

"Wow did we just get a new spell?" Lance asked as he was surprised by this.

"I guess we did." Luz said and thus Anthony saw what came next.

"I'll stay out of this one." Eda said and thus they got ready to change.

"Agreed." King said and thus the group of five were ready to morph.

They took out their MagiPhones and extended them to their wand forms. "Heavenly Saints Grant us the Power of Magic!" They invoked and once that was done, they entered the needed spell code. They started their transformation by crossing their arms together for what came next. "Mahou Henshin! Maagi Magi Magiiro!" They invoked pointing their wands to the sky for what would happen next. The wands sent bolts of magic to the skies above which formed some sort of mystical spell seal that once more unleashed the unknown beings. Once they got to the group magic filled them with magic. Soon those same mystic circles went around their bodies from the ground up endowing them in suits.

Once the transformation was done the group was ready for battle and to do that it was time for role calls. Striking a pose George was the first to speak. He started out by spinning causing his cape to flutter in the process. "The Howling Earth Elemental!" George began as he struck a small pose. "Magician of the Green!" George introduced as he got ready for what came next. "MagiGreen!" George called out as he finished up his intro causing a blast of green smoke to go off behind him.

Luz was next as she spun about making her cape billow. "The Blowing Wind Elemental!" Luz continued as she was just going by instincts striking a pose of her own. "Magician of the Pink!" Luz continued while changing poses and hitting the climax. "MagiPink!" Luz called out striking a pose and thus causing a blast of pink smoke to go off behind her.

Spinning to begin Amy came next. "The Shaking Water Elemental!" Amy began striking a pose. "Magician of the Blue!" Amy continued changing positions. "MagiBlue!" Amy finished causing a blast of blue smoke to go off behind her.

Lance spun about and did as his siblings did. "The Galloping Lightning Elemental!" He said taking a pose for what came next. "Magician of the Yellow!" He continued changing poses. "MagiYellow!" He called out and thus with his pose made yellow smoke went off behind him from his own power.

Anthony was next for the big finish and thus made his cape billow. "The Burning Flame Elemental!" Anthony began while taking a pose to start off. "Magician of the Red!" Anthony spoke before changing positions. "MagiRed!" Anthony finished and in turn caused a billow of red smoke to go off behind him.

"Our overflowing Courage changes into magic!" They all called out and thus were ready for the climax. "Mahou Sentai Magiranger!" The invoked striking a pose and in turn a blast of magic went off behind them giving the team an epic appearance more so now that they know what to call themselves.

In turn the puppets began to move in on them as the groups aw that they were surrounded by them. Luz was ticked off of course and luckily for her she had a target to unleash on. The sentai went on the attack against the foes and with it the battle between the two sides began.

Everyone was facing a character that Luz and Anthony meet on their quest and join along with them and more as George fought against the cat's people, as he punched and smack with his fist, but it wasn't enough as he calls forth, "Magistick Axe!"

Turning his wand into an axe to use as he swing it around knocking all the cats back as they turn to smoke after being hit but more came forth as he raise his weapon and slam it down hard creating a shock wave which break the ground a bit with green magical energy going through it as he calls forth, "Green roots vines wave!"

Sharp tree roots came forth around George as they hit all the cat creatures around destroying them all at once, with the tree roots themselves were growing leaves as well.

Lance face against the animal sidekick of the fake warrior prince guy and many others like it too as Lance tries hitting them but they move too quick to be hit, then they came back and smack him around a bit as he said, "That it's time to bring out the big guns! Magistick bowgun!"

As his wand turn into a crossbow weapon, as he aim it at all the animal creatures and fired upon them, with each shot fast as lighting hitting each one with ease before it came down to the last guy which was that onion like creature as it keep moving around Lance keep shooting around as each shot pierce the sky, as he was finally got the onion creature in his site he called out Yellow lightning shoot!"

His final shot flew true as it came at the creature finally hitting it as it came out a death cry before puffing as well and the shot itself keep moving into the sky parting away the clouds.

Amy face against the fairy princess and her subjects as she duck and roll out of the way of each fairy before raising her staff as she calls forth, "Blue water geyser!" from the dry up fountain, from deep underground as water sprang forth as it came up into the air before coming back down around Amy untouched by it but the said fairies were touch by the water while it was scolding hot as they cry out in pain before vanishing in a puff of smoke as well.

Now it was down to Luz and Anthony as they face against the fake royal siblings as they fought against their Quest counterpart as Luz fought against Nevareth and Anthony against Galadriel.

"Magistick sword!" Anthony said as he turned his want into a sword as he cross blades with Galadriel as she said to him, "Why do you fight against me Anthony, I thought we had something special?"

"The only thing we had was made up in the first place," Anthony counter as they keep crossing blades, as with Luz as she use her magistick to fight against Nevareth's sword as she said to him, "I thought we had a connection, Nevareth!"

"So did I," he said as they keep trade attack, with Nevareth suddenly knocks Luz's magistick out of her hand as it flew over near Anthony's feet, as he takes notice of this and saw Luz about to be hit, so he held his sword in a reverse grip as he was throwing it, he called out, "Luz catch!"

AT that moment, Luz saw Anthony's sword coming at her, as she jumped into the air both avoiding Nevareth's strike while also catching the sword in her hand, as she came back down, she cross weapon again with Anthony's sword but she knocks the fake prince's sword out of his hand before stabbing him through with it as he called out in pain, "AHH, My flawless pecs!"

He soon went poof in a puff of smoke as well, now it was now to Anthony as he dodged Galadriel's attack before he rolled over to Luz's magistick, picking it up as he said, "Now it's my turn! Flames, surround me! Red fire!"

Flames engulf Anthony as he charged at Galadriel, as he slammed against her, she flew back in pain as she called out, "My beautiful hair!" then she went Puff as well finishing the fight.

The demon was crying out in pain as all of his puppets were being destroy with each tentacle getting hit, cut, stab, burn, and lit on fire, it seem too much for him to take, with the Magiranger coming together, while Luz and Anthony traded their weapons back as now it was down to the last puppet which was the magic wizard Anthony said, "Go for it Luz!"

"You got it! I am a witch's apprentice, and I am gonna earn my magic staff the hard way! I believed you, magic man. Now feel my wrath! Pink storm Twister!" Luz called out as a pink twister came forth as it sucks all the dead thing around before the magic wizard was sucked in as well as it cried out before leaving the demon's grip entering the twister before getting torn apart by it.

With all that junk the twister sucked in all came together as it finally stops, all the junk was soon fell down upon the demon as it cried out in fright before it was seemingly crushed under that stuff.

After that, the battle was over with everyone cheering out to this as Amy said, "We did it!"

"WE kick some butt!" Lance said as George padded Anthony and Luz's shoulder as he said to them, "You guys did good."

"Yeah, we did!" Luz said as she turned to Anthony as she soon said, "Anthony?"

"Hmm?" he went as he turn to look at Luz as she soon said, "Thank you for stick with me, even if the quest was fake and everything, I knew was a lie, you stuck by me and protected me, thank you Anthony."

"Ah, it's no problem," Anthony said as he smiled under his helmet while rubbing at it as it seemed he was a bit embarrassed.

Inside the wood untouched by battle, Eda, and King watch how it all played out as Eda said, "Not bad kid, not bad at all."

"Good that's done, can we go home now?" King said as he wanted to take his nap again, with Eda about to answer, until there was a great quake that suddenly happen, with the Magiranger stood their ground as Lance asked, "Ah are quakes common around the boiling isle!?"

"This doesn't feel like a normal earthquake!" Amy said as George said, "I think something is coming!"

From the pile of junk that Luz dropped on the demon, a dark magic circle came forth around it before the pile suddenly exploded upwards as the demon was unharmed and very angry looking with a dark aura surrounds it while it grew in sizes as he said, "I will devour all of you!"

"Whoa! How did he do that?!" Luz said as Anthony spoken up saying, "I don't know, but better question is, how are we going to fight that?"

"Wait let's use that new spell now." Amy said as she looked to her siblings and friend.

"Seem important and I hope it's useful, because my plans for today do not involve being Kaiju red gum!" Lance said as George said, "Then let's try it out, Anthony, want to take the lead on this?"

"You got it!" Anthony said as he came forth in the middle with Luz and George on his right, and Amy with Lance on his left as he said, "Let's go!"

"Grant us our Magidjinn forms!" as they all called out while they all did a spin while calling out, "Magical Metamorphosis! Maagi magi Magica!"

Activating the spell, the wands shot up another seal that matched their colors. One by one they began to rise to the circle and thus a remarkable transformation took place. First game George as he went through the portal and came out the other side as a giant machine Taurus with an axe weapon. "MagiTaurus!" George called out ready for battle as clearly, he was the biggest of the five.

Next came Luz as she went through the pink portal her magic summoned. Taking a spin Luz took a pose as she came out as a massive pink machine titan. "MagiFairy!" Luz invoked as like a fairy she was the smallest of the five opting her to take a spot safe on George's shoulder.

Amy was the next to transform as she exited the portal as a massive blue mechanoid of magic. "MagiMermaid!" Amy invoked as her legs soon transformed into a tail fin much like that of an actual mermaid.

Lance was the fourth to rise as he entered the portal and transformed. Once he came through the portal he came out as a massive yellow mecha that had wings instead of arms and a bird head. "MagiGaruda" Lance called out spreading his wings out in his own pose.

Finally, it was Anthony's turn as he rose up and entered the seal for his transformation. He entered the seal one way as a human and came out the other as a mecha much like Luz and his siblings did. His form though used as sword as despite being human in nature it was heavily inspired by that of a phoenix. "MagiPhoenix!" Anthony invoked and thus they were all transformed and were ready to do battle against the monster.

"MAAGI MAGI ON STAGE!" They all invoked before taking a battle stance ready for battle. Lance, Amy, and Anthony were all relatively the same size while George was the largest of them and Luz was the smallest. But one common factor between them was the fact that they were all so massive now.

(On the ground)

"Holy cow!" Eda called out as she did not expect to see this occur. "Can all humans do that?!" Eda asked shocked over what she was seeing.

"Wowzah!?" King gasped over what he was seeing right now.

(Back to the battle)

In response to this the monster fired off his tentacles at the Magirangers forcing them to slash and hack them away while deflecting and even dodging them. "Let's go, Lance!" Anthony called out and thus jumped forward to fight the monster.

"Right!" Lance said while flying forward to assist his younger brother.

The Tentacle monster attacked again but Anthony was able to slash through the attacks. "We'll show you the power of magic!" Lance called out as he flew through the tentacles almost like it was second nature to him.

"Don't underestimate us!" Anthony added as he was on the ground charging next to his flying older brother.

Once they got close enough Lance was the first to make his move. "Garuda Attack!" Lance invoked as he slashed through his foe with his clearly razor-sharp wings.

The monster was knocked down hard as this gave Anthony an opening to attack. "Phoenix Spin Kick!" Anthony invoked performing the spin kick in question knocking the monster back. He then took the chance and slashed through its midsection joining his elder brother. The attack did major damage to their foe as its body released thunder from the wounds that the pair had dealt it.

"Awesome this is amazing I'm brimming with power!" Anthony called out with a loud cheer only to be slapped in the face by Lance's wing.

"Hey, don't play around and focus we still got a baddie to deal with." Lance scolded and thus he got his focus onto the bigger threat. "George." He called out and thus the largest knew what to do here.

"Right let's all work together!" George called and in turn a plan was formed between them.

"Right!" Luz said as she jumped upward while Amy went off to get an advantage. "Change! Maagi Ju Magiro!" Luz invoked and in turn transformed into a massive soccer ball. "Magiranger ball!" Luz invoked and was thus ready to fight.

George caught Luz and in turn got ready for the windup. "Amy!" George called out as he threw Luz up before hitting her with his axe on her way back down. George even focused a bit of his magic into the attack allowing it to mix with Luz's.

Meanwhile over with Amy she was swimming through the water as despite her size and appearance she truly looked like a mermaid with how naturally it came to her. "Lance!" Amy called out as she then jumped out of the water adding her magic in, she kicked Luz making the buildup of magic to grow stronger.

Lance was able to catch Luz despite his wings and thus added his magic in for the big climax. "Anthony here!" Lance called out as he threw the ball over to his younger brother.

"Alright!" Anthony called out as he ran across the area with Luz coming his way. "Take a load off of this!" Anthony called out focusing his magic into his kick. He then jumped into the air and began to perform a backflip. "MAGI SHOT!" Anthony called out and kicked the ball that was Luz adding his magic in to the ball.

The ball that was Luz flew strong and true and when it hit the monster all the magic built up was able to find a release. The result was near instant as the creature went off in an explosion that proved to be the final blow. From the blast Luz jumped out back in her humanoid form and rejoined the others.

The Monster blew up and as he cried out, he knew his end was neigh. Everyone began to cheer as they gathered together happy over their hard-earned victory. "Awesome! Magic is Awesome!" Luz called out as they at last took victory in this battle.

(Meanwhile on the ground)

The monster though was not dead as thanks to the Magiranger's he had lost his power boost and deflated into a small creature. Eda picked it up and smirked down upon it. "Well serves you right, huh?" Eda smirked at the tiny demon. "Welp bottoms up." She said and then proceeded to eat the creature in one gulp.

"Well, that settles that." King said as he then looked to Eda. "Now let's go before something else happens or worse we get squished." King said as Eda had to agree with the tiny Cubone knock off.

(Meanwhile with the Teens)

Letting the high from their victory celebration ebb the group looked to the distance and saw a breathtaking sight. "Check it out." Anthony said as before them they could see a good portion of the Boiling Isles for miles on end. They had to admit that this sort of view was the kind very few could properly enjoy and respect.

"This is a beautiful view." Amy said as she saw the scene as well.

"You know Luz." Anthony began as he looked to Luz who sat on George's shoulder. "Just because you're not a chosen one doesn't mean you're not special." Anthony said as he looked to her. "I mean look at us how many people can enjoy a sight like this or say they can use magic and turn into giants?" Anthony asked as he smiled to Luz trying to keep her spirits high.

"I mean we all want to be chosen but sometimes that's not how it works." Gabriel said as he looked to Luz next.

"IF we spend so much time waiting for a prophesy to make us special... well we're die waiting." Amy said and thus it became clear on what they meant.

"I... thanks." Luz said happy that these guys were willing to help her out with her problems both outside problems and emotional problems.

"It's what we do." Lance said and in turn they just took a moment to enjoy the scenery.

(Scene Break Unknown Location)

A man in a golden mask saw the entire battle play out as he glared upon it. He was silent as his servants showed him the images in question with promise to bring these people in. With these abilities of theirs they would ruin everything he worked so hard to build.
