A few hours after he woke up, and after a short nap, Harry woke up to Dumbledore walking into his room. He looked tired and as if he had not slept in weeks. He smiled as he saw Harry waking up and then sitting up.

"It warms my heart to see you awake and looking much better than the last time we were together when you were awake."

"Yeah. That was a little odd. I never did ask Madam Pomfrey what it was that caused my scar to bleed."

"She wouldn't have said anything until I had a chance to talk to you. There was a lot more to your scar than any of us knew. The only thing I knew was that it was cursed, which you knew. After that night, I sought council from the Goblins."

"Why the Goblins?"

"Goblins know of magics few witches and wizards know. Their skills with curses and breaking curses are unparalleled. A few witches and wizards get the privilege to learn from them. I had a couple of the goblin healers come and examine your scar. It turns out worse than I had imagined."

"How much worse," asked Harry?

"Your scar housed something of pure evil. It was something that no one had thought of, mostly because we did not think anyone would be mad enough to do this."

"What did Voldemort do?"

"He created something called a horcrux. It is a foul magic that allows one to split one's soul. To do this requires the worst imaginable act. The act of murder. You must kill another living being to do this and you must have a vessel to store the soul in. We believe he has done this more than once."

"So he created one with me?"

"I believe unintentionally. When he murdered your mother, I believe he started the ritual, but he did not even know it. Then when his killing curse rebounded after striking you, the soul piece that had been waiting for a container latched on to the only thing in the room. You."

"So I have a piece of him attached to me?"

"Not anymore my boy. Whatever happened the other night caused your body to expel the piece of his soul from you. It seems that magic did not want that to be a part of you. That was the reason your scar started bleeding. And that is what we believe drained your magic. Not everything else you had done that evening, but the forcing of this dark magic out of you."

"So what does that mean for me?"

"We are not sure yet. A few of my colleagues in the department of mysteries are going to review your test results and see if they can give you a better answer. For now, we must focus on other things."

"Like housing all those people who I saved and their families," said Harry with a grin.

"I had planned to talk to you about that before it was mentioned," said Dumbledore. "I take it the girls mentioned that I may have some place for them."

"And I knew the perfect person who just happened to find out they had a really big manor that is better protected than most places in the country. And you knew that I have a saving people thing."

"I'm sorry if I made any assumptions."

"It's fine sir. If you had not brought it up, I would have. You know me too well."

"For now, they are staying at Hogwarts since you are not at the manor to update the log."

"Can the log be brought here so I can update it and not delay anyone getting to a safe and comfortable place?"

"That could be possible. I would not want to assume…"

"Get all of the families here so we can have this conversation. I call Frederick and see if he can bring me the book."

Dumbledore left the room to send the messages. Harry called Frederick who appeared immediately.

"Frederick is happy to see you alive and awake sir. How can I help you?"

"It looks like we are going to have a lot of company for a little while. I am still going to be here for a few days, but these people need a safe place to go. Is it possible to update the ward log without me being at the manor?"

"Of course sir. I will bring you the book and all sir needs to do is write in the name of any of the peoples."

"If they have house elves, do I need to put them in the log too?"

"Yes sir."

"Good. Please bring me the ward book and then start preparing all the rooms that you can. Is there anything important about the manor I need to tell them before the others arrive."

"No one goes in the Master's office or the family library until you get's back."

"That could be difficult with Hermione."

"They can use second library but they must not enter family library. Only a Potter or someone taken in to the Potter family may enters," explained Frederick.

"Perfect. Thank you Frederick."

"I wills be back with the book shortly," said Frederick before he vanished in a pop. He returned shortly with the ward book and then was again gone in a pop. It was a couple hours later that Dumbledore arrived.

"I have invited all of the families to meet with you in an hour."

"Perfect. Frederick was able to bring me the book so they will be able to get there today. I'm not sure how everyone will get there."

"Madam Bones has been to the manor before as she was friends with you mother and father. I will help take the others."

After another hour, all of the families were gathered in the waiting room. Harry walked into the room, moving slowly.

"Should you be out of bed," asked Katie as he approached.

"I need to get up and move around," replied Harry. "And not everyone was going to fit in my room." Harry took a seat in the chair across from everyone else. "So, as Professor Dumbledore hinted at, I have a place for everyone to stay at for the time being until you are able to get your homes back in order. I will not be going there immediately as the healers want me to stay a few more days to run tests and then I will join all of you."

"Where would this place be," asked Hermione's father.

"I am not sure of the exact location as it is unplottable and I just pop in and out of there. I am sure either Professor Dumbledore or Madam Bones would be able to give you more information on it's location."

"Are you referring to Potter Manor," asked a beautiful blonde woman that Harry could only assume was Daphne's mother.

"Yes I am. Have you been there before?"

"I was part of your parents wedding. We spent many days there preparing for the wedding."

"Wow. I had no idea. Remind me to talk with you more about my parents."

"Of course Lord Potter."

"Ok. No referring to me as Lord Potter, Lord Black, or Lord anything. I am Harry. Just Harry. Now, all I need to do is get all of your family members information so I can add you to the wards. Then you will be safe to apparate to the manor. Mister and Missus Granger, Professor Dumbledore will assist you getting there. Once I get there, we can all have another sit down and discuss the events of that night. Hopefully we have more answers as to how I did what I did."

Everyone came up and Harry added them to the book. The girls all hugged Harry before they left. He returned to his room and fell asleep. The next few days went by quickly. The day he was to be released, he had a meeting with Madam Pomfrey, Professor Dumbledore, and a goblin healer.

"So this must not be good that all of you are here," said Harry as they all walked in.

"On the contrary Lord Potter. We come with great news," said the Goblin.

"Please, no Lord. Can we just have that added to anyone who is coming to meet me that they are not to call me Lord?"

"That is proper protocol," said Dumbledore. "Anyways, we have some answers for you. The first is the affects of the curse being removed from you."

"Great. What is the verdict?"

"The soul piece that was living in your scar was actually siphoning your magic. It was also the cause of your vision issues. That dark magic was hindering you in many ways. Now that it is gone, your magic will be more powerful and your body will correct itself," said the goblin healer.

"What do you mean correct itself," asked Harry.

"Harry, you are shorter than any male on your family had been at your age. We believe that your growth was stunted. Magic will correct that issue. You will be on nutrient potions to assist in this. We have pain potions for the nights as this will be when magic will make those corrections," said Madam Pomfrey. "Magic always does this when the body is in a state of rest."

"Awesome. I will be taller. And I can see without glasses. Anything else?"

"Not at this time," said Dumbledore. "Now, in regards to how you did what you did on that evening, I have some theories that others have agreed on."

"Anything is better than nothing," said Harry.

"If you remember your meeting at Gringotts and the title of Head of the Dragon coming up. This was a prophecy from the beginning of our magical world. Not the beginning of the world or the beginning of magic. No one truly knew the entire prophecy because as you know…"

"Only the person who the prophecy is about would be able to hear it."

"That is normally true. This time, there is another source of the prophecy. An ancient tome that has been stored in the Department of Mysteries since it was founded. A tome that opened by itself the other night."

"Let me guess, it opened to the page with the prophecy on it," said Harry.

"Yes," said Dumbledore. "The prophecy is still being analyzed. One thing it did say was the Head of the Dragon would be able to travel through fire."

"How does that relate to me?"

"Harry, you vanished into green flames. You appeared at each house in green flames. Your eyes glowed as if they were on fire."

"So how do I control that from happening," asked Harry. "And how did I hear the girls voices?"

"As for control, we will be working on your Occulemency."

"Not with Snape!"

"Professor Snape, and no, it will not be with him. You will actually be working with Lord Greengrass on that. He has taught both his daughters and wanted to repay you for what you did for his family."

"Ok. And what theories do we have about why those girls?"

"Still looking into that. Lord Greengrass, Madam Bones, and even Arthur Weasley are looking into things."

"How are the Weasleys?"

"They are perfectly fine. No damage to them or their home. Kingsley was at their home as was Tonks and Remus. Their wards have been enhanced to better protect them. They know you have been hospitalized and would like to see you soon."

"They have no idea what put me here."

"It was not information that they needed. They know you are alive and doing better than before."

"Thank you sir. I guess we can get you ready to leave," said Dumbledore.

"Finally," said Harry as he jumped out of the bed.

"That eager to be rid of me," asked Madam Pomfrey.

"You know I will see you a few times during the school term."

"You will see me once a week over the summer so we can track your growth and healing."

"Yes ma'am."

Harry and Dumbledore said their good byes and with a pop, the two left the hospital. What they did not notice was the green flames that formed around Harry. They also did not notice it when they arrived at Potter Manor. They walked in the front door where Frederick was waiting for them.

"Welcome home sir."

"Thank you Frederick. It is good to be back. How is everyone doing?"

"Sir's guests have adjusted well. A few families brought their elves so Frederick has help. It is nice to have many people back in."

"Where is everyone?"

"They all be scattered. Sir's ladies are all in the library."

Harry stopped and thought about what Frederick said. Why did he refer to them as Sir's ladies? He made his way to the library where he found all four girls sitting on the couches with their heads buried in books with parchment sitting next to them and quills on top of the parchment.

"You just got out of school and this is what you do," he said as he walked in. Hermione heard him and was the first to rush at him to get a hug. She wrapped her arms around him as he picked her up. "It's wonderful to see you to Hermione. What are you all doing?"

"Research," said Daphne as she put her book down and walked over to him. She gave him a warm hug and kissed him on his cheek.

"What are we researching," he asked as he hugged Katie and Susan as the approached him.

"How you heard us that night," said Daphne. "It is not something that is normal, but it is not something that has not happened before."

"So what theories do we have," he asked as he sat down in the large leather lounge chair.

"With everything we have found, something similar has happened 43 times in the past 764 years," explained Katie. "And every instance had one thing in common."

"And that would be?"

The girls all looked at each other, deciding who would tell him the big secret. He watched them all point their heads at him while looking at each other.

"Ummm….What's going on? What is the one common factor?"

"Soul Bonds," said Daphne. "Every instance involved a couple that was soul bound."

"Well, that probably wouldn't fit here. It's not possible to be soul bound to multiple people is it?"

"Harry, with magic, anything is possible," said Susan. "Just because it has not happened does not mean that it could not happen."

"Are you all thinking that this is what caused it?"

"We are looking for any other answer, but so far, we have come up with nothing," said Hermione. "We have looked through almost every book in this library and even had Professor Dumbledore bring older tomes from the Hogwarts library. They all point to the same thing."

"So what does being soul bound mean?"

"Usually, they are two souls that fate has determined are destined to be together," said Katie. "It usually resulted in marriage."

"That would be problematic in this situation."

"What's wrong Harry? Not sure you could handle the four of us," asked Katie, teasing him.

"I have not had a single girlfriend before. Now according to fate, I would have four? That is insane."

"Are we not good enough for you Lord Potter-Black," asked Daphne? The girls seemed to be antagonizing him.

"I never said that. I just. Well…is this actually being considered by the four of you?"

The girls looked at each other and then at him. Hermione walked up to him.

"Harry, I have finally learned to accept that magic does amazing things and fate seems to be something you cannot get away from. With all of the research we have done, we have found no other answer. We are still coming to terms with the fact that we all may be bound together."

"Have you all mentioned this to your parents?"

"Not yet. We would need confirmation first," said Susan.

"And how would we get that," he asked, all the girls eyes on him.

"We visit the goblins," explained Daphne. "Or…"

"Or what," he asked, not sure where the conversation was going.

Hermione walked over and sat in his lap. She looked deep into his eyes and smiled. She then leaned forward and kissed him deeply. It was her first real kiss and it was with the boy she had been in love with all throughout their school years. He was in shock, but something felt right to him. He did not fight it. He let it happen. Unknown to them, a green glow surrounded them.

"I think this confirms everything," whispered Katie to the other two, all three still watching the beautiful scene in front of them. The two other girls just nodded their heads in agreeance.
