Next morning she dressed comfortably, a pair of black skinny jeans and her favorite black boots with a white sweater over a black tank top, she looked cozy, she decided on braiding her hair loving the length of her braid. She grabbed the keys to her rover and said goodbye to Damon informing him that she would be with meeting with Klaus.

He was hesitant to let her go, but she assured him that she would be fine, he told her that he would be tracking her phone. She rolled her eyes as she got on her rover and drove to Alaric's, she smiled as she stood outside the door and knocked. Maddox opened the door for her and let her in, she thanked him with a smile and moved to sit in the living room.

"So you did come," said a cultured voice, she smirked as she turned to see Klaus stepping into the living room.

"I told you I would come get my ring back," she said extending her hand, Klaus placed her ring on the palm of her hand and she was quick to slide it on her finger, "thank you for keeping it safe."

"You are most welcome, love, now I believe we had things to talk about," Klaus said as he sat on the table in front of her, she placed a hand on his chest and pushed him back a little.

"You vampires and your weird personal space issues," she mumbled, Klaus looked at her confused, "I know, tomorrow's a full moon so we have today, there's many things that we need to do, I have several gifts for you today."

"Gifts?"

"Yes, plural, I have a friend of mine who's on his way back from Florida with a werewolf just for you, we're very sensitive about our local population, there's also a friend of mine from Georgia bringing in a vampire, since the other options are my best friend and my uncles, so, no, you brought your own witches which is fantastic foresight and of course the doppelganger, who is also a friend of mine but it's fated, ain't it?"

"You will help me break the curse?" Klaus asked skeptical, Alexandra nodded, "Why should I believe you?"

"I mean, I'm here now, am I not? And were going on a road trip today, I have technically four more gifts for you today, so come on," Alexandra said as she stood, grabbing Klaus' arm.

Maddox was quick to appear in front of Alexandra, with Greta, Alexandra rolled her eyes.

"Seriously? I'm a human, Niklaus could snap my neck in the blink of an eye," she said annoyed, she lifted her free hand, "Go on, check, we don't have all day."

Maddox pressed his hand against hers for a moment and nodded at Klaus, Alexandra turned to look at the Original and sighed, crossing her arms.

"Why do we need to go, love?" he asked.

"Cause I can't bring an entire cemetery here now, can I? Look you can check my car before we leave, no one will follow us, just give me the benefit of the doubt, you can kill me, probably with your pinkie, so come," she said impatiently, Klaus smirked at her and moved to open the door.

"After you, love," he said.

Alexandra huffed as she walked out. She informed Klaus that she was to drive and he had lifted his hands.

"Can I ask where are you taking me?" he asked.

"It wouldn't be a surprise if I tell you, by the way, there are blood bags in the cooler right behind your seat," she said.

Klaus raised his eyebrows at her but reached back to grab a bag, "Why is it slightly warm?"

"Oh, Care and I discovered that if you microwaved the bags for thirty seconds the temperature would be akin to taking it straight from the source, it was a hit and miss," she explained.

Klaus took the bag and began drinking from it, "Nifty trick, love."

"You're welcome, Care was so scared when she was turned, so we tried to make it a smooth experience for her, you know, without me becoming a human CapriSun," she said with a smile.

"Why haven't you been turned?" he asked, she shrugged.

"Care was not supposed to be turned, and I guess I'm waiting until I am a little older, don't want to get carded every time I go to a bar."

"But you live with vampires?"

"My uncles, Stefan and Damon, Damon killed my dad and became my legal guardian, he's been better and Uncle Stef is the coolest," she said.

"Stefan Salvatore is your uncle?" Klaus asked interested.

"Distant, but yes, I know that you met him in the twenties and that he doesn't remember you, you liked him a lot," she said.

"How?"

"I know things, it's a curse or a blessing, it depends," she said.

She continued driving and several hours later they arrived in Charlotte, North Carolina. Alexandra was quick to locate the cemetery and find a parking spot.

"You're driving back to Mystic Falls," she told him as she handed him the keys of her rover.

Klaus followed her into the cemetery and they walked around for a while until Alexandra spotted the place she was looking for. Klaus followed the human, his mind wondering what could be in the cemetery that could interest him. She reached the door of the mausoleum and took a peek inside.

"What are we doing here, Alexandra?" Klaus asked, she smiled at him as she pushed the door open, there was a single tomb in the middle.

"Have at it," she told him with a grin.

Klaus circled the tomb, feeling the power of the creature inside, he looked at the smiling girl and placed a hand on the lid, he removed it carefully and almost fell back when he realized what the tomb held, or rather who. Mikael laid in the tomb, dissecated and chained.

"There should be a stake in there," Alexandra offered helpfully.

Klaus looked inside and in fact there was a white oak stake in there with Mikael. He grabbed it carefully and continued watching the man that had haunted his nightmares, defenseless, at his complete mercy, he smirked.

"Hello, father," he said, Mikael's eyes opened and he looked at Klaus above him, "Goodbye, father," he said as he plunged the stakes in Mikael's heart, he was quick to step back as Mikael caught on fire. He was suddenly distracted by a plastic sound as was surprised to see the human opening a bag of marshmallows and a bag of wooden sticks, she handed one to him with two marshmallows on one on the ends.

"Cheers," she said before she began to warm her candy.

Klaus shrugged and supposed that he could indulge the odd human.

"Do we have to wait?" he asked, she nodded.

"We should gather his ashes, viking ashes are a great element in creating blades to kill evil witches," Alexandra smiled at him and fished a mason jar from her bag and handed it to him.

Several hours later and a jar full of ashes they returned to the car. Klaus took the wheel and drove back to mystic falls while the human slept. He drank another blood bag and sneaked a glance at the girl sleeping next to him. While sleeping she looked angelic, he could see the resemblance to Stefan Salvatore.

He woke her up as they were entering Mystic Falls, she stretched as much as the seat allowed her and ran a hand through her hair. She gave him directions to their next destination. It seemed to be in the middle of the forest, but she got out of the vehicle and extended her hand to him. It seemed rude not to take it, so he did and she led him through the forest until they reached some old ruins. There was a sizable hole in the ground.

"What are you doing, love?" Klaus asked as he watched as she was crouching.

"We have to get down there and I can't see the stairs, it's too dark for me," she informed him.

Klaus smiled at her before he moved to pick her up, she was quick to wrap her arms around his neck and he smirked as her face almost touched his. He jumped down the hole with ease, the human letting out a small squeal as they fell. He chuckled and carefully placed her on the floor.

"Be careful, this was the tomb used to trap twenty six vampires back in the late eighteen hundreds, they were protected by a spell until very recently, we set fire to them," she explained as Klaus looked around, "Behind that door is gift number two, don't go through the door cause there's a spell to keep vampires in tied to the Bennett line, and Bennett witches don't like dealing with vampires much."

"I can remove the stone, but not go through it?" he asked, she nodded.

Klaus looked at the stone door, a pentagram carved on it, he sighed before picking it up and moving it, Alexandra busied herself with lighting the torches, once the cave was lit he could see that she was smiling at him. He turned to see a figure by the edge of the entrance, he could see curly hair.

"Zdravei, Katerina," Alexandra said with glee.

Klaus took a step back as the almost corpse looked up, he smirked as Katerina's eyes widened.

"Klaus," she said, her voice like sandpaper.

"Katerina, I see that your accommodations fit the crime that you committed against me," Klaus said, "Perhaps a century here will remind you what you did," he said before he moved to place the rock back in its place.

"I wonder, love, how you managed to trap Katerina," Klaus said as he turned to face his human.

"I had help, Ty and Matt stabbed her with vervain and then I stabbed her with even more vervain because she had been building immunity to it, once she was unconscious we brought her here and Matt and I dragged her inside," she explained, "We could get out, she couldn't."

Her grin had something wild to it, maybe it was the flames illuminating them or the girl herself, but Klaus found himself somewhat attracted to the Salvatore human. He helped her put out the flames and carried her again so he could get them out of the tomb. He placed her back on the ground when he was sure that she wouldn't fall into the hole by accident.

She grabbed his hand again and began leading him away from the ruins, "We have one gift left, well one physical gift left and a revelation."

"A revelation?" Klaus asked, she nodded at him.

"About your curse, something that your mother didn't want you to know about it, oh, damn it," she cursed under her breath as she took a small green box with a big silver ribbon on top.

"What's wrong, love?"

"There's another gift. I had forgotten about," she said.

"We don't have to drive two states over to get it, do we?" he asked, she giggled and shook her head.

"Nah, this one I'm keeping home for safekeeping, your siblings can be a little volatile," she said, Klaus frowned at her, "But I'll tell you after the revelation, here."

She handed him the green squared box, he couldn't help but smile at the sight of it. He undid the bow carefully and opened the small lid. Inside of the box was the moonstone, he looked at his human, she was smiling smugly at him.

"Thank you, love," he said with a smirk.

"You're welcome, Niklaus," she said.

He swaggered up to her, she looked up at him, their chests almost touching, "Gift number four?"

"The secret to creating more hybrids is the blood of the doppelganger, if you were to go through the ritual and kill the doppelganger you wouldn't be able to create hybrids, the secret is to feed them blood of the doppelganger while in transition or else they'll go rabid and they'll die," she said, Klaus grabbed her face with his fingers, carefully and looked into her eyes, trying to find the lie, but her eyes were truthful.

"Gift number five?"

"I convinced Elena to start a blood bank earlier in the year, she donates monthly," she said softly, Klaus' smirk grew.

"Do you want her dead or alive, love?"

"Alive, uncle Stefan likes her, but we found a way to keep her alive," she said.

"Gift number six then?"

"I suppose, we'll use a life-force spell, Bonnie will connect John's vital energy with Elena's and thus she will be resurrected while he will die," she explained.

Klaus traced her cheek with his thumb, what a marvelous creature this human of his was, because this particular human was his, how could he let her go? He placed a lock of hair behind her ear, her green eyes were focused on him in expectation and he for a moment thought to step back but was stopped when the human got on her tiptoes and closed the distance between their lips. He was surprised at her for being so forward, but only for a second as he fixed his hold on her and kissed her back, his hands traveled down her back, stopping at her waist and she wrapped her hands around his neck, deepening the kiss.

As she needed to breathe he finished the kiss, their lips still close and their breaths mingling, he opened his eyes to realize that hers were still closed as she regained her breath. He pressed his lips to hers once more once he had deemed her breathing necessary, he lifted her up and she wrapped her legs around his waist, pressing her warm body to his, she tangled her hands, pulling his hair lightly as he moved his kisses from her mouth to her neck.

"Niklaus," she breathed, her voice soft but needy.

He returned to her mouth with renown vigor, his hands firmly holding her weight against his, he rested his back on the vehicle as he continued to devour his human.

Alexandra drove home, a dumb smile on her face, she had fixed her makeup before parking in the driveway so she wouldn't look so ravaged, that was the only word that her mind could come up with, she fixed her braid and applied foundation and powder to her neck, everything was covered, only her accelerated heartbeat remained. Once she calmed herself enough she walked into her house, Elena and Stefan were in front of the fireplace, probably discussing the sacrifice while Damon seemed nowhere to be seen.

"Did you manage to talk to Klaus?" Stefan asked as he stood from the couch.

Alexandra nodded at him, "You doubted me, uncle Stef? I'm hurt."

"I never doubted you, I just thought that he'd be harder to convince," Stefan said as he crossed his arms.

"He had motivation, I had the knowledge of a few things that he wanted, including Katerina," Alexandra explained.

"So he'll allow Elena to live?" Stefan asked, Alexandra nodded.

"As long as she keeps the blood bank going he won't trouble her, he gave me his word," she said.

Stefan looked back to Elena and the girl nodded, Stefan sighed and nodded at Alexandra.

"The werewolf and the vampire?" she asked.

"Some guy named Brady, Mason brought him from Florida, and then there is this vampire that Damon turned, some guy that Sheriff Liz could do without but can't dispose off, both contained by Sheila and Bonnie, with the help of Elijah's witches," Stefan said.

Alexandra grinned at him, "Neat! Where's uncle Damon?

"With Mason and Alaric, you didn't tell us that Klaus was possessing Alaric," Stefan said.

"I did tell you that he would be taking another face for a while, but I resolved the issue, didn't I?" she asked.

"You left and spent an entire day with one of the oldest and strongest vampires alive, Alaric was worried when he woke up to you leaving," Stefan explained.

"Should I call him?"

"They're at the Lockwood's" he told her.

Alexandra decided to show herself so the guys could see that she was alive and in one piece, she hadn't walked two steps into the Lockwood's when she was engulfed into a hug by Tyler. She patted his back before she pulled away from him.

"You went away for the entire day," he said, she grinned at him.

"I sure did,"

"North Carolina, young lady?" Damon asked as he appeared in the parlor, followed by Alaric, Mason and surprisingly Elijah, they were quick to relocate in the living room, "We thought Klaus had kidnapped you."

"Klaus kidnapped me? No, if anything I did the kidnapping and it was not a kidnapping since he came on his own accord, it was a road trip," she said, crossing her arms.

"What could you two have possibly been doing in North Carolina?" Mason asked.

She grinned wolfishly at them, "Niklaus was committing patricide, it was a lovely day for it."

"Mikael is dead?" Elijah asked surprise.

"Yeap."

"Who is Mikael?" Damon asked.

"Our father, he had been hunting us for centuries," Elijah explained before returning his attention to Alexandra, "How did you manage such a feat?"

"Oh, it was easy, Mikael had been entombed since the nineties in a mausoleum in North Carolina, so Niklaus just needed to kill him, we ate marshmallows as we waited for him to burn so we could collect his ashes," she said, fighting back a grin.

"Not smores?" asked Tyler.

"I forgot the chocolate and crackers," she told him without missing a beat.

Damon ran a hand through his face before looking at Mason and Alaric, "Should I ground her? I feel like she should be grounded."

"But why? Niklaus agreed to our plan to keep Elena alive and to not bother her as long as she donates blood regularly," Alexandra said.

"He won't mess with her?" Alaric asked.

Alexandra nodded at him, the men exchanged glances.

"We definitely need to update your definition of just talking to someone," Damon said.

"Nonsense, I was perfectly fine."

"How did you know that? Niklaus is my brother and even I am not excluded from his temper," Elijah said.

Alexandra smiled at him innocently, her red lips betraying her look, "I am adorable."

"Also annoying," Damon said.

"Just like you, Uncle D," she winked at him.

The blue eyed vampire rolled his eyes at her.
