Hello everyone! Again I bring you a new chapter of this incredible prologue. This time the plot will be lighter than the previous chapter. And the truth will be a bit touching and emotional.
Ready or not? Let's start this story with one of our much loved guppies.

Bubble Guppies Adult Years: Zero Chapter
Chapter 0.5: Siblings Love
Interpersonal relationships are very necessary in our lives. We all have people with whom we share a special bond. One of the strongest bonds that we can find in life is the family. We not only share genetic and hereditary components, we also share experiences and feelings. In good cases, family ties show us that they are the first people who will be there for you. And our protagonist of this story will have an experience that will make him remember how much her family loves her.
Let's remember a little. Oona made the decision to study Psychology at Coral Reefy State University. She wanted to study that profession because of her desire to help people with problems that cannot be solved easily. She had always been empathetic with other people. This career allowed her to develop her ability to listen to the problems of others and seek effective solutions. It should be noted that the person who helped her in her final decision was her older half-sister Ino Shaskan.
Despite her great enthusiasm for her career, Oona would have to face a reality check. And well, the reality is that the Psychology career was not a very easy profession. Well, the study was quite deep. A lot of analysis, a lot of reading and too many terms and concepts that are a little abstract. That academic load turned out to be too big for our beloved guppy. Luckily, she was a very hard-working girl and was always responsible with her homework and reports. She didn't really get bad grades, but they weren't very good. And actually, we're going to look at a little bit of that now. We will focus on a class from the College of Psychology at Coral Reefy State University.
"Shaskan Oona!" The professor decided to call her to hand in her most recent exam. Our Asian girl obeyed without saying anything "(sigh) Better luck next time"
"Huh?" Oona saw her exam and that note from her didn't make her feel good. Because of a few points, she did not manage to obtain the minimum grade to pass.
"I didn't want to tell you this, young Shaskan... but if you want to pass my subject you have to pass the last exam" The teacher told her seriously.
"(gasp) But it's the hardest exam of the year! I can't miss this course! That would set me back and could hurt my scholarship" Oona said worriedly.
"That's not my problem. Just study well for the next exam and you might have a chance. You must have worked hard from the start" The teacher said with a cold tone.
"But I did it!" She complained a bit.
"Well, it wasn't enough, girl. Go back to your place" The teacher ordered. Oona just sighed and went back to her place. Those are not good signs.
It was a tiring day for our guppy girl. Oona was not feeling well after receiving that news. She knew that she had studied well all this time. It was true that there was a lot of confusing information, but she had tried to understand it. But it seems that it was not enough to pass those courses. Several days had passed since that news and Oona had started to study harder than before. However, that had only caused the Asian girl to increase anxiety and stress. One night, she returned to her apartment a little sad. She noticed that her roommate was missing. Surely she had gone to a party or something. Oona simply made herself an instant noodle soup for her dinner and decided to lie down on her bed with low spirits.
"I'm not making it. How will I become a psychologist if I can't pass these difficult courses? I won't be able to help others if I don't approve of this. Why is it so difficult?" Oona told herself with a sad tone. We know how sensitive she is, so she shed a few tears at the loneliness of it. She didn't want to worry her family or her friends. That's why no one knew what was happening to her regarding her academic situation. However, that night she would have an unexpected visitor.
Knock Knock
"Huh? It must be my roommate. Surely she forgot her keys...again" Oona said before getting up from her bed to greet her partner. Or at least, that's what she believed "Coming!" She swam to the door and opened the door with her keys. The person who was waiting for her turned out to be a surprise.
"Hello! It's been a long time, little sister"
"Huh? I…Ino!" Oona was too happy to see her sister in front of her. Or rather, her older half-sister. Ino was the daughter of Oona's father, Yamato Shaskan. But she was the daughter of another woman named Azami. The girl had long silver hair with a purple streak. She was fair-skinned and had eyes similar to Oona's. Her tail was two pieces purple with emerald green stripes. Her pattern was similar to that of a tiger. The first time they both met was not a good start because Ino didn't like Oona. But with the passage of time, she accepted her half-sister. To the point of considering Oona as her own little sister.
"Look who we have here. But if she is my university sister. You've grown, huh?" Ino said with a big smile. The younger sister hugged her tightly.
"Uhuh…It's been a long time since we met" Oona answered.
"And do you know something? Even as a young adult, you still look adorable with those pigtails. I like your new designs" Ino said while she played with her sisters pigtails.
"Hahaha stop!" She giggled happily. The presence of her sister made her forget about her sadness for a few minutes "But... what are you doing here so unexpectedly?"
"Oh well…I took a few days off. My job can be stressful, and I decided to take advantage of my vacation days to visit my favorite sister" Ino commented funnily
"Hehehe…I'm your only sister" Oona giggled again.
"And for much more reason you are my favorite" Both girls started talking as they got comfortable on the sofa. She decided to catch up with the news and changes that each one had had during all this time. As the conversation progressed, Ino noticed something that she didn't like very much. She noticed something strange in the looks and body gestures of her sister. That observation of hers helped her to start questioning her sister about it "Hmmm Oona…can I ask you something?"
"Of course! What is it?" Oona asked.
"Are you sure everything is ok? I find you a little tense actually" Ino started to ask her.
"Y…Yeah…Why do you ask?" Oona answered a bit nervously.
"Are you trying to hide something in front of a lawyer?" Ino raised her eyebrow in a funny way.
"Oh….Well….maybe…I just…I don't want to worry you" Oona said sadly.
"Come on, sis. You can trust me" The older sister took her hand to calm her. The younger girl was quiet for a few seconds until she answered.
"I…I feel nervous because I have an important exam very soon and I don't feel sure of myself" Oona finally decided to tell her situation.
"Why? Don't you feel like you studied well?" Ino asked.
"I did. I have studied a lot since I arrived. But when I have the exam in my hands I get nervous and many things I forget. I also have a hard time learning all the complicated terms of psychology. I didn't expect this race to be difficult. The truth is that I do want to be a psychologist to help others, but... I don't know. I don't feel capable of doing it" Oona said, lowering her gaze. She started to cry a bit. She felt so pressured that she couldn't take it anymore. Her half-sister decided to rub her back gently without saying anything. She just wanted her sister to get rid of that emotional baggage before she could speak. When Oona stopped crying and just sobbed, she gave her napkins to clean herself up and then she decided to talk.
"Do you know something, Oona? You remind me of myself when I go through that same stage. See, you know I always wanted to be a lawyer. But when I started my college career, it hit me with a reality check. I remember that the contents were very difficult. Imagine remembering all the legal codes and judicial processes. I entered a stage full of stress and negative emotions. I got to a point where I wanted to quit my career. But you know? I decided to do my best and I did" Ino explained her own experience.
"Wow!" Oona was surprised.
"I see you are going through the same thing. But you have an advantage that I did not have in my time" The older girl commented.
"Which is…?" The young guppy asked curiously. Ino decided to gently take her by the shoulders and gave her a tender smile.
"A sister to have my back" Ino admitted.
"Huh?"
"You don't have to go through this alone. I spent my university life alone because I had no family or friends to count on. I let my resentment for our father fill me with bitterness and because of that I didn't trust anyone. Until I met you, of course. But you... you do have people you can trust. And you know? I offer to help you pass that test. But...for that you must answer this question and I want you to be honest with yourself: Do you still really want to be a psychologist?" Ino decided to ask her. It was quite a serious question for Oona. She had to be honest with herself. She wanted to continue with the decision that she decided would be for her life. She felt inside of her that she really loved what she was studying and knew that she would be able to help many people. She remembered some sessions that her friend Molly received from her. She thought that just as the psychologist helped her best friend, she wanted to do what she did.
"Yeah. I do want to become a psychologist. And not just any, I want to be the best one" Oona said excitedly.
"Hehehe That's the Oona I remember. Very good. Let's do it!" Ino commented with a smile.
Both girls decided to take advantage of the time to study and remember the previous knowledge that Oona would need for the test. The next few days, Ino managed to help her with an effective study schedule to avoid mental overload. In addition, the older sister helped Oona change her study methodology to summarize complicated concepts in simpler terms. In this way, the young guppy was able to assimilate more information than she had before. Finally, the day of the challenge arrived. It was time for the final exam. Ino accompanied her that day. Oona felt nervous and even a little scared. But her older sister encouraged her. She decided to enter and took the exam. It was a difficult exam, but Oona managed to answer many of the questions correctly thanks to her intensive preparation. Many hours were spent in conducting the test and its immediate subsequent review. Ino was waiting for her outside the building. She was nervous for her sister, but inside her, she trusted that Oona would make it. Finally, she saw her sister come out of the building. She quickly ran to meet her.
"Hey! How did it go?" Ino asked quickly. A few seconds of silence passed until she saw her sister smile.
"I did it!" Oona showed her final grade. She not only passed the final exam, but also passed the course. Ending a fairly complex course.
"Oh nice! Im proud of you, sis!" Ino hugged her.
"I couldn't have done it without your help. Thank you very much sister!" Oona said happily.
"You're welcome. Hey, I have a surprise for you" Ino smiled.
"Really?" The younger guppy asked curiously.
"Yeah. Follow me" Both girls decided to leave campus. Ino took her in her car to a beautiful restaurant in a nearby building, where they would have a rooftop meal. The place was beautifully decorated with eye-catching plants. However, while it was a nice touch, that wasn't the real surprise. Well, someone was waiting for them at a table.
"Hello girls. I was waiting for you"
"I..Ichiro!" Oona was shocked to see him. Her older brother was there. Oona did not contain her happiness and ran to hug him tightly. It had been a long time since they had seen each other since Ichiro graduated and got a job far away. Her older brother hugged her tightly.
"My little Oona, you have grown huh? You are quite a woman. How have you been?" Ichiro asked happily.
"I have been fine. I can't believe it. What are you doing here?" Oona was very happy.
"Let's say our sister called me so we could finally meet" The Asian man said with a smile.
"It was an opportunity for the Shaskan Siblings to meet again" Ino added. They both noticed that Oona started to cry a little "Uh Oh"
"Is something wrong, little sister?" Ichiro asked worriedly.
"It's just... I waited for this for a long time... Seeing my siblings together again" Oona said, wiping her tears.
"That was sweet" The older sister commented.
"Agreed. How about we order something now?" Ichiro said happily. The girls agreed.
It was a wonderful afternoon for the siblings. They decided to eat together while telling stories and making up for lost time. Finally, sunset came and the three of them decided to watch the sunset from the roof of the building while eating ice cream. No one says a single word. They only saw the beauty of the sun and the orange sky.
"(sigh) Beautiful" Oona was the one who decided to break the silence.
"Yeah" Ichiro commented.
"Do you know something? I had never felt so accompanied as now. I remember spending my adolescence and childhood alone with my mom. I never imagined that having siblings would be something wonderful….Well, at least have half-siblings" Ino explained how she was feeling lately.
"Well...I must admit that when I found out I had a half-sister from our father...It made me feel bad and good...I admit I didn't like you, Ino. And that I didn't even know you. But when Oona came to BubbleTucky and told me everything you two lived in Japan... I thought you weren't as bad as she thought. After all, you acted like a big sister" Ichiro commented.
"I didn't like you either...but...it was Oona who brought us together. If not for your compassionate attitude…" The older sister said.
"Hey, dont make me blush, please" Oona said nervously with rosy cheeks. Both of them giggled "But do you know something? What unites us is not only blood ties... What unites us is love. I don't care if Ino is a half-sister. Our hearts are connected...and that makes us sisters. I don't care about the problems or conflicts our parents had, history should not be repeated between us. That chain of hate... I decided to break it. Father's mistakes shouldn't affect our relationship" Oona shared her thoughts.
"That...was very mature of you, sister" Ino was impressed.
"Yeah….It doesn't matter how much you grow or how mature you are... you will always be my little baby sister" Ichiro decided to mock her in a funny way. He played with her sisters pigtails.
"Hey! Stop! Hahaha!" Oona giggled a lot.
"You're an adult now and you're still wearing pigtails" He said funnily and both started to struggle in a healthy and funny way.
"It's part of my charm, little brother... Besides…" Oona decided to teach him a little lesson by grabbing his arm and giving him a light wrestling hold "Don't judge by appearances" Oona winked at him.
"Hahaha…That's my sister!" Ino laughed to see Ichiro defeated.
The three of them began to play with each other as if they were children. They imagined how they would have spent their childhood together. But now they enjoyed that moment between siblings. Finally, they forged a bond that would not be easily broken. The conflicts of the past would not alter the beautiful future of the 3 young members of the Shaskan family.
"I love you very much. We will be together forever. No matter what" Saying that, Oona hugged her two siblings at the same time.

It's been a long time and I'm glad to finally be able to publish a new chapter of this great prologue. In this chapter I wanted to focus on the family relationship. It really cost me a lot to write it for various factors. But I hope you liked it and I will work hard to not delay in the next chapter.
Do not forget to leave your reviews that I am always attentive to them. I will go directly to answer the reviews of the last chapter
mermaid: Nice to see you here. It seems that our guppy has a new mission as "The Seer". What is his new goal? Well we will know soon in BGAY.
JayBird06: Hi there! It really was a chapter full of emotions and changes. I tried to make the relationship between Deema and Urchin acrimonious in the beginning (and yes, their argument was very strong for both of them), but the good thing is that they resolved it in the end. Paul will get what he deserves. I think it will be the last we see of him (or not?) I'm glad you liked it and many secrets will be revealed in BGAY.
PrimroseRaspberry: Glad to see you! The truth is that this chapter got a little out of control and touched on a somewhat sensitive and terrifying subject. And that was an interrupted rape attempt (Thank heavens). Regarding what is happening... Everything really indicates that the fights between Bubble Guppies and their rivals have not ended. Some old and new rivals are emerging (New Sinister Guppies? I don't know?) There aren't many details I can't tell you, but one thing I'm sure I can tell you: Adults Years will have interesting things to show and this prologue is leaving hints of it. future conflicts. I love that you are paying attention to various details, as some of those details will be VERY important for the future. Be aware of what is coming
Zakirmatron: I'm so glad to see you after so long! It's good that you are liking these stories that will lead us to BGAY. I did not know that you have experienced some of these situations and I am really glad that you have identified with some of these situations. That doesn't usually happen. I hope you like the stories that are coming soon.
Thank you for your patience. And I think that's all for now. I say goodbye for today and see you in the next chapter of Zero Chapter. Do not miss it
