Harry was in one of the twenty-eight labs in one of his towers in his Imperial Fortress, Empire City, when he got a call from Sirius that he was in his office and he had something to show him.

Harry left the molecular assembler he was trying to create to see if it could help him with building his Shrinkage Inducer and took an elevator to his office.

He opened the door of the office to meet Sirius who was waiting for him with Yelena. He gave both of them a nod in greeting and asked, "what made you pull me out of my lab, Sirius? Are you here as Director Noir?"

"Any will do," Sirius said. He brought out a shrunk canvas from his pocket and enlarged it. Sirius found out about his shrinking device project and since then made it his job to drive Harry mad by shrinking things whenever the opportunity present itself. He gave Harry a teasing smile before he went on. "I called you because of this."

He placed the now enlarged canvas on Harry's desk and Harry saw that it was a map. A map of Empire City that showed real time locations in it with names of the people. In the part that showed the Imperial Fortress he could see their names in an office in the research tower. It was his office and was even tagged so on the map. Even his Taskbots showed, they were numbered in Roman numerals. As he watched a dockyard appeared on the part of the map that showed the river Thames.

He was surprised because today was the day the Taskbots were finishing the dockyards of the micro city and if what he was seeing on this map was indeed correct they were done building it.

"What is this?" Harry asked, amazed. He was already thinking of ways to replicate this with tech.

"This is the Marauders Map. The newest version, at least," Sirius answered. "I and the other Marauders when we were students created a map like this so that we could traverse the school unhindered and discover the secrets the school was famous for. This right here is the work of hundreds of charms, runes, and enchantments. Many would call it an artifact. When you told me to place wards around Empire Street and Empire City the thought of creating an ultimate spying tool for EMPIRES entered my mind and I remembered the map. I couldn't fully remember how we made it though and we left no record of its creation process behind. What I remembered was that you told me that Helena had many powers so I decided to ask her if she had any mind powers and she told me that indeed she had telepathy. With her help I was able to review each memory of how we created the map and I wrote everything down. I created this one as a prototype to show you and linked it to the wards of Empire city."

Send me copies of the memories he is talking about, Harry sent through the mental link he shared with Yelena.

Knew you'd ask. Saved them for you, here, she replied, sending him the mental motion pictures.

Harry viewed them all in just about a minute thanks to his evolving brain and he came to several conclusions. The most important which was the impossibility of implementing this map in a planetary scale.

"This is a very impressive map but it will only be useful in a place under our control," Harry informed them sadly. Sirius nodded in understanding but Yelena frowned. Harry answered her unasked question. "This map won't work without the wards. When Sirius linked it to the wards he was adding a new feature to the ward stone. You can't do something like that to an area without adding it to the wards package and to do that you need to inscribe it to the ward stone. Why Sirius and his friends could do it to Hogwart without using its wardstones was because this enchantments are not dangerous. If it was something stronger like an entrapment curse or the Fidelius charm you will need access to the wardstones to make them work in the area. I'd have like to use this on the entire world but..."

Yelena had a thoughtful frown, then asked:

"Can't we just, I don't know, ward the world?"

Sirius burst out laughing at the ridiculousness of that question. Harry just smiled and let Sirius explain this one. "Ward stones are needed for strong, long-lasting, wide-ranged wards. Wardstones themselves are naturally occurring magical gems that are found in areas that have a heavy concentration of magical energy. They are quite rare and Harry is lucky that House Black have some hidden away, that was where I got the ones I used to ward Empire City and Empire Street. Even if you find enough wardstones to ward the world, as you said, which is very impossible, but let's assume it possible to find such amount of ward stones which would number billions. I am certain that the best computer in the world will be unable to run the arithmetic calculations needed for such magical project."

"I'm not really sure it's impossible to ward the world," Harry told them. Sirius looked at him in shock and Yelena gave him an expectant look. "I'm already thinking of ways to synthetize the gems used for making ward stones. One of my computers I'm certain could run the needed calculations to set the wards up."

"I'm sensing a but," Yelena said, flipping her blonde hair back after it fell from where she'd placed it behind her ears. The sight captured Harry's attention for a moment and it was only when she raised a brow in enquiry, having caught him staring and amused about it, that he looked away.

"The only problem is..." he continued, getting over himself, "is imbuing the gems with pure magical energy."

"Can't you have Sirius pour magic into them like his did his wand then?" Yelena asked making Sirius go pale in either shock or fear.

"That will be very dangerous. Sirius will give his all and fall dead and one single gem won't still be fully charged. All the magical energy roaming this world and in its habitants won't be enough to charge up fifty magical ward gems." Sirius relaxed and Harry's growing empathy and telepathy picked up some of what he felt. He'd felt that Harry's lack of magical education would have made him want to try Yelena's suggestion and he'd have been forced to agree because of the loyalty oath he gave Harry. Harry placed a reassuring hand on his godfather's shoulder. "I know what you felt. I would never have done that and just so you know my magical knowledge exceeds yours."

"You are a genius with above human level IQ now. Can't you look for a way to get more magical energy?" Yelena asked hopefully. "This map is a game changer. Intelligence organisation all over the world will die to know its secrets."

"There might be a way to solve the energy problem. Currently I'm working on creating a molecular assembler. Creating this new device that have only been theorised about will help me when I'm making my Shrinkage Inducer. The Shrinkage Inducer is not the only thing the knowledge I'll gain from creating this molecular assembler will help me know how to create. It will help me when I'm creating an energy to matter converter. I heard that Reed Richards created an energy converter. It was difficult to hack into the Baxter Building but I did it to verify and when I verified I saw that it worked more like a molecular assembler than a real energy to matter converting device. After I create that I'll create and matter to energy converter and my big goal, an energy to energy converter. The E2E converter will help me to get the energy needed to power my Shrinkage Inducer and with some tweaks it might be able to convert solar energy to magical energy. I know a runic array that could do that but it's so risky that only fools use it in the magical world to amp the power needed for their rituals."

"You know so much about the magical world for someone who is not a part of it. It will scare a lot of magicals if they find out," Sirius said with his famous dog-like grin.

Harry picked up a pen and paper from his office desk and started writing down list of runes, enchantments and divining spells that could be used to upgrade the Marauders Map. Some of these were from Voldemort memories others were from some of the books he read in the Wizarding shopping districts. Harry had read all the books in all the book shops in Diagon Alley, Knockturn Alley, Horizont Alley, and the magical market in Wales. It was easy to read so many books when all he needed to do was glance at a page and remember everything in it. His photographic memory help him study quicker than most computers. He'd gathered more magical knowledge when he has been a professor. A female colleague, and unofficial mentor, kept taking him along with herself on vacations to different countries. He went to Rue de Magie in France and he read all the books he found there, he did same in Stadt Rätsel, Germany, and Magia Città in Italy. The United States had so many magical factions and it made them have over five hundred shopping centres. Harry couldn't visit all of them during his vacations but he did his binge reading when his colleague took him to the Big Apple, Frisco, and Oklahoma City.

There were things he knew about magic that the Supreme Mugwump and the Sorcerer Supreme knew nothing about.

This made the upgrades he was listing fill ten sheets of paper. He gave them to Sirius. "Incorporate these to the map's enchantments and runic arrays and it'll be upgraded to act like a state of the art magical computer. These are the amount of things you can add to them that the different kinds of magics won't offset eachother. Some of the enchantments there are for setting up alarm systems than you can tie to a name or a building on the map. There are over ten divining spells and scrying charms there that you can use to make the map show 3D real time video coverages some are even holographic. Some spells there are for audio and some will help you use the map as a medium of entrapment. Since this map shows people's true name or designation, one of the Chinese spells I added to the list will be able to make you cast a sleeping spell on a person if you have the person in your line of sight and add their real name to the spell. There are lots of spells there and I wrote down how to use all of them and what they work for. Study them and do a little research before adding them and you will have the best map in the world."

Sirius held the sheets, staring in amazement at the things written on them. "Some of the spells here will make this map indestructible. There is even a Fidelius type of spell that could be used to make people forget something without obliviating them, it locks the knowledge from their mind as a secret," Sirius said in awe. He looked up at Harry, wide-eyed. "This is... I never even knew magic could do some of the things I'm seeing some spell here can do. We can use the map as a bridge to reach out to a dangerous foe in Empire City and banish them into another dimension. I will need to access the wardstones to link some of these to the wards and link them to the map."

"Does this mean that you could create a magical computer?" Yelena asked, impressed. She had taken some of the papers from Sirius to read them.

"I could build something even better than a computer with magic. Something like a hyperactive super artificial intelligence. Something so powerful that it'll be able to reprogramme this planet and with enough energy, the universe. But I won't create such a thing not only because it'll be too dangerous but also because magic is a shortcut and you already know what I think about shortcuts."

"If it's possible to build this super AI with non-magical means, will you build it?" Yelena enquired, worriedly and even Sirius looked like he wanted to hear Harry's answer. He decided not to answer them. When Yelena saw that she won't be getting an answer from him she asked a different questioned. "Why have you not yet created and AI, anyway?"

Harry went to his chair and relaxed into it. He haven't slept for over thirty straight hours and he was beginning to get tired. "Most of my new techs like the Taskbots are so intelligent and advanced that I fitted them with a neural interface. I can operate them with my mind. Any advanced mind that they have been programmed to recognise its brainwaves and frequencies will be given some limited access to their operating systems. You and Sirius are the only ones I trust who fit the bill so I added you both. Sirius have his enhanced magical mind and you my dear Helena have an enhanced mind that is connected to your Adaptoid brain. Telepaths, empaths, and people with different mental capabilities can use the interface if their brainwaves and mental frequencies are scanned by the techs and the scan show that they have access. It's just like a pale imitation of technopathy. With this I don't see the importance of AI."

After that he promptly fell asleep. Yelena tried to test something. She used her Adaptoid power to telepathically reach out to the tech chair Harry was on. It was easy for her to do so because she was half cyborg after all. It was just like when she tried to access the upgrades Harry had added to herself and all the new features sort of became known to her. The chair's capabilities became known to her, it was a hover chair that could expand to become a bed.

A mental command from her made the chair expand into a medium sized bed with sheets, blankets and pillows. If she didn't know that this was the same collapsible-expandable tech that her tech wings had, she'd have assumed that Harry created a shrinking tech without knowing it. She made the bed hover near the ventilation system of the office then she dragged Sirius out of the office with herself so that Harry could get his much needed sleep.

~Break~

Harry Potter, wearing a strange helm, knocked on the door of the home belonging to a long dead magical family twice.

This house he was in was protected by a Fidelius charm. It took Harry lots of research to find it's location. He didn't break the Fidelius, he just bypassed it.

He was looking for a woman who faked her death five years ago. It took him by surprise to find out she faked her death and some time to find out where she was hiding.

Every source he found said she had a house that was willed to her by her late father but couldn't remember the house's location. It took Harry too long in his opinion to figure out that the house was probably under a Fidelius charm. He was able to get the general location of the house from family friends that visited it when they could still remember it.

From Madam Longbottom to be exact who was an ally of his in the magical world. To her he was still the heir to House Potter even if he was a Squib because she possessed common sense. James Potter had only one child, one he didn't want, and never knew to remove that child as his heir because he had been too proud to listen to his father's teachings of lordly duties and traditions.

Augusta was able to remember the town the house Harry was searching for was situated in but she could not remember where the house was situated in the town.

Harry went to the town in Ireland and after searching for the house and not finding it, he created a magical energy scanner and used it to scan the entire town for a high concentration of magical energy that he could not see. He hit jackpot in the small forest behind the town. When he stepped into the place he lost all sense of awareness and would have died or run mad if he hadn't stepped back quickly.

He didn't despair, though, the house might be unplottable but he had been able to mark the coordinates of the magical energy concentration point.

He went back home then and did a research on animals that lacked human senses. He found many, mostly fishes, but how they got by with different sensory abilities helped him develop a device that will help him bypass the Fidelius effect.

The device was a helmet with lots of sensors, scanners and detectors. From metal detector and thermal imaging to kinetic energy scanners and many more, including eight different motion sensors. The device had a camera and a live recording system. All this would have not been possible if magicals considered non-magical sciences when creating the rules of their magical charms, spells, and enchantments.

Now he was back, his mind disoriented but connected to the neural interface of the helmet and it fed him information of his surroundings. It was even better than normal human perception. With his mind linked to the helmet he knew things he wasn't supposed to know. The helmet knew that the door was made of oak and seemed to be eight hundred years old, it knew also that the particles in the atmosphere of magical areas were heavily charged with magical energy and this was what magicals called magical signature. The charged particles could contain energies of spells, curses and other magical phenomena. The particles emit what magicals call residual energy.

The helmet could also sense that the air was cleaner here than it was in the rest of the town likely due to refreshment wards. The helmet also knew that the walls of the house were not made from bricks but assembled stones. The helmet even knew the age of the trees around the house.

The helmet knew all these things so Harry automatically became aware of them. It was like a HUD in his mind. He definitely was in love with the neural interface he created. Yelena loved it more than him though and Sirius was still finding it hard to be comfortable with.

Harry was still analysing the information that he was getting from the helmet through the interface when the door opened. His recording device fed him the live coverage and he saw right before him Pandora Lovegood.
