Chapter 2: This Girl
Gamindustri. A world from a distant dimension under the watchful eye of four CPUs.
CPU Goddess Purple Heart, the Guardian of Planeptune.
CPU Goddess Black Heart, the Guardian of Lastation.
CPU Goddess White Heart, the Guardian of Lowee.
CPU Goddess Green Heart, the Guardian of Leanbox.
This world has been preserved through a great many threats. The Deity of Sin, The CPU of Tari, and The CPU of Delusions. And now…
A CPU has entered into our dimension. A blue-haired Goddess with the ability of unknown and bizarre power. Is she the Goddess with the intent to keep the peace of this dimension? Or the Goddess that will break the peace?
This is the story that will ask this question, yet never find a true answer.

"Yahoo! I'm here~!" Sapphire exclaimed as she walked into Neptune's and Nepgear's room and looked around in awe. "Wooah~! This looks so cute~! Is this your room? Is it!? Is it!?" She looks at Neptune and Nepgear, to which the latter felt a bit awkward around this girl.
"Y-Yeah…" Nepgear answered, finding this girl's personality being very way out of there. Even more than Neptune.
Sapphire grinned before immediately running up Nepgear. "Really!? Then how about you show me around your room! Okay?" She took Nepgear by the wrist and pretty much dragged off to show her around.
Meanwhile, Noire, Blanc, and their little sisters were overlooking this scene with rather confused or cautious looks on their faces. It was that they couldn't trust this girl, but the fact she's the source of the powerful signal Historie sensed is very difficult to comprehend when looking at how she acts or if she has full control over that power. Meanwhile Vert seemed a bit chill about this entire thing.
"Uh… Blanc?" Ram was the first to speak up as she looked at her older sister. "She's here because…"
"She's the signal that Histoire sensed…" Blanc said as she frowned at the young girl. "She's gonna be interrogated by Histoire soon…" She then rubbed her chin. "But she's not here right now. Probably trying to find out which dimension she belongs to."
"She must… be lost and confused…" Rom said, though she wasn't sure if what she was was true. In actuality, she was the one that was really confused by this girl.
"So this girl… you said that she could read your mind…" Uni muttered to the others as she looked at Nepgear reluctantly showing her around her room. "That's kind of creepy if you ask me…"
"Yeah… But she never told us how." Noire said with a frown before crossing her arms. "At least… not yet."
"Hm?" Sapphire stopped and then looked towards the other people looking at us. "Why are you guys staring at me like that?" She asked as she tilted her head in confusion. "Oh! You guys want me to tell you about how I'm reading your minds!" She said, to which the Lastation sisters immediately got caught off guard.
"What the…? How the…!?" Noire looked at Sapphire with a mix of shock and confusion. "Did you just…?" She was about to ask, but Sapphire shook her head.
"Nope! It's just written all over your face." Sapphire answered before turning Noire and Blanc. "But earlier… you both look cautious… Hmm…" She then tilted her head to the side. "What did I do wrong?"
"There's nothing you've done wrong." Historie spoke up as she walked in this room. "It's because you're exuding a high amount of energy, they're being cautious around you…" She explained to the blue-haired girl. Sapphire seemed to stare at her, like she wasn't listening to her. "Um… Is there something wrong?" She asked.
Sapphire blinked her eyes twice before she then shook her head. "Nope! It's nothing!" She replied as she grinned very widely. "It's just that you're small!" She told her.
"I… see…" Historie muttered, not paying a mind to that answer. She already got some form of that kind of response from other people, so she didn't mind. "Either way, your name is Sapphire, correct?" She asked to which the girl nodded. "Please sit down on this chair." She said as motioned to the chair. "I'm going to have you answer a few questions."
Sapphire did as she was told and sat down. "Okay! Shoot!" She answered immediately, as she looked at her, expecting an answer.
"First question: do you know what is going on?" Histoire asked before going quiet, waiting for the girl to answer.
"Oh! Um… You guys sort of gave me a gist of it earlier…" Sapphire said before she thought about it for a while. "I came from another dimension. When I came here, I exuded a powerful signal that must have reached you."
"So you know what I'm going to ask you next." Historie said, scratching her chin for a while before she spoke up again. "How did you come here?" She asked.
"I don't know!" Sapphire exclaimed, giving a very expressive shrug. "All I know is… wait…" She then dug through her front pocket and took out a clear crystal that was the size of a hand. "I touched this, it glowed, and the next thing I knew I was falling!" She said as she showed it to Histoire.
"It… glowed…?" Histoire then narrowed her eyes at the crystal in the young girl's hand. "Strange… I never heard anything like that…" She muttered, looking around it. "By any chance you could turn this into the Basilicom staff?" She asked Sapphire.
"Sure!" Sapphire answered, giving a smile. "I actually want to know what this is too." She then took a closer look at it. "Because I found this when digging through a scrapyard… Hm…" She then tilted her head. "Too confusing…" She muttered under her breath.
"Oh. Don't worry about it too much…" Histoire answered, giving a small wave and smile before looking at her with a rather serious look. "Back to questioning, why did you exude high amounts of energy when you came here?"
"High amounts of…?" Sapphire then tilted her head and frowned, trying to think for a while before shaking her head. "I can't tell you…" She shook her head. "Sorry… but… I just can't…" She said, closing her eyes.
"What do you mean 'you can't?'" Blanc suddenly spoke up, catching the attention of the blue-haired girl. "You seriously think we're just going to shrug that off like nothing?" She asked.
"Yeah!" Sapphire answered, giving a huge smile and slowly nodded. "At least… I think so…?" She then tilted her head.
"That was a rhetorical question…" Blanc told her in an almost angry tone, to which the young girl went 'Oh' and crossed her arms while tilting her head to the other side, almost in confusion. This looks to Blanc that it's not getting to her, which made her a bit more angrier. "Just tell us already dammit!" She exclaimed angrily.
"I just can't tell you guys!" Sapphire exclaimed with a pout, looking almost like a child getting upset. "Don't wanna! Big dum dum!" She then stuck her tongue, which just made Blanc absolutely livid.
"Woah woah…! Calm down, Blanc!" Neptune exclaimed, waving her down, but Blanc was not listening to her and was about to punch Sapphire for that insult. "Hey~! Don't go rage mode on her!" She said, trying to hold her back hitting the young girl on the head. "Come on! Let's hear her out, okay?"
"Blanc…! Please calm down!" Histoire said, standing in front of Sapphire like she's protecting the young girl. "I got this under control. So please don't hit her!" She told her.
"Yes. There's no need for violence." Vert spoke up finally, making Blanc look at her. "She should at least explain herself about how she was able to read our mind."
"Blanc…" Rom spoke up as she looked at her sister a bit worried while Ram looked like she didn't really care too much about Sapphire.
Blanc looked between Neptune, Vert, Histoire, Rom, and Sapphire. "Rrgh…" She grumbled before immediately shrugging Neptune off. "Fine…! Only because I want to hear what she said!" She said, crossing her arms before staring at the blue haired girl, who stared back at her with confusion.
"Okay…?" Sapphire said before looking at Histoire who turned to her. "Um… It's hard to explain…" She thought for a while before giving a small sigh. "Basically, I just have an ability that lets you see people's thoughts… their actions… and even their memories… no more than that… um…" She then gave everyone a grin. "At least, that's how I think my ability works!"
"Your ability…? Oh! So you're like Uzume!" Neptune said as she pointed her finger to Sapphire, who looked confused. "Oh! You don't know who that is? Oopsie! You'll probably meet her somewhere in your fic…!" She said, to which everyone else just either rolled their eyes or just confused.
"Well, ignoring that, is that how you were able to read our minds?" Noire asked immediately, to which the young girl nodded quickly and smiled a little.
"Mhm! But um…" Sapphire then look off to the side. "I don't really like using it, but I kind of have to know what's going on…" She said before grinning at her. "Oh and I did that to you just to creep you guys out…!" She told everyone, which everyone looked back at her, flabbergasted.
"Seriously!?" Noire exclaimed, putting her hands on her hips, looking at her in confusion and anger. "Wait… Hold on… Let me get this straight… You did all of that, just to creep us out!?" She asked, to which Sapphire nodded. "Why do I feel like you're even worse than Neptune…?" She muttered under her breath.
"Eh?" Sapphire tilted her head to the side in a bit of confusion. "Why would I be even worse than Neptune?" She asked before tilting her head to the other side. "I… don't get this at all…"
"This girl's a total idiot…" Blanc muttered under her breath. "It's like nothing is getting in her head at all…"
Sapphire just blinked at Uni and Blanc twice before giving a shrug. "Is that all you want to ask me?" She asked, to which Histoire shook her head.
"Actually, there is something I want to ask about you…" Histoire told her as she narrowed her eyes for a little bit before turning to the others in the room. "But before that, Noire, Blanc, and Vert, you can leave. I'm sorry I took your time."
"Yes. Because this was clearly a waste of time." Blanc said before walking away. "Rom. Ram. We're leaving." She said as she walked away.
Rom and Ram followed after her sister before waving goodbye to Nepgear. Noire was the next to leave, followed by Uni and then Vert. This left only Neptune, Nepgear, Histoire, and Sapphire in the room.
"Well that was something…" Neptune muttered before looking at Sapphire, who then looked back at her with confusion. "So… uh… Do you want to play some games after?" She asked, in which she felt a dark presence after.
"Neptune… If I remember correctly… You didn't do your work…" Histoire said, emitting a dark aura around her. "Please do your work or else I'll…!" She said, to which Neptune waved her arms.
"Okay okay! I'll get to it!" She said before running off, leaving the room. To this, Histoire sighed to herself.
"Nepgear. Could you check on your sister for me?" Histoire asks, giving the girl a warm smile. "To make sure she actually does her work." She told her, to which Nepgear nodded before followed after Neptune. She then turned to Sapphire. "So… I need to ask this one question." She said to which the girl nodded slowly.
"Does your dimension have someone like me?"
—
Catching up to Neptune, Nepgear tapped her on the shoulder. "So Neptune, what did you think about that girl?" She asked, in which Neptune just shrugged.
"No clue what I'm supposed to think about her…" Neptune said as she put her hand behind her head. "But she seemed pretty cool and she didn't look like she wanted to go crazy on the world or whatever…"
Nepgear looked at Neptune for a while, thinking about it, before giving her a smile. "Yeah… I don't really see her doing the things that Kurome or our past fights had done."
Neptune noticed that Nepgear was a bit worried, so she slapped her on the back. "Come on! Don't worry too much! She doesn't seem that dangerous to me!" She said, giving her a smile. "If she is, we'll just have to give her a quick beating, okay?" She said, to which Nepear nodded. "Either way! Time for some pudding!" She exclaimed as she ran off the complete opposite direction of her office.
"Neptune!" Nepgear exclaimed as she chased after her sister.
—
"Argh! That girl…! She's so…!" White Heart exclaimed angrily as her and the other CPUs flew right next to her.
"Yeah… I know that feeling…" Black Heart said, sympathizing with her. "That girl is… very dense if you put it that way…" She then sighed before looking over her shoulder, seeing the Planeptower growing smaller and smaller as they flew away.
"But you two have to admit one thing…" Green Heart spoke up, catching their attention. "She doesn't seem too dangerous. At least for now…"
Black Heart and White Heart stopped before they looked at each other as the former sighed. "Yeah… I have to admit… She's not like the others in the past." She admitted, giving a frown. "It's just that… I expected something else…" Black Heart then went quiet as she sighed.
"Yeah… I thought we were going into battle again after so long…" Black Sister agreed as she frowned as well. "But instead we got her and well…"
"Understandable." Green Heart said, crossing her arms and frowned. "She doesn't seem like she wants to attack us and overall, that girl is pretty friendly despite her strange nature."
"But that's the thing… she never attacked us at all…! And the fact she can read our minds…" White Heart exclaimed as she grumbled. "I can't even trust everything she says! I just have this feeling that she will attack us one day or even use some information we have against us!"
To that, everyone went quiet. "Blanc?" White Sister Rom spoke up, in which White Heart looked towards her. "She doesn't look like it… At least… I don't think so…" Her voice slowly trailed off.
"And beside! What's she going to do?" White Sister Ram said while shrugging. "She's just some stupid dum dum!"
White Heart just stared at her younger sisters before sighed. "Whatever, let's just go Rom, Ram…" She said before she flew away from the group. "I got some paperwork I need to do…" She flew off to Lowee with White Sister Rom and Ram in tow.
"Let's go, Uni." Black Heart said before she noticed Green Heart looking down in thought. "Is there something wrong Vert? She asked, making Green Heart look up.
Green Heart looked up before waving an arm. "Oh no. It's nothing." She said, giving a smile. "Don't worry too much about it, okay?"
Black Heart stared at her for a while before she shrugged it off and left with Black Sister, who followed after her. After she left, Green Heart closed her eyes, thinking about that girl, Sapphire before she frowned.
"Why did her eyes always look sad…?" Green Heart wondered to herself, to which no one gave an answer.
I think this should be said for this chapter where I can't write ten characters in the same room since trying to find which character should speak up is hard. So I decided to have the CPUs talk amongst each other (since that scene was not planned).
I hope I wrote these characters correctly since trying to remember how they're written is a bit hard. I just write them how I remember them.
So either way, that's what I got so far. Next time is Sapphire exploring Planeptune. Hope you enjoy this chapter and Please Review and Stay Safe!
