Enter: A Normal City. City_Of_Science.

In a certain universe, located on a certain planet. A certain phenomenon was happening.

It happened suddenly, without any prior warning nor was there any hint of change. On December 15th, multiple instances of unexplained phenomenon had appeared around the world.

The global disturbance was witnessed by people who were just minding their own business, living their daily lives. For many, it was an odd event, others declared it to be a sign from God, even more people claimed it to be some sort of government experiment or some type of message from aliens, most were just waiting for an official statement from their respective government.

Meanwhile, in a certain cathedral located in London, multiple people were scrambling around in a fit of panic, as if they had witnessed the Son of Man Himself. However, words of scripture or holy quotes were not spoken between them, instead these religious priests and nuns were trading information back and forth as if they were a part of a secret organization in a spy movie. In truth, this is exactly as described. Indeed, these priests and nuns are a part of a religious covert anti-magic organization.

Carrying the role of judge, jury and executioner, they specialized in the neutralization and destruction of any and every magic practitioner, better known as Magicians, in England. In order to achieve this objective, these members had to use magic. Although first seen as unclean, they had slowly grown in power and influence, today they are now known as the shadow leader behind the Anglicans. They were feared by all rogue Magicians and are better known as The Church of Necessarius. In other words, The Church of Necessary Evil.

In that buzzing cathedral, a red-haired priest, Stily Magnus, walked down the bustling corridor weaving through the other priests and nuns. Standing at over two meters tall, priestly habits steeped in a deep black, and doused in thick perfume. Usually, there would be a lit cigarette between his lips, but it was strangely absent at the moment. Reaching his destination, a small room at the end of that corridor, the fourteen-year-old Magician immediately entered without even knocking once.

"Archbishop…have you read the reports? Rather, the better question is, have you seen those giant white blocks in the sky?!"

Slowly at first, but almost ending in a shout, Stily Magnus voiced his question to the only occupant in the room. There, sitting leisurely and drinking tea as if nothing was wrong, was what seemed to be a young woman. Short red hair and wearing a white dress. The dress itself was certainly unique, frilly white with pink accents and heavily decorated with stars. Beside her, a black box made out of what looks to be a smooth material, is currently placed on her table. Apparently, its being used as a makeshift paper weight.

Despite her complex age, existence and appearance, she is the current Archbishop and head of Necessarius. She is known as Dion Fortune. More accurately, she is a reconstruction of Dion Fortune using Tarot-based grimoires, which was created by the previous Archbishop to kill a certain human.

"...Can you not see that I, the great Dion Fortune, am drinking tea? Clearly this means that its currently my break time, as such I won't be bothered by anything as long as my hour isn't up!!! In the first place, what's got everyone worked up? I know the day had just begun but even I'm not that pathetic to give up straight away!!"

Gently setting her cup of tea, Dion Fortune gave a smooth reply, ending in a shout. In response to that, Stily Magnus instantly raised his right hand and slapped his superior.

"Don't force me to use Innocentius woman!! I don't care about your paperwork or your work ethic, just take a look outside right now!!"

Standing, Dion Fortune went to open a nearby window, silently contemplating if she could get rid of this bothersome priest and hide the body. However, those thoughts were far removed from her mind as soon as she parted the heavy curtains.

Before her eyes, a giant white wall was floating in the air. The white wall took a common shape, which was what the world commonly called 'a rectangle'. While odd, the reason Dion Fortune stood in shock was not the existence of that white wall; rather she was shocked by the nature of it. As a magician, she can clearly tell that this 'giant white rectangle' is using a ridiculous amount of Mana just by existing.

"Based on our reports, someone is using the Earth's ley lines as a power source to generate the necessary Mana. On that end, this isn't the only recorded sighting, based on regular newsalone, apparently these 'floating walls' appeared simultaneously across the world."

Seeing the shocked face of his superior, Stily gave some additional information on the current situation. Clicking his tongue, he reached for his pack of cigarettes, however he stopped halfway. Crossing his arms, he gave an irritated sigh.

"With this scale and complexity, it's unlikely only a single magician is responsible. Is it a magic cabal? Remnants of Gremlin perhaps? No, in the first place, how can they manage a spell this size without alerting anyone?!"

Muttering to herself, the Anglican Archbishop spoke with her back towards Stily. Mind racing from the possibilities, she searched through all her memories and knowledge for any hint that could point her in the right direction to solve this mystery. Gritting her teeth, Dion Fortune could only think of one solution.

"...Contact The Royal Family, The Roman Catholic Church, The Russian Orthodox Church and ……"Breaking out of her mutterings, she turned to that fire-wielding priest and gave out her instructions. Her voice clear and firm, hesitating only at the end. Taking a deep breath, looking straight into that wicked priest's eyes, she said;

"...And contact Academy City, the current Board Chairman, Accelerator."

Walking through the snow-covered streets, I let out a sigh. Currently I'm walking back to my dorm after spending some time browsing through the shopping malls at Seventh Mist. The evening sun slowly dipped, sinking beyond the tall buildings. Taking a look around, there seem to be less people walking around. That's a given I guess; it is December after all. Schools are on break too…That and it's currently freezing out here!!

Ugh, why did I decided to go out again? It's not like I bought anything anyways. Let's see, if I remember correctly, my plan today was to …

1. Sleep in

2. Sleep in

3. Sleep in

So, can someone tell me why I'm walking back to my dorm, in this freezing weather!!? Honestly, it's not even snowing, and yet it's already this cold! ……No, I remember clearly why I'm out here, instead of sleeping in my warm bed. My warm and comfortable bed. Neck deep in my blanket, sleeping in my warm bed. Blissfully wasting my time away, just in my warm bed.

Did I mentioned that I miss my warm bed yet?

Turning down the street, my dorm soon came into view. With it, my dread returned.

Yes, despite my desire to do nothing else but crawl back into my sweet, sweet bed, I went out to avoid an issue I wasn't comfortable with after all.

Stepping inside the maim waiting area, I let out another sigh. Soaking in the warmth the heaters provide. After delaying for a few more seconds, I began my slow march back into my shared room. As I ascended the stairs, my mind drifted to the conversation I had this morning with my roommate. No, it wasn't a conversation at all. I did try to redirect the topic, but in the end, I choose to ran away as soon as her first question registered in my mind.

In truth, it wasn't that difficult of a question. A few days ago, I returned to Academy City after spending some time in London. Her question was related to that. But, how should I answer that? Rather, can I even answer that? It wasn't that I didn't trust her, it's just a little difficult for me to express! After all, I took part in something way weird, even compared with what I've experienced living in this city.

Standing in front of my dorm door, I took a few moments to gather my thoughts. Thinking back on these past few weeks, I decided to at least face her with full honesty. She deserved that at least. Slapping my cheeks, I reached for the door.

Ah, I rather not tell her the full sequence. After all, it is embarrassing to admit that I managed to finally fight by that idiot's side. Everything else is okay! I'll answer everything about what happened, anything but that!!!

Opening the door, I entered my dorm.

".……"

"Ah, welcome back Onee-sama. I recalled that you'll be coming home late? Oh dear, it is rather embarrassing to be caught like this ~"

As I entered my dorm, what greeted me wasn't that solemn look that I expected, but rather a seriously perverted face that no lady should be caught having in public. It seemed as I was troubled with a certain issue, contemplating and agonizing in the cold, this perverted roommate of mine was busy rubbing her face all over my bed getting heated in a whole other way.

Why was I even worried about again?

"Now, now, Onee-sama. It isn't ladylike at all to be quick to anger right? So, let's stop with the Biribiri and talk this through, yes? Although this Kuroko is in the fault, I am embarrassed to be caught like this. So, let's calm down and not resort to any violence alright? Ah, Onee-sama? Why are you getting brighter? Ara, it seems like you aren't calming-"

Something snapped inside me. Her words were surprisingly diplomatic, something quite rare for her to do. Any other day, I would have listened (probably), but despite her words, she was still continuously rubbing her cheek against my pillow.

I couldn't handle it anymore and blasted my perverted roommate (who seemed more like the delinquents she catches everyday), shocking her on the spot.

Before I could go any further, a phone rang out. Someone was calling Kuroko, or more specifically, someone was calling this perverted thing of a roommate. Clicking my tongue, I decided to let Kuroko go for now. Slightly twitching, my roommate reached for her phone.

"Yes, Shirai Kuroko here…. yes…. What?... Are you sure…? I understand, I'll be there shortly."

Hmm? Kuroko's demeanour changed in an instant, no longer was there any trace of the previous perverseness, replacing it was a serious look I know she only uses for things related to Judgement.

"Judgement work?"

As soon as she's done with her call, I called out to her. Nodding, Kuroko slipped on her Judgement armband.

"Yes, Konori-senpai called, it looks like something came up; they're calling all available Judgement members to help look into it. Honestly, even if it's a direct order from the Board of Directors, calling on such short notice is troublesome."

"Yeah, that sounds rough. That's one of the reasons why I-"

"I mean, I was just getting to the best part with my Onee-sama!! How dare they take away my hard-earned reward!! Being struck by Onee-sama's lightning shocks is like receiving her-"

"OI"

This girl is seriously pushing the limits of my patience every day!

"Ahem, then I'll be on my way Onee-sama! Ah, do inform that vicious dorm manager of ours that I might be late for curfew."

Sending her off with a wave of my hand, I went to prepare for a long-deserved shower.

Leaving the Tokiwadai Middle School dorm the twin-tailed brunette, Shirai Kuroko, flicked. Disappearing from the 3rd dimension and moving through the 11th dimension just to reappear in the 3rd dimension, but a few meters away from her previous location. Yes, in this city; Shirai Kuroko was one of the very few who could manipulate space. In other words, she was a teleporter.

Academy City. With a total population of 2.3 million, the huge city occupies most of the western part of Tokyo. Inside the surrounding walls, about 80% of its population are students, all of which are participants in the development of supernatural powers. Students who have undergone special classes, or curriculum, gained abilities and are evaluated in six levels. Starting from 'no ability (Level 0') to 'super ability (Level 5)', these levels can be determined through a periodic physical examination, or most commonly known as system scan.

Standing above the rest, being known the 'strongest', are the seven 'Level 5 Espers'. With that said, Kuroko is not a 'Level 5'. Even with the seemingly convenient ability called 'Teleport', she was only a 'Level 4'. Although there is only a single digit which states the difference between a 'Level 4' and a 'Level 5', in reality there is an astronomically large difference both in output and calculation ability. After all, there were only seven 'Level 5s'.

Pulling out her phone, Kuroko dialled a number, waiting for it to connect before resuming her teleportation. On the fourth ring, a voice answered;

"Kuroko? Have you…received the same…instructions?…"

The voice she heard got interrupted at times, this was because as she teleported, the electro waves positioning continued to change as a result. The person on the other end seemed like she was used to it, as she spoke without issue.

"Kazari, where are you now? Depending on your location, it'll be quicker if we went together."

Usually, Shirai Kuroko would only allow for her Onee-sama, Misaka Mikoto, to call her by name. However, due to some events, Kuroko began to open up just a little to her friends too.

"Ah, you don't have to worry…I've already arrived at the office…Do come quickly, it's…I can't explain it…but it seems foreboding."

"Understood."

Kuroko then cut the phone line and slipped the phone into her pocket. Performing the correct calculations in her head, she arrived at an ordinary rectangular concrete school compound in no-time at all. Walking in, she went through a fingerprint, pulse and finger motion scan before finally reaching her destination. Pushing the door open after knocking, Kuroko stepped into the 177th Branch Office of Judgement.

Inside, there were many metal desks with several computers on them. Shelves filled with files of previous cases and unfinished reports. A small table rests near the corner of the office. Sitting near one of the desks, facing a computer, Uiharu Kazari was typing in a rush. Fingers gliding across the keyboard, her eyes darting from one end to the next.

Strangely, Kuroko noted, although Judgement members had been called in to help, they weren't anyone else besides them in the office. Wondering if she came too early, her questions were answered when Kazari spoke up.

"You were the last one to come in, pervert teleporter Kuroko. Hehe, it looks like you're slacking on the job~~ Is Judgement work getting too hard for you?"

"...I wonder if Ruiko would mind if I flip up your skirt right here, rather, it would be easier if I just teleported it directly off. Wouldn't you agree Kazari?"

"I apologize, please don't do anything rash!! In the first place, wouldn't that just prove that you're a pervert?! A-And stripping a hardworking and excellent Judgement member is a serious crime you know!"

"Hmm? But I don't see anyone here with those characteristics? Ah, did we gain a new member with an ability to turn invisible perhaps?"

"That's so mean, Kuroko!! At least acknowledge that I'm hardworking, even if I'm not the best!!"

Felling a bit merciful, Kuroko decided to spare the teasing for another day. Closing the door, she approached the desk where Kazari was sitting at.

"Right, right. Now then, what's the emergency? I can't fathom the need to call in all members of Judgement, on such short notice at that. On that end, where are the rest?"

"Like I said, you were the last one in. Koneri-sempai and the rest went out earlier. It seems like Anti-Skill wants us to maintain a strict parameter around certain areas. Strangely, reports of 'floating white walls' are increasing by a huge amount. As of right now, it has reached 300 cases."

Pouting slightly, Kazari answered. Eyes still not leaving the screen, as she worked her skills as a hacker. Leaning forward, Kuroko took a look at the screen.

"Floating white walls? Are you sure they aren't just pulling a huge prank? We are approaching the end of the year after all. Or is this some kind of new trend spreading around? Anyways let me see the estimated parameter size…. what?…that's a whole lot of places…. wait, isn't this practically the whole city?! How do they expect us to help maintain anything with a scale this large? In the first place, weren't they always complaining about how Judgement is only meant to maintain law and order limited to school compounds only?!!"

"I understand how you feel, Kuroko, but it really does seem like they're facing lots of trouble. Besides, although Anti-Skill gave that request, it's technically a direct order from the Board of Directors."

Although frustrated, Kuroko couldn't change anything about it. Putting on her earpiece, she prepared to leave;

"Fine then, Kazari, tell me where I should go."

"Right, let's see here…. Ah, you're posted around District 7 actually."

"Understood, I'll be on my way then."

/

/

At the same time, in a normal dorm room somewhere in District 7, a loud voice cried out.

"Index!! I know we just came back from London, but you can't seriously believe that we can eat all sorts of stuff right away!! What do you mean 'cleansing my taste buds'?! No, you can't just say 'I'm home' as you eat rice!! AH! At least swallow it properly, and don't speak with your mouth full or you'll spit rice everywhere!! Ah!! Oi Othinus, if you're not careful, you'll slip and fall into the sup!! So please don't move around right now! If you need anything I'll help you get it okay, okay?! Index?! OI INDEX!! Did you just ate a piece of my meat?!! Please, this Kamijou just wants his share of dinner too!! FUKOUUU DAAA!!!!!"

Sitting at the small table, broke high school student, Kamijou Touma tried to eat dinner with 3 freeloaders. Keyword; tried. On his right, around 13 or 14 years old, sat a foreigner. She had long silver hair, skin white as snow and emerald green eyes. She was also wearing what looks to be a Christian nun's habit with gold lacing. Strangely, it had multiple safety pins sticking out from it. Despite her young age, she was widely known worldwide as the Index Librorum Prohibitorum. She usually just goes by Index.

"Touma, Touma. If you're going to keep complaining, I'll be eating even more of your share. Do you know that one of God's commandments is 'to love thy neighbour'? Well now that you do, let me eat that tasty looking meat!!!"

"Silence you gluttonous nun, haven't you eaten enough?! I thought partaking in gluttony is considered a deadly sin?! Now with that in mind, human, bring me more of that delicious white rice your country is known for. Your God demands it!"

Another voice entered the conversation, lightly snapping at Index. Across from her, sitting on the table, was a doll-sized girl. Light pale complexion paired with long wavy blond hair and an eye covered by an eyepatch. She was the fifteen-centimetre Magic God, Othinus. At one point in time, she was the most wanted terrorist in the whole world, but thanks to certain events she was seating here eating dinner. By the way, she was the second freeloader. The first was Index.

The fourth occupant in the room, a fluffy and adorable creature was busy eating amid the chaos. The third freeloader, a Japanese calico cat, was behaving with more manners compared with the other two during meal times.

"Sigh…Index, what have I told you about eating other people's share? Also, didn't I gave you three times the total serving of all of us combined?"

Pouting, (with bits of rice on her cheek), Index averted her eyes from Touma.

"I can't help it, I'm just hungry. Is it wrong to eat something when you're hungry? Are you trying to deny me of my human rights, Touma?"

"Ah, it seems like we're out of rice. Here Othinus, give me your bottle cap, I'll share some of mine with you."

"Grr! Don't just ignore me Touma!!"

"Fine, fine. Here, eat this meat Index."

Having received a small cut of food on her plate, Index dropped her angry gaze (and sharp teeth) in favour of eating the newly acquired meat. Turning from her, Touma scooped up one spoon of his rice for Othinus.

"Will this be enough Othi-chan?~"

"Keep using that name and I will stab you with this toothpick, but yes, this is more than enough, human."

A few days ago, they had participated in a life-or-death battle in London. There were too many things to cover, and if he placed them into words, Kamijou Touma felt like it could fill up a few novels; up to 4 at least! Now they were back home in Academy City, having dinner like usual.

Before he could continue eating, Touma heard his phone rang out.

"Ahh? Who can be calling me now?"

Picking up his phone with an annoyed look, Touma answered without thinking to check the caller's ID.

"Hey Kami-yan!! Where are you now? I hope I'm not disturbing anything, nyah."

"Hey what's up, Tsuchimikado. In my dorm room right now, eating dinner with Index. What's wrong?"

On the other side of the phone line, his classmate and friend, Tsuchimikado Motoharu, gave out a cherry greeting. However, when Touma gave out that question, he was only given a slight pause. Then Tsuchimikado's voice changed. Slighter lower than normal, with a serious atmosphere attached.

"I need you to step out for a bit, nothing major, just your front door or balcony is fine."

"...Alright sure. Give me a moment."

Sensing something else, Touma placed his bowl down, stood up to head outside. Before he left, Touma stopped and looked back.

"Index, I'll be out for just a sec, please don't eat my share again. If you do, this broke Kamijou will seriously be facing health problems!"

Watching her slowly nod, Touma reluctantly left his unfinished dinner and head outside. Once the cold December air reached his cheeks, he placed his phone to his ear again, closing the door behind him. He then took a few steps away from his dorm room.

"I'm outside, what's wrong Tsuchimikado? Is it a Magician? Are they after Index?"

Yes, Tsuchimikado Motoharu was not only his classmate, but a Magician that doubles as a spy. Right now, he wasn't speaking to Tsuchimikado the classmate, but to Tsuchimikado the Magician.

"It's something more than that. I'll cut straight to the point Kami-yan, something major is happening. Its creating a massive panic here in the Magic side of things, even compared to everywhere else. Honestly, the scale of it is no joke either, it's on par with the whole Coronzon issue, and I wager, might even be beyond it."

"Hey! Are you serious?! Bigger then Coronzon? Wait, no, in the first place what does this have to do anything with me? If it's really as bad as you say, then what can an amateur like me even do to help?"

Before Touma could complain further, he heard a door clicked open behind him. Turning around, Touma saw Index (with rice stuck on her cheek) and Othinus (sitting on her the nun's shoulder) walking out.

"Index? Othinus? What's wrong?"

'Did I shout too load? Dammit, right when I don't want them to be involved!'

".…Mana…. this is too much Mana…Othinus with this much…"

"I know. Human, this is bad news. Some fool is using the Earth's ley-lines to power some worldwide spell. If this goes on, things are going to end up way worse then what those monstrosities you saw rampaging in London."

"Are you sure Othinus?….. If it's as bad as you say, then tell me what I can do to stop this."

Hearing the concerns of both Index and Othinus, Touma decided to put aside his complaints. Clenching his right fist, he turned to his two partners.

"I can help with that Kami-yan. As of right now, let's not make any independent moves alright? Meet me at the address I'm sending to you, don't worry it's still in district 7, so you won't have to walk long. Don't be late."

Once he received the location, Kamijou Touma and his two freeloaders head out in a brisk pace.

Saten Ruiko let out a sigh. It was 4:45 PM, and she was currently walking home alone. Previously, she had planned to spend some time shopping with her best-friend Uiharu Kazari, and it went well for the most part. At least, until Kazari had to leave on Judgement business.

After spending some time aimlessly walking inside the Underground Mall, Ruiko decided to head back home for the day. She did call her other friend, Misaka Mikoto, to see if she wanted to hangout. Unfortunately, it seems like she had just returned to her dorm, and is reluctant to head back out. Not that Ruiko would blame her, it was cold outside.

Middle schooler Saten Ruiko let out another sigh, watching her breath floating in the freezing December air. As she trudges along the way back, her mind starts to wonder, as usual.

"Hmm, it sure is boring. Usually, some type of event will happen right around now… actually, was that the reason Kazari was called in?….Uwahhhhh, it feels so weird to say that! I mean, I do want to call her by her given name, we're best friends after all, but it just feels weird!"

Talking to herself, Ruiko started to wiggle about as she stopped walking. Because she was speaking out-loud, some students looked her way. Those closer gave her small smile, seemingly enjoying her flushed and embarrassed face. Realizing people were staring, Ruiko turned crimson, then she hurriedly started walking again.

"Ugh, that was embarrassing. It was all K-Kazari's fault, hehe, as revenge I'll flip her skirt till she cries!! Yosh, looks like I got my End of The Years short term resolution!!"

Raising her fist to the sky, Ruiko's steps gained more life, a happy smile on her face.

'Now that I think about it, my life sure got more interesting all the way back then. Right, I think it was around July? The day Kazari dragged me along to meet the "Oujo-sama" Misaka Mikoto. Heh, since then, all sorts of things happened I almost can't believe it.'

Reminiscing of past events (both the good and the bad), Ruiko gave a small smile, happy that she managed to be a part of it in the first place. Slapping her cheeks lightly, Ruiko looked straight ahead, determined to spend the rest of her school life together with all her dear friends.

At that moment, as Ruiko took a right turn at the end of that ordinary street, the first thing that registered into her mind was white. There in the sky, in-between two buildings, was a white square. Even more bizarre, in her opinion, was what looked like chairs floating beside it.

'Are they doing some sort of event? Wah, that's pretty high up. It looks about floor 15? Ah, is it some sort of 3D projection? I wonder if they accept crowd participants, but then again, I don't really feel like joining right now.'

Just as Ruiko decided to continue walking straight home, one of the floating chairs twitched, then flew straight at her. Seeing the approaching chair, Ruiko was confused at first, but that changed to panic. Ruiko tried to dodge, but because of the wet sidewalk, she slipped and almost fell butt first into the pavement.

"Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!…….Eh? What just happened?"

Coming in at the last moment, the floating chair managed to scooped up the long-haired middle schooler. Hovering off the ground, the chair seemed to bob gently. Nearby, some students were taken aback by the abruptness of the event. Some even brought out their phones and started to record.

"Um…..thank you, Mr. Floating Chair? Can you let me down now, my feet can't seem to reach the ground from here? Ah, but slowly alright, don't drop me immediately alright? Hey……Wait….No stop! Why are you taking me higher!!!!!"

Indeed, floating seated middle school girl (with long hair), Saten Ruiko was being lifted higher and higher. Soon, she was on the same level as the white wall she saw earlier.

'If this is part of some show, I'll seriously voice my complaints!! I mean, I don't even have anything to hold onto here!! What if I fall? The winds are really strong right now!!!!!'

After floating for a while, nothing seems to happened. Ruiko gathered some of her courage, then she looked down.

'OKAY THAT'S TOO HIGH UP!!!! I CAN'T DO THIS!! I CAN'T DO THIS!! KUROKO!! MIKOTO! KAZARI!! ANYONE!! PLEASE DO SOMETHINGGGGGGGG!!!!!!'

Shaking in fear, Saten Ruiko felt a sudden cold sweat spreading through her body. Her sweaty palms feel like it might slip and bring her spinning down to her doom. Panicking, she couldn't even muster the strength to grab her phone in her pocket.

'Oh god, I'm going to die here. I'll slip and I'll fall. I-I can see it already, I'll be pushed by the winds and fall. What did I even do!! This is too scary!!!'

Suddenly, panicked floating seated middle school girl (with sweaty palms), heard a familiar ring tone. There, inside her pocket, her phone was ringing. Unfortunately, Ruiko couldn't even manage to answer. Her hands were firmly gripped onto the chair. Then all too soon, the ringing stopped.

Just as she was about to lose all hope, she felt something touching her shoulder, and in an instant her perspective changed. Ruiko was back on the ground.

Let's rewind time a bit, just as Ruiko was exiting the Underground Mall, a certain twin tailed brunette was teleporting through the air. After meeting with her partner, Uiharu Kazari, Shirai Kuroko had met up with her senior, Konori Mii. Receiving further orders, Kuroko began to move towards her specific perimeter to guard.

'Reports claimed that 'white walls' appeared suddenly out of nowhere. It can be touched and doesn't seem to be doing anything. All tests done on them revealed no radiation or any lethal gases….everything points towards 'it' being just solid air. If that's true, it should be a see-through wall; not coloured in white.'

Thinking to herself, Kuroko tried to reason-out the mystery through all the available information she was provided with. As she arrived to her designated spot, on a high building's rooftop, she began to scan her surroundings. Noting nothing out of the ordinary, Kuroko teleported to another rooftop. This went on for a few minutes, the cold December air hitting her worst in the high altitude, Kuroko decided to maintain her search on the ground.

After another mind chilling hour wasted doing absolutely nothing, Shirai Kuroko turned a corner to continue her patrol. There she saw it, the reported 'white wall' was floating in mid-air in-front of her. Instantly, Kuroko scanned her surroundings, searching through the windows, looking for anyone who could be causing the disturbance with their ability. Her efforts in vain, Kuroko decided to directly teleport to the 'white anomaly. Just as she finished performing the calculations needed, there in the corner of her eyes, she saw someone familiar. Walking with a brisk pace, the spiky haired ape was talking with someone over the phone.

"Geh, what is he doing here?"

Spitting out those words, Kuroko changed her target. Walking with a small frown on her face, she approached the plain looking boy.

"-Yeah, I can see it….No, I don't think I can, it's pretty high up….Huh?! What do you mean jump from the rooftop!! Are you asking me to die? Seriously?!!…"

The boy was still talking with his eyes focusing on the with wall. As such, he completely walked pass Kuroko, who stopped in-front of him.

"...I probably can reach it if I was on the same floor…..Probably…..No, I don't think that'll work, I mean, my right hand alone will….what? Leave it hanging out?….yeah, that might probably work…"

He was still walking away from her. As Kuroko watch him leave, she pressed her fingers on her temples. Then, she shouted;

"You, APE!! What are you doing here?!! In the first place, how did you enter here?!! This place is supposed to be closed off!! No-one is supposed to be in here!! I spent the last 3 hours making sure of that!!!"

Stopping in his tracks, Kamijou Touma looked behind, finally acknowledging her existence. The first thing he did, was ending the call, then he as placed his old flip phone in his pocket he said;

"Ah, fancy meeting you here, Shirai,……the weather sure is nice right?"

Saying that with a lame smile, he scratch the back of his head and laughed awkwardly. Kuroko's anger rises by another 20%, taking a breath, she repeated herself.

"You….ape…what. Are. You. Doing. Here."

"Ah, you know, walking around. I mean, it's December right? Schools out too! So I just on a walk…yeah, on an ordinary walk."

".…"

".…"

There was a brief silence, then there was a metallic 'click'.

"Erm…Shirai-san? Can this Kamijou ask why did you do that?…"

"Judgement member Shirai Kuroko here, I've apprehended a suspicious person loitering around inside the perimeter. I'm sure he might be a possible suspect, I've handcuffed him to me and is requesting backup. Kazari, do you copy? I'm standing right below the floating-"

Just as Touma started panicking, the white wall cut Kuroko off. It pulsed and wiggled, expanding like a balloon. Realizing something was about to happened, Kuroko tried to teleport both of them away. Finding that she couldn't, she pulled out her darts instead. Touma was faster however, placing himself in-front of Kuroko, he raised his right arm just as it exploded.

There was a loud pop and Kuroko was pushed backed, if she wasn't handcuffed to Touma, she would had been blown away. A second later, the sound of breaking glass could be heard, and the violent gust of wind stopped. Slowly opening her eyes, Kuroko was lost for words.

Floating in the air was the previous white wall, however it currently looked like a deflated balloon. Above it is what looked like a humanoid person, its figure blurred to Kuroko, changing colours rapidly and changing into different shapes; like some kind of corrupted file. That same indescribable thing was standing there doing absolutely nothing; and it was staring right at them. Rather, Kuroko noted, at Kamijou Touma.

The figure raised a single right finger and…

And…

And…

And Shirai Kuroko was suddenly looking at something completely different. Confused, Shirai questioned what she was looking at. What was a blurred and glitched image, is now a blacked ceiling. However, she soon understood quickly. She was teleported. Just as she wanted to question how she was teleported, a sudden nausea overcame her. Jolting up from her prone position, Kuroko ended up spilling everything she had in her stomach and onto the floor. Everything burned. Mid vomit, something touched her back.

Immediately rolling away, while still vomiting, Kuroko tried to defend herself, expecting an attack. What she saw was not an enemy, it was someone she knew quite well. It was Misaka Mikoto.

"Kuroko?! Hey calm down alright….It's me, calm down……What happened?"

Slowly approaching her roommate, Mikoto slowly rubbed Kuroko's back. After a few more seconds expelling body fluids, and a couple of dry heaves, Kuroko managed to whisper out a few words.

"...I…(huff)…left…(urk)…I left…him…"

"Kuroko?….Left who?"

"Kamijou….I left Kamijou behind…"

It was obvious to Kuroko, why shouldn't it be? The moment she saw the figure raised it's right hand, she instinctively teleported away. Faced with the fight or flight response, Shirai Kuroko choose flight. She chooses to abandon someone and run away. Her maximum limit in distance is around 80 meters, did her body pushed itself to its limits to escape? Did she brought out more of her potential just to run away? Did she cast aside her belief and justice just to survive?

Kuroko didn't want to believe it, but the fact remained the same. She was here and Touma was not. As she was beginning to wallow in self-inflicted hatred, Mikoto gently patted her back.

"Don't worry Kuroko, you can tell me the details later. For now, calm down okay?"

Kuroko was confused, she thought Mikoto would be more emotional. Making some rash decision and forcing her way through any obstacle. But when she tuned to question her Onee-sama, she froze.

Standing there, a few meters away, was Kamijou Touma. He was standing in-front of a small child with his head down. Rather, it was as if he was being scolded? Taking a closer look, Kuroko noticed that not a single wound was on his body. Noticing she was awake, he approached Kuroko, after asking permission from that small child.

"Hey…How are you feeling Shirai? I tried to get to safety as soon as I could, but between carrying an unconscious person and fending off attacks, it wasn't easy."

"How?…I thought I left you…?"

"Erm, well, you did kinda passed out immediately. But don't worry! We got out of danger as soon as possible, so nothing to worry about that front."

"I…I see.."

The silence was a bit awkward. As hoodie wearing Kuroko silently tried to piece together what happened, Mikoto stood up and looked around.

Standing on a slopped platform, she saw cushioned seats all around. From top to bottom, six seats each in a row. For all intent and purposes, it looks like a cinema or a theatre. Turning her eyes away from the seats, she looked behind her.

The same white wall stared back at her. Ever since she was teleported here, Mikoto was confused. Confused as to why she was here, how did someone teleported her here, and...

"This is just too weird…"

Turning back to the cushioned seats, Misaka saw…

"Oi Tsuchimikado, that unconscious girl just threw up…..and Kami-yan went to confront her. Even though she was covered in vomit, he approached without issue..….DAMMIT!! HE JUST WENT UP TO HER JUST LIKE THAT?! IS THIS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN US NORMIES AND THE HAREM KING?! I WON'T ACCEPT THATTTTTTT!!!!"

"Hey Aogami, did you notice how he sidestepped the pool of vomit? Take a closer look, so far he hasn't even touched her once you know? Take a closer look….YES EVEN RIGHT NOW HE'S KEEPING A SOLID MINIMUM DISTANCE CAUSE SHE'S COVERED IN VOMIEUGHHGHGHGHHGHGHHHHH"

"Alright that's enough out of the two you."

"Wha-? Why me too-?!"

Mikoto was just about to interrupt the two disrespectful boys, but a third voice made herself known. The two high school boys were then pummelled by the high school girl (who had a wide forehead). Seeing that, middle school girl Misaka Mikoto had only one thing on her mind….

'I know this is rude, but….Why is her breast so huge?!! They……they even shake when she moves??!!!!'

Just as Mikoto was pondering the mystery that was large breast, she heard someone calling out to her.

"Um, Onee-sama? Can I ask if you would clarify what's happening here?"

"Kuroko? Sure, but first……you need to follow me for a bit alright? In the first place, you shouldn't be pushing yourself."

Vomit covered Shirai Kuroko followed Mikoto as they began to ascend to the top of the room. As they walked, Kuroko noted how most of the seats were filled already, and……….she also noted how they each averted they're gaze as she walked by.

Kuroko's heart clenched.

"Kuroko listen, don't mind them, they're trying to be considerate. Come here."

"AH! No Onee-sama!!"

Noticing Kuroko's discomfort, Mikoto unhesitatingly placed her arms around her and pulled her close.

"Onee-sama don't!! I'm……I'm covered in vomit and and and!…"

"It's okay Kuroko. There's a bathroom in the next room, we can wash up there together okay? Come, come."

"...Okay…..sniff…"

Holding in her tears, vomit covered Kuroko let herself relax just a little, here in the embrace of her Onee-sama.

On the other side of the room, two people were watching Kuroko and Mikoto as they walked.

"UGHHHHH. I really want to go there and check up on Kuroko."

"Give her some time, let's trust Mikoto on this alright, Ruiko?"

Sitting on the left side of the theatre, the two middle school girls both had a worried look on their faces. Ruiko followed them with her eyes until they exited through the door, feeling defeated, she slumped down into her seat with a sigh. Just then, she heard someone calling out to her.

"Um, Saten-san right? Sorry if I got it wrong, but I need to ask you a favour."

"Oh um, Kamijou right? Sure I don't mind, just as long as it's reasonable, ehe."

Smiling slightly, Ruiko straighten her posture as the high school boy approached. Beside her, Kazari leaned forward a bit, wanting to listen in.

"Right, well I tried explaining it to Shirai just now, but I don't think it'll stick. She seemed out of it still, so I was hoping you could help explain to her instead."

"Ah, sure. But, um, I don't really know what happened?"

"Oh! Yeah, just tell her that we managed to escaped and that I ran straight into a random building to hide. Which, funnily enough, was this one. Um, that's all really, thanks again! If we do manage to find an exit, remind me to treat you to something. Ah, but nothing expensive alright?"

Nodding, Ruiko accepted the request. Turning around Touma began to walk back to his seat but stopped. Turning slightly he said:

"Oh ya, if she asks, tell her that its fine. I bought my hoodie on sale, so she shouldn't think much about it…..ah, but do return it if possible. This broke high school boy would really be troubled if I had to buy new clothes!"

With his piece said, white t-shirt wearing Kamijou Touma began to walk towards a white nun. Tilting her head, Ruiko could only nod in a confusion.

"Hoodie? What did he mean by that?"

Let's take a different perspective on everything for a moment. It is true that the room Kuroko woke up in looks similar to a theatre. Some might even call it a cinema, which would also be correct. At least partially. The only difference would be the existence of the glowing, floating and silent white wall right where a normal screen would be projected.

The room itself was slightly bigger than the average theatre. The seats were different too, soft and clean cushions were used instead of whatever cleaning was done in general cinemas. Speaking of seats, the current sitting (from the left to the right) for the apparent occupants were;

(Left seats) : Uiharu Kazari / Saten Ruiko / Misaka Mikoto (vacant) / Shirai Kuroko (vacant) / (empty) / (empty)

(Middle seats) : Aogami Pierce / Tsuchimikado Motoharu / Kamijou Touma / Index Librorum Prohibitorum / Fukiyose Seiri / Himegami Aisa

(Right seats) : Tsukuyomi Komoe / Yomikawa Aiho / Tessou Tsuzuri / Kiyama Harumi / (empty)

Furthermore, two doors were located at the very back. Those two doors lead to another large room, walking straight ahead will lead towards what the students deemed 'food hall'. Walking to the left will bring us to the woman's bathroom. The right being the males. By the way, the bathrooms are equipped with a washing machine, dryers, and even a shower stall.

Just as the author ran out of ideas to describe the area, both Kuroko and Mikoto arrived back at their seats. All cleaned up, Shirai Kuroko slumped into her seat.

Before the Railgang could interact and create even more ooc dialogue, amid the talking high school students and the restless adults, a popping sound could be heard.

At once, every single occupant of the room focused their attention towards the source of the sound. There, the white wall was moving. Like hundreds of bugs were crawling around inside it.

Everyone was on edge. The white wall rippled, then fell silent, unmoving. From that stillness, someone stepped out.

"Yahalo! A very good evening to you all! I hope I wasn't gone too long? Sorry that I kept you waiting.~"

Giving out that weird greeting, the entity who stepped out appears to be humanoid in nature, but everyone present will tell you otherwise.

Its skin was completely white, not in a good way, but totally and unnaturally white. Its long hair was white too, flowing freely down it's back. The most unsettling part was, without a doubt, it's human like face. However, no signs of facial features can be seen on them.

No eyes, nose, or even a mouth can be seen. Yet it spoke without issue.

"Hurm? I was sure I spoke with the correct language? I am speaking Japanese right? Hey, you there, you disgusting scum calling yourself as human! Can you understand me?"

Tilting its head, it turned and spoke with a hint of disgust towards a familiar boy.

"Um…yes…?"

"Psst! Hey Kami-yan! Don't speak to it! I think if you stay completely still, it won't see you!!"

As Touma replied uncertainly, an unnecessary comment can be heard by a certain blue haired idiot.

"I don't think that advice can be used here Aogami, nyah. In the first place, since it was seeking confirmation for communication, won't it be better to make sure we aren't a threat?"

"Ah, I see. Then, by sacrificing Kami-yan, the true Harem King, you're telling me we can survive this, even if it somehow turns into the vore tag?"

"Hehe, you've read my mind exactly! But do keep in mind, she looks like a girl, so wouldn't it mean Kami-yan will have a fair shot at expending his harem somehow, nyah?"

"Goddammit! I don't want to see it expanding, but to survive we don't have any other choice!! Alright it's settled!! Go Kami-yan! For the fate of the world, or at least those of us here earn yourself an alien girlfriend!!!!"

"Alright that's it, come here you two, let's settle this right now!!!"

As the three idiots lost themselves to the familiar stupidity, the rest of the audience could do nothing but stare. Indeed, they were astonished by the sheer madness of the conversation.

"Fufu, no need to fight over me, I'll love you all the same. Well, except that monster right there. Now then, I'm sure many of you would have some questions about all this, but let's skip all the explanation alright? After all, I can just input it into your mind~"

As if it was talking about the weather, the entity brushed off all the unnecessary exposition in favour of moving the plot forward. Then, with a snap of her fingers, everyone clutched their heads.

Everyone, except for Kamijou Touma.

The instant he heard about sending information into their heads, he immediately touched his right hand to his head. There was a sound, like breaking glass, and Touma was spared.

He then tried to reach out towards Index, who was sitting next to him, but was suddenly aware that he could not move. The entity was floating right beside him, holding his outstretched right hand firmly.

"Sigh. Honestly, can you not? AH! You disgusting monster! I'm trying to be nice here! My boss isn't this accommodating you know? So don't try and resist this alright?"

"W-What are you doing?! Let go! If you're hurting them, I'll put a stop to you right now!! And, and, stop calling me a monster! This high school boy's heart won't be excited from verbal abuse you know!!!"

"Tsk. Right, right. Let's leave all those cool speeches to the viewing sessions alright? Here we go~ Take two."

Before he could resist, something foreign entered Kamijou Touma's brain. Knowledge was imprinted into him.

Just like that he realized that he, and everyone here, was going to spend some time and witness the world's memories.

"Fufu. There, that wasn't hard right? You monster. Now that that's settled, we can skip a lot of things and begin all the fun stuff~!"

Still trying to comprehend, the seated citizens of Academy City could do nothing but organize their thoughts.

'Witness the World's…..Memories?'

'Whoa?! The World is actually alive?! Like one giant organism?'

'Kuhh! She bypassed my mental barrier? Just what did she do?'

'In the first place, how did she(?) even do this? I'm sure this is different from that Mental Out, so how…?'

'Dammit! I won't let you make me forget my love for gyaru girls. Even if it kills me!! Bring it on you weird alien girl!!!'

'I wonder if Maika will let me massage her shoulders today? She works too hard, as her brother (not related by blood!) I must spoil her sometimes too, nyah!'

'Dammit!! I couldn't even move just now, my right hand was useless!!'

'Hmmmm, mana made form…..untainted from any religious concepts…is this a manifestation from Gaia? No…at least, I'm sure this person is connected to the Earth's ley lines.'

'Dammit!! Because those three idiots were talking about something stupid again, I let my guard down!!'

'Hmm, Kamijou-kun is making a sad face…should I go and comfort him?…Hmm…'

'Oh no! I hope all of the students are doing okay…'

'Hmm, I need to clean, jan….'

'E-Erm, senpai isn't looking happy, she has a serious look on her face…'

'As a scientist, this is very bizarre…is she a hologram? Perhaps a moving liquid metal? Hmm, in that case, how did they project information into our brains all at once? Then, there's the massive teleportation too…'

As you can see, some of them are completely carefree. Anyways, the plot continues.

"Fufu. Nice to see that all of you aren't actually asking questions like 'Why are we here' or 'what did you do to us' I honestly can't be bothered to answer. Anyways, as you have been made to understand, you are going to witness some of the World's Memories. These events aren't anything major, just about half a year worth? Now then, let's start our viewing~!"

Although they had a couple of questions, they found themselves unable to speak. With nothing else to do, they all complied and waited.

Nodding, the entity then proceeded to step back into the white wall. Soon, not even a ripple remained.

Then, as the room dimmed slightly…

The white screen flickered as words appeared on it, "Side Story". The words were accompanied with a soft melody, someone humming a certain tune. Many were startled with the change, but clearly was able identify the humming to be from an unknown female. Strictly speaking, everyone was confused and anxious. Some questioned the cause of the abrupt change. Others eagerly watch in curiosity. But all were waiting for something to happened.

Immediately after, the screen changed to that of someone opening a canned drink. The screen then shifted to another image, this time of a black handheld student bag with a certain green mascot hanging on a strap. Finally, the screen revealed the source of the humming, as if it took a step back and panned from bottom to top.

Projected on the screen, was what looked to be a completely normal middle school girl wearing a gray pleated skirt, a short-sleeved blouse, and a summer sweater, leaning on some railings. The humming stopped as the middle school girl began drinking from her can.

"I knew it!! It is you, Onee-sama!! I knew I would recognize that cute slender waist anywhere!"

"Wha-What the heck? Kuroko, calm down! You're getting too excited!!"

Destroying the seal placed on her, the sheer love (and lust) for her one true soulmate gave Shirai Kuroko the strength to stand up and shout out her discovery. Likewise, the sheer embarrassment Misaka Mikoto is currently experiencing made her ignore the seal too.

'AHHH, it's like watching a movie and one of your friends starts making a scene, dammit Kuroko!'

While she was enjoying her drink, the middle school girl heard some footsteps approaching her, lifting the can from her lips, she turned to look at her surroundings. Before she realized it, she was completely surrounded by men. Those five men appeared to be between high school and college students in age, each with their own design and characteristics. Yes, they were the average delinquents you can find anywhere.

Nearby, two students (who was probably on their way home from school) were watching the events unfold. One of them, a short haired female student, spoke up with concern;

"Hey, is she going to be alright?"

"You think maybe we should contact Judgement?"

The other person, a male student, questioned in response to the girl's question.

"That's wrong! High school boys shouldn't be doing things like this!!"

"Calm down Komoe-sensei. If we're gonna trust this entity's, um, imprint?… Well, not like we have anything else to do, we've checked all the rooms and there was no visible exit so, let's just calm down and continue watching, jan."

"What she just said is true. Besides, if what that entity said is true, this all had already passed. Nothing we can do about it, I guess. Sigh. Really makes me sweat here, can I take my shirt off?"

"D-Don't you dare! You do that again, and I-I'll arrest you for public immodesty!!"

Thus, the four teachers conversation ended.

The screen then returned to the surrounded middle school girl, but instead of panicking or showing signs of discomfort, the shoulder-length brown hair middle school girl closed her eyes. An annoyed look on her face.

"It really is never dull here in this city."

With those peculiar words escaping from her lips, the screen panned outwards towards the surrounding area.

"Man, Mikoto. You really aren't afraid of any casual delinquents huh? I wonder if I can be fearless like that, even with an ability."

"Well, I guess that's a necessity for an Oujo-sama right? Or is it just Mikoto?"

"Ugh, don't encourage her, Ruiko. And I don't think being an Oujo-sama has anything to do with this, Kazari-san.

"W-What? I mean, they're the ones who started it! I'm innocent here!"

Three propeller blades spun in a circle. Round and round. Those blades belong to wind turbines. Those wind turbines could be found anywhere in this city, in this single shot alone were four turbines. High above were two blimps, broadcasting daily news towards the whole city's populations.

"A city that has a general population of 2.3 million, with eighty percent of them being students, is what Academy City is."

The screen changed again, this time showing what appears to be a woman who was talking in front of a group of people, all of which were inside a moving bus. Yes, that woman is a tour guide, and the people inside the bus were on a tour. Taking a closer look, it seems like the group consists of both adults and children. It isn't a stretch to assume that this tour consists of parents and their child.

"It's what you might call a giant experimental city, which bring together the forefront of scientific technology. It is said that there is between twenty- and thirty-years' difference between the technology used in Academy City and everywhere else. So then, what is it that everyone studies here?"

"Hmm, now that I'm actually sitting here, I think that I made a huge discovery. It's something I bet all of you didn't notice. But don't worry, for I, the great Aogami Pierce will be sharing that information now."

"Oh? Do share your insight, you fake Kansai bastard, nyah."

"Really? Then please enlighten us, you fake Kansai bastard."

"Okay that's it! I've tolerated you two assholes for far too long!! I told you that I really am from Osaka!! W-Why won't you bastards believe it!!!"

Thus, the three Delta Force began to argue meaninglessly. That is until…

"GIVE. IT. A. REST. ALREADY!!! I CAN'T STAND IT WITH YOU THREE!!!"

The great Fukiyose delivered swift justice to these three dumb students. Dealing much deserved damage towards the type of people who would not shut up in theatre.

"Um, what was it that you've discovered, Aogami-kun?"

A soft sounding voice can be heard, but sadly, since everyone was busy watching those three idiots getting beaten up, no one paid any attention to the long-haired beauty.

Next to them, a hesitating voice sound out.

"Um…I don't think hitting them is a g-good idea? Um...senpai, is that really okay?"

"Hmm? Oh, don't worry about it, Tessuo-sensei. It's part of their daily dynamic, jan."

"Hmm? Is that how high school students bond these days? Well, I guess everyone has their way of dealing with stress. Though, excessive violence may be an early sign of concealed anger issues."

"Oh no! Is that true Kiyama-sensei? If it is, then I must make sure my class are free of unnecessary stress and guide them properly into functioning adults!!"

"Well, I'm just speculating, I'm not a counsellor after all."

After providing some much-needed exposition, the guide then asked a simple question. Yet for anywhere else, but Academy City, the question might sound a little odd. Even so, the children answered with voices full of excitement, some even claiming their future abilities such as Telekineticist or Clairvoyant;

"Esper powers!!"

Delighted to receive such cooperating and energetic group, the guide smiled and nodded at their answer. Continuing her exposition, the short haired tour guide woman said;

"Academy City offers a tip-top public safety system to look after your precious children. Please, rest assured that-- Wah?!"

Interrupting her continued exposition, a sudden flash of light was seen quite close by from the moving group. Immediately following that flash, the tour bus swayed as the driver slammed the breaks. Tyres screeching, the bus tried it's best at coming to a stop, almost colliding with multiple other cars in the vicinity.

"What happened?!"

"Hmm, are they under attack? Is it a car accident? Or a rampaging student, jan?"

Both Anti-Skill teachers were immediately on high alert. Thoughts racing to figure out the situation. On the other end of the room, four students ducked their head. One of them was slightly aghast that her actions almost caused a major accident, with children no less.

"W-What was that? What in the word…?"

As the bus managed to stopped, on her knees, the short haired tour guide breathed out those words. Confused and distressed, she looked outside the bus seeking an answer. What she saw was…

"Huh!? Th-The signals…"

Multiple instances of traffic lights were not showing any of the common three colours, instead they weren't showing any colours at all. A close up look against one of the traffic lights reveals a series of sparks, as if the whole thing had suddenly become a live wire.

"Hmm? That sounds familiar… don't tell me…Oi Mikasa! That was you wasn't it!! How many times have I told you not to shock people you don't like!"

"W-What? I d-don't know what you're talking about!"

"Why you!! Don't act like you don't know! I can already see the situation. Those delinquents corner you, then 'forced' you into an alleyway or something, then you shock them right? Tell me I'm right! This Kamijou can already tell the likely outcome!!"

Mouth agape, Mikoto couldn't offer any rebuttal, instead Index offer her input too.

"I knew you were a bit classless, Short hair, but endangering other people is wrong!"

"Kehh! I-I understand….I apologize."

Bowing her head, Mikoto apologized with her face red with embarrassment.

"Now, now. As long as she realized the error of her ways, let's forget about it alright? Sensei wants all of us to get along, okay?"

"...Excuse me little girl….but, um, it's not nice playing teacher okay? You might get in trouble with bad people."

Shirai Kuroko interjects randomly, causing tears to form in Komoe-sensei's eyes and for Aiko-sensei to hold her stomach in laughter.

"Kuroko, Kuroko. Since you were passed out, you didn't get to introduce yourself and get to know everyone right? Well, um, regardless of how she looks, she really is a teacher."

"Eh? Really?"

"Yeah, I was shocked too."

After getting enlighten by Ruiko, Kuroko gave an apology to Komoe-sensei. With all that happening, Touma was still in his pose being absolutely forgotten, standing with his finger pointed towards Mikoto. He sat down silently.

The screen then cuts to an alleyway, in its someone was running with reckless abandon as if they were being chased by something. Because of that, they didn't see the object right in front of them, a standard and well-known object everyone had at least once seen in their lives. Crashing into a nearby trashcan, almost tripping in the process, the person let out a curse as they continued to run.

"Damn! This is not my lucky day! Who the hell is that?!"

Panting, the person running for their life was revealed to be a young man, most likely to be between high school and college student in terms of age. Turning back slightly, the man continued to run, fear evident on his face.

"Hold it right there!"

All of a sudden, a shadow was seen cast on the man's face. A girl's bell-like voice was heard through the screen. Immediately, the man's entire perspective was shifted, as he fell on his face. Grunting, he tried to stand, but a slender hand was seen pushing his head back down.

"Judgement-des"

The girl was wearing a green armband, decorated with four stripes and a shield located in-between the second and third line. The screen panned up, the girl was revealed to be placing her entire weight on his back, and at the same time pulling his right arm backwards. Effectively pinning the larger boy to the ground.

"--Ow-w-w-w-w-w! Ow! Ow!"

"-You're the hoodlum in the alert, right?"

"Woah!! That was kinda cool Kuroko. Compared to Mikoto, your introduction was 10x cooler for sure."

"I don't know about that Ruiko. I feel like it's missing some core aspect of Shirai Kuroko. I mean, this is only Shirai Kuroko of Judgement right?"

"While I do agree with you Ruiko, that wasn't something to be proud of. That said, whatever do you mean hmm? You sweet addict judgement member Kazari?"

"H-Hang on a minute here! What do you mean 'compared to Mikoto?' do elaborate on that, Saten-san~"

Sticking out her tongue, Ruiko doges the question. Btw, Kazari's cheeks were getting pinched and stretched hard by Kuroko (who teleported behind the seats to deal swift justice).

Next to them, in the middle seats.

"Damm that's hot. Ouuu, having a flat middle schooler sitting on my back with her full weight pining me down is just the best! Even if she has a flat chest, I don't mind at all! 10 out of 10 would get pinned down."

"Erm, although I have many issues with what you're saying you blue haired pedo, I have to give you some warning in advance. That middle schooler is beyond you. Even for someone of your calibre, you omnivore."

"Heh, calling others pedo Kami-yan? Although I don't disagree, have you taken a long look at yourself first, nyah?"

"I don't want to hear that from a sister loving bastard!"

"I don't want to hear that from a sister loving bastard!"

In response to that sister loving bastard, both Touma and Aogami gave out the same rebuttal in sync.

Just before things could escalate again, the silver sister pulled on high school girl Fukiyose's sleeves.

"Um, what does 'pedo' mean?"

"It's short for pedo-"

Instead of Fukiyose, hidden high school girl Himegami Aisha answered. But before she could finish, Index cried out in shock.

"W-Wha!! You scared me there, Aisa!! When did you appeared?"

"...I was one of the first ones here…right after Komoe-sensei…ah I see, even here my screenti-"

Cutting off her depressing muttering, the plot advance ruthlessly. (Don't give up, Himegami-chan!!)

Disregarding the delinquent's cries, the twin-tailed brunette, who was wearing the same clothes as the previous middle school girl, asked while pulling out what seems to be handcuffs, giving off a small smirk at the end.

"Damn"

Finding himself attached to a nearby metal pipe, the delinquent boy gave out a curse which slipped into a sigh, then he hanged his head as he accepts his fate.

"This is Shirai Kuroko. I've captured one of the criminals. Uiharu, where are the remaining savages?"

The twin-tailed brunette -now revealed as Shirai Kuroko- spoke through her earpiece, as she continued to run through the alleyways.

"Take the left at the end of that alley, then another left, five meters after that."

On the other end of the line, dexterous fingers fly through a set of keyboards as another girl -Uiharu- gave her reply. Her opened can of drink sat on the table, on her head is what appears to be a set of beautifully decorated flower hair piece. Her instructions were short, clear and direct. Eyes unblinking as she guided her partner through the back alleys.

"Copy that!"

"Oh, this is staring to get exciting! It's like watching a spy movie or an action movie! Hey teleporting twin-tailed Judgement girl, are all of Judgement cases this exciting?"

".……."

"Well Aogami-senpai, erm, almost all cases are just community service. There are some dangerous cases though, but most of the time, erm, we will pass those cases onto Anti-Skill."

"I see, thanks for not leaving me hanging, flower head little Judegement-chan!"

'Did he really expect me to not notice his comment about me having a flat chest?! I swear I'll definitely bring him in for public disturbance, plus I'll add mental abuse to his list of crimes, fufufufufufufufufu!!!'

"Um, Kuroko. You're making a pretty scary face, cut it out!"

Voicing out his amazement, blue haired Aogami tried asking Kuroko, but was ignored. Instead, her partner Kazari had to step in. Witnessing her scary face, Mikoto send a prayer for that blue haired pervert, but…

'Hmm? I feel a sudden chill all of a sudden? Ah! It must be my beloved maids awaiting my return!! Don't worry, your master will soon return and settle all your needs, so hang on a little more, my sweet maids~!!'

Unfortunately, Aogami is long lost already.

Fully trusting in her partner's directions, Kuroko dashes through the alleys, following Kazari's words to the letter.

"Judgement-desuno! We've received alerts on you! Come quietly, or I'll have to…Erm? What the…?"

Coming to a stop, Kuroko made a pose. Right hand aimed downwards as her left pulled on her green Judgement armband. Expecting a number of hooligans, Kuroko's words came to a stop as a whole different scene registered into her brain.

"Hum? Oh, Kuroko."

Standing there, among fallen and smoking delinquents, was the same girl that was shown earlier. Short brown hair, brown eyes, and a cute face. The somewhat normal middle school girl, wearing her summer uniform, turned to acknowledge Kuroko, as sparks emits from her head. In response, Kuroko gave out a shout!

"Onee-sama!"

"AHA! See, I knew it was you!! What did I say? It went exactly as I predicted right? What do you have to say for yourself, Biribiri?"

"You really want to do this now?! Fine then! I admit, I may have used too much force, but I wasn't fully at fault alright! Besides, I already apologized right? What else do you want from me? A-And stop using that name!"

"Nah, I know you didn't do it on purpose was just proving my point Biribiri, I'll just sit back down now."

"W-Wha-? Youuuuu!!"

Just when the Level 5 reached a boiling point, she made eye contact with the high school boy. Seeing his teasing smirk, she instantly blushed, turned back towards the screen and sat down.

"I-I'll let you go this t-time! Geez, that idiot!!"

The screen showed a single tittle, written in orange letters against a white background;

"A CERTAIN SCIENTIFIC RAILGUN"

"Hmm? Is this like, a movie tittle?"

"But that entity said we are supposed to watch 'The World's Memories' right?-"

Just when Himegami questioned the weird tittle and Ruiko tried to answer, something happened. Yes, something happened and definitely cause it's a pain to explain why Railgun comes first before Index even though Index was aired before Railgun. Definitely.

The screen darkened as music starts to play. Between flashing lights and a gray tinted screen. Mikoto and Kuroko were seen posing as the alternate between the two. As if on cue, the vocals kicked up just a Mikoto did a pose. Her right hand outstretched, facing the audience, as sparks centred on her pointed index finger. With a flash, Mikoto was replaced with the words "A CERTAIN SCIENTIFIC RAILGUN".

"Heh."

"OI. You laughed, didn't you?! I heard that!!"

"Hmm? What do you mean? Besides, it's rude to shout when we are watching a movie, that's just common sense, Misaka."

"Ah, right, sorry. AH! NO! THAT'S NOT THE POINT!! You definitely laughed just now! Why did you laugh? Come on, say it!!"

"Sigh. Come on Misaka, I just let it go already! Well, if you really want to know, it's cause of the tittle!! You get it? You're called the #3, Railgun right? Well, when I saw the tittle 'A Certain Scientific Railgun' I just couldn't help but laugh! I don't even know why!!"

Slowly, the screen panned downwards as Mikoto is seen running. One by one, her friends Kuroko, Kazari and Ruiko. Began to join her as they run towards a platform, overlooking Academy City. As the screen panned across the view, it suddenly zoomed in on the sun.

In the next scene, it shows Ruiko, paying a visit to Kazari. Happily, the flower wearing headband girl smiled and began chasing after her friend, passing Kuroko who gave a sigh.

"You know…this is starting to get a tiny bit weird…"

"I get what you mean, Ruiko. Seeing myself on a big screen is just…just so awesome!! It's like I'm a movie star! Like I finally became an Oujo-sama!!"

"...Um, I think we're aren't on the same page her, Kazari…"

With the music picking up, the scene shows what seems to be two school teachers (with big breast) walking together with small smiles on their face. As a student pass, both teachers transformed into police uniforms as they ran side by side with serious faces.

A girl with a large forehead was seen holding a fan.

'Ugh, Kongou Mitsuko.'

A teleporter's eye twitched.

A spiky haired boy was seen walking towards Mikoto, who was choosing something to drink from a vending machine. As the boy pass behind her, Mikoto turned to look, instead Kuroko was seen teleporting and hugged Mikoto. In the background, Ruiko and Kazari both shared a look, exchanging smiles.

Mikoto is seen on a train, looking outwards as the sun illuminated her face. A few seconds later, the train entered a tunnel causing a reflection of what looks to be an office lady and Mikoto. The screen changes once again, this time showing the same office lady, but she was wearing a lab coat instead, walking with 3 other scientists.

"Hmm, so it appears that I made an appearance too. Come to think if it, almost everyone here made an appearance. Strange…hmm…"

"Um, Kiyama-sensei? I-I don't mind your muttering, b-but c-can you please stop trying to undresses yourself!!!"

"Sorry, all this thinking got me overheated, I need to cool off somehow. Besides, I'm at the very edge anyway, no one will see."

"I-I will! I will definitely see!! So please stoppppppp!!!"

Stopping her walk, as her colleagues walks pass, the woman turned back revealing tired eyes framed with heavy eye bags. A coin flips into the air as Mikoto catches it. Focusing, as pure electricity can be seen jumping around her, Mikoto's eyes snapped open as she launches her iconic move. Her hair waving through the shock-waves.

A series of images pass by quickly in sequence. A sleeping pod, a weird looking foetus, a broken egg with a floating prism hovering over it. The screen changes yet again, this time as Kuroko flashes her thighs and used her ability to catch her metal darts. Both Ruiko and Kazari's face were shown, as Mikoto turned to see both of them approaching. The music ends as the Railgang each making a pose.

"Ah…So it's about that huh…"

"Onee-sama…"

"Ruiko, don't worry about it! It's all in the past!!"

"Yeah…thanks Kazari.."

Based on the strange fetus alone, the Railgang immediately understood what memory awaited them. They were 100% certain it was about a certain even that took place around the beginning of July.

"I see, so we will be witnessing the Level Upper Incident…"

"Hmm? What was that, Kiyama-sensei?"

"Nothing, it will all be shown anyways."

That was all between the adults. Now, let's take a look on the high school students shall we?

"Hmm, as I was saying, I found out something very concerning amidst all this. At least, before you two assholes interrupted me."

"Sigh. Fine I'll humour you. What is it this time?"

"Nyah, he just wants to act all cool cause he didn't see his face appear at allllll. Don't give in too early, Kami-yan."

"You shut up, sis-con bastard! You didn't appear too! Now, listen as I unravel the truth of this whole 'watch the memory of the world'!!!"

The blue haired fake Kansai student suddenly stood up and declared.

"Hey you! Weird alien girl? I understand now, I understand completely. The truth is, you want us to watch embarrassing events from each of us right? Fufu, don't underestimate me!! I've watched countless anime and read too many manga instead of doing my bothersome homework, so I completely understand!! With this, we can all bond together and some deep secret will be revealed right? Then as we all embrace, we call all let go of our insecurities and morals, thus we can all stop being restrained by things like common sense or duty!! I mean come on!! The gender ratio is screwed here! Two handsome guys, four budding middle school girls, two beautiful high school girls, a nun, three ripe women, one legal loli and I guess Kami-yan too!!! Now, let's all start a massive org-"

Just before this weird and useless speech could continue, Kamijou Touma gathered strength into his right fist. Clenching it hard as rock, he proceeds to break that messed up illusion right then and there. As the uncrowned BLAU fell, he was secretly saved. If Touma hadn't punch him out right then, who knew what everyone else was going to do!

Just facing everyone else, Kamijou Touma who had put a stop to WW3, fought against Magic Gods, and even faced off against a High Ranked Demon, this boy immediately lost all hope at providing an explanation. All around him, people were looking at his fallen friend like rotten trash.

"Um, I know this isn't much but…PLEASE FORGIVE THIS STUPID IDIOTTTTTT!!!"

"I knew he was messed up, but I didn't think he was this far gone, nyah. However, this bastard is still my friend so, PLEASE FORGIVE THIS STUPID BASTARDDDDDD!!!"

Prostrating, Kamijou Touma and Tsuchimikado Motoharu immediately did a double Dogeza and apologized for their friend.

'I know this is wrong but…does this idiot hang out with guys like this?!!!'

'Hmm, when we get out, I really need to bring them in for counselling, jan.'

'Sniff, my students are really being troublesome right now, sniff.'

After apologizing at least 30 times, Aogami awoke. Waking up from his illusion, he too silently did a dogeza and apologized. Sighing, everyone else decide to let it go and continue watching.

"For goodness' sake, how many times do I have to say it to get through? Maintaining the public safety of Academy City is the work of those of us at Judgement. I cannot have you out-manoeuvring me on your own."

Shirai Kuroko was seen walking together with Mikoto Misaka, rather, it seems Kuroko was giving her upperclassman a lecture. Stopping, Kuroko turned to face her Onee-sama.

"Are you listening to me, Onee-sama?"

"It's not like I can help it, right? I always finish before you guys even show up."

Mikoto sighed, turning her head away from her underclassman, feeling irritated that she was being blamed even though she was the one who got surrounded in the first place.

"Hmm, why do I get the feeling that this isn't the first time this conversation happened? Would you please elaborate on that, Miss Ojou-sama?"

"W-What do you mean!! A-And stop calling me Ojou-sama!"

"Nyah! Kami-yan, you don't get it. She's an Ojou-sama right? The strict rules must be suffocating her, and this is her way of rebelling. Which means our dear little Level 5 is on the path to becoming a delinquent~"

"O-Oi!! That isn't-"

"Ohhhhhhh!! I see now!! I guess your right!!"

"What did you just say, you blond delinquent?!! I won't allow it!! A-Although Onee-sama does tend to act boyish, has childish taste, and she does excel in vandalism, I Shirai Kuroko won't allow her to be dragged down to that level!!!!"

"Alright you three, let's settle this right now!!!"

'Hmm, Mikoto looks so cute being teased like this~ Fufufu'

"Um, Ruiko? Should we do something about this?"

"Nah, they're bonding just fine~"

Right now, Saten Ruiko had a satisfied expression. As if she was a mother watching her child make new friends.

"W-Well, it's not like it happens often….right, Misaka-san?"

"Um…It kinda does….sorry, Komoe-sensei."

Just like that, the mighty Level 5 turned red like a tomato, face red from embarrassment.

"When students beat up others without authorization…the city fathers look askance."

Just when Kuroko wanted to argue, a group of cleaning robots zoomed pass them.

"Then you guys should get there sooner."

Saying that, Mikoto started walking again.

"Wow, Short hair. Just…wow…"

"W-What is it this time? You got something to say, Silver sister?!!"

"Hmm, nothing…"

'Dammit!!! That smug look is the worst!!'

"Academy City isn't living up to its name. They've posted security all around the city, but they still can't eliminate those kinds of fools. They can proclaim the forefront of science all they want, but…"

As they talked, the two middle school girls went through a certain park. Making a beeline to a nearby vending machine, Mikoto turned to face it.

"Hmm? One-Aieeeeeeee?"

Just as Kuroko starts to question their purpose here, Mikoto did a 360 degree turn and let lose a devastating kick with a 'Chaser!!.'

"…it doesn't have hardly anything to do with our lives, does it?"

Mikoto continued to talk, as she picked up the fallen canned drink, like nothing was out of the ordinary. Behind her, Kuroko was on her knees covering her eyes with both hands.

"W-What….what was that…?"

"T-That…that was…"

"Sigh. I understand, I too reacted like that….I understand completely…"

"Hmm? Touma, what's wrong? Why are you patting his back with sympathy in your eyes? As if you're comforting a dying soul???"

Just then…

"UNBELIABLE!! WHAT TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT IS THIS YOU BASTARD!!!"

"COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! HOW CAN SHE DO THIS? HOW CAN SHE DESTROY OUR DREAMS LIKE THIS, NYAH!!!!"

"STOPPPPPP!! IF YOU SAY ANYTHING ANYMORE, I WON'T DEFEND YOU FROM WHATS TO COMEEEEEE. SO STOP WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO SAYYYYYYY!!"

Just when Omnivore Aogami and Siscon Tsuchimikado was about to voice their complaint about a broken man's dream, experienced Kamijou shouted lauder to stop them. Next to them, big breast Fukiyose said:

"Scream any louder and my fist will fly. I've been far to tolerant towards you three!!!"

'Although it pains me to admit this but…I understand! I completely understand and agree!!! Onee-sama should not crush our dreams like thissssss!!!!!'

"Oh, Onee-sama…Are you still wearing those dowdy shorts under your skirt?"

Hearing her partners words, Mikoto spits out her first sip of beverage. Turning to face her underclassman, she prepares to make her arguments.

"Wha?! Where were you looking?! It's easier to move this way, and I—"

As she let those words wash over her, Kuroko suddenly noticed something. Immediately standing, she rushed towards Mikoto and covered her mouth, pushing her down. Unprepared, Mikoto's newly acquired canned drink slipped from her hand as it flew upwards.

"TROUBLE DETECTED WITH VENDING MACHINE 7-1165. DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY SUSPECTED. DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY SUSPECTED."

The moment it landed, several security bots was seen swarming the area, repeating their findings in a robotic voice. From several blocks away, high atop a nearby building, Kuroko and Mikoto was watching the scene.

"Woah! Touma, Touma! Teleport is a very useful power right? They escaped from the scene just like that! Hmm…if I could teleport…would that mean I can get away with eating anything from any restaurant!!!"

"Stop right there you glutton!! If you keep thinking along those line, I will seriously ban you from eating dinner for 1 week!!!"

"Wah, wah!! I wasn't gonna do it!! I was just thinking about it, Touma!"

"Just thinking about it is already bad!!!"

"Please refrain from such thoughtless actions. Oh, on, we will have to hurry."

"Hmm? Oh, right. Today's our System Scan Day, huh?"

With that, the screen changed to show a certain high class middle school. The words 'Tokiwadai Middle School' was shown as several young ladies went about their day, each preparing to participate in the usual System Scan tests.

"OHHHHHHH?!!! IS THIS?!! TSUCIMIKADO, MY EYES ARE WORKING JUST FINE RIGHT?!!"

"IN THE FIRST PLACE, I CAN'T TELL IF YOUR EYES ARE OPEN, NYAH!! BUT, HEH, I'M SO GLAD TO BE ALIVE!!!"

"THIS IS THE PROMISED LAND FULL OF BUDDING GIR- UGHHH"

Having had enough, Fukiyose delivered well on her previous promise.

One such test was card reading, where a teacher raises a card and the student must guess the pattern imprinted on it. Another was when the student needs to move or bend a metal rod in accordance to the specific degree given by the teacher. After all that, based on their individual scores, they will be graded and given their power level, ranging from Level 0 to Level 5. Of course, here in Tokiwadai, all students must be a minimum of Level 3 for admittance.

Out on the tracks, twin-tailed Shirai Kuroko, wearing her school designated sport-ware, was doing her own tests. Teleporting a weighted object based on a set distance, they were able to test out the limits of her ability.

"Recording 78 meters, 23 cm. Margin of error from designated location is 54 cm. Overall rating, Level 4."

"Wow. So that's how they calculate your level, Kuroko?"

"Well, there's more steps than that, but yes."

"Hmm, but isn't 54 cm a dangerous margin of error? Especially for powers such as yours, Shirai-san"

"...Um…sorry to ask this but….who are you? Ah! That was a bit rude of me! My name is Shirai Kuroko."

"...It's alright, my name is Himegami Aisa. Pleasure to meet you."

"Oh, likewise, Himegami-senpai."

"..."

"..."

'Why is she still looking here? Did I say something wrong?'

'She isn't answering my question? Ah, right, my screenti-'

On the side, two teachers from a certain high school were trying their hardest to not laugh. They were failing. Fight on, Himegami-chan!

Hearing her less then acceptable results, at least in her opinion, Kuroko gave out a sigh.

"Ugh, I'm feeling a little bit off. I'll bet my work yesterday with Judgement is affecting—"

"Ohohoho. Things can only end one way if you make excuses like that, Shirai Kuroko-san."

Just as she was talking to herself, another voice cut into the one-person conversation. Long well-kept black hair, a wide forehead flanked by two bangs, a cute face, and a sizable bust. The newcomer carrying a fan, gave out her own opinion as she turned to face Kuroko.

"Kongou Mitsuko."

"At the rate you're going, I'll bet that I reach Level 5 first."

The now named, Kongou Mitsuko, gave out quite a boast, speaking in a rather confidant tone as she challenges Kuroko.

"Hmph. I will thank you not to lump your abilities in with mine. The difference between grasping three-dimensional space and the 11-dimensional space is…"

Turning her head away, Kuroko starts to boast on her own. Citing the difference between their abilities. However…

"I never did enjoy having you, a first-year student, acting so high-and-mighty. Listen to me,-"

"-She still refuses to listen to others."

Kongou Mitsuko seems to either ignore her entirely, or was so absorbed in her own words that she failed to register Kuroko's words entirely.

"Ah, I guess that's just like Kongou-san."

"Agreed, definitely a trait owned like Kongou-san"

"C-Come on guys!! She's just a bit of an air-head!!"

"-When I become the Ace of Tokiwadai…WAHH!-W-What was that?"

Still smiling arrogantly, Mitsuko continued her speech when an unknown blast, coming from the school's pool, happened. Giving out a frighten shout and falling on her butt, Mitsuko asked as she grabbed her head.

'Heh, obligatory panty shot? What low standards man, I've grown tired of that cliché. But thanks for the feast!'

'Nyah, Maika's are better, but thanks for the feast!'

"Ara? Somehow, I feel like I should arrest those two idiots and bring them in for public indecency, jan."

"Hmph. Since you transferred in this year as a second-year, you probably don't know this, but the one having her abilities tested at the pool right now is the real Ace of Tokiwadai."

Seeing the confused and frighten face of Mitsuko, Kuroko gave a classic tsundere 'Hmph', with her hands on her hips, and explained to the still sitted wide forehead girl. Another blast sound out, causing a shock wave and sending water high into the air, which could be seen even all the way across the school, as Kuroko continued her explanation.

"If they did not use the pool's water as a buffering material, her destructive powers could not be accurately measured. Are you prepared to face one of those blasts head-on?"

"Ugh, that's embarrassing! And Kuroko! Don't make it sound like a good thing!"

"B-But Onee-sama!"

"Heh, with that kind of description, you sound kinda like a last boss, Misaka."

"For your sake, I'm ignoring you."

At the blast site, Mikasa Mikoto who is also dressed in her school gym issued clothes, was engaging in her own tests. Pool water rained down everywhere, but the middle school girl doesn't seem to mind as she listened to the teacher's announcement of her results.

"Recording shot initial speed of 1030 m/s; rapid-fire ability, eight shots per minute; pattern grouping, 18.9 mm. Overall rating, Level 5."

Tossing a few arcade coins in the air, and then catching them, Mikoto gave a soft hum as she held one between her thumb and index finger.

"So they were testing that huh? The Railgun."

"From the looks of it, I agree with you, Kiyama-sensei. Honestly, that type of power is frightening, in the hands of children no less. But I guess it's up to us, the adults, to make sure they don't stary from the proper path, jan."

"Who is this and where did my laidback senpai go?"

"Alright, come here Tessou-sensei!! I'll teach you to respect your elders!!"

The screen then showed a sign with the words 'Shower Room' on it. Immediately after, the screen shown the different types of shampoo, towels and even refreshments have been placed inside. Of course, as it was the shower room, they were obviously people inside. Cladded in only baths towel, multiple middle school girl was shown going about their daily cleansing.

The moment the screen flashed the words 'Shower room', the male populace in the room stood up, turned around so that their backs faced the screen, and closed their eyes.

One did it because he did not want or need any damage from the person sitting next to him. Her razor-sharp teeth glinting in the air.

One did it because he wanted to be kept pure for his little sister (not related by blood!). Which was redundant, I mean how many porn has this guy read?

The last one did it because he felt almost all the female eyes moved to him first.

'Kuhh! The promised land that every male dreamed of is literally behind me!! How can I not look? Peeping is a man's dream dammit!!'

Even with those words screaming in his heart, Aogami Pierce dared not to look. Miracles do exist after all.

"Huh? You heard that all the way on the school grounds?'

Inside a shower stall, naked Misaka Mikoto (thankfully the screen cuts away just after neck point), gave out a surprised question.

"It was amazingly loud. Everyone was surprised."

Next to her, in her own stall, naked Shirai Kuroko turned off her own shower as she turned to dry herself. Also, it seemed like all her private bits here blurred thanks to the stall door.

'W-Wah!!! What the heck is this!! Everyone can see!! I mean, the important bits are covered, but you can practically see everything!!! Is he looking? I don't want to turn and check!!!'

"Good grief, to think that that's the only way to get an accurate reading. Kuroko, an ability like yours would be much more convenient than mine."

"The grass always looks greener on the other side."

"Yeah, well, that may be so…"

"And say whatever you will, Onee-sama, you are Tokiwadai's Ace. You can thrust out your chest with pride."

"Ace, you say?"

As the girls converse, Kuroko gave a perverted leer as she turned to face Mikoto's stall, even with the walls separating them.

"But, then again…this chest is a bit too modest and bashful to be thrust out. Oh, but it is this very modesty that is your wickedness, Onee-sama. This elegant, yet seductive temptation is enough for my…for my heart to break!"

Just as Mikoto was intently listening, Kuroko teleported right into her stall, cupping her breast from behind, Kuroko started to squeeze. Massaging them gently as she talked, Kuroko shamelessly groped a feel, with a petrified Mikoto standing there.

'Ah, I knew this before but it looks like I'm bigger…well better not to say that out loud, that's just plain rude.'

'Ah, we have a similar size…thank goodness! It means I'm one more step closer to being an Oujo-sama!'

Two middle schoolgirls simultaneously gave their thoughts.

"You're broken to begin with!"

Having rebooted, Mikoto immediately kicked Kuroko out of her stall, grabbing her towel and covering herself, she scolded the perverted girl.

"It was just a little affectionate touching."

"Shut up!!"

Embarrassed and mortified, Mikoto shouted.

"Erm, sensei will just say this, as an educator, but regardless of gender we should not be touching other people against their consent alright."

"W-Well…..yes. I do agree with that."

Pervert Kuroko was embarrassed that her actions were being broadcast right now, but she was even more disappointed in herself because her actions had casted negative light on her Onee-sama's reputation.

"Um…can we turn around now? Is it alright to sit? I-I keep hearing some weird noises just now!! Any longer and this high school boy is gonna fill in using his imagination!!!"

Elsewhere, another middle school girl can be seen exciting her school. Short black hair, a flower headband decorating her head and beautiful golden-brown eyes, Uiharu Kazari was happily humming to herself as she fiddled with her handheld console.

"Let's see…"

"Ohh!! So it was that day?"

"Hmm? What do you mean, Saten-chan? Have you realized what day we are seeing?"

"A-Ah, yes. It's July of this year. U-Um, the date was…it was…"

Sitting high school boy Aogami questioned. Stuttering, Ruiko was not expecting someone to respond, especial a high school boy. Seeing her best friend panicking, Kazari whispered.

"July 17th, Ruiko."

"Ah, that's right! July 17th, that was the day I met Mikoto and Kuroko!"

"Hmm, July 17th huh? Alright, that gives us some sort of time frame, I guess. Thanks!"

"No problem!"

Done with her conversation, she turned to her right.

"Wahhhh, that was exciting! Talking to a high school boy is just so different! Oh, thanks for the assist just now."

"Heh, anytime Ruiko."

"U-I-HA-RU!!"

Just then, another voice was heard, giving off a carefree vibe. A girl with blue eyes and long black hair, which held a small white flower on the left side, shouted at the top of her lunges as she flipped her friend's skirt, taking a peek underneath.

"Oh? Today, you're sporting light pink polka-dots, huh?"

"W-What do you think you're doing, Saten-san?!"

Giving out a high pitch cry, Kazari rages cutely towards her classmate.

"Oh, such formality with a classmate. As polite and formal as ever, I see. Here, once more, just to develop our friendship."

Another flip was made, another scream sounded out.

"..."

"..."

"..."

"Well, I guess that's one way to distinguish yourself. Heh, nice one Saten-chan."

The silence was a little bit thick; everyone was averting their gazes from the left seats. Faced with this, one blue haired boy bravely spoke up.

"NOOOOOOOO!!! That isn't it! I swear there's a perfect explanation for this!! I-I'm not a pervert!!!"

Standing up, middle school skirt flipper Saten Ruiko tried to defend herself. Face red.

"Nyah, nyah. It's alright Saten-san, we all went through that faze where we want to explore our own fetishes and other 18 rated content. It's alright, let big brother Tsuchimikado guide you on this path, nyah."

"The only thing she'll learn from you is to be even more perverted. Sigh. Just ignore them, Saten-san. Don't let their stupidity drag you in, if they go overboard, I'll handle it."

"Thank you I…wait, hold on. What do you mean 'even more perverted'? I-I told you, I am not a pervert!!"

"You are awful."

Giving out a deep sigh, Kazari muttered those words. Leaving their school behind, the two classmates were talking to each other. Kazari was seated while Ruiko was standing.

"Sorry, sorry, I got carried away. Want to see my panties, to get even?"

"No, thank you! Geez, Saten-san…"

Giving out the offer, Ruiko started to lift her skirt, flapping it to tease her friend. Kazari politely refused.

Ruiko averted her eyes from those strong gazes. It seems her actions differ from her words.

"Oh, come to think of it, how did it go?"

"How did what go?"

"Isn't that obvious? Your System Scan."

Changing the subject, Ruiko asked instead about their shared activity today. A test all students must go through in this city.

"Oh…An absolute disaster. Level 1, same as ever. The same level as I've been since grade school. My homeroom teacher even said, 'Are those flowers on your head just for show? Use the full blooming power of those flowers to make your own power rating blossom, too!'"

"Uh, there's so much in your homeroom teacher's lecture that I could make jokes about, but anyhow, cheer up, okay? Even at Level 1, you're fine. I'm a Level 0--an incompetent."

"Eh, so you were a Level 0, flipper?"

"Nyah, how cruel Kami-yan. You can't just give nicknames to people. Isn't that right, skirt flipper?"

"All right, that's enough guys. Saten-chan here said she had a perfect explanation right? We simply must trust her words, and not judge her actions too much. Right, pervert middle school skirt flipper-san?"

"AHHHHHHHH!! That's it!! Someone give me a metal bat!! I'll settle this right this instant!!"

"Now, now. Calm down, Ruiko. Just accept this a part of your punishment for all those times you flip my skirt aright? This is your just desserts~"

Faced with intense teasing, Saten Ruiko gave up and sulked at her seat. Mikoto gently patted her back.

On the teacher's side, a comment was heard.

"She looks completely unbothered….did Uiharu-chan said 'all those times? She's a repeating offender?!! Sensei must work hard and bring her in for counselling sessions!!"

Must be rough for Saten-san, fight on!!

Sitting down next to her friend, Ruiko gave some words of encouragement, even putting herself down in-comparison.

"But not to worry about that. As long as I enjoy myself every day, everything's okay."

Seeing her friend's sad face, Ruiko instead reassures her in her own way.

"Saten-san…"

"Here, listen to this and cheer up."

Changing the subject again, Ruiko pulled out her phone and gave one earphone to Kazari. Pressing play, music began to fill Kazari's ears.

"Ah. It's Hitotsui Hajime! Is this…?"

"I downloaded a pre-release song of his. The album that contains this song goes on sale today."

"Do you buy the CD, even after downloading it?"

"It's winning these kick-off limited release 100-name-drawing premium goods that's the mark of a true fan, you know! And so, let's go there, together, to buy it!"

As Kazari points out the obvious, Ruiko retaliates and stood up voicing her passion.

"I'm with you with that, Ruiko!! If you're a true fan, you won't stop with just the digital copy!!"

"Onee-sama, your obsession with that frog is a deeper level compared to Ruiko."

"It's the principle of it, Kuroko!!"

"Ah, but I have to go see Shirai-san today."

"Shirai-san? You mean Shirai Kuroko from Judgement?"

Hearing that response, Ruiko asked just to be sure.

"My fondest wish, to be introduced to Misaka-san, is coming true. One of only seven Level 5s in all of Academy City, the Ace of Tokiwadai, Misaka Mikoto-san!"

Seeing literal stars in her eyes, Ruiko gave a slight pout. Feeling slightly jealous, Ruiko gave out some tinted criticism.

"Hmmmm? What's with that praise flowerhead girl? Is that how people view Short hair?"

"Oi you Silver sister, what's that supposed to mean? Is that how do you view me in the first place?"

"Hmm. Your just Short hair to me….that and…well never mind"

"Hmp. Yeah, yeah."

"Tokiwadai's Level 5? I'll bet she's just another one of those jerk wards who flaunt their ability while looking down on you."

"No, she's not."

"I mean, those people all treat everyone beneath them with contempt. They disgust me. What's worse, she's an Oujo-sama of Tokiwadai."

"Wow, laying it a little thick there, girl. Do you hold a grudge with one of them or something, jan?"

"Erm, s-something like that…"

"W-Well isn't it f-fine to have some biased? I think that's a natural part of being human, senpai."

"Eh, guess so, jan."

"Isn't it nice that she's an 'Oujo-sama'?! No, in fact, it's that much nicer because she's an Oujo-sama!"

As the words, Oujo-sama, registered into her ears Kazari was lost once more into the world of her own creation. Seeing that, Ruiko commented;

"Hey, you're just starry-eyed over seeing a celebrity, aren't you?"

"Th-That's not true. And by the way, the fact that I come from Nishi-Kasai has nothing to do with it. Say, given the occasion, Saten-san, why don't you come along?"

Taking advantage and seizing the initiative, Kazari sprung the question on Ruiko.

There were some chuckles when they say how captivated and pure Kazari looked.

"I-I don't really…"

"It's okay, it's okay."

"Okay, maybe, but…hey!"

"You don't get a chance like this very often!"

"Hold on a second! Uiharu!"

Grabbing both their bags, Kazari held onto her friend, dragging along a reluctant Ruiko.

Tittle card : ELECTROMASTER

"Hmm? Is that a pointer for like, a halfway point?"

"It could also be the episode's tittle"

"Well, that does make sense. We are watching 'Railgun' after all"

"One of my fans?"

"She's is in charge of my backup at Judgement's 177th Branch. She is always asking to meet you, Onee-sama, if even just once."

Back with Mikoto and Kuroko, the two high level Espers were seen sitting at a family restaurant called 'Joseph's Coffee Restaurant'. Hearing her roommate's response, Mikoto let out a tired sigh.

"Onee-sama, I am aware that nowadays, the behaviour of your fans can be somewhat annoying. However, Uiharu is a reasonable, polite girl. Besides, she's one of the few girls that I will call a friend, so I'm asking on my behalf."

Sipping her drink like a proper lady, the twin-tailed teleporter gave praise towards her Judgement partner, trying very much to persuade Mikoto. Putting down her cup, also with grace, Kuroko then pulled out a small notebook from her bag, flipping through it as she spoke.

"Of course, to keep your stress to a minimum, Onee-sama, I have neatly arranged the schedule for today--AH! Hey!--"

Stretching out her arm, Mikoto snatched the notebook from her friend, then blocked the surprised Kuroko who attempted to reclaim it.

"What do we have here? 'Date Plan with Onee-sama using Uiharu as an excuse'.

Part 1: Foster friendship at a family restaurant.

Part 2: Lingerie shop (purchase 'big moment' underwear)

Part 3: Shopping at an aroma shop (purchase aphrodisiac)

Part 4: Ditch Uiharu

Part 5: Go to hotel with Onee-sama

In other words, you're using your reasonable, polite friend - to fulfil your perverted desires."

Reading through the 'date plan', Mikoto recited all the steps with a somewhat annoyed tone, as if she had fully anticipated the scenario. As she finished reading, Mikoto faced the sweating pervert.

"..."

"..."

"..."

"...Yes, I apologize…"

Faced with the deep stare from everyone around her, Shirai Kuroko bend down and did a dogeza.

"No…Um…"

"Just reading this has built up a tremendous amount of stress!"

The next second, Mikoto stood and grabbed both of Kuroko's cheeks, stretching them out with force.

"Ow-w-w-w! You've got it all wrong, Onee-sama…"

"Well, even so…she's your friend, Kuroko. What choice is there?"

In the end, Mikoto let go and accepted her fate. In response…

"Eh, so you do care huh, Mikasa?"

"Sigh. She does do weird stuff from time-to-time, but beneath all that Kuroko is actually a good person. Somewhere deep under all…that…"

"Uwah!! ONEE-SAMA!!!"

"If you do anything more than a hug then I will zap you right here!!!"

"O…..ONEE-SAMA!!

"Whoa, Kuroko…!"

"Onee-sama, I did not know that this is how you felt about me! I could just…just…go crazy!"

"Miss, I'm terribly sorry, but you're disturbing the other customers."

"Ah, Onee-sama, my heart is about to burst!!"

Failing to bury her excitement, Kuroko teleported above Mikoto, landing on the surprised girl's thighs as she hugged her. Just then, Mikoto looked outside and noticed the friend in question observing them with blushing face. To make thigs worst, one of the waitress came and asked them politely to leave the restaurant. One good smack later, the four girls stood outside.

"Not gonna lie, that was one first impression, heh"

"It's your fault Kuroko. I blame you."

"And with that out of the way, allow me to do the introductions. This is Uiharu Kazari-san, first-year at Sakugawa Middle School."

Rubbing her smacked head, normal middle school girl Kuroko gave her friend a somewhat formal introduction. Nervously, Kazari gave a small bow, face blushing slightly.

"P-Pleased to meet you. I am Uiharu Kazari"

"And this is…"

"Hi there. I'm Uiharu's classmate, Saten Ruiko. I'm tagging along with her, but I couldn't tell you why. By the way, my power rating is Level 0."

Turning towards Ruiko, Kuroko questions lightly, probing her to introduce herself. Seeing her chance, Ruiko gave a casual reply while scratching the back of her head. Sneaking in her Esper level, as if she was testing their response, Ruiko closed her eyes expecting the worst.

"Heh, love the attitude, Saten-san"

"Oh, t-thanks"

'Kiaaaaaa!!! A high school girl complemented me! She's a beauty too! Ah, I wanna grow up to be like her!!"

"-S-Saten-san, how can you just…"

"Uiharu-san and Saten-san. I'm Misaka Mikoto. Nice to meet you."

Just as Kazari was starting to panic, Mikoto calmly introduced herself, not even bothered by the apparent Level difference. Slightly taken aback, Ruiko and Kazari answered by instinct.

"N-Nice to meet you."

"It is a pleasure."

"Now that introductions have been made without incident and though the timetable has been thrown off somewhat, I have neatly arranged a schedule for today…"

Seizing her chance, Kuroko attempted to smoothly start her 'date plan', sadly for her, the Level 5 was still mad about that, immediately brought down swift justice with her fist.

"Sheesh. Well, standing around here isn't going to get us anywhere. How about first, we go to the game center?"

"The game center?"

"Come on, Kuroko, we're going."

Proposing a place to hang out, which is far beyond a proper 'Oujo-sama' would do, Mikoto gave a reassuring smile as she began to walk.

"A game center huh? So, we're going to the Underground Mall then? That's just like you Misaka"

"W-What's wrong with that? Got a problem with my taste?"

"Hmm? Nah, going to an arcade instead of drinking tea or high-class activities seem more like you actually."

"O-Oh? T-thank you…"

"My word, Onee-sama…Rather than playing games or browsing magazines, you should have hobbies more fitting for someone like you, such as flowers, or the harp."

"Give me a break, how are tea and harp my thing?"

Complaining as they walk, Kuroko suggested some alternative activities to act as hobbies. Brushing aside the given suggestions, Mikoto grabbed a flier from a nearby sales girl.

"You know something? She's not at all like an Oujo-sama, is she?"

"And she doesn't look down on us, either."

A few steps behind, Ruiko and Kazari were still shocked by the difference in reality and what they imagined an Oujo-sama would act like. Pushing it out of her mind, Ruiko turned instead to Kazari, asking about the flier in her hand.

"What's that?"

"It looks like there's a new crepe stand. It says that the first hundred customers get a free Gekota mascot present."

"What a chintzy-looking character. Who would go for something like that these days? Oof, excuse me…"

Scoffing at the reward, Ruiko closed her eyes as she spoke. Because of that, she bumped into Mikoto, who stopped walking.

"Misaka-san?…"

"What is the matter, Onee-sama? Ara, are you interested in the crepe stand? Or perhaps…are you interested in any free giveaway you can find?"

"W-What are you talking about?! I-I don't care about any 'Gekota'. I mean, he's a frog. An amphibian. In what world are girls thrilled to get a prize like…"

Flustered, Mikoto denied with all her might, hugging her bag to her chest. The action caused what was hanging there to be more visible, yes, the same green frog as advertised. Turning her head, Kuroko stifled her laughs.

"Is it that hard to admit to liking something, Short hair? I like food. See, not that hard."

"...I'm just gonna ignore that advice"

"Why you! I was just trying to be nice!"

"Hmm? Hey, Kamijou-kun, isn't that strap similar with what's hanging from your phone?"

A question was thrown out into the room. Causing the two bickering heroines to fall silent. One from embarrassment, the other from recollection.

"Now that you mention it, I remember seeing that on Touma's phone…"

"Didn't take you for a fan Kami-yan, come on don't be shy, show us."

Sighing, Touma pulled out his phone.

"Here, are you satisfied?"

"Yeah, it's the same mascot alright. Hmm, the cheapskate Kami-yan buying a phone strap? Impossible, nyah."

"Oi!! Just because I buy discounted groceries, doesn't make me a cheapskate!!!"

"...Wait…isn't that? AH THAT TIME WHEN ONEE-SAMA-!!!"

"Ah?! What was that Kuroko? Are you okay?!!"

Just when Kuroko started to shout, Mikoto slammed her foot down.

"Wow…Look at all the people."

"Why are there so many little children?"

In the end, the quartet of girls did end up visiting the crepe stand. Unfortunately, it seems to be filled with people especially little kids. Just after uttering her question, Kazari was given her answer by the same tour guide lady as seen before.

"Our break is only one hour! Please do not go too far away!"

"It looks like our timing is just unlucky."

"I will go save us a bench."

"Oh, then I'll come, too."

Giving out her suggestion, Kuroko turned to begin looking for a place to sit. Wanting to come with, Kazari turned to her friend and asked a favour.

"Saten-san, would you get something for us, as well?"

"We will pay you back afterward!"

"Huh? Wait…"

Just as Ruiko wanted to voice out her disagreement, she noticed Mikoto standing behind her, arms crossed and looking very impatient.

"Hmm? What?"

"Nothing…..Um, care to switch places?"

"I-I don't care who's first. As long as I can buy a crepe, I'm good…"

Noticing her gaze, Mikoto tried to play it cool but a pair of children ran pass her waving their prize in the air, forcing her attention away mid-sentence.

"Heh, that's adorable Mikasa-chan. That nun is right, don't be shy to admit what you like. It's better like that, jan"

"I-I'll keep that in mind, thank you sensei"

"Thanks for waiting. Here you go. It's the last one."

"Thanks. Wait, huh? Last one?"

Hearing that response, Ruiko was surprised. Behind her, Mikoto's knees gave out as she despaired, dropping on all fours.

"U-Um….If you want it, here."

"You're sure?! You really mean it?!"

"Y-Yeah…"

"THANK YOU!!"

"S-Sure…"

"..."

"..."

"..."

"Onee-sama…"

"I-I know already, so don't stare at me like that!!!"

Giving away her prize, Ruiko was taken aback when Mikoto grabbed her hand, thanking her with a happy face. Ordering her own crepe, Mikoto and Ruiko soon spotted their other two friends and cheerfully (Mikoto) made their way towards them.

"Come on, Onee-sama, do not be shy."

"I said I didn't want any! Who chooses natto beans and fresh cream as toppings?!"

"Come on! Come on!"

"-I said quit it!"

Watching the conversation between Mikoto and Kuroko, both Ruiko and Kazari made small bites from their own respective crepes. Suddenly, Kazari spoke out;

"It's nice, isn't it? About Misaka-san? Even though she is different from the 'Oujo-sama' that we imagine, she is much more approachable than I expected."

"I'm not too sure…"

Ruiko was not too sure.

"Here."

"Huh?"

"Want a taste? Have a bite, as thanks for earlier."

In-between their gimmick, Mikoto turned towards Ruiko and offered her a bite from her crepe. Witnessing that, Kuroko suddenly shrieked. Her hair floating and mouth agape, it was as if she said something unacceptable.

"Onee-sama! Onee-sama, do you mean that even though I am right here, you would prefer an indirect kiss from Saten-san?"

"I don't think I can keep up with your friends."

"I won't have it! Onee-sama, your lips, your scent your taste and your teeth are all mine!"

"Hang on, what was that I heard in the background Shirai?"

"N-Nothing at all"

"Oh, I was just noticing that bank. Why would the security shutters be down in the middle of the day?"

Giving a rather small smile, her face saying 'what can you do?' Kazari turned and noticed something. Hearing her friend's confused hum, Ruiko turned towards Kazari. Just then, as if on cue, the rolled down shutters bended outwards, exploding and casting the people into a panic.

"W-What was that?!"

"Uiharu, contact Anti-Skill and see if anyone is hurt! Please hurry!"

"R-Right!"

Instantly eating both crepes in her hands, Kuroko slipped pass the frighten Ruiko, giving a quick order to Kazari who was already standing ready to intervene.

"So that's where my crepe went!!! You ate them both!!"

"A-Ah, it was an emergency so…"

"Kuroko!"

"No you don't, Onee-sama. Maintaining the public safety of Academy City is a job for those of us in Judgement. This time, please be sure to behave yourself."

Both Kazari and Kuroko slipped on their Judgement armband, the green colour accessory easily slipping on without resistance. Gently stopping her Onee-sama, Kuroko prepares for battle. At the same time, Kazari's voice can be heard over the blaring alarm, clear and firm she gave out precise information as quickly as she could.

"-Yes, that's correct. There's a bank robbery in progress across from the public square on the edge of District 7. Requesting Anti-Skill to this location."

"Come on, get the lead out!"

"-Move it, or…"

"Hold it!"

Just as three delinquents were running out, a commanding voice could be heard. Shirai Kuroko from Judgement stood, posing with her right hand downwards and brandishing her armband.

'You know, I'm sensing a pattern here…heh, but the great Aogami will wait a little more, just so that I won't embarrassed myself if I'm wrong.'

"Judgement-desuno! You're under arrest for destruction of property and bank robbery."

"What's with this little kid? Is Judgement short on staff?"

"Hey, Oujo-chan, go find somewhere else to be, or you're gonna get hurt!"

Laughing amongst themselves, the three thugs couldn't believe that someone as small as Kuroko was standing against them. One of them, the biggest thug, went running full force towards Kuroko, aiming to push pass her. Jabbing his right arm forward, he fully expected his blow to land. However…

"With a flunky line like that…you're marked for death."

"Wha…?"

Kuroko dodged smoothly to the left, giving a small twirl as she grabbed his outstretched sleeves and kicked his right foot off balance, effectively flipping him over and making him land on his back. All of this with one hand and mocking him at the same time.

"W-Woah…not gonna lie, that was cool Shirai"

"Heh, with proper training and technic, even an ape like you can manage it."

"Nah, I'll pass. Seems like a bother"

"W-Why you!!"

"Why, you…!"

"Amazing!"

"That's Kuroko for you."

"No, you can't! If you leave the square now…"

"-But…"

"What's wrong?"

"-Well, you see…"

"-We're missing one of our boys! He said he left something on the bus a moment ago."

"-Okay, Uiharu and I will…"

"-I'm coming, too!"

"All right. Let's split up and look for him."

Witnessing all that, both Ruiko and Mikoto gave out their amazement and approval respectively. However, a voice caught their attention, it seems like the guide lady was trying to search for a missing child as Kazari desperately tried to stop her. Seeing the desperate look on her face, Mikoto proposed to help look for the boy. Ruiko volunteered too.

"It's too late for second thoughts now. Now that you've gotten me upset, I'll reduce you to ashes…"

"A pyrokinesist? Geez…"

Back with Kuroko, another one of the thugs began to use his ability. Seeing that, Kuroko decided to act first.

"Hmm, good job on assessing the situation Shirai. Points for avoiding the fallen boy too, jan."

"Thank you, sensei"

"-You're not running away!"

"Who says…I'm running away?"

"-She disappeared?!"

Launching his fireball, Kuroko flicked as she seemingly disappeared. Confused, the thug couldn't react in time when Kuroko appeared in-front of him, right in his personal space. She then teleported once again, this time drop kicking the back of his head, southing out the thug fell flat on his face. Behind him, the final thug didn't hesitate to run. Landing on both feet, her skirt flipping out, Kuroko's hands swiped along her thighs as metal darts began to pin the delinquent to the ground.

"YES!! THAT'S HOW IT FEELS!!!"

"Um, you okay Touma?"

"Nothing, please don't mind me"

"A t-teleporter?!"

"If you resist any further, I'll teleport this next one directly inside your body."

"Ugh.."

Smugly holding one of the metal darts, Kuroko from Judgement made a villain like threat.

"Find anything?!"

"No, nothing!"

"Geez, where did he go?!"

"Hey, who are you?! Perfect timing! You're coming with me!"

"Hey, mister, who are you?"

"Never mind, just come with me! Now!"

'I've gotta do something.'

"Hmm, even if you want to help, putting yourself in danger like that is unwise Saten, jan"

"...Yes, understood sensei"

At the same time, Mikoto and the rest were still struggling to find the missing boy, when all of a sudden, Ruiko saw the boy in question getting dragged along by the last thug. Looking back to ask for help, Ruiko made the decision to save the boy on her own.

"Maybe we should look around the square again…"

"What's the matter with you?! Let go of me!"

"-No!"

"Damm it!"

Hearing the thug's struggle, Mikoto and the rest saw Ruiko hugging the boy and, at the same time, delaying the final delinquent's escape. Finally had enough, the thug decided to leave the boy, letting go and kicking Ruiko in the face for good measure. Seeing that, Mikoto's eyes widen.

"Saten-san!"

"Kuroko!"

Just as Kuroko was about to move, she heard someone gave out an angry yell. With an annoyed look on her face, Misaka Mikoto walked through the still smoking bank. Electric running up and down her body.

"From here on, this fight is personal for me. I hate to do this, but I have to get involved."

"I just remembered! If you're caught by Judgement, you're done for, thanks to a worst-case teleporter who will trample you body and soul, such that you'll never get up again!"

"Who are you talking about?"

"Pfft! That's a very good description for you, Kuroko."

"You do know I can hear that right, Kazari?"

Witnessing that, the pinned delinquent's face turned ashen, as he recalled some rumours he overheard.

"Damm it. Like I'm gonna turn tail and run!"

Entering their getaway car, the last delinquent decided to do something stupid. Stepping on the gas, he turned the car around to face Mikoto.

"In addition, the teleporter's heart and soul are held captive by a powerful electromaster!"

As the pinned delinquent continued in his terrified ramblings, Mikoto is seen puling out a single arcade coin. Instead of helping, Kuroko went on to clarify some things.

"Hehehe. If that's how you want it, I'm taking you out too!"

"Wow, cliché words even y my standards"

"You have standards, Aogami?"

"Yes. That girl there is the peak of the 2.3 million people in Academy City. Third-ranked among the seven Level 5s…"

Gripping the steering wheel, the last thug did not hesitate to slam on the acceleration pedal, tyres screeching as the car raced forwards. In contrast, Mikoto calmly lifted her right hand, stretching it forward and flicked the coin upwards.

The speeding car approaches, but the coin reached her first. Suddenly, in a blink of an eye, a pure beam was shot from Mikoto's fingers, tearing up the road and generating shockwaves, hitting the car at just the right angle to flip it over and land behind her. That single beam, moving at three times the speed of sound, had a name and it was called;

"...Railgun, Misaka Mikoto Onee-sama. Pride of Tokiwadai Middle School, the ultimate, unstoppable electric princess."

Flipping her hair, Mikoto gave out a 'Hump' as the car came to a stop. Around her, both Kazari and Ruiko were watching in absolute amazement.

"Damm…That does make you look cool, Mikasa."

"H-Hmph. Of course!"

"Zero injuries among the general population. Also…"

"P-Please, keep walking."

Later on, Kazari was seen giving a report to a busty, glasses wearing high school girl. The three thugs were also escorted into a van, as Anti-Skill began to clean up and secure the incident site.

"Ah, there you are Tessou-sensei"

"W-Weh, this is so weird…"

"Your ability was not half-bad. Right around Level 3, I would say. It looks like you got caught up in the exhilaration of your ability, and chose the wrong path. Please, go take a hard look at yourself, and then make a fresh start of things."

Her back towards them, Kuroko gave her own words of encouragements. But because she was turned, she didn't see the face of resentment the delinquents made.

"Hmm…"

"That wasn't your fault, Kuroko…"

"I know, Onee-sama"

"Really, thank you so very much!"

"No…not at all…"

"I don't know what I can say to thank you. Come on, you too."

"Thank you, Onee-chan."

Faced with gratitude from both mother and son, Ruiko fidget nervously as even the guide lady gave her thanks. In the end, she received it gracefully, with a small blush on her cheeks. After they left, Ruiko sat down in exhaustion. Glancing upwards, she saw Mikoto approaching.

"That was nicely handled, Saten-san."

"Huh?"

"It was awfully heroic of you."

"-You, too, Misaka-san…"

Just as she wanted to return these words of acknowledgement, Shirai Kuroko the pervert came running and jumped on Mikoto's back, clinging to her.

"Onee-SAMAAA!"

"Hey, Kuroko! Stop clinging to me!"

Just then Kazari came running too. Seemingly done with her report, she immediately fretted over Ruiko.

"Saten-san! Are you hurt badly?"

"I'm fine, I'm fine."

"Really?"

'Misaka-san, was awfully heroic.'

With those thoughts, Mikoto had enough and gave a slight shock.

"Knock it off, already!!!"

"You never break character do you, Shirai?"

"Ara? You do know that my metal darts can reach you right?"

The screen shows Mikoto sleeping at a desk. Waking up, she sees Kuroko leaning over her, watching her sleep.

"Hmm? Is it over?"

"This does look like an 'ending' if you understand"

The screen then changed to show Ruiko and Kazari walking side by side, as they stared at each other. A scene where a bunch of canned drinks were shown in a time lapse, changing into a similar scene as before, only this time with Mikoto and Kuroko.

"The song's actually pretty nice…"

"Yeah, it's catchy"

As the music picks up, the screen projects four different illustrations of the main cast. Each with differing colour pallets. As the chorus hits, it shows all four of the Railgang walking together. Then the music slows down, ending as the screen shows a picture of four different smartphones, belonging to the girls.

The screen flickered, then turned black.

"Well, that was a thing…"

"I wonder what should we do now?"

Just then, the screen rippled and…

What's up readers! Trial-Run Author here with a new chapter! Rejoice, it's the official first chapter!! Yay, confetti and other party stuff. To tell you the truth, I almost wanted to quit and delete this whole dumpster mistake of a story, but here we are. What a surprise right? I cannot tell how catchy many times I sat down and thought 'Nobody will know you've quit' but I pushed on! I've endured!! And here's chapter 1!!! YAY! :D

By the way, this is how I'm planning to use the source materials;

Railgun: Season 12 (From Muse Asia in youtube. Yeah I live in Asia) Season 3 would most probably from some random site (if Muse Asia does start to air it, I'll take the translation from there)

Index: ALL FROM THE NOVELS (If you have a favourite scene from the anime, I do apologize cause I will be directly copy paste from novels my friends)

Accelerator: IDK at the moment, personally I haven't seen it yet, so not sure if I want to take the manga or just the anime. (Please share your opinions)

Astral Buddy: YEAH THAT'S RIGHT!! I'M DOING THIS TOO!! Straight from the manga, so idk how I'm gonna do that (fml).

Anyways, that's all, I think? If you want me to cover the side stories (or any other 'A Certain media'), please put it in the reviews so I might consider it. (Also need to adjust the timeline and viewing order etc)

Oh, fun fact: For this chapter, it took about 4,000 words just for the episode's dialogue; 7,053 words for the whole episode (including dialogue, so a sad 3,053 words for my pitiful description haha), and a whopping 20,943 total words including the reactions! Pretty amazing right? Side note, I will be attaching the number count every chapter. This is so that I can help clear up some misunderstandings. Making a fanfic is harddddd.

Now that that's done, I guess I'll try answering reviews? Is that even allowed for new Authors? AHAHA! Anyways, here we go;

SmileyKurt23: Thanks for the kind words!! Will certainly do my very best, so I do hope you'll stick around.

Emiyasatou: Damm, I'm tearing up, UwU of course I will certainly try my best to focus on improving both myself (rip high school life) and my writing!

Guest: No, the words in bold at the bottom are kinda like Author's note? I'll try and change a few things here and there to make it more obvious on who's talking. Btw, what do you mean by lemons? Like the food lemon? Am I missing some context here???

Monarch123: I'm planning on after NT but before GT. I know, it's utter madness. But here we are with the second chapter. (Technically first, but you get the idea XD )

Guest: Thanks for the review!! Personally, I enjoy "reaction" fanfics (my guilty pleasure), but I don't see anything wrong with focusing on Touma (cause lets be real, the majority of the novels is just Touma X Suffering/Misfortune) so I think it is easier to base on reactions around his pain. But since I'm doing it a little bit differently from others (as you can see from the chapter above), I hope you'll stick around!

Next update : Either 23/08 or 30/08

(Depends if my mommy allows me to do any part-time jobs. If she does, then the next update will be on 30/08, otherwise 23/08)

That's all for now, see you soon!!

Yours, TR A.
