Chrissy's Interview

(Shoppai Namida (Salty Tears) by Shougo Sakamoto-Oushitsu Kyoushi Haine (The Royal Tutor) OP AMV/Lyrics)

(Theme Song | Sofia the First | Disney Junior)

(Chrissy's POV)

*We went to my room & sat across from each other with tea & cookies in between. The Professor took a sip of tea & took a bite of one of the the cookies I had made*

Professor Heine: Now then, *he put a piece of paper in front of me* I would like you to take this competency test.

Chrissy: Yes, sir.

*I started writing on the paper*

(Heine's POV)

*I watched the young lady in front of me as she took the test I gave her. I thought back to the letter I had received from Viktor*

- On that note, I would also like you to tutor one of my Princesses. She only recently came live with us at castle. She was raised in the city by her Mother, who was a commoner. Sadly, her Mother is now in heaven. Having no other family, I decided to have her live at the castle until she's 18. While she is not a candidate for the throne, I would like her to receive a proper education. And I can think of no other person for the job. So, please, give her attention equal to her brothers. Also, all the aristocrats in the Kingdom think that she is a distant relative of the Royal Family on my wife's side. This is to protect her from discrimination and to keep rumors about her from spreading. So, I ask you to please play along with the deception until it's time for her to leave the nest. Thank you in advance.

Sincerely

King Viktor von Granzreich

*My notes had absolutely nothing on her. If it weren't for the fact that she shares Viktor hair & eyes, I wouldn't have believed that she was his daughter. I'll have to keep a very close eye on her. I know that Viktor can be a little too trusting at times*

(Chrissy's POV)

Chrissy: Professor? *he seemed to snap out of a thought he was having* I've finished.

*I handed him the paper*

Professor Heine: Very well. Please be present in the same parlor at 4 in the afternoon. I'll be sharing the results of your test and plans for your future studies.

Chrissy: I understand.

Professor Heine: Before I leave, I'd like to ask you a few questions.

Chrissy: Of course.

Professor Heine: First of all, what are your hobbies?

*I smiled at that question*

Chrissy: Oh, I love baking! In fact, those cookies you're eating, I baked them.

*The Professor looked surprised*

Professor Heine: Really? They're quite delicious.

Chrissy: Thank you. My dream is to someday take over the bakery my Mother and I ran together. I also enjoy gardening, sewing, and cooking.

Professor Heine: Please allow to offer my condolences for your loss.

Chrissy: Thank you.

(Heine's POV)

*She seems like a very kind, simple girl. But I'll have to ask a few more things to be safe*

(Chrissy's POV)

*He asked me a lot more questions. My favorite foods, the neighborhood I grew up in, my friends, & Mama*

Professor Heine: Are you enjoying life here at the castle?

Chrissy: Yes. Everyone here is very kind and helpful. My only complaint is that I'm still getting lost here. There are so many rooms.

Professor Heine: Alright. Forgive me if this sounds personal, but I have to ask.

Chrissy: Yes?

Professor Heine: Is running a bakery really what you want to do when you leave the castle? *I froze at that question* Forgive me, but I had to know for certain.

*I was quiet for a few seconds, then I smiled a small smile*

Chrissy: It's alright. In answer to your question, yes. I do want to run my Mother's bakery when I leave the castle. I know I'll miss the family I have here at the castle, but I'll find ways to see them. No matter what.

*The Professor was quiet for a few seconds. Then he gathered his things & began to leave the room*

Professor Heine: Thank you very much for your time, Princess. I'll see you in the parlor at exactly 4 o'clock.

*He left my room. I smiled to myself*

Chrissy:*in her mind* He seems really nice. I hope I can learn more from him. I also hope the interviews with my brothers go well.

(Heine's POV)

*I walked down the hallway, on my way to Prince Leonard's room. I then stopped & looked out the window*

Professor Heine:*in his mind* She definitely is Viktor's daughter. Caroline, you've raised her well. I promise you, I'll take good care of her.
