Upon arriving at the car lot, Saphira got out of her car after she parked it and made her way to the salon. She did glance around briefly to see if she could spot the Mazda, but nothing so far. Not that she cared for the time being. She was going to be here for a few hours getting her hair done., so if Jerry wanted to waste his time, that was not her problem by a long shot. She made her way into the salon and informed the workers who she was and the appointment time.

When she got settled in, Saphira simply sat there as she chatted with her hair stylist as they got to work on her hair. They just spoke about general things, and it was a rather nice time. Saphira knew that Barricade and the scrap bots might end up being pretty bored about this very quickly as they would only be staring at the mirror like she was. But they also would get to see how things went with her hair.

It would take a few hours. And when she had the time, Saphira would glance at the window a few times in case Jerry was there, and she never saw him. Maybe he was no longer required, or he wasn't stupid. She didn't allow this thought enter her mind as she wanted to enjoy her time that afternoon. With the trim and treatment she was getting, she was also getting a balayage. She had gone with a dark blue color, and Saphira was really looking forward to how it would look in her hair.

The hours pass by and it was late afternoon by the time her hair was finished, and she was extremely happy with the result. She looked how natural the dark blue looked in her hair and she couldn't wait to show it to Optimus. She paid for the appointment before she walked out of the salon. When she did so, she noticed a white Mazda parked by her car.

Great…that must be him.

Saphira tugged at her purse uncertainly as she observed where he was parked. He had reversed into the park beside hers with both driver side doors beside each other. And the man was sitting in his car, watching her intensely. Now this really seemed like he was going to try and nab her, but she wasn't entirely sure. However, he looked nervous. And he gestured for her to come closer.

Is this man crazy or something?

Saphira didn't know what to think at the moment. She sighed as she reached into her bag to grab the handgun she still had with her. She walked towards her car cautiously, glancing around at the lot to make sure that no one will notice as this was very awkward for her as well. Her heart was racing at the moment, and she had so many thoughts going through her mind right now. She hoped this would not turn sour.

She walked between the two cars and pulled her gun out, hiding it against her handbag, but Jerry was able to see it as he winds down his window. "I'm just going to make this real simple for you. I know you have been a creepy, stalker for a few days and I am not going to take chances with you. I don't think…"

"Get in your car!" Jerry snapped in irritation at the girl.

"What?"

"Do you want to be dead today?" Jerry asked as he narrowed his eyes at her. "I'm already a dead man, but I don't think I have to take you with me. Get in your car and act natural." Her frown deepened as she listened to him' "Damn it, just get in your car! I am doing you a fucking favor!"

Saphira was still suspicious, but she got into her car anyway and turned on her car before winding her window down. "Alright, is this better?" The man nodded as he looked around nervously. "Why the fuck have you been stalking me, huh? What is your motive? Or, should I say, what is Megatron's motive?"

Jerry looked at her with a worried frown and looked away again. "You had your face plastered across the entire world a year ago. You became wanted because aliens invaded our planet. And you were in Egypt, right?" Saphira placed her fingers on the trigger as she did not like what she was hearing. "Don't answer, we both already know it. But something else is coming. I can't go to the government, they watch and listen to my every move. But you can."

"Pfft, yeah right," Saphira said in disbelief as she listened to the man. "I'd the information is important enough, you should be able to go."

"If only it were that simple! You have no idea what my life has been like! And now, I at least have a chance to make things right for the future of our planet." Jerry began to ruffle something and she didn't know what he was doing. "Shit is going down as we speak! Why do you think no one's been up there since 1972?" 1972? Saphira raised a confused eyebrow as she listened to him. He pulled out folded papers and held it out to her. "This is my manifesto! They're whacking us out! Take it!"

Saphira took the paper cautiously and looked at it with a frown before looking back at him. "Why are you doing this? You know you could have done something and brought me to the decepticons."

"Yeah…but I'd still be dead." He shook his head as some guilt filled his face before he became serious again. "Your alien friends and mate are in danger." She widened her eyes in both surprise and worry as soon as he said that. "It's up to you now, Saphira. I wish you the best. I just wanted to get this to you. My task was to spy on you, and that's what I'm doing, nothing more." Jerry looked around again before gesturing to her. "Get out of here! We might both be spied upon right now."

Saphira placed her handgun back into her bag along with the paper and looked at Jerry. "Thank you. I hope…uh…I hope you find peace, if this does bring your doom." The man didn't respond and she put the car into reverse. "Alright, good luck."

She backed out of the car space and drove away. Saphira took a deep breath as that really got to her nerves. She had no idea that Jerry intended on giving her something this whole time. Maybe he didn't know when a good time was. And now he had the chance. She couldn't help but be thankful for his effort, even if he might die because of it. But if what he said was true, the decepticons are killing off their human operatives as they undoubtedly know too much.

Saphira now just wanted to get home. She was shaking because she was so nervous now, and she did not know what to think. But she pondered on the year he was talking about. 1972 was the year of the first moon landing, that much she knew. But Jerry pretty much gave her a haunting warning. The autobots were in danger, and she didn't like it. She knew at least Barricade, Wheelie and Brains would know, as they would have heard the entire conversation. She was definitely happy that they knew. But how they had to figure out what he had given her.

After arriving in the apartment car lot, Saphira made her way to the elevator to head up to her floor. She stood in the elevator and paced as she waited after pressing the button. So many things were through her mind right now. She didn't like it at all, and she couldn't sense what Optimus was feeling right now. She hoped he could still feel her feelings as it would be a way for him to know that something was wrong.

When the doors open on the right floor, Saphira walked out quickly and made her way to her door and opened it with her key. She felt a lot better once she opened the door and saw Barricade's holoform on the other side, looking at her with concern on his face. She smiled at him before she hugged him suddenly, surprising the former decepticon by the sudden reaction, but when he felt her trembling, he understood she only wanted comfort.

"Are you going to be okay, Saphira?" He asked gently as he rubbed her back gently. "That Jerry gave us some pretty heavy clues about what is coming. And the fact he mentioned the date humans went to the moon for the first time, leads me to believe exactly what I have predicted."

"That is what I am thinking too," Saphira said as she took deep breaths. "Give me a little bit of time and I should calm down enough. I just need to process it all, and then we can get to looking at what precisely Jerry had given me."

Barricade nodded in understanding as he was also curious about the whole thing. He made sure to allow her to hug him, even though Barricade knew he wasn't Optimus. Her sparkmate could calm her down far better than he can and he knew it. But it was the best he could do for at this time. After all, they just received some heavy information that they need to dissect.

"We really need to tell Mearing about all of this," Wheelie said bluntly as he sat on the edge of the table with a deep frown. "I know we aren't supposed to be doing anything while we are with you, but this needs to get to the other autobots."

"I agree. But I should be the one to tell them, not you. We don't need to be getting into trouble." Saphira backed away from Barricade and smiled at him. "Thanks. I needed that." She walked around him and grabbed out the folded piece of paper from her bag. "Let's see what exactly what he has given me."

Saphira unfolded the paper as she sat down, and realized it was multiple pieces of paper that had been folded. She spread the pieces out on the table and looked over them curiously. Barricade sat beside her as he and the two scrap bots look over the papers curiously. It seemed there was information about satellite projects that had once been worked on in the past, and individuals who had died during the time. Or were killed. Saphira couldn't help but thing that the decepticons were good at making deaths look like an accident.

There were more paper articles about NASA scientists and other important people who seem to be people Jerry had known to work with the decepticons. She wasn't too sure though, but all these pieces really felt like a puzzle at this time. The information seemed to be both direct and cryptic from Jerry, but it wasn't until there was a piece of paper about the moon. Specifically the dark side, and that was setting alarm bells going off in Saphira's mind. This was something that Barricade has spoken about, and it seemed that Jerry was pretty much telling them what is about to happen.

"Barricade, I think that the deceptcions will get their way," Saphira said slowly, looking at him with a worried expression. "Jerry knew something, and he risked his life to bring this to us. And now it pretty much confirms that Megatron is aiming for the moon." She hummed with a frown. "Yet…would it be possible that the Ark landed on the other side of the moon?"

"It is possible," Barricade said with a shrug. "I never got a confirmation about that. But I know that Megatron wants to complete whatever plan he and Sentinel had. I just don't really know why he would have waited." The former decepticon pondered for a moment. "If Sentinel is still alive…he could potentially be on the moon, I don't know. But he would have also been involved with the Fallen…though…"

"This is still definitely concerning. If only I knew when Optimus was coming home. I haven't received a text from him. I sent one to him while I was at the salon, asking how things were progressing. And I have received nothing." She frowned in concern and looked at Barricade. "And I can't feel his emotions."

"You can't? Why would Optimus shut off his feelings?" Brains said with a frown. "Could it be because you woke up early this morning?" She shrugged with a nod, making the scrap bot hum thoughtfully and looked down at the pieces of paper. "That is interesting to me…maybe he does not want you to worry about what he is feeling. Which also makes you worry when you cannot sense them. It's really a no-win choice on his part."

"A stupid decision if you ask me. You both are sparkmates, so sharing your feelings is normal. But…Optimus might have a good reason. He might not have wanted to scare you." Wheelie waved his index finger around as he looked at the papers. "Hmm…seems like that the decepticons are cutting loose ends. That would explain why Jerry said he was dead anyway."

"That would not be a surprise. If the cons have been using humans all these years, and they no longer see a use for them, they would be nothing more than a liability. Humans aren't always good keeping their tongue, so they cut it permanently." Barricade looked over the various pages before looking at Saphira. "I can find out when Optimus is returning if you would like. I may not be able to be told now, but I can probably sneak a message or something. Unless Lennox sends you a message."

"He usually does. I am not terribly concerned by that though." She looked at her phone again and saw there was nothing. "I guess I am just now really worried about what could happen to you. And what the cons are planning."

"It does have something to do with Cybertron as well." She frowned at Barricade as he admitted that detail. "But I am not really sure why. Our planet is dead, so there should be no reason…unless there has been something that I cannot even think of."

"Like using this planet to restore it?"

"I…I don't actually know if that is even possible, if I am honest with you. But…knowing Megatron, it is going to be something crazy. And he'll also make time to try and get you too. Especially if he has a plan for Optimus." She felt tears fill her eyes as she did not like to hear that at all. Barricade softened his expression and smiled at her as he saw her getting emotional regarding it. "It will be okay, Saphira. We have been through so much…"

"I know, I know. I died, and so did Optimus. Pretty ironic, honestly, dying for each other before we even became sparkmates." She sniffled with a light smile. "I guess…I am afraid, Barricade. I know I have faced Megatron before. But that doesn't mean that I am not afraid. Especially if…if he somehow succeeds."

"Aw, warrior goddess, you make my spark hurt hearing you feel this kind of fear. But you got us to look out for you." She looked away from Wheelie as the bot spoke to her gently. "And we didn't get to say it, but your hair looks phenomenal! I see you went with a nice blue, a nice way to say that your are Prime's sparkmate to everyone." She let out a little chuckle and looked down at the ground. "I really think you need to just slow down. How about a nice, hot bath? Maybe a bubble bath? That would do you some good."

"I haven't had one of those in a while." Saphira sniffled a little again as she listened to him. "It could do me some good…but I am not sure." She shrugged as she thought about the offer. "Nah…I think I am good for now. Thanks for the idea, Wheelie. I just…I just need to think of a plan…" She glanced at the time and sighed sadly. "And you guys have to leave soon."

"Yeah, I know. And it sucks!" Brains stamped his foot as he responded and placed his hands on his hips. "Are you sure you want to be the one to tell NEST about all this information?"

"Yes. I think I have to do something else first as well." Saphira had thought about calling Edmund about this. The two of them have communicated a few more times during the last year, and now she needed advice from him. "Once I do that, with extra evidence, I should be able to give it to NEST. It would be the most sensible thing to do."

"I dare hope it does not take long. The longer we wait, the worse it will be." Barricade tensed suddenly as he received a message, as did the scrap bots. "Frag…I guess they want us back very soon." He grumbled as he stood from the chair. "I am very sorry that we cannot stay for much longer. Please do be safe, Saphira. I fear things are going to get worse. As Jerry said, shit is going to go down."

Saphira smirked at him as she was amused that he swore using human language, but she didn't make a comment about it. "I will be safe, I promise, Barricade. I should hope to see you again in a day or two…hopefully in a day. I do not know what else I might be able to find."

Barricade nodded and turned to the two scrap bots. "Alright, time for you both to be undercover. I don't care what you choose, just do it. I do not want to be in trouble by NEST."

"We shall be seeing you soon, Mrs Prime!" Wheelie said confidently as he rolled over to Barricade and transformed into the toy truck again. "We will not be far away. Get your evidence as fast as possible and get there. Don't be wasting any time."

"I agree with Wheelie. We cannot help if we are stuck behind those walls." Brains transformed next, and he transformed into a laptop. "This sucks! We got some great info, and now we have no choice but to leave…ugh! Alright, Barricade, let's get out of here. And we will hope that Saphira comes to NEST soon."

"I promise that I will, I am not stupid." She smiled at them as she watched Barricade pick both scrap bots up. "I have had more than enough experience with decepticons. Now go before we all get in trouble." She stood up from her chair to follow Barricade to the door. "It has been nice having you here for a few days, Barricade. It has been a while."

"I just wish that I had more free time to spend time with you," Barricade said softly with a sad expression. "I know you and the bots had a bit more freedom when you first met. It just doesn't seem fair to me." She nodded in agreement as she felt the same too. "Ah, well, I will see you again soon. Make sure you get plenty of rest tonight as well. And I agree with Wheelie. Your hair is beautiful."

Saphira blushed a little from the compliment as the former decepticon stepped out of her door. "Thank you. I will see you soon." Barricade nodded politely before turning to leave the apartment with the two scrap bots.

Saphira took a deep breath to give herself time to relax. In that moment, she felt love all of a sudden and she gasped in happiness when she realized Optimus had lifted the block in the bond. She felt so much happiness that she sent relief and love back through the bond. She heard her phone going off and she ran back into the kitchen to look at her phone. She read the text and smiled excitedly as she saw it, but she also felt a sense of dread.

Evening, Saphira.

I deeply apologize for blocking my feelings from you. Something has been discovered while on our mission in Ukraine. Something from my past has been uncovered, and I almost feel like the humans of this world has lied to me. I hope I did not make you worry.

We should be back at NEST base in about two days. If you haven't left Washington yet, you should remain. I look forward to seeing you soon. I love you.

Saphira almost kissed the screen as she read it. But she still felt a sense of dread as she read the text. They found something that was of Optimus's past. It definitely had something to do with moon. Saphira was tempted to text back warning him against it, but she realized, she would probably sound foolish. She needed to get some more evidence. The papers she had from Wang was not enough in her mind, and she had to search for more.

She dialled Edmund's number, hoping he was awake. She waited patiently until she heard someone pick up. "Hello, Edmund!" Saphira spoke before the person can speak. "Sorry if this is a bad time, but I need some advice."

"Ah, mi'lady," Came the very polite voice that she knew from Cogman. She sighed in relief when she heard his voice. "I am afraid my master is asleep at this time. It is not yet the right time for him to rise. But perhaps I can be of assistence to you."

"I hope you can, Cogman. I received some intel from someone regarding the moon…" She looked down at the papers in front of her as she spoke to him. "And about different significant people who have gone missing or found dead. I am going to assume these people were connected to the decepticons. But something about the moon landing seems to be sticking out."

"It seems you are already on the right path, mi'lady. It is true, that the Apollo mission was more than a simple trip to the moon. But I cannot tell you any further as we do not have any further detail to give you." She frowned as she did not know if she believed him or not. "It is your job to seek out these kinds of details, Miss Dawn. There are still people who know what really happened in 1972 in this world, and all you have to do is find them. But you are going to need someone to help you."

"An autobot?" Saphira asked bluntly with a frown. "I don't think I can."

"Oh, you'll know who it is when you decide to call his number again." Who is this bot talking about? "I sincerely apologize that I cannot be of any further assistance. But this is part of your job, Miss Dawn. Investigate it. You could start by going to the space museum."

Last time I went there, I met a wise decepticon who sacrificed himself for Optimus.

"If they let me back in."

"I doubt they are going to even know you were the one who went to the museum, Miss Dawn, but it could be something to start with. And the internet has many holes in its tale of the mission." Saphira looked at her laptop and walked over to it and opened it to begin typing. "Whatever you do, you need to do it. It sounds like time is of the essence, so I will leave you to it."

"Wait, Cogman, I could really use…" She looked at her phone when she realized he hung up on her. "He's so annoying sometimes." She felt as though she had zero help from the other side of the world, but now it was up to her to start doing additional research.

It was true that she might need help, she was not expecting to get any kind of help from NEST. So it would have to be someone else. Saphira couldn't think of anyone at the top of her head straight away at this time. Regardless, Saphira decided to take Cogman's advice and take a deeper dive into the Apollo mission. She knew she might not necessarily find everything about it, but there might be clues that she could find that would stand out to her.

However, she did find herself getting distracted. Optimus was still sending her feelings of love and comfort through the bond, and she felt a deep connection with him. And she noticed there seemed to be something else she was feeling at this time, but she didn't know what it was. But she thought nothing of it as she happily returned those feelings of affection to Optimus. She was thoroughly excited to see him again, but she was also insanely nervous about what exactly had been found. And she intended to find out.
