Hey guys! As promised I'll be introducing six different characters. I hope you were excited for this chapter, cause I was! I hope you enjoy this.

No one's POV

Two helicopters flew towards the main Gamma Team base. The helicopters landed on hidden helipads that were pulled down deep into the base

Kazuma, Jacob, Marlow, Olivia, Elaine, Henry and another Gamma Team pilot stepped out of the helicopters.

"Henry, thanks for pulling us out of our little problem. Couldn't have made it without you," said Jacob.

"Yeah you're always pulling me and Jacob out of tight situations. You're like Noivernman's automated rescue drone. Always pulling him out of trouble." praised Kazuma.

"Well it's part of the job. Besides, good friends watch out for each other. I need to go now. Good job on the mission."

"Now that we have the Blue Orb. We can let Elaine keep it until we give it to the executive branch leader tomorrow," said Marlow.

They all agreed with his sentiment and left towards their sleeping quarters.

Olivia was closing the door to her room when someone jumped out from behind the door and gave her a massive hug.

"Hey Olivia! I heard you were coming back from a huge mission! I haven't seen you in soooo long!"

The person was a head shorter than Olivia and had short blue hair. Olivia inwardly screamed when she realized who the person was.

"Molly Crimson Edgeworth, what the hell are you doing in my room?"

Molly shrieked in happiness. "I just love it when you use my full name and my nickname! As for your question, big news. I'm getting promoted to the mission branch tomorrow! We finally can do missions together again. And sleep in the same room!"

"Holy Arceus, I'm going to end Old Dakota's life by promoting you."

"What? You're not excited to have me along?"

"I'd be more excited if you didn't have that damn Hydreigon with you." Olivia grabbed Molly's Gamma suit and pulled her close. "Let's make two things straight. Ever bring that Hydreigon out and I'll personally tear you apart. Enter my room in the middle of the night again and I'm sure Congelatio will be happy to make another scar on you."

"Okay, but can we have a picture to document this moment?"

"If it'll make you leave."

Molly pulled out her phone and took a selfie. The result was Molly and Olivia standing together, but Olivia's finger was sliding across Molly's throat.

Molly didn't take Olivia's sign in the photo as a threat and instead started typing on her phone.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm sending this to my friends. They're going to be so jealous!"

"Sure, and maybe they can teach you how to take a hint. Now get out of my room!"

"One sec-"

"NOW!"

7 hours later

Kazuma, Jacob, and Marlow walked down the main hallway. Soaking up the attention as they passed through grunts.

"Hey, why don't I make us some coffees to start this perfect day?" asked Kazuma.

"Sure, You already know which one I'm having," said Jacob.

"I'd actually like to try something new. Maybe the iced coffee with ice cream," said Marlow.

"Who drinks cold coffee?" asked Jacob.

"Oh you shouldn't have said that. I'm about to educate you about coffee. There-"

Kazuma didn't get to finish his sentence as he collided with another person. They had black hair and sharp blue eyes. He pushed himself up on his black fingerless gloves and glared at Kazuma.

"Watch where you're going, coffee guy."

"Oh suddenly I don't have a name. Maybe you should have gotten out of the way when you see a group of three different people."

"At least have some consideration of others while you walk. And why should I bother to know your name? You make coffee, that's all you do, so that's what I'm going to call you."

"Maybe treat higher ranking officials with more respect."

"You say that now, but I'm bound to get promoted. Not only has the executive branch leader dropped many hints about my promotion. But I'm one of the best battlers there is, my promotion is inevitable."

"Defeated the Elite Four or Champion? Have you even fought the Gym Challenge?"

"Of course I fought the Gym Challenge. Got all eight badges and challenged the Elite Four. Something you haven't done. The only reason I'm here in the Gamma Team is to look for a challenge. They approached me because of my amazing battling skills. I wonder how good you are?"

"Wanna test that?"

"To be fair, we did kinda l-" started Jacob.

"Shut it Jacob. I accept your challenge. Meet me in the training room, now."

"Fine, but don't go crying when I sweep your team 3-0."

"Big talk, I never had a reason to do the Gym Challenge. I was famous in my own way."

"Now you say that. Next you're going to say that you were the owner of Sliggoo Coffee."

"Maybe, maybe not. But enough talking, I have a battle to win."

"I'm afraid that's going to have to wait," said an executive branch member. "Sir Dakota would like to speak to all four of you."

"Wait, four of us. You mean this arrogant dude over here!"

"I have a name you know." taunted the black-haired man. "It's Devon Manson."

"Fine, Lord Kazuma."

Devon snorted. "Lord Kazuma? Okay edgelord."

"Big head."

Fifteen minutes later

It took a while to get everyone settled and ready for the meeting. As Devon, Kazuma, Elaine, Olivia, Jacob, and Marlow got settled in, some new faces came through the door.

Molly was the first to appear, she waved happily at Olivia. Only causing her idol to groan and put her head on the table. A woman with brown hair, green eyes, and a silver bracelet with three stones. She quietly took a seat and looked at the executive branch leader. A man with a white lab coat and a blond ponytail walked in third. He and Marlow exchanged nods as they looked at each other. Finally, a lady with red and black hair and multiple ear and nose piercings walked in and a weird tattoo on her arm.

"Okay, everyone. Before we start chattering to each other. I have something very important to say." started the executive branch leader. "With the success of our mission branch's assignment. We can start Operation: Resurgence. Of course this operation is going to be very long and difficult, but us acquiring the Blue Orb is a great start. Since the magnitude of this operation is great, we decided to expand the mission branch. Of course for you Dr. Dynamo, you'll still be in the science branch. But as one of our best machine experts, I will need to brief you on the basics of Resurgence as well. I'll give you a few minutes to introduce yourselves."

Executive Dakota left the room muttering, "Can't wait to win the bet when the introductions go horribly wrong."

"Okay, let's all introduce ourselves in a nice orderly fashion. We'll do it turn by turn, no speaking out," said Jacob.

"Ah come on, we're not kindergartners! We can have a nice discussion without you trying to babysit everyone." complained Kazuma.

"Anyways, my name is Olivia, daughter of Horatio Cartwright. I hope you all enjoy your time committing crimes. Assuming you don't die or get arrested, at least for somebody in this room I very much hope so." said Olivia.

"My name's Gabrielle Lemmings. I joined to take down the Oak Agency after they killed my boyfriend," said the red and blacked haired lady.

"Touching backstory, but you're doing it wrong. You're supposed to grow your hair somewhat long on one side, and shave it down on the other. And you're overdoing the rings." commented Kazuma.

"Thanks for the tips. I think you should start your own show where you give fashion advice. Start by addressing whoever made your suit, because whoever designed your suit clearly is pretty edgy and should focus on changing their way in life. Unfortunately, no one comes to mind when I say this."

Kazuma stared at her. He didn't like her tone at all, but couldn't come up with anything snarky enough to match her comment.

"Anyways, I'm Lord Kazuma. Resident coffee maker in the Gamma Team."

"What kind of name is Lord Kazuma?" asked Molly, the man in the lab coat, and Gabrielle simultaneously.

"The kind of name where you don't ask what kind of name it is!"

"Well just being honest, it's kind of doing the opposite," said Molly, looking at her nails.

"I'm Jacob Tarot, I'm kind of just a normal guy."

"I think you forgot to mention the part where you worry about everything. Don't forget that you counter almost everything for the sake of being a contrarian," said Kazuma.

"Huh, maybe that's just because half of your ideas are usually dumb." countered Jacob.

"Anyways," said Marlow. Interrupting the brewing argument. "I'm Marlow Gladwyn, a scientist studying the works of mega evolution."

"I'm Wilhielm Straddler. I'm a scientist studying ideas about surpassing the limitations of renewable energy through the power and abilities of Pokémon," said the man in the lab coat.

"I'm Elaine Marron, a master thief."

"I'm Devon Manson, a very prestigious battler. I am very skilled and have won many tournaments and titles. My team will stop at nothing and can beat anyone."

"Except for me," said Kazuma.

"Shut it edgelord. Keep making your coffee and leave actual battling to the pros."

"Hold your judgment till after we do battle."

"I'm Molly Crimson Edgeworth. I'm called Crimson for my stellar battle ways of burning my enemies to ashes. I'm also Olivia's biggest fan!"

Jacob chuckled. "Olivia has a fanbase?"

"Shut up before I send Mors to turn you into a corpse. I don't have a fan base, just one creepy stalker who won't leave me alone!"

"Aw, you don't really mean that do you? I know you don't."

Olivia just rolled her eyes and put her head on the table.

"Wait, you didn't introduce yourself," said Jacob. Addressing the lady with the silver bracelet.

"Oh, my name is Maggie Winters."

They all sat quietly, waiting for more detail. When none came, they just stared at her.

"I joined to escape my aunt."

"Okay, those were some nice introductions. Um, the executive branch leader should be here. Eventually," said Jacob.

"Honestly, I'd prefer finding offenders to freeze than to sit here and make so called introductions," said Olivia.

"It wasn't that bad, since we're waiting for Executive Dakota to return. Why don't we talk about something?" asked Jacob.

"Why don't we talk about Olivia?" asked Molly.

"No," said Jacob

"Why don't we talk about the molecular structures of renewable energies?" asked Wilhelm.

"No one is going to understand that."

"Weather?"

"No one talks about the weather in a group. Any other ideas?"

"What about mega evolution?" asked Marlow.

"No science stuff."

"Why don't we talk about our achievements? I myself have won nine different trophies from tournaments. And I am known as the King's Man down in Cronariya city." bragged Devon.

"Unfortunately for you, I have stolen twenty-two different tournament trophies from various winners who would probably defeat you easily. I am also known as the Master Thief all around the world."

"That's hardly an achievement!"

"An achievement is anything done successfully, by effort, courage, or skill."

"Well there is a difference between batling and stealing!"

"You said why don't we talk about our achievements."

"You know what I mean!"

"I'm a thief not a psychotic."

"Why don't we settle this with a Pokémon battle?"

"I have no doubt you're a very good trainer. But no one likes a braggart."

"That was the entire point of this?"

She didn't answer after that. She just folded her arms and sat back.

"Sorry Devon, she's said her daily word limit. She won't talk for the rest of the day."

Devon was about to say something when Executive Dakota walked in. He took a seat at the front of the table and folded his hands.

"I'm glad to see the introductions went so well. Now that we have assembled a team, it's time to talk about the missions. First thing to get out of the way is the energy source for the machine. Thanks to Wilhelm's calculations, the uranium rods we obtained will not be enough to power it. Not to mention that Team Plasma was apparently incomplete uranium."

Olivia sat up, a dangerous look in her eye. "Did you say, Team Plasma?"

"Yes, and you can rant about it later."

"What I want to rant about is the fact we risked our lives for fake uranium!" shouted Kazuma.

"Incomplete, not fake," said Wilhelm

"Is there a difference?"

"Yes there is actually. Complete uranium holds a lot more power and has been purified of all extra materials."

"Anyways for the missions. I'll split you up into two groups. The first group will include Kazuma, Jacob, Marlow, and Devon. You'll be going to a power plant to steal their actual Uranium. The second group will include Olivia, Molly, Maggie, and Gabrielle will break into main Team Magma plans, and steal plans for the Awakening Machine. Whatever you four do, do not reveal yourselves as Gamma members."

"With all due respect sir, shouldn't I be stealing the plans?"

"I have a mission more important for you. You all know the champion. Green hair, hoodie with the weird swirl of colors. Calls himself Omesta because he's paranoid about stalkers or something. He has a very important item for this operation called the Master Ball. You'll have one and a half months to successfully steal the Master Ball."

She nodded, not fazed in the slightest by the difficulty of her mission.

"As for you Wilhelm, I need you to make preparations for the Awakening Machine."

"Of course."

"Well then, if you're all sorted out. Then I believe you can prepare for your missions."

Scott was looking at some recruitment papers. There were only two recruits for Oak Alpha that were supposed to be at his office any moment now..

He read a report on a man named Gavin Lemmings. He had finished his training session early, which was very rare. The only other person Scott knew who finished training early was Ellen. Gavin, after Ellen, was the top of his training. Very focused and determined. Scott needed people like that on his team.

The next person's name was Aisha Harris. She was already a member of the Oak Agency, and was only getting promoted to Oak Alpha now. She wasn't all that good at Pokémon battling, but they were good at healing Pokémon and understanding them.

A knock sounded at his door. Scott suspected it belonged to the recruits and went to open the door.

The first person was a tall man with spiky brown hair. He had blue eyes and a friendly smile. The other person was a woman with curly brown hair and dark skin. She had bright, friendly blue eyes.

"You must be Gavin Lemmings and Aisha Harris. Welcome to Oak Alpha."

"Thank you, you must be Captain Scott," said Gavin.

"Yes, you'll have a chance to meet the rest of Oak Alpha soon. First, you'll get your badges."

He reached into his desk drawer and pulled out two shiny handed a badge to Aisha and Gavin. Who both received their badges graciously.

"Wow thanks! I love it!" cheered Aisha happily.

Gavin nodded in thanks as he looked over his badge. He clipped it to his Oak Agency suit and looked it over.

"Now that you're officially Oak Alpha members. It's time to meet the rest of the team. Follow me."

Scott led them to the Oak Alpha side of the building. They passed through different rooms like Victor's office, the breakroom, Joyce's office, and other places that were all empty.

They made their way to the mission room, where Joyce, Victor, Ellen, and Juan were waiting.

"Hello, you must be the new recruits. My name's Joyce," said Joyce, standing up to meet them.

"My name's Gavin Lemmings."

"And I'm Aisha Harris."

Juan stepped forward and waved. "My name's Juan Garcia. Also, I think I've met someone named Aisha before." he thought for a moment. "Oh yeah! That dam robot."

Aisha gave him a blank look. "What was wrong with the robot?"

Juan realized what he said and quickly amended his words. "No no that's not what I meant. There's an AI voice assistant called A.I.S.H.A at the Washi Dam."

"Oh ok. Anyways, what about the rest of you guys?" asked Aisha.

"I'm Ellen Barlowe."

"Hey, I remember you! You're the person who graduated from the training session like, three months before it officially closed." exclaimed Gavin.

"I see you did the same."

"And I'm Victor West. Please don't call me Victor East, just West. I'm a very avid programmer and actually assisted by my two Rotom, crazy right? By the way, I refer to Java as he and Vicey as she because their device voice boxes have male and female voices. I did that because it feels wrong to just refer to them as it, they're living creatures!"

Aisha looked at Scott while Victor was talking. She noted his sigh as he pinched the bridge of his nose. She looked back at Victor who'd just finished and said, "I'm guessing you talk too much."

"Well, I don't really."

She shrugged. "So, are we going to go on missions now?"

"Well, it depends on whether or not there's anyone in trouble. Of course, not going on a mission is a good thing." explained Scott.

"Oh, I see. Well, we might as well get to know each other better," said Gavin

"Well in that case-" Victor started.

Gabrielle was driving a standard car with Olivia, Molly, and Maggie. They were heading to the Team Magma base, a place unknown to anyone but Team Magma and the Gamma Team.

They passed a sign that said, "Leaving Voyana City." and eventually turned into a rough stretch of road that was apparently closed. The car bounced along as the hit over many deformities in the road.

"There, stop the car and hide it," said Molly.

Gabrielle pulled the car off the ruined road and tucked it out of sight a few meters away. They stepped out of the car and stared at the base entrance.

Olivia was wearing jeans and a black and purple sweater. Molly had found and picked out the exact same dress so they could match. Maggie wore a simple plain gray dress while Gabrielle wore a red and black shirt that matched her hair.

It was a small laboratory that apparently went deep underground. It was surrounded by barbed wire that had a sign saying, "Government property violators will be prosecuted and fined as well as electrocuted."

"Honestly, that sign is pretty convincing. Electrocution is exactly what the damn government would do to people." noted Gabrielle.

"Well that isn't stopping us. The cameras should automatically be fed a loop in about two minutes while the sensor should be cut off," said Olivia.

They waited around for a bit before Olivia's watch beeped. She nodded and they all went and crept up to the barbed wire fence. Molly sent out her Charizard and they all flew over the fence. Since the camera's video feed was being looped, it still appeared that the place was empty. The sensors being cut off ensured that Molly's Charizard wouldn't get detected and fried.

They landed and Molly recalled her Charizard. They went further into the "Government Property" when Gabrielle stopped them.

"Look, a guard."

"Why don't I just burn him down to ashes?" asked Molly.

"That would alert the guards. Anyways, I have a better idea. But I'll need to borrow someone's Pokemon"

Ten minutes later

An Axew dashed in front of the building, it was oddly carrying a phone. The guard watched in confusion as Gabrielle chased after it.

"Give me back my phone you little thief!"

She chased it for a few more moments before grabbing the Pokémon and returning it to a pokéball. The guard snapped out of his stupor and casually approached Gabrielle.

"Um, excuse me ma'am but this is private property."

Gabrielle had removed all of her rings and she was giving her best cutesy appearance as well.

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry, but my little Axew has an addiction to my phone and loves to take it. I had to chase her up and down before she ran here and dug her way under. Sorry bout your fence BTW, I had to damage it so I could fit through. I'll pay, do you use Poképay?"

"Um-m, well you don't really have to pay."

"Oh really? Thanks, you saved me a ton! I'm kinda lost. Little guy has a bunch of energy. Could you help me?"

"Me? I-I mean sure!"

He took Gabrielle by her hand and started leading her to the exit. She cringed in annoyance as he refused to let go.

"Anyways, do you think we could exchange numbers? Maybe we could, y'know?" asked Gabrielle as they neared the spot where her teammates were hiding.

"Really? I mean, of course, er, sure."

As the man started pulling out his phone, Gabrielle kicked the back of his legs, causing him to fall over in surprise. The noise of a pokéball opening sounded as a Gengar appeared and used Hypnosis.

"Hah, that's what you get for treating me like that." Gabrielle turned to Maggie, who was returning her Gengar. "Here's you Axew back. I liked the little Pokemon. But I think she was actually trying to run away."

"Well, it takes some time for her to warm up to people. Otherwise she's a bit offish."

"The look on the guy's face was so funny! I'd wished I'd recorded it. I would play it over and over again!" laughed Olivia.

"Should teach him never to grab random girl's hands again," said Gabrielle as she replaced all her rings.

They continued into the base, they snuck around, trying to avoid cameras and patrols. They came to a room where racks of Team Magma clothing were neatly folded.

"Don't tell me we're going to where those." complained Molly.

"Glad you're unhappy." snickered Olivia.

"Will you just shut up already?" groaned Kazuma. Listening to Devon's endless talk about his achievements.

"Don't blame me, it was Jacob who asked about my achievements in competitive battling. You can't blame me for answering his question."

"Fine, but who the hell uses words like voracious, prestigious, and magnitude when describing something? We aren't in the middle ages here. Just talk like a normal person."

"Oh, so you have a problem with that? Why don't we actually settle this with a Pokémon battle?" challenged Devon.

"Oh, you're so on."

Jacob groaned as they agreed to their battle. "Don't we have a mission to do?"

Fifteen minutes later

Devon and Kazuma stood facing each other on opposite sides of a park field. They each held one of their pokéballs and were ready to throw at the count of their referee's count.

"All right we have a Pokémon battle here at Budew Park between Gamma Team mission branch member Devon Mason and Gamma Team mission branch member Lord Kazuma." announced Jacob, their referee. "Each trainer is only allowed to switch out their Pokémon twice. The winner of this match will be awarded with winning the argument of whether or not using words like voracious and prestigious are extravagant and stupid. Are you ready?"

"Not yet. I have two questions. One, do you really have to say so much? And two, why are you reading directly from your phone?" asked Kazuma.

"As per Pokémon League guidelines, each trainer's full name and title must be announced pre match. The prize for winning the match must also be stated. This is all announced according to their official battle template. The rules for switching out Pokémon also apply." answered Jacob.

"Okay, I'm ready now."

"Then let the battle begin!"

"Go, Dragapult!"

"Out, Goodra!"

As both dragon types appeared. Marlow started clapping to add emphasis to the "official" match. Unfortunately, he was the only spectator.

"Goodra, Ice Beam!"

"Dodge it with Phantom Force!"

The beam of ice flew past Dragapult as he sunk into the ground. Goodra looked around as something hazy started rising.

"Behind you!"

She whipped around but was struck by the Dragapult. She pulled herself around and used Ice Beam. Only for it to slip by as Dragapult sunk back into the ground.

"We need something impressive. Use Flamethrower around you!"

Goodra spun around as she spewed fire from her mouth. Dragapult rose from the ground and flew backwards as the flames came dangerously close to him.

"Ice Beam!"

"Counter it with Flamethrower!"

The two moves collided against each other. Steam quickly erupted as Dragapult's Flamethrower blasted into Goodra, who easily shrugged off the attack.

"Right, high special defense. Draco Meteor won't work, Dragon Darts!"

A pair of hidden Dreepy were suddenly shot out of Dragapult's head. They flew on a direct course towards Goodra.

"Flying children? Ice Beam!"

She fired her Ice Beam, she managed to hit one Dreepy before the other slammed into her. The Dreepy immediately flew back to the safety of Dragapult.

"Keep the Goodra guessing with Steel Wing!"

Dragapult flew around Goodra and repeatedly smacked her with his razor head. She constantly missed her Ice Beams as Dragapult kept brutally attacking her.

"Sludge Wave!"

The wide spreading move washed over Dragapult but didn't do much. The move's only purpose was to halt the barrage of attacks, which it did.

"Time to end this! Draco Meteor!"

"Return the favor Goodra!"

Both Pokémon glowed orange as they surrounded themselves with energy. They shot their energy into the sky and caused a downpour of meteors.

"Phantom Force!"

Dragapult tried sinking into the ground to avoid his certain doom, but the shower was too fast and knocked both Goodra and Dragapult unconscious.

"Both Dragapult and Goodra are unable to fight. Send out your next Pokémon." called Jacob.

"Go, Swampert!"

"Out, Gyarados!"

The two water Pokémon faced down each other. Growling as they circled each other.

"Gyarados, Aqua Tail!"

"Liquidation!"

The two Pokémon charged at each other and clashed as they both used their water moves, trying to overpower the over.

"Bulldoze!"

Gyarados leaped back and rushed at Swampert, earth tearing as he slammed into Swampert's side. Swampert retaliated with another Liquidation, barely phasing Gyrados.

"That's all you got? Hurricane!"

"Mirror Coat!"

The Hurricane blasted at Swampert and hit him. It threw him hard on the ground multiple times as it blew him around. Swampert absorbed its energy and sent it hurtling back to Gyarados.

"Damn it! New plan, no special moves. Use Aqua Tail!"

"Liquidation!"

The same thing happened as both Pokémon clashed and parried each other's moves. It was a stalemate with both Pokémon unable to overpower the other.

"Crunch!"

Gyarados latched on to Swamperts fin with his mouth. Swampert deftly flipped him onto his back, only to be knocked away by Aqua Tail.

Gyarados, without his trainer's command, used Hurricane. The move swept up Swampert in a fury again.

"Mirror Coat!"

There was no using it this time. The Hurricane threw Swampert across the park and sent him rolling to a stop in front of Kazuma.

"Swampert is unable to battle," said Jacob.

"Impressive, the only reason I didn't switch out to my last Pokémon was because I know you'd switch. Go, Electivire!"

Electivire appeared and roared, electricity playing off his wires.

Many different possibilities were running through Devon's mind. A seasoned Pokémon battler would try to read him switching out, while the same person may also read the read and expect him to stay in.

"Switch out! Go, Rypherior!"

"Thunder!"

Devon read correctly. His Rypherior switched into where the fatal Thunder was going to hit Gyrados. Rypherior absorbed the lightning and shrugged it off as he was a part ground type.

"And that is Devon's first switch!" announced Jacob.

"Nice trick, but I'm afraid I have a lot of coverage. Earthquake!"

The land broke apart as chucks of earth hit Rhyperior. He shrugged off part of the damage with his Solid Rock ability.

"Return the attack, Earthquake!"

Rypherior struck back with his own Earthquake. The move dealt significantly more damage than Electivire had dealt.

"Can't use Earthquake if he's too close. Ice Punch!"

"Stone Edge!"

Electivire ran forward, ice forming on his hand. Pillars of stone began erupting all around him. He dodged them all and was about to deliver the blow.

"Megahorn!"

Rypherior's horn glowed green and met Electivire's fist. The two held the position for a bit before both were knocked back by the equal force.

"Earthquake!" shouted both trainers at the same time.

Electivire was faster to recover and slammed his fist into the ground. Rypherior was knocked off balance by the sudden attack and only rose to meet an Ice Punch.

"Earthquake!"

"No way it's still standing!"

Rypherior got up and swung his arm to block an incoming Ice Punch. He then slammed his arms into the ground and created a mighty tremor. Defeating Electivire.

"Electivire is unable to battle, the winner is Devon Manson!" shouted Jacob.

A mighty cheer erupted from where Marlow had been. An entire crowd had formed and had been watching the battle.

Devon walked up to Kazuma and held out his hand. "Great battle, it's been a while since I had a battle that was exhilarating."

Kazuma smiled. "I guess you weren't exaggerating about your batting skills. Now let's get out of here before they realize we're Gamma Team members."

They raced towards the car where Marlow and Jacob were waiting. Marlow was holding a large amount of money in his hands.

"Woah! Who did you rob?" asked Kazuma.

"I won it from a bet."

"Wait, you betted against me?"

"Analyzing the situation after both Goodra and Dragapult fainted. I figured Devon would win, since your Swampert's best attacking move against Gyarados was Liquidation. I also noticed your hesitation to switch. Devon's Rypherior also played a big part due to its durability against physical moves."

"Like I cared."

Elaine pulled her car into a warehouse. The warehouse was pretty close to the champion's mansion.

Elaine stepped out and got some of her supplies. Mini person scrambler, a device that would make someone very hard to detect with infrared beams, and a tool that looked like a laser pointer. When activated and pointed at a camera, it will send the data to a computer, which will pull up a 3D model of the mansion and add the camera's location. It will read what type of camera it is and calculate its view angle. It will then add the camera's view range on the 3D model. She then pulled out an electronic lockpick, a standard lockpick, a small crowbar, wall repair, paint, and binoculars.

She walked towards the mansion, sneaking around any cameras and tagging them. She finally got to the mansion, where she had to avoid guards and cameras. She tagged cameras along the way and eventually tagged all the cameras around the perimeter of the mansion.

She then got to a high point on a tree and looked for camera's with her binoculars. She spotted many indoors and outdoors.

"I wonder why the champion needs so many cameras. What a paranoid guy."

The front and back doors were heavily guarded and inaccessible. So she climbed all the way up the house, avoiding cameras along the wall, and got to the only window with no cameras nearby.

A bathroom window.

She used her crobar to force open the window. This window had been overlooked and didn't use an electronic keypad. She hurriedly filled in the crobar marks with wall repair and paint. While it wasn't the perfect color. No one should notice it without close inspection.

She slowly made her way into the bathroom and landed on a jacuzzi placed under the window. She carefully got out and looked around at the extravagantly decorated bathroom.

She carefully eased the bathroom door open and peered through. She was in the master bedroom. Three cameras dotted the area. She tagged all of them and slowly creeped through all the blind spots.

Unfortunately for her, all three cameras faced the exit door. She could leave through the door or any of the windows. The only way back was through the bathroom. It could take her weeks to get to the security room and disable the systems.

She went back to the bathroom and climbed back up the roof before sending out Katraz to mark their area for later teleportation. A bathroom was a dangerous place to go as a thief because anyone can be there at any given time.

Elaine looked at her camera tagger. She'd tagged twenty-seven cameras so far. A good run, but she'd need days to fully explore the mansion without getting caught. Right now, she needed to review her data and make a plan.

Olivia, Molly, Maggie, and Gabrielle moved through the Team Magma base in Team Magma outfits. Despite looking like the other female Team Magma grunts, they had many close calls.

There was the time when Admin Ruby's Seviper was very unfriendly towards the four of them, arousing Admin Ruby's suspicion. There was also the time when another Team Magma grunt didn't remember any girls with nose rings. And when Maggie bumped into a Team Magma grunt, causing him to demand a Pokémon Battle. Almost revealing the fact she didn't have any fire types or common Team Magma Pokémon.

"Finally, we're here. The vault where they keep all their amazing plans and weapons, especially the weapons." laughed Olivia.

"Only problem is that we need a Level Three security card and a five digit pin," said Molly.

"Anyone got any brilliant plans, cause I'm out," said Gabrielle.

"What if we're to jump Admin Malcolm and take his card?" asked Molly.

"We'll have to bring him somewhere we can jump him. And that's nowhere in this base. I'm surprised at how we made it this far," said Olivia.

"I have a very fun idea."

Fifteen minutes later

Admin Malcolm was walking through the hallways, shouting at idle grunts. He was going to the admin quarters when a Team Magma grunt ran up to him.

"Excuse me sir but-"

He spun around and glared at the person. "What the, don't just run up to me like that! Hey wait a minute, why is your hair blue? You must be a Team Aqua spy!"

"Actually, I work with Oak Agency. Go, Gardevoir!"

The man started pulling out his radio, but was immediately teleported away. The person pulled down their hood as their Gardevoir warped Malcolm away. It was none other than Molly.

She pulled out her own radio. "We're good to go team, let's cause some noise. Good luck Olivia!"

Malcolm was teleported in front of the vault door. Olivia was standing there next to a cat like Pokémon.

"Alright, this is enough! Go, Camerupt, Zangoose, Magmortar!" His Pokémon appeared as he pulled out his radio. "We have Code-"

The radio glowed purple and flew out of his hand as the Espeon next to Olivia used Psychic.

"We have Code Breach! I repeat we have Code Breach, Admin Malcolm has been taken down!" shouted Olivia into the radio. She then smashed it against the ground.

"Why you little-"

"Blah Blah Blah. Go, Mors and Congelatio!"

"An ice type? Don't make me laugh! Camerupt, Eruption! Zangoose, Night Slash! Magmortar, Fire Blast!"

"Scatter!"

Her Pokémon went into all directions as Malcolm's Pokémon attacked. Zangoose came running at Congelatio, who fired an Ice Beam.

"Mors, Drain Punch!"

Mors leaped into the air and slammed his fist hard into Zangoose. The move connected for a few seconds as Zangoose's energy was drained. The Zangoose went flying and flipped over to face his foes.

"Camerupt, Earth Power!"

The ground erupted where Mors was standing. The move sent him slamming into the ceiling. Hurt, but still conscious.

"Have a nice gift! Congelatio, Spikes!"

Congelatio spread an array of sharp spikes, ready to harm unweary walkers.

"Nerium, use Psychic!"

Nerium grabbed Camerupt in a psychic hold and sent him to the wall. The Zangoose attacked with Night Slash and sent Nerium skidding across the ground.

"Magmortar, Fire Blast!"

The attack went hurtling towards Congelatio and hit her directly. She barely had time to recover before a Night Slash came savagely from the Zangoose.

"Oh, so that's how you want to play? Fine, we'll have lots of fun then. Nerium, Calm Mind! Mors, Swords Dance!"

Both Pokémon raised their stats with their moves. Malcom stupidly used this as an opertunity to attack.

"Full power everyone! Camerupt, Earth Power! Magmortar, Fire Blast! Zangoose, Slash!"

"Dodge the attacks!"

Nerium and Mors nimbly leaped away. The Zangoose can towards Mors, his razor sharp claws at the ready.

"Dire Claw!"

Mors whipped around and slashed at Zangoose with Dire Claw. Both of their sharp clawed attacks met like clashing swords. But Mors was taller and stronger. He easily overcame Zangoose and took him out with a single swipe.

"Nerium, Psychic!"

She lifted up the Magmortar and threw him at Camerupt. Neither fire type had a chance to recover before Mors deadly DIre Claw slashed both of them.

"Finish this! Shadow Ball!"

Nerium leaped back into the air as she formed a Shadow Ball. She launched the move at the crumpled fire types, the resulting explosion fainting both of them.

"No! How could you have defeated me?" asked Malcolm.

"Maybe you don't deserve the title admin."

"Is that what this is all about? You want to become an admin?"

"No, what I want is your security card."

"Never, you'll never have the card. You want something in the vault, who really are you? Oak Agency, Team Aqua, Team Rocket?"

"Vigilante, and if you won't give me the card, then I'll get it myself. Mors, get him."

The tall Sneasler looked at the man who was now cowering on the floor. He looked back and forth between him and Olivia.

"Bah! I'm not telling you to kill him! Just take his keycard, check his pockets or something. I'm not touching him."

Mors gently rolled over the man and, facing some resistance, pulled the card out of his front pocket. Olivia took the card and smiled.

"Never ever keep valuables on you."

Olivia walked into the vault and swiped the card in the slot. She took a little bottle and sprayed its contents on the keypad. She pulled out a black light mini flashlight and examined the fingerprints.

"Can you tell me what order I should press the numbers please?" asked Olivia sweetly.

"Oh, now you ask nicely." scoffed Malcolm.

"I expected you to say that. Unlike Mors, Nerium would be happy to cause your demise. Nerium?"

Nerium used Psychic and lifted the man in the air. He struggled against the psychic holds as Nerium swung him left and right.

"Nerium, you're missing the walls," said Olivia in a sing-song voice.

The man screamed as his face almost came in contact with the wall. He suddenly stopped and felt his bones vibrating.

"Fine, I've had enough! It's 6248. Now put me down!"

"Not until it works."

She typed in the four digit pin and opened the vault door. She snapped her fingers, Nerium released her psychic hold on the man and let him drop to the ground painfully.

She radioed her team as her two Pokémon came up to her. "How's it going up there?"

"It's going perfectly fine!" shouted Gabrielle as she ducked under a Flamethrower. "Give me a moment." She lowered her radio. "Snelie, Surf!"

A blue Gastrodon slammed its body into the ground. A rising tidal wave erupted and started consuming everything. A Hydreigon flew over the Gastrodon and used Surf as well.

"We got it covered here Olivia, do you have the plans?"

"Just got them. Molly, I need your assistance."

Molly shrieked in happiness. "You need my assistance? Of course, let me just get my Gardevoir to come out of her pokéball and we'll be all set!"

"Great, I really hate the Team Magma Admin. He just groans and complains about something."

Devon, Jacob, Marlow, and Kazuma were rushing through the power plant and were stuffing containers full of uranium rods and cores.

They had originally snuck into the power plant, but someone spotted them. That led to an insane Pokémon battle. They won of course, but the Oak Agency was sure to notice.

"How much uranium do we even need?" asked Devon.

"The guy never said! Just fill the bags and go!" shouted Kazuma.

"Why should we fill them? The authorities might be here any moment. I say we just quit while we're ahead and go."

"I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to repeat this mission cause we failed to get enough uranium."

"We already have so much! What's the difference between the bag being full and the bag almost being full?"

"Well arguing between yourselves won't speed anything up," said Marlow.

"Yea, I thought you guys made up with that Pokémon battle," said Jacob.

They stared at each other for a moment before resuming their work of filling their bags. They ransacked the entire place, pulling out every core or rod they could find.

"There, we got 'em. Go!" shouted Kazuma.

They raced outside, dragging their bags behind them. They flew through the door, and heard the noise of sirens.

"There unto us, what did I say!" shouted Devon.

"Forget it! Just load the trunk! Shouted Kazuma.

Marlow opened the trunk and threw his bag in. Kazuma, Devon, and Jacob did the same. The Oak Agency car pulled the corner and was headed straight towards them.

Kazuma jumped into the driver's seat and started the engine. The rest of them leaped into the car and didn't even get to close the doors before Kazuma hit the gas.

The Oak Agency car behind them sped up as they began their wild car chase.

"Why are we running away? We can fight them. They look like a small force, with our skills combined, they'd be no match!"

"As if we didn't wipe out an entire power plant!" shouted Jacob. "Battling isn't the only thing we can do! Jeez!"

Everyone fell silent. Jacob had never shouted at someone before. He huffed and looked behind him.

"Speaking of running, I don't think driving in a straight line is effective."

"Huh, you're right," said Kazuma.

He pressed down on the pedal and sped past many different cars. He pulled onto the open highway and hit the brakes. The car drifted around and shot off in the opposite direction, bypassing the Oak Agency car.

"This is a one-way road! Are you trying to kill us?" shouted Devon.

"We'll be f-"

Kazuma hit the brakes and drifted down a side street as he almost hit another car. He hit the curb and lost a side mirror to a lamppost. He made a wild turn as he avoided a mailbox and a group of people eating on a table.

"As I was saying. We'll be fine."

Jacob, Devon, and Marlow were all piled on each other. Having been thrown about by the wild turns. Marlow was the only person able to look at Kazuma, and he gave him the worst look ever.

"Huh, you look weird without your glasses. And why are you guys making a human pile?"

"Very funny Kazuma." groaned Jacob.

The noise of sirens grew closer as they continued down many streets. The white and green Oak Agency car appeared, but the side was slightly damaged.

Kazuma rubbed his hands together. "Readying escape maneuvers."

Devon, Jacob, and Marlow groaned as they sat back into their places and put on their seatbelts.

"Here we go again," said Devon.
