Okay… tenth time it has deleted ALL MY STUPID WORK. [We aren't mentioning the fact that it was kinda sorta mostly my fault, or that I made the same mistake deleting it nine times. . .] So… sorry this is so late. On the bright side, I've been able to revise this part many, many times… so yay!
So, the … will be used to divide out a dream, since my italics won't stupid word. Anyhow.
I really enjoy feedback, and your reviews… are like… "my own personal brand of [writer's] heroine." Lol. Please, give me predictions/ideas for the next chapter, because I do like to consider, and- in a lot of cases- pull from those concepts.
I try to avoid long a/n, but I just need to put this out there… compared to the vast number of follows this story has, it certainly lacks in reviews. Thank you to those who do review though. I love it, and it keeps me going even when *aheam* my STUPID thing was deleted ten STUPID times. That's all for now- Enjoy:)

Carlisle is there in a second, grabbing me by the shoulder and guiding me- who was suddenly carrying Bella (when did that happen? Everything is a blur and I can't-
I can't think-) to his office.
Bella might die
"Her blood. It's very weak." He murmurs. Though, I can't be sure that's what he said.
Bella might die
Everything is blurring together, and next thing I know, Carlisle's voice comes ringing out, "she hasn't eaten. That's why she passed out. I'm going to hook her up to an IV." The words bounced off me, with little meaning.
Bella might die.
"Edward? Edward, are you okay?" No, no I wasn't.
Bella might die.
"Edward, calm down, you're okay. It's okay. She's not going to die, she just passed out."
Bella… might live?
Slowly, I came to myself. My vision was clear, and I noted that Bella was next to me, hooked up to a IV… Carlisle, noticing my small movements, looked up, concern in his expression. 'No need to ask, he will hear my thoughts… you scared me Edward, are you okay?' He thought. I gave a small nodd, trying to quell my headache, that seemed to have accompanied waking up.
"Is Bella alright?" I said, hyper-aware of my thirst, (how long had I been… out?) And Bella's scent was not helping. Tears as both a doctor and a vampire made Carlisle very observant- of course he noticed my black eyes, and obvious thirst.
"She will be alright. She will wake up soon, so you should go hunting for an hour or two. She will be awake in about three to four hours." I nodded slowly. I didn't want to leave Bella… but I needed to hurt, and while I didn't, I probably posed more of a threat to her than whatever had happened… Wait, what had happened with Bella?
"Carlisle?" Carlisle looked up from the book he'd been reading. "What is wrong with Bella?"
He sighed. "She passed out due to a combination of blood loss, and lack of nutrients." Guilt washed over me again, as I- once again- had to come to terms with just how much I'd hurt her.
This, Recovering, was not going to be easy, but- I swore to myself- I will make sure I'm there for her the entire time.
And this was a promise I'd never break.

(Quick a/n, I wanted to end it, but it has been so long, you deserve more:)
BELLA POV
….
"You're not good for me." Edward said, turning to leave. And then he was gone.
I felt cold. Empty. I ran for him. I ran and ran without direction, and I noticed something cold touching me. The rain. I tripped and fell, and I stayed there. No life without Edward Cullen was good enough for me.
'You're not good for me'
His words hurt me, ripped me open more than my knives ever could.
"Come back. Why did you leave me? Yo-you… he left." I whispered, closing my eyes.
…
I jolted awake, immediately clinging to the cold hand softly touching my cheek. I instantly felt better. Just knowing he was there was doing wonders…
'You're not good for me'
I shuddered, wishing those words would stop haunting me.
"Shh, it's okay love. I'm here, and will always be." I smiled. That… the velvet of his voice never failed to make me glow.
I sighed contently, resting my head against his cold chest. "Edward… what happened?" I had my suspicions, but I wanted to be sure.
Edward looked at me for a moment, seemingly deciding something. "You passed out." He said simply, "Carlisle can give you the details… you should sleep, love. It's been a long day."
I giggled, looking at the clock, "Edward, it's the morning…" I shot up "Edward! I have school! Why didn't you wake me up!"
Edward gently pushed me back down. "Yes, Bella, I called you in sick." He frowned, "actually, Carlisle gave them a doctor's note… he's just getting back. He should be here soon." At my skeptical, curious, and outraged expression, Edward chuckled, "That's something Carlisle wants to talk about. Privately." With that, he got up at left, right as Carlisle came in. I gulped.
"H-hey Carlisle, nice morning, isn't it?"
Carlisle frowned slightly, "It would be much nicer if you had been taking care of yourself, Bella." He didn't say it aggressively, more… matter-of-factly.
Doesn't change the fact that it made my blood run cold.
The talk that awaited me was sure to be…
Difficult.
